Ken Turner My name is pastor Kendrick Turner and I am a patient in this great hospital I went through some things in this hospital the majority of the hospital is great you have some people that work here dont take care of the patient the right way but other than that I had no issues the doctors was great I had no problem with none of the nurses but the only issue I have is the nurse assistant they not on time theyre not on point they dont take care of the patients like they should but the nurses is outstanding the doctors the the physical therapy is great the dining room staff is great I have to rate this hospital and give them a five-star but like I said the only issue I had is the nurse assistant they need to be trained right they need to be able to know how to take care of the residents thats patience in this hospital but the other people filed the nurse the doctors the kitchen staff the physical therapy is outstanding and the social worker I recommend this hospital to anybody if you have any health issues all day everyday

A C I recently underwent surgery at Florida Medical Hospital on February 25, 2025 and I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care I received from the entire hospital staff. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being. Every member of the team, from the receptionists to the nurses, doctors, and surgical staff, demonstrated an incredible level of kindness and dedication. They made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience into one filled with comfort, reassurance, and confidence in my care. The pre-operative nurses took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I felt at ease before surgery. Their patience and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel like I was in the best hands. The surgical team was equally amazing—highly skilled, efficient, and compassionate. The surgeon thoroughly explained the procedure and ensured I was mentally and emotionally prepared, which made a world of difference. After surgery, the post-operative care I received was nothing short of exceptional. Emjay Everything was good till it came time for my medication. Tell me why I had to call everyday since released to get medication sent to my pharmacy. It’s been a whole week that I’ve been trying. Finally my pharmacy was able to get ahold of the doctor themselves TODAY so I could get the medication I needed!! Oh, not to mention whoever works in the ER that directs calls started hanging up on me!! I’m sorry that my medication is for seizures and it’s important that I get them!

Sandra Hoyos I had surgery there yesterday and my experience was absolutely wonderful! Every single person I came across who was employed there greeted me, from maintenance to security. Even when I didn’t have to interact with them, every employee that passed me by was warm and welcoming. I cannot say enough how amazing my nurses were, angels on earth, just beautiful humans, I felt safe and taken care of, it felt like my aunties and mom were there with me. The doctors were also amazing, answered all my questions and provided reassurance. This was my first time having surgery and I was extremely anxious but the way the entire team took care of me, made me feel at ease. Thank you all for what you do!!!

ydelia Eger Last week my mother was taking by ambulance at 5 am to Coral Springs Hospital- Broward Health . We have spent a week where we have experienced the Emergency Department and Step Down Unit. One word sums it all,; Excellence. The team work, expertise, dedication and caring and compassion was unlimited. My mother an active 92 year old with a cardiac event is back home and recovering nicely. There are not enough words to thank the people that made it happen. As new residents in this area , originally from Miami and from healthcare background I feel I am a good judge of quality. Coral Springs hospital is top notch!

Solocreaion EMERGENCY ROOM SQUAD FIRST RATE I have been dodging the flu virus and all its symptoms day in and day out. Finally got hammered. Checked in and ran right into a friendly, smiling, and reassuring face, Mrs. Sandra. Sandra has great people skills. Sandra started the mood change for me, from bad to way, BETTER. I thought that was AWESOME. Mrs Marissa S. Did my vitals. She had no issues, no stress, and no bad vibes. In return, that calmed me all the way down. Good, because of that, she had an actual good blood pressure reading on me. Mrs. Marissa S is a Great Patriot. She serves our community, and here, son serves our nation, AWESOME BLOOD. Went to the back and was taken care of by Christine F, which was AWESOME, especially for being sick, full of body aches, and pains. Felt like her and my wife were best friends. They both were clowning me and laughing about life. Christine F is a military wife just like my wife. She serves here Community as her husband served this COUNTRY. BOY OH BOY. I felt SAFE and SECURE AT CORAL SPRINGS MEDICAL. Those human beings are needed and wanted on the FRONT LINES AT ALL TIMES. LOVE MY SICK DAY OFF. Thank you all for YOUR SERVICE.

Eliz Clark On February 5th, I went to the hospital due to nausea and vomiting, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life. I had been there in 2017 and hadnt encountered such poor care. I waited for Nurse Lyssa for two hours to receive something for my headache. During that time, she sat at the desk and seemed completely unbothered. When she finally came into my room in the ER, she argued with me, claiming that the staff was busy and that she was only there to carry out orders. I found her attitude alarming—she displayed no empathy or critical thinking. Dr. Gaffley misdiagnosed me with a stomach virus and sent me home. A few days later, I ended up in another ER with code sepsis and spent twelve days there. If she had taken the time to run the appropriate tests, she would have discovered that it wasnt a stomach virus. As a nurse who has worked for Broward, I have never witnessed such incompetent patient care as I experienced from those two. Sincerely, Joan Clarke

Jenni Burnette I had surgery twice (Sept. & Oct. 2024) and I was scared out of my mind after reading the reviews and hearing whats been said. However, I trusted my surgeon and was extremely pleasantly surprised. The pre-op area was clean and private, nurses were very nice and everything went smoothly. My room was incredible! Almost like a small apartment: one wall was all windows, bathroom was rather large and spotless, plenty of room when my family visited and my nursing team was attentive, friendly and efficient. The food was pretty good for a hospital and they kept my room clean. I definitely wouldnt be so hesitant after such a pleasent experience.

Baja West I had an appointment with Dr. Sharma Aryama D scheduled for 12:30 PM, but unfortunately, the clinic’s punctuality was severely lacking. I was made to wait significantly past my appointment time, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the customer service was poor, with staff being unresponsive and unhelpful. This experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this clinic to others.

Draven Game Okay heres my genuine opinion and experience. Doctor Mcdonald is an AMAZING endocrinologist. He was the first doctor Ive seen that actually is wanting to find out what is wrong, find the best treatment, is through on his explanations and is very open to answering questions. His bedside manner is second to none and I HIGHLY praise him for his work. I have a difficult case and he is very proactive in doing extensive research to ensure I am on my way to a healthier body, and happier life. However, Dr. Dinescu, the pain management doctor... He doesnt know a damn thing it seems, and his bedside manner is pretty damn bad. He doesnt believe you when you said youre disabled and finds every possible way to blame you for your pain, then tells you youre making it up. Its like he doesnt want to do his job. He even lied to my face saying there is no treatment for fibromyalgia, when there are many. Never want to see him again. Even if there are no other pain management doctors nearby, I think I would rather suffer than be treated like that again. Front desk staff is good as well; funny, calm, and has good energy!

Carlos Tanon Difficulty in making/changing an appointment. Phone is answered by independent answering service that is handling calls for numerous health care facilities. Response times to get someone on the phone is over 20 minutes (at least). You never get to speak with the actual physicians office you are wishing to reach. Terrible service.

German Sanchez My mother was a patient to this extreme rude Doctor, who doesn’t care about his patients at all! She had extreme pain in her back and went to see this Doctor to see what the pain was, and he only thought it was a bacteria in her stomach, when in reality it was pancreatic cancer. She wasted months with this so called “Doctor” and ended up losing her life due to the time wasted with this rude & careless “Doctor.” I just hope no one puts their life and health in the hands of this despicable human being!!

Thom67 I cant believe the bad reviews. Ive had nothing but good dealings with this doctor. Before you take the bad reviews seriously, take note that theres a few bad reviews a year, and some reviews go back several years. This doctor sees hundreds of partients every year. People like to complain when they have a bad experience, but people who have good experiences rarely take the time to compliment. That may be why theres more bad reviews than good ones. All I can tell you is that Ive seen this doctor for two years and am very happy with him.

The counter is rude to the extreme, was hard to believe how unfriendly and miserably she treated me, I truly believe she is on wrong place. Unfriendly doctor as well, who acted surprised with my health History, like is my choice ugh. Dont waste your time there please, if you love your self a little seek for another place to help you.

John Innes Horrible experience. Absolutely horrible. He wrote a prescription without including the amount of the medicine to be prescribed and so the pharmacist was unable to prescribe the medication. The pharmacist and I called the doctor numerous times over a two week period and each time spoke with someone who said they would give him the message. No body ever called me or the pharmacist back. I was never able to get the prescription filled.

Esteban Parada Dr. Grenvik and her team has been taking care of my mother for many months now. I am forever grateful for the attention and expertise they have delivered during each appointment. Finally someone that is truly passionate about patients !!

Paulo Prado I dont recommend it! The clinic is not humane. They treat people like dirt. Their system is inefficient. Were in our 4th month of pregnancy and we still cant get through because they make up every rule at the last minute and refer us to other places that dont serve us or give us false information. The girls at reception were rude and unwilling to help us and gave us wrong information, wasting our time. If your idea is to have a healthy pregnancy, go elsewhere! This is not what prenatal care is for!

They only care about money and will stop calling and not inform you when they chose not to see your child due to them not being vaccinated, They do not care what your reason is they just hear that they well not be making money off your child and refuse them medical care.

Carina Flores I have been trying for three months to get a refund for an overcharge from them. Ive have talked to the whole department at this point. I had to three way call with my insurance provider. Im still unable to get anyone who has a clue how to do anything. I am beyond any reasonable level of patience. I implore that you find another medical institution to receive service. This has been extremely taxing.

Luis Veron Came in with dizziness, chest pain numbness in my legs and back, they couldn’t find a vein to put IV , finally someone put one with the help of a ultrasound, doctor left ER room never telling me my results or course of action, nurse said I was being admitted because high white cells count, could not get a doctor to tell me anything, there is no doctor in ER . Some other Doctor came and said she was a Doctor but not in charge of my case, I had to wait for another doctor. I am sitting here in emergency room not knowing what is going on with me. Incredible

Victoria Dawkins I arrived 15 minutes prior new patient appointment. I waited 40 minutes before I was called to go over new patient forms. The staffs were courteous and pleasant. I like the fact that there is a private lab to be weighed and go over medical history. But I spent about 2 hours waiting to be seen. Not sure if thats due to Covid precautions. Dr. L was very nice and thorough with the examination and explained with details.

Bubuxumusu I want to share my very bad experience with you, so lets start from the beginning: I am a person with a very high blood pressure therefore I need to take my hearth prescription everyday. My last doctor retired on December and I had just left medicines for one more week when I called to make an appointment with Dr. Smith from this location of Broward Health, I explained my situation to the assistant and she told me that the next appointment available was after 3 weeks, even I told her that my blood pressure is over 200. OK, I would deal with that, I made the appointment for 10 AM after three weeks. I arrived to the office 20 minutes before, as suggested, and after that, I was waiting for a full hour, I was attended at 11 AM, even people who arrives 30 minutes after me was attended without giving me any explanation, just a SEAT AND WAIT. When I was attended for a very kind nurse and them for Dr. Smith, they checked that my pressure was very high so they advised me to go to ER, because I could have an stroke or something worse, so...IN THE TWO WEEKS THAT I WAS WITHOUT TAKING MY PRESCRIPTION, COULDNT I HAVE AN STROKE? are you telling me this now? I do not think that is professionalism, I think you want to save your neck from the complainers... you do not care about me or my health. When I leave the clinic I though my problems were finished, but... nope... my medicine was sent to a pharmacy where Ive never been nor even listen about that city, even though I gave the assistant the phone number, address, name of the place, etc. so I had to waste my time calling one place and another to have my medicines ready ASAP. At the finish line of the marathon was waiting my prescription, but only one, the one for the pressure not the one for cholesterol, which is less important and I am not going to waste one more minute of my time trying to get so my advise is that DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY COMING TO THIS HOLE...

Just Me Since Covid hit, they have become unresponsive. The administrative problems are massive. If you need to get a referral, I would just give up and find another PCP. The phone rings to the hospital. No one returns calls. They should be investigated for malpractice. You would be better to use telehealth or urgent care. Staff is worthless.

Valdi Guintiliano Terrible communication. I’m a Broward patient and I’ve had an emergency and needed to go to the ER. The doctor at the hospital asked me to visit my PCP. It took two days to be able to schedule and appointment at this location only to find out 3 hours before the appointment that I needed to change my PCP in order to get my insurance coverage. I did, they called this place and my insurance called them and let them know I needed to come in urgently and it was okay to come. I arrived at this place only to find out that they didn’t accept pregnant ladies, although I had told the appointment center I was pregnant and had an emergency and needed to see my PCP as soon as possible. Nothing was done! They had two days to call me and let me know if they had a problem with my insurance and instead of that they waited just a few hours before the appointment. They didn’t accept a full payment for the appointment which I said I would do if the problem was the insurance coverage I could pay for the appointment because it is an emergency, only to get another excuse from the front desk about my pregnancy! So frustrating, upsetting.. driving 30 minutes here pregnant and with a toddler to ended up not being seen by a doctor and nobody caring enough to help me!

Yessenia Velez It’s currently 4:40p.m haven’t seen the doctor (Dr. Marybel Landrau) Hispanic doctor my appointment was set to be at 3:15p.m. This happens every single appointment I come too & my family also. If my appointment is at 12p.m I get seen around 3p.m. If my appointment is at 9a.m I get seen at 12p.m. It’s honestly ridiculous… what’s the whole reason setting up a appointment at a specific time if you cannot get seen at that time or anywhere close to that time… She doesn’t prescribe any medications for literally anything she’ll only give you referrals all the time thinking everything is a disease. If you come here and have this doctor expect to be here for 3 to 4 hours. Walter Lafreniere absolutely horrible office staff, They will not send referals to specialists for procedures. The office manager says they dont send referals. Dont waste your time.Do like I did,Call your insurance and get a primary Dr. That has a staff that will accomodate you. If you do go the they Do have buckets of free condoms. Thats all that place is good for. Office is a complete JOKE!!!!!!!!

Some came to the door and from inside states they don’t do DOT physical examination there! Waste of time! This place should be remove from Google listing!

gladys hirschorn I had scheduled an appointment almost a month ago for the first of the three gel injections in my knee. it was scheduled in three days from now and bc I was not able to reach the office on the phone, I actually went there to ensure that my insurance company had authorized it. They had switched me over to a different doctor, did not schedule an appointment for me and did not call me to give me any of this information. The Staff Office are young people that are laughing and not at all helpful. Not at all professional no way do I want to be treated there.

Justin Wyse Apparently this Doctors office hasnt changed it practices at all. Poor customer treatment. The office doesnt see patients on a first come first serve basis. They make you sit in rooms with no communication. No need to co.e back here after this visit. Looking for a new doctors office.
