Edith Ysada My husband and I have thankfully been his patients. Dr. Garcés is a caring and extremely thorough physician. My husband has been his patient for 25 years, and I have been his patient for 5. Not once have we called him that we did not get a call back. What an incredible human being and doctor! Like my husband always says: God in Heaven and Dr. Garcés on Earth! Thank you DR. GARCES!!!

Diana F WORST DOCTOR OFFICE EVER! Completely disorganized, nobody takes responsibility, and always giving excuses "we didnt receive it" "it got lost" "the fax doesnt work" "internet doesnt work" nothing works in that office apparently! The last visit, they made me wait for 45 minutes, doctor finally walks in, get interrupted after 3 minutes, doctors walks out, leave me waiting again for ANOTHER 45 MINUTES! I decide to leave, and finally Doctor leaves another patience to come see me! and then FINISH THE VISIT IN THE HALLWAY! Plus Doctor changes my dosage, it doesnt get recorded, and the staff sent the wrong medication, I call to tell them I got the wrong dosage (old), then I have to repeat this same message 11 more times because apparently when you tell them the first 10 times they didnt think it was important to record the change of dosage on my file. SO EVEN AFTER THE LAST VISIT (after I have said it 10 times) Doctor himself aske me again if my dosage was X (the old one) and I lost it. THIS IS THE WORST OFFICE, DISORGANIZED, UNHELPFUL! EVERY VISIT and Im not kidding EVERY VISIT IS A STRUGGLE, EVREY CALL IS A STRUGGLE! Called 3 times “call back tomorrow” for the results of my bloodwork and on the 3rd call they tell me DOCTOR IS ON VACATION! Were the staff not aware the doctor was on vacation??

Diana Fung If can give negative stars I would! The Doctor itself is great but the office its such a nightmare! I have been holding up complaing because of the doctor but the people working at the office is as useful as a rock! Faxes get lost ALL THE TIME. They tell you they have received it and then it dissapears. Leave voice mail and nobody replies. Asked for refills they said they will give you two months and then I have to call for a week to finally get the refill! Ask to send Doctor referrals say they have done it and then when the other office says they havent received anythning, they say oh their fax machine broke down. Last altercation (keep in mind this is a constant battle for the last 3 years since I have been going to see this Doctor) ME: Im running out of medication Girl at the office: You have to see the Doctor to get more refills ME: ok set up an appointment Girl at the office: Is in two months ME: ok but I dont have enough medicaiton Girl at the office: We will give you refill until the appointment in two months One months later - NO MORE REFILLS ME callings several times to find out what happened - No answer, leave a voicemail no call back. ME calling for the third time - Girl at the office: Ok, I will send refill to the pharmacy ME calling for the fourth time becaue pharmacy says theres nothing. Girl at the office: You need to come to see the Doctor to get refills ME: I MADE AN APPOINTMENT ALREADY Girl at the office: yes. ME: SO I NEED ENOUGH MEDICATION UNTIL MY APPT Girl at the office: You havent been here in two years [...] ME: Not true! Otherwise how did I get the medication last this long!?!? Girl at the office: ok, your appointment is in a month ME: YES BUT I NEED MEDICATION UNTIL THE APPOINTMENT! Girl at the office: Ok you will get it tomorrow It literally took me one week and three days to get a refill that they supposedly approved already. Finally gets the medication for today.

Chaveli Gonzalez I’ve only been here twice for consultation and the front desk ladies are so nice and friendly they always treat me so nicely and always try to help me out. My first consultation I felt great but got too scared for my procedure that I ended up canceling but eventually made another consultation appointment. I don’t have insurance so all of these procedures and consultation are out of pocket. For my second consultation the front desk ladies were so helpful and considerate about my situation the Dr saw me gave me other recommendations still taking into consideration that I do not have health insurance. They make me feel like I’m well taken care of and cared for highly recommend this office :)

Andrew Ruiz The most terrible routine visit of my entire life. 3 hours+ for a 5 minute consult, and cant get my lab results without coming back in. Hung up on me over and over and wont even fax my labs over to another doctor for me. No patient portal online and the Hialeah office is stuck in the stone age. This is a money $$$ making mill that gives no attention to the patient and no one there knows how to run the office. Its a joke, and a doctor visit should be performed with dignity and due diligence. They are NOT professional. Bad experience and avoid like the plague. Dirty environment too.

Ana Rodriguez I dont recommend it, very bad customer service. Im waiting for a call for urgent lab tests and they dont. They care little about the customer and how satisfied they are with the service. I have demanded that the money be returned to me since I have not been with him for 2 weeks and since the first medical appointment I received ill treatment the supervisors say that they will not return the money knowing that when I signed up for the medical plan they said that if I was not satisfied they returned my money within ninety days. I was very dissatisfied with this medical plan and I do not recommend it No lo recomiendo, muy mal servicio al cliente.

J. Dub Dont go here. I wouldnt take my enemy here. I arrived in terrible pain and was told by security that I had to move my car from a parking spot. I got out and asked her to please get me help I was in pain. She said she would get someone I sat on a curb for 5 minutes nobody came I decided to make my way to the hospital bent over in pain. They asked for my ID I handed them my phone my ID is in my phone case and asked could they get it for me they said no I had to do it. It was 5 people standing around laughing and not one of them could assist me. Finally get to triage and she had no empathy or compassion. Im crying in pain with my 2 young kids with me who are scared. She was nasty with me because I couldnt sit still for the blood pressure because I was hurting. She finally leads me to the room. She walks quickly ahead of me offers no assistance no wheel chair. She hands me a cup and tells me I need to pee in it I told her Im on a lot of pain and it would be really hard as I could barely stand. I mustered up enough strength to pee in the cup and left the hospital. I cant believe how this place treats sick people. I was in so much pain I thought I was going to die but I refused to die there. Thankfully another hospital took care of me.

Laura Diaz Llerena Horrible attention, my dad was treated in a bed in the middle of a hallway because the hospital was “full”. Not only that but he was sent home with the same level of pain that he walked into the hospital with. No further testings were done to identify the root of the problem.

Antolin Ruiz I recently had the pleasure of spending two days at Larkin Community Hospitals Palm Springs campus, and I can honestly say it was one of the most positive healthcare experiences Ive ever had. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and cared for. The registration process was seamless and efficient. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel at ease immediately. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I understood everything without feeling rushed. It was evident that they genuinely cared about making my experience as stress-free as possible. When it came time for my surgery, I was very nervous, but the surgical team was nothing short of exceptional. They introduced themselves, explained the procedure in detail, and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Their professionalism and expertise shone through, and I felt confident that I was in great hands. The anesthesiologist took the time to reassure me, which helped to calm my nerves even further. Post-surgery, I was transferred to a comfortable recovery room where the nursing care truly stood out. The nurses at Larkin Community Hospital were like angels in scrubs. They were attentive, compassionate, and always checked in on me to ensure I was comfortable and managing my pain. Each nurse took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations about my recovery process. Their genuine kindness made a world of difference during a vulnerable time. The facilities themselves were immaculate, with a calming atmosphere that helped make my stay even more pleasant. The food was surprisingly good, and I appreciated the variety of options available. It was refreshing to have tasty meals that contributed to my overall comfort while recovering. Overall, my experience at Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs campus was exceptional. The combination of outstanding medical care, a warm and welcoming environment, and a dedicated staff made my two-day stay as comfortable as possible. I left feeling not only physically better but also uplifted by the kindness I received. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of care. Thank you, Larkin Community Hospital, for such a wonderful experience!

The staff, especially my nurses Aime and Gabriel, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and care. Their kindness and professionalism made a significant difference during my stay. Additionally, my case worker, Jans, was incredibly supportive and attentive, helping me navigate my treatment with ease. The entire unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which added to my overall sense of safety and well-being. I highly recommend Larkin Community Hospital for anyone in need of care. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay as pleasant as possible!

Claudette Ruiz I am writing this review as the spouse of a patient who recently had a two-day stay at Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs campus following surgery, and I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional care he received during his time there. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The registration process was efficient, and the front desk team greeted us with genuine warmth. They answered all our questions and ensured we had everything we needed before his procedure. It was reassuring to know that we were in capable hands. The surgical team was incredible. They took the time to explain the entire process to us, addressing any concerns we had with patience and clarity. I was particularly impressed by how they made my husband feel comfortable and confident going into surgery. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident, and I truly appreciated the follow-up communication after the procedure to keep us informed about his progress. During our two-day stay, the nursing staff exemplified what compassionate care looks like. Each nurse who attended to my husband was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They consistently checked in on him, ensured he was comfortable, and took the time to explain his recovery plan. It was comforting to see how they interacted with him, treating him not just as a patient but as a person. Their dedication to providing quality care was evident in every interaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs campus to anyone in need of surgical care. The level of patient care we experienced was outstanding, and it made all the difference during what could have been a stressful time. Thank you to the entire team at Larkin Community Hospital for providing such remarkable care. We are truly grateful!

Joshua Dr Gheiler took advantage of me while I was under and experimented on me by performing a new technique of the surgery that he was doing that he had “read about” and wanted to try. He never discussed doing an experimental technique on me and it took 3 months for him to explain to me why he did it in the first place. I’ve had complications because of this. I have a very ugly scar because of this. I’m in pain because of this. I feel violated. He never had my consent for any of what he decided to try out. Avoid this man! No morals, I haven’t even gotten so much as an apology out of him. Dr Bradley Garden in the office is awesome though. Very kind.

Princess I would not recommended this facility to my worst enemy. The staff lack empathy, compassion and basic knowledge on caring for vulnerable elderly patients. My precious mother was not cared for in this facility. She left the facility with a bed sore the size of a small football that initially started out the size of a quarter. One particular Sunday my mom was laying in her own feces and she had visitors who called me to tell me she was laying in her feces. My family had two meetings with the hospital regarding the care of my mom. There were times where I was at the facility for more than 2 hours and no staff came in to reposition her. The nurses barely speak English which is a communication barrier to non Spanish speaking families. We were sold a dream that they would care for my mom to ensure her recovery however as we made complaints, they rushed her discharge. I am heartbroken to think how painful the bed sores were and that my mother could not express how they were mistreating her when it came to her care. Please do not place your vulnerable relatives in this facility. I only gave it one star so my review can post, they do not deserve an 1/2 star review

Clercidor Family My father was admitted here for about 20 days and received wonderful care from the nurses, aides, respiratory therapy and PT/OT team. I was honestly very nervous about my dad coming here because he had a very bad experience with another LTACH in Hollywood but after touring the facilty I gave them a chance. Prior to coming to Select my dad was too weak and was not accepted into any acute rehabs so I was hoping this facility would not only help him with his breathing but also get him stronger and they did just that. My dad entered this facility with a trach and on dialysis and before he was discharged his trach was successfully removed and his kidneys recovered therefore he no longer needed dialysis. The PT and OT team got my dad strong enough to be discharged to an acute rehab facility so I am so grateful for that. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I feel the speech therapy did not do enough in 20 days to get my dad to start eating again since he has a peg tube, the speech therapy was not frequent enough which delayed progress in regards to my dad being able to eat. Also I never got to speak to a doctor or was involved in any interdisciplinary meetings in regards to my dads plan of care so I relied solely on chart review and the nurses to find out what the plan was for my dad. Otherwise this LTACH is great. Thank you.

Masiel Socarras Let me just start by saying that this is the WORST doctors experience! It shocks me how these people work here and don’t care about their patients. Every time I call there’s always a long wait for appointments. I called in September for a refill of my medication and Angela super rude said I had to do an appointment. That was not the problem. The problem was that they did not have any appointments till the following year. I told Angela that I had taken previous bloodwork with my primary and if it’s possible to use those results since I do not have any pills anymore and need my refill. She cut me off and placed me on hold. Then said that quote “we are unable to help you here” I told her that she had cut me off very rudely and she said “your not the only patient calling” I told her that how was it possible that your not going to give a refill to a patience that needs medication on a daily and the only upcoming appointment available is not till next year. Angela then said “you’re not going to talk to me like that, you can speak to a supervisor” and transferred me. Then the supervisor, me thinking they are there to supervise right? She had the same attitude as Angela. I advised her of Angela’s rudeness and that she shouldn’t be working there if she doesn’t care about the patients. This supervisor literally took and deep breath and sounded annoyed by what I was requesting. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! They do not care about their patients and are extremely rude to people! Trust me! I never write a review but this time I had to because this was just so shocking at how people in the medical field can be this rude and careless. And by the looks of previous reviews, I’m not the only one that thinks this way or had a terrible experience. Angela and her “supervisor” make Dr.Vazquez loose patients. TERRIBLE!!!! ZERO STARS!!!

Andrew Szczepanski This is by far one of the worst Doctor visits I have ever experienced. A warning to anyone Military, DO NOT GO HERE. They take Tricare, but have zero idea how to deal with it. I am writing a complaint to our referral management to hopefully have them removed. My wife was told to provide a physical referral, which if you know it is all electronic. They refused to even see my wife without a physical copy and when we said we would leave they were very dismissive about it. After talking to Tricare to find another Endo, they informed us that they had already faxed the referral over days prior. Unfortunately, we have nothing to say about Dr. Vasquez as we never got to even see her. As far as her staff, extremely rude and unprofessional.

Lynn Sofranko When I contacted Dr Vasquezs office I was given clear instructions on what to bring, asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to complete paperwork along with my appointment date from Angeline (hope I spelled her name correctly) Upon arriving for my appointment I was politely greeted by the front staff, exchanged requested information and seen several minutes PRIOR to my appointment time. Being seen in a timely fashion is a HUGE PLUS as it eases any nerves and illustrates a mutual respect for everyones time. Running on time does not seem to be a priority in South Florida so this was very surprising and appreciated. Angeline took a brief history in the exam room, she was very pleasant and within minutes Dr. Vasquez entered the exam room,. I found her to be thorough, engaging, very kind, I did not feel rushed and felt very "heard" with respect to my concerns. She even shared her love for hockey :) She created a short & long term plan of care to address immediate concerns as well as to find out what the root of my medical issue is/was. I found this office as a whole to be very professional, VERY organized and pleasant. Instructions were given clearly and completely as demonstrated with the first phone call, Dr. Vasquezs plan of action and the front staff reiterating necessary details upon check out. I absolutely felt my concerns and question were addressed by Dr. Vasquez & her staff. I believe I could comfortably contact the office at anytime and it would not be an imposition on the staff, as is the case in other medical offices, I felt that welcome by them. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Vasquez and the office as a whole. I had a great experience.

Maria Adela Gonzalez The dental clinic has a very delayed service, I was sitting in the chair for 45 minutes waiting to be seen, and I decided to leave because it was unbearable for me. There was only one dentist, they should increase the staff so that patients do not have to wait so long, it is not the first time I have experienced this there. The Front Desk assistant is very helpful and tries to solve things but there is not enough staff.

Clarilin Padilla Horrible Experience – Negligence and Mistreatment at Hialeah Hospital If I could give this hospital zero stars, I would. My sister went to Hialeah Hospital in a severely compromised state—she was extremely dehydrated, unable to walk, struggling to breathe, and experiencing severe cramps, vomiting, and dizziness. Instead of prioritizing her urgent medical needs, the staff immediately began questioning her about drug use, forcing her to take a urine test despite her clear symptoms of dehydration and stomach flu. They then falsely accused her of cannabis abuse, even though she had not used cannabis in over three weeks. Rather than focusing on treating her obvious dehydration, they left her in a hallway for an extended period because the hospital rooms supposedly had no air conditioning—an absolutely unacceptable and unsafe environment for a medical facility. Despite her deteriorating condition, they refused to administer IV fluids for an unnecessarily long time, leaving her barely conscious and unable to hold a conversation. She repeatedly begged for medical attention before they finally gave her an IV, which immediately improved her condition—proving that dehydration was the real issue all along. This hospital is an absolute disgrace. Their negligence, lack of compassion, and failure to provide immediate care to a patient in distress are appalling. The fact that they prioritized false accusations over proper treatment is unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter to corporate because no one should have to endure this kind of mistreatment when seeking medical help. Avoid this hospital at all costs.

Liz Mailyn Rey I wouldn’t even give this hospital one star. I went in after having a c-section , I was having fever , constipation and painful urination. They put me in a room freezing cold no blanket nothing for 15 minutes. I laid there and watched all the nurses laugh and make jokes. The PA seen me before a nurse did , the doctor ordered a ct scan and when they came to get me he was like I’m sorry I can’t do it since you don’t have an iv yet. Finally put the iv in , did the ct scan and then an ultrasound not once did the doctor ever come in the room to speak to me , give me results , or see how I’m doing. As I was walking out you can hear the doctor tell the nurse to discharge the patient that he is sending certain medication and what’s the medication is for. For that the nurse should be getting paid the doctor salary since he was sitting on his ass the whole four hours I was there.

Jairo Sanchez Jr My mom was admitted with a lumbar fracture and stayed in the 6th floor. Her nurse Janet Lopez was excellent and also Milly Moya took great care of her. They made my mom feel better inspite of the pain she felt. I thank both of them for there service and for always having a smile on there face.

Steven Sneed Jr. I wish I could give them negative stars. Homeless people hanging around the entrance smoking weed and drinking but security allows it. The grounds the hospital sits on is overgrown and had trash in it. The inside of the hospital looks very old and dirty. The nurses/doctors were very slow and extremely rude. The TV in the ER didnt work. Most of the nurses and ER doctors only spoke Spanish. I had a very hard time communicating with them since I dont know Spanish. How did they get hired here in the USA without knowing English. We speak English here in America. I now see why the ambulance driver tried his best to get me to go to a different hospital instead of coming here. I shouldve listened. I ended up leaving AMA and went to Baptist Hospital in Kendall. Please go elsewhere if you are need of proper care...

Yenisleidy Chavez Marrero I’m in utter disbelief. I have never been in a hospital whose staff has so little care about their patients as well as the cleanliness of the hospital. Two problems with this hospital. First issue I encountered when visiting my elderly grandparent was how dirty his room was. The floors are filled with hair and dust. The air vents are completely filled with dust and there are various water spots on the roof which have become moldy. The walls are dirty and have black spots on them in certain sections of the room. Even the clock that is in the room had an incorrect time to which I had to take down and correct timing to match that of my phone. Second issue, my family and I arrived at the hospital around 12 and I quickly noticed how my grandpa had ran out of tissues which I mentioned to his nurse and asked for her to please provide some for him. I stayed in that hospital for 3 hours and never received the much requested tissue paper. His planned diet was a mess. His chart mentioned how he needed to follow and low carb diet however the food he received was filled with carbs from the white rice to the peaches in syrup. It hurts my heart to see how little care and attention the staff in this hospital are giving their patients including my grandpa and hope to see some change.

I won’t be coming back and me and my whole family are getting a new doctor. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Alice Hanson You guys say that "youre sorry for the inconvenience" yet continue to do nothing about fixing your establishment? Ive waited there for 2 hours once, just to have the Doctor walk out &leave home forgetting I had an appointment.. Now its turned into a senior only center apparently &I dont even want my mother going there. Not only because of the bad service &the doctors not even knowing what your problem is or helping at all, but the wait time &all the times people are hung up on when trying to make an appointment. This is ridiculous, I hope this place gets shut down &stops making people feel worse. I will take measures there to make sure that this place is at least inspected if not because theres too many mistakes being made at a DOCTORS MEDICAL CENTER..

Lastly i spoke to someone in that department regarding my upcoming appointment for 3/13/25 and when I follow up today with my eye doctor to see if everything good to go they informed me nothing yet leaving me to reschedule once again making it twice I have to miss my appointment because of Miami Beach community center can’t get their act together. This center has a very bad way of providing services to their patients and sadly to say I been coming there for many years and it always the same results.

Ale Arias Very disappointed to about services. The nurses and staff look very unhappy. There is something not right. My daughter had an appointment at 8:45am. After being seeing by the nurse, we are sent back outside without knowing a window of time. The other moms said that when coming here it can be the whole day so be prepared. I asked someone from the facility and that person says that kids are seeings by priority, which is understandable for babies, but it’s not fair that other kids who have school and have to wait all day. Not recommended.

Maribel Cervantes Great experience! I had been coming with my mom for 3 years, she loves her doctor, we have to wait a little bit but that’s ok. All the staff is very efficient, the waiting room super clean, the nurses very helpful, especially Cristel pita, who helped me with my mom. For the prescriptions, I called the pharmacy a few hour before and I got the medications the same day.

Albert Gomez This facility is extremely unprofessional and a hostile environment. I was being disrespected by not only with the doctor who was providing me unethical information about my blood work that was malpractice and also with medical negligence, but also the supervisor as well that was talking over to me all because the mistake that was done at this clinic and knowing that I have a medical condition that this supervisor didnt care about at all. Also, failed to reply my emails and refuse to apologize to me after the mistake that was done and their unprofessionalism plus wasted my time doing my bloodwork and redoing it and it came up ALL fine. I had told numerous times that I never had that happen and came to this clinic before with my health being the same, but they dont care. Was treated very poorly from this facility, especially right after I got my shot with no apology in person at all and plus when receiving the letter, I had called to speak with the supervisor and not a call back. This supervisor knows her mistake and calls being recorded. Most definitely not a good place to be when it comes to treating your patience with kindness, not about mistreatment. I would HIGHLY not recommend this clinic at all.

Terrie Petersen Hi all, I was a patient at Kindred in Hollywood . I had Gallbladder surgery at Memorial West Hospital in Pembroke Pines. I went into spectic shock and was put on life support for 7 days when I woke up both of my lungs were collapsed and,I had to have blood transfusions and,I had a lot of other problems .I was, there for 5 weeks.Dr came to see me and said That I had to be moved to another facility. He said Hospice I freaked out and said no way Im not, dying then he said well your not out of the woods yet. Anyway I ended up at Kindred. The ambulance came at 10pm. I was at the last room. Every time someone came through the double doors it,would make loud noises . I was there for 4 and half months.I had double pneumonia, an access in my abdominal region, which was very painful.I also had to have 6 additional surges. Most of the nurses were good CNAS another story. They didnt really wanted to do anything extra. I was there was from late Sept to,mid Jan. So I was there during the holidays and they were short staffed. The food was pretty bad and when I picked food from the menu I never got it right. The physical therapy aids were very good I had to learn to walk again, then I became contagious and I had to stay in the room for,2 months I finally got out of there right before Covid hit. One night I woke up and my arm and sheets felt wet, I turned the light on and my IV came out of my arm. There was blood and IV fluids spilling out I Turned the call light on. Waited for a while, I went into the hallway with the IV pole and every light was on.I wasnt supposed to be out of my room but I really didnt really didnt care anymore. I never did find the nurses oh and the ice machine was broken for 2months ,and in all that time I only saw the primary care,Doctor 4times. The,one good thing about the nurses was that they did keep my daughter up to date about my tests,I,did have a very high fever and had to pack me ice and ICU nurses stay with me. The pneumonia came back Another good thing was that I had a private room

Alejandra Acosta If you’re looking for an LTAC please avoid this one. Although I can say that the Dr’s were very kind and understanding with my mom’s care the week she was there. We experience neglect in multiple forms. She was a terminal cancer patient with a tracheostomy and went into Kindred for the ventilator. One night, her heart rate was extremely high, their pharmacy was closed after 7pm and there was nothing they could do. It was extremely overwhelming since they just waited as nurses and other people kept asking if they had to take her to the ER. A male nurse was on some crazy drugs. My husband and I were sitting outside when his shift ended. He was walking extremely off his lunchbox was opened as he dropped absolutely everything from it, even his Kindred Id and Fl drivers license we screamed and called him. Had to run until we caught up to him. Ge wasn’t more than 10ft away from us. All the times we saw him he looks far from sober. Mom passed away last year sadly not saying they would’ve cured it cause we knew her condition but they could’ve done a better job at having a better presentation for their nurses

Maria Caamano Dr Perez himself is amazing. I have been going to him for over five years. He is a brilliant doctor. So much so I even paid fully out of pocket two years when my insurance changed and he was not in network. His staff, however, is some of the rudest I have ever encountered; my low rating is due to that. Everytime I go I tell myself I am done, I wont go back. Today, after the smart remark from his employee over the phone about "everyone has a cold do you want to come in" when I expressed my desperation at running out of medication is the day I decided to not go back. The stress of dealing with these women, the VERY STRANGE cash only policy until you reach a minimum, and the short office hours: doesnt make this worth it.

Yoda Dr. Enrique Krikorian and his team were absolutely amazing! From the moment we met him in September to discuss the procedure and receive instructions on how to prepare for the surgery, we felt a sense of comfort and trust. The surgery took place on November 20, 2024. On that day, his team was incredibly supportive and made my mom feel calm and cared for. The anesthesiologist team, especially, went above and beyond to make my mom feel like a VIP. After the surgery, my mom was admitted to the 5th floor at Jackson Hospital Doral. I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the incredible staff on that floor. They truly made my mom feel like family, providing exceptional care and attention. The level of service and compassion was outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to the leadership team and staff for creating such a welcoming and supportive environment, especially for our elderly population. They truly go above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable during difficult times. I would love to recognize the following individuals for their exceptional care: Javier Vilarino, RN Jaime Martinez, RN Ashley Bonilla, RN Elisabet Borrero, RN Katerina Rodriguez (Superstar) Leydis Gonzalez Alexander (Therapist) Disclaimer: I apologize if I may have missed some names in this review. I want to emphasize that not all heroes wear capes. The passion and compassion displayed by these individuals during my moms stay from November 20th to 23rd truly made a difference. Thank you, Javier, Jaime, Ashley, Elisabet, and Katerina for ensuring my moms medications and pain were mitigated, her vitals and basic needs were met, and her time in the hospital was fantastic. Alexander, thank you for providing my mom with daily therapy and support throughout the week. These individuals are future leaders in the healthcare industry, and I am so grateful for their dedication and compassion. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Krikorian, his team, and the entire staff at Jackson Hospital Doral. They are not only skilled professionals but also compassionate human beings. I highly recommend Dr. Krikorian and this hospital to anyone in need of exceptional care. To see my mom be able to walk just made my eyes teared up in joy. Happy Thanksgiving!!! Sincerely, Roberto & Elia Hernandez (Mom)

Mark Padilla I was hospitalized in Jackson West for three nights in December, 2024. The staff was so helpful and understanding, and the physical infrastructure is beautiful. I want to specifically call out one nurse, Alexi Magday, who is the most amazing human being and skilled nurse you can imagine! He was so attentive, sensitive, and conversational. He made the experience of being hospitalilzed emotionally and physically manageable and made me feel seen. He is a treasure. But all of the staff was wonderful and responsive. It was impressive that several people asked me about my experience and if I had any feedback. We are fortunate to have this hospital close to our home.

StraightShooterGaming Awful customer service and bedside manner. I had stomach surgery yesterday, my surgeon never once followed up with me after it was done. The nurses were nice and helpful the first night but the one today was awful didnt know what she was doing, could take blood properly. Im missing important prescriptions from my pharmacy for painkillers and one to put a protective coating on my stomach. I called the hospital 6th floor twice now to try and get ahold of someone, nobody picks up the phone. As far as other aspects, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, I couldnt sleep last night, my mom who was with me also couldnt sleep on the chair they brought in. The TV was convoluted with the menu and hardly had any channels besides local. I was told that I could graduate from clear liquid to full liquid several times by the nurse and residents last night but this morning they brought me clear liquid anyway and the nurse that did had a bad attitude and was very rude. Same one that couldnt take my blood. I was glad to be out of there. Obviously they put all their money into making the place look nice and now dont have any funds to hire competent staff or at adequate levels. If you need to have surgery done Id suggest looking elsewhere.

If you have an older parent do not trust this institution, something have to be done with the administration who allow to treat patients like garbage, they only care about billing the insurance since all of their patients are old with great the benefits.

Carmen Marchan From the driver (Ernesto) who transports me in a very clean vehicle and with all the rules against contagion of the virus, they take me in a friendly, professional and diligent way to my appointment. The reception staff welcomes me. Four very kind, polite and appropriately dressed young ladies with all kindness and cordiality, register me in less than two minutes and another lady helps me to the door of the doctors office. I am first attended by her assistant, Mrs. Yamir. Very professional, compact and with great knowledge, she evaluates me, enters my new condition in the system and takes me to my doctor Dr. Roberto Soler v. Whoever makes a deep evaluation and with great humanity and professionalism tells me the news about my condition. . early. I go to the pharmacy for my new medications where I can queue or wait for a good lady to take my information and I am enjoying it for a few minutes, she calls me to give it to me. While right there they give me a coffee with pastries and before having a coffee, my medicines are ready and my driver is looking for me who takes me back home. all perfect!!
