Pat N. 2nd time I tried this nail salon. I had an appt which they were ready for me I had a lovely nail tech Lina who was fabulous she did a good job and was very informative. We had a lovely chat she did great job on my gel polish and my pedicure Very professional. However, the manager was not so nice. Lina spoke excellent English and Vietnamese. She wasnt working at this salon long and the manager in Vietnamese was reprimanding her as she was doing my pedicure not so professional I felt sorry for Lina
She should wait until the client is completed before yelling at her in Vietnamese. Was very happy with Lina I hope she stays with the salon I would definitely request her if I go again

Chris Atkins I would give 0 stars if I could regarding a very negative experience with a gift card issue that I experienced with the business. I was forced to purchase the gift card using Zelle vs a credit card. After the gift card never was delivered to the address via the mail and even having the Zelle receipt, Fancy Nails would not honor the gift card. They said they do not track the gift cards nor ask for ID for their gift cards. I highly recommend NOT doing a GC order except for in person. Bring cash...

cindy roessel They are very rude even the lonely girl at the front . They over charge and they make you feel like you’re there to service then . The worst service. I would never recommend them and as a job professional promoter I give then a hands down .. do not use then … nasty from start to finish…

Susan Mallardi Picked out my nail color for my mani and pedi, same for both. My pedi was perfect and the nail tech was very professional; my nail tech for the mani, the manager, was something else. I was uncomfortable for the entire process, I commented halfway through the mani that it didn’t look right. She told me she wasn’t finished, blah blah. Well my mani ended up being a completely different color than my pedi. Coral for the mani and the color I chose, dark red for the holidays, on my toes.
I knew I shouldn’t have gone here after my daughter got yelled at by this same manager for being on her phone.
I haven’t been to this salon in over a year since moving out of Fl and as I recall it was a very busy place. Not anymore.
She offered to fix my toes but my toes were fine. I’ll never go back to this place ever again because of the manager. I feel bad for her employees.
