Tialisa Whipple Walked in with no appointment, and they took me on the spot. I got a full set with gel polish. The place was pleasant, staff was accomodating and it was an overall enjoyable experience. The bill came out to $48 which was less than I was used to paying in NY so I was happy. I scheduled my next appointment on the spot.

Melissa Kilcrease Called and they got me in right away. Tom did an AMAZING job on my fill with gel and changed the color on my toes with gel. My nails look BEAUTIFUL and the price was very reasonable.

The Po Brought my mom in to have her nails done. The fee was $22.00. I gave the girl at the front $25.00 expecting to get my $3 in change. The girl walked back to the nail tech and gave her the cash. She stuck the $25 in her pocket and neither one of them mentioned the change. Normally I would have said something but I was more concerned with taking care of my mom. I had a $5 bill that I was going to give her but because they never offered the change they cheated themselves out of a bigger tip. Im done with this place. Next!

Tita Bartels We walked in to get our nails done. The lady in the first station was so rude. She blurted out that we need to make an appointment. And just walked away. I said ok can we make one . She then said she didn’t have anything anytime soon. Would have to be next week. It’s not that they didn’t have any availability. That’s not my issue It’s her delivery and her awful attitude. I went down the street to star nails and they were so accommodating and polite. She is definitely in the wrong business with that attitude. I will never go there again

Gloria Davila I have to canceled my appt with Chanel twice and reschedule on time, due to personal emergency and no transportation.. Today when I called an oriental lady answered , she was very rude and even said "no more appts for you, you cancel a lot". What kind of service is that? Please. Ocala customers use another place. They should provide a service and be willing to accomodate customers. This Place not recommended!

Fern Miller Tina was my nail technician and she was fabulous. I had a pedicure and manicure. I can’t say enough great things. It was very relaxing and I wasn’t rushed. Highly recommend.

Ashley Marie Went here for my birthday last week while my husband was getting a haircut down the street and I didn’t have time to go to my usual salon. I walked in and there was not a customer in site and the lady attended me right away. She had cut me twice on my cuticles and I kept telling her something but she wouldn’t say anything just completely ignored me. It took her over 45 mins just to apply the dip in powder application. Then she tells me to wash my hands and once I finish, another worker comes from the back randomly and then he finishes my nails and takes an additional 45 mins just to green French tips. I’ve never spent close to two hours in a nail salon just a small job. I have product on top of my cuticles and under my nails. Gentleman that finished my nails added like one layer of gel and that was it. Never applied oils on my cuticles nor lotion once everything was finished. Before I walked out, I had to grab some lotion on my own because my hands and nails were disgustingly dry. Any other Nails came out okay but I won’t be coming back here.

Maui Hender First time coming here. And I was pleasantly surprised! Tina did a great job. Very detailed and I wanted something different with a design and she delivered!! Very happy with my results. I will be back.

Joy Moments I was looking for a pedicure that would be relaxing and take some much needed stress off my feet. The Jelly pedicure is soooooo much fun & makes your feet super soft. They did a fabulous job delivering exceptional service! What a nice atmosphere (no kids no offense)… it was tranquil & exactly what I needed. Thank you sooooo much. I used to come here years ago & it’s my new-old favorite spot again. Make sure to go see them!

Lori Slusser I got a great acrylic fill with nail art and was very reasonably priced. My nail tech was super quick but did a wonderful job! The salon is beautiful and staff are friendly.

Meghan Pace-King Todd, David and staff go above and beyond to create a clean, relaxing and artistic experience. I’ve been going here for full sets, fills and pedis for years and didn’t think I could be more pleased however, since being under new ownership the entire vibe has become more positive and the remodeling taking please is stunning! I was hesitant to write a review because I would love to keep this beautiful secret. Yet, I cannot help but to share my excitement for the changes being made and support such hardworking artist. Edit: Still getting top notch service consistently. Todd and his crew take pride in creating a classy environment. Loving the addition of the new chandeliers!

Michelle Do not waste your money. Before I sat comfortably I needed a pillow for my back. 3 workers sat across from me chatting. They didnt see that I was on the edge of my seat not in the tub. Finally another came and brought a pillow after I asked. I should have left then. The person giving me the pedicure was in training. He started the massage before he finished with the pedicure. I told him to stop. The other person came and explained that he will finish after the massage. I told her I needed help with an ingrown toe. We argued. She came and tried to work on it like it was a bother. She charged me more for her time. $36 instead of $33. I had to go to another salon to get my toe professionally treated.

Dezaray Gray I had a great experience today with Richard. He was very pleasant and complimented my choice in color and me as well. I came in last minute and appreciate the staff for not making me feel like an inconvenience.

Jessica Saul I haven’t been to this nail salon since 2021 and my experience then was very good but today was exceptional. I walked in to get a pedicure and Michelle helped me. She was so great from beginning to end. She was very kind, courteous and smiling the whole time. I truly love the way she did my toes, they came out good. She took her time with me which I truly appreciated, so I will definitely be going back to see Michelle.

Jeana Rosales 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. Imagine my disbelief when I paid 10$ extra for an extra scrub because I haven’t got a pedicure in a while, and my whole pedicure start to finish was 20 min. My massage on each leg (not foot) LEG was 1-2 each side. So disappointed as I’m 36 weeks pregnant. Take your money any where else!

Sarah Verrastro I definitely would not recommend this nail shop. She never took off my previous polish. She just filed it off. I asked for a specific pedicure and got something different and didnt realize until I went to go pay I asked for a specific scent and received Something entirely different and when I said no She said OK then open the packet anyhow and proceeded to use it. Left there with a horrible paint job as well as as callous still on my feet. Definitely not pleased

Deana Harris We had pedicures and we got Horrible service! The paint job on my toes is messy. When I was watching her paint my toenails she was missing the sides of my nails. I had to tell her several times that I wanted my whole toenail painted and she would look at me like Why would you complain. We will never go back there again. You go in for a service and you pay for it. You expect to be able to say something if you are not getting this service properly. My feet still had dry skin they barely did anything, just put your feet in the water, rub some lotion on them and paint. As soon as she put my shoes back on me she told me to get up. I didnt even have a chance to gather my purse and get my feet on the floor, just very rude and not relaxing at all.

Katie Jones Theyre always so friendly here and do a great job. Its been hard to find a place that gives quality paired with a price that doesnt break you. Jessica is awesome, she gave me some tips for my problem with dry cuticles and added in a moisturizing hand massage at the end. Definitely going back! ♡♡

Jackie Blasucci Thought I was finding a new nail salon but I will never go back or recommend them…. The two who did a pedicure and nail dip were nice but the job they did never even lasted a week…. The polish wore off the tips of my toes and two fingers chipped off…. A terrible job and more expensive than other nail salons….

Sharon Vickery First and last time there. I had a gift card. Basic pedicure is very basic, $35. Only 4-5 clients when I walked in today. Not busy at all. Cinder blocks piled in bathroom used for a table. Due to recent leg surgery, I have not had a pedicure in 3 months. I was pretty much in and out in half an hour. While waiting for my toenails to dry, I noticed the feet on the lady checking out looked like they had not been touched...horrible, cracked heels. Establishment needs a cleaning also. Just saying...

Meek I will never ever go back to this nail salon! Only reason I went is because I needed a fill bad and Jay nails was closed for remodeling. They screwed up my nail shape couldnt do a simple design. On top of that, they messed my daughters nails up as well to the point they didnt want to go to school. Not even two days later one of their nails broke! They had Polish all over their skin and wasnt going to clean it off until I said something about it! My 6 year old son could have gone a better job. Do not waste your money with this place

C C Went and got a full set of lashes on Tuesday and was charged $2 more than the advertised price which was fine bc I was going to tip anyway however by the end of the day half of it was hanging. Went back Wednesday and Amy just put glue on it as if it was a strip and the next day the other half came off so today(Friday) I went in & asked to have it replaced not glued back on and was charged $10 more dollars so $30 for 3 days is not acceptable when youre 1 of the few that still support the business. I hope they understand this is why their business has gone tremendously down.

Diana Zamudio Tim does a wonderful job nails and pedicures. Massage is a little rough but I love it!! Tina always makes my eyebrows the perfect shaped! Used to thread because I couldn’t find anyone to wax properly but Tina is the best!! Super friendly they always get me a drink and treat my daughter w so much love!! It’s hard to get your nails done w a 5 year old but they make it possible!!

Kelsey Peardon I have been going here for years and they always do a great job. I just had my appointment today and he had me in and out within 30 minutes. He did a full set of French Tips and I had my toes done in a white gel polish. The price is always affordable as well.

Aamya Thomas I visited this place this afternoon around 2pm I was headed out of town for a vacation and didn’t have much time so I requested French tips and white toes it was a very rushed job the guy half painted my hands and he gave me a pedicure and immediately chucked my crocs onto my feet so I never looked at my feet maybe it’s my fault for not double checking both feet but I drove straight to my destination and begin my vacation excursion only to see that three of toes were left unpainted once I was in the shower not even trimmed or shaped when I’m back in town I pray they give me a refund because this is ridiculous.

Allison Galarneau If I could put no stars then I definitely would have. My grandma and I went in for a pedi/mani. At first we got our pedicures done then I was asked t9 go to the table to do meaning. Well the guys starts then all the sudden stops and tells me I have to pay first. This isnt the 1st time Ive been here and the 1st time I did go there, I was not asked to pay first. No one else had to pay before. They tried to say it was so I dont mess up my regular nail polish, not gel. Honestly I do feel some type of way .

Liz-Beth Chiavetta Was here for so long because they didn’t have the color I asked for even though they said they did when I called beforehand. They kept trying to find something similar but I wasn’t liking any of them. They then somehow got the color I wanted. I was getting acrylics and they had tested so many colors on my pinky nail so he decided to redo and just ripped the nail off. Not only did it hurt but now that they’re off a few weeks later half of my pinky nail is white and it’s the only one so I have a feeling that’s why. On top of all of that I still left a pretty good tip and I did that by just checking the amount that was suggested. So I know there was no way it was a mistake because it was clearly written there and checked. I then look at my bank acct a few days later and they overcharged me by 10 cents… yes I know it’s just 10 cents but it’s the principle after already having a bad experience and still tipping good. I have a feeling I’m not the only one they’ve done this to. Just not a good experience

Joe Loeffler Wish I could give this place zero stars. Paid $60 for the WORST manicure ever, my dip had no top coat but used gel instead (which came off immediately), and I now have an infection from the horrible hack job on my cuticles

Miriam L I had the best experience with nail tech Chyna. She is great and also makes you feel comfortable. Excellent work !!! Reasonable price. Would of rated a 5 star but the hand towels had a bad odor and need to be wash. I brought it to their attention. So hopefully next time I can update my review to a 5 star .

Dania Mercado Did whatever they wanted caked on nail polish layer after layer. I complained and they told me it was my fault for having my nails done somewhere else first even though I asked for a fill and they said they could do it. The nails ended up looking warped. They also put on a different color on top of the color I wanted because they said it looked better that way. Wasted money! Now I have to go home and soak these in acetone.
