Eric Pomales Dr. Hyde is a gifted Doctor. I have not had any pain, nor discomfort, since my upper back surgery. Dr. Hyde performed lower back surgery on my wife in 2013. She has never had any problems, pain, nor discomfort since her operation. Dr. Hyde definitely receives my highest accolade and recommendation.

Vivian Marrero I went to Dr. Hyde for a 2nd opinion through a benefit provided by my employer. I was very happy with the services I received from both the surgeon and his staff. I highly recommend their services and expertise.

Leta Grant I would highly recommend Miami Spine Specialist to anyone. Dr.Hyde is the best best and the staff is awesome. Dr. Riviera pain management and he is awesome. Thank you Miami Spine.

Elizabeth Nunez I am so grateful for Dr. Hyde and his team. I had severe pain that ran down my leg that didnt let me live. Sleeping was hard, everyday walking, sitting, and I couldnt even exercise. His team went above and beyond to get the surgery approved by my insurance and theyre very kind. The surgery happened at Aventura Hospital, and the healthcare workers there were so nice as well. The first few days after the surgery was hard, of course, but the pain I had before is completely gone and 3 weeks after surgery, Im now walking 3-4 miles everyday. Im so happy Im able to get some form of exercise in. If you need back surgery and have the opportunity to go to Dr. Hyde, do it! Be patient with yourself after the procedure and follow his post op instructions. Youll be able to do what you love again with no pain. Thank you Dr. Hyde! Im forever grateful

Alexander Avoev Our doctor was at another address, but in sms was address which we came! ( it was mistake ) So we go to another doctor. Reception staff can’t find over paid money from last visit, and suggest to us pay full amount, despite on overpaid last time. The doctor woman was not attentive and performed the appointment formally. In the end, we asked about the child’s snot and cough, she said this was normal. the next day the cough got worse and we don’t know how to treat the child because the doctor simply said that this is the norm. The time before doctor man was super attentive and attractive!

Yoli Soto The doctors and medical staff are very professional, courteous, competent and efficient. Every visit is always satisfactory and I leave the office feeling very confident in my childs medical care and diagnosis. They did a fantastic job keeping everyone healthy and safe during COVID and they continue to do so to this day. I am very greatful to be able to have my child as a patient of Pediatric Associates Miami Beach. A+

Valeria Sierra I trust my daughters to Dr Pages because she han proven not only to be a knowledgeable professional but she is also extremely sweet and caring with kids. She is willing to take enough time to hear and discuss your concerns as a parent.
5 /5
Marisa Maughan Dr. Pages has been everything you want from a pediatrician. She is easy to talk to, she takes her time with you and is sweet to the kids. One of my sons has a lot of health problems and she has been excellent to work with. After he had his kidney removed, she called me personally on more than one occasion to check on him and offer comfort. She was more involved than his nephrologist or the surgeon that did the operation! Since then, she has kept a special eye on all his appointments with specialists and will call me on her cell to check in and offer advice. Bottom line is that I feel comfortable coming to her with anything and she works hard to stay abreast of everything going on in my sons’ lives. I recommend her to all our friends, she has been awesome!

Valerie Libutti Updated: I had a wonderful experience with a new Dr and the staff there. Hopefully things continue to function this way from now on. I removed one star because it is super inconvenient that they’re only open Mondays now. Previous review: Incompetent office staff, doctor made me wait for no reason, and didn’t care once they finally made it to my room. I’ve been trying to get a refill on my medication for 3 days. I have spent hours on hold waiting to speak to someone on 3 separate days to get a prescription called in and they keep telling me they are going to do it and then they don’t. Finally today they said they called it in and they called the WRONG PRESCRIPTION in. So I had to call again and I get attitude from the office girl! After helping me, I was thanking her and she hung up on me. They are completely incompetent and then give me an attitude for trying to get my medication? They should be ashamed with how they run this office with people’s health at stake. I’ll be finding another allergist asap and I recommend you go elsewhere as well if you care about your health.

Mark Kordansky Dr Padeh was very through and answered all my questions. Highly recommended

Danielle Blake I always have a great experience here! The staff are always friendly and professional. Dr. Zelig takes his time with me and he not only identified the underlying cause of my problem (which happens to be rare) but his treatment plan has alleviated my symptoms. I always feel like I’m in good hands here. I highly recommend.

Tristar Wellness

(124) Reviews Tristar Wellness:

Ryan Crew Top tier wellness center!! My wife and I recently finished our 5th ketamine treatment w/ Tristar Wellness. The entire experience from check-in to check-out was smooth, friendly, and welcoming. The office itself is stylish, clean, and calming. Once I completed the requisite paperwork (insurance, medical history type stuff) in the reception area, I was called into the ketamine lounge. Initially my anxiety levels were high but the staff was quick to put me at ease, answer any questions I may have had, and sort of outline how the ketamine experience works best (be calm, set intentions, and be open minded). The ketamine lounge/office itself consist of a beautiful/quaint reception area leading into two (2) thoughtfully decorated office spaces. All is contemporary, clean, and cozy ... the feeling you get when you enter a room w/ proper reclining leather lazy-boy chairs, hot-air ballon & tree lined wallpapered walls, & galactic backlights moving in the ceiling to set the mood and enhance the overall experience of whats to come. You are asked to take off your shoes, provided a soft blanket to cuddle up in, and read some of the prompts from the TV monitors welcoming you into your respective room/experience. Your blood pressure will be checked in advance of all of this to ensure all is above board. One of the technicians will come in to set the IV and thereafter noise cancelling headphones and blackout eye covers will be provided. You are then well on your way to an experience that cannot be adequately described by my limited self but one worthy of your time, money, concerns, fears, anxieties, etc. I personally have a lot of childhood trauma to unpack and its coming up at a time when I just had a baby (lost the first one), I lost considerable money in the stock market, I let go of a lot of friends due to many things circling our current political climate, continued family friction, and any number of transitions I am going thru that are simply too much for me to continue to carry alone and w/o help. For me personally, this was a first step and one Id highly recommend everyone try (at least once) w/ an open mind/heart to take another route to your well-being. I still have stuff I need to iron out but I got some invaluable insights doing ketamine micro-dosing and the staff & environment of TriStar Wellness played an important role in that.

Regular Boy Tristar wellness offers knowledgeable staff, excellent service and they go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Kamlet and Diana the Nurse Practitioner completed a full review of my history, thorough assessment of my current status and spent a long time with me reviewing my treatment plan. Dr. Nardo Zaias Dermatology Miami

Address: 4308 Alton Rd Suite 750, Miami Beach, FL 33140

(14) Reviews Dr. Nardo Zaias Dermatology Miami:

Kevin Bailey In the 3 years that Ive now lived in Miami, this was the first doctors office in which I felt that I was treated like a person and not just a number. The staff was super friendly and helpful in regard to different things. Doctor Zaias and his assistant had a great sense of humor, were helpful, and I really appreciated the attention I received. Thanks :)
5 /5
Guerra Alfonso (Voice4Life) Saw Dr. Zaias this morning for a couple of different derm issues and the man is a delight. I have seen him about four other times during the past decade or so. You can tell he is passionate about health, wellness and his patient’s well being. The fact that their clinic is always packed reveals much about his and his partner’s success in skin and laser work. A few angry posters here obviously didn’t experience a good visit but I’m very satisfied with his professionalism and caring attitude and I wish him many more good years.
5 /5
Belinda Messinger Dr. Zaias is a superb diagnostician, a respected leader in his field, and extremely knowledgeable. At the same time, he displays a wonderful bedside manner: he is kind, empathetic, ethical, and observant. Dr. Zaias must be lauded daily for his dedication to his profession, patients, and staff.
5 /5
Bizarre Intentions I absolutely loved visiting Doctor Zaias! All my life Ive had facial skin problems and learned to just deal with it… Until I found Dr. Zaias! Pleasant, clean, efficient and very little wait time each appointment I had. The overall service was a+! Would recommend to anyone.

Anton P All those people giving 5 stars are most likely trolls. Fake reviews. No way in hell any body can give this "so called" doctor anything more then 0 stars. This is the most unethical "doctor" I have ever encountered. I have real doubts how he really obtained his medical license. He doesnt understand anything about patients privacy. He is rude, as other pointed out on different review sites. He is just a crazy person to deal with. I think he is out of his mind and has mental and anger issues. I wonder how come he doesnt have his license revoked. I am sure everybody should just write to the medical board and complain. He is just dangerous to patients with his incompetence. And on another note, Sinai Medical Center should get rid off him asap since he brings bad impression on the whole facility.

Dodo Once you see a doctor, its great. Dr. Tunjano is an amazing doctor. However, to wait 1.5-2 hours every visit makes it not worth it. And every time weve come, its been a long wait. If I set an appointment at 3:30 pm, I should wait no more than 30 minutes. These are kids for gods sake. Go somewhere else or to another location that is less busy. This one just sucks. Sorry to say it.

Anastasia Tarasova View from the exam room. Amazing service and very helpful professionals. 3 stars for the waiting period. 1,5 hrs waiting for the appointment for my 4 y.o. kid with a fever ☹️

KiKe Riascos If open an appointment on Saturday they charge you $150 out of the blue. They don’t tell you anything, they just changed you back long enough you don’t even have time to complaint. It happened to me just now.

Tina Coladda This is absolutely despicable that they made us wait with a four month old baby for one and a half hour. The total appointment itself lasted only five minutes. I will never visit this location again. Extremely unprofessional.

J Mann Dr pujol is a nice guy but has 0 respect for his patients time. Making us wait hours past our scheduled appointment time is extremely discourteous. Its disengenuous to say he spends the time you need when this is a common occurrence. Stop overbooking and hire more competent workers. Also having us wait on hold 30+ minutes is terrible too

Sean Holt I have been a patient of Dr. Pujol for more than 10 plus years. He and his staff makes me feel welcome. Also, I feel he has my best interest at heart. I moved from Dade county to Broward, but still refuse to give him up as my primary doctor. When you find good service, you just cant give it up.

Hagai HERRNSTADT Most mornings I get a coffee and a juice there, both the orange juice stand and the coffee stand are messy and not maintained well, then one day, I bought a coffee and a juice, and while I was sipping my coffee, a employee named Sam came up to me and said, "this coffee isnt free" I told her that I know, and I paid for it, once I showed my receipt she disappeared without apologizing, or acknowledging she was out of line, I spoke to the manager, but I dont think anything was done because I see her at the same place. I spend a lot of money at the store every month, but regardless, such rudeness is unacceptable.

Dr Bauer the Anesthesiologist was wonderful. My surgeon, Dr Frankel is the best! One negative is the parking. Pretty far away & they do not validate. Maybe add valet parking? Overall a good experience.

(10) Reviews Christine Dolgin, APRN:

Anel Zavala This review today is regarding a recent visit on Miami Beach Pediatric Associate with Dr. Christine Dolgin. I called in advanced about my newborn having a hair on her eye which I was afraid to remove. I was asked to go in for a visit which to have it checked and have the hair removed. Upon arrival, a 2 hours wait and paying for the visit, the doctor immediately refused to touch her eye, and referred me with a specialists. It felt like I was just brought in for the copay. After this very disappointing and pointless visit, I wanted to make the best use of the appointment and shared that my baby was having colics, and shared an over the counter medicine I was planing on using. I requested her feedback and directions on how to best use it and she ask me to read the instructions of the box. Not the kind of visit I needed, anyway. Not recommended at all. Terrible experience.

marcia catalan Skylake is overbook all the time, minimum one hours for see the doctor. The front desk is general nice , the nurses inside too most of then are nice. Some doctors are excepcional , Lake Dr Bennet, but very difficult to make appointment. Over hours doctors are not very good. My last visit the Nurse practitioner are very nice but the diagnostic are not good. @ days later they call me to tell me my daughter have infection through and they send the antibiotics to the farmacy. Relly the doctor toll me she was ok, dont worry mammy is a virus nothing to give to her only fluids and rest .

Alejandra Ruiz Very unprofessional. After waiting for the appointment she said she could not hear us (we did microphone check everything was working) she told us to get out of appointment (virtual telehealth) and log back in. When we logged back in right away she had cancelled the appointment and never called us back. We called tech support and they stated doctor should have called us back but didn’t and cancelled the appointment. Now we have to wait one hour to even get someone to help us schedule and wait for when one becomes available. This is not how she should have handled the appointment, extremely unprofessional.

Daniel Sullivan I’ve been a patient at Lincoln Road Dermatology for over two years, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I’ve received. The team is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, having helped me identify two precancerous basal skin lesions early on, which was invaluable for my health. They also provided an excellent referral to a specialist, ensuring I received the best possible treatment. In addition to skin cancer screenings, the team at Lincoln Road Dermatology has been instrumental in managing an outbreak of cystic acne that developed in my late 30s. Their thoughtful approach and tailored treatment plan have made a significant difference in my skin’s health and appearance. I’m grateful for their expertise and highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled, compassionate dermatologic care.

SJ W Dr. Alvarez is fantastic. I have had a variety of skin issues including acne, rosacea, aging and have been to multiple dermatologists in the S. Florida area over 20+ years including some of the most highly regarded practitioners. My skin has never been better than it is currently. Dr. Alvarez really knows her practice and has been able to diagnose and recommend solutions that no one else has previously that have really worked for me. Have also had cosmetic dermatology and find her to take a cautious approach, nothing is overdone and pricing very reasonable. I dont often write recommendations unless so exceptionally good or bad that it seems needed. In this case, I recommend Dr. Alvarez without reservation.

Bonnie Salkow How blessed I was to be referred to Dr. Daniel Rivlin for basal cell cancer on my nose! What a WONDERFUL doctor and STAFF!! The office was fabulous not to mention there were picturesque views over Biscayne Bay from every room. All the rooms were spotlessly clean! I never waited more than 4 minutes for an appointment! Everything was explained to me first and there was no pain during or after the procedures. 3 layers of skin needed to be removed from my nose and then I needed a skin graft with skin taken from the back of my ear and put on the tip of my nose. I was given clear instructions how to care for my wound, went to my follow up appointments, and followed the instructions that were given to me. Im beyond grateful to say that Im cancer free today and have learned my lesson to wear sunscreen daily! I believe my nose looks even BETTER NOW than it did before the surgeries! Ive heard horror stories of Mohs surgery without skin grafts not to mention with them! It was a gift to have such a skilled surgeon and staff helping me through what could have been a nightmare of an experience! Parking was easy as could be. There isnt one bad thing I could say about this exceptional Doctor, his staff, or the office!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Bill Moushey I was told Dr. Rivlin was an excellent Mohs surgeon after I was diagnosed with melanoma. I was a bit concerned when told Id have to wait 5-6 weeks for an appointment. Despite the delay, I made an appointment for Aug 3. I completed forms (with insurance information) and spoke with someone in the office in advance of the appointment. I was told on arrival that my insurance did not cover the surgery. The response-- sorry but it will cost you as much as $10,000. Horrible, insensitive and incompetent treatment. Shame on them! My advice if you go there (dont), check your insurance (I have aetna that is covered throughout S. Fla). I will never return!

Daniel T. Shepherd Dr. Rivlin, his surgical staff and his Mount Sinai office staff were all excellent and above my expectations. His primary surgical nurse, Chris, and the other surgical assistance were very professional, compassionate and caring . From my recent surgery, I would recommend, without qualifications, anyone needing dermatological surgery using Dr. Daniel Rivlin as their surgeon. He removed an approximate nickel sized area of suspected melanoma between my eyebrows with virtually no discomfort. This was obviously in a very conspicuous area of my face, but healed rapidly and with virtually no scarring. I was pleasantly surprised (not having known of Dr. Rivlin before) and am totally satisfied with the results. If I have any further need for this type of surgery, if possible, I will definitely use Dr. Daniel Rivlin, MD.

Hope Gainer I have to say Dr. Daniel Rivlins dermatology office is top notch. From the initial phone contact with their receptionist and scheduling person, so efficient, friendly and helpful. I got an appointment quickly, my insurance was approved immediately, my first and follow appointments were punctual never waiting in waiting room for more than a few minutes. The nurse, Ashley is super friendly and tells you ever step of the way what is happening. Dr. Rivlin is professional and experienced at his craft. His resident, Jennifer was great too, even calling me at home the evening after surgery and allowing me to reach out anytime to her cel. Each time Jen answered within minutes reassuring me that my concerns were normal reactions to my surgery. Plus, the office was set up well for social distancing in both the waiting room and patient treatment rooms, all with a bonus of the Biscayne Bay view. A+++ for this medical office and team!

Elaine Lancaster I Was told by my insurance company Everything would be covered for my visit, but I’d be responsible for a $60.00 Co-pay. I specifically asked about burning or freezing off the small area in question. I was told Yes that was included, everything except injections. I was made aware by my PCP two days prior the rough spot was just age related not to worry, so my intent was to just get it removed. Doctor Rivlin strolls in, looks through his microscopic glasses and rattled off, that’s (some medical terminology) it’s nothing and starts to leave the room. I asked if he would remove it & he quipped, for $110.00 dollars. When I did not agree he walked out of the office. He was in the room for less 2 minutes to tell me something I was already made aware by my primary care physician. He blamed my insurance company for the misunderstanding. Florida Blue said they were correct he was in the wrong and opened a complaint. Just wanting to give everyone a heads up to the seemingly Bait & Switch practices.

DJ AJ Falcon Beautiful, modern facility! Great staff and equipment. Could benefit from better signage and giving parking instructions to patients before their appointments. Unbeknownst to me, they have a garage here and will validate your parking. I only visited for annual eye exam. Highly recommend just get better instructions from your provider as to exactly where theyre located and parking instructions. Its a vast, large facility, and more specific instructions were not given to me. Wouldve definitely given it 5 stars if not for these areas they could improve upon.

Luis Echeverri Only reason to visit this provider was because the appointments were on time but for X-rays imagin services now they have delayed on service. So it will be my last time using this service here a UM. To drive 30 minutes;stay 15 minutes before appointment time and with extra late time of 45 minutes it will better wait near home.

Roni Noel Emmons What a horrible experience at check-in with the breast center on the 4th floor. The director of patient access is a horrible person, lacks compassion, and shouldn’t work in healthcare. I think her name is Mariyelis or Demariyelis. I work in healthcare and I would never treat a patient or do to her what she did to me. I was unable to get my ultrasound and mammogram. My family has a history of breast cancer and I need to make sure I’m ok. She wouldn’t let me go to my appointment as I needed to pay $1333. I wasn’t aware I needed to pay that much. I offered $333 and if we could pay the rest in payments, or if she could call revenue cycle department and we can work something out. I was unaware of the huge deductible. It was a firm NO! U Miami has a policy of 70% collection minimum, according to her. Pay $900 or you can’t get seen, were my options. This is how I Miami treats its patients? These are the people they hire? STAY AWAY! The kind representative, Noelia, was so sweet and offered that I speak to patient experience. I declined because nothing is going to change at this place. This director of patient access shouldn’t have access to patients!

Yane Sanchez This review goes specifically for the Lab on the 1st floor. Horrible waiting time!!!!!!! Patients with appointments had to wait up to 2 Hours!! That’s preposterous, patients waiting are (this is redundant) sick, stressed, facing challenging health issues, issues at home, work. I believe is so disrespectful that you make an appointment and on top of it they make you wait up to 2 HOURS!!!! Management should pay attention to this issue and run a fine logistic to make sure this won’t happen again in the future!!!! And I gave 2 stars because the employers least at courteous.

Esther Montoro Finally a pediatrician with the same integrative approach and holistic mentality as my own. I just want the healthiest and most natural way to take care of my newborn, where antibiotics and foreign substances are only used when absolutely necessary and natural remedies not applicable. Such a relief that I don’t have to explain myself for not choosing to give junk to my baby in his earliest days!!!

So Co This place has gone to total horsecrap. Zero regard for patients sickness or parents time. No urgency, no competency, no communication between staff. This office used to be amazing but they just don’t care anymore. Quick to take your money or try to send you illegitimate bills months or years after a visit. We’ve reached our wits end and have fired them.

Brittany Riemer We have been seeing Dr. W for my two daughters for the past several years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. Dr. W is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. The office staff is also wonderful – friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Dr. W also has a unique and holistic approach to medicine that is balanced with traditional medicine and which perfectly aligns with our family’s values. Her expertise in homeopathic remedies is both impressive and reassuring. Her approach not only addresses symptoms but also focuses on overall wellness and prevention, which we truly appreciate. We highly recommend Dr. W!

Maria Fernanda Butuc I’ve been at this practice for a year after trying different pediatricians with no good results and finally came across Dr. Caroline. Her care goes above and beyond, my daughter’s improvement in a year has been remarkable. She takes her time with the patients, always coming up with new approaches and teaching parents how to do better. I’m so happy I found them and all my kids are with her now. The wait was definitely worth it.

Maria Cifuentes Marrero I have been a client for a long time since they were in Mount Sinai my doctors was Dr Rios I came today to my appointment just to find out that my appointment was cancelled did not call me did not text me they texted me to do the check in online I did waste of time It seems they only want to deal with elderly patients. I will be changing doctors waste of time

Jay Lau This office staff is ridiculous, and with terrible customer service (not the office manager). I had an appointment with Dr Rios and got there 17 minutes after the appointment time. Even with an empty room (just one client waiting, maybe even for a different doctor) I was told that I needed yo reschedule the appointment, because their grace period was only 15 minutes, so for only 2 minutes, I was missing most of my day of work for nothing. And what about every single time we go to the medical appointments and we get on time, and yet we have to wait 1 hour and 1/2 after our appointment time to be seen by the doctor. I explained there was unexpected traffic, and even parking takes longer than usual because they are fixing the parking lot, so half of the parking spots are blocked, but nothing worked. So that’s it, not more Dr Rios or “”Far from”” “”Elite Health””. Next

Susy Lima I have been with Elite since 2009 with dr Rios for that long . I was not advised that my dr wasn’t with them any longer. They will not give me an appointment I am out of medication and won’t give me an appointment with anyone till January 4th. Almost a month out. Office manager Vivian Argais should be reported as incompetent and violating the right for patient to receive their much needed medication. I was told to go to ER for attention.

Carol Valoy My mother had to go in for emergency surgery. I contacted Elite health where she has her primary at the NBV office to get her Dr’s approval. I received a call back 2 days later advising that the doctor had approved the surgery. They were fully aware that the surgery would take place the following Monday. I get to the surgical center and they had not sent out the clearance. The surgical center was on hold with them for an hour trying to get a hold of the manager. I was also on the other line trying to see if they could fax the clearance. I had to call about 4-5 times to try to get this clearance, each time I was on hold for over 20 mins at times almost an hour. The manager could never come to the phone and they just kept saying it’s “being worked on”… we were at the surgical center since 9:15am, ended up leaving around 1pm after waiting endless hours with my diabetic mother, no food due to the surgery that they would be performing, nor water! As she felt ill we had to leave and I am still waiting for the clearance for the emergency surgery…you can’t get through to the office directly, it’s always the call center and nothing can be done! My mother loves Dr. Rios, he has always been professional with her. The staff and service of this place is very unprofessional, and negligent. Having a sick patient wait for hours for an emergency surgery is unacceptable and malpractice. Still awaiting the managers call / email which I had requested she give me a call. Had to send her an email. I’m sure they will brush it off as well.

Amanda Ayers Both Dr. Susan Lurie and Dr. Alexander Lurie are incredible. Highly intelligent, wonderful bedside manner, and very thorough. They each spend a lot of time ensuring all questions were answered. Their pedigree and network yields excellent referrals to other medical specialists. I am thrilled to have found this practice.

Cristina This will be a short review, but I will follow it up. The reason it’s gonna be short because due to Dr. SUSAN LURIE she did not keep her oath “DO NO HARM”and she has done great harm to me where I go to surgery because of her negligence of one year and seven months, telling her that something was wrong and begging for a scan and a sonogram upper and lower, and when she finally did, she did the upper and my complaints with the lower abdomen, but her staff which are absolutely uncaring, except for one Chloe. and the left arm doesn’t know what the right arm is doing Her turnover Is unbelievable and now she’s gone VIP or concierge but I quickly when I change my insurance I did not need her referral which they denied me because they don’t know the difference between a PPO and I had an Appointment and they still 30 of them or so would not let me see Dr. ALEX which he is fantastic and had me in remission in less than a year, but Dr. SUSAN only gave me 2 to 3 minutes to everyone and then told me about VIP and that’s when she gave me one minute and I kept it all to myself. I already found another doctor which turned out to be the doctor that helped her with her practice when she started, .she sees you 2 to 3 minutes she argues with telling you telling me in her mind, It was constipation and I kept telling her. I would know if it’s constipation there’s something wrong with me. And then I changed with a lot of hassle and begging HUMANA to change my insurance and I got PPO. I had the test and the news is not good but I will keep it a secret but I’ll tell you.Her reputation , I found other doctors doctors three hospitals that I’ve been to since I last saw her. She’s not that good of a doctor and I agreed because she diagnosed me three times.WRONG ! And this time she really she absolutely could’ve helped me a year and seven months and I’m not going to explain for now but The oath that she took”DO NO HARM “ she did not take it seriously, and she doesn’t practice it and for now because I have other plans regarding Dr. SUSAN LURIE All I say shame on you, Dr. SUSAN LURIE shame on you for seeing your patients 2 to 3 minutes and then telling them wrong information because it was the fastest thing you could do and you’re gonna be VIP,, Good luck to you, Dr. SUSAN you’ll need it after my experience and others because I have done great research after I found out what was wrong with me that you called constipation you were 150% wrong. Let’s make it 200% wrong all you had to do, a scan upper and lower and you did not your horrible staff all of them except for Chloe. Period this will continue but not in this form of a review. I’m gonna go higher than that because I don’t want you to do to other patients, what you’ve done to me and you read this try remembering your oath and most importantly try listening to your patient . They know their body I know mine one year and seven months you did nothing, ignored me. I begged then I got smart, which I am. I had 2 connected brain cells and changed my insurance to PPO where I didn’t need you , in the meantime, I found the best doctor. There is the one that help you to open up your practice. The one you forgot to put his name to forward the patients that cannot afford your VIP status. You forgot to put his name until I went to your office and mentioned it doctor had found the primary doctor had found with the heart with patient with examinations that you don’t do never you just talked for three minutes. The most you gave me when the doctor that helped you start your practice and you typed real fast the letter which I handed to him , I’m not gonna tell you his comment. Just shame on you and remember your osth. “DO NO HARM”. Oopsie, you forgot that oath try to remember that Dr. SUSAN so you won’t do to others what you have done to me.

Joselyn G This hospital I have to say is one of the worst I have ever been to. My family member went for an emergency for a laceration on the hand area. And he was told that they couldn’t do much because there was a lack of staff so he would have to wait until the next day. The stitches were done horribly, honestly don’t know how the doctors there left their staff do that kind of work on a patient. Hopefully, I don’t have to have come back here ever again. If only I could leave 0 stars.

Denise Llerena My Mom was in ER on Friday Feb 21st, then admitted to hospital then transferred to ICU. Everything was handled with professionalism, care and promptness. Special thanks to the following team members that cared of her; Juan Carlos Fonseca, Virgilio Abut, Maisy, Yuriko, Idalis and Da Silva from the second floor as well as all of the doctors that cared for her. She and I are eternally grateful for your care and knowledge.

Sara Franca On August 17, 2023 the doctor Anthony Catapano was in the emergency room As a critical care nurse for the past 7 years, it is my professional opinion that there was a delay of care in my grandmothers unfortunate stroke and death. She displayed classic symptoms of a large vessel occlusion such as altered state of consciousness, the hemiplegia on her left side and the gaze deviation. All of which were documented on her arrival to the ER at Mount Sinai, however they failed to call a Stroke alert or Code Fast to prepare the stroke team and CT Scan on her arrival. Not only did the paramedics fail to alert the hospital en route, but the providers in the hospital also failed to identify classic LVO symptoms. The American Heart Association recommends a  CT Scan in less than 20 minutes of arrival to ED with stroke symptoms, it took them over 45 minutes to bring her down and begin the CT scan on her. She arrived at 20:47 by ambulance and they began scanning her, head to toe at 21:33. Per her medical records, there was no FAST-ED scale done on her arrival, until 23:29 when the radiologist finally called the ED doctor at 22:38, more than an hour after they had finished scanning her to tell him there was an occlusion of the Right Internal carotid artery. After 22:38, you see the ED doctor start putting in stroke orders, orders that should have been initiated on her arrival to not delay care, and the Neuro Team was finally activated at 23:21. Mount Sinai as a "Comprehensive Stroke Center" should be well versed on the classic signs and symptoms of a stroke and also know that the standard of care is 90 minutes or less, door to needle time for intervention. However, it took them almost 4 hours to do any intervention on my grandmother, she was taken to  cath lab for a mechanical thrombectomy at 00:35. Their untimely diagnosis resulted in her being out of the window to receive thrombolytics that could have broken up the clot, before proceeding with the thrombectomy. They incorrectly charted her Last Known Well being at noon,  when it was 30 minutes prior to her arriving to their ED. The medical care provided at Mount Sinai was negligent and failed to meet the standards of competent medical care. Her clinical outcome could have been different if a timely diagnosis would have been made, time is brain, and she was rapidly loosing brain tissue with all the delays. Had she been treated appropriately, there could have been a chance for recovery, as she arrived in the hospital in less than an hour after her last known well. My family, and especially my grandfather have suffered a great loss resulting in emotional distress and loss of companionship for him.

Yas I complaint of poor treatment by the laboratory technician Linda Louis, I asked her if she could please do two lab orders that my mother had with a single puncture in the vein, in front of the nurse Joselin, Linda pico professional ignored me and on two occasions told the nurse that he did not receive orders from family members, to which the nurse kindly explained that there was a routine order for the morning (it should be explained that my mother had a mastectomy this morning and 4 punctures failed to catch the vein, 1 extravasated, 1 successful with his current IV) not happy Mrs. Linda Louis who always ignored me repeated to our nurse with emphasis and shouting, I only take orders from the doctor not from the family, which It was inappropriate because the nurse explained that there was a CBC order for the morning. My point is that at no time can health professionals lose courtesy to the patient and family, lose their sanity, or be sarcastic, we do not want to be here sick, nor be pricked 7 times and if necessary a little humanity , common sense and respect is the most precious thing. Thank you that there are still people like RNJoselin, RN WIilly Blanc Chart nurse and mrs Marie pct dela torre 6 night shift, kind and dedicated to health care. I work in the system and there are many ways to look for solutions and be kind so that our patients and families feel cared for.

M Sandino The hospital is beautiful and the OR team and surgeon were fantastic. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the registration department who failed to give my elderly mother the proper instructor and information about her medications and visitor policies. My sister drove 3 hours to see my mother post-op and was not allowed to enter. We were told it was one visitor at a time, which is reasonable, but then told when we arrived that it’s one per day. Someone needs to research the impact of family support or lack there of has on patient recovery. We had to walk two buildings over to use a visitor restroom for “Covid “ reasons. The nurse on the surgical floor was very sweet and her room was clean. It’s a shame they have these ridiculous rules and are not flexible no matter the circumstances. I don’t know when following rules became more important than doing what’s right for the patient. My mother who is very sensitive due to her condition was very upset. Enough with the nonsense. Work on protocols that decrease cross contamination and hospital acquired infections instead of rules that only benefit the hospital.

Leija Joseph (Joe) I was operated on June 1st by a urologist at Mt. Sinai on Alton Road. I cant say enough good about the staff, the procedure and the facility. Due to needing tests before surgery, I traveled to their Skylake and Mid Town locations. All exemplary treatment. Scheduling, communication, dealing with the Insurance approval were all great as was the surgeon and the procedure. Totally back to normal. The way it should be:)

Modern Martial Arts & Fitness I brought my wife in because she was having problems with her gallbladder and in a lot of pain. The administered her morphine and some other medication to stem the pain. Emergency was great and the staff very pleasant. However once she was placed in the general office everything changed. Getting a room took 3 hours, every doctor had a different medical opinion. Tests were repeated and took forever to do. We actually had to scold them. Except for Dr Velar all the other Doctors were rude and did not have any definitive answer to what should be done and what time frame. After every doctor or nurse visit their reply was maybe tomorrow or three to four days wait. Are you kidding me? Go to University of Miami or South Miami hospitals instead. Its better to drive 1 hour than to sit days and nothing get done. After the 2nd day of just sitting around we just left with our test results and went to South Miami Hospital
