Max Krzyzaniak My fiancée and I’s go-to spot for pedicures. Always clean, and they just recently updated their massage chairs! I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment because they can get busy. They are also located right next to a Starbucks which is convenient. Leann and Lisa always take care of us, they are great! Good prices and an ATM inside.

Deneille La Mendola NEVER go here and NEVER go to Jason- He clearly hates his job and doesn’t want to work there. I got a gel pedicure with acrylic on my two big toes to make them more square, but the acrylic was wayyyyyyyy too long and when I asked him to please make them shorter to match the length of the rest of my toes, he got all pissed off and purposely burned me with the drill!! I have never experienced anything like that in my life. Super disappointed and I’ll be sure to tell EVERYONE I know to never go there again. Also considering legal action!

Jennifer Laviage I Walked in and was able to get a pedicure and nails done right away. Evelyn did my nails for the first time. She did a fantastic job! I told her how I wanted them shaped and how thin I liked the dip. She’s amazing and I will definitely be back! Thank you again! I love them!

Saniyah Exume The owner was very rude about me paying her after me and my friend said we did not like our toes. She was getting defensive and yelling while i was on the phone . We paid 70$ for the service we received but the way she was treating us wasn’t respectful. -1/10 don’t recommend . Would you guys walk out a store like this ? Also the lady that was doing my toes asked me if I wanted a massage and i proceeded to say no and she still gave it to me and i was still charged even tho I didn’t ask for that.

Shelly Kelley Kim is the best EVER! she shows extreme attention to detail! Shes always in a good mood. I have been there until an hour after close and she is still making sure that my nails are meticulously done! I highly Recommend everyone! Their hygiene is above par! Five stars all the way!

Barbara Christiansen I went here because some recent reviews were positive and highly recommended Hellen. my pedicure was ok, not much of a massage but ok. as she was grinding off the old dip I kept feeling stinging around my nail beds thought it was the heat. unfortunately it wasnt she grinded off my cuticles, see photos. unfortunately I forgot my glasses at home so I couldnt see what she had done till I got home. Take a look at the uneven dip and bubbles on the nails. Look also at my cuticles the cuts and messed up cuticles. My cuticles today hurt so much. Who ever heard of grinding off cuticles? I dont think she was proficient in doing the dip either. I will not recommend this place and never go back. Enlarge the photos so you can see first hand the mess especially cuticles.

Katherine Bernier This is a picture of what I wanted versus what I got. I feel like I should’ve been told that they were unable to achieve this style instead of attempting anyways and making my nails look like this. I would’ve gladly picked a different style. I’m very disappointed especially because I paid $66 for this. I understand it was a different style which may have needed more experience but please let the customers know if you can’t do something and I’m sure most people would not be upset and would actually prefer honesty.

Claudia Rodney Ive been coming here for years and always satisfied with the gel Pedicures. I received a very bad gel pedicure. Literally like a child did the work. I called complained sent pictures to the owner. Never heard back. Very disappointed. After being a loyal client for many years. I will never return and I will ensure to post the pictures of the $47 I paid for. Note: Photos also have been added to their website so you can see the work they did on my toes. Pretty bad! A picture is worth a thousand words.

Chloe Rangel April the nail tech did a wonderful job. Was very attentive to detail, and soooo welcoming! We didn’t stop talking the entire time and I loved how kind and warming she was. Very good experience will be going back and making sure I have April again (:

Pam Made an appointment on Sunday for Monday at 5pm at the Gateway location for a french manicure with tips. There was a hand display in the store I really liked and asked if I could have that. Unfortunately, the person doing the job was not specialized in that nail type. The nexigen was not applied well: they were too thick. The nail art was not done well at all. The diaganol white tips were not drawn evenly, the designs were not matching nor were they good at all. Worse, the nexgen powder covered my cuticles and was on my finger skin. I spoke up several times but it became clear the tech was not skilled in this technique at all. I am disappointed in the (owner/manager??) Who insisted the style could be recreated even when the nail tech made a negative facial expression when the hand model was shown to her. I have several photos but this is not allowing me to add photos

Pat N. 2nd time I tried this nail salon. I had an appt which they were ready for me I had a lovely nail tech Lina who was fabulous she did a good job and was very informative. We had a lovely chat she did great job on my gel polish and my pedicure Very professional. However, the manager was not so nice. Lina spoke excellent English and Vietnamese. She wasnt working at this salon long and the manager in Vietnamese was reprimanding her as she was doing my pedicure not so professional I felt sorry for Lina She should wait until the client is completed before yelling at her in Vietnamese. Was very happy with Lina I hope she stays with the salon I would definitely request her if I go again

Chris Atkins I would give 0 stars if I could regarding a very negative experience with a gift card issue that I experienced with the business. I was forced to purchase the gift card using Zelle vs a credit card. After the gift card never was delivered to the address via the mail and even having the Zelle receipt, Fancy Nails would not honor the gift card. They said they do not track the gift cards nor ask for ID for their gift cards. I highly recommend NOT doing a GC order except for in person. Bring cash...

I would never recommend them and as a job professional promoter I give then a hands down .. do not use then … nasty from start to finish…

Susan Mallardi Picked out my nail color for my mani and pedi, same for both. My pedi was perfect and the nail tech was very professional; my nail tech for the mani, the manager, was something else. I was uncomfortable for the entire process, I commented halfway through the mani that it didn’t look right. She told me she wasn’t finished, blah blah. Well my mani ended up being a completely different color than my pedi. Coral for the mani and the color I chose, dark red for the holidays, on my toes. I knew I shouldn’t have gone here after my daughter got yelled at by this same manager for being on her phone. I haven’t been to this salon in over a year since moving out of Fl and as I recall it was a very busy place. Not anymore. She offered to fix my toes but my toes were fine. I’ll never go back to this place ever again because of the manager. I feel bad for her employees.

Farona Jean TERRIBLE !! I was there with my mother and it came close to closing time all the staff went crazy being very rude !! Rushed my manicure and did a awful job. Not to mention, the attitude I received because apparently I took too long like I was doing my own nails .. NEVER GOING BACK

Shelley Blue Sam does the best set of pink and white acrylics. Ive been going to him for over 5 years and my nails never looked better. For pedicures, I love Tracy and Tina...both are great.

Sarah Watts Horrible! Ended up with a toe infection after a pedicure. GROSS! Moral of this story is these people are dirty and dont clean their tools. Unbelievable! Health department would have a field day here. What a way to spend vacation, and that pedicure cost me a ton in Drs visits. Thanks for ruining vacation you lazy filthy.....

Caroline V Dont appreciate their customers. Was a long time customer, Staff has never been overtly friendly however they were always efficient. Went there yesterday at 5:50 Sam wrapped up my nails to remove the nexgen. He then decided while i was soaking that he would do a full set on another customer. Still I was OK making the best of it, watching videos on my phone. Before he was done with the customer WHO CAME IN AFTER ME, the phone calls began and the friends starting to arrive. While doing my nails he had to stop nearly 10 times in order to have his conversations. Regardless of what language it is in if you can not do your JOB and speak at the same time...STOP SPEAKING! He ultimately abandoned me in my chair and his wife came and applied my top coat. She noticed the look on my face as I was clearly upset and she very rudely asked me why I didnt say Thank you. Well that was it, this ignorance to the fact that they stole nearly 2 hours of my time! As customers our time counts and is Valuable! I walked out of there at 7:30. 1:40 for Nexgen? ridiculous! Not only will I not go again I will make sure others know what kind of People SAM and TINA are!!!

Crista P Pros: Allowed me to walk in within an hour of closing - I couldn’t go any other night after work. One lady came at 7 and they got her in. Fast and price is more affordable than others but lesser quality work. Cons: The salon is old, and the tools are dirty/had a weird smell to them. The guy burned my finger under my nail and acted surprised that it hurt. The trim from my pedicure isn’t straight and the lady was in a hurry so it was a little sloppy. Acrylic manicure is on my cuticles and it’s lifting after two days. Overall, mediocre. I’m thankful I was able to get my nails done before my trip, but I probably won’t go back.

Alexis L Very unprofessional 1/10. Kevin specifically and the owner Hannah are very rude. They declined me of a service when I tried to schedule an appointment over the phone when I tip them 10,15 and $20 everytime they do a service on me. Never had any disagreement or bad history with them. Would not recommend. They hate when you tell them how you want your nails well get a NEW OCCUPATION. And if you look at the picture my nails are way too thick, it was ON MY CUTICLE and that is how they look after a week. Kevin did them.

Zinnia Charles I was running short on time and informed a staff member that I wouldnt be able to finish my appointment, but she assured me that I would complete everything on time, so l agreed to proceed. I had acrylic on my toes that needed to be soaked off. The nail technician mentioned that there wouldnt be enough time for a soak-off and a pedicure, and suggested she would simply file down the old acrylic. I tried to explain that I wanted a proper soak-off, as I understand it involves using acetone to remove the acrylic. Despite my request, she continued to use an electric file on my nails instead. and why did i get charged $20 when the price list says $10 additional for a soak off. Never going here again

Gil-Reyes Lissette (Liss) Well to start off it was sketchy because there was a line but no names were taken. To my assumption I thought it was first come first serve then I spoke.to the receptionist and she said no name shed recognize my face, I didnt take the chance and stayed in line. Someone went in and got seen before me but I stood by and waited. ... and boy, did I LOVE my outcome for waiting !!! They hooked me up with exactly WHAT I WANTED.

Mildred Vazquez Waited an hour to get regular a pedi . They get mad if you don’t do a gel ! Lady put my hands in a bowl of acetone and then goes do a pedicure! Like really? Was waiting for like 15-20 said I’m leaving ! She says she has to charge 10 to remove my gel dip ! I was like you didn’t remove anything ! Just pass the machine over my nail and put my hands in a bowl ! Not fighting over 10 bucks! Paid & last time I go there! They take customers back to back and start rushing and doing sloppy jobs!
