Rosa Quintero Somehow my email was changed and I couldn’t get into my account. I called and they said I had to go into the start and show my ID. That’s all good, I can understand that. I get to the store, wait in line to speak to the girl at the register and she explains she doesn’t know what to do. She states she has to call a manager. The girl was super nice and at this point I was still okay. The problem was the fact that I waited 1/2 hour before I decided to just leave because the manager never came out and the girl at the register kept calling and saying there is a customer that needs help but no one came.

Cara Jackson When visiting this store tonight I had an unpleasant visit. I waited in line for 20min before I was able to make a purchase . I wanted lip liner but the one I had they didn’t have in stock . The manger came up and informed me that she can order online and that it is buy one get one half off so she asked if I would like to get another one? She also volunteered to come help me find one. Once we got to the lip liner section the manager(lily) in the middle of helping me, states a lot of people had called out and this is all she has on the floor and she does not have time to go back to the back to look for The other two that I had found when we walked back .She kept emphasizing that this is all she has and that she has to get back to the front because they are short staff Insinuating that she no longer wanted or found in need to help me. I informed her that I deserve the same respect She gave her other customers when she was on the floor. I also informed her that I was waiting in line for 20 minutes, and she did not rush to help her coworker that was by herself, but now that she is helping me, she is rushing me. I feel that this is a lack of customer service specially for a manager. I am still a customer at the end of the day and she had no patience for me.

Brian & Nicole Love I often feel like this store (not just this location) trains its employees to avoid customers and look busy. Every single time I visit, it’s the same story—no one offers assistance, and suddenly everyone is preoccupied with straightening shelves.
However, one employee, "V," has restored a bit of my faith. She went out of her way, stopping what she was doing to help me. As a grown woman, I should probably know what I’m looking for, but with so many options, it can be overwhelming. V took the time to explain different products, made thoughtful suggestions, and never came across as pushy.
She’s truly one of a kind, and this store needs more employees like her. Thanks V!

Barbara Macuska The size of the store and the fact that they carry both drug store and high-end brands make the store a great place to get all your beauty and skin care needs. They lose a star for not having staff available to answer questions or help you find stuff.
