Alexis Bogosian, DVM Our newborn was diagnosed with congenital hypothyroidism so we were referred to Nemours to see Dr. Benson. Our entire experience was wonderful. Parking was easy, front desk staff was pleasant and kind, and Dr. Benson was compassionate and put our minds at ease. I am happy to have such an educated and caring team for our new baby.

Carrie Conn-Gregory Excellent care of my children all the time! They were able to get my son in as an urgent fillow up the day after his ER visit, which is not usually my experience anywhere! Very compassionate and professional staff from the scheduler to the Docs. Thank you all so much!

Nichole Both my children have seen providers here, recently my daughter seen Dr Pak in general surgery. I was very impressed, he has wonderful bed side manner, he’s extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a general surgeon for their child. The ultrasound tech is super sweet as well, very gentle and can hold a conversation. The hospital itself is very clean and super kid friendly. They have several parking garages as well with easy access to the building.

Nesha Pettway My son was seen in ENT, we have been seeing ENT for some years now. However, today I felt like just a patient in queue, just another number. There was no conclusive or direct plan of action aside from “someone will call to schedule surgery”. While I don’t mind surgery there were so many questions left unanswered. This is the first time that I’ve ever been disappointed in the care received through Nemours.

Tyshenda Jones My son has been going to this clinic since he was born. The staff are always very nice and informative. The wait time is always less than 10 mins. The doctors listen to your concerns and give positive feedback.

Neal Thomson We moved my father to this facility after 20 really disappointing days of no progress at a place called Fountains at Mill Cove. My father was recovering from 3 spine surgeries, the most serious being a laminectomy to repair an AVM. He went into the first place unable to transfer from a wheelchair, and they wanted to send him home in the same condition. Fountains kept him for 20 days, but he made almost no progress. Brooks had him for 20 days, and released him to another rehab center (River City Nursing and Rehab) actually able to walk 4-5 steps. We went with that facility recommended by Brooks, and 60 days later, my father walked back into his house, including climbing the stairs at the front. He has been living independently for the last year.

Kathryn Smith The worse experience. Sons paper work coded wrong. And wasnt informed til the day I went in for a speech eval. Then was able to get another evaluation Oct 2 for his PT. I called and called to make sure he wouldnt fall in the cracks. Was told by Kristen is speech therapist she would call me when its completed. She never did. I called back December and they never reopened his PT case. But his speech was all set to go. Asked for a different location as it was closer to where we lived. No one ever called. Then they told his orthopedic doctor we kept cancelling appointments. Wasnt true. Staff is terrible. Kristen from speech is very rude. Will not be back to this location.

J Bull My PCP left the facility. No one from the facility called me to advise that she had left. 7mar25 I tried to get prescription refilled early in the morning. Later in the afternoon I checked and it was not approved, waiting on Doctor. Further searching revealed that my PCP had left and I was assigned another PCP not near me. Now I can’t get my prescription filled and have to rush to find a PCP closer to me. I have been there over 30 years. Thank You for caring.

DJ Dandeslate Was NEVER contacted! Arrived this morning 30 minutes early for my first appointment at this location with this Nurse practitioner. Was advised that she had an emergency and that I had been contacted. I had not received an email, a text, or a phone call. They said her next availability would be in October. (I had already waited 2 months for this visit, just to get my PX refilled). I totally understand emergencies - I do not understand never being contacted before arriving, and that they couldnt reschedule me until another 2 months. Savannah OConnor I am editing my 5-star review that I left for a doctor that no longer works here for a 1-star review… my most recent appointment was canceled because my primary care doctor was no longer there but this office did not reach out to me to reschedule my appointment with another doctor so I had to call them myself to get my appointment rescheduled… that’s honestly the best part of this review. I got to my appointment and was called back to have my vitals taken before the doctor saw me. The man that took my vitals is named Devin. He was extremely unprofessional. While he was inputting information into the computer, he just started laughing. I didn’t ask what he was laughing about but he went ahead and told me that a coworker of his, that is currently working at a female clinic, had texted him and he saw the text on the computer and tells me “ sorry (for laughing) I had asked how her ‘tunnel diving’ was going and she said she is so over it” EXCUSE ME!! Is women’s health a joke to you, Devin? Tunnel diving?? REALLY?! I responded and said “As a woman, who has to ensure going through Pap smears, they are NOT fun” .. he proceeds to ask me normal questions, like “did you get your flu shot this year?” I told him I did, and that I also got a Covid booster at the time of my flu shot. Devin literally responded with the word “Ew..” after I mentioned my Covid vaccine. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! As someone who has a VERY hard time with doctors, Devin made it horrible!! After he walked out I was fuming.. When the doctor walked in, she asked how I was.. considered what just happened I was on the verge of breaking down, I tried to tell her I was okay.. but then I immediately started crying and told her what Devin had said and how unprofessional he was. I was literally having a panic attack. She spoke to me softly, but you could tell she wasn’t sure what to say to me, and I felt very dismissed and truly wanted nothing more than to get the hell out of there. Additionally after verifying with multiple people which pharmacy I use she sent one of my prescriptions to the wrong place. I’ve been a patient here for over 5 years and I am NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!

Lily Evans I would give this place -10000 stars. if you love your loved one do NOT take them to St. Vincent’s if you want them to receive actual care. The treatment has been disrespectful to say the least. They do not check if you need water, pillows, sheets. they do not care if you haven’t had a bath in over a week. they do not care how severely dehydrated you are. There is no care provided , you must plead for everything. There is absolutely NO communication amongst care teams. Scheduled medications were missed, call light response time is shocking at night. Everyone walks around like “well what are you doing here” when the patient has stage 4 cancer & cannot move, adjust, or care for themselves. If you walk out of your loved ones room, they go in there & try & discharge them. the patient couldn’t even get into a car if they tried. they can’t even move in their bed. the care is truly LAUGHABLE. it’s inhumane. it truly seems like no one knows what they are doing. i would never allow another loved one to set foot in this trash “establishment” again. & i have heard this before but it wasn’t my choice on where to send my parent. i thought orange park medical center was the worst but they at least treat you like a human & make sure you have the items you need. every person that walked into the room it was like they had never even glanced at the patients chart. I wondered why the cancer specialists advised us not to go through their hospital. WELL NOW I SEE WHY. i would steer extremely clear.

Rosemarie Abrahamson I was seen twice and except for the long waiting time my treatment by the staff was very professional. I thought that Taylor Lenard , PA was excellent in her care for me. She was very thorough and concerned about my health. I have been treated by many PA’s but have never had anyone as caring and thorough with my treatment. I highly recommend this young lady as being and effective and caring health professional. She deserves recognition for her ability to put a patient at ease and confident that the treatment received above the norm. Thank you for the care received. She took the time to address all my concerns about my illness.

I highly recommend st Vincent’s for any heart related issue! Thank you

J Zulu I was referred to them by my PCP for OPEN WOUND CARE. They called me 4 days later to offer an appointment 3-4 weeks out. I refused the appointment that far because i thought an OPEN WOUND would require more immediate attention. They offered a closer date, and advised me that it would be a 1 hour appointment. I arrived, completed the paperwork and waited 1 hour in the waiting room past my appointment time. I asked for an update and the staff was not sure how long the wait would be. The staff was really kind, if that’s matters. They were really nice and friendly, as they told me there was nothing they could do and if i wanted to, they could schedule me for the following week. Thanks!

Brandi Spencer I am currently going through having cancer and this office has been the absolute BEST!!!!! Especially the office manager Andi. She calls me every couple days to check on me she is helping me fight for my health. I can call anytime and she helps me through taking care of whatever I need done. Being told you have cancer is the hardest thing a person ever has to hear. BUT this office has made it a little easier. The people and the doctors do not just treat you like another patient on the books. They treat you like family they truly care about you and what you are going through. Im only 28 years old being told I have cancer but this office has made me feel better about what I am going through because they truly care. This is the best place you could possibly go! I could not be more grateful for them during this hard time.

Kristine Perkins Phone etiquette was awful. I tried to make an appointment and she complained when I asked for the doctor that I was recommended by my dermatologist. She basically told me she is only one person and laughed. Then said her next appointment is in 2027. Never made an appointment. Very rude.

Michael Clarke I have been seeing Dr Stewart for many years, since back before she went out on her own. Always professional and always top notch people working for her. Sent family members there as well. Sad to say that in the last year or so, she is never available and its always a P.A. that gets the appointment. Worse yet, the people at the desk and who manage the appointments and services, do not have the level of professional demeanor or attention to the patient that I have seen in the past. Not happy at all. And getting a simple, emergent question asked? Forget about it. Time to move on I guess. Take it as a word of warning Dr Dr. Stewart, you can expand, but people came to your office to see you and to be treated with respect, not for this nonsense.

Diane Radloff Dr. Stewart is the most caring, compassionate, and competent physician I have ever known. I am so thankful that I found her. She has improved the quality of my life beyond words. She is an absolutely awesome dermatologist, and a warm and caring physician. She is the absolute BEST! Love her!!

Barb H-A The doctors are great. The front desk staff could use some training on how to answer the phones and treat the customers when you call they say please hold and just put you on hold without knowing the situation. They can be rude and snappy for some reason.

I feel so fortunate to have this quality of doctor as my primary care physician and hope to continue seeing Dr. T for the duration of my life. Our entire family feels the same.

Tamera / Tammy Collins update: lately, I am disappointed that you cannot call and leave a message OR leave a message on "My Chart". None of them are answered. I am not sure where the ball is dropped, but even when you call and speak to a nurse, no one calls you back or replies. I think this is something that should be addressed. I have been seeing Dr. Traveria for years. I feel he is very dependable, takes the time to listen when you are speaking and will order test and/or procedures whenever needed. He has always been prompt in advising me of test results and providing information that I need to better my health. I have read many of the other reviews where they had to wait and even though there is a wait at times, he ensures that each patient is given the same care and respect as the one before or after them. He is through and communicates very well.

Laverne Wall I absolutely adore this Dr. I have been his patient since he started with BMC.The first several years I also liked his staff. After he moved it seems like he has little control over his staff. My cardioligist is also under BMC.When I began with him he was not with BMC. He did practice there and I liked his staff a lot. After he went under BMC his staff was mostly rude and non caring. I stayed with him because he was also a very good doctor.

Ibeth Torres Gonzalez Terrible service. If your child has the flu, you can bring him here just as you can go to CVS for something for his cough. But if he really needs care and good service, its better to go somewhere else. The doctors have no knowledge and the treatment is mediocre. In short, they are not a good health center.

Auset Butler I gave birth here a few days ago and I really enjoyed my stay there. The nurses that I had were amazinggggg! They took good care of me and my baby and were very attentive, supportive, caring. Whenever me or my partner asked a question they were very informative. They made me very comfortable and I didn’t feel scared at all during the birthing process.

Sade Butler I had a positive experience with my labor and delivery team. The nurses were personable, pleasant and knowledgeable and checked in on us a respectful number of times; not too much and not too little. I had my meals from the cafeteria and the nutritionists were hospitable, the food was decent. My recovery room had a window which I absolutely appreciated. My bathroom however had a design flaw in that the walk-in shower did not have a border/lip so water leaked into the room, but it was clean. Besides that one thing everything else during my stay went really well.

Jace Rogers We stopped at Wolfson Children’s Hospital on our way home to Georgia from Clermont to have our 7 week old tested for RSV as he had some symptoms and his breathing was labored. We were checked in at the ER, triaged and put in a room right away which was nice not having to wait in a waiting room where my baby could be exposed to other illness. A nurse was in shortly after to hook him up to monitors to watch his breathing and test him for RSV. While waiting for results the nurses and doctors kept checking in to see how my baby boy was doing and if we needed anything. After being given the positive result, we were admitted to monitor him overnight and all the staff and doctors were great helping monitor him and doing everything they can to help him get better even though there wasn’t much they could do as it’s a virus and has to run its course. I couldn’t be more grateful for the treatment we received at this hospital especially being from out of town not knowing what to expect and this being our first child. I highly recommend!!

Presley Miller If I could honestly put zero stars that’s what it would be. My daughter had a surgery scheduled for 3/5/25 at 10am for us to be there at 8am. This surgery was scheduled well over a month ago. We were running late as we had to drive from Georgia I went ahead and called to let them know that we would be 10-15 minutes late for check in due to traffic. Only for the nurse on the other end to tell me her surgery had been canceled for the day and that someone called to let me know. First and foremost no one ever called to let me know this. Also Monday I talked to two different people one for registration and one for her pre op prep and nothing was ever said. Long story short I spent 4 hours at the hospital going back and forth with people being told “will call you back in 15 minutes with an update.” That “15 minutes” turned into 25-45 minutes. At the end of it she didn’t get surgery for a severe case of OSA that is just getting worse. I tried to explain that I travel for work and that I have a schedule already made in advance and that my mom and I had already adjusted our schedule for this surgery. They ultimately dropped the ball after I did everything I needed to do as a parent and patient. So now her surgery is scheduled another month out to which that means her pre op will be out of date and she’ll need a whole new one meaning more out of my pocket because someone couldn’t pick up the phone and make a call. I hope the people I spoke to today actually did escalate this matter to upper management because this isn’t the last that I have to say. I need better answers then “I don’t know” or “we are doing everything we can” or “we understand your frustration” because clearly they don’t.

Alexis Nailing Went there last night cause my baby had a fever, they took forever to see him and treat him, but that’s not the worst part because I’m patient. I can’t get over how aggressive the residency and doctors was when dealing with my baby. The First Lady with red hair came in aggressively talking to my baby telling him he’ll be fine when he started crying mind you he’s sick and not feeling good so why you talking to a baby like they a grown ass man?? She grabbed his arms agressively and was putting the syringe all over his face when she gave him Tylenol. I addressed it and let her know she didn’t have to be so aggressive, of course she became passive aggressive after that. I’m sure she told the other doctors what happen to look like the victim because the doctors after her did the same thing to test my patience. Then they were running all these unnecessary tests, the doctor wanted to put a catheter on my baby?? I’ve never heard of any doctor putting a catheter on a 10 month old to check his urine… coming here made me not want to go to any emergency room EVER AGAIN IN JACKSONVILLE. GRADY HOSPITAL WOULD NEVER! You can tell when hospitals are strictly for the money!! Wish I could give 0 stars!

Other than that everything was great, always clean, the staff and nurses were awesome. Thank you again for everything that was done. P.S. I do understand that the doctors are busy but it would have been nice to actually speak to one of them.

Brandi Huff My experience with L&D was way better than I expected it to be. My nurse Tasia was very kind and compassionate from the moment she stepped into the room. I even requested to have her the next morning which is when I ended up delivering and I’m glad that she was there to assist with the experience. As a first time mom I couldn’t have asked for a better nurse. The anesthesiologist that came to give me my epidural, I think his name was Bryan. I hope that’s right. But he did very well explaining the whole thing and making me feel very comfortable with whole experience. The epidural was perfect to where I couldn’t feel pain but could feel what was going on and that’s exactly what I was hoping for. The check back ins were appreciated as well. You could tell he genuinely cared. The postpartum nurse that stuck out the most to me was Maria, she was so sweet and nurturing throughout the night. She was so good about bringing me ice water to hydrate and explain everything she was going to do especially with our son. You could tell that she really enjoys what she does and that makes all the difference.

Erica Broodie Dr. Toon , Dr. Corbin with lead nurse Suzanne and the rest of the labor and delivery team at Orange Park medical were absolutely professional and phenomenal. I can’t truly thank them enough! And the anesthesiologist were very kind and very helpful as well! Highly recommend!

Shaquasha Hood The worst Hospital EVER! The 2 girls in the E.R that does the patient intake had bad attitudes, rude and unprofessional. They made jokes amongst each other and laughed in my face due to me getting a little irritated that Ive been there going on 10 hours and there where about 5 to 6 people that came in long after me that got seen before me. This hospital is a joke, I came to the E.R for chest pains, and been having migraines for over 3 weeks straight. I was there for 10 hours before a doctor seen me. The doctor was very unconcerned and dismissive. Then ordered to take my blood, which had nothing to do with why i was there. I left there feeling like they took me for a joke and I will NOT ever step foot in this sorry excuse for a hospital again.

Also, they do blood draws in office so I didn’t have to go to quest. It was easily the most painless blood draw I’ve had. :)

Teresa Howell I have going there for several years but i must say my last visit has made me decide to go elsewhere. I have never had any issues with the staff until now. The medical asst that took me back was not attentive as to why i was there and left me hanging in the bathroom for a urine sample and never came back. She just went onto the next patient. I found my way back to the room and when the PA came in and asked why i was there, i explained to her that the asst did not even finish with me before she moved onto the next patient. Besides that, the bathroom was disgusting and not clean, the walls were gross, and i just noticed the whole place was not clean at all. Disappointed.

Rescheduled for TODAY for an 8am apt so I could be first. I’m her only patient in this waiting room of 4 ppl. Needless to say it’s over 40 minutes and they haven’t called me to the back yet! I think they believe ppl have all day to just sit around. I work!!! When your first patient is waiting what could possibly be going on in the back??? I think this is my last visit! Very very disappointing.

Romona Owens I have been going here since around 1987. I dont get sick probably as much as most....not sure. But I know each and every time I go here, they really take good care of me. On my most recent visit, I had the privilege of seeing Ms. Medina. I really didnt want to hear all she had to say that I needed to give my attention to. I have come to realize due to all of the phone calls and concern that I have received since my visit that I do need to stop and address these health issues if I want to live a quality life or be alive at all. When you live alone and have little to no family to express concern about your well being, you resent someone half your age telling you all these things you need to do. Having said that.... I want to let you know how blessed I feel that I got to see you on my visit. Ocean way Family Practice has always had the most educated, caring physicians throughout the many years I have gone there. You are truly a blessing to me and to them. Thank you for listening to EVERYTHING mentioned and for going that extra step to check out the history of my chart. Thank you most of all for caring enough to teach an older lady that caring about me begins with me. They are so blessed to have you there! I will look back in 10 years and know you are the reason I am sitting at my grandsons graduation. (Since his father, my only son, is deceased, that will be a major blessing I will have you to thank for.). I will think of you on that day and every day I am blessed to spend with my grandson. This is a wonderful, caring medical team. If you want people who are well educated, caring and a place where you are taken well care of as a patient, this is the place for you. Go and do what she tells you to do. Get yourself well and healthy. Live a long and healthy life. And most of all, go here because they really do care about you and your health. This may be too long, but you need to know how unbelievable and special this place and the people who work there are. I think great employees come from great leaders. Thank you Dr. Micolucci and your excellent staff for your dedication and concern for me throughout the years. A special thank you to Ms. Medina. I hope you know how special you are.

Kind Thoughts Parking is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming and professional environment. I initially canceled a few appointments due to hesitation, but as my back pain worsened, I finally decided to come in—and I have no regrets. It’s truly refreshing to be surrounded by dedicated medical professionals and customer service staff who genuinely care. I never felt judged or dismissed, and the Loyalty Team is outstanding. Dr. Rafanan and her team provide exceptional care! My bloodwork was completed efficiently in just 15-20 minutes, it only took her one jab! the walk-in X-ray process, including wait time, took only about 20 minutes. An outstanding facility!

Alison (Ruth Esther) I love the parking lot. It’s huge! No need to hunt for a parking space like on Jefferson. It’s a nice new facility but there’s no pharmacy yet. I didn’t see a coffee shop either. The inside is huge as well and the nurse comes out to get you and escorts you back out, otherwise I think you’d be wandering the hallways forever. I really love my doctor so I chose to follow him up there. It was worth the trip.

Matt Macdonald Terrible care. They only want to give you basic care. Test show I need certain medication and they dont want to give the medication. I feel terrible due to the medical issue and they wont help me. Cant get in touch with the doctors. Seems like a lot of DEI hires at the VA. Have been waiting for multiple weeks for a "doctor" to order a different medication and Ive asked the pharmacy and doctors nurse about it for around 3 weeks now and it still has not been ordered up. Guess the "doctor" has forgot to order up the medicine they offered to give weeks ago. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Melissa Shannon I live across the street and am so tired of seeing trash in and around the pond. I walk everyday and the trash is getting worse. Please someone in authority at VA hire trash crew to clean up the beautiful pond before it turns it gets unbearable. Its trash all along sidewalks on all sides of pond and some trash is even in the pond. We pay alot in rent along with taxes to live in a clean neighborhood and trash all over is not acceptable.

Anxhela Kocii I honestly have never met such an amazing group of people. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and funny and make me feel so at ease. The nurses and staff are truly great at both sides of this building. I can understand the phone service is not good but just go in person you’ll get amazing service.

Barbara Medina Rude staffs on the phone. I just wanted to verify address of my appointment and they transferred me 4 times to different people while being on hold for almost an hour just to get hung up. They sounded like they hate their jobs. How hard can it be to answer respectfully and just do your job.

David Martinez Amaral Awful practice. Worst customer service ever. Kept getting transfered to someone that was not even there. Staff attending the phone was also very rude and condescending. Took me over 30 minutes to get a resolution for a simple reescheduling.

Miguel Granda they provide good service , and for all they do for our community I give them 5 stars, but they need to improve in the interpersonal skills. they have some amazing clerks that get you register but they also have some that over complicate things with their attitude specially an older lady that works up front that has a very nasty disposition and there is no point of me giving them a lesses review base on just one employee its a much bigger organization than for me to rate this over a single person, specially when every one is always kind and helpful. I come in as my spouses translator and usually our experiences are good.

Rita Broomell I was diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension in 2022 and was told I had 3 to 6 months to live. My husband and I just acted immediately and moved across country so we could get to Mayo clinic. In Jacksonville, my right side heart was in complete failure. And today I can say it is operating normally from the outstanding care I was given and medications that I could not receive anywhere else. I struggled so hard trying to get treatment. Once we arrived here, which was very quickly, we packed up sold our home and were moved within 3 months. Everything turned around. There is no cure for what I have, but I am still here. Enjoying my family, caring for the people I love. All because of the efforts and care I was given at mayo. THANK YOU! They continue to care and give me a future to look forward to.

Milena Boyeva My daughter had a couple of procedures in 2022. We didnt receive any bills from them. They sent the bill to a collection agency without notice. In 2025 I tried to make an appointment for an urgent issue and the billing dept would not allow the Urology dept to schedule an appointment because Mayo wanted $5000 plus upfront. If patient care is a priority for Mayo, then a payment plan should be an option. I would have put a zero star if I could.

Patrick McGee Chemotherapy building has no less than a half dozen no parking signs out front for patients drop off. Instead the vallet use this area for pay to park patients. The point of a vallet is for convenience and to keep the traffic flowing. Currently there is enough space for one car to drop off a patient . Cancer biz is good full house everytime we come . I parked my oversized truck out in the construction parking lot and was asked to move but I cant drop my wife off without asking other patients to move so I can get her chair to the car door because the vallet has their view obstructed by parked cars . This is a ridiculous situation. By a golf cart get a second vallet and shuttle your drivers ba k from the parking lot east of San Pablo. Your patients should not have to fight their way in the fro t door for chemotherapy. They i. most cases are already fighting for a better quality of life . Profit over care shouldnt be any hospitals policy . Its certainly not the mission statement depicted on the Mayo movie on the Tv i. patients room.

Eladron_chik If i can i would grade is as 0 stars. We sat there for 2 hours!!! As soon as other people arrived AFTER US, they were immediately called and we sat in line. The workers are rude, ignore you, and have no respect! I strongly recommend that you go to another hospital. I hope they hire new employees..

MeMe Leach Scheduled my kids appointments weeks ago for today, just to show up and the clinic be closed down for observance of the holiday. Nobody had enough decency to call and cancel appointments. It was many people out there for their appointments. We got out our bed, wasted gas, to go to an office that was closed. I can almost BET if this office was in a white neighborhood they would’ve at least notified the patients that they were closed. The ghetto

T K The older ladies here are extremely rude. They have an attitude just to check you in. They have a younger lady that acts respectful but those other older women act as if we are bothering them when we come to check in for an appointment. They are not professional. They make our young ladies not want to come there for help. I’ve witnessed this myself and my daughter has as well. You all need to hire people that know how to respect others. Kindness goes all long way and those ladies at the front have no idea what that is.

Brittany L Doctor Cuevas is friendly and thats where my compliments end. There used to be a sweet woman behind the front desk, but shes been replaced with Mean Girls Who Peaked In High School™️ and scheduling has been a disaster ever since. I had to tell the girl scheduling my sons appointment that she was in the wrong year, which she insisted was incorrect for a minute before sheepishly agreeing. She scheduled his appointment and then the day arrives and I realize Ive had no text reminders. That is because no appointment was ever scheduled. This was the final straw, on top of the fact that it takes 2 hours to get in and out of any appointment. Staff was bragging that Dr. Cuevas had treated over 25 patients in the day, which is sad to me rather than impressive. No wonder there is such a long wait, and such a rush for her to get through appointments. They also messed up the insurance on my other childs appointment, so I have to dispute the charges Im receiving. The waiting room is filled with infants every time, which leaves little hope that personal attention and timeliness will improve. Find another office, maybe one with multiple providers.

Dom C I wish we had good things to say. I’ve seen the way the front desk speaks to the patient’s parents/guardians and it’s atrocious and unprofessional. I have attempted to request my daughter’s vaccination and physical form for a MONTH now for daycare; I have gone into the practice physically to request a month ago where they said it would be a 2-3 day turn around time and they would call me. After 3 weeks of not hearing I went physically into the location again and they had no record of my original request. They took down my request. Then called me by the time I got back home and the MA said “the doctor documented in October that she gave you the physical form” okay… well this is now December and January and my daughter wasn’t in daycare or school at the time. That negates the fact I still need these two forms currently and the fact I was told three weeks ago I would receive them. She said the doctor is not in every day and she would be in Thursday that week and they would call me when completed and I would need to pay $15. I said okay. Well, it’s been another week and haven’t received a call. So I just called them now and the receptionist sees the note from a week ago and said they are sending yet another note back to the provider to see if it’s ready. My daughter won’t be able to attend daycare without this form. If this is the process for a SIMPLE two forms that in every other PCP/pediatric office I’ve been able to get same day — this is ridiculous. Needless to say unfortunately we will be leaving this practice despite it being walking distance from our home. I can go on and on about how I’ve heard the front office speak to patients but it’s simply not worth it here as I’ve already typed an essay. But I will gladly speak to management or higher if needed. I am a clinical manager in the healthcare field myself and this is just unacceptable.

Cameron Kight I had to write a review just to talk about the lab specialist Mrs. Kim. I’ve always had trouble getting my blood drawn, and last time I got labs I was poked 6 times with no results. Mrs. Kim got it first try, thank you so much!

Treats you like an idiot. I did not at all enjoy this place and they only care about making the next dollar not helping the next patient.
