Irina Help Center I had a great experience since we came in to ER at West Boca Medical Center. Our nurse Paul was very caring, professional and went of his way to help us and do everything he could. Then we went to Telemetry floor, nurces Evelina and Mary took a great care of us, making us feel very cozy. Also, they helped us with every request and question we had. What also helped is that Evelina spoke our language and she could understand everything in details. The view from the window outlooking water is very calming and Beautiful. Thank you to West Boca Medical for thinking about the location in advance and for great professionalism. We wish You all the Best! Have a fantastic day!

A M I recently had a C-section ( 17Feb -110) and I cant say enough about the incredible staff who made this difficult journey comfortable for me. Cassie, who was with me in OR and recovery room was exceptional. She was kind attentive to my needs and ensured that I felt comfortable every step of the way. Once I moved to postpartum care, it was Kellie, Sara, Lacy, Paige, Toumasha that I would like to thank and I feel so grateful for the compassionate care I received. All of the nurses truly made my birthing experience a positive one. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a supportive and caring environment for their journey into parenthood.

Leticia Andrade An Incredible Nurse! I would like to express my immense gratitude for the wonderful care I received from Nurse Sandra (RN). From the very first moment, she welcomed us with such warmth and kindness, making everything feel lighter and more reassuring for both me and my baby. Her patience, gentleness, and dedication were remarkable. She demonstrated impeccable professionalism, but above all, a huge heart, treating my little one with such care and love as if she were her own. This kind of care makes all the difference, especially for mothers who often arrive feeling anxious and worried. Professionals like her truly deserve all the recognition! Thank you so much for your kindness, empathy, and for doing your job with such excellence and love. You made our experience truly special!

Inderjeet Ghingoor I was admitted to West Boca Medal center Telemetry floor on the night of February 19,2025. On my arrival, I was greeted by a friendly nurse. She helped me to put away my belongings and she explained to me that I should use the call button to request any services. I never had to call. All of the nurses were attentive and my medications were given to me as prescribed.the nurses responded to all my requests, always greeting me with a smile. I have been patient in many of the other local hospitals but I have never experienced the care, the professional and timely treatment that I was given at West Boca Medical center Telemetry floor. The care that I received here was above my expectations and I am very grateful for having the quality of nurses in my community. Thank you nurses in the telemetry ward and I am thankful for West Boca Medical Center.

Lorraine H I’m glad glad people having their babies are having a good experience at this hospital. Hopefully you’ll never have to take your elderly parents there, especially, if they are of color. My father was taken there, was left in the waiting room too long, then it was 10 days of them just trying to shut me up. All of the questions that you ask the doctors, they look at you like you’re stupid and get annoyed. We are the ones paying the doctors, the doctors are not paying us. Worst Hospital ever for any elderly person.

Ursula Griffin My stay at Plantation General Hospital was wonderful. I was admitted on 11/05/2020 to have a scheduled C-section for my daughter. From the time I was admitted to the time I left my stay was awesome. All the nurses and staff were so very nice and attentive. Everyone that I came in contact with was always professional and very polite. I would like to also give a special thanks to all the nurses ( Eureka, Christine and Julia) that helped me and assisted me while I was there and who also made the stay very comfortable for my newborn and me. Along with my stay all the staff stayed with mask and the cleanliness of the hospital was well maintained. This is my fourth child being delivered at this hospital and each time my experience has gotten better and better. I would definitely recommend Plantation General Hospital for any of your medical services.

Lindy Barnes The entire visit was perfect. From the moment we checked in for our induction to the minute we left with our new baby girl, everyone who took care of us was wonderful. The labor and delivery team was amazing and made me feel at ease and safe during the delivery process. And when we had to quickly shift gears to a csection, everyone worked together like clockwork to make it a smooth transition and get our girl out quickly and safely! Once on the postpartum floor, the nurses and staff took great care of us. I loved that we got to keep our girl in the room with us the whole time to get acquainted but had the security of the staff if we needed anything. And the food was pretty good too! I would do it all again a million times exactly the same!

Claudia DuBois Absolutely horrible follow-up. Call the office and placed immediately on hold for 5-10 minutes. Have waited for a week for Capsule Endoscopy results for internal bleeding. Despite numerous calls requesting results, still no call from the Doctor. Called again today, the girl that answered the phone said "the Doctor is at the Hospital". When I asked her which hospital she said she didnt know and could not page him. As I sit in the ER, he could be right here. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Harold Rosen for all of the obvious reasons.

Karen Zaharatos Yes, a man of few words which is good because the more he talks the more you may need help. His wonderful, caring staff provides the level of hand holding one needs efficiently without rushing, or being condescending if you need to hear it again. Busy office and no wonder why. Results and relief are Dr. Rosens only goal, in my opinion. Hes a good ole, intuitive country doctor practicing in the modern world with all the latest technology at his fingertips. In addition, Broward North is an excellent hospital to be affiliated with. Thank you Dr. Rosen and kind staff for your care!

Susan Moll Always had bowels problems. IBS and after my gall bladder removal it got worse. This Dr was fabulous, after seeing him a few times he knew exactly what was wrong. I took a prescription about 2-3 years, I have been off of it about 6-8 years and have no more trouble! Thank you Dr. Rosen! May God Bless you!

Shootingstars84 Disappointing Experience I recently had an experience with this doctors office that left me quite dissatisfied. The communication was lacking, and I felt my concerns were not adequately addressed. I believe theres room for improvement in the overall patient experience. I hope my feedback can contribute to positive changes in the future.

jim johnson I had an appointment today at 1pm and got there at 12:40. At 12:55 the receptionist called me to the window and said your appointment was cancelled. I said why would you cancel it and she said I did. I said I didn’t cancel any appointment and the last appointment I had they said their software had a glitch and they apologized. The receptionist was not nice and they rescheduled me to March. The cardiologist is nice and thorough but they need help at the reception desk. I’m a doctor myself and work by appointment and I keep my appointments. I will keep my March appointment in respect of the cardiologist and I don’t play games with appointments. Dr. Jim Johnson

Joan Piantadosi I just got home from my appointment with Dr. Sheikh. Im so grateful for his staff that were so pleasant and professional. Dr. Sheikh took his time listening and communicating with me. He put me on a schedule for procedures and updated my medications. Dr. Sheikh was my cardiologist while I was in the hospital for 2 weeks and I knew I was in the best hands. I Highly Recommend Dr. Sheikh

Olivia Smith Last week they ghosted me for my appointment and put me back on the bottom of the list. I rescheduled for a month out but found another provider in the mean time. Now they are clearly ghosting me when I just want to cancel (well, and find out why they sent me a $30 bill after refunding my appointment). If you dont HAVE to go here, dont - lots of other options! Or at least go to another office.

Mitchell Fine The staff at the ER was attentive, caring and concerned when I arrived just before midnight with uncontrollable bleeding from a surgery on my ear earlier in the day at my dermatologist. Wound was cleaned and bleeding was stopped. Sent home after a couple of hours. Got to my dermatologist later that morning. If you need an ER, recommend Northwest highly.

Wendi Castillo I arrived at the ED on 2/21 at around 11:15pm with a bleeding head wound, severe head pain, nausea, dizziness and light sensitivity after a fall. I was immediately bandaged up to stop the bleeding and sat in the waiting room for about an hour and a half. I was moved to a room in the ED where they addressed my head wound. Two people couldnt find the staple gun so instead they used surgical glue and the hair approximation technique to address my wound. I laid in the room for another 2 and a half hours waiting for a CT scan which finally when someone came in, they said they couldnt find me because they were looking in the waiting room. The CT scan showed a possible brain bleed so I was admitted to monitor it. Seems to me for a possible brain bleed I shouldnt have been waiting 4 hours to discover that, given other cases in the waiting room didnt appear to be as urgent.

Lexi Woon Worst ER visit for my elderly mother. What a shame to call that place, my community hospital. They did not show any type of empathy or care for the elderly. You can clearly see that the staff there dont like their jobs and its just a paycheck for them. Im absolutely disgusted with HCA Northwest Hospital ER staff. UPDATE: I called the number from the owners response. No answer. I left a message a week ago, and no one has called back. Im not surprised. This hospital does not care about their clients, and it clearly shows.

Tay B Without having to go through a long diatribe. Took someone to the ER and the amount of time it took just to get the care for them to not be an extreme pain was over to 3 hours. This was once we were actually in an ER room. Once we were in the ER room at around probably 6:00, we did not get an actual room until about 4:00 in the morning. Ive unfortunately had to be in the hospital before and have never experienced that long of a wait. In this case it makes sense to where people will drive the extra distance to go to a more name brand Hospital. It was a very lackadaisical approach from the moment we stepped in. Nurses were more or less huddled up kind of next to each other chit chatting.. phones in hand...just a very slow approach to assist care. It was like a hang around as they were taking the blood pressure while noticing the patient was an extreme pain. No sense of urgency at any point. Im guessing if they dont consider it urgent despite what the patient is feeling then its not. At times there were some great nurses when we were moved to a different floor and particularly the cvicu. Other than those maybe four or five individuals, the entire experience was awful. I would definitely recommend to go elsewhere. The lack of communication is unacceptable in my opinion.

Most walk in places are around $70... when she said $150 for new patients, they kindly inquired for me if this was a one time visit, thats the cost. The doctor was loud behind the door and said "well she can go somewhere else!!!!". Overheard him and staff mumbled how uncomfortable it was to tell me so I left.

Jayne Smith I recently ended up in the hospital for cellulitis. I went to Imperial Point since I just moved into Pompano. I must say, i was absolutely astonished at the quality of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone made you feel comfortable and that you were the only person they had to care for. I had an Amazing RN on the 3rd Floor, Her name is Amanda, and if you are ever fortunate enough to get to speak with her, you will feel very comfortable about the hospital and the ongoing care they provide. Curt Stephenson After going to another local hospital for PT the last time I decided to go back to the PT group @ Broward Health Imperial Point in hopes after several years that the staff would still be there . I decided to drop off my Dr orders in person to make sure the staff was still the friendly result driven therapist that I had previously used after shoulder & knee surgery . I timed my visit wrong as it was lunch, however the front desk woman who was just going to lunch inquired what I needed, I told her & she opened door, took info scheduled appointment & have me paperwork to take with me to fill out prior to my appointment. I asked If Fiona, Robbie & Mell were still there & she said yes. A relief! Finished 2 months of Lower lumbar core strengthening and I continue to do my exercises daily. They are a special group & definitely work as a well trained team , always busy and making sure to make sure all the patients are taken care of stepping in when needed. Special thanks to Fiona, Kevin, Robbie, Jean, Pink who assisted me personally. Curt Stephenson

Nancy Olmezer My husband was brought in having hallucinations due to Lewy body dementia. He was placed on a medical floor for pneumonia. I had given the ER my durable power of attorney and point of contact. Not one dr. called me, the psychiatrist ignored my POA and called one of his family member, to say hallucinations were due to the pneumonia, I beg to differ after being his caregiver for 4 years . I also sent my HealthCare Surrogate paperwork that was done by an Elder Attorney. The Social Worker Coordinator voice mailed me to say it was incomplete and Null and void, yet every other hospital and dr has taken it. She said he was competent to make his own decisions after Psych saw him for 20-30- min and he was released after a 30 hour Baker Act and sent home by Uber!!!! I was never given a call to be able tell the last months issues leading to the hallucinations or have care in place for him when he returned home, I dont live there the last # week for my safety, but still take care of him! Horrible Hospital, they should be ashamed of themselves. He freaked out the first night at home alone. I thought Cleveland Clinic was bad Imperial Point is worse. Admin and CEO will be hearing from me!

Ryan Sandhouse Had a good first visit and was given a topical treatment for my psoriasis. When I went for the one month follow up and my scalp did not take to the initial treatment we went with an alternative route. According to my insurance company the preauth was denied because of incomplete information regarding the first treatment plan in my chart. When I called about it I was talked down to as if I were a moron and told that the faxed documents from my insurance that already had delivery confirmation needed another 24 hours to be received and that they could and would not fix their mistake because they insisted it never happened and that I was an idiot for taking the insurance company at their word. Edit based on the reply: Prior to my insurance calling me to inform me about the denial I had tried following up with the pharmacy who also asked me about the information insurance company said was missing which is 2 sources of the claim that something was missing. And I had given the staff I spoke with on the phone the chance to say that before we started getting rude with each other leading me to hang up on them. There were multiple opportunities to make these statements before I hung up. But yes I responded rudely to being TREATED rudely. I called in and was disconnected when they attempted to transfer me to the point I had to call back multiple times before speaking with someone who would talk to me about this issue.

Jessica C I went in to urgent care on a Saturday morning miserably sick. The staff were very friendly, helpful and best of all quick to get me back to see a physician. The ladies up front even watched over my daughter in their very kid friendly play area while I was being treated. I saw Rosemary, one of the nurse practitioners on staff. She took a very through medical history and spent a lot of one on one time with me to determine all of my medical needs. I left with about 5 different prescriptions and Rosemary even gave me her personal cell number in case I had any trouble at the pharmacy or questions about the medications. Its difficult to get that kind of personal care and attention at a private practice medical office and nearly impossible at an urgent care facility. I am truly grateful that I found this place in my time of medical need. The staff was wonderful and the facility is very clean and well maintained. Highly Recommend!

Julianna Both my husband and I have been patients of Broward Family Medical for almost 10 years. We see Dr. Megan Waskin. She is a phenomenal practitioner with an incredible bedside manor. She is thorough, patient and kind and really listens and understands. She takes her time with her patients and you never feel rushed or overlooked. She actually reviews your chart and history before seeing you and is always fully prepared. The office is great and they do labs in house, which is wonderful. The entire staff is kind, proficient and extremely welcoming We are treated like family, and that is what you should expect when seeing your family doctor. We are beyond grateful for all of the care we continue to receive at Broward Family Medical.

Erik Satornino No problems with Dr. Waskin, but his staff is “know it all” and zero help. When you are sick they are not available for you, appointments get mixed. I stopped by in person to make an appointment for a pre-op surgery and was turned around as usual. First the lady said you cannot schedule until your paperwork is received. Well I made sure it was faxed over AND brought a copy. Then without even checking she says we didn’t receive it yet. My wife pointed out that she didn’t even look and another cascade of excuses was the answer. My wife canceled all appointments with the office (future annual check ups), but I wont be surprised if they try to charge me a no show fee as they attempted before for the appointment that they scheduled without my knowledge.

Pedro Gumihid Dr. Waskin and NP Megan know their stuff and they actually examine you and listen to you, unlike some other doctors. We get our blood test done there so that saves us a trip to a lab. They review your lab tests with you, provide you a copy (unlike other doctors where you have to ask) and they provide you an updated list of meds every visit so there’s no confusion if there are changes. Their office staff are very nice as well.

jonathan k Ive been going to Holy Cross Medical Group before they even moved to this office. I was seeing Dr. Dejarnette at 2700 Ne 14th Street Cswy they then moved to the current location on Atlantic Blvd combining offices. Thats when the place started going downhill and became all about the money. My Dr. retired and I had to start seeing another Dr. in the office I choose Dr. Ansara. I went to see him for an annual check up and he ordered bloodwork. I received a call from the office saying Dr. Ansara wanted me to come in to discuss my blood work. They used to just read they results over the phone but they said they no longer do that. I went in and sat in the room with the Dr. and he went over my bloodwork and told me everything was fine. Great! But be sure to pay the cashier for an office visit. They charged me an office visit to read my my bloodwork results. They use it as way to get you in the office to bill you twice. Recently when I called the office to make an appointment they told me that now Dr. Ansara only sees MDVIP patients. Patients that pay $2000 a year for concierge service. They never sent me a letter ahead of time to notify me the Dr. I have been seeing now has a subscription service to see him. What a way to treat a patient of 15 or so years. Theyre all about the money now no longer about patient health.

Elaine Outar This hospital saved my moms life when she had Covid. We were told that she may not make it and to prepare ourselves. However they took care of her up until the point of her discharge to the physical therapist nursing home. Once they saw she was getting discharged it’s like they forgot to take care of her. They had her sitting in her own poop for hours because no one checked on her. (She still needed assistance with moving because she was on a ventilator for a long time without moving and Needed to regain muscle strength) Also they don’t have a pediatrics section so I feel uncomfortable taking my son here because last time they acted like they didn’t know what to do for a child. Unfortunately this is the only hospital I know close to my house.

Bruna Rendon JOHN the front desk guy, was COMPLETLY RUDE guy, talking with people like he own this place, and being ignorant with me at the EMERGENCY ROOM, the only thing I did was ask for me if I could talk with someone that could help me cause I was sitting for a while waiting he said no and adding told me to seat down like I was a dog! people that come here, is passing trough A LOT, everyone that comes to receive treatment probably is passing trough a lot, so the minimum a front desk guy should be is kind and empathetic, which he’s clearly not! I’ve never passed trough any other people in this place and was rude with me the way he was !!!! I hope someone do something about it, cause he cannot talk with people lithe that coming to be treated in a place like this!

Yeraliz Fermin Went in today because my left arm and leg were numb because of a medical condition that got worse. I was told to go to the ER so I went but the nurse who assisted me wouldnt even let me speak. Kept cutting me off, not listening to what I was trying to say! Trying to explain the problem all he said was "lets make it easy all you want is medication". Uuuuhhhhh noooo thats not what I want!! Then 2 so called doctors enter the room and said "we cant help you and because its Sunday, we suggest you follow up with your doctor or we can refer you to one if you dont like yours". All they did was check my blood pressure and send me home. Not one of them even tried to assist me for the problem I went in for.

Carlos Santana I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care I received from the staff. In particular, I want to thank the nurses Marien, Tai, and Margue, whose dedication and kindness made my experience truly special. They are angels, and I cannot find enough words to thank them for everything they have done for me. Their professionalism and human warmth are unmatched.

Celal Kuzu I have been seeing Dr. George for several years now. He is a very caring doctor. He gets the job done. Whenever I went to see him for any problems I had with my health, he was always very helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great doctor. His experience and knowledge in his field makes him a rare doctor to find. I would give him 10/10.

Mark J. Tollios I brought my 89 year old father who is suffering from dementia to this office to see Dr. George. The first visit seemed okay, but all went downhill from there. Not only is the office unorganized, but they are rude! I was experiencing some problems with my father health wise and conveyed this information to Dr. George, he then suggested for me to bring him to Quest Diagnostics for blood work, which I did. After the results were automatically delivered to the doctors office, I followed up with Dr. George to discuss the results along with my care giver. He explained to us that all of his levels were fine and we did not need to change anything medication wise. I was confused because he had constant diarrhea which he then suggested Imodium OTC. At this point I did not know what to think until I received a call from Ken (Georges PA) the next day. Ken explained to me that several of my fathers levels were way off and he was dehydrated. Very confused, I asked Ken why would Dr. George tell me everything was okay? Ken was confused as well stating "I dont know why he would say that". Later to find out...Dr. George was reading blood work of 2017. I was livid! Upon confronting Dr. George with this matter, he denied the whole thing and said "I never said everything was alright". My care giver and I were in shock because we both heard the conversation. He obviously did not own up to the fact that he made a mistake. In my opinion, he is incompetent and just does not care. At this point I know I needed to find a new doctor immediately which I have done, and finally I have a peace of mind. I have more issues with this Doctor and office, but I think this will suffice. Do yourself a favor and do not visit Dr. Phillip George! BTW, if it were not for Ken, I may still be left in the dark, so I have to commend him for following up.

Virginia Gabriel This rating is for Dr. Philip George, not Dr. George Philip. My husband and I scheduled physicals with Dr. Philip George. He did the bare minimum (took blood pressures and asked about meds we were on) and scheduled blood work. We were told the lab would have the results to the doctor in two (2) days. When I called for the results a week (7 days) later, we were given a voice mail. The nurse (Mary) returned our call two (2) days after that and gave us her diagnosis (ILLEGAL) which caused us panic! She also told us the doctor would try to call us back when he got a chance. I called again six (6) days later and was told Dr. George would call us the following morning at 9:00 a.m. He did not. I called the office that morning and was told he would call us at 2:00 p.m. He finally called at 2:45 p.m., and we had already given up waiting for his call and had gone to work. While we were were waiting to hear from Dr. George, the nurse (Mary), who was livid that we had the audacity to not just go away, told us that she would re-up two prescriptions for us (which needed refilling). She tried to give us something (the first one) that we had NEVER used before - even though our medications were listed in our files AND (the 2nd one) that was also the WRONG prescription completely and would have had serious side affects had we not checked!! And she was angry that we told her we needed the CORRECT MEDICATION!! Dr. George finally decided that we needed to redo the lab work, which was to take two days to get back to his office AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN!!!!!! I went to the office and he happened to walk into the reception area while I was there, so I asked him why he blew off three phone appointments, which we had skipped work in order to receive. We were talking about a SERIOUS health issue!! His response: "I am old. I dont remember things." REALLY???!!!??? In front of witnesses!! Clearly hes not too smart either! The front desk is incompetent and beyond rude, as well as and including his nurse, Mary. The office manager (who seems to be the only competent one in the place) is doing her best to help this disaster of a medical office, but unless she can work magic, I see no cure.

Robert Emanuel Dr Blum is a GREAT doctor. ALAS - when he joined Broward Health, he rendered himself less accessible to make or change appointments. Broward Health often gets calls that one makes to his office number, so much for his staff handling patient calls directly. And Broward Health is a company of inefficient, inept, and inconsistent people to make a simple appointment. I am not Catholic but thanks to Broward Health, I know what purgatory is like - and after waiting, they STILL cant schedule a patient w/o 20 questions: "back door" protocol all the way! The further shame is that he wont even see this!

Charles McCanna Let me start this review by saying that Dr. Blum is great! I really like the man and he was a good cardiologist however his office staff leaves something to be desired. I had an appointment and was contacted through a phone call to make sure I was coming to the appointment. I couldnt answer the call so they left a message which included the address of 2901 Coral Hills Dr., Coral Springs Florida. So I go to my appointment which had been made six months prior and walked in at 3:55 PM for my 4 oclock appointment at which point I was informed by Dr. Blum no longer practices out of that office. I would need to go farther down Sample Rd., East towards 95. Obviously I had no time to do that and when we tried to call the other office where Dr. Blum was supposed to be no one answered the phone. I am no longer a patient at this office and I am extremely tired of dealing with such incompetence, indifference and lack of just caring and service by the office staff of most medical professionals.

Yvonne Harrison I was very happy with my appointment. The staff was so nice and Dr Blum sat with me and explained a lot of questions that I asked. I have nothing negative to say.....

Kathys channel I have no complaints. He’s a good doctor. My father sees him every couple of weeks for his heart failure. He basically checks his breathing, asks how he’s doing. Tell him to take his medication a certain way. My father is very advanced in his heart failure. So there’s not much I can say. The girls up front are really nice too.

Paul Margolies This practice really has no clue on what’s going on. They have 2 offices, Coral Springs and Pompano. They schedule you for a visit in Coral Springs then when you show up, they tell you you’re supposed to be in Pompano. And the staff is rude to boot. Also, I had a prescription given by Dr Blum. When I needed a refill the office manager couldn’t find the prescription listed on my chart. And was not helpful at all trying to solve this problem. They wouldn’t call the pharmacy nor contact the Dr. I’m sorry, but I’ve dealt with Drs offices many times, I had open heart surgery in Feb and this practice is by far the most unprofessional, disorganized and uncaring one I have ever seen.

After hearing my symptoms missed diagnosed a warning stroke. I was back the next day suffering another stroke. His additude was rough and cruel. I will never allow him to treat me or anyone in my family.

Kemar Campbell After switching my health insurance to Ambetter, I discovered that nearly all local doctors are tied to Holy Cross. The customer service is appalling: the phone attendants are hostile, ghetto and not very helpful. My appointment with cardiologist Dr. Vicente Font was equally disastrous. I tried to explain my condition in detail, but he abruptly told me to stop talking so he could jot down notes. He made it clear he wasn’t interested in hearing more than the bare minimum. Instead of asking follow-up questions, he insisted that nothing was wrong and told me to just go home. When I pushed for additional tests, he grudgingly agreed only to perform a calcium test, ignoring the other symptoms and concerns I mentioned. The entire experience felt extremely rushed and unprofessional. Dr. Font’s dismissive attitude and lack of genuine care made the appointment a complete waste of time. I’ve never encountered a cardiologist so rude, deplorable and uninterested in proper patient care. I will not be returning to this doctor or any provider affiliated with Holy Cross. AVOID this network if you value thorough, respectful medical attention.

D. Romano I am giving this a one star to raise attention to the STAFF (front desk and nurses). When I call to clarify or understand a question regarding the meds or a procedure, I was yelled at, hung up on, and told i do not have time for this. Unacceptable. Particularly from the nurses who were not only rude, they were cruel and unempathetic to my feelings and concerns. It is critical to get the meds RIGHT after hospitalization. VERY overwhelming to me and my mother, and they should understand that. I would suggest there first comment should be, as I am calling regarding heart critical meds after her recent discharge from the hospital - "How is your mother doing?". This is a recurring problem, with multiple (not all) staff. Having said this, Dr. Anand has been very responsive and professional to me and my mother. She is very happy with him, and he has performed multiple successful procedures on her. He deserves five stars.

Aimee DeSatnick The doctors were fine the administration staff are a problem. I asked specific questions about how procedures would be billed to insurance prior to booking them through the office only to get an bill that unacceptable because it was billed as an outpatient service instead of an in-office procedure as I was told it would be. It took 6 phone calls over a period of 2 weeks to have the office manager to contact me and the.tell me nothing could be done. Administration staff is just as important as the doctors. If you can’t trust the answers they provide to questions this is a problem. They failed miserably and for this reason I would not recommend this office to anyone.

M Mintz If it weren’t for the rude staff working at the front desk I might give this department 5 stars but every time I call to make an appointment or cancel or ask a question, I’m treated as less than human. There’s no kindness or compassion in the women who work the front desk, at least none that I can hear when they bark at me over the phone. I wish Holycross would hire more emotionally balanced individuals to work the front. They are the face of the department. Receiving that kind of treatment when you’re already dealing with physical ailments is so stressful. Kindness goes a long way, especially when it comes to healthcare.
