Nic Staccone My father has seen Dr. Morse for YEARS. From over prescribing benzos for sleep to genuinely not caring about my fathers overall well-being, my family has suffered through trying to care for my aging, and often ill-health father since I can remember. My father is as stubborn as they make them and Im fearful doesnt want to see the whole picture...and Dr. Morse clearly obligates this. We have expressed in great detail on multiple occasions ongoing, continuing health and habitual issues with my father where we DESPERATELY have needed a doctors help in expressing the negative repercussions of his actions. Dr. Morse has blatantly ignored these requests. In closing, if you want a doctor who will gladly take your money for minimal health services, or a doctor who will enable you or your loved one to live in dangerously poor health. Dr. Morse is your guy...but PLEASE dont think for a second that he will go above and beyond to improve quality of life or overall health conditions.

Barbara McDermid He’s provided excellent advice and care for our family for many years. I’m. A 40 year RN, so I know a good Dr when I see one!

Zaria Toure I have been a patient of Dr. Morse for the past eight years. The Dr. Himself has been good however, his office is trying to charge me for a missed appointment that I called to cancel the day before but I did not get an answer. I submitted my call log and a snap shot of my phone but that will not suffice. The worse customer service that I have ever seen. The finance person told me that “Technically” I did not give a 24 hours notice so therefor, the changes stand. She stated that Dr. Morse is aware of it. I would have given them half a star if I could. When I called to talk to her she hang up on me. She is so “RUDE” and unprofessional.

Shannon Egler I would not recommend going to Dr. William Morse or any office associated with TPCA. They treat patients as a source of income and not like actual patients. It’s an uphill struggle to even get initial bloodwork ordered and completed. Will not be returning.

Sherry Nalley Durrance My husband has seen Dr. Morris since he first opened his practice. We trust his advice & decisions. And trying to figure out the problem without adding additional drugs. HOWEVER, the front desk is a totally different matter. The business manager needs to read the reviews and figure out what needs to be done. I worked & retired from a Dr.s , front desk is your 1st impression of that office. The call center needs some work too.

Rachell Arnett Dr. Day was/is really great with my son, but the office is very hard to get ahold of. Ive been calling for weeks for my daughter to speak with the nurse about her prescription that needs refilling, and in week 3, no one has called yet.

Nadia Laing I had the BEEEEEEEEEEST DOCTOR EVER!! Dr Nair Collins is so kind caring and understanding. I felt incredibly comfortable talking to her about anything going on with me. The best part is its not just her! The entire staff is amazing even the doctor I saw one time when she was out. She has since graduated,I hope her the very best in the future and Im sure my next doctor will be just as amazing. Amazing residents!!!

Frank Frank I got kicked out of the FSU Internal medicine Residency program due to the fact that I requested to be changed from a D.O. to an M.D. My previous Doctor was an MD and I wasnt sure why I was changed in the first place. After having an appointment with a 3rd year resident D.O, I had the opportunity to discuss with him the differences between the two. I already knew because I had worked with both in the ER for many years. I also currently have a bone condition and I have numerous surgeries on my hips, shoulders, back, neck and knee. A D.O specializes in bone alignment to treat medical problems, something that Im not a candidate for. We were in total agreement and he said he would document this in my chart. We had a very good conversation and very pleasant experience. Then, I met Dr Rodgers. She is the head of the Residency program. She came in proceeded to tell me about the DOs education, training, what they went through etc. I tried explaining to her my position. I was very nice but I got to the point where I knew that I was not going to win the discussion with Dr Rodgers. She continued to push me and said to just "try it". I finally had enough and didnt want it to escalate so I said okay just to get out of there. I reported her behavior to my insurance provider to try to resolve the problem. Well, Dr Rodgers retaliated against me and dismissed me from the program. I made a simple request to be changed to a different Doctor. Her assistant called me and said they could not accommodate me with anyone. They just started a new group of Residents but they have no one they could put me with? Plus if you go on the CHP WEBSITE, they have 4 Doctors taking Internal medicine Medicare patients at that office on the HMO website/Medicare site but they have not one Doctor for me? They are lying. They are retaliating against me because I reported her to CHP and Dr Rodgers got mad. This is wrong, discriminatory against me because Dr Rodgers is mad and she is doing this just out of pure retaliation! I feel the administrative staff at FSU and TMH needs to be made aware of what type of people they have running a clinic who are supposed to be educating and training doctors. Putting me with a D.O is not the best thing for the training Doctor or me. They learn to do bone manipulation and bone alignment to treat medical problems and with my medical history and condition, they cannot do that. It is a disadvantage for them and me as well. No, Dr Rodgers is got to have it her way or no way at all. I was not ugly to anyone to deserve to be treated like I was. Dr Rodgers used her authority to push me to accept her ways, after I had met with a D.O who agreed with me that being with a D.O as a primary care provider was not in my best interest. Then, when I tried to resolve it after Dr Rodgers refused my request, she once again used her authority in an abusive manner by retaliating against me and dismissing me from the program because I was trying to get the best medical care for me and my needs not the best needs for Dr Rodgers. Her opinion of me to just "try it " when they have other options available. They accused me in the letter that they sent me that I would not be willing to see a D.O in the future and they could not provide me an internal medicine Doctor exclusively, in capital letters, which is also a lie. I never said anything to even like that. What I did say was that I wanted was my primary to be an MD, NOT A D.O, assigned to me as my primary care physician. That Doctor is who I will make appointments with, come in to see when I am sick. If it happens to be an emergency situation and cannot wait till my Doctor is available, its possible that I would consider seeing a D.O for my care. I never said I would not as they implied. This was their cheap attempt to make me look bad and damage me with the Hospital and other future Physicians with TMH.

Caleb Brady They refuse to answer the phones!! The nurse staff is extremely rude. I was on hold for 30 min and someone picked up the phone, I overheard staff talking and then they hung up on me. When I tried to call back they continuously sent me to the voicemail. Ive left several messages and waited days for a callback but never get one. This place is impossible to schedule an appointment. They are gatekeepers and do not listen to patients.

RhoZe NoyZ The nurses are rude and Do NOT treat all people equally. I would advise anyone if they are going for HRT to find another location. Program will not respect pronouns, treat you any kind of way, and expect the patient to just shut up and take it.. When you have a problem with the nurses services, they brush you off. Head Nurse is really rude! Very disappointed with services. I WOULD NOT REFER THIS PROGRAM TO ANYONE COMPLETING HRT!

Mandy OCallaghan I would leave 0 stars if I could. I took my mother to this ER when she was in extreme pain. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and no one came for almost 10 minutes. There was no buzzer or alarm to be able to get anyones attention. If my mother was having a heart attack or stroke, she wouldnt have made it. Please DO NOT take your loved ones here if you have a true emergency!!! When the staff did come out they were belligerent when we expressed that we were upset no one was available for so long. Ultimately, I drove my mom to a different hospital for treatment.

C Weiss This is not an Urgent Care. We made the mistake of going twice. They charge like a hospital, to sit in a room to get antibiotics for an infection. But it’s not clean like a hospital, and there is no priority like a hospital. Dr’s have been fine, but to do part of the intake over a IPAD in the room was concerning. We learned the hard way, this is not urgent care.

Nori Gammons AVOID: This was my first and, without question, my last visit to this facility. I was deeply disappointed by the staff’s lack of professionalism (the nurse practitioner included). The bedside manner was subpar, and I observed a troubling disregard for patient confidentiality. I overheard staff loudly discussing my test results in the hallway and asking if I was still in the room, without taking the time to check in on me directly. Additionally, when I left the room to ensure they were aware of my presence, the nurse assigned to provide me with my paperwork was on her personal phone, showing little urgency or attention to my needs. This experience was highly unprofessional and concerning.

Ginie Chibuzor Do NOT go here! Worst experience ever. I have pink eye, Dr. Hill also agreed I have pink eye, but she refused medicine for it. She also added that I should expect to get it in my other eye soon as well. Pink eye is painful, my eye is itchy and watering and she has me out here infecting everyone as it is so contagious. I now have to take more time to goto another clinic to get medicine for relief because Dr. Hill refuses to treat pink eye with medication.

Chelsea Beechum I started at the facility around 6 years ago while Dr. Standridge, Claire, Tal was practicing and it was always a great experience. We were treated like family and felt heard and seen. Since he has left, its literally been one of the worst offices Ive been too.. that is if you can even get an appointment. The negligence is so apparent and the lack of care is as well. Ive had to leave 5 voicemails and call consistently for 3 months just to schedule an appointment. No one ever picked the phone up or returned my voicemails. My daughter had a severe health issue that they sent her to get a MRI for. They still to this day, a year later have never called with the results. We had to end up going to the ER for care. We had an appointment today and I called 30 mins prior to let them know I was running 10-15 mins late and was told that would be fine. I unload my 3 kids after driving an hour to the appt just to be met with nasty attitudes, nurses eating popcorn, and talking negatively about the fact that I was 15 mins late. The call center did not make a note of my call so I was turned away and not seen. Dr Aaron said that they would not see me due to having another patient in the room. It was very disheartening. Believe the reviews for what they are, and I would recommend taking the time to research other options before choosing to come here for your care. You wont be treated like a patient and you most definitely wont be seen quickly. I will say that the only saving grace for this office space is the urgent care next door. Tal currently works here and It has some of the sweetest staff and makes you feel cared for they will get you in very quickly. 10/10 recommend them.

Kitten Mittens Went to fast care and they gave me an unsigned dr note. After my job rejected the note, I had to get it signed but this place absolutely refused to do so. I almost got fired from my job until about the 15th time I called begging for help. I talked to the rude workers behind the desk and we found out it had been signed all along… I was given the wrong copy. This place has traumatized me.

Emier The Green Witch If I could give absolutely no stars to leave a rating I would. This facility is absolutely awful when it comes to making sure the patients are actually taken care of regards to their medicine and referrals that need to be given out for other doctors. Not only do they not call you and remind you about appointments you risk actually losing your doctor due to the issue. You also risk being left months without actually getting the help that you need. The doctors and nurses are amazing but the staff that they have handling the calls is absolutely atrocious and really need new staff or a way to fix the systems

lynn owens Extremely disappointed that I don’t see Dr. Hart as I see Robin. Being told my levels are normal while my weight goes up and my mood is a roller coaster is defeating. While staff is nice, I hate that my only help is labs, levothyroxine, and sleep apnea ( which I don’t have). I told them Im experiencing perimenopause only to be given a lab slip to confirm this. I thought as a patient, I mattered. I don’t. Not here. However, let me go figure out how to help myself. Prayers for anyone suffering with thyroid issues.

Carolina R. Cawthon Dr. Hart was my endocrinologist while I lived in Tallahassee. I thought she was very knowledgeable and helpful and I liked her a lot. Recently, I moved to a new state and got new health insurance that required prior authorization for one of my meds. I began calling the office on 9/3/24 and didnt find out until I received a USPS forwarded appointment notice on 10/14/24 that they would not handle the prior authorization without a new visit (despite me having 6 more months of refills left on the Rx). Why didnt they tell me that when I first called? Or call me to tell me? I am now today--6 weeks later--starting the process of finding a new physician in my new town and appointments are 6 weeks out. I feel awful without my meds and so will be stuck either feeling awful or paying out of pocket until I get in with a new physician. I am very disappointed with how they have handled this matter. It doesnt seem like they care very much about patient welfare after all. For the record, my other Tallahassee MDs have been very helpful with all of the rigamarole related to moving away, changing insurance, and continuing care so this does not seem to be standard practice.

Tony Mildred Terrible doctors office. Doesnt have anything in order. Dr. Hart claimed she had everything sorted out prior to the surgery, and here we are almost 2 months later and she tells us that no one is willing to cover the radiation and shot, so our only other option is for my fiance to stop taking her thyroid meds for 2 weeks prior to radiation. We came apon an agreement with dr hart, and a week into the pre radiation process she dropped us as a patient with no reason. Its been an absolute nightmare going through dr hart. Highly unrecomended.

Nicole Ordonez The staff here is terrible. Leticia at the front and Yolanda, the practice manager are nice, as is Dr. Hart, but the nurses are awful. There is a nurse named Nikki who is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. My sister filled out a form that allows me to talk about her healthcare needs with their office because she works overnight and is sleeping when they are open and cannot call herself, and this nurse called me to tell me not to call for her anymore when she needs a refill on her prescriptions or when there is an issue with her prescriptions. I asked her why it is an issue when my sister has filled out paperwork giving me permission to do this and she would not answer my question instead saying my sister is "capable of calling and of age". It is frankly none of her business if my sister calls herself or not, especially when she filled out paperwork granting me permission to call for her so she can sleep after she worked all night. She then purposely antagonize my sister on the phone when she called back and then when my sister was rude back accused her of "yelling" at her. Dr. Hart needs better nurses.

Amanda Jaret If you have hypothyroidism/ Hashimoto’s don’t waste your time with this place . Why it’s called North Florida Regional Thyroid Center makes no sense , since they have no clue how to treat thyroid issues . Having had Hashimoto’s for over 20 years I am super knowledgeable about the thyroid , specifically my thyroid . If you don’t convert T4 to T3 and you need T3 medication they will not prescribe it to you in the dose that would actually help you . You need optimal T3 levels not what the normal is in the reference range . All thyroid levels should be optimal and you won’t feel good unless they are . I was hesitant on coming here because of the reviews , however there are not many endocrinologists in Tallahassee . The Girl at the front desk was very nice and so was the nurse practitioner I saw . It’s just unfortunate that this place is not well versed in treating hypothyroidism . I did not set myself up with high hopes so I’m not upset . It’s just frustrating that endocrinologists in general have no clue how to treat thyroid patients . So sick of feeling sick and tired . My advice is you should do some research so you can be more helpful to your patients. Functional Medicine is the way to go , you just need to find one that can prescribe medication.

Sunny Sunshine I had a terrible experience during my recent visit to TMH ER. The ER doctor, made me feel unheard and dismissed my concerns. Despite clearly being in pain, he performed the bare minimum—only a blood draw—and told me I was fine without running any further tests that could have properly addressed my issue. To make matters worse, he NEVER sent my prescription to the pharmacy, leaving me without necessary medication. Not only did this visit leave me stuck with an outrageous ER bill, but I also lost additional income because my health problem wasn’t resolved, forcing me to miss work. This was an extremely frustrating and costly experience with no resolution to my pain. If you value compassionate, thorough care and effective treatment, I strongly recommend AVOIDING this hospital at all costs. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration.

Diaz Timmy (Timmy Diaz) Er is horrible rude staff, and they treat you like a criminal before you even get inside. Ive been in hospitals in third world countries that have better care than here. Do not come here. I couldnt walk and they made me limp in horrible pain around a metal detector multiple times to "scan for weapons " before I was allowed to limp my way inside to check in. Only after 2 hours of waiting in the waiting room was I called only to see a doctor an hour later and I only saw him for 45 seconds tops. They did nothing to fix my pain and they still charged me hundreds of dollars and wasted my time. I should have just stayed at home and been in pain there because there was no point in coming to this place they did absolutely nothing to help. Complete disgrace that you call this a hospital/ ER. Hire staff that is not rude as hell everyone who works there is extremely mean to patients, I wish there was some sort of manager that could see that so they could get fired.

Destiny Montanez One of the worst hospitals to ever give birth at. I had heard horror stories of other women who were traumatized and I still gave birth there despite the fact. Maybe have told me and they did it to me where they induced me for no reason and I ended up having an emergency c-section after being in labor for 76 hr when there was no reason to induce me to begin with. Still suffering the consequences 9 months later. Please just go somewhere else

Barbara Crowley I called for twelve days to get a script refilled and Walgreens also sent a request to no avail. No return call for twelve days. Finally this morning I got a receptionist who said they would go to get nurse on the phone. She returned to say the nurse was busy and would call back. When a person finally called back she was very rude and said script was just sent. When I asked why it took twelve days and about 20 phone calls to finally get someone to respond she just said we are busy in clinic and hung up. This is the absolute worst health care system to respond. Unfortunately they have everything under their control . I wish I lived somewhere else. I never had this problem when I lived in South Florida and I am sorry I moved here. Poor poor poor responses. Don’t expect call backs from Dr Shreethra’s office.

Amaya Cooper Edit on one year old post- Awful excuse of a hospital! Went in February and it took them AN ENTIRE DAY ( literally was told I couldnt leave multiple times because I “wasn’t allowed to go” walked in at 9pm and left at 8:30am) to help me and did nothing for me. PLUS this amazing nurse was stuck by herself the entire day with a plethora of people coming in and out. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve ran away from that place long ago. These people then charged me $10k for just blood work and a CAT scan after forgetting my insurance TWICE. Only to forget I paid them TWICE and sent me to COLLECTIONS. Now I’m getting charged AGAIN for the same visit I ALREADY PAID FOR. This place and those who screwed me over are complete morons and quite frankly I would rather suffer in pain than go here EVER. The amount of AWFUL things people told me about here I tried to ignore but clearly they were right.

Erin S Drs. are good but customer service is terrible. Every time I call, Im "caller number 27" or more, and theres no call-back option. Ive been trying to get an email to join the portal for 6 months and cant get any resolution. They just keep saying, "You should get an email." But when I dont, nobody is there to help, which makes communication with the provider more than difficult, despite numerous chronic conditions that need to be coordinated with other providers. I even emailed TMH to ask IT to get in touch and provide some assistance. I havent heard from anyone. Very disappointed. Seems communication is not a priority for this practice.

alexis chenevert If I could do 0, I would. This place had me sitting for 6 hours, never got a room. Never spoke with a doctor, PA or Nurse practitioner. I was handed discharge papers with NO type of prognosis, or my results. The lady who handed me the papers didnt even correctly read what was typed?! When I asked for the doctor, they asked which room I was in to which I let them know I was never placed. Even the front desk was confused as to why i never got placed in a room, especially with my ongoing pains. When the charge nurse came to talk to me she was also no help and had no clue why I was never placed. The front desk let me know this hospital is racist towards people and choose who they want to help. The doctor kept bringing up excuses as to why he wouldn’t see me. The nurses were too busy socializing to even care about the paients i.e. and many others. The most helpful people were the front desk personnel, transporter and the ultrasound tech. This place needs to close its doors or find better workers because this has been the worst experience in my 22 years of life. I will be filing complaints.

Meghan Corbin I had an awful experience yesterday 3/26/2024 I went here because I had a horrible reaction happen between medications that I take. I get here bring my medication, explain exactly what happened. I get swabbed ONE time for cold and flu, and only once because they come back and offer to do Covid and strept and I tell them no because I dont understand how they came to that conclusion of testing when I explained what happened. I ended being there for six hours for one swab and no other attempts for testing, just to be told that I tested negative on the only things they tested. I tried again to explain what happened. My experience and medication were disregarded because some of my symptoms matched that of the cold, flu, strept and Covid.

W Samantha We rushed our daughter to the ER at 2 am for a very high fever that otc meds just couldn’t bring down. The front desk was very helpful and the charge nurse immediately brought us back and got the process going. Staff did so well with our baby during swabs, medicine, etc. Dr Nimmons had great bedside manner and answered any questions we had kindly and thoroughly. Trips in the past to Bixler haven’t always been the best, but this one- everything was great and we are thankful. Everyone was quick acting/thinking which means a lot to a scared mama and daddy in the middle of the night.

Lemonier Renee The Bixler ER at TMH is the worst. Not speaking for the whole hospital but just this awful ER. If they don’t think you have an advocate or anyone to speak for you they will let you and your family sit there for hours upon hours with no information. Fussed at a nurse because she said the reason we weren’t getting any information about my sister’s cat scan results was because the physicians were tied up with serious things. She needed an education on bedside manner so I gave her one. Don’t go here, go to the one on Metropolitan or even to Capital Regional (HCA). They’re both way better and caring.
