Rachell Arnett Dr. Day was/is really great with my son, but the office is very hard to get ahold of. Ive been calling for weeks for my daughter to speak with the nurse about her prescription that needs refilling, and in week 3, no one has called yet.

Nadia Laing I had the BEEEEEEEEEEST DOCTOR EVER!! Dr Nair Collins is so kind caring and understanding. I felt incredibly comfortable talking to her about anything going on with me. The best part is its not just her! The entire staff is amazing even the doctor I saw one time when she was out. She has since graduated,I hope her the very best in the future and Im sure my next doctor will be just as amazing. Amazing residents!!!

Frank Frank I got kicked out of the FSU Internal medicine Residency program due to the fact that I requested to be changed from a D.O. to an M.D. My previous Doctor was an MD and I wasnt sure why I was changed in the first place.
After having an appointment with a 3rd year resident D.O, I had the opportunity to discuss with him the differences between the two. I already knew because I had worked with both in the ER for many years. I also currently have a bone condition and I have numerous surgeries on my hips, shoulders, back, neck and knee. A D.O specializes in bone alignment to treat medical problems, something that Im not a candidate for. We were in total agreement and he said he would document this in my chart. We had a very good conversation and very pleasant experience.
Then, I met Dr Rodgers. She is the head of the Residency program. She came in proceeded to tell me about the DOs education, training, what they went through etc. I tried explaining to her my position. I was very nice but I got to the point where I knew that I was not going to win the discussion with Dr Rodgers. She continued to push me and said to just "try it". I finally had enough and didnt want it to escalate so I said okay just to get out of there. I reported her behavior to my insurance provider to try to resolve the problem. Well, Dr Rodgers retaliated against me and dismissed me from the program. I made a simple request to be changed to a different Doctor. Her assistant called me and said they could not accommodate me with anyone. They just started a new group of Residents but they have no one they could put me with? Plus if you go on the CHP WEBSITE, they have 4 Doctors taking Internal medicine Medicare patients at that office on the HMO website/Medicare site but they have not one Doctor for me? They are lying. They are retaliating against me because I reported her to CHP and Dr Rodgers got mad. This is wrong, discriminatory against me because Dr Rodgers is mad and she is doing this just out of pure retaliation! I feel the administrative staff at FSU and TMH needs to be made aware of what type of people they have running a clinic who are supposed to be educating and training doctors. Putting me with a D.O is not the best thing for the training Doctor or me. They learn to do bone manipulation and bone alignment to treat medical problems and with my medical history and condition, they cannot do that. It is a disadvantage for them and me as well. No, Dr Rodgers is got to have it her way or no way at all. I was not ugly to anyone to deserve to be treated like I was. Dr Rodgers used her authority to push me to accept her ways, after I had met with a D.O who agreed with me that being with a D.O as a primary care provider was not in my best interest. Then, when I tried to resolve it after Dr Rodgers refused my request, she once again used her authority in an abusive manner by retaliating against me and dismissing me from the program because I was trying to get the best medical care for me and my needs not the best needs for Dr Rodgers. Her opinion of me to just "try it " when they have other options available. They accused me in the letter that they sent me that I would not be willing to see a D.O in the future and they could not provide me an internal medicine Doctor exclusively, in capital letters, which is also a lie. I never said anything to even like that. What I did say was that I wanted was my primary to be an MD, NOT A D.O, assigned to me as my primary care physician. That Doctor is who I will make appointments with, come in to see when I am sick. If it happens to be an emergency situation and cannot wait till my Doctor is available, its possible that I would consider seeing a D.O for my care. I never said I would not as they implied. This was their cheap attempt to make me look bad and damage me with the Hospital and other future Physicians with TMH.

Caleb Brady They refuse to answer the phones!!
The nurse staff is extremely rude. I was on hold for 30 min and someone picked up the phone, I overheard staff talking and then they hung up on me. When I tried to call back they continuously sent me to the voicemail. Ive left several messages and waited days for a callback but never get one. This place is impossible to schedule an appointment.
They are gatekeepers and do not listen to patients.

RhoZe NoyZ The nurses are rude and Do NOT treat all people equally. I would advise anyone if they are going for HRT to find another location. Program will not respect pronouns, treat you any kind of way, and expect the patient to just shut up and take it.. When you have a problem with the nurses services, they brush you off. Head Nurse is really rude! Very disappointed with services. I WOULD NOT REFER THIS PROGRAM TO ANYONE COMPLETING HRT!
