April Denni I had the pleasure of meeting with Hayley for a brow lamination, wax and tint. I am so in love with my results. She was able to help me take my coarse brows and achieve a softer and fuller look! I highly recommend her for your brow services. Not only is she very personable and bubbly but also extremely knowledgeable of her craft. Thanks for a great service ❤️

KELSEY CRAWMER Destiny and Keri work wonders! I received a gel overlay by Keri which turned out perfect. I went to Destiny for eyelash extensions, and a brow wax & tint. I left feeling like a new woman and have never felt more confident in myself. It’s the little things and they sure know how to help! I cannot wait to go back and also purchase one of their adorable mugs!

Stacey Nelson Just had an amazing hybrid set of lashes done by Lexy! She is amazing! This is my 1st time getting lashes and she was so helpful and so light handed I loved the entire experience! Just made a client for life! Tysm Lexy!!!

Erin Leporacci Needed a quick pedicure for an upcoming wedding messaged the fb page asking for a walk in and they were able to fit me in at 6p! Sahra is amazing! So sweet and such a comfortable little salon! Thank you much for the cutest pink white toes! Will definitely be back!!

Megan Kelling I’m posting this after having my acrylics for 3.5, almost 4 weeks. I saw Deme and she was wonderful. She put so much effort and care in to matching my inspiration picture and giving me a wonderful set. It pays off because I still have amazing nails to show off after all this time. I have no lifting and the growth is minimal. I’m an introvert and Deme made sure to make me feel comfortable with a manageable amount of small talk combined with comfortable silence. You can tell she knows how to make a customer feel at home. Excuse the photos not being 100. I’m not a photographer and I’m obviously rough on my nails. Edit: got a fantastic fill in from Deme! I wanted to match my nails to my ring and she found me the perfect color.

Danielle Primeau Love LOVE love deme ~ she’s truly is beyond more than just an amazing nail tech but she’s the most amazing and empathic human being and truly made the experience 10/10. I have been getting my acrylics done for 4-5 years been to places all around the country and richport nails is the place to be if you want certain designs shapes everything.

Heather Kenney Update: Ive been back several times and the experience is still awesome. Deme did a full set manicure with nail art for me today and it looks beautiful. She was so sweet as well! Original review: Best nail spa in town! Valerie is professional and attentive, taking her time to ensure an amazing relaxing pedicure experience. The other nail artists are friendly and talented as well. The place is clean and they use quality products. I really enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Sarah McClellan This was the best nail service I’ve received in a long time and this was my first time here. My nail tech was Jessenia, and she was amazing! I received a structured manicure and steamed pedicure and I couldn’t have asked for a better nail tech. Thank you so much. I will be back ☺️

Roseann Carey I’ve been going to this place for the past two years and lately this past year I’ve developed round to growing nail, which I never had and the lady that works there blames it on my job. Meanwhile, I’ve been working there for eight years and never had a problem until they started clipping my toenails. Pedicure and to be careful with cutting my ingrown and cut my toe nail straight and now I get infections and painful toe because of them. I came in today for them to cut my toe correctly, so it can stop hurting my skin and they are now refusing to help me and the lady kept yelling at her husband that was trying to help me and told him “ I don’t trouble it’s a new year” meanwhile they already messed up my toe nail growth! I was a regular customer. Extremely disappointed never going back.

Kyla Higginbotham i was recommended to Theresa, but i was a walk in and she was fully booked. she ended up having a no show and was able to fit me in. She did an absolutely amazing job and i have booked my appt to see her again. I also got a pedicure but i didn’t catch his name, it was one of the best pedicures i have ever gotten. i am very happy with my visit here!

Jessica Alicea My experience here was disappointing the technician and kept leaving the table in the middle of doing my nails. I understand that the salon was busy, but I still deserved proper care and attention for the service I paid for. The nail technician seemed rushed, and I was hurt several times during the process. Now, just a short time later, my nails already feel loose and like they might come off. I still tipped because I respect service workers , This was my first time here, and unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be back.” On the side note The lady who did my feet did an amazing job I give credit to her for that…

Elisha Tisdale Sophia is amazing! I’ve been going here for a while now, and I always love my nails. My last two dip manicures both lasted three weeks, and they still looked great when it was time to change them. I am always happy with the shape, color, and neatness of my nails.

Lori Grannan Anna was wonderful. She took her time and helped me find the perfect color. I loved the friendly atmosphere that all the employees had for each other and the clients. I was offered a drink and the manager checked on me several times to make sure everything was going well. I wish I lived here so they could be my regular salon. The price here was much better than my salon has. Great experience!!

N B2007 If you get the right person the nails are great and my first two times the manicure was nice. But this is the nail from Monday and it is Thursday. This is a terrible job. I went and showed them the nails and instead of fixing the problem they want the same woman who cannot do the manicure in the first place to do the repair. I let them know I could not do it tonight and the attitude was we are busy on sat. I tip very well and will absolutely not be going back. There are much better options. If they don’t want to acknowledge the poor quality and make it right… why give them the business. I also had bought my mil a gift certificate they charged her 55.00 for gel nail polish. When she called back and asked why my nails are 34-39 and hers were 55 they said oh you got liquid gel. I am sorry 55.00 for nail polish without fill or tips is excessive and no one said anything to her before hand. Watch out. They would all rather sit on their phones than take care of the customer.

Madisson Hill I seriously love this spa so much! This is the only place in Titusville I will go for a gel pedicure. The prices are so reasonable, the women are so talented and kind, and the spa is CLEAN!!! I love them all! Ciara did mine today and she is wonderful! Come see Imperial Nails! You will not regret it.

Katherine Amoroso I needed my nails done and wanted to try someone new. I looked around on the web and left messages but this place answered and gave me an appointment right away. I am very picky and do not like when a nail tech does not listen but Mary in this salon was excellent she worked with me so well not one crooked nail I am very pleased. The whole salon is very nice it is bright and calm and comfortable. All the women working here engage in conversation and just seem very happy to be there. The owner is a pleasure and I am sure that is why. Thank you Mary the the great work.

Jevenly Williams Mary, mina, sierra and amy are the best and always make you feel welcomed and accepted. The shop is clean and they are very knowledgeable on diff styles. The massage is awesome.

Morgan McCadden Pedicure was great, manicure… not so much. Left with uneven designs, bubbles and fuzzy things in my nail polish. Came to Titusville for a family function and don’t have the time to get them fixed. Disappointed

Sarah Attkisson I had a great pedicure here, but a very average wax experience. The nice woman helping me was quick and seemingly efficient, but when I got home, I noticed a lot of hair left behind that I then had to remove myself. I’ll be back for the pedicures but not the wax.

M Overall my nails do look good - however** - the lady was very rough and cut me with a pretty heavily- used file. Also she filed my nails down way too thin and i didn’t ever experience this with my last nail tech! My nails feel different after a year of doing the same gel manicure. She was also careless and i felt like she was focused on anything but my nails. Wont be coming back here.

Connie Haag-Simpson My husband and I had pedicures. Everything was wonderful. The hot stones and parrifin were awesome. So relaxing. Everyone was was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely visit again.

james sutton Wife used service. She paid 50 for their top pedicure option. They forgot to do all the bells and whistles until they were reminded. Big Toe nail was cut crooked. They Foot scrub after they did polish. She said worse experience ever. Place has lots of good reviews so maybe a one of, but we will not go back again.
