Robert Gaestel This nail salon is a hidden gem in Key West. Had the MOST WONDERFUL pedicure today. Totally relaxing atmosphere; clean; and absolute professional pampering! BB is such a people person. I fell like I’ve known her for years. Her skills are beyond compare and her massage technique can not be matched. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Kate Kurera What a beautiful and relaxing spot for medis and pedis! Bb is so lovely, kind and gave me an amazing pedicure! Pretty sure the best I’ve ever had. She did mani/pedis for my two girls (7/8) which were absolutely adorable. Highly recommend and definitely will return next time we visit Key West!

Sheila Taber I was just a walk-in tourist off the street. I was treated as if I were a long-time customer. The service was fabulous. My nails look so fantastic! I’m just wondering how I’m going to get from Oklahoma to Key West every month because I want to come back!!

heather bryan It was fine. The scrub and message lasted about a minute each leg. The most frustrating part was when we chose the $75 pedicure which includes a complimentary champagne or wine. But when it was time to pay we got charged $10 for wine. Apparently only specific beverages are complimentary but they don’t tell you that. It’s only in the fine print and they of course don’t guide you to them.

Janna Reddig I went to this place a week ago and it’s probably the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The technician only had me put my nails under the heat lamp once per round of polish, the mail polish was bubbly on the top of the nail and semi see-through and peeled less than a week later (which defeats the purpose of getting gel). When I expressed my concerns during the manicure she was defensive and had an attitude about it even though it was obvious that the nails were terribly done.

Natasha Perez Im pretty easy to please when it comes to things...so the place was not bad. The nail tech Yen was who did my nails. She was nice and polite. I asked for a number 11 and so she came back with 11...but my color was orange and the color she got was purple. I just kind of took it as the universe wanting me to have purple nails. She was so sweet that she ended up finding my orange and correcting the mistake even though I had already told her purple was fine. I would go back again.

Anne Day Mixed review. They did a horrible job on my feet and hands. Forgot to put top coat on my right foot. They couldn’t figure out how to do a special polish for my nails. Don’t advertise a special effect if you can’t execute it. I left with terrible looking mani pedi mainly because I did t want to spend any more time there also it’s expensive.

Kimberley Perchak Stopped in for only a callous remover (since I just had a pedi elsewhere a few days ago).The lady fit me right in, did a quick but excellent job. She didn’t even charge me!!! I made her take some money, she deserved it! Best 10 minute experience and customer service. Oh and my feet feel great! If I’m ever back in Key West I will stop here again!

Amanda Hassan I’ve been looking for a place to get my acrylic fills in Key West, and I’ve finally found it. This was the best fill / manicure I’ve ever had. The nail tech was patient, thorough, and kind. She even took extra steps to correct some issues from a previous fill at another nail place. The spa was clean and had nice amenities. I will definitely be back!

Jean I went here on my vacation and absolutely loved it!! I went with the spa pedicure and manicure. I loved the massage, and the scrub! I highly recommend Aleny I think her name is? She is excellent!!

Kim Pickens I went into this salon on a recommendation of an acquaintance. No one except for the owner, spoke one bit of English. To communicate with my nail tech, I had to use Google translate. When I made the appointment, I told her I was going to be coming on my lunch break and did they think it could be done in one hour. The owner told me that it would at least be an hour and 15 minutes, which i explained was fine. The entire time the lady was doing my nails, She kept acting rushed like she felt like she was in a hurry. the owner hovering, 4 separate times I told her that it was fine, no rush. When finished I left the salon making sure I gave a good tip! Only negative I would say is that she was rough on my nail-beds filing, filing and filing more with all of her equipment to the point, she drew blood twice. I noticed that the normal process I always go through with dipped powdered Nails was done differently by her. She added cuticle oil to my nail beds and a spray product prior to dipping them. within 3 hours, two of my nails popped off in one piece. I called the salon and was able somehow able to communicate with them to tell them that I needed to get a couple of them repaired.I went at lunch the next day. ( took 30 minutes) She seemed shocked that the nails fell off. These were powder dip nails and that is just NOT something that happens! She fixed the two nails and made the comment on Google translate that she was so glad her owner wasn’t there. I over Communicated that I was not upset, and that I appreciated her fixing the nails. Next day 4 more nails, came off in one piece. At that point, I was frustrated. I called the salon asked to speak to the owner, she not there. I asked for someone who spoke English, no one did so one of the customers ( unprofessional ) did. I told the customer what happened and they said they would have the owner call.The owner called an hour later. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but I was not expecting what I got, the owner started talking over me immediately, went into how it was MY fault because I was rushing her tech. I tried to talk and she just kept talking over me. She-said that she had already refunded my money, that no one had ever complained about this tech before, and that she was sorry I was not happy. I told to her that I would like to get a word in edgewise, that is when I told her that I in NO way rushed her tech, it was even longer than what she told me it was going to be. I told the nail tech that she did not need to rush. I told her that it was unheard of for powder nails to just pop off in one piece. Her explanation was that it wasn’t dried. Seriously? I sat under lights with heat three separate times on each hand, I will never go back to this establishment! First of all, if you’re going to have a Salon in a primarily English-speaking island do yourself a favor and at least hire ONE English-speaking worker. It was very unfair to the staff and to me as a customer. And as a customer, I should NEVER have to get on the phone and talk to an upset client FOR you. That in itself is ridiculous. I ended up driving right up the road to another salon and they were shocked when I showed them the whole nails that came off my hand which I saved( see picture attached) They said that with powder nails if it is done correctly, they are impossible to pop off. They have to be soaked off. (which of course I already knew.) The lady was able to redo my nails in 35 minutes!!. She was literally Calling over workers in her salon to show them the popped off Nails. They were all laughing, all of them in agreement that they did not use the correct products to do dip nails.The lady that did my nails at the first salon was very sweet, and I’m sure is doing the best with what she has been given by the owner. But at the end of the day, STOP doing powdered nails until you have the right equipment and people trained on the right equipment! However, thank you for giving me a full refund. That was the right thing to do!

Scott Frickson Just the best! Service, kindness, flexibility, and we are huge fans of this business. They go above and beyond every time to make it an enjoyable experience. How much so? I am a retired Army Aviator that looks forward to sipping a glass of wine and getting my toes,, into shape,, could care less about my toes but the joy every time me and my girls go to this spa it is amazing!

Jess Art This place is great! They are OPEN today March 7 2024 I got my nails done in holographic acrylic and wax eyebrows, as well as my pedi’ Tom & milady are great for service, humble kind and great prices. Definitely would give 10 stars if I could! Come visit them anytime!

Annette Taylor So disappointed. Dip nails guaranteed to last 2 weeks and normally last 3-4. Within 2 days my nails were chipping. Within a week, almost all of the product was gone; it was as if it was disintegrating. I was on vacation and out of cellular service range so I took pictures to show them upon my return. I went into the shop and showed them the pictures and dates they were taken. I politely asked for a refund as a “redo” at this time is not possible given the condition of my nails. We will be up north for the next 6 months but I thought I would try the salon again upon our return this fall. The owners wife had an attitude about me not calling or returning within two days. I explained (again) that we were on vacation and without cellular service and we had just got back. I can overlook a bad service if a salon is going to make it right but they did not want to accept responsibility and had an attitude in the process. I won’t be returning. Pictures show intervals of 4 days, 6 days and 8 days after the service.

K M I had a great experience at Nailtini! I called them about a broken nail that was painful, warm, and swollen, and they were so accommodating. The owner was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain more about dip nails and even suggesting that I might have an allergy, which makes sense since I’m allergic to other adhesives like latex. They got me in just 15 minutes after I called, and the nail tech quickly and skillfully repaired my nail. The whole process was smooth and professional, and I was on my way with my nail feeling so much better—all in under 15 minutes! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend Nailtini for high-quality service and expert care. If you’re in Key West, this is the nail salon to visit. Thank you for taking such great care of me—I’ll definitely be back!

Gibson McCoy Edit: going on 3 weeks of having my nails, absolutely no lifting and chipping. Genuinely the best nails I have ever had!! If you are in key west and want to get the best nails you have ever had please please go here I can’t recommend enough!! (Really wishing I lived in Florida now :) The vibe of this place was perfect! Had the best conversations and the best service! 10/10 experience

Barbara Kelly I called and was able to get in same day. Mariela did my gel manicure and she did an amazing job took her time and made sure they were perfect. Hubby came in as I was finishing and she was kind enough to squeeze him in a hair braid for his lonish hair. Once again she did a phenomenal job. She takes a lot of pride in her work and it shows.

Christina Lopenzo After reading reviewed for multiple salons, I landed on this one and it was really a winner. Karina was by far the most meticulous tech Ive ever been to. The shape was perfect and she spot tested my pinky for the nail color. I need certain colors for my job and this color was much brighter pink than expected. Most nail techs paint all the nails without confirming. She helped me pick the perfect pink for my job (toes have no rules so I went crazy). She even painted my toes with flip flops on so I didnt smudge them. Everything was so thoughtful. My only complaint is Im just visiting for work and wont be able to be a long time customer.

Nicole Wells I have been coming to Nail Studio since March 2024 and I must say I love this place. The music & the vibes are great and the staff is super friendly. My favorite nail tech is Karina! Karina does my nails all the time and she nails the look that I’m going for all the time. Her work is near perfect and she takes her time to perfect her craft. I came here in particular because I love nail designs and she’s one of the best techs for designs. Nail Studio has all the updated polish colors and styles. I never feel like my nail session is being rushed. I highly recommend this place!!!!

Stephanie This was a great shop and a great find at the suggestion of a coworker. I travel a lot for work and I always have a hard time finding a decent nail spot. This place was hands down a winner. I will not only be back during my tenure here. I will be making sure all of the other girls rotating in know about this place too. Edit 07/30/2024 ... Been coming here for the last 3 months. Have updated photos for every visit. I always leave with great looking nails. At least in my opinion. Seriously! Give this shop a visit!
