CG1011 G. Worst gel manicure Ive ever had, on top of that, horrible customer service. The lady doing my nails was speaking very loud the entire time like she was angry about something. Soaked my nails for 1 min & didnt remove cuticles properly. When she started polishing my nails she did it so quick. When she was done with the 1st hand I asked if I can change the color (nicely). She said I need to pay attention to what color I want. I told her she never let my hand go for me to see. She said no its because I was on the phone so I needed to pay attention. She got up complaining about my hands not being relaxed. A man sits to start polishing and tells me she couldnt finish cause my hands were tense. Really?! He polished very sloppy. I have gel on my cuticles. Dont come here if you want a relaxing manicure. Waste of my money & time.

Areial Chewning Lori and David at Lemon Grass have always given me superb services!! From Pedicures, Manicures and Spray Tans. Even when I call Lori last minute for an appointment, she gets me in for my tans! Highly recommend this spa! They are also patient and always do great with my daughter when I bring her in with me for services!

Ramona Bertuso 10am Full Body Massage by Lori One of the best massages I have had in a while! Booked literally the night before and I am really glad I did. I usually get light-medium pressure massages, but this one was more therapeutic since Ive been sore and stressed lately. She even tried to help with hot stone therapy (which was super nice but I get hot quickly and prefer it to be more warm/cool). If youve been needing a massage, please book as soon as you can! Highly recommend. She offers many more spa services that I am intrigued to book next. August 31, 2024 First time visit & client to Lemon Grass.

Misty Parkhurst David does amazing creations and pampers you. I got a mani and a pedi, he gave a good massage to my feet and legs was gentle in caring for my feet.

Brittany $244 for 2 sets and 2 pedicures for a 16 years old birthday... BASIC sets. Yall took advantage because they were 2 young teenagers without an adult to call yall out. What a disgrace. I will be calling when you open.

Judy Lentz I did not have a good experience my leg is broke out in rash and my toe feels like someone jammed a pic through it i wont go back! I have got a slice on my toe and it is infected!

Brandy Barrett Worse service ever! Do NOT use this place ! I went in for a pedicure and Manicure ! They literally had me 2 hours there , 1hr 20 mins in chair and the rest in lobby chair ! I had a young man doing my pedicure , he was very slow and tried to do my design after telling me he didnt know how ! Lady come over and left lumped polish on my toes and couldnt do a design on my toes either , stated my toe was to little and I walked in with a huge flower on it and have done a design for the past 20 years ! Honestly do not feel young man was licensed to do this or none knew how to do a design . I asked her what am I suppose to do about my design and my manicure I had been waiting over 2 hours and she still charged me full price for my feet ! No massage on my legs at all either ! I highly recommend the state check licences on employees and I also recommend try a different place ! This is a horrible place to go to the service is horrible

Samantha Williams The lady that did the manicure stood the entire time she did my nails, (which made me feel like she was rushing), killed my cuticles with her drill, cut my nails finger tip length after I asked her to just shape them up (they were already short) and THEN painted the sides of my fingers! Best part, she cured the messy polish and had the sides of my nails stuck to my finger (iykyk) No lotion, no massage. That was friday evening it is currently Sunday evening and 6 of my nails are chipped off and/or peeled up. Needless to say I will not be back.
