Jason Sr I went (Danielle) the beginning of February to the medical department, & had a totally different experience then ALL the reviews Ive read. Yes I waited a while but when do u not when it comes to the doctors, they listened & treated me with respect. A week later I fell & broke my hip. I have an appointment to c them next week & they have been nothing but helpful & worked well with the hospital. Looking forward to seeing them & continue treatment .

Sarah Goodpaster I attended this clinic since January in hopes to secure a primary care provider to assist with documenting and diagnosing my ongoing muscular disability. I havent had one good experience and switched my primary care to a different clinic.
My doctor was Rivera, who treated me like just another patient. I felt zero compassionate care and the appointments always seemed rushed -- I never had time to explain my disability nor did she seem interested. When the blood results came back my cretanine kinase was incredibly low -- indicating severe muscular atrophy. She wasnt phased by this and told me my results were normal. Rivera proceeded to refer me to a rheumatologist (where I tested negative for every immunopathic disorder).
I had to ask for referrals to specific doctors and clinics -- neurologists, orthopedics, gastroenterologist (which she sent me to a surgeon instead, twice). Not once did she obtain any medical paperwork from other clinics -- I never signed to release records. Not once did she ask why I needed to see these specialists, specifically. Not once did she send information to the specialists -- as each referral to the specialists were incomplete.
Rivera recently left the clinic and I never received a notice of my primary care doctor leaving. I was informed over a phone call when I called to schedule an appointment.
Upon the final visit I was seen by a nurse, no doctor, no official primary care -- because the nurse was a "temporary fill-in" until they hired a new doctor. The secretary attempted to make me sign a piece of paper staring that I owed the clinic over 300 dollars in medical bills. The secretary spoke to me in an absolutely appalling way when I asked to see the bill -- I hadnt received anything in the mail. "Im just going to write on here that you arent willing to pay your medical bills," of which I replied, "I dont see the legality of signing a document in which you wont allow me to see what Im supposed to be paying." I asked for the number to the billing department -- she gave me the number with an attitude and told me I could leave her station.
I called the billing department the next day and they stated that they dont have a policy of "signing to pay for past medical bills." The billing department checked my account and I was completely in the clear. They have zero idea what the secretary tried to make me sign.
Please beware of this clinic. I understand that its for low-income individuals and is part of the state-funded medical system. If you have insurance I urge you to please pick a different clinic. Ive been at my wits end with this place for nearly a year. I recently switched to CMHS and theyve treated me with the kind of care I need. Langley is absolutely despicable and should be avoided at all costs.

Andrew Kennedy Always moved appointments around without telling you. Missed appointments or I went and no appointment because they moved it.

P Kimmons I would denie medical treatment if this was the only location available. Left on hold till closing, and medical intake has no respect nor consideration for pt. Just rude! I Walked out never to return!!! #referred
