Lauren OFlaherty Linda at Royal Palms is FANTASTIC. She is friendly and warm, and the attention to detail on my nails is top notch. She is thorough and always makes an effort to shape my nails evenly, clean up the cuticles and edges and gives a very relaxing massage. I highly recommend her services!

Sarah B Never again! $141 for a gel removal on toes and gel mani & pedi. The manicure was terrible. Started chipping off after 4 days. It has been a week and half. The pedicure was good. The manicure was terrible. It’s been less than 10 days and it should have the space it has. The polish color is also uneven.

Rachel Valentine The service was immediate and efficient, as my friend and I stopped in to get our nails done as a last minute decision for a wedding we were in. My nail tech, whose name I did get, did not do the best job. With that said, they look nice enough to someone who doesn’t have an eye for flaws and is viewing them from a distance. Three stars for the prompt and timely service, and the place was very neat and clean. Two stars taken off due how my nails turned out.

Samantha Horridge The massage I got with my pedicure was amazing. The staff is very attentive, offered me a drink and I was sat quickly. The only thing I did not like was the polish. I couldn’t find a color I wanted. I was looking for something bright but they had muted purples. The color on my toes in the picture was the most neon one I could find and I still didn’t love it. My toes were painted quickly, not even a minute was waited between coats. So now I have layers of wet polish on my toes that I’m having to be extremely careful with as I walk. They smudged already. The cuticles are flooded and I can see polish residue around my toes. The tech also cut all the length off my nails which I worked very hard on growing out. I won’t be returning.

Lindsey Swanson Very expensive for a mediocre pedicure. Everything is an extra cost. When I got back home, I had to re-trim my cuticles because they were barely touched. I would never go back or recommend this place. The gel nail polish was painted really sloppy. I also had Chrome added to my Already painted nails and it’s already rubbed off and chipped within two hours. I’m giving it two stars because it’s clean.

Meg Very bad and tacky service! Got a manicure done and it’s already started to chip the same day. it was such a headache to explain a simple almond nail shape and French manicure to the lady even when I had a picture of the nails that I wanted to get done. Plus they charged me extra from the amount that was told to me. Very very poor customer service plus it’s so hard to explain things to the folks there. I paid $67 bucks for such a bad nail job. Such a regret, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Marissa Allen This place is my “go to” for mani’s and pedi’s! Inside it’s very clean, everyone is so friendly, and the prices are great. I go to David for the most beautiful acrylic full-set’s and Anna for a fabulous pedicure. My mom also loves Vee, we’ve never had anyone bad here! They do a fabulous job and the ambiance is lovely, low-light and ready for relaxing. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Leslie Croyle Not good, not good, not good!! My daughter took my 85 year old mom as a Christmas present. The lady did my mom’s nails and they got messed up, so they had her come back in an hour for gel polish. When they were walking out, the nail tech chased them down for more money. They were not supposed to be charged for the gel polish due to the inconvenience. My daughter tried to explain this to the nail tech. She proceeded to get the manager to argue with my daughter over the money. They charged an additional $21.00 for the gel polish. She had already paid over $100 plus a tip. Ridiculous!! We will never ever go back to Signature Nails!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND SIGNATURE NAILS!!! BAD EXPERIENCE!! AWFUL!!

Michelle Nugent I LOVE this place. And I barely wait for 2 weeks before fill-in. As I walk through the door I always see someone that has wonderful customer service skills, and that doesnt stop there. I prefer to go there between 2 to 4 p.m., but 10 out of 10 I will never go to any nail place other than this. You dont have to remember somebodys name so you can come back and request them, ALL the staff are wonderful.

CHAN CHAN Mike is the best. I love his work. I drive an hour just to get my nails done. I have not had 1 nail break in the entire time Ive been coming. Quality work.. reasonably priced..

Borica Chhem Great experience here. She took time to understand client’s nail shape and wants. So far the best SNS manicure I’ve had in the longest while. Also didn’t feel like she rushed through the appointment. When one finger was a little off, they even fixed it with a smile. Ps don’t be afraid to let your nail tech know if you don’t like something. Everyone at this store will happily fix it for you. The management is great and atmosphere is nice despite the strong acetone smells. But totally worth sitting through the smells for a beautiful manicure that will last. I will come back from Jacksonville just to get my nails done.

Auna Shkira Safe to say I won’t be back. I paid $70 for an overlay (I asked for dip they only had poly gel) on my natural nails and a soak off. I have no polish on my nails or designs just overlay. Less than a day later I noticed my nail chipped and called the shop to ask if it could be fixed and I was instructed to walk in at anytime and I could get it fixed that day. I came immediately after work and was told to come closer to closing because they were really busy (had I been paying for something I would have been taken then and not told to come back). I always try to resolve problems with the business before making reviews but I won’t be back! This set was too expensive for it to be chipping a day later and I didn’t even get polish or design add ons so $70 is insane. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Susan Jaamour Finally found a place where they are perfectionist with their work. I’m super picky and I like getting my cuticles cleaned very well. Couldn’t find one thing to complain about. Chi was great!

Connie Saleh When you first walk in it smells so strongly of nail fumes that I literally could not breath for a minute. I do not frequent nail salons often but I have never smelled something like that before. I got a basic gel manicure, my first ever. The nail tech, an older woman, used a nail grinder on my cuticles to the point where one was bleeding, profusely. The polish itself is all over my skin and under my nails. The edges of my nails are sharp because the gel polish sticks out and was not filed down after... sticking out to the point where I could literally scratch something they are so sharp. A really bad first experience. My friend also got gel done at the same time, from a male worker, and hers came out amazing! Dramatic range of quality depending on the nail tech.

Hallie Latham My friend and I both got our eyebrows waxed here. Great shape…. When she did the center of my eyebrows (unibrow) she took off too much on the right eyebrow on both of us. Not even at all. (Don’t mind the redness just super sensitive skin)

Raquel Conner She did a wonderful job on my pedicure! I needed some extra care and rest during my pregnancy and my nail tech was thorough, made it so relaxing (the massage felt amazing), and she was very kind. I will definitely be back any time I visit the area!

Rosalie Thompson Place was empty when I came in. Asked for the step above the regular pedicure which was $40. The lady was nice enough but she gripped my feet so hard when she was rubbing them and didn’t even put a base coat on my nails. There was another girl that walked in after me that said she had an appointment but they made her wait while the other staff was in the back doing who knows what even though there was no one in the place other than her and I. This place is nothing special. Sorry not sorry. Cool name though

Aliyah Yepes “Yea they Nail Me Good alright” I went there to get my nails done for thanksgiving I got the fill and gel they originally set the price at $35 $15 extra for gel and to paint, I selected black color and ended up with a charge of $80 the gel and paint came off I had wait 2 days to come back she tells me that I have to spend $2 for a mask let alone I had to come back and spend gas to get there and my time, she has the nerve to tell me I would have pay for this and I would have to select a different color other then black because her black was bad and she knew it and Admitted to it she still applied it on my nails wanted to change the color of my nails, make sure you get a solid price out of these people before you get your nails done, I will never ever ever again recommend or go to this salon again very poor choice she made and she lost a few customer today and look at the review under mine and see her replay her excuse was that the wheee really busy that day omg unrealistic We found another very professional and lovely place to get our nails done, it’s on central and it’s called “ “Nouvelle Beauty Bar”

Laura Smith Anna did a beautiful job on my pedicure. It was the best massage and spa service ever as she spent lots of time with me, then she made my toes so pretty and applied stickers to make them look like cherry blossoms. So pretty! We also had wonderful conversation the whole time.

NEVER AGAIN. And it wasnt even that great, I still have the ingrown nails. My regular place would have cut them. Ugh!

Alexa Messerer *Please for anyone getting any nail service done, trust your gut, stay educated, ask questions, and stand up for yourself. Improper nail service can be dangerous and lead to infection or worse.* Ive been to this nail salon a couple times before and it was fine, this last time I just came to get my acrylic nails removed and have a regular manicure done. They drilled the shine off. I was brought a bowl of acetone to soak my fingers in. There was no cotton, no foil. After drilling a bit after soaking, they took cuticle clippers and started clipping and peeling away the acrylic still adhered to my nails. It felt uncomfortable until it hurt..because its ripping up my nailbeds. This was done repeatedly to every nail. I should have left right away. I regret not standing up for myself and being my own advocate. This is not how you remove acrylic, but it was already started and I was frozen, I tried to hold out and at least get the acrylic off. I voiced out loud "Ow", "Maam this hurts", "Maam can you not do that?". She tried to explain that she just wanted to get the acetone under the acrylic? Still frozen I was silent. The final time she did it she ripped a hole in my nail (luckily not the nail bed). I jerked my hand back and stood up. I said Im done. I was blinded by frustration and rage, I paid for the service and left. I regret paying for a service that only damaged my nail and dried my fingers. Chip Leger My Wife had a full set nail replacement and it was fantastic! We used to go elsewhere but this place is better quality and less expensive as well. I had a Deluxe Pedicure and Katie my nail tech was Fantastic!!! I havent had it done in 2 months due to a medical procedure so my nails were Very long and EXTREMELY THICK. She had me completely finished in half the time of our Former regular salon! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Tanya Lena was so amazing! She did such a great job with my nails and I am very happy with the way they turned out. I got a full set of acrylic nails with a design. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend!

Chris Hilton My nails were ruined by this salon. My technician completely drilled off my gel polish (as opposed to soaking off my polish). My nails are just too thin to take the drill. The damage is so severe that it will take 6 months or longer for this bloody mess to grow out. Please be aware if you have thin nails like mine. These photos were taken 2 weeks post appointment. It makes me very sad to give a bad review because the people who work there are very nice but I don’t want anyone else to ever experience what I did. My nails started lifting as well. It has been quite painful experience but slow but sure I am improving.

Camilla Golson i’ve been coming here for the past few years for my nails as it is around the corner from my fiancés home in st pete. unfortunately, i can no longer come here as the last few experiences have been terrible. i left this salon with a gel manicure that peeled completely off a week after my service and a streaky pedicure. when i asked the pedicurist to do another coat she stated that she already did 3 and got up and walked away. they obviously have zero care of craft and are using old polish if it’s turning out streaky and gel completely falls off after a week. do not come here if you want even a decent mani pedi.

Nicky Stevens Very nice salon and took a ton of time and attention on my French dip. I dont often get nails done because I have a skin issue Im embarrassed about but she didnt bat and eye, just took care of it and made my jenky fingers look so much nicer. Also, My ring fell off the table while I was there and 4 employees all jumped in to help me find it, sweeping the whole place and then emptying all the drawers and boxes until we found it! Appreciate the service and happy attitude to help!

Shantana Mornay-Bennett I’ve been a loyal customer of Nail Zone for over five years, but I will never return after today. Since Nancy is no longer working here, I decided to give someone new a try. Unfortunately, that decision led to a shocking and painful experience. During my pedicure, the technician cut one of my nails in half vertically. To my disbelief, he continued working as if I wouldn’t notice the damage. His lack of acknowledgment or concern stunned me that I had to leave mid-service. This experience has completely shattered my trust in the salon’s quality and professionalism. Nail Zone used to be my go-to place, but after this incident, I can’t recommend it to anyone.

Lynn Margaret This is not my side of town at all - I live at the South end of St. Pete Beach, but Ill go out of my way to see Nancy again! I went in around 6:40, with a vague idea of what I wanted (USA for Olympic spirit!). Also, I was super sweaty after the gym. The women were so helpful and conferred with each other and showed each other some pictures then showed me the picture and it was EXACTLY what I was thinking of and could not explain (again, USA for Olympic spirit)! To take me, all sweaty, less than an hour before they closed and whip out three different colors and do a design? They have won me over. Ive gotten so many compliments on my manicure. Cant wait to head back over to this part of town just to go see Nancy. Thanks, ladies! Ill be back!

Lynn Margaret Yay! Loved my experience tonight! I came it at about 5:45pm and wanted a gel manicure and gel pedicure, with my current mani/pedi needing to be soaked off. They close at 7:30pm but were super cool about me getting there as late as I did. Van was fantastic. Gentle but got in there too when she needed to. The energy there was quiet and calm which isnt always the case at nail shops and very clean. A gel manicure and gel pedicure was $80 which is significantly cheaper than the last few places I had gone. I love that they are open until 7:30pm as well, since its typically later in the day when Im getting my act together to get my nails done. I also love that they didnt try to push me to upgrade my services or push unrequested services on me like brows and such even though Im overdue. Oh, AND a total bonus that they are very relaxed about you picking your color. They get started on your nails then bring you the basket of options. Sometimes its a lot when youre barely in the door at a nail shop and they are demanding to CHOOSE YOUR COLOR. Thanks, Van! Hope to be back soon!

Emily P I have gone to this nail salon a few times and have never had an issue until last week. I went and asked for a dip manicure like I have several times before. The woman working on my nails didn’t know what that was or at least pretended not to. I said I was fine with acrylic - after several times of her just saying “acrylic” and not paying attention to what I wanted. I agreed but only if it was a thin layer- I had to keep telling her to add polish because you could see my nail. I showed pictures of the design, which was very simple. They are not even and I can see my nail underneath. My nails have never looked so horrible. I will not come back.

Brittany Brinson Not a terrible place to get your nails done but if you don’t like being overcharged then don’t go here. Paid $70 for a full set/soak off. Here was the breakdown as written by the desk clerk. $48 for full set. $7 for colored powder (regular acrylic was not offered to me. I was just asked what color powder I wanted), $5 for the particular shape I got, $5 for nail take off, and get this, additional $5 for clear gel top coat. Clear top coat?! They also said my nails were long. Here is a picture of my $70 basic nails.

Amanda Edwards Just lost a long time customer charged $50 for a basic gel manicure I don’t have acrylic. It’s just my nail. The nail technician is greedy! 3 years I’ve been coming here bye not anymore plus she did a horrible job
