Brynn McAllister 10/27 around 9:30 I was all checked in at the walk in clinic bc I was having a high temp the day before and a bad mucus cough. I’m a teacher and we have had a lot of kids go home with high fevers and cough and none was positive for the flu. I wanted to make sure it was nothing serious or coming from my chest/lungs and if so earlier the better. I was tested for Covid, RSV and the Flu and was told it would take about an hour or so for the results to come in and I would receive a call in about an hour or so. I never take those words seriously and granite they were busy even though I was out by 11. Around 2:30 my fever spiked out of nowhere and I still haven’t heard anything so I gave a quick call around 3 ish and was told verbatim “If we don’t call that means we don’t have results so that’s why you didn’t receive a call but let me check”. The test was still being processed! Finally around 4:30 I checked the MyChart and the results were posted which I tested positive for one of the three tests. Today 10/28 around 11:30 I receive a call, the voicemail had stated my results came in and to check the MyChart and see the drs recommendation. It concerns me bc I was the only young adult in there and the rest were elderly adults. And the nurse was very judgmental when it came to two questions she had to ask which I understand. But she was asking questions that were going into too much detail which from experience with drs and ER visits and urgent cares, that was never the case. The dr was great and the wait wasn’t too bad. If I could recommend a good urgent care, it’s Jupiter Medical in Stuart! who were unfortunately closed on Sunday

Kathy Petrorio Very good experience. Front desk staffed with 3 people so no waiting when you walk in. Waiting room chairs very spaced out so don’t have to sit too close to anyone. After checking in, had to wait almost an hour, but that was manageable. Went into exam room. Saw the first nurse who does the vitals and gets info on why we were there, etc. After she left, X-ray tech came in a few minutes later and too my husband for an X-ray. Doctor came not a minute after they took husband to xray. X-ray took less than 5 minutes. Doc came back in as soon as husband was back from X-ray. She was great. Energetic and positive and thorough and knowledgeable. Spent an appropriate amount of time with him, wrote up prescriptions and we were on our way. Excellent experience.

N M I would avoid this place. Providers are useless. I brought my kid here with fever and told her we were traveling within a week. Test her for every thing. She doesnt, two days later my child tests positive for flu. We lost three days when we could have started on Tamiflu.

Cindy Kummer I havent had to use the clinic in a few years. I went in with shingles and he said I looked too sick with the high fever to just have shingles. Im an RN and thought he was crazy to have me do a urine specimen as I had no symptoms. He was completely right and treated me. He was the kindest doctor. Those that are saying negative comments makes me wonder what they went on there asking for! The staff and receptionist were wonderful. Now Im taking care of my elderly parents and Im sure my mother has a UTI and cant get in to her doc. Im heading to the clinic as I know she will get exceptional care. I highly recommend this clinic.

B F Went into walk in on Kanner Highway in Stuart with flu like symptoms in Early August. When I checked in they asked me on a covid list if I had any of the symptoms related and I met all but 2. The nurse practitioner I saw was excellent. Tremendous bedside manner and very knowledgeable. She diagnosed me with a sinus infection, which I somewhat understand. But I am giving constructive criticism here when I go back to the symptoms I provided when I checked in….and that I had many of the symptoms that are associated with today’s covid virus and I had to REQUEST that a covid test be done. I ended up testing POSITIVE for Covid and was notified via email that I was positive. My further criticism would be what If I had NOT asked for a covid test….to take it further….What if I hadn’t read my email!? NO ONE called me to let me know that I was positive and to take it one last point more I would say …..NO ONE ever checked in with me to see how I WAS DOING after I had tested positive with symptoms. Overall, I am VERY disappointed with Cleveland Clinic Urgent Care on Kanner Highway in Stuart. Again, the ANRP that I saw had great personality and was knowledgeable…..it was their inadequate decision making and their lack there of of follow up and caring that garnered a very low and disappointing review for me and my family. I’m not sure I will go back there again.

Austin Skumanich I have a lot of bad experiences with businesses all the time, and I try to let them go. So for me to be a bad review, its gotta be terrible. And Cleveland Clinic is terrible from the ground up. I think its hilarious too that each department as its own Google business listing to obfuscate these terrible reviews. Long story short, Ive left bad reviews for Cleveland Clinic in the past for a wide variety of issues, but more recently it has been over billing. As in being told by their employees that they take my insurance, or not disclosing fees, or their billing departments garbage customer service. I really cant say enough terrible things about Cleveland Clinic. Its always something with this organization, and it doesnt matter where you go. Terrible attitudes from employees, disrespectful employees, long waits for no reason, lack of urgency. And its not just me, its my grandfather AND my grandmother could write essays about the awful treatment (medical) they received, constant mistakes and errors and delays associated with that, and generally horrible and arrogant behavior from the staff. The list goes on and on and on.The experience is across the board which leads me to believe they hold seminars about how to make their patients miserable. So, do yourself a favor; go LITERALLY anywhere else but these people. I will probably post this same post on every single business listing from Cleveland Clinic in this town. These people should be ashamed, but they are all heartless.

Michael Wilson Had blood drawn on Monday morning. Liver function results available 2 hour later. This is typical time frame for all previous visits. The Lipid panel and other test are still not available. Called the number on this website and it rang for an hour. I drove to the lab and showed the receptionist my phone which had been ringing without an answer for 1 hour 3 minutes. She replied they don’t answer external calls. Then I was told the other tests are sent out now and it takes about 4 days for results. Written on Thursday late afternoon. I also asked for my type and they could not tell me. I have signed permission for a transfusion on 5 or more occasions if necessary to save my life. Makes me wonder.

Tian Giri I only have one phlebotomist that I care about. I cannot sit for any length of time and she brings me out a reclining chair to get blood work. I walk with a walker. I’m severely handicapped with a L4 L5 discs that need a fusions. Hopefully the surgery will come up soon. However, most of them look like they’re a deer and headlights if you walk in with a walker and say you can’t sit at all for any length of time and you’re in need of someplace to recline or at least a chair for people to recline and they just simply can’t accommodate that there’s only one place in the whole building that I was accommodated for this so therefore I can’t go on numerous appointments and I only live across the street up the road so I choose this facility on purpose because I have to be Uber there and that’s difficult even for only a two minute drive by the time I get there I cannot sit. I’m trying to get my back surgery done again, but I need blood work again right away and I need a urine sample done right away. I have doctors orders for the blood work. I was at Cleveland clinic south. Yesterday was discharged quickly. They not even knowing that I have infections in my back or bladder And I now need to turn to somebody else to help me get these things accomplished. I’m trying to find a place to turn to because I’d have to have this done quickly. It’s either that or going back to the emergency room which would be the busiest Day so I’m hoping that these changes could be done and if it wasn’t for a few nice people there I would write a really try to seek alternatives, but that’s getting slimmer as there’s only one phlebotomy there who knows me and will accommodate me the best that she can so I always pray that I get her and I ask for her.

Bethany Smykay ZERO Stars! I called to schedule a Mamogram. My OB is in Jupiter but I was wanting to have imaging closer to where I live. I have a physical copy of my referral from OB, but the person that answered the phone said she wouldnt make an appointment without a FAXed copy. I asked if I could I email a copy over. She said she would go ask but hung up on me. I tried to call back, with NO answer. Cleveland Clinic MANAGEMENT, look at your reviews! Train your phone staff and get into the 21st century! WHO faxes?

Dan C. My 80 year old mother has spinal and lung cancer and was petrified about having the PET scan. She left there laughing and saying that wasn’t so bad. The reason being was the nurse Ryan. He was wonderful with my Mom. He was patient, funny and kind. He is EXACTLY the kind of nurse you want when you’re going through cancer. I can’t Thank him enough for the excellent care he gave my mother.

Joe Mack Id love to give 5 stars but i cant i dont even want to give them one. Ive been coming here for at least 10 years and i think its time to make a change. Ive been waiting a month to get a consult for imaging and an MRI on a shoulder injury. I call multiple times a week and no one can ever seem to get the consult request pushed up to the practitioner. Ive been patient with everyone Ive talked to and Ive requested the manager a couple of times and i havent got a response from them either. Please Do Better.

Angelle Ray Now i see why the low reviews. Called twice. First, i was told itll be a moment. 35 minutes 20 seconds on hold. Called 2nd time and i said i needed to make an appointment change so that they knew it was a quick help. Was told that it would be a second. 54 minutes and 50 seconds later, they closed and no longer answered my call. "Wonderful" service! Dont know whats up with this office but so far its been the worst VA clinic ive dealt with.

Alfredo Salvador My 1st visit there as I recently moved from out of town. A lot of negative comments and I was apprehensive. I had a positive experience at this office. Everyone was willing to help and were very professional. The fact less opinions are the real problem. I would of given 5 stars but since its only my first visit I will perhaps wait for results of my visit to consider that.

Dave P BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! THIS CLINIC IS EVIL TO THE CORE. PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING. My father is a severely disabled veteran who I am the sole caretaker of. He is also bed ridden. In the last 5 months they forced him to come in for visits when he was already in the home based primary care. 4 out of 5 visits we did not see a dr or nurse because they were supposedly on vacation. Not a single phone call text email or letter in advance about this. Even after complaining they still kept doing it. My father has cancer and copd as well as other old injuries. They kept restricting his pain medication hes been on for 30 years. After complaining to Washington DC a few times they end up changing their mind. They just again tried to cut him off again. They cut it in half. So now I have to suffer hearing my father moan all day and night because hes in pain. And I cant do anything to help. Next my father had to be admitted to the hospital. They sent all his images and labs to this dr and nurse that were his PC. They found a aneurysm near his heart. This was over 2 months ago. They never contacted us and never told us. We had to find out from a private dr. We were in shock. These ppl neglect their patients and neglect their duties. Especially "TO DO NO HARM". We cant get anyone on the phone. They dont answer or take 3 days to respond. And even when I ask to speak to the doctor even if its a appointment they never do. They send a rude incompetent nurse to call and relay a message from these incredibly evil doctors. None of his prescriptions are ever on time even after calling it in 7 days in advance. I refuse to call these nazis by their medical title. But BEWARE of romanelli and badinski. Not sure spelling is right but they are extremely evil. Just look at the other reviews. Also the man in charge there I think his name is James. No matter how bad these wannabe professionals act he backs them up. He threatened my 75 yr old father in a wheelchair on 24/7 oxygen to have his arrested because we got upset about the pointless trips into that clinic without notice of appointment cancelation. Also how his "doctors" dont even read these patients charts and start making life changing decisions for patients with no knowledge of their past. These "doctors" fail to inform patients of serious medical issues that come up. No follow ups or warnings or anything. One of their receptionists even told me that they cannot keep employees there because they dont like how that clinic treats patients. The head guy James I think (because he wouldnt tell me his name) is probably the most corrupt incompetent piece of trash to walk this earth. He is fully aware of the horrible treatment and does absolutely nothing to change or rectify it. My father has said he rather get kicked in the face by a donkey as a remedy rather than see this morally corrupt clinic. Please do some research before ypu go there. If palm beach is not a available option the va does provide free transportation to and from the hospital. When you make a appointment you can tell them you need to set up transportation for the appointment and they will get the ball rolling on that. I promise this will be far less of a headache. Also you will be informed if there is a problem unlike this clinic. I seriously think they dont care if a vet dies. I am not procrastinating. Do the research. YOUR LIFE LITERALLY DEPENDS ON IT!

Nancy I have been seeing Alston cauldron for five years for medication management. He is a professional that truly cares. He has worked with my depression anxiety and sleep issues has made himself available to work around my crazy schedule and has done over the phone appointments. I highly recommend him he is very kind and caring professional. He has given me insight of myself and has made my life manageable, long-term.

Shawn Rencoret I find it strange to see all these negative reviews. Ive been with Riverview mental health for over 2 years now. My appointments have all been honored and I have no problems getting my medications sent to my pharmacy. I make sure I call 3 days prior to me needing it and its always there. There are even times where Ive had to call and ask because I forgot and they emergency pushed it through and took care of me. Everyone from my psychiatrist, Dr. Oliveira to the front desk staff . Theyre all amazing Patty and all the ladies are amazing also. This place has helped me out tremendously and through lots of trial and errors with medications and finally we found something that works. For the past year, Ive felt a way that Ive never felt in my life. I dont know man. I just dont like seeing a lot of these reviews because it seems like The majority of those reviews are because someone didnt call 3 days prior to getting their medications and had to go without because of it. Just do what they ask and everything should go perfectly because it has for me. Thank you all again. I appreciate you and the work you all do.

Justin davenport I took a chance, because I honestly wanted to begin working on being the best version of myself. This was the best experience I have ever had at a Drs office. Dr. Calixte made me feel comfortable, showed empathy, and most importantly helped me gain insight of myself. Which I havent had in my 40 years of life. If you are struggling please go. I havent felt this optimistic in a long time!

Grahammar309 No issue with doctors at this office but front desk is of no help. Called three times to double check they sent my prescription to the pharmacy that’s out of state and finally on the third time they said they can’t transfer this medication out of state. Which is understandable but not after the 3rd call.

Robert Soligny There should be a negative stars option. My wife is in this place currently and its cruel and unusual punishment. I dropped off her clothes two days ago and shes still in a hospital gown. They are refusing to give her the birth control that keeps her from having a endomitroisi event. AKA terrible pain...she also has kronic pancreatitis and needs her Creon. Nope..Ive called there many times and always get transferred to a phone that just rings and rings...if you love the person that needs help,you just cant send them here. Its terrifying having her there.

Ana Navarro Facility is super unprofessional. I would literally call or go in every day to get an update on my mom...only took like 5 days for the Dr. to call...place is pretty filthy..walls are disgusting. I was never called to be informed that they had changed my mom to a different branch. Which also meant different visiting schedule. Showed up on visiting day just to be told we were there on the wrong day. I was scared for my mom when I went in to visit. Mom says some nurses arent patient...she was disgusted to find out her clothes was probably washed with her roommate. Which only made me feel worst. Was never called for the final diagnostic for my mom had to find out through her paperwork....Yup place is pretty disappointing specifically because you already know your loved one isnt doing well.

Marco Meneses, MPH, MS TERRIBLE!!! They treat patients, family members and visitors like they were in jail. Where are the basic principles of treatment for patients with behavioral issues? Where is the empathy, congruity between the staff members and people that they are treatment. Dont be ridiculous, patients and visitors also have rights and ALL OF YOU staff you have responsibility to treat everybody with the most absolute professional respect, IN THE SAME WAY THAT YOU OR ANY MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY WANT TO BE TREATED. After I my visit, I was wondering about your ALL professional academic education. ALL of you are a DISGRACE for the universities and colleges where you were graduate. From the point of view the humanist psychology/ psychiatry you are people that must be avoided in all cases. I went to your center and felt like I was like a nightmare movie. !

But guess what, they still didnt take of him until his appointment time. Mind you they said arrive 1/2 an hour early. What would you have done. Go back home 45 minutes away. Go to appointment. Get mad at them. Or just stay clam n wait. Well we waited n said nothing. (Rough life) ps got seen at 1:04 pm

Scarlett Steele Came in yesterday with a sore throat that felt like there was a massive lump when I tried to swallow, all I wanted to get done was a strep test and make sure my tonsils were hunky-dory. Couldnt get it done at a walk-in clinic because of my insurance, so I called Martin Health scheduling (they are lovely folks), and they couldnt get me in with my primary care, so I got set up with an appointment to see Roxanne Stuart. Again, all I really wanted was to get a strep test and make sure my tonsils were okay, I wasnt making a big deal of it, I didnt think I was in dire straights, I wasnt exaggerated or panicked or anything else that I would feel would annoy a health practitioner. The nurse that was being trained during my appointment was very nice, as well as the front-of-desk staff. However, Roxanne Stuart was very rude/unkind. She acted like I was an annoyance from the second she stepped into the room, making sure to let me know multiple times that "I didnt need to come". Maybe she had a bad day before I came in, but honestly it was a bummer to be treated like I was an obnoxious inconvenience for having the audacity to come in to the doctors when Im sick.

Gregory Lee Worst patient service ever! My wife who has been suffering for months with hyperthyroidism has been the victim of poor medical practice and lack of care! They call the morning of and cancel the appointment and then say they can’t reschedule until December! The front desk lady needs a review of customer service. From our very first appointment she was wicked saying I couldn’t accompany my wife who is so weak she can’t walk alone. She has no compassion. My wife used to work in outpatient at Martin Health and this has gone down hill so fast!!! TERRIBLE!!

Adrienne Collins Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I have been trying to get into Rheumatology for 3 months now, this is the only office that takes my insurance, and Dr Pachiadee and her staff have failed to get me an appointment. She’s never spoken to me she’s never heard my symptoms or what I am going through, just based off lab work she is refusing to see me. Absolutely insane and disheartening that a Np can’t get into see a doctor based one ONE round of true blood work.

CJ Poveromo Delivered our first born here and all the staff and mid wives were amazing, our nurse Tori was an angel and delivered our baby before her shift ended and was such a kind soul, really went over the top to help us it felt like! Thank you everyone truly who works there! The after birth check ups are also a god send filled with joyous people like Chloe that love doing their jobs and spreading kindness!

Stan Bernstein Update: This was my experience at Health Park 2 FYI When seeing a doctor for a regular office visit at Tradition Hospital Health Park 2 beware of extra charges. If you see a doctor/specialist for a regular annual checkup they will charge you and your insurance for the room and other items not normally charged by other offices outside of this facility. They did send out a letter stating the billing is changing but did not include and estimate but instead stated that the doctors offices would now be considered an outpatient facility. I went for my annual urology checkup and was charged $468.00! For the past 15 years before I moved to Port St. Lucie once a year I always paid my co-pay which was anywhere from $50-$35 for urinalysis and a quick bladder scan. My wife and I have had procedures done at the surgery center at this hospital and we were very pleased with everyone there and the doctors.they are truly very dedicated and caring. I mean no harm to this organization but I had to let you know what I experienced. I have since then cancelled All my appointments with the urologist and my wife’s gynecologist appointments and have selected other doctors close by who do not charge for the room, etc. Update: they finally sent me an estimate after the fact. Would you believe that Ive tried unsuccessfully to get an estimate for my upcoming Doctor Office visit through My Chart?!!! Now I have to drive over and talk to someone in person. I’ve had nothing but issues with this company.

Chitz Campoy we were just in their ED for respiratory issues but we were seen after two and a half hours, on top of this my daughter was never given anything to alleviate her respiratory distress.. my daughter was not even hooked to any monitors, where is ABC? vitals were taken by registration and we didnt get see a nurse until after 2 1/2 hrs. Definitely not going back to any of clevelands hospital!

miss martin I visited this hospital this morning 12/8/24. The doctor (Dr..Singer) was very nice. He explained what was going on with me and had my tests ordered very quickly. He checked on me a few times then came back to fill me in on the results of my tests ordered . Very professional doctor and you can tell he really cares. As a matter of fact Nurse Jennifer (Jen) was beyond nice. She was friendly and truly cared about how I was feeling. She explained my discharge directions clearly. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

Brian Eichenlaub Dr Robert Barry & staff don’t seem to care about their patients. Contacted office 4 days ago. Was told Dr or staff would call me back. They didn’t, so I called back earlier this afternoon. Was told again someone would call back by end of day. At 4:55 I called back since I didn’t hear from anyone. They wouldn’t connect me to the right person and was told that they were gone for the weekend. Zero urgency for my needs. Very unprofessional. I’d recommend someone outside of the Martin Health Group.

TIMOTHY HALEY I only gave one star because I didnt have option to give them less. I tried to establish a primary care physician with them last year. First appointment for check up I made middle of last year they cancelled. Rescheduled for fall, they cancelled. Rescheduled for this year, they were going to cancel but I had them move me to earlier date so Dr. would be available. They cancelled that four days before appointment. They had me scheduled for a lung CT last year that did not get done, I requested to have done this year and they advised too late and I would have to make another appointment to have a new lung CT order. Requiring an appointment for new CT order when there was CT order previously that was not completed is the ultimate in money grubbing.

D D I have had two doctors (PCP) bail on me so far. First one left to work regular hours at the hospital. The second left town after a short stay. Tried again recently to establish with a PCP in their system and tried to make an appointment in their on line system. Two days later they called to say that the doctor I requested was no longer there either, despite what their website says. One more thing. Next available appointment (with who knows) was 14 months in the future. Why bother with this system?

Mike Kaiser If you like being treated like cattle, this is the place for you. For the life of me, I cant understand how Cleveland Clinic got its stellar reputation. Theres certainly no sign of it in Martin County.

jim lewis I am a patient of Dr. Wubbena for the last 8 or so years...Never an issue with him but now that he is part of Martin memorial /cleavland clinic....Horrible patient communication. I spoke with his nurse and was told I was unable to talk with DR Wubbena directly. A mix up between Quest and Dr Wubbennas office allowed me to have my blood taken and used for someone elses chart....I went to their office to try and clear up the matter...No luck. I spoke by phone with Dr Wubbenas on site nurse and was told they could not help me.....I am just a number,not a patient , who gets processed like a cow to slaughter.....Its a money game ,I am sure Dr Wubbena would have shown some compassion and tried to remedy the situation but getting to him is nearly impossible ....Changing Doctors as a result.....stop seeing us as dollar signs and cut through the layers of administration....doctor/patient relationship...not patient /administrator relationship

MELANIE THURSTON I was at the ER and was told to follow up with Dr. Bower when I went to see him his nurse and himself were very kind and explained everything so I was able to understand. I ended up needing surgery pretty quickly and Dr. Bower was actually getting ready for vacation the next week so he actually scheduled my surgery on a day he doesnt usually do surgery, just so I could be taken care of. I think he is a fantastic Dr. also so is his nurse Rose. They both are very attentive and nice and explain everything in details. So I really appreciate them very much and would recommend them to my family and friends.

Loretta Snyder I will be changing urologist. I went twice thinking maybe the first time that they were having a bad day. So I gave them a 2nd chance. Dr. Bower and his assistant were very abrupt. Did a procedure and didn’t give me instructions. No time for questions. No bedside manor and I felt like a number and not like I was a person. When I told the dr. I couldn’t get the RX filled from the last time because he needed to fill out paper work he blamed CVS and said to go to the pharmacy down stairs and they told me the same thing that he needs to fill in a form before they can fill it for the insurance to cover it. After the Dr left I asked Assistant a question and she blew me off and repeated how I should go to checkout. I was feeling uncomfortable after the procedure and looked up information to find out that I should not take ibuprofen which the dr. gave me no instructions, no sheet to read about side effects after the procedure, etc.

Natasha Sickenius Dr. Foley was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything in detail and put me at ease. My surgery went super smooth and my follow up appointment was once again discussed in detail with amazing bedside manor. I highly recommend Dr. Foley!

Sharon Holmes Dr. Mues is THE most awful doctor I have ever had the most unfortunate experience of meeting. I was in hospital for a month a year ago at Tradition hospital where I received excellent care from all the doctors and nursing staff. Dr.Mues walked into my room telling me I had full blown bladder cancer without being able to back up this diagnosis with tests. My husband fortunately was with me at the time and as you can imagine we were devastated with this news. His manner was thoughtless, unsympathetic and worse of all his diagnosis was WRONG! I refused to have him come anywhere near me. I composed myself just enough to ask to speak with the doctor on duty to explain what had happened. He arranged for me to see another doctor. Fortunately for me Dr. Bower, another Urologist at Cleveland Clinic performed a bladder procedure the next morning confirming I did NOT have bladder cancer. Over many years due to 19 spinal surgeries I have spent many months in hospital due to 19 spinal surgeries. Every doctor with which I have received consultations, have been professional, ethical and shown empathy. Dr. Mues has none of these important qualities required in a doctor, stay away away from him. I highly recommend Dr. Bower who is now my Urologist.

Jay. Less than one star! And they know it and still dont care, This location is ripe for closing Cleveland Clinic. I wouldnt take my lawyers pet snake there, let alone an actual person. Im an established patient. Everything is up to date in my chart, I always complete pre- registration. I walked in ten minutes late. There was one patient who passed out in the waiting room. Otherwise, no one else was there. I gave the receptionist my name, who said because I was late, I needed to use express care down the hall, no problem ten minutes shouldnt make or break anyone. However, when I got to express care, they were already at lunch from 1130 to 1 pm, which is what the person explained to me who answered the door. Pathetic....

sheryl tully I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled for over a week now!!! But they won’t schedule anything for because they can’t figure out what to charge me with my insurance! This is the most ridiculous system ever! Never had a problem with Martin Memorial. Not only that but was on hold for over a hour just waiting to talk to someone in billing . But they can’t get an answer on what I should be charged. I even offered to do self pay! But they can’t do that either. The lady on the appointment line told me I should go to an urgent care walk in ! What’s the point of having a GP if you can’t get in to to see them !!

Brooklyn Sheptak Completely unprofessional. I went to Mary Peters to obtain my medical paperwork for a green card. First she ordered my blood work and kept forgetting to check immunizations so I had to keep going back. This was frustrating because it caused the process to take much longer then it should have. Next she gave me a different clients passport and immunizations, personal information, I asked if she wanted it return back to her and she said "no just email it to me". She put this other womens information on my medical paperwork for the government documents. I realized it and told her. She wouldnt give me a new envelope or properly re-do the paperwork. The envelope had been opened by her to change the paperwork. She refused re package it properly so and its supposed to be a sealed envelope. I had an appointment with USCIS and they told me the hold up in my case was the medical paperwork and the USCIS worker said "the paperwork looks really bad" and she told me I would have to resubmit. Do not use Mary Peters, she doesnt care about her clients only getting paid, youll end up having to re-pay for the medical paperwork.

Tina Roney This is NOT a Drs office! I have high BP..the receptionist took my pressure with a “cheap type” cuff.You don’t need a stethoscope. She measures your heart rate, O2% on a finger monitor. You are connected to the ? DR on a monitor screen. She will NOT let you talk. She doesn’t want to hear your concerns. She put my BP Rxs on the highest dosage. I had a table full of stuff. She informed me she had a double Doctorate in FP & Physc.& she was going to change my Ambien & Xanax to Klonopin & Trazadone after I ran out. DID NOT HAPPEN...I went into the office after I was told there was a “room full”! NOPE...NO ONE BUT ME. After almost 3 hours of sitting there the receptionist told me to leave..she does not know one Rx from the other...and told me my other Dr could write it!?! She never tried to get my test results, never calls u back...just find a real Dr. with a real assistant & save yourself the stress! Wish there was a no star!

Bridgette Briske I had an appointment for Tuesday 8/31 I went got checked in check my vitals and all the paperwork after waiting for about an hour they nurse or receptionist or whatever , Came in and asked if I had anything to do that day. I said yes I had to go to work just why I scheduled the appointment for the first available appointment. He proceeded to tell me he could not get a hold of the doctor and that since he did my vitals and had my paperwork we could do a telemedicine visit at another date. I said that was fine I understood stuff happens and left . He called me back a few hours later and we were able to schedule an appointment for Friday at 8:30 AM for a telemedicine visit. Normally the doctor is closed but they scheduled the appointments because she missed the first one. It is now 2 hours After that appointment and she has not called has not texted is not FaceTime has not emailed. I called the office obviously no one’s in and left a message and advised not to bother calling me back to remove all of my medical history from their systems . Completely unprofessional

Ninel Corey If I could give less than 1 star I would. Really bad communication, never have results on time. Asked me to drive to the lab to get results and send them to the office because they didn’t know how to get them. Asked me to pay cash, didn’t give me receipts and when I went to pick up my results asked me to pay saying I have never paid. Please give yourself a favor and choose different doctor.

Daniel My grandfather had cancer and was under vita’s care. They labeled him imminent for around the clock care and then failed to show up when he needed them the most. DO NOT USE VITAS FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!!!! Go with hospice they are more reliable. I hope no one else experiences the pain and suffering me and my grandfather suffered due to vita’s negligence.

Richard VITAS is a clown show. The nurses that came were very caring. The chaplain was wonderful. The doctor who came once was very caring. The nurse practitioner was very caring. The nurse aide who came to give my husband bed baths was very caring. The problem was that so much was promised and basically nothing was delivered. VITAS looks great on paper. The nursing visits were supposed to be twice a week on certain days that had been arranged between the nurse and me. It was supposed to be the same nurse each visit and the on same days each week. As it turned out, the nursing visits were sporadic and random. We often went ten days without seeing a nurse, and they simply sent whatever nurse happened to be in our area at the time. When my husband was imminent, they said there would be 24 hour nursing care. That didn’t happen. They couldn’t staff it. Instead they said they would send a nurse every 4 hours. That didn’t happen. They couldn’t staff it. Then they said they would send a hospice trained nurse aide for 12 hour shifts around the clock. They were a no-show. My husband was just hours from passing, and a clown of a doctor offered him antibiotics. The VA insisted that we needed to use this agency because they were the best. The VA must have some kind of deal going on with VITAS. Perhaps a contract? My advice to the VA is to drop VITAS as quickly as possible. Do not use this hospice agency if you want your loved one to receive the care they deserve.

M B I chose Vitas for hospice care of my dying father, but the service theyve provided has been pathetic. He slept in a recliner with metastasized pancreatic cancer for 5 days before his hospital bed arrived, no sheets were provided and they had not made any arrangements for him to be lifted from his recliner into his hospital bed. Further, I was told that they provided 3 visits per week from a nurses aide to do things like bathing, shaving and so forth, but today marks an entire week since he came home and only after SEVERAL calls and text messages did they finally send someone on Saturday who said she was UNABLE to do all those care items because poor accessibility due to him not being in a hospital bed! She also noted that we should have already received all the supplies for her to use (bed pan, wash pan, etc), yet they have still not arrived after a week with Vitas! Today I asked when I could expect an aide to return since its been a week and they only showed up once after I had to beg them to send someone, and they told me that nobody was on a schedule for this week!!! His "nurse" called me shortly after I complained and said that while the aide should visit 3 times a week that theyd only bathe him once and that "the family needs to step up and help some"!! Hes been home for a week, sleeping in a recliner while Vitas has had a nurse come over twice to check his blood pressure and temperature -- not exactly wonderful care! If you want your loved one to die with dignity and you dont want to have to beg hospice to provide a minimal level of service, avoid Vitas at all costs. Theyve done basically nothing and made constant excuses instead of resolving these issues.

Colleen Capaldo Worst experience we ever had. All they did was get us to sign papers. When our loved one passed we notified them and they refused to give him better care which we fought so hard for. The only thing they where concerned of was the funeral arrangements so my loved one could leave the hospital. Thankfully my husband and myself are in the medical field and we took over care because they provided NONE! Please look elsewhere for better care for your loved one.

Stephen Rossi I had stepped on a catfish barb and it lodged in my foot. The local walk in clinics were closed so I went to the emergency room for treatment. I walked into the empty waiting room and explained my issue and that I did not have insurance. After 15 mins of information gatheringand waiting 40 mins, I was off to the examining room. The Dr. came in and easily removed the barb and left the room never to be seen again. I got my tetnus shot and a Rx for antibiotic. 2 weeks later I get a hospital bill for $2,150.00 and a separate bill for the doctor for an additional $2000.00 There is no reason why a simple procedure should ever cost so much. The hospital should not hide their costs from patients. $4,150.00 is the result of a sham!
