Tiff Shante First off I want to say that I have been going to this place for almost 8 years of my life. I recently started with a new nail tech at Avalon Nails who do an amazing job but for some reason she’s always booked so I started going back to La Mer….The manager in the front seat by the nail polish is the worst and has theeeeee worst customer service ever. I’m trying to figure out how someone hasn’t punched this lady in the face yet. She’s extremely disrespectful. I speak in such a calm manner and she had the nerves to cut my nails to short then every design I picked she told me I can’t get it. I begged her to just polish my nail in full gel and she continued to argue with me telling me I should have asked for it in the beginning. Now my secret is, I’m also a nail tech so I understand that she still could have placed acrylic on my nails and polished them with gel. Instead she literally went back and forward with me very combative in front of customers. I paid for my toes and left like with tips still on. She included the removal of my nails which I was fine with, but I was totally embarrassed and would never step foot in there again nor would I refer anyone to La’Mer. She is also rude to her staff. Sad. Sad.Sad

Autumn Nichols Between Trish and Danny I am always well taken care of here. They are extremely clean and the most affordable I found anywhere its also where I go to take my daughter and my son because men and women are constantly in there feeling better about themselves as a mother on a budget this place has been a miracle for me. It is definitely a must go.

Tiffany Chung My hairstylist recommended this salon, I waited 3 days for an appointment with Annie. Annie was the owner whom was rude spoke about me in chinese not realizing i speak mandarin and also tried to pass me off to someone else i didn’t make an appointment with annie to have a random person do it .My nails were sloppy and not cleaned up my cuticles look horrible extremely sloppy job

Ericka Sanders Been going to this place for 5 years and all of a sudden their customer service skills is starting to really suck . No massages are given when getting a pedicure you have to literally remind them to do the basics during your pedicure. Forgetting to give the hot towel treatment. It’s just a mess . I use to love this place and now I’m seeking some where else to go and spend my hard earned money. Jennie and Yvonne needs to start caring about the people she not just the money. The place is falling apart slowly. Overall they do nails great but customer service is a 4/10.

Chelsea DeLaTorre I usually have such a good experience but I showed them a picture of what I wanted and have had before (so I know the design is possible). The gentleman had me wash my hands and the paint wasnt dry. He had to retouch them and still bad. Couldnt even get straight lines. At least they didnt cut me but, not worth it. Go somewhere else lol

Monique Erisnor I did my lashes here on Dec. 30 in the afternoon and then Dec.31 in the morning it was gone. They ruined my birthday. They didn’t try to fix it or anything. They said you lost your money and said they have another client. She was so rude and ignored me. I didn’t wash my face like she said. Don’t go! You will waste your money.

Rebeca Caceus I’ve experienced having to go back to fix issues too many times and this is getting so frustrating. This was a simple gel manicure. It’s messy and uneven, not to mention the “matching” set one my toes are two completely different colors. I have yet to go to this place and not have someone cut me. I understand accidents but more than once is unacceptable and very unsanitary. I feel like these mistakes wouldn’t happen if they weren’t rushing to get you out before they close. I’ve had decent experiences, don’t get me wrong but if you want quality, sanitation and professionalism…I would find somewhere else.

Oliver Mary On one of my many trips to West Palm Beach I found this gem of a place. Julie did my nails and I have been absolutely in love with them. I showed her an inspo picture and she took the idea and brought it to life. My nails lasted four weeks before I took them off due to them being grown out already but they were still holding strong. I definitely recommend this place and will be going Utopia Nails back when Im back in town!

Danae Marino This place is great! I am very particular about who does my nails and Van is fantastic! I drive a bit of a distance to get my nails done because it is always worth it. He always does great designs and always gets my shape perfectly! The staff is friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend !

Martha Greenwald Had a great experience at Utopia Nails! The pedicure was incredibly relaxing, especially the foot massage. The salon was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and professional.

Candy Sweat This nail salon is one of the best places I have been to so far… they treat you just like family and any design I bring in to have done they do better than the picture more times then not… I would highly recommend this place. I will be returning for sure!!!

Sandra Garcia Had my acrylics done twice here. I actually really liked the lady doing them. She did a fabulous job, the nails looked great! After about two weeks one of the nails popped off, as acrylics often do, and I noticed a slight green color. Thought maybe my nail was bruised. I decided to take the rest of the acrylics off and discovered two more green nails. Definitely not a bruise, it’s fungus. A total of 3 of my nails have it. This is really upsetting and disgusting. In all of the years of getting my nails done I’ve never experienced this before. Very sad

I’ve had to go elsewhere less than 5 times over the years due to being out of town and was regretful! Clean and professional environment with amazing prices and people who know what they’re doing. Amy Murphy I really love this place. Bella treats me and my daughter like family and she is the best nail technician I have ever used. She definitely does quality over quantity and her designs are amazing.

Jordan G avoid at all costs - I just moved to the area and always get gel x tips have never had an issue. I went to get my nails done here Sept 20 THAT SAME NIGHT they all popped off while making dinner I didn’t even feel them. I called to have them corrected for the next available appt which they were very accommodating and Karen did the set which I was please with but unfortunately they lifted and peeled off within the week. I went BACK to address the issue and was told by Karen that my nails are the issue & I should find somebody else to do my nails and clearly she thought I didn’t know what she was doing which was far from the case. Beyond disappointed with the customer service - don’t waste your money, they don’t have 5 stars for a reason.

Odalis Ortiz Dustin is an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with warmth and professionalism that instantly made me feel at ease. His attention to detail is second to none; he takes the time to ensure that my nails are not just done, but done perfectly. The shape he gives my nails is always spot on, showcasing his precision and skill. Mai is equally impressive. I love how she takes my vague ideas for color themes and transforms them into stunning nail art.

Gracie Abercrombie I can’t recommend Jenny enough! I’ve been going to her for about a year now and have loved my nails each and every time. Not to mention, she really takes her time to make sure you love your nails and are happy with the color/shape. She’s the best!

Dragana Stancevic I was very hesitant going in due to all negative reviews. However my friend recommended Dustin. Omg he was so patient (I did acrylic soak off and we all know how much time that takes!) Talking about details and the attention on my cuticles. I will be back!! Thank you, Dustin!

Jazmin De La Peña I asked for an acrylic full set with a gel polish. I was told where to find the gel color swatches and I picked a color. No one told me that the color I picked was actually a color PLUS a chroming powder. No one told me that chroming powder would be an additional $20! Just the color on my set would total $35. And that’s fine but don’t wait until I check out to say this. If I hadn’t asked for a price breakdown they never would have told me and that’s shady. I think he may have also used the wrong color powder because the color came out differently. The last photo I included is my friends manicure. Her technician left stray hair to dry into her polish and it had to be redone. Overall it was sloppy work and she reshaped her nails herself. We came because we were from out of town and this salon was close to our hotel but if I had bothered to read the reviews I would have chosen someplace else.

Kelsey Never in my life have I been to a place where 8 of my finger nails (gel x) literally pop off clean the next 2 daysss !!!!!! Literally the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced, paid $125 for my nails with no problem but literally every single nail popped off, I went back to get them fixed they fixed it and 3 of those same nails popped off and it’s my bday weekend LITERALLY HAD TO CRAZY GLUE THEM THIS IS A JOKE. Most embarrassing thing ever and they don’t do refunds smfh !!! Only reason they get 2 stars is bc Kevin did my feet amazinglyyyyy but no smh

B Sequoia “SequoiaB” Would rate overall 6/10. Sabrina has potential she did my set in 25 minutes which was really fast. But in her going so fast the shaping wasnt that great, I had acrylic residue on all my nails I had to scrape off and the top coat had imperfections. I called prior to coming in to see if there was availability for 3:30 so I could plan my day accordingly I wasn’t seen until 3:52…. Which resulted in me having to leave and come back later. Fine I paid, left and came back 2 hours later for the pedi. The guy was friendly, offered me wine which was nice, did an overall ok job but I would have loved to know in advance the callus remover was $5 extra.( Never been to a salon where they charged extra for this as I thought it was apart of the service. ) When he finished and I went to pay he rang up for the pedi AND the full set I had already paid for earlier that day. Thank God I caught it before touching my phone with my Apple Pay. I needed this to hold me until I could get to my regular nail tech and salon with the holidays I had to get something quick and this was that. As a stickler for my mani and pedis I won’t be back….. good for something quick or a temporary set.

Michelle Perez The ugliest nails Ive ever done. From a distance they look good but if you detail them, you realize that on all the nails I dont get to where my nail ends and I wipe my natural nail so that it doesnt be noticed, but it looks even worse. And on the toenail I told him that it was broken. That he wanted to repair it and nodded his head implying that he did understand me. When I go out I see that he painted my nail and my skin so that it doesnt be noticed. Horrible

Ash Mc Horrible experience and customer service. If you get a Fill your nails will be left thick and boxy. I asked for it to be fixed at a convenient time and they said I had to pay again. Do not waste your money here.

sacra I wanted a soft translucent pink base color and Winnie mixed certain powders to make the shade I wanted. She was very quick & efficient, Very attentive to detail. I was relaxed with no pain at all I would definitely recommend Winnie.

Cher Louis My toe was cut twice while getting a pedicure. I told the guy in charge, and all he said was that he would talk to her. I paid full price, and my toe still hurts. Hours later, I tried walking in my heels that I must be able to walk in tomorrow for a show, and my toe starts bleeding again. I hope this doesnt ruin my walk. I hope the salon takes steps to improve their services and ensure this doesnt happen to others.

Jennifer Gardner Im beyond pissed. The quality of my nails looks like a toddler played on them. I just started coming here and this is my 3rd set. These are pretty basic and shouldnt have been so hard to do. They dont have steady hands to make the lines good at all. My toes look so horrible and im going on vacation with this garbage im so embarrassed to have to wear these that i think om going to a new place tomorrow to do a paint change after just spending 35 on my toes and 65 on my nails smfh never again will i go here. Cher Gemini Louis I recently visited this salon for a fresh full set and a pedicure. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience. The pedicure technician accidentally cut my big toe twice while chatting with a coworker, which caused it to bleed. She wasnt looking at my feet as she worked. I flitched the first time she cut me and she went on to cut me again! I pulled my foot back and put it into the water. I endured the stinging pain. I wanted to tell her to stop but I had a modeling job the next day and needed it done. I asked her to put alcohol on it which she did. After it was done, I informed the owner before I paid, he mentioned he would talk to her about it but still charged me the full price for the service. I stayed and little longer to dry my toe nails then left. Hours later while I was practicing my walk in my heels, my toe started bleeding again and it hurts. Im hoping it doesnt do this during the show. I hope the salon takes steps to improve their services and ensure this doesnt happen to others

Raven Patterson I’ve recently moved from Broward county and had been looking for a nail place in which the quality was as good or close to good so I can stop making the trip to pompano every two weeks and came across this place yet this place is a hit or miss I have been going here since August and probably had 3 to 4 good enough sets out of 15 and the bad out weighs the good I had to go back 3x on a black matted set in and get my nails re polished every day back to back until I finally just settled for regular gloss gel coat I’ve had horrible paint jobs and pedicures where I’ve had to go home in go over scrubbing my feet and depending on who you go to like I’ve seen In other reviews the techs are talking and not paying attention and cutting too much off your toe nails or not shaping them right or THE POLISH JOB SUCKS another issue is I got my face waxed minimum hair the lady kept going over it and pulled my skin off my face and it was scared up for weeks after I’m still traumatized they have a few really good techs in there but they are selective they do nails when they feel like it other than that they sit right on there phones and let people go to the beginners and walk by and laugh as they mess up your nails honestly so with all this said I’m done with this salon

Amber New review since, prior to this one, Ive had good experiences/manicures from this place. Today I went for a cats eye manicure and was taken by the man that works in front of Laura. He not only barely said a word to me, but the manicure is NOT cats eye, there is no line or effect on my nails, it looks more like ombre than cats eye.
