Angel Roebuck I am an Insurance agent, and my member scheduled an appointment, gave all her insurance info, office staff said they accepted her insurance, had her come in and saw her, just to bill her $300 on her third visit. She liked the Doctor, but the office staff is incompetent and rude. If they did not accept her insurance, why would they see her, just to try to bill her $300 on her follow up visits. They scheduled a phone call to try to i guess apologize, but then never even did that. If they do not accept someone insurance, they need to tell the member that so they can go somewhere else.

Jennifer Ridenour Rude staff. Tried to make an appointment no answer for weeks no call back. Went in office super rude and said dr is new which is a lie…. She was arguing about not answering the phone. And I said I guess reviews are true then. Office lady said then why are you here. I said bc of insurance

Marie Bonvouloir Very rude staff. Maggie is the rudest person I have ever met. Was just outside the door came right in and told me I had to wait because she saw her favorite patient in the waiting room and wanted to see her first this is 45 minutes after my appointment time

Laura Overstreet Our aging mom was under hospice care and Dr. Kudia served as her physician. While he entered our mom’s life near the end, he was so compassionate, accessible, and communicative. He was also the first physician in her long journey who was honest, straightforward, but also very caring. He was understanding of her long journey at multiple facilities. He was the only physician in her journey who actually took the time to talk with us, look us in the eyes to answer tough questions, and provide comforting hugs. We had tough decisions to make to respect her wishes and Dr. Kudia respected us along the way. He absolutely made the right decisions at the right time regarding her status and we couldn’t be more grateful. In such a difficult time, I’m so glad we had Dr. Kudia caring for mom at Flagler Hospital. I wish we had encountered more Dr. Kudia’s as we navigated difficult times. He is an angel on earth.

jill parker This is my doctor. I’ve left five messages trying to get a call back to reschedule an appointment and nobody is calling. Nobody answers the phone.

dylan wilson Dont go here. Unfortunately, I tried to give them a chance for years as my primary care. But they are consistently unprofessional to deal with and do a horrible job with their diagnosis. It doesnt seem to matter which doctor you see. They are quite happy with the satus quo as you can see from other reviews. It doesnt matter if you come early to your appointment. You can expect to wait well over 30 minutes. Today was the final straw. No one else was in the office waiting room. I came in early for my 12:15pm appointment at 12:09pm. I waited for 25 minutes and asked the lady in the window when i could expect to be taken into the back. She told me she would find out and never came back. I waited another 15 minutes with no contact, I had to ask someone else as the other lady never returned and was told that in another 10 to 15 minutes and they might be ready to bring me back or I could just reschedule. Mind you, they will make you wait again in the backroom before the doctor will come in. What a joke. I was told they take so long because something along the lines of the Drs do such quality work they take their time. Id say it was more likely they were enjoying their lunches instead.

Bertie Russell We have been very satisfied with the care that Dr. Connors office and associates have provided for my husband and would like to mention Miss Savannah, in particular. She goes above and beyond in tending to her doctors patients with her kindness, care and consideration. She is very sweet and a definite asset to his practice.

jenny stern This rating is strictly for Dr Jennifer Seder Ramirez: I had an appointment today to update my FMLA paperwork and submit a referral request. The FMLA paperwork needed updating, but the nurse who originally completed it is no longer working at the facility. As a result, I requested to see another doctor, Dr. Jennifer Seder Ramirez, for the update. However, since I am not Dr. Ramirez’s patient, she declined to update it. Dr. Ramirez saw me for only two minutes and stated that she could submit a referral but nothing else. There was no evaluation, and she did not check anything that doctors typically examine. I would have scheduled an appointment with Dr. Connor, but he was on vacation. Next time will wait for him. Understandable that his next appointment available is not until December! Next time won’t waste my time unless it’s with Dr Connor!

Niksuniverse80 I just have to give one star because the people who answer the phone are so RUDE and unprofessional. The actual nurse practitioner wasnt too bad herself. But the phone reps give the office a terrible impression.

Frances Wills-Jarriel I am shocked my original review is no longer found on here! this place is a joke, all they want to do is prescribe zoloft. youre sick, zoloft, hurt shoulder, zoloft panic attacks, zoloft. not sure if they are getting kick backs from the pharm co but in the 15 years I went here, I was prescribed zoloft at least 7 times and everytime i said im not depressed, i have a great life i dont need zoloft, but thats all they ever offered me. I have moved thank goodness.

LG I always had a great healthcare experience at Anastasia Family Care. Brooke was fantastic. Ive since moved to a different city, but if I was to return to St. Augustine, I would trust Anastasia in a second.

louise brown I went due to a pain in my hip and I was seen by Brooke , Dr. Barringer is my favorite doctor; he was on vacation. Brooke walked through the examination door and instantly said "we have a lot going on here". She wanted to discuss my blood pressure meds, my sugar, and cholesterol. I was not there for that and I would not discuss my BP meds. I felt like I was being lectured. I am 64 years young and very aware of my medical issues. I was there for my hip!!! I got upset and was going to leave. My husband took over from there. I would have only seen Dr. Barringer, but; could not get an appointment soon enough. I am looking for a new primary care DOCTOR NOT PA OR NA. Also they did not give us a receipt for the money we paid and had to ask for one! She quoted us one price and the receipt shows a different price. Good thing they are closing. I will follow Dr. Barringer wherever he goes next.

Christopher France What a useless practice. I went in to get some antibiotics for a sinus infection. I was told they were not seeing anyone with a sinus infection due to Covid. I explained I had a negative Covid test and was vaccinated but they still denied seeing me( even though they were my primary health provider). I was told to go to Urgent Care. Apparently they only want to treat the healthy people. Dont bother with these people and I along with my spouse will be looking for another heath provider.

Elisa L Terrible experience. I went to have a first appt with Dr. Ana but I chose to not have the appt because the lady at the front desk was very rude. Also, as a self pay I asked for a good faith estimate for the total expected cost and she refused to provide it.

C * My interaction with this "doctor" is the same as previous reviewers. He is dismissive, insulting, rude, and unengaged with patients. Horrible human being. Now I have received "balance billing" for his "services." Although UF Health St Johns is IN network, Dr. Timothy M. Ward is NOT. What a joke. I believe this guy is a menace to patients who arrive to the ER in extremis. Looks like they are staffing St. Augustine with the last-tier staff from UF Jacksonville. Beware.

Marci Fuller My husbands experience with this “doctor” Was same as the other reviews. Horrible bedside manner. Rude, flippant, and uninformative. My husband was also in horrible pain but the doc would not prescribe any pain meds. Even the nurses said he was horrible! Then the next ER doc came on duty and gave him pain meds right away. Just turn around and run from this guy.

Gina Tobler Dr. Ward was the most rude and unprofessional Dr. Ive ever seen in the Er he had a nasty bed manner and didnt even care about me as a patient I was in such pain. I over heard him telling another Dr. He thought I was faking I would never want to b in his care again. He really doesnt need to b there.

Chris Hicks Posting on behalf of my partner who was seen by this person, as treatment would be far too much to explain what happened. First of all my other half just recovered from months of chemotherapy and radiation. He also has a crushed disc in his spine and early this morning his sciatica was killing him to the point he could barely walk and could not even remain seated due to the pain. During the cancer treatment he never took any pain medication, it was prescribed, but never taken. Still has the bottle. The only medication taken is clonazepam (3x/day) but is only taken when needed and no more than once a day. Doctor can check the bottle to verify. This all matters because instead of actually trying to help, all he did was accuse him of abusing recreational drugs. Any test would have revealed that there are no drugs in his system. Although I realize ER doctors deal with drug addicts often, to treat someone who was there for such severe pain, someone who has gone through both chemotherapy and radiation - someone with a clearly verifiable medical history available on the exact same medical campus with such disregard, indifference, and to make baseless accusations of “recreational drug abuse.” at a time when a patient is truly in need is disgraceful. Thank goodness there are actual Doctors close by who were able to help. Oddly enough, on the same medical campus as this so called ER doctor. This careless and misguided idiot made him stay there for close to 9 hours in agony for nothing. Only to have him sent home and to call another doctor who actually listened and paid attention to medical history. Steer clear of this guy. I feel sorry for people with severe trauma complaining of pain - maybe a bandaid and lecture about recreational drugs before treating what’s likely obviously wrong.
