juanita sanchez Used to be good but service keeps getting worse. Did all my births through them but after 10 years I am transferring to Baycare. It is impossible to make a sick child appointment these days.
I dont mind the students, but sometimes the wait between students and actual doctor takes an extra 30 minutes so every visit you have to plan for 2 hours. Lastly, I guess I forgot about the well checks for my son for 2 years, even though we have been to the doctor multiple times in that span as needed when he got sick. Just had to do their urgent care since as mentioned, it is impossible to find a spot for a sick child. So now when I try and make the well check appointment I am told he has to be seen as new patient now. But for new patients you cant just make an appointment, you have to do a new patient and then they will do the well check (again he has been going here since he was born 10 years ago). So that would mean about 4-5 hours to get a well check, and a new patient appointment that is probably not covered by insurance. So no, we decided to just change providers. For routine pediatric care, is just not worth it. Most doctors are great here, but the system/logistics is just too burdensome.

Lori M They are okay. Not amazing but not bad. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful.

Family Of Shepherds If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Both of my daughters go here now for a year and a half. That has given plenty of time to evaluate the type of care that is provided at this location. In all my 43 years of living this is the absolute worst doctors office I have ever been to. One of my daughters has been special needs her entire life. This doctors office has continued to not do thier jobs appropriately to make sure my daughters get the type of care they deserve. Further more they have now started to blame our other providers and specialties for thier own lack of care although in just one day three of our other providers reported to me this doctors office has been contacted several several times by all of them to follow up on care plans, referrals and authorizations which is the only way to get services covered by our insurance. Causing my disabled daughter to go without therapy for a progressing disease. If you are thinking about going here please think again. They have in no way made our lives any better. Only have caused us tremendous stress and made our lives worse. After a year and a half I have had enough!
