Nikki B Yesterday was my first visit with this vet office. I have a new 5 month old puppy, Victor, that I recently adopted and wanted to make sure he was up to date on shots and everything he needs. This office came highly recommended and I see why. The front desk staff was AMAZING! Explained all my options and quickly got us back to our personal room. Everyone was so friendly. Shots went easy and Victor had a great experience. I was able to talk to them about food issues I am having with Victor. He’s a picky eater and I did not feel judged when I explained I was not getting it right because he has loose stool. They offered suggestions and even provided dog food to try. I also found them to be very affordable. I haven’t had a puppy in years but I’m happy that I chose this office to care for Victor. They gave this dog momma the little boost of confidence I needed. Thank you!

Jeannie Summers My beautiful 14 year old Black Lab passed away on August 13th. I had her cremated. Forgotten Coast Animal Hospital arranged her pick up from Allied Veterinary Emergency Hospital and the cremation itself. Enola loved her visits with her doctor and staff. She was a beautiful girl and is missed by her K-9 brother and myself. Thank you to the staff at Forgotten Coast for your love and respect for my Enola, its so appreciated.

Marcia Miley I have been using CAH for quite a few years. Unfortunately I was getting prepared to leave them due to a lack of care and incorrect diagnosis I had been receiving. THEN Dr. Kyle Marsh came along and he was very knowledgable and sympathetic to my concerns with my little pup Ginger. Correctly diagnosed her right off and from that point forward I would never take my pets ANYWHERE but to his practice. Always thorough and never rushed, his staff is just as great! It means so much to know my boy Tigger receives the best care available ANYWHERE!

Rudy Huling Dr. Marsh and his staff are always caring and nice. Dr. Marsh always explains in detail what is going on with my pets and doesnt rush which makes me feel comfortable and confident in his decisions. This is in my husbands name but I take our boys for their visits.

Dawn Mlatecek I drive over an hour to come here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and open minded around my dogs health. I love that they added Chiropractic to their clinic.

Lynda Corrao As a new resident of Crawfordville I had to quickly search for a vet! My senior kittys health declined rapidly within 2 months of arrival. Both the owner and the other veterinarian (female, I apologize Ive forgotten her name) have taken good care of Bella. Unfortunately shes now in palliative care, suddenly. Everyone is very patient in taking their time, answering questions (especially w/me) listening & offering the best solutions for her quality of life. The assistants and office staff are welcoming & friendly as well. This is already a difficult time for most hoomans knowing their babies wont be here long. Highly recommend the care they are providing! Thank you for loving our fur babies.

Peewee Bed Falsey diagnosed my pet and put him down. Called him by the wrong name and even put the wrong name on all the memorabilia I paid for. Rushed me by giving me 10 minutes to say good bye to him before putting him down after running test on him that I didn’t consent too. I will never get him back and I will never ever trust this place ever and neither should you.

Kristy Clark-Doskocil We took our 17 year old furbaby here for cremation services. They gave us a room and let us say goodbye as long as we needed. My cat had been through many of our moves and we couldnt bury her in the yard. We now have her paw print, a little fur and her ashes with us. Everyone was sweet and we appreciated the extra time and attentiveness provided during that hard time.

Donna Davis This office is will well run. Wait times are reasonable. Dr. Frable is an excellent doctor. He answers your questions and tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. I trust him completely! Aida, the nurse practitioner is also excellent at her job, I absolutely trust her with my health. I highly recommend both of them, just wish they were taking new patients so husband could transfer there.

Ida Safari-Gashtegani I really like the atmosphere in the whole office. The people are nice and professional. I love the services of my Primary Care Physician, Dr. Mendoza. In my opinion he is an excellent doctor, he listen to you, he explains to you the results of your tests, he is a sweet and compassionate human being. Unfortunately, because the driving distance at my age, I am being force to change to a different Physician. I am sad because I know it will be very difficult to find another doctor as good as him.

Don & Deby Adams Absolutely the best care and customers service around. Dr Jose Mendoza is the best doctor Ive ever been treated by. His staff is so friendly and efficient no automated appointment reminders from this crew, a real human actually calls and reminds you. Highly recommend this practice.

cindy walburn I have been going to see Aida Castro for 3 years, I have never been disappointed and her professionalism is bar none. She always takes the time to listen to you and offer suggestions, she never criticizes or lectures you just wants to help and make you healthy. Making an appointment is very easy on line and always accommodating. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Capital Regional Medical Group in Crawford is an hour drive for me but well worth it and I will continue to go there for my medical care

Judy Seaman I have been a patient of this practice for over ten years. From the initial phone call through check-out, it is always a pleasant experience. Dr. Frable is very thorough and he takes the time to explain whatever weird ailment I may have, and he answers questions. He is very thorough, and offers practical advise, not just medication. I believe he actually cares about his patients, and does not just rush in and out of the room. Ms. Aida, his nurse practitioner, is also very competent, and really puts me at ease. Like Dr. Frable, she takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain her diagnosis as well as any testing she may refer. Casey set up referrals for other providers, and if the patient does not get a call from the other providers in a reasonable amount of time, she follows through to ensure the best care for her patients. There is not a long wait in the office, and have have a lot of faith in this group. Thank you!

UPTOWN UPTOWN I went today for my first appointment with Dr. Ball. He will be my new Primary Care Physician. This practice is awesome, the front desk team are friendly and efficient, nurse was friendly and a great communicator. Dr. Ball is all I could want in a doctor. Great listening skills, made plenty of time for me and clearly explained options to explore. This is a very friendly care team at this practice and I am happy that I found them.

James green Dr. Ball office has a great staff, true they are friendly and try to be helpful. Thursday 9/11 I went in with a serious Sciatic nerve problem, Dr. Ball was on Vacation, the other Dr. I was supposed to see had and emergencies so my 10:00 a.m appt. Went to 3 p.m. so I saw Dr. Dana. It took 2 days to get my prescription called in. I called 4 times in order to get someone to call it in, I realize Dr.’s have lives to but this is ridiculous.. it’s 5:00 p . M. On 9/12 and still haven’t heard anything

William Salgado Had my first visit with Dr. Ball today and in the office review I gave the entire experience a 10 out of 10. From the check-in to the physicians assistant to Dr. Ball himself to the check-out everyone was professional, friendly and efficient. In addition to these attributes Dr. Ball was also extremely knowledgeable and empathetic reviewing my history, listening attentively to all my concerns and providing helpful and reassuring feedback. My wife also started visiting Dr. Ball and is also very impressed, grateful and pleased.

Cathy Morgan I recently had a stroke and saw Dr Ball and found him very professional and friendly. He took time to ex explain my drug changes an even wrote me a posted note to take home as my memory was affected by the stroke. Im so happy to have him as my new doctor. Welcome to.Wakulla Dr Ball.

Christopher Owens Went in because I wasn’t feeling well and they tired to push a sleep study on me. Then they took swabs to test if I had Covid, funny thing is I’m still sick and it’s been a week and nobody has called about my results. On top of all that they put me in a room and left me there for 2 hours and they weren’t even busy. Just got to patient first

Christy Brooks Do not waste your time. You cant get an appointment. They are always way understaffed. I had to come in for a med review but there were no appointments available so I went without the medicines I needed for over a week. Dr. Keen and the staff that he does have are great but you are probably better served elsewhere.

JK Cromwell Getting labs here is beyond ridiculous. Waiting over an hour past my appointment time for a blood draw is unacceptable.

Jeannie Summers I went for a birth certificate for my son. The ladies at the desk are always so sweet and helpful. They helped me with paperwork and fees. I was pretty much in and out. I had to come back the next day as it takes 24 hours and the ladies remembered me and greeted me with warm smiles. That made my day!

J. H. My daughter had a great experience today. The new dentist is absolutely amazing! I was also thrilled to hear that the old dentist was no longer employed there. Glad she got the boot. She was awful.

Tanah Burgess I came to the health department because my boyfriend was having pain in his lower abdomen and this one lady looked at us crazy and was VERY rude. She then said they do not do that here. They should be more professional and keep their attitude in check. And if the patients have to wear masks; they should as well. Very unprofessional.

Billy Jack Fishing Show! Worst place ever! It was three weeks to get my kids shots and they said no nurse was on staff. So I when to the best place ever( franklin county health department ) You can walk in any time for anything and will be out in 30 min with everything you need and it does not take 3 weeks. Wakulla county health department is the worst place ever. Go to franklin county!!!!

Kristy Clark-Doskocil We waited 45 minutes past our appointment time. This isnt the first time that weve had to wait this long to be seen for a scheduled appt. However, it was a necessary appointment that we couldnt reschedule as that was what they offered when we checked twice because the sign says to check with them if weve waited 15 minutes past the appointment time. We saw APRN Lockwood and feel that she helped us get some answers that we needed as well as taking some labs that will hopefully help answer other questions. APRN Lockwood seemed attentive and answered all questions that we could think of to ask. Yes, I was beyond annoyed at the 45 minutes of waiting past the appointment especially when youre asked to arrive early. It would have been different if the office had called us up to inform us that our provider was running behind. As a patient, any provider will cancel your appointment if youre 15 minutes late and charge you and you cannot do anything but try to dispute that.

Sabrina Zeagers I have been going here for years, and I have always felt that Dr.Chiu does an amazing job. However, the office staff at this place is ridiculous! I should not have to be the one to tell them that my insurance has approved a test that was ordered as STAT. Ive been waiting three days to here back from their referral department. The whole time Ive been thinking they were waiting on my insurance ( like the staff member told me ). When I called the insurance myself, they told me it had been approved for some time so they didnt know why my appointment hadnt been made. Ive been in pain for months and forced to wait longer for an MRI all because the office staff couldnt be bothered to do their job. I love Dr. Chiu , but the office staff there is failing her.

Felicia Register Per your reply back: there is no use in me calling as your office as they have already told me they would not see us based on me missing an appt 2 years ago. So Im not wasting my time to call after I have already wasted so much time trying to get my familys health care moved here!!! had an appt over 2 years ago that I wasnt able to make and because of that they will not see me and my family. So if you chose this doctors office make sure you dont miss an appt or its a life sentence of never getting to return. Never have a heard of such a thing. Ill make sure my insurance co knows this as well since its the only place that accepts it.

Gina Decker Do Not Go Here!!!!!! New patient, was given wrong date and time for very first appointment. When I tried to speak with the manager to let her know that a member of her office staff was rude when she was the one that gave me the wrong appointment. The office manager told me it’s just a case of he said she said. I told her thank you for your time however I don’t think this physicians office is the right fit for me. She got mad and told me Fine! Call the other doctor here in Crawfordville, good luck! Than turned around and had me black listed from the entire TMH network all within 5 minutes of me leaving. I had to report them to Quality Assurance who has removed the vindictive stain from an office that I was not yet even a patient of. Smh very unprofessional, rude, petty, vindictive and ignorant.

Victoria Lewis I will admit the staff and Dr. Chiu are incredibly kind but they are not focused on patients well being. It took me over a year to get Dr.Chiu to review my MRI of my back and get me the help i desperately waited on for over a year. Yet when it comes to a routine issue i have had for years and simply call for a prescriptipn suddenly she wants to see me and run tests when she couldnt care less about my back issues. The patients are not highly cared about here they are simply treated like cattle to be ushered in and out and dismissed. I stayed with this office for years due to their kindness but if your personal well being is your focus DO NOT GO HERE!!

Hale On Wheelz My family of 5 have been patients for years. We have been through some doctors who werent our favorites and some that truly change the medical field. Recently the staff and doctors changed. By far in nearly 15 years of being patients this is the best staff and medical team Ive seen anywhere. We obviously have been happy enough to stay but many times contemplated switching service providers. Im happy to say with the staff and doctors now, I truly cant imagine any other clinic meeting the hospitality and the genuine listening ear instead of dismissal of issues. After 3 years of specialist and 3 years of ofg and on symptoms , our daughter was diagnosed by the new doctor (Im embarrassed not to remember her name) and has had comfort and life has been easier with a simple medicine change and diet change!! I will forever be a grateful mother. I waited three months to make sure it wasnt temporary. This is most relief and quality of day to day she has had in 3 years.

Mary Jane Davis Only one star for desk clerks and two nurses. New doctor adjusted my meds so high I ended up at ER. The one and only time I see the new Dr at this clinic she refuses to treat me, after going to this clinic almost two years. Callie Burch was the best and I hated to see her go.

Felicia Register Dr. Castros is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever had. He takes time to listen to me and doesnt make me feel like he is rushing me out. He also isnt quick to just prescribe me a medication which I appreciate. If he ever leaves from here I definitely will follow him!

After putting in FOUR refill requests & making THREE phone calls & after being told it would be taken care of it STILL HASNT been. They closed down at 3:45 on a Fri & yet still didnt take care of the situation while KNOWING I have been out of pills. WHY?

Mindless Magnolia This office has lazy staff. This doctor prescribed medication and never sends it to the pharmacy. After call 4 times they said "Well send it right now" Waited an hour to call the pharmacy to only get sorry we dont have it. When you tell your patients that that its important to take this medication and you dont send it how are they going to take it. Im trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the second time that weve had this problem.

Susie Spears Dr. Keen is a great doctor to my parents. Arena the receptionist is a great help with her acknowledge of getting refills on meds and appts. Dr. Keen does telehealth appts saving a trip in office to discuss lab work done. He takes the time to explain results and any concerns.
