Stuart McArthur I went to meet my new primary care doctor. The only problem we had is that she was deaf and wanted me to be mute. I had my first fight with cancer and was diabetic when she was playing kickball in elementary school. I personally feel that she could be very valuable if she would grow a set of ears. Maybe an implant of some kind? I did see the cartilage.

Gretchen Garra Best location Northside Lakeland for urgent care treatment and best staff. Melissa at the reception was very caring and understanding and made the check in process painless. Wait time was short, especially needed when you feel terrible and just want to get meds and go home to rest.
5 /5
Alyssa Martinez I just wanted to leave a thankyou to the receptionist and the nurse practioner who helped my fiance. Our primary moved there business, and my fiance needed his asthma medication until we found a new one. Not only did they prescribe him his prescription, but gave great recommendations for other primaries that specialize in that field. Definitely would recommend.

Cecil Lott My experience at this location was outstanding. The helpful caring attitude and customer service I was provided was exemplary. Starting with the front desk/check-in lady to the nurse practitioner, Ms. Pullukat, and her nurse, Andrea, they all provided the caring and professional service that is, in my opinion, a credit to the health care profession.

Shelbi M. I wish all childrens ERs were as wonderful as here. We are here out of state and brought my daughter in for a huge rash that turned out to be strep and scarlet fever. We were in and out within 2 hrs. My daughter has major white coat syndrome and the nurses were so patient, kind and worked with her and made it a good experience. Even the part that was scary for her they handled her with compassion. She actually left and thanked us for taking her to "get better" which has never happened at any doctor before. I am so thankful for the nurses and the doctor we saw. Even as we left my daughter waved goodbye to the nurses at the nurses station and got a smile and wave back from every single one.

Jonathan Garcia The nurses and doctors were nice and quick which is usually a good thing except they misdiagnosed my daughter. They took an xray of her hand after falling and said she had a sprain. Here we are almost 2 weeks later and the second opinion at orthopedic says she has a fractured thumb. They sent me the xrays and you can clearly see the fracture. Do not come here, I wish I read the reviews before bringing my child for treatment.

Dawn Edwards I brought my son here tonight. The Dr didnt assess him really he has not had a bowel movement I have given him since Monday multiple laxatives my order of his primary care doctor last shot was to bring him here and the doctor gives him an enema and wants to send him home X-ray, only when I said I wanted a second opinion, does he want to do more Let’s just say it didn’t work and he was still sent home. We will not be coming back to this hospital.

Bradley Miller Took my son here with a fever in the middle of the night. They were super attentive - even had a doctor immediately jump in because she saw him lethargic. The nurses, Jacob and Ethan, were amazing. They kept my baby calm while they did their work, and kept us involved in the process. While these situations are no fun, they were able to calm my baby and my wife immediately.

Jonathan Burleigh Thought my primary care search ended, but I was wrong. Gave me a medication I didn’t want. After taking it for a few days it altered my mood, increased my anger it was terrible. Stopped taking it now I’m getting back to normal. History of lung problems, but he refused to give me a referral to a pulmonologist. WHY???? I gave 2 stars because the office staff was great Update: he said I had hernias and sent me to a surgeon. Surgeon said I didn’t have hernias and I should continue to workout. Which I do with no problems!!

kristy hosein They extremely overcharge for physical therapy. My daughter had two 30 minute appointments which consisted of 15 minutes on an exercise bike and 15 minutes laying on a bed with a stretch band doing leg stretches by herself. I was charged over $1000 and that was after going through my insurance. The facility refused to let me know exact cost of each appointments and said it would be around $100 each which was definitely wrong. Glad we left and didnt finish the 10 sessions they wanted to do.

Roger Berto In the autumn of 2021, my mother broke her hip in a fall. Dr. Miller first operated on my mother’s leg and left a leaky surgical opening. The opening was leaking pus. After a surgery at Lakeland Regional Hospital, my mom was finally fitted with a metal implant by Dr. Mario John. That operation gave her some mobility at 73 years of age. Overall, the experience was tedious, but satisfactory. Rosa Maria stated, “Everything was excellent.”

Dariel Ferrer Fabregas I finally found an amazing doctor and a medical group that truly puts patients first! Excellent experience from the very beginning… clear communication and expectations. Dr. Osmel was a pleasure to work with during my visit. He took the time to listen to every concern I had without rushing me. He’s extremely knowledgeable. I felt heard and supported. I’m excited to be under the care of Doctor Osmel that cares about me as an individual. Thank you!

Jon Williams Slow. Sloppy. Inexperienced staff. Every one was confused. Took 4 hours for a first time appointment from start to finish. Beggars hang outside. Most of their staff are medical assistant students in training. The doctor youre supposed to see isnt there, they switch doctors on you without telling you. Their specialists are really far away, patients are angry and complaining. They will cancel your appointment without notifying you, then lie and say they tried to call you. This place will fail soon! If you want quality care that you can have confidence in, skip this place at all cost!

Jasmine Chairez Things were okay until follow up. My child had been dealing with a cold this weekend and her 2 week follow up appointment from surgery was early Monday morning so I could not cancel until they opened first thing Monday. The person I spoke to refused to reschedule anything before December 30. It is November 25 the day I call. How does this make sense? Even after explaining the situation, she was not helpful and said she could put me on a wait list in case something opened earlier. That is not a 2 week follow up and I am not making my child unnecessarily wear a knee immobilizer until then. I tried to call every number I had and nobody was able to help me and said to call the same number who would not help me in the first place. I guess I should have brought my ill child to be seen and spread sickness since nobody wants to help her be rescheduled. You cannot tell me nothing is available until then when at day of her surgery, they gave me the follow up appointment immediately. Ill be hoping that she can actually have her knee immobilizer off now because I refuse to make her wear it that long. It is NOT comfortable for her! DO BETTER.

Emma Mann This is our second time bringing our son to this hospital and I have to say, I dont understand the low rating. Everyone that has come into contact with our child has been nothing less than amazing. They knew exactly what to do and when to do it. I wish they were closer to us but the hour and a half drive is well worth it. I would like to shout a few of our nurses: Cheyenne, Magen, Melody, Katie and (last and most certainly not least) Ray they are the real MVPs. If youve been graced with their presence, know that your baby is in good hands. Thank you ladies so much for keeping our baby at ease in his most uncomfortable times.

Ericka Rojas Dr. Cubelos bedside manner was lacking. My issues were ignored and she referred to my labwork from 6 months ago when I brought up separate new issues. Dr. Cubelo didnt like that i questioned that and refused to help me further or talk to me. Why would my labwork from 6 months ago be the answer to the problem I am having now? Wouldnt I need new labs? I want a redund from my co payment. Not only was I not helped BUT I was ignored when I have a few other questions that I needed addressed. The receptionist kept apologizing (Dr. Cubelo made her the bearer of bad news instead of facing me) and I felt bad. I thought seeing a woman, she would understand better. Guess not. Beware of Dr. Cubelo, resident of LRH kathleen campus and beware of her supervising doctor, Dr. Michael Lam. I was also supposed to be referred out to GI and have yet to hear back from LRH with that as well. It has been almost a month.

Leandra Bennett Monika and Chrystal in Urgent care were rockstars! They helped me get my insurance sorted because I really needed to be seen. There was less than a 5 minute wait to be seen. I was so impressed with the nurse, Dr, Nurse Practitioner, and Radiology tech that helped me today. Everyone was very kind and informative and explained everything, every step of my visit. I was very, very amazed. The campus is beautiful!

Brent Lipham My son drove himself to this campus urgent care in respiratory distress due to an insect sting reaction. He was experiencing shortness of breath and difficulty swallowing. He was informed at check-in that there was nothing they could do but call 911 for him. His symptoms got worse as he was waiting for the Ambulance and was told again that they could do nothing for him, not even benadryl... Im curious as to what urgent care means at the Kathleen rd LRH facility!

Fuz MSP 9:11 AM, October 18, 2023 Emergency attendant… lady comes in with possibly ACL tear & she mentions there is no insurance… she makes the most unprofessional facial expression??? We allow this behavior in areas of such profession??? Sighing and all. This unprofessional lady should be fired and blacklisted, a place where people are obviously in enough pain to waste time which is an invaluable artifact… to be treated which such disrespect. Individuals who use their position to beg for a greater pay and get special treatment, what a joke. This establishment looks like a joke a un-comical one, do hospitals no longer have standards they must abide by? Or can any home be a ‘hospital’ now? This place is in need of grave reestablishment. “If it’s heaviness, it’s pain” said by this ignorant lady. How are beings, who can barely state what they think or feel mentally… supposed to know how to perfectly describe their physical, unbearable pain? 9:34AM this lady is talking about her dietary choices out loud whilst everyone in here is waiting to be tended to, inconsiderate witch. 10:29AM I was moved into an emergency room a few minutes ago, service was okay. The rush they’re in is something you can feel. The horrors laid in the bathroom… bodily fluids… everyone knows the dangers but I have provided these images and you will make your own observation and thoughts. 12:01 PM Blood has been taken and some medication has been given.

Candi Gomez I love my doctor Alexandra Von Lindeman, but some of the ARNP get to nervous with some conditions jump the gun and send you to the hospital via police escort when not needed. I get concerned when going through the urgent care if my PCP isnt available and try not to us see them anymore. However all in all except for that one situation the office is great and my doctor is amazing. The care is there and I recommend them.

Mike D I really dont know how this place got such high ratings. They took forever to get my wife appointments and when it finally happened they wont help her. They dont care. The administration doesnt care so why would the doctors? My wife is still suffering and they could care less. Really sad that these people took a oath but dont follow it. If something happens to my wife Im suing in hopes this doesnt happen to anyone else.

bca199195 I always wait at least 15-20mins after my appointment time. There is no sense of me making an appointment if you are always running behind. My suggestion is to stop trying to cram 100 patients in a day and schedule properly to see patients on time. You may be doctors but my time is just available as yours is. Waiting 20mins just to see your doctor for 5mins is absolutely pointless.

Lyndsay Morgan Money Money Money. I had an ER visit a year ago that my insurance picked up. A small bill slipped thru the cracks so I resent it to them they said they would get it handled. But until this SMALL bill is taken care of these people would not make an appointment what so ever. Mind you TINY amount of money. I could pay it but I pay insurance thats why I have it. I have never encountered a place so greedy and the staff be so incredibly hateful. I said the Dr referred me to your office to make an appointment within 3 days. "Well that doesnt mean you get seen in 3 days and you have a balance so you need to talk to patient accounts anyway" ummm I know I wouldnt be seen in 3 days i was just letting you know how I ended up calling your office...but thanks for your kind soul. The lady was so short and so hateful. Not to mention I was on hold for 45 minutes prior to getting a human. Going to a cancer center is scary as it stands. But to have to argue of pennies in the dollar and be spoken to like garbage I feel sorry for the people who have no choice but to go here. Shame on you all!

pJ noneyourbusiness My husband went there, he had to get a catheter removed, while the nurses were prepping. One nurse dropped a glove on the floor. Then she attempted to pick it up and put it on her hand. I told her to throw that glove away and dont use it. No wonder patients get infections, she needs to go back to school. Need to get people who are more educated.

Valerie P Harvey Neal This facility needs to develop a better system/solution. Our Grandson had an appointment @11:30 we didnt get called for height and weight until 12:35ish. We was placed in a room and waited another 15 minutes for the Dr to come in. When I asked the receptionist what was going on and why was it taken so long her response was "they have to wait for a room too open up. This facility offers several types of services to all age groups. You need a better schedule system to keep people from waiting an hour or more to be seen

When I try to get something important done for my health they are sitting at there desk laughing. When I call to get things done regarding my health there is some lady name Twana that always seems to think something is funny. The bad thing about it is she knows my mom. I hate when I go to see a doctor or nurse and the people who work there know people you know. They are extremely rude and non caring about there patients. And the last time I came in the “so called doctor” acted nice and caring at first and her and my mom chit chat after the appointment for 25 min. She pressured me to get birth control when I Insisted I did not want it again. They need to fire the entire team and hire people who care about all of there patients.

Regardless as we entered the 2nd floor we were greeted by the lone person at the check in desk, Jasmine. She was friendly, efficient and helpful. Our insurance made a mistake about changing my husbands primary care doctor and she was able to handle it over the phone quickly and efficiently so he could be seen, all while people were waiting in line to be checked in. Trish Allen This endocrinologist almost killed me. She argued with me that I was adult onset diabetic, because I became insulin dependant at 29 (Im 52 now), even though I told her I had issues with sugar as a child. Ive never been tested to confirm what kind of diabetic I am, Ive just had doctors, like her, dismiss me as non-compliance or whatever. Rather than test me to be sure WHAT KIND OF DIABETIC I AM, she gave me meds contraindicated for insulin dependant; I ended up in the hospital. When I came back in (for the last time), in front of me she told an intern, in a condescending tone, that "some people dont tolerate that medicine", after I told her what happened, basically labeling me as non-compliant yet again. I did not "not tolerate " it, its CONTRAINDICATED! I shouldve known better and not taken it before researching myself but I trusted her. Ive since switched to a wonderful Dr that has taken the time to listen to me and tested me to confirm I am, in fact, a JUVENILE DIABETIC!!! My new Dr.- Dr. Hernandez, at IMA, is wonderful, if youre looking for a Dr...avoid this place at all cost!! Shes lucky I didnt sue her! hmmm I still might report her.

Heather Larkins The woman at the desk in this facility are completely rude and nast! I sat in the waiting rude for 2 1/2 hours waiting for a loved one to be seen. hearing them converse about patients and complain and make comments about everyone that came in and how they are over worked and under paid. And when they had people come to the desk to ask questions one even got loud and rolled her eyes! I was miserable the entire time I sat in the waiting room. Negativity weighs you down. I’m very surprised Ms. Elaine Thompson and LRH in general is allowing his to continue. If patients are being treated that way then they will quit coming soon enough. The trip took 4 hours total way too long also!

jk TYNDAL Totally nasty people the chances of you seeing an actual M.D is slim and most of their nurse practitioners are a joke. My husband and myself both had bronchitis and told us it was allergy. Smh then was told we were approved for charity and in reality we were not now we have a 2k bill. Because we recently got insurance they wont see us and neither will any of the other offices until we pay for something we didnt even know we owed. Would never recommend anyone to go there. Some of the actual Md are great but seems like the good 1 move on.

Kendra Allen I was seen at 8 weeks by a midwife group, found out I was having twins so I couldn’t be seen by them any longer. I called here to be transferred, they told me to bring all my paperwork. I did in the beginning of December. I filled out my transfer forms so they can request any additional info needed from my previous office. I was told to give it 2 weeks. Okay no problem. I call almost 3 weeks later, someone said “give it until the end of the week, we’ve been busy with the holiday” okay, I waited. Someone called me Monday saying they have none of my paperwork at all and I needed to call my midwife and get all of my records. So I do their job for them, send it over. By this time it’s the beginning of January. I don’t hear from anyone for another 3 weeks saying the transfer person is out and once they are in, a dr will review my records and call to schedule. Well I don’t hear anything from the transfer person until this week saying they are still missing things from me and a dr hasn’t even seen my paperwork yet! It’s now February. Are you kidding me? I’ve already found another OB office. My last visit was at 8 weeks so you’re telling me it’s perfectly healthy for me to go until almost 20 weeks with no OB care while I’m pregnant with twins??? Absolutely ridiculous. Go to Women’s Care across the street. Way nicer and more organized!

rachel womack I just found out im pregnant with my second child after 10 years so I’m very nervous. Okay! I called to get an appointment mind you im a heart patient and im also high risk. All my surgeries were done in this hospital which is why I chose this obgyn this go around. So when I called they said they couldn’t get me an appointment for my first visit until 3weeks out. Being that I found out I was 3months, high risk and heart patient I was furious and nervous. The front staff was not friendly when I arrived had me sitting there 30mins filling out paperwork just to call me and say they can see me but can only talk about my pregnancy and didnt have time for ultrasound or blood work because the technicians were done for the day. I was 10mins late due to traffic understandable but you mean to tell me in 10mins you would have had my tests done and results back that quick?? And this was my first appointment. Even a regular pcp have grace periods of 10-15mins. As an obgyn they should honor their grace period. I feel as though it’s Friday and everyone wanted to go home and the Dr just decided not to see me period. Yall should have more patients with pregnant women knowing our mental health is at stake while expecting. I even complained about my stomach hurting and all I got was a sorry. This is horrible!!! I will not recommend to anyone. Also it seems weird that they said they couldn’t get me rescheduled me for Monday morning when it took them three weeks to give me an appointment in the first place ? Going to winter haven!

Sarina Katriel My daughter recently had her baby here. What a horrific experience! She found out in labor and delivery that her dr doesn’t deliver babies here but only does surgeries. She was in labor 12 hrs. Her nurse Carol was AMAZING! after two hours of pushing the midwife hospitalist updated the Dr who was a hospitalist as well and never showed his face the 12 hrs of labor, and he came in to check status. Mind you, shift change was in an hour. He shows up and tells her baby too big and shoulders will not fit so need emergency C-section. Yet we saw baby head. They throw us out of room and start tossing her all over the place. They got her in OR and jabbed her twice with a shot and made her drink something twice. They never told her what they were giving her. She started throwing up and they strapped her down. They forgot to get her husband so he came in after they pulled her baby out. My daughter was asking if baby was ok and no one would answer her and instead dr said to give her something and she won’t remember. Well she remembered. Then she didn’t get to hold her baby for four hours. Her husband held the baby but was told she could not see it until meds wore off. The meds didn’t wear off for four hours and even then she was drugged. We spoke with a midwife company afterwards and they said even if mom is drugged baby is put to her face or chest and dad stands there with baby. They deprived my daughter of proper information when giving meds, failed to get her husband in time of birth, sedated her for hours, deprived her and baby of one on one first four hours, nurse aid was horrible and my other daughter was one helping her to bathroom and showering her as nurses aid said they no longer bathe, it would take sometimes over an hour to answer the call for nurses, several had attitudes, …. Bottom line is if you are having a baby this is NOT the hospital to go to. Nurses for most part don’t want to be there, no one is advocating for patient, and drs will not show up until last hour of shift and do an emergency c section to milk the system. 7 pounds is not too big. Dr told another patient same thing they did after our daughter n baby weighed 6 pounds. Stay away from Dr jones. I’ve had inside info from people who work with him that say he is big on milking the system.

Kylie burdick If I could give no stars I would! I would recommend absolutely NO MOTHER to go here for the sake for not only your life but your baby’s as the emergency staff is a joke here I came in the emergency department 3 times regarding extreme pain in my abdomen at 23 weeks pregnant and they blew me off every time as growing pains no matter how much I cried and begged for more care but I guess being younger and my first pregnancy they assume idk what I’m talking about and by the 4th trip they actually did a ultrasound finally and had found I had been in premature labor the entire time. Then the staff moved me as it was a race against time to save my son and as they ran tests about a day later the doctor was giving my partner and I the news about a result and it was worst case senecio basically meaning our son would die and this man proceeded to smile and laugh then say this to us “it’s fine you can have a 1000 more kids anyway” as a young couple discovering our 23 week old son was going to die that was the most inappropriate response i have ever heard a physician say in my life. My experience was awful and I’m traumatized by the lack of care this staff puts woman through they need a SERIOUS re-evaluation because I also know of 2 other woman having EXTREMELY similar experiences to me there of not being taken serious and not being given the proper treatment in time because of the lack of care, fortunately one of the woman went to a different hospital and they saved her life and her sons as she was having horrible preclamsia which Lakeland denied was happing to her however, the other woman who stayed in Lakeland’s care lost her baby the same way as mine. FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR BABYS LIFE PREGNANT WOMAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY.

B C THIS REVIEW IS FOR KRISTEN KEEN APRN A Practitioner at Lakeland Regional named Kristen Keen visited our room after a hospital surgery while we had guests present. When she came in the room we stated it was not a good time as there were visitors in the room and we denied her services and stated that we did not need her as we already had a therapist we see regularly and did not need her in the room. She refused to leave and stated that she wanted to make Friendly Conversation women to women to see how things went with the birth. Being heavily sedated I asked her to leave again and she said she really just wanted to ask how I was doing and she went on to divulge all my personal information from the operation and all my medical history in front of our guests in the room claiming my mental health was not fit and she needed to be in the room. We stated again that I was fine and we didnt need her help. She then continued in a conversation we didnt want and she wouldnt leave. Months later I received a bill for this Friendly Conversation the hospital stated that they did not bill us but she did. She wont return our calls and has since sent us to collections in the middle of a dispute over the bill. PLEASE AVOID!!

Tracy Stafford I have received great care here. I love the hours and staff is friendly and helpful everytime I have had to visit and when I am feeling my worst.

Alice Marie Staff very unprofessional and nasty. Can’t see primary when needed but they’ll farm you out to others when they don’t want to deal. There are some that should not in that profession especially the medical assistant’s. I’ll be looking for a new place

Rick Ford Be careful of this location they will schedule you an appointment then the day before call and cancel it. It takes over a month to get an appointment with some of the doctors. I had an appointment scheduled for 2 months to get my prescriptions refilled then they call the day before and cancel it. Tell them I need prescription refills and they tell me to go to urgent care to get them. I have blood pressure issues and they say they can to telahealth for my prescriptions. Sounds like they are trying to get people to do this so they can make as much money as they can the fastest way possible.

Vanessa Beaver Have always had speedy service at Lake Miriam and the staff at the front desk are always pleasant. The nurse practitioner or dr that I see are awesome. The team in the back are very kid friendly! Incredible to find a walk in clinic that treats little ones and adults!

Team Green Party Decore, LLC I came in November and they sent my labs to the incorrect provider that cause an out of network fee of over $200. I called and spoke to the manager who advised they would take care of the bill. To date that hasn’t been done and they’ve stopped responding to my messages on mycart and they aren’t returning phone calls. I am at risk for collections and these people do not care. I don’t recommend coming here.

Keely Hile Worst experience ever. First appointment was a disaster & everyone I dealt with was heartless. Had a panic attack and didn’t have the courtesy to offer me a tissue. The nurse practitioner pretty much told me that she just told someone they had a miscarriage and at least it was me. They invalidated my feelings and emotions. Don’t go here if your emotional while pregnant!

Teja Green I love everybody in this building. Dr. Bostella Walker is one of the most beautiful spirits I’ve ever encountered. She is a lovely, humble and knowledgeable woman. I’ve visited with her twice and I’ve been blown away each time. She is a great example of what we expect from our medical doctors. Thank you so much for everything! You’re a gem!

Shakela Shakela I’m not sure if this is the same company with a different name or not but I really love the way the are going since the switched from advent health! The front desk ladies are polite, and even when I made a mistake with my appointment time, they still helped to squeeze me in! They’re quick and informative!

Kymberli Patterson Advent health is the most unorganized dishonest place I have EVER been to. If I could leave no stars I would. When you call about your problem either they are EXCEPTIONALLY rude or they tell you that theyre going to fix it and never do. I will never ever come back here and I will never ever recommend this place to anyone I know.

Kendra Bandy My general complaint isn’t about the doctors or nurses. They’re great. I know specialty books out and they can’t help that. My complaint is about the billing department. When you make a payment through the online portal it doesn’t automatically go to the oldest invoice and it doesn’t give you that option. It just pays towards the most recent one.so even though you make monthly payments on your balance, like I’ve been doing, an invoice will show as past due and then they’ll send it to collects. The only form of communication of this is one single letter in the mail. A letter I never received. Maybe it went to an old address or got lost in the mail. All I know is I never received the letter. They never called me. They never emailed me. Just one single letter in the mail. So once it went to collections it was removed from invoice balance on my patient portal. Unbeknownst to me, I had a bill sent to collections. I paid my full balance. Or so I thought, in October of last year. I’m just now being told that I have an outstanding balance, that does NOT show on my portal so yes I’m mad. Getting hit with a surprise bill that I didn’t know was there when I thought it was paid of is so stupid. Not to mention the hit to my credit for something I didn’t know. Also, when sent to collections, their third party collections person never contacted me either. So there goes my credit on a bill I didn’t even know existed. Pay your bill in full to avoid this outrageous policy they have or set up a payment plan. Just paying your balance monthly through the patient portal apparently isn’t a payment plan and they just ignore that completely. It’s a policy they need to change asap. And they need to call or email people and stop using the unreliable snail mail system.

Cynthia Marlaine “Laine” Everyone at this location is very kind and helpful from the check in receptionist, Summer, to the staff of Dr. Price. I would highly recommend anyone come here for their allergy testing. It has been a game changer for me as long as you follow directions and do your part to get better!

Carrie McCoy If you need a dermatologist, DO NOT go see Catherine Marcum. I had a horrible experience with her. In my opinion she only cares about taking your money and not your results. Go see someone who actually cares about their patients! Update: no one has called me from the patient advocacy department. Just another validation that the care and customer service for patients is not a priority!

sandra emert I didn’t even get thru because of the long advertisement recording. I don’t want to sit listening to this to get an appointment. I have been to Watson Clinic in Zephyrhills but now will be finding a new clinic or doctor to go see. If I want commercials I’ll watch tv.

Breanna Canarie The care team is great. The doctors are smart and for the most part they are punctual. HOWEVER, their billing policies are a NIGHTMARE. They force you to pay their “estimate” up front which always ends up being way more than the actual cost and they refuse to give you a refund if you have any other claims (even unrelated) ones still processing or if you have any other claims appointment. If you’re going to charge people on the date of service, you should refund them when they overpay, no questions asked.

Tatiana J. If I’m honest I would not recommend. They are not able to do any scans or blood work as most other urgent cares. And it was surprising, since they are a pretty new facility. NP Flowers just did the basic touch points on the abdomen check, then said wait 5-6 hours for a scan or go to ER. Not very helpful and wasted my urgent care visit for the day. I was forced to go to ER, due to insurance limitations, I could not easily go to another urgent care same day. Very disappointing visit to that campus.

Eliana Diffell A doctor called James Lee told me complete medical misinformation by causing me to believe that because my blood work came back normal, it was not possible for anything else to be wrong with me. He even refused to refer me to a specialist. He was wrong because after I moved to another city I was diagnosed with a chronic illness. But James Lee told me I just had anxiety and that I was crazy, which delayed my diagnosis time, caused my condition to worsen, and prevented me from receiving much needed ADA accommodations.
