I called back in January to get my diabetic refills for my medication that is life or death for me and today they denied me all my med refills they dont put the correct meds In and when medication needs prior authorization the dont do it horrible experience will never ever go back again ever.

Tom Cirafisi Moved into area recently and needed to get my blood pressure meds and a new client visit, they took me right in when no one else would immediately. Super friendly , Ashley signed me right in, Yani did my intake and was very thorough and easy to talk to and Dr Guerrero saw me quickly. All 3 of them were so nice and very professional. Highly recommend !

cassidy maddox I called this business ahead of time, and I was LIED to ! This is not a detox or a treatment center, it’s a state funded psychiatric hospital. I was there four days and not a single meeting, group, nothing. When I told them I wanted to leave it took them over a day to process my discharge. I’m assuming the five star review below mine is from someone who runs a referral service called RightLyfe. He has never been to that detox and is only rating it that high so they will send him patients

frederick wiecking DONT GO THERE. Has gotten much worse in past two years. 1. Bedbugs in rooms. 2. The staff destroyed a brand new pair if shoes..when the discharged me I had to go home barefooted. They said they were going to.replace them..and now they are stalling. Also destroyed a $190.leather wallet. 3. Dont believe their posted schedule groups. They dont have them (well they fo have music most days). It is ONLY a poorly managed Warehouse, with mold, peeling paint, broken drink machines. 4. There are a few stsff (Dr. Steven for example) who are hard working, helpful and care about.the patients.

Tiffany Kelly I was at this hospital for 10 days. I was honestly hesitant due to the negative reviews I seen online, but I went anyway. I was there for post partum depression, anxiety and med stabilization. Dr. MARIE IS AMAZING. She talked to me the day after I got there for an hour. She listened and was compassionate and understanding of my situation. We did get my meds stabilized. I was in ASU. Autumn the social worker is also amazing and she does group once a day. I gave this place 3 stars due to the fact that there isnt any individual therapy and because you can only go outside twice a day in the afternoon. They do have smoke breaks throughout the day, so bring your own cigarettes as they dont have community cigarettes unless someone dinates some. Admissions staff was also amazing. They answered all my questions and were very nice. The food is good but its the same food every week ,depending on what day it is. There is a TV. They have art therapy and recreational therapy, a goals group in the morning and at night an as a peer lead group which I lead 3 times. Some techs are very nice, but some are lazy and some are rude. Milan, Charles, hoodgens and Marie and .Melanie are all great techs. There is a phone to use. You can do laundry as well. No hoodies or anything with strings. Mark in admissions was awesome and tried to make me laugh and answered all my questions. They will pick up from your house and bring you home. Mrs. Dee is cool also. The kitchen staff is nice. We also did music group too. Nik, the patient advocate addressed all my grievances in a timely manner and spoke at length with me about them and changes have been made already while there. Overall its a good place. Its clean. You get snacks too. I would go back if I ever needed too. It was a good experience, just had some kinks like any place. ASU is also for detox so some are there for drugs and some mental health. It does get a bit boring, but if you make some friends, it goes by fast. Its a short term place so people usually stay up to 14 days or less. Oh yeah, no flip flops and bring a sweater. It gets cold and some ear plugs. I gave it 3 stars because I felt it could have had some more groups and counseling and again, some techs werent that great. I would recommend it though. It did help me with my meds and anxiety being away from kids. All is good now. Thank you guys so much. Ill be back if I ever need to go somewhere. Hope this helps clear up some resistance from the bad reviews. I appreciate everything.

MAT BENNA I personally loved it here . For what it was at least . A lot of down time that is a bit boring. I enjoyed the groups. Honeatly expected worse . The doctor I saw was caring , understandable, everything I did not expect. I believe I got the help and tools for a successful life. Its only been a week but I feel good . Met some really nice people that work there. It is what you make it to be , I sought help and received it openly.

Jason Rhoades Over all I am thankful for the hospital. The staff are very friendly. This place helped me when I couldnt find help. Also a formal apology. I learned from another rehab through therapy that I called port saint lucie for help. They didnt call me. And I dont get to tell help how to help me. There was help I needed that I couldnt get but I do belive the staff did everything they could to help me and help me find a place to go. Im not writing this for in case I come back. I womt be back. Not because its a bad place, but after 25 years of therapy and rehabs, what is there left to do? I have the tools. My problems are the problems its the solution Ive been using. Drugs and alchohol. Thats solution doesnt work anymore. So for what its worth. Thank you. J Rhoades sighning off

Darlene Souther I have seen dr Boykin once while in the hospital and he was helpful , but I mostly see Julie and she is wonderful to me. I tell her what’s going on an she gives me the necessary tests or treatment and meds to make me feel confident that I’m being properly taken care of . I think in order to get respect you must give respect. I never walked in there and felt like no one cared about my health. Not everyone’s personality mixes and some have said upsetting things, but I find I’m cared for in the best way and will continue with Julie and the practice at Dr. Boykin. All the girls there are kind and helpful.

Brenda Barbour Worst Dr. Cocky and incompetent. Maybe ok for a regular patient, but pray you don’t get really sick or admitted to the hospital. He reads notes that aren’t accurate and makes decisions based on them (notes from nurses or Naps) and maybe sees the patient for a couple of minutes in the hospital. I have heard horror stories now that we are going through this from others that he let down and lost loved ones. Go elsewhere!

Ryan Bays If you are looking for a new doctor look somewhere else. This office is a complete mess. They never answer the phone when you call and many times you cannot leave a voicemail. They are late refilling prescriptions and the pharmacy has to call the patient directly to ask them to contact the doctor to refill necessary permanent prescriptions. You never will see the same physician assistant twice. Must be a terrible place to work because nobody stays very long. One specific nurse, Alison was also extremely rude and inconsiderate during a sensitive visit. The interaction with Alison left the patient feeling worse about the situation they were there for. Overall a 0 star experience. Time for Boykin to sell this practice to somebody who wants to provide good, compassionate care. Do not use this doctor! Awful!

(92) Reviews Martin Emergency Center at St. Lucie West:

elchulitoriko I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment and care we received during our recent visit to the emergency room at Martin Emergency Center. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a receptionist who exhibited unprofessional behavior, including specific instances of impolite behavior, such as rolling his eyes, sighing loudly, or speaking condescendingly. During our stay, we experienced numerous issues: * The registered nurses demeanor was rude and dismissive. The whole time he was rude and unprofessional behavior, such as interrupting us, making snide remarks, and refusing to answer our questions. * The facility was visibly unclean and dirty floors. * The registered nurse seemed disinterested in my concerns and provided inadequate care. I felt rushed and dismissed throughout my visit. * The registered nurse frequently interrupted me while I was attempting to explain my symptoms and the circumstances surrounding my injury. We believe that the treatment we received fell far short of the standards of care expected from a reputable healthcare facility. The actions of the staff involved were unprofessional and disrespectful. I would appreciate it if you would investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the concerns I have raised.

Brian Reynolds Came here for diagnostic scan. Easy to find location and ample park spaces available when I arrived. It was not long before there was a very long line of patients to be checked in, so based on that I would advise arriving about 20 minutes early. There seem to be sufficient staff two process the patients quickly. I like to be ready with my insurance and credit card to facilitate the schedulers. The sitting area has plenty of magazines and a television set which of course you cant hear unless youre sitting right next to it, but thats okay because it did not seem to be a program you would want to watch unless you plan on being here a very long time. My procedure was done quickly and efficiently. I recommend facility four testing that is outpatient.

Kathy Amador Very professional and expert care. Minimal wait time and all procedures done efficiently. My care thorough and done by a compassionate staff.

Olivia Hagen This “emergency room” is the worst around. Every experience I have had here has been terrible and nobody will listen to whatever you have to say or take you seriously. I just went the other day, was only given 1 bag of IV fluid and then sent home. I was still so sick I had to go back to the ER but went to HCA St. Lucie medical where I was admitted for 3 days. Just save yourself the waste of time and go anywhere else. Not to mention the place is dirty

Sun Shine I was lucky to arrive on a day and time when it wasn’t busy. I was taken care of promptly, the nurse and doctor communicated with me and even though it sounded like there were sicker people than me, I didn’t feel neglected once. I say I was lucky because I’m a nurse and I understand the process. I don’t expect to be seen right away when there are sicker people. So keep that in mind. Everyone was professional and courteous.

Michelle Troiano It shouldn’t take a year to see your cardiologist. I have been attempting to see Doctor Zanto at HEART & FAMILY HEALTH INSTITUTE SINCE October 2023. Every time I call I’m told she is either out of the office for a week or she DOES NOT have any appointments available. Or I’m told the next available appointment is FIVE months from the date of my actual call.. Also, when I was sent an appointment reminder (to set up an appointment) the appointments are scheduled out 5 months in advance. From the date of the appointment letter. This last call (today) I was met with a very non- compassionate operator who was just plain rude and unsympathetic to the fact that I needed to see my cardiologist as soon as possible. SMH. When I asked if I could see one of the other cardiologist in the office he just outright said “No” . Again smh. For the record.. I was not nice with my response to him. He could have spoken better, responded better and had a little compassion towards me and my plight of not being able to get in and see the cardiologist for a year now. Also, I have attempted to see two other cardiologist over the last few months.. they won’t see me until My recent Cardiologist releases me from her care.. it’s call “physician courtesy”.

helen I went there for over 2 years complaining I had issues breathing. I was given cardiac meds that caused me to pass out, told it was in my head, that I was difficult -- well wasnt in my head -- it was a rare terminal condition that another doctor spotted and Uni of Miami doctor has saved my life. I would have died if I stayed with them

PolliAnne Parte Dr Darron Lewis does not explain things well at all plus he mumbles thru his mask which makes it very difficult to understand him. He spends very little time with you ,just enough time to order test and then hes out of the room. I had 2 visits with him and knew nothing after each visit. There are several other experiences with this office too many to mention here. I just know that Im looking for a new cardiologist . The only reason I gave him 3 stars is all the tests he ordered. However, Im going to go to the new Cardiologist to receive the results of all the test. Someone that will explain the results clearly to me.

Carla-Marie Elias-Peace I’ve always tried to have patience with the Residency practice over the last 8 years. But today I needed actual medical attention and they just left me in a room for over an hour. Info on my meds that I’ve tried to have corrected 4 times was still wrong. You have to call them constantly and wait forever just to try and get prescription refills. They say they will call back but won’t. Their system is not compatible with the refill calls from pharmacies so you have to call to get your refills. Mine have even been sent to the wrong pharmacy. This place seems to be more about quantity of patients instead of quality of care. Oh and you never have the same doctor. I had blood work done and never even got the results and that was 4months ago. Oh and they collect their fee ahead of time even tho they haven’t seen you. So today cost me and no one even attempted to give medical relief Oh…a nurse practitioner actually came in to help me and I started calming down.. but then a paper pusher lady barged in the room without knocking, interrupted and proceeded to kick me out! Btw I could hear them before that deciding who would see me bc I hadn’t been assigned to anyone. They legit forgot about me in that room. And they’re supposed to check on you at least every 30 minutes but that didn’t happen either.

Rosalinda S. Dr. Stephanie Osorio is amazing! She has a great bedside manner, takes the time to listen and explain everything, and never makes me feel rushed (and I had A LOT of questions before my surgery!). She recently performed my hysterectomy, and everything from the procedure, to my recovery, went smoothly. When I had some questions about a week after my surgery and called the office to leave a message for her, she got back to me within the hour. She genuinely cares about her patients and I trust her completely. If youre looking for a new doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Osorio. Her assistant Q is also amazing! She is so friendly and down to earth, and always has a smile on her face when I see her. The office staff is always polite and professional, and everyone that Ive dealt with there, either by phone or in person, has been wonderful. Ive been to both PSL locations (Trade St. and Lake Whitney) and based on my experiences, I really cant recommend them enough.

Ivy Rivers I’m not going to call out the Nurse practitioner by name because I have no choice where to go due to insurance. New to the area. And I had a prescription that needed to be transferred from my old doctor. It took me five tries both calling and leaving written messages. Then the office staff member calls me and is very rude about it and she just says coldly the medicine was called in. Like she didn’t care at all. I will be transferring to a new doctor and hope the next one is better

I came at 245 for a 3pm appt by 250 they had me seated I was out of there by 330… they helped me schedule my ultrasound and other procedures. Every singe staff member I encountered was phenomenal.. friendly, warm, smiley, welcoming. As someone that works in healthcare I really really appreciate this. Thanks again team!

Samantha González Worst Experience I’ve ever had so far. They scheduled me of an appointment for a set day at a certain time and just changed without letting me know and on top of that they scheduled me with another doctor, her name is Karen Jackson, so unprofessional, she had not idea what she was doing, didn’t even know how to check my baby’s head or measure my belly, or do a cervix check, she pretty much hurt me.
1 /5
Nicole Caron I would give a zero star if I could. This being my 4th pregnancy and baby, I’m not new to the OB world. This office is awful. They filter through doctors and staff more frequently than someone changed their underwear. There is no one to call to speak to. And they make you wait for over an hour while they chit chat in the room next door. (You can hear right through the walls.) No one cares about the patients. You are literally just a number. Zero follow up or through!! The PA Karen Jackson has to have the WORSE bedside manner, and I question her credentials! She literally took an ultrasound to listen to my baby’s HR and I quote she said “I’m not sure how to measure the fluid in there but it looks like your baby is squished in there” (18 weeks pregnant) No one knows what’s going on! And I’m not the only person who had the same issues. Today my sweet cleaning lady told me she was in tears yesterday after seeing Kristy Crawford because of their lack of patient care! I was lucky enough to switch OB care but she may be stuck since she is further along. They should NOT be a practice!! Do NOT go here unless you want to waste your time and money and sanity! and that’s putting it nicely!

Ray Parker Five doctors in six months and after waiting three months to get into see a doctor for medication refills because I am diabetic, they would not see me because even though I prequalified with new insurance when they were heart and Family, they dropped my insurance and would not let me see the doctor without insurance or paying 100 percent out of pocket after changing owners. Over the course of six months I saw Dr. Eisenburg(quite), Dr. Gardener (quite), Dr. Dayrizel (Maternity), Doctor who I did not even get a chance to see more than once before she quite, and a fifth doctor who I never saw because they dropped my insurance. Stay clear of this practice!

Diane Martelli Love the doctors! But the office personnel isn’t up to par with prescription for my orthotics that I previously had… twice didn’t fill out the Medicare forms right. Declined and even after I explained, they just signed off on them without filling them right. Now there’s my sleep apnea machine, the people suppling it are still waiting after a month and reminding them that they haven’t received the paper work. Gave this office enough chances disgusted

Vonsha Jarvis Nurse on call in the Port St, Lucie area was assigned to my grandmother to care for a wound that needed extreme care and treatment. We experienced the following things under their care: late arrivals without a courtesy call; not showing up at all and no courtesy call, RNs that were rude and lack bedside manner. They were often in a hurry and handled my grandmothers wound with little or no care. Very rough. I had to ask them to slow down and be gentle and careful with her wound. They would often leave my grandmother in extreme pain due to roughness and dressing being too tight. When having to apply her wound vac every three days, they would often not show up or complain about having back issues are aches and pains that made it difficult for them to apply the wound vac. They would place her in comfortable positions to make them more comfortable. My grandmothers doctor ended care with “Nurse on Call” after a RN decided NOT to follow Drs orders and then made a false statement on documentation that my grandmother refused to have the wound vac placed back on.(During her visit she told my grandmother that the orders had change and she was told to do a wet wrap instead). The RNs decision to not follow doctors’ orders could have set my grandmother back in her recovery. We had to quickly take her to get the wound vac place back on at her dr.’s office. I wound not recommend "Nurse on Call-Port St, Lucie" to care for ANYONE. Not all of their RNs were bad but 80% of them who cared for my grandmother was lazy, rude and lack bedside manner which led to patient neglect. We have called into the customer service line to make statements on specific nurses and nothing was done! In fact, I personal asked for one individual to not return to care for my grandmother because he was rude and VERY rough with my grandmothers wound and they sent him back out. If you care about your love one’s please do not place them under Nurse on Call care.

Krystine Sherwood A lot of patients prefer Dr. Torres because she does in fact speaks with each patient as if they were best friends. Her rates are great and the office is easily accessible. My frustrations are the same frustrations as MANY other patients of hers: She takes WAYYY too long to see you. Ive had appointments where Im scheduled at 1 and will not be seen until 5! That is 4 HOURS OF WAITING! Sometimes, even longer! It is absolutely terrible and EXTREMELY inconsiderate. Ive witnessed (while waiting SO LONG) other patients asking each other when their appointments are only to find out 4 PATIENTS were booked for the SAME exact time. Its unacceptable. Going in there myself for various family members is always a task and ALL DAY AFFAIR. Getting Dr. Torres to get to the point and give her professional advice is like pulling teeth. Its like she wants to socialize instead of giving a diagnosis and move on to the next person. Its extremely aggravating. If it werent because my whole family goes to her, I would find someone else who is more considerate of my time and concerns. Dr. Torres might be an excellent internist, but a lesson in time management, and customer service is a DEFINITE. I have no idea how she still has patients.

She also has a friendly and welcoming personality.

Marlene Slaght Dr. Torres is an excellent physician who takes time with every patient. That being said, because they are part of an HMO, their patient load is rather large, and wait times can be long. But every patient gets time with her. She will listen. And the office staff is always kind, courteous and professional.

Linda M This doctor does not call in refills of prescriptions. She also has no sense of urgency. I have been calling AND faxing to request refills on prescriptions for over 2 weeks now and NO RESPONSE!! So one question....how am I supposed to give myself an insulin injection without syringes? How do I maintain my medicines if she suddenly will not call in a refill? I was also supposed to be referred to a neurosurgeon 2 months ago...THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I was supposed to be referred to a general surgeon for a different issue 4 months ago and THAT NEVER HAPPENED. This doctor put me on insulin, gave me instructions on how many units to use according to my blood sugar and she never wrote it in my chart. Thank God my prescription had the info. NOW I am out of celebrex and cannot get her to respond. I have requested it now for over 2 months with no response. My pharmacy sent in a request which was denied. The office NOW tells me she is on vacation in the Philippines and can only respond at night. THAT NEVER HAPPENS EITHER. New doctor as of tomorrow thank God!

Ani Di As a new patient they will waste your time. I have never gone to a doctors office for a physical only to be told that the physical will be during my next appointment and that the current appointment will be to establish care. I spent about an hour in the waiting room. When I finally went to a room the girl was pretty nice and did my intake rather quickly. She left and stated that Ill be seen by the physician but Im pretty sure they forgot about me. After almost 45 minutes waiting to be seen, I finally came out of the room and asked If I will be seen anytime soon. They shuffled a student into my room to ask me the same intake questions. The poor girl looked lost and confused. Meanwhile the MMJ doctor had a great patient turn around. All they care about is money and not actually providing any type of real care.

Maula Young I followed my husband to do a physical and the girls inside was really rude, doesn’t know how to talk to their patients. Overheard the nurses discussing my husband privacy with his fellow colleagues. Would never recommend anyone to them.

Bison Vazquez Coastal Primary Care is where my health truly matters. The caring staff always greet me with genuine concern for my well-being. Their clean and organized clinic sets a comforting tone, and their commitment to patient care shines through. Its a healthcare haven I trust for my primary care needs.

Melanie Molina I called in to make a new patient appointment and after waiting several hours and calling back for updates for insurance verification and being placed on hold for over 6 minutes each time, I finally gave up. My grandmother is a current patient here and I will be looking for a different primary care. I finally spoke to someone and she did not even bother to check verification after so much time wasted. Horrible office and I work in healthcare so I understand how PCP offices work, so it says a lot that I have run out of patience with this horrible staff.

Jeremy Barnett Don’t use coastal primary care. They are a bunch of rude women who don’t care about you. Too lazy to call and verify something. Took time off work for my appointment that they could have called me about to reschedule if needed. So now I’m still in pain with a hernia with no dr apt for my rec and have to start all over again.

Steven Packer Although the Doctor and NP was very nice; the receptionist and staff for filling prescriptions is definitely sub-par. May be worth looking elsewhere.

B If youre coming for prep / gay health stuff, Lauren Leeflang is very good. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Edit: Took one star off cause havent had the best experience with blood draws. The only times ive ever been missed has been here (2 times, last time they tried twice). Though you can go somewhere else like quest or a local hospital to get blood drawn if you run into a similar experience. - Took another star off because getting a hold of them is difficult. Its been proving to be quite frustrating as someone who gets there labs done outside this office.

DONALD SPINA I tried to get a refill on my antibiotics and was told the doctor needed to do an authorization. I told whom ever answered the phone i currently dont have insurance due to a change of jobs and need my pills to avoid getting Myrsa again. She couldnt care less. Ill drive cross country to a new infectious disease doctor before going back. I knew I was in trouble when the machine says listen as the message has changed. Then says hit 1. That was it. LMA I finally received my insurance and went to see Dr. Collins. I was very impressed on how polite and helpful the staff was.

Dave Butcher I saw Dr. Ramgopal in HCA Florida St. Lucie Medical Center back in 2022 when I had Covid and ESBL (caused by e coli bug in the lungs). First thing Dr. Ramgopal did was tell me I had to get rid of my fur babies. This is not happening. The other doctors figured out what was going on and it involved an issue when sleeping. So I have been in a hospital bed ever since. Fast forward to February of this year and I was once again in the hospital for a Perineal Abscess that turned out to be Staph infection. Saw his nurse practitioner in the hospital and was referred to his practice for follow up and this is where things get bad. I have had my primary care send the referral over to his office at least five times, his office staff told the office Manager of Wellmed Fort Pierce that they had it and would look it over and then call me back to make an appointment. That was almost three weeks ago and they still have not called to set up an appointment. Matter of a fact they told me yesterday that they did not have my referral and this is after the office manager at Dr. Dawkins office personally sent the referral. I do not know what games they are playing but I have been trying to get into their office since March of 2024 and now it is June and I still cannot even get them to acknowledge that I have a referral in their office. I guess they are too busy to handle something like a staph infection or other issue.

Matthew Schulman I have no idea why the negative reviews below. This is hands down one of the best offices I’ve been to and I deal with a lot of doctors offices due to some illnesses. Dr. London who I have seen since September is FANTASTIC takes the time to explain things and talk to you like a normal person not just a number. Jacob on the office staff always get back to you with in an hour when he has to reach out to a doctor for an answer to a question I have had. It’s a delight dealing with Dr. London and her staff.

Mike Hodge Dr.Collins was fantastic, took the time to listen and explain everything. My complaint is with the follow up from his staff. I was called and told what I needed to do, I said ok and within 5 minutes I called back and it went to voice mail. I asked for a call back. A week later I had not received that call so I call back and again went to voice mail. I repeated the the need to talk to them and asked for a call back. 3 days after that I called again during their office hours but got their answering service. I again left a message for them to call. The next week I got a call from a different office, I explained what I was messing to talk to the office and she said she couldnt help me but gave me a phone number of someone who could. I called and talked to Donna, again I went through my need and she said she wasnt the right person but would find out and call me back. That was 3 weeks ago and I still havent had a call from anyone. Kind of makes you feel like patients arent really that important. Again Dr Collins gets 5 stars, the staff, very low rating.

Kristen Montalto Poor practice! I live 45 mins away! And have to physically drive there to get a prescription refilled because they’re lazy and don’t pick up the phone or mail boxes are full! If I had another way to get another place to get my son help I would! SMH!

Jennifer Mault My daughter age 10 has been bakeracted to this facility a few times now so I have fully dealt with the lack of care and help from them. I advise that if you have a child whom you think would benefit from time at a mental health facility, this not be the place to send them. If your child is being bakeracted to this facility do what you can to get your child transferred so your family can actually get the help that you are in need of. Good luck, dont give up.

Tim Johnson I’ve been going to New Horizons’ outpatient services for three years now, and I can say with confidence that its management is completely incompetent and unethical. The office staff is composed of some of the laziest and rudest people on this side of the Mississippi, and its managers continually do nothing to address the recurrent problems with their operation. All of the actual service providers have been AMAZING, but trying to get someone at the office to answer the phone is harder than pulling teeth. If you have another option, don’t go to New Horizons. They are a dumpster fire of a service and their owners should be investigated. My health has been put at a serious risk many many times by their incompetence, incompetence which often borders on malpractice.

LB If you or your loved one needs help …go anywhere but here. What was once a beacon of hope for many, is now a poorly run agency with many of its programs shutting down. Clearly a sign that they are in financial troubles, and clearly a sign that their current leaders are incapable of creating solutions, keeping good staff, and caring about the clients they serve. If you are underinsured or financially struggling, rest assured, there are other options. You deserve better. Your loved one deserves better. The community deserves better.

Valerie Picano-Kinder Well…where do I start. First off, let me state the incident that happened yesterday. Yesterday I came in hoping to get the rest of my medication for the remainder of the month. I’m supposed to receive 90 of my anti anxiety medication and 10 days ago I only received 30 pills- a 10 day supply. I called Danielle-who’s in charge of the medications dept and she said I would have to wait till I see the doctor. I go to see this new doctor who I’ve never seen before (which has happened the last 3 times I’ve gone up there) and she tells me I have been receiving 120 pills and she is not giving me anymore. I told her that’s not correct at all. I am supposed to get 90 of my Clozapam every month and it wasn’t an issue till these new doctors came on. Everything was going smooth with my old doctor I never had any mishaps with my medication, till now. Last month they filled it like normal. But the month before they only filled 60, so- AGAIN, I call back and talked to Danielle and told her I need the remaining of my medicine. So I get 30 more sent over when the 60 day supply runs out. The month before the same situation happened. But yesterday, despite me not having anymore of my benzodiazepine medication, Sherron Miller said she wasn’t going to give me any more. I told this disgrace of a doctor (I don’t even like calling her a doctor because what she did was straight despicable) told me she can “do whatever she wants because she’s a nurse and it’s up to her what I get and don’t get” very very rudely and carelessly. I told her I can not cold turkey off this medication I could literally die. Yes that sounds dramatic but I am epileptic which they have in their system, and the withdrawal symptoms from benzo’s causes seizures. I told her this and she just shrugged her shoulders. I literally fought with her until she gave me 30 pills to last me till the end of the month. So I call the pharmacy and they said “she discontinued that medication” so I drive back to her office I go right in And ask her what the hell is going on. This lady is playing games and getting off on it right now. And so she calls them while I’m there and sends over my medication. I hope to GOD I don’t go through and withdrawals, because I was on 90 a month and she jumped me from 90 to 30. Even my old doctor who I mentioned how I wanted to wean down eventually - he said we would do a slow medical taper and if I didn’t feel well he would have me go up. He did it the right way, his name was JEAN. And he was a very good doctor it’s a shame he’s gone. What Sherron Miller did is literally Malpractice and I’m probably going to contact the Board and notify them of this incident. I wouldn’t be so worried if I wasn’t epileptic. If anything happens to me, my family could sue her. There’s no excuse for her acting this way to patients. Edit to add: I also contacted HR, and they were no help what so ever. She basically told me to go to the office and talk to them. How does that help me at all? They’re the same ones who transferred me to HR. So management just wants to run you in circles and not deal with anything. This is the worst place to receive psychiatric care. These people are incompetent, careless, and are just there for a paycheck. Needless to say, I’m never coming back here. I will be finding a new doctor.

Audra Blankenship Dr. Rao at Florida Heart Center was very helpful for my condition. I was medically mismanaged for this condition for 2 years prior to finding this heart center. His medical staff are very knowledgeable and kind. There are 3 locations, and the only issue I had was when I needed to reschedule-be careful to note which location your visit is at. The office staff was decent and efficient but a bit brusque. If youre looking for smiles and hand holds, these are not the ones for you. They have things to do and are at work doing them. All in all, it is a busy practice, but they are good at heart care. It may take a while to get in, but once you do, they take care of you.

Rissa M I have taken my grandmother here for years and noticed how fast they go through office staff. Finally they found a good one, Megan was the only office staff member that actually made us feel welcome In the office and would bend over backwards to make sure my grandmother was properly taken care of. I was sad when I took my grandma in a couple days ago and they had a different person who had no idea what they were doing. We might have to start looking for a new cardiologist as their new office staff clearly has no clue what they are doing.

Franky Hows See them only in the emergency room. Do not use them as your primary Cardiologist, as you will regret it. They are extremely to busy to focus on you as an individual. They are completely irresponsible when it comes to scheduling, as they never know who you are. They will constantly cancel your appointments and a different representatives will call you to change your schedule, then tell you it was changed on the day of your appointment. Then have no recollection of doing so. I had one today 11/9/22, and when I called I was told it was changed again to December.. They just farm you through a long appointment with plenty of other patients and accomplish nothing. They only prescribe the most common drugs/medications to ease you. NO Progression of studying your health issues and revisiting your health concerns.. They just want to bill your insurance to make money. Looking for a good Cardiologist now, because its been disappointment after disappointment. I have spoken to others with the same doctors and they have expressed to me the same sentiment when it comes to their services.

No one calls with test resulrs. The staff is rude. The patient privacy is horrible. I am moving to a new doctor

mehdi ouadif This location is totally fraudulent. I visited for my annual health check-up. I had to have some blood tests done. They asked me to come back in to discuss my test results. It could have easily been communicated over the phone or email, but instead I was charged over $200 just to be told that everything was normal.

Michael J Kleiman My wife showed up for her appointment and they demanded the copay in cash. They wouldnt accept a card or even send a bill, and they refused to see her even when she had severe chest pain and they forced her to reschedule. Clearly they care more about money than about providing quality healthcare.

Colin McBride Have been waiting a week and a half for a call back from a specialist that this office was supposed to set up. Calling the office sends me to a full voice-mail box. They only take cash, and they dont seem to actually care about their patients, only their wallets. And if you cant take time off of work to go into their office to remind them of their jobs, good luck ever talking to them.
