Megan LAbbe The staff was the best part of our visit. Nobody wants to take a trip to the emergency room but everyone we encountered from security, check in desk, triage, nurses and doctors all were very nice, comforting, helpful and communicated exceptionally. The waiting room was pretty small and there wasn’t enough rooms to accommodate the amount of patients but they are doing their best to be able to accommodate everyone and make everyone as comfortable as possible.

Dalton Wessman A family member of mine was seen here recently and should have had a referral for further outpatient care. When I called the facility for some guidance with as to why this didn’t happen, an extremely rude person answered and stated “we’re an emergency room we don’t do that”. As an ER nurse myself, I questioned them knowing that this is completely false and not best practice. ED providers make outpatient referrals regularly for patients needing further care that doesn’t warrant an admission. Again they stated the same thing and continued to be of 0% help. I’d recommend skipping this facility if at all possible and if you do find yourself here be sure to ask questions and advocate for yourself.

Jason Downs Excellent staff and service! They treated me with the best care. I’ve been to Gulf coast and there is no comparison to Lee memorial. Lee actually cares about their patients. Not to mention the cafeteria food is better than most restaurants in Lee county. 5 star!!

Elaine Lennox Needed to go to the ER today and I was hesitant as the reviews here are not good. I was pleasantly surprised at the care I received. Each encounter from beginning to the end was exceptional. The staff were kind, polite, worked like a team and demonstrated how a caring environment should be. The ER is a busy place and they got the important stuff right.

Kimberly Phares My father was admitted to the ER while my mother was upstairs in a room dying after over a month long stay. They were kind enough to let my father go up and say goodbye. After she passed I went down stairs to the ER where my father had been for 3 hours already. 2 hours later the nurse said she was sending in the physician. 45 min later we called the ER desk to inquire when the Dr was coming in that it had been 45 min. “There are other people here and you are not the priority now.” I said excuse me were you really just that rude. “No just being honest” was the response. I would like to personally thank ARIEL for letting me know that a patient in the ER at HealthPark was not a priority. I realize they had no idea he had just lost his wife of over 50 years but you would think someone working in the ER would have more compassion.

Nairelys Borges If I could give this place a 0 I would . Worst hospital ever. Misdiagnosing patients, hippa violation , nurses talking about patients diagnosis and making comments right in the nurses station where you can hear it from every room and when you walk by. Wait time it’s absolutely ridiculous and let not talk about the nurses here not having an ounce of empathy . If you have a serious issues please do not come here !!!!!!

Debra Markovich I had a recent visit to the ER and all I can say is everyone was polite, courteous and efficient. I was seen quickly and monitored for a couple of hours. I am leaving this review so that the community will know we have a great resource here.

Sean Odom This hospital is so bad that the employees dont even use it. Its always overcrowded and slower than a car with 4 flat tires and no engine. I took my daughter here because she was having contractions 16 mins apart. Got the OB ER, and it was a shit show. Ppl waiting that had their water broke and nurses ignoring everyone. Unfortunately, her doctor only delivers here, so we have put up with the negligent employees. Ill have to wait in the lobby. Just go somewhere else. I know 4 ppl who worked here, and they refuse to come here.

Erick Espinosa Extremely BAD service, this is the at least 4 doctor I try to keep. Whether the doctors keep changing or leaving and the appointments are canceled at the last minute and changed for months ahead, if you call the office you may wait 15 minutes or more without answers.There is not management completely out of control

angela alvarez Lee county health system. Including gulf coast, cape coral, lee county n health park owned by the same ceos and family owned, most doctors working in different areas are family members. All incompetent, its a corrupt institution, profiting from capping insurance and murdering your loved ones. Misdiagnosis and un needled treatments. Basically you lab rats for profiting. you suspect fowl play, they shut you down and medical records dissappear. A classaction lawsuit needs to be opened. Problem, not an attorney in lee county will touch them. They murdered, yes murdered my 30 yr old son. I was able to scan all records before they dissappear and when requested was refused, then dissappear. Autopsy performed by the country tpo forensic pathologist with the fbi, proved what i suspected. They murdered him.
