Wayne Elsey Terrific service. Night and day to the current medical system we are navigating through. Extreme one on one service, proper care and NOT rushed or waiting for hours while they catch up. Friendly team as well that is involved in your care. My wife and I are glad we made the investment to this new way of medicine and have recommended others as well.

Holly McQuiston This office has it together! They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Castro and Lauren are excellent and efficient providers. They do not rush you out of the office. Their is virtually NO wait times. The nurses are so helpful and get things done in a very timely manner. I never have to wonder if my requests will get completed correctly. Well worth the yearly membership!

Gladys Gomez I went to my first appointment, and they are super professional. The nurses and the male nurse are very attentive and polite. Dr. Sergio Menéndez is the best doctor who has ever attended to me in my life. He is very understanding and professional. He examined me thoroughly, and his recommendations helped with my discomfort. I am grateful to his team. The clinic is very clean and organized. They speak Spanish, English, and Portuguese, so you will feel very comfortable with your language.

Claudia Nogueira I have been going there for the past 15 years. They are very professional, whenever I have an emergency they always find a doctor to see me. They are my primary doctor and Im happy with the service I received. Definitely recommend for friends and family.

Ron McDuffie I just returned from my yearly physical with Dr. Menendez. As usual, I only had a short wait before being see. The staff and nurses always pleasant and courteous. Dr. Mendez is friendly, efficient and takes the time to listen to my problems. During this visit I asked the Doc if he could recommend a Doctor or Nurse who would be willing to make a house call for my sister who needs a physical to enter an assisted living facility. She is unable to leave the house. Dr Menendez said he or his nurse would be able to do this for me. Thank you and thanks to the staff/ nurses who handle my regular eye Doctor referrals: always right on time.

Pam Frisson I have been with Dr Menendez over 12 years. I recommended him many years ago to my husband, sisters and my mother, they all love the doctor like me. Dr.Menendez is a great doctor that you don’t see anymore. They are not just number, he makes you feel like family. I have health insurance that does not work with Dr. Menéndezs office but I prefer not to use the insurance with other doctor office and pay because I trust him with my eyes closed. Be patient please it takes time to be seen but it’s worth the wait! His staff from the front to the back office are amazing people.

Vivian Armengol I love my Dr.!!! The only reason I am giving it a 3 stars is due to the constant issue I see with the front desk office. They are constantly busy, with long holds on the phone. Its not a seamless experience. They need more people. They as well do not provide the American customer service one may expect. Its a cold treatment. Once you surpass the gate holders (Front Desk Staff), youll be happy with your Doctor.

janessa rodriguez My uncle has been a patient with Dr. Kapoor‘s office since 2020 apparently a bill was sent incorrectly submitted to insurance and it wasn’t paid due to that one bill. It refused to see my uncle after being hospice for 90 days fighting for his life and having to schedule a follow up to Dana and dimples and they refused to resubmit the claim that they submitted incorrectly to begin with because my uncle had insurance not want us to pay $430 out-of-pocket when we have medical insurance Billing department, unprofessional, respectful, no empathy no sympathy horrible disgusting how such a great doctor could have such a lack of good staff and support

Eric Carlon I have been a patient of Dr. Kapoor for 2 years. He has cared for me while hospitalized and also in his office. He advocated for me while I was in the hospital and every interaction with him has left me feeling comfortable and well taken care of. He takes time to listen to your concerns and allows you to to be heard. The office staff is helpful and attentive and I have comfort knowing that if I need anything, they are only a phone call away. I highly recommend the team at University Medical Care any chance I get.

Ms. MONIQUE Monique, Getting into trucking over 50 I was there Thursday 26th and I had a great experience at the imaging dept. I was there for my yearly mammogram. Only critic, I have is , if the radiologist sees something, before you actually leave the facility maybe ask for additional images right then and there or even an ultrasound, especially if the person has previous history. But overall all of the techs and front desk employees were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to my friends most definitely

Jennifer Best I have been coming here for mammograms for about two years. I never have to wait long and the technicians are very nice. However, on this last visit, I was told I needed a biopsy and that I would be contacted by a coordinator to set up an appointment. It would have been nice if the radiologist had come in to explain to me what they saw and why they think I needed a biopsy. I wonder if they know how scary this actually is? There was no comfort, no reassurance, nothing. Just oh, you need a biopsy, have a nice day. Now it is the second day as I sit around anxiously waiting for someone to call to set up an appointment. You would think if this place catered to women, there would be more compassion………

Riah Ranaee I agree with one of the reviews Dr Lonberger is very poor with reaching out to patients to explain concerns and just tell you everything is fine. I had to constantly reach out for someone to explain my test results back to me. ( test result came back questionable) and Dr Lonberger said everything was fine when the test clearly shows something is off again I reached out to get a explanation and get a better understanding and I’ve been ghosted! FYI I had lab test done January 2, 2025 and I’m still confused on my test results !

Taffy Schneider Dr. Wastson-Locklear is amazing. She was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her. But unfortunately if you need any imaging or labs done, I wouldn’t recommend the imaging or lab department in this building. I have a history of fainting during lab work and the technicians didn’t take any steps to try to make me feel more comfortable to avoid fainting, which I almost did. The experience just felt very rushed and uncaring. Then, the receptionist in the imaging department was so unapproachable and cold, I couldn’t even proceed with having the ultrasound done because I felt so uncomfortable.

Joanie Schultz I am so grateful for Dr.’s at Premier Infectious disease; All of them are great! Dr. Gonzalez has been fantastic along with Dr. Shah, Dr Spain & Norisha & all the others that have taken care of my husband who’s extremely complicated patient needing (8) different specialists to treat all co- . Truely “A God send” working hours on my husband‘s life. If you’re needing Infectious Disease, I highly recommend this office. Professional personable, willing to listen to their patients & explain and answer questions Also…their staff is fantastic at the office.:-) thank you so much for all that you do for my husband!

Elizabeth Alvarez First time here. My daughter was referred by Advent Health ER. Despite not having Health Insurance, we were treated with respect. Customer service was great. The staff was professional and courteous. Shout out to Liz and Ashley. And Dr. Archana Shah took her time and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed. Great experience.

Kory VanSpeybroeck Dr. Shah was completely uncaring, did not look at charts for instructions, and consistently exhibited attitude towards me and my situation. Furthermore, this office sent bills to the wrong address for six whole months. I finally received a very past due statement with a threat to send to collections. I paid it over the phone and thought I was done with this place. Apparently not. Two years later, I received a bill for the amount I had previously paid. This is borderline harassment! I would recommend anyone who considers this doctor or this office look elsewhere. It has been a truly horrible and horrendous experience and I hope nobody else has to deal with them like I have.

Yolanda Last time we visited they still had the strict covid-19 restrictions and lab work was completed outside in mobile units. Today it was a pleasure to walk inside the building with proper protocols and see the newly renovated facilities. Positive improvement and the lab section looks great. Wait time was minimal and things were pretty quiet in terms of patient traffic. A bit sad to find the store lacking merchandise but its part of the pandemic aftershocks. Baldwin is doing good.

Ms RobynHood Horrible! Called Wensday to make appt got transferred and the phone rings and rings then got hung up on and the person that answered sounded like she was at home. Called back a extremely loud talking guy says well its almost 4:30 and the start of a holiday weekend, he also sounded like he was in his home partying. He transferred me to nowhere and the phone hung up. Lake Baldwin went to crap these last 4 years, very incompetent and unprofessional. Lake Baldwin needs serious change and rid DEI! Look at what the number shows up as. Some Dr name not Lake Baldwin. I thought the VA was government not privately owned??? The place is horrible and no one there cares about doing a good job just check collectors.

Deborah Charpentier I received letters stating staff tried to reach us and werent able to so please call them at the number provided, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, the automated phone system just hangs up on you. I confirmed that the contact info they have is correct, so I think they arent even bothering to call you they just send a letter saying they did.

Jay Whoever answers the Mental Health calls for the VA at Lake Baldwin needs to find another job because they DO NOT know how to speak to people. Most rude people for NO REASON at all!! I was completely normal with my tone of voice and wasn’t asking or saying anything that would warrant this kind of rude behavior or poor customer service. Unprofessional and they just answer and hang up without any common courtesy. Horrid.

Nnnn Ssss Had great experiences at the VA in 2 other states. Lake Baldwin VA is a disappointment! The appointments with LPN and MD went well. Had to get labs drawn but the lab was CLOSED. Six of 7 lab employees called out! No guarantee, they will be there tomorrow. Came for to my appointment on empty stomach. I am now rethinking transitioning my care to this clinic.

kate e I would never recommend this place to even a stranger. The staff is extremely rude and they try to squeeze every dollar out of you. First, making me do a follow up appointment just to be told that my bloodwork looked good is highway robbery. I’ve never been to a doctor that wouldn’t just email me my results and have a quick call instead of making me pay for an appointment. Second, I worked with Lindsay Piet and I told her that the blood nurse tested me for Vitamin D which my insurance does not cover, and she said “send us the bill, you shouldn’t have to pay for that” and I’ve been trying to get it solved for over 5 months and they are claiming she never said that. They are a joke and so incredibly rude. Editing to add that I was forced to pay a 200$ bill for the PHONE APPOINTMENT to tell me my blood work looked good. No other doctor in Orlando will do that. They will upload it to the portal. Do not go here!!!

lisa maddox I have been a patient at WP Family Practice for over 6 years. I wish that I could give 10 stars. Dr Patel is a excellent doctor with a great bed side manner. Lindsay Piet PA is exceptional. I had a really rough past year and Lindsay was so compassionate and thorough. Always took her time to listen to me and always answered all my questions and explained my concerns. Never tried to rush me and made sure that I understood everything we discussed. I also love the fact that they do lab work in the office among other routine procedures. Lori and the ladies in the office always welcome you with a smile and are all professional. Makes you feel like family. I would highly recommend this Office.

Laura Lake I saw a few bad reviews and it made me want to write one of my own because I personally love this office. I used to go to Shilpa Patel and when the office changed I stayed. I find that all of the doctors here are very patient and they spend their time talking to you about all of your concerns and they have a great bedside manner. The nurse practitioner is great as well. They do have their marijuana thing going on, and they have brought it up to me which I have politely declined and they don’t push it. The reason they brought it up to me is because I have multiple sclerosis and for most people with this disease it does help. So I appreciate the offer but I’m just not interested in it personally. Whatever I need and whatever I ask for they have always been there. Whatever I need to get done they get it done so for me that’s a win. Out of all of the primary care doctors I have had, this office is my favorite

Chrissy Awesome! Every staff member is 100% committed to your care! Dr. Patel, Matt, & Lindsay have a gentle bedside manner, are easy to talk to, and a solution for you. Urgent visits are same day and refill requests are handled fast. They also have a large number of pharmacy contacts to get you the best price in your medications.

Leandia Murphy Unfortunately, my daughter broke her thumb Sunday. I went to the Florida Hospital Centra Care that evening. Due to the type of dislocation in her thumb he did not have the adequate tools to correct so instead of making us go to the ER this same night I was instructed to see an Orthopedic doctor Monday. I was told to call about 8:15am to request a same day appointment. I called the first time no answer. The second time I called I was placed on hold. When the receptionist came back I explained I needed a same day appointment. The girl asked for my insurance I told her she needed the type of plan. Me being flustered I couldnt remember if it was a PPO or HMO plan but I asked either way can I at least schedule and give the info when I come in? She told me no because she wasnt sure if I needed a referral from my daughters primary doctor. Im now frustrated I say no problem let me call the insurance and Ill call back. I call the insurance verify I have an open access plan no referral needed. So I call back the next girl I spoke with name was Ebony I tell her my insurance she continues to take my demographic info. I realize she asks nothing about which type of insurance plan I have but as we continue the call she asks about my daughters injury and when it happened. I tell her last night. She proceeds to tell me I will need to wait 3-5 days for the swelling to go down so I will be wasting my time seeing a doctor today. They wont be able to do anything? I ask her twice you mean to tell me Im supposed to allow a child to wait 5 days with a broken finger? She says yes. I disconnect the call. I called Nemours scheduled an appointment, got my child seen, she was casted the same day! Im so disappointed in Florida Hospital and their service.

Ro Ro If I could give no stars I would! I drive an hour to my son’s appointment because I live far, only to find out my 1:00pm appointment was never even scheduled. I called 2 weeks ago to schedule over the phone and I was booked an appointment! The receptionist asked the office manager if the doctor would accommodate considering the situation, and I was told no, that they apologize and could schedule me to come in tomorrow! First of all my son and I missed work and school for this, and too bad you have receptionist that can’t make a dam appointment. Please do better don’t inconvenience people like that! I will schedule somewhere else for my son’s treatment, these people are irresponsible.

Scott Williams Set up and appointment a month early and tried repeatedly to find out the cost associated with the appointment. Did not receive a callback so on the day of my sons appointment I asked again and after checking her computer I was told I would owe 40% of the cost of the appointment. Keep in mind this turned out to be a pre consultation of 5 minutes to set up a longer consultation later on. I receive my bill and they took off roughly 2% and billed me $536 for a 5 minute pre consultation. When I called billing to ask what was going on they told me I would have saved a lot more money if I did not use any health insurance at all as I would have paid the cash price and now it was too late. I have canceled my next appointment and will find another office that does not ripoff and lie to their patients. You just cost yourself over 100k so great job there.

Abbe Kemack At first I thought Advent was an acceptable medical care provider but after having dealt with them more than once and how they seem to be a monopoly I no longer care for there brand of care I thought they were a not for profit organization? You could fool me once, but no longer. They are greedy, greedy, greedy. For this PCP, I have never seen a Dr. only the NP. She is pleasant but over worked and possibly overwhelmed at what she has to take on. Advent needs to remember the golden rule of their religious philosophy for their business model. It doesn’t jive with what We The People receive.

Dat Stern Dont apply here unless youre white. This is my 100th time applying for advent health. I just recently moved to the orlando area and applied for a document imaging specialist ( a job that i clearly qualified for). Then, just 2 days after my application, I got an email saying that I was not selected. I think, there is foul play here. Im sure they probably looked up my facebook and didnt agree with my race. But its ok. If this is how they operate i cannot imagine how they treat their minority patients

Jennifer Crager Dr. Waldheim is a kind and patient man who cares about you! He really listens and gives you the chance to explain your thoughts, feelings, and ask questions. You get quality care and a caring physician! They also have Saturday appointments. Able to get an appointment within the week when its not urgent, and they were very helpful when I was sick, managed to fit me in for an appointment the same day!

Max Ogden I wont take my dog to this place. It has no parking and next to a very busy bar and restaurant. I ended up having to park in the grass in the line way to get to my appointment, and no handicap parking available. I wouldnt even call it handicap accessible. All the doors are extremely heavy. The nurses were nice and seemed helpful and attentive. The doctor on the other hand, was very short texting someone whilst Im trying to tell her what was wrong. Not caring about my injury. She seemed like she was mad at me. I was on time for my appointmen, so Im not sure what was going on. Again, I wont take my dog to this place. Id stay far, far away. This place should have their medical license pulled.

Jason Jimenez This doctor was absolutely terrible!! She refused to look at ANY of my prior medical records that I had!! I tried to show her them and she refused to look them!! She was VERY RUDE!! I was clearly in pain and she had the nerve to say I wasn’t in pain!! Also she was on her phone the ENTIRE TIME. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional! I can’t believe it!!

Ada Ramirez This Dr office is horrible. Staff are so rude and unprofessional. This is my first time and my last time in that office. Dr. Bella Dattani has had a very bad attitude towards me, she has been so rude and very mean, no empathy whatsoever and she doesn’t even care about my conditions. She never even asked me how I feel and never looked at me talking to me. This was the 30 minutes most horrible experience I’ve ever experienced in a doctor office. Not recommended this office for anyone!

Michelle Gomes Seen her advent health orlando after my mother had a massive stroke and she was absolutely HORRIBLE!! she was rude and insensitive to what we was going through . I told the nurse I wanted nothing to do with her and didnt want her back in my moms room or to care for my mom in anyway !! Thank God I never have to see that woman ever again

PDR Nurses This clinic was recommended by my GYN. What a disaster! First of all I never had a chance to meet my doctor during my FIRST visit. NP just showed up like it’s so normal for the first ever visit. I do have a great health insurance and my co pay is $20… but this office charged me $100 and a month later I receive another bill for another $55, plus had to pay $70 for the blood test. One word - scammers. Annual visit with a great insurance should be just $20 for copay. Never again. Biggest scam around.

Attorney Sanga Turnbull The reception staff is amazing. The office process is horrific. Arrived 5 minutes early for an appointment I took a month to schedule. An hour later I still hadn’t seen a doctor. If this is the level of care and attention they pay to you when it’s not an emergency these doctors won’t care for you when it is an emergency. They clearly overbook so they are only in it for the money. My suggestion avoid these people like the plague. Find a smaller caring office that cares about your time and health. They should rename the place because health clearly isn’t their primary concern. It’s all about the money from overbooking. Shame on them. Their current patients deserve better because I will not be one of them

Anthony Sassano This place is pathetic. I need to have a procedure done that is not covered by my insurance. I tried to get a quote over the phone but they kept telling me I need the medical codes (How would I know what they are?). So, I made an appointment to see Dr. Kalser, which was 2 months out. Dr. Kalser was excellent after the long wait, and clearly explained the procedure to me. He then took me over to see Joseph Williams, the Urology Operations Manager, to have him provide me with a quote. Dr. Kalser explained the procedure to him and Mr. Williams told me that he would get me a quote. It has been three weeks now and I have heard nothing from Mr. Williams. Ive called him twice and both times he was unavailable to come to the phone and both times he failed to return my calls. Why does Orlando Health have people in management that cant return calls? Pathetic. It only took me one week to get a quote from another clinic and I didnt have to see the doctor beforehand!

Leroi Sanchez I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and filled out all paperwork. Like 20 patients arrived after me and they called in all of them except me. I cancelled everything and left. Lack of respect and wasted my morning.

Dean Gionis Took my mother into see Dr. Jablonski because he was highly recommended by her PcP but was assigned to Dr. Davuidik. The check process was very easy and went smoothly. The doctor was pleasant, but I feel the visit was rushed. It seems like nowadays patients are nothing more than a number to them and the lack of caring is not there anymore. We received a call from Jordan on Monday on the voicemail stating that the results were in and to call their office but left no number. The only option is to call the 800 number on the website and you speak to a representative and they have to go through a “chain of command “ by sending a message to the care team and there is no direct line to reach the office Or the person who left the message. This is a ridiculous process when trying to simply get lab results and find out what treatment is recommended. This is extremely inconvenient for someone who has a busy schedule. I cannot sit by the phone and wait for a call back. If I had other choices, I would take them elsewhere. Just another example of how poorly disorganized Orlando health is as an organization.

Sam Peacock Waited 6 weeks to see Dr. Strakosha for my appointment. I finally get in and get an opinion, albeit she wasnt particularly confident. She prescribes me something to try for the next couple weeks. That night, some 10 or so hours after my appointment, Im waiting in the Walgreens prescription drive thru for 20 minutes and when I get up to the window they tell me theres no script on file for me. I call Dr. Strakoshas office the next day and someone on the prescription line confirmed the pharmacy address and said they would "send her an urgent message" and that I would get an email confirmation and a message on the Orlando Health patient portal that the script was sent. Would you believe that 4 days later as I write this review that there is no message in the patient portal, no email, and shocker- still no prescription at the local Walgreens for me? So I call again this morning and now someone named Amari has more or less told me the same thing- "spoke to a nurse who said they are going to get the prescription sent today". We will see if I ever get this medication that Ive been waiting almost two months for to attempt treat something that has been getting progressively worse. This is the first time in my life Ive had so much complication with getting a prescription filled. I left Advent Health because of garbage service, but so far my experience with Orlando Health has not proven to be an amazing alternative...

Andy Swart I have been going to this location for years and they are always polite at front desk. At times it is busy but they always let me know the wait might be longer than expected. I love the doctors here I think they have 3 and all are great and very personal.

Lyle Mazin Hours on Google stage it’s open until 8pm. 7:30pm and doors are firmly locked. Also, hours listed on the door now say it’s only open until 3:30pm. This may at one time been an advent health urgent care but it is now apparently something else. Advent Hearh Corporate Care Occupational Health. Solid. Perhaps update your Google listing.

F. Sanz What a disappointment. I had an appointment for some blood work for a new job. This lady at the front desk had a very rude attitude. She is a black woman who looks to be so disrespectful towards Hispanic people. She spoke very low and tried to make understand her very hard. Sorry maam, not today, not with me. I suggest the corporate to train her to deal with people, she doesnt have any kind of manners for that. About the waiting time, I got 20 minutes before my appointment and the waiting time was extremely long. So appointment time is not granted. One star is for coffee and snacks and Kimberlys good attitude and service that saves the afternoon.

Mindy Baker I could have been seen by my regular doctor today if they hadn’t made me wait 2 hours after my appointment here to tell me I was marked as having left. I checked my status maybe 15 minutes prior and was told I was next, but was still never called, only to be told I was marked off the list. I also provided a phone number to call in the event I was waiting outside (I wasn’t) and was never called. It caused more harm than doing nothing by holding up my entire afternoon until other offices are closing. Not to mention multiple people turned away because they couldn’t pay. The hypocrisy of the sign I stared at all afternoon is maddening. The healing ministry of Christ….just stop already. Now I am not just sick, I am also depressed.

Fran Wyatt On 2-1-24 went for screening mammogram. 15 days later heard Nothing so I called to get results. They said they were Still waiting for my prev records from University Diagnostic. After 20 days if No answer would review w/out comparing. I called U.Diag - they said they SENT results back on 2-7-24, by Push Point electronic system! Ive been attempting to call back to advise & find out whats the problem - have called 8 times! Phone just rings and rings and rings. NO one answers!!! I will personally make a trip to office & speak w ofc mgr. However THIS should NOT be necessary!!! My First and LAST time for mammograms w this company!!!

Deborah Engley Went here for a mammogram in March 2015 and was told it was normal. Approximately one month later diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Chemo, double mastectomy with removal of 30 lymph nodes and radiation. If I had not found the lump, I could have died. It took me so long to write the review because I am still dealing with the after effects of the breast cancer.

Stephanie Murphy Everyone who was assisting me were extremely helpful and understanding. I personally dont have much faith in mammograms with my dense fibroid breasts. My mother has had breast cancer twice, in her mid 40s and 60s. Her mammogram in her mid 40s said normal and she was misdiagnosed they said some kind of calcification. Ultrasound proved more accurate. It is well known mammograms do not always save lives of women with dense breast, regular self examinations do. In the 1990s they took out too many lymph nodes and did radiation which left my mom with lymphedema and skin issues in breast tissue. They told her 5% chance of cancer coming back. 19 years later, almost the same exact time she found her first lump, mammogram a couple months prior said normal. Double masectomy and reconstruction, 3 years remission they told her she had an 8% chance of the cancer coming back. I gave this facility 5 stars because of the people not the inaccuracies the machine could make because of my breast density. I cant stress enough, fight to get an ultrasound and the most important advice, do your research, know your body and examine yourself regularly. My mom saved her life twice with knowledge and perserverance. She is in her late 60s now and an amazingly beautiful and strong woman. I love her dearly.
