B Cool Dr. Ambinbola is very professional, thorough, she answered all of my questions, told me the truth and is a very nice person. She knows her stuff! Dr. Ambinbolas staff is amazing too!! Kind, empathic, helpful. And the check-in staff and X-ray staff were so sweet and considerate also!! Thank you, thank, thank you!!! It is very refreshing to enter a healthcare facility, where people dont feel well, and are greated with kindness!!

SP This ENT is as shady as a used car lot. They will perform unnecessary medical services and over charge your insurance then YOU will be responsible for the COST. Decline any procedures that’s not covered by your insurance, even if they act like they don’t know … have them in the office verify the codes with your insurance. Please don’t let them scam you!

sara el halabi The APRN Kimberly Myers’s and the medical assistant Sara are the rudest people I have ever met through my career. They do not know how to treat families or patients. They are disrespectful in their attitude and treatment plan and doesn’t know how to treat the patients. She is all over the patient and no ethical principles of this job applies to her. She is very unprofessional and disrespectful I. All means. I would now recommend her to anybody. Go to a doctor and go to a piece of nurse.

Madison Destiny The doctors themselves are good and attentive but good luck trying to get a hold of anyone after. They gave me a referral for GI at my appointment 2 months ago but I never heard anything, and my referral sheet they gave me doesn’t say who it’s for, just what it’s for. I have called and spoke to someone a few times who can’t give me any answers, I have left numerous voicemails for the department that I get transferred to and I have yet to receive a single call back since my first voicemail over a month ago.

Destiny Prisoc I would give zero stars if I were able to. I made an appointment with them as a new patient and then they cancelled my appointment due to “covid” and couldn’t see anyone face to face which I understood. They were doing TeleMedicine video calls but then for some reason that wasn’t an option to me.. they said they weren’t doing them anymore which makes no sense to me because if you aren’t seeing patients in person or on video chat then how are you treating your patients?! So I called back a couple days later explaining to them why I made the appointment and that it was time sensitive and I needed labs done to figure out what was wrong with me and they gave me the run around, then told me to go up to their office the next morning to fill out paperwork and they’d make me an appointment. I went up there first thing in the morning and all the doors were locked. I tried calling them but they are the worst about answering the phone. You’re on the phone for at least 10 mins before getting through to someone and then even after that, they put you on hold for even longer. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not recommend. AT ALL.

Deb Davis I saw Dr. Foppe in the ER at Lake Wales in March of 2021. He was very kind and immediately focused on the issues I was having. He was informative and accurate in his assessment of my illness. I have since followed up with MULTIPLE MDs that have all missed the mark related to this particular issue. If Dr. Foppe had a general practice I would be his first patient. Im a retired ER nurse by profession and so Ive had experience with many, many physicians over my career and in my estimation hes one of the good ones!

Adriana Hilliard One of the worst doctors I have EVER encountered. No bedside manner,condescending,and is a direct insult to the medical community. He does E.R. in Mobile,Alabama for USA and even the staff were aware of how much of a pretentious god complex having individual he is. Im following this with a formal complaint on Monday. No person should receive care from this individual.

Greg Checki This Doctor is the epitome of bad in so many ways; one, he was very personally insulting, two his advice was flat-out wrong and to simply say it borders on negligence is to say I often dream of bordering France. He had no bedside manner and didnt care, despite seeing me multiple times. Turns out the GI may have erred on the procedure so I suffered for weeks, largely in part bc he wouldnt read or give a damn. He actually make assertions that were borderline true, if it all, and released me w no rx odesperately a fairly trough scenario. He even insisted on scan all adhesions or strictures, which they dont and is widely know . If I didnt have a good GP and faith in my body, he could have killed me. Merry Christmas Doc, you ruined that of my whole family and you deserve little else

Tax Timothy P Deegan Came in as a walk in to get corona testing . Mark was courteous, informative and caring. I read the review posted by Don Johnson about Dr Foppe and then read the other reviews the same guy posted and he appears to be a complainer. I had no issue with Dr Foppe. Hes licensed, certified and kind.

Dont Even Went in with a broken jaw and a tooth knocked out of the socket, I begged for surgery because I can’t eat, drink, talk. They never gave me it. I’m pregnant and haven’t eaten in 2 days. The nurses except maybe two were really rude to me and made me feel worthless. They sent me home 6 hours later with 5 mg of hydrocodone. I’m still in pain and haven’t gotten the help I need. Terrible and waste of a medical bill. They should be ashamed.

Marie Cribbs Went in with a pain level of 8 was barely able to walk when they sent me home crying at pain level 9 and not one person cared. They were too busy arguing about how petty each other was that day. Its BS that the nurses arguments took precedent over paitent pain. I can barely walk still and sometimes I cant walk but they dont care. I thought WH was bad they have nothing on these inconsiderate staff.

Soundra Wernholm When we got there me and my daughter were both sick we were not putting a room we were put in a waiting room we attended to very well in the beginning kept trying to get my daughters blood and they used her as a pin cushion. They poked her poor arms about 5 times before they brought in the machine to finally hit a vein and get blood my daughter has autism and was very patiently with them after they got her blood they finally got blood it was like everybody disappeared we were left in the waiting room for 3 hours with no one coming to the room except lady nurse coming in and telling me she has to take vitals every 30 minutes vitals every 30 minutes why arent you there every 30 minutes to check the vitals when the Dr finally came in to tell us what was going on that I had covid and my daughter was just getting over it left in the room again for another 2 hours my daughter was crying because she was hungry I go out play male nurse I guess I dont know he was an older Mexican with an attitude Im getting your paperwork never seen him doing anything comes in my room take my needles out of my arm is sticks a Band-Aid on it it makes a remark( I hope Im getting paid for this) I went over to check my daughter in the nurse noticed I was gushing blood all over the floor she called his name I dont remember what it was 4 * before he finally came in to help her add tapes up my arm and apologizes well its too late I heard your mouth and I want to report him when I get his name Ive never been treated so badly like trash because me and my daughter both have insurance and we had no respect at that hospital the young male nurse that was there before we the two lady nurses before that were very kind but after everybody disappeared and left us for 3-4 hours and Im waiting room not a room we were treated like crap like trash the people that left us with youre not good nurses I will go further away next time I will not go there again Im sorry me and my daughter got sick well get names and hopefully the male nurse will straighten up his big attitude we had a great nurse when we started everything was great but after I guess 7:00 by the next nurses because of the male nurses comment to me I will make sure if I got to travel through the hospital and find out his name

Angela Resmondo Never return follow up calls to schedule procedures. There is a disconnect between the doctors office and other offices to schedule scans etc. The only office on the ball with immediate contact to the patient is billing.

Christina Guilds My father is there with covid I understand that we cant see him. But when we called there and was transferred to the nurses station and the phone rang for almost an hour and still no one pick up. All we wanted was information on how he was. They need something done about that I know someone heard that phone ring and ignored it. So unprofessional. That whole hospital is unprofessional like that. The have no concern about anything.

Alex T Ive been going to Watson Clinic for all of my life and since becoming disabled, theyve told me for years that if I can get on Social Security, then theyll be able to cover everything. I finally get on Social Security, only for Watson Clinic to tell me that they do not accept Medicaid from Social Security. Why tell your patients that Social Security will cover visits/medication if it isnt?

Sarina Katriel Dr Hinsley is nice but we Can never reach her or a nurse. Leave numerous messages on nurse voice mail yet no call backs. Called and spoke with advocate and they reached out to them. Still took two days to call back. When called back they got upset I took daughter off meds yet they didn’t call back for days and she was having severe side effects. We have since cancelled appts and seeing a new neurologist out of Watson clinic yet they continue to call wanting to make appt. And so here I sit yet again for over 30 min on hold and still no answer. Watson clinic is horrible and you’re just a number to them.

Tyler Wooldridge Drove 30 minutes on my lunch break for an appointment only to be told the doctor was an hour behind schedule, due to work I could not sit around for an hour waiting. I rescheduled for 2 months later, called to confirm he was on time before I drove half an hour to the appointment. Confirmed once I arrived (15 minutes before my appointment) the doctor was on time, as I have to take time away from my important job to be here, was told he was on time. It has now been 40 minutes past my appointment time and I am still sitting in the waiting room. Not sure if this facility overbooks their doctors to maximize income or if the doctors do not care about time management. Either way, this is a terrible way to run a business.

Michael Stern What the story with this place? Called to get help for a specific issue they said they treat. She said she doesn’t take my insurance so I asked what insurance is she does take she said there’s a whole list and I can’t read it to you. I asked can you email to me she said no we don’t email. So how am I supposed to know how to get seen? Then she hung up on me. Doesn’t sound like a good way to get new business.

Divinely Deedee Good and Bad. They leave at 12pm on Fridays. I love my Doctor but its hard when Friday is more convenient. I mean if they had like alternating nurses stay on Fridays to answer the phone this would be optimal service.

Yarixa C This place is a scam. Like most of you, I received a suspicious text saying that I had a balance due and proceeded to tell me to “click the link” to pay. I did not of course. They even mentioned my providers name and the clinic I went to in the text. But I work with insurance and knew that I didn’t owe anything. I did however, call my insurance company and explained to them to message I’d just received and they confirmed I have no outstanding balance for the services these people are saying I owe. To anyone that comes across this DO NOT CLICK the link or call the number they have. They are scammers, if you want to know if you really have a balance CALL YOUR INSURANCE PLAN.

Dan Smith Keep raising the bill months after I am out of the hospital. Only 20% discount for self pay. Rude billing department that says they will call you back an never do.

Diane Bright I received a call from them about a bill for my parent who is on Medicare and Medicaid. Apparently the bill was sent to her nursing home. They wouldnt provide the amount or date of service when I wouldnt give her insurance info. Sounds scammy.

Luna Bath & body Scammers! Received a bill from this place stating he saw some doctor on two separate occasions when we have never been in this place or had any medical appointments in the months they’re stating BUT yet they know my child’s name.

Breanna Canarie Overcharged me for my visit and billed my insurance twice for the same procedure. I spoke with them about a refund and they told me they were working on it. I called back a little over a month later and they claimed they had no record of me even talking to someone and then denied my refund saying that I had future visits coming up and they couldn’t refund me. They are crooks. Go somewhere else.
