Everything was clearly explained to me except for one issue, which I will discuss with the appropriate person involved, as that was my only negative experience and the issue has not yet been addressed with him. Overall my stay was recuperating and informative as well as very reassuring for me. I wish to thank whole heartedly, the staff attending me, especially. They made me feel as if my comfort and well being was of the utmost importance.

Germán Felipe Mogollón Omg I had surgery for a broken leg and ankle and the experience was literally so good, their performance is so on point that that I even asked the nurses and tech if they had come because I had pressed the button to call or if it was that they were checking on me… just because that is how much they tended to me. Water every 30 minutes, great food… Great conversation, it is always fun to go to people packed places were you have a purpose because you have reasons to interact and they certainly don’t let you down!

Mike Sutton The care that I received both in the ER and in 3721 was the best. The nursing staff was incredible. Anything I needed it was there ASAP. Every shift a nurse leader came and checked on my care. ER nurse was Will, Rose when I went up to 3721, Mary. On my day of discharge I had Martina. I cant say how wonderful everyone treated me.

Linda Sue My 95 year-old mom had urgent eye surgery. From the time I got to the entrance to the time I picked her up at the same spot, everyone was as nice and helpful as they could be. We are so appreciative. Reception, the nurses, the anesthesiology team, Dr Jochum’s surgical team, the aftercare nurses, all were top notch. Thank you.

Baez Rivera Heidy Janice “JaniceInkheart” Very disappointed with your dirty play towards my daughter. You crushed her dream with your lack of management when it came to externship situation. Your charade was incredible, for nothing. So much for the so called "help" which meant nothing. She work hard and sacrifice a lot, and theres money involved. That seems to be what you care for, as long as students are in debt owning money. You portrait yourself as the best of the best out there, and emphasize in students guarding the prestige of the school in and out of it, but what about you when it comes to doing your part when the student needs you the most. You sent her to two places they were a waste of her time and still she made hours of externship, one of them a very troubled clinic you knew about. You compromised your word that you in a week fixing everything for her to finish the hours in a place. After she filled the application you sent her to, and even received a text confirming were working with it, you dare to send her a text saying you were withdrawing her and she needed to re-enroll do to not 14 days not attendance. Those were days she did what you ask and waited as you said. How do you pretend for her to re enroll as if all her sacrifice all this time was for nothing. Those were not the things talked in the meeting 10/28/2024 when you clearly said youll solved this situation. You practically are punishing her for something thats not up to her, and she had no control but with for you to do your part base on the text received 11/4/2024; Then yesterday 11/12/2024 you dare to text, not call but text that you were dropping her out... Very dirty played, and unfair.

Michael Phillips I went and graduated from stc for welding. The program was a mess and calling is disorganized would be an understatement. I constantly blew up the student surveys and talked with the instructors. Nothing ever changed and was constantly given the escuse that they hadnt taught the course before. The following statement should sum of the school. I graduated Feb of 2022, and so did my girlfriend. Yet, neither of us have ever received our degrees. The school has zero issue calling to hound us about whether or not we are in our field to get their placement numbers up. Yet we cant even get them to send us our degrees we earned. I also ended up owing the VA money because of a paperwork issue that the school messed up on. After going back and forth with the school over the course of a year they still couldnt get it right. So I opted to pay the money just to get passed this headache. Meeting my girlfriend at this school was the only thing that saved me from regretting attending. However, find a different school elsewhere. This one should be considered the poster child for for-profit school. Take your money and give you the bare minimum in return. Also, alot of the five star reviews are submitted by the staff. Patsy is the director of course shes going to give it five stars. Update - my girlfriend is now my wife of two months! We still never got our degrees but gave up. I still get emails from them updating me on class schedules as though Im still attending and didnt graduate 2 years ago, so obviously I still stand behind my review. Update 2 - Mar 2025 still never got our diplomas my wife even walked the stage in Feb 2022. We have been married for over a year now. I still get emails from the school about class schedules like I attend the school even though I graduated 3+ years ago. I will continue to update each year. I still continue to actively tell people to not attend this school

Verdugo Currently attending the vet program here. The teachers are amazing, and value hands on learning. They really want to see you succeed and push you to do so. The valuable relationships you will make here with the teachers is worth the cost of the schooling… valuable information paired with staff that strive to push your life in the direction you’re ready to go in. Jason Hunt I have had the opportunity to on-bord several students from southern tech Sanford school. Each of them in there own way have been a wonderful asset to my team. I appreciate the partnership and support of the school. They provide what is needed to help with the very basics of HVAC. I certainly will continue to participate and partner with the school as our industry is facing a huge shortage of skilled professionals to provide services for our community. Thanks STU.

J G Tried my best to see Robert Benjamin for hernia surgery. They rescheduled the 2nd consultation appointment for a month later than the original. Appointment was at 1:20 today. I finally walked out at 4:15. Almost 3 hours of waiting is unacceptable. I felt like a low priority. Very disappointing visit to a surgeons office.

Courtney Center I would give 10 stars if possible! My husband received a stat referral for a general surgeon following a second appt with his PCP. I was unable to get through on the phone, so I decided to stop by the office to make an appt. The address on the referral was wrong, or so I was told at that office, that it was trauma only. I was then sent to the mustard colored building. There I was told that the doctor listed on the referral, doesnt start until Dec. Well damn! I thought. But thanks to the due diligence of the receptionist (her name slipped my mind), Kayla and Jennifer, my husband was able to be treated by the skillful Dr. Facey, same day. Im truly impressed with this facility. They made my husband feel comfortable and had great bedside manner. Smiles from everyone. Dr. Facey is a Veteran that was working. God Bless him!

Josie Hardee I met Dr Edelstein in the Er at Central Florida Regional Hospital in May of 2021. While the ER Dr was a little confused about results of the CT of the abdomen, Dr Edelstein knew exactly what was going on due to his time in at university hospitals so even though the problem is very rare, he was on the ball. He was so nice - such a sweet disposition and willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend surgical specialty group any time. I also saw dr Facey a partner, who visited me in the hospital while my dr was on vaca. The girls in the office are great too.

Alan Dickey Dr. Dalkeith Facey saw me to treat a wound stitched up in New York that was partly healed but the other part required treatment in order to remove the rest of the stitches. He quickly and efficiently removed the blood clots and treated and wrapped the affected area. He was efficient, business like and kind. I never felt a thing. I have seen him twice since. The area is healing and I’m down the road to recovery. The entire process has been enhanced by Iesha Bright, the nurse who assisted him. She was very helpful kind and positive. I could tell that her help was very helpful to Dr. Facey in addition to helping the patient feel comfortable and relaxed. On top of that she was among the nicest people I have ever met. They are both a credit to your organization.

Beryl Cox Cant praise Dr. Peter Edelstein enough for his abilities, knowledge, and background as he saved my husbands life. Jim had an acute abdominal emergency that was life threatening. Dr. Edelstein did the 4 hour surgery and my husband is here today. Cant praise Dr. Edelstein enough. His office staff is both professional and curtious.

Vonni G Dr. Hudanich, D.O.Orthopedic Surgeon is exceptionally skilled, among other skills, with robotic assisted replacement of hips and knees with minimal surgery time, generally, no muscle are cut; most patients go home same or next day. The organization of the team, processes & procedures was flawless. Dr. Hudanich is loved, admired & celebrated by many who have benefited from the compassion, skill sets, & successful outcomes of their surgeries. Pain left my body gradually over 4 days, minimal pain pills needed for me. Prior, I suffered with very painful, bone on bone, right hip for 5+ years. I didnt know what doctor to go to. My Village, neighbors & friends advised me to see Dr. Hudanich. Best advice ever! Surgery was well planned, minimal downtime, mobility improved daily. Dr. Hudanich is kind, listens, calm, skilled and he cares. Anyone in need of this type of surgery, dont wait any longer.

Page Laughlin I was terrified about having surgery and a total knee replacement but I knew it was time. Dr. H and the whole team were so incredible and the entire experience was so much better than I imagined. Seven weeks ago yesterday was my surgery, Im swimming 3 miles a week and played pickelball today! The text messages daily were so helpful to reinforce I was exactly where I needed to be in recovery. I am looking forward to having the other knee done in February. Thank you Dr. Hudanich, and the G.O.O. Team!!

Leah R New to the area and Dr Hudanich assured me that he would have no trouble continuing the treatment that my prior Dr had been doing for the past 3 years. However, his staff states otherwise. They refused to work my insurance company to get predermination for my knee injections. They stated they sent it twice. Yes it was sent twice and yes both times incorrectly. I asked Dr office to follow up with insurance company and they refused and stated they have done all they could. So for the last 6 weeks my time has been wasted waiting for shots that will never come from Dr Hudanich. Thanks for NOTHING Dr Hudanich while I continue to wait in pain while I find a Dr. and staff that know how to do their job!

super bros I have been with this practice for over 15 years. Dr Hudanich his partners and staff are always very polite professional and courteous. Dr Hudanich treats me with dignity and respect every time I see him. I highly recommend him.

James C. I think everyone in this office actually cares about their patients. Mrs. Yvette at the front desk was really helpful and was nice to me even though Im not an easy person to deal with. The nurse that did my intake and bloodwork was really nice and showed patience with me. Dr. Ramirez and Dr. Shultz both listened to me and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall positive energy in this office. This was my first visit and I left the office feeling like it was a good choice to start the new year and trust these people to look out for my health moving into 2025. Its refreshing to see a group of people that really seem to be working as a team and with a purpose!

Alexandra Johnson Front office wants you to jump through flaming hoops to make an appt - per their specific offices "policy," you must call your insurance company and have their doctor "assigned" to you and receive a confirmation number before theyll even let you make an appt (which my insurance says is not a thing and their sister location does NOT require).

Donnette Knowlen Leffler Having to change Doctors is always nerve racking, however all of that diminished the moment I met the front office medical staff Yvette and Adamoris. Super friendly and not a bit robotic. They made you feel like you were the only patient in front of them. Where most just go through the motions, they actually take their time to make sure you feel like a member of their family and not a patient file number. If that was not enough, Dr Schultz himself came in and sat down for as long as it took to thoroughly go through every concern I had. I would usually forget one concern or another, but because he made me feel so at ease I was able to walk out completely satisfied with his level of personal interest as well as a feeling of back-to-personal care that has been lacking by so many other Physician’s offices. I can’t believe I am going to say this, but I look forward to going to my Doctor’s office when I have to.

Lucia Crapps The Nursing and Care Staff were amazing! There was not one person who did not give me their utmost care and attention. Everyone, Respirator, and Physical Therapist’s Lab technicians, were all professional and excellent in preforming their work, and were pleasant even at 3:00 in the morning. The house keeping staff were friendly, efficient and did a great job keeping my room clean and tidy. The meals were delivered promptly at meal times, and were very delicious!! The doctor was very professional and informative about my treatment plans. I only wish the “discharge procedure” could be more efficient. No one wants to be in hospital but my experience staying at Lake Monroe Hospital was not a bad thing. I met some awesome, caring people. The hospital is lucky to have all these people working there.

Lucinda Smith I broke my arm while on vacation, and I was seen quickly. I was impressed with the speed of getting through check-in, then triage and then making it to a bed in the ER. I also liked that the xray machine was brought right to my bedside. This isnt something Ive seen in Massachusetts. The treatment I received was great, and I was discharged quickly, with everything taking under 90 minutes from start to finish. I also attempted to get my medical records and the x-rays that were taken so that when I returned to Massachusetts I could provide them to my orthopedic surgeon. There was a problem with them not being able to burn the disc, however they did produce it the next day, and because I had already flown home, they mailed it to me. 5 star service all the way around. Thank you for making this very stressful situation a lot easier for me.

Craig & Jennifer London Great experience. This hospital has come a long way. Went in for a mammogram. Check in and registration was seamless. Felicia at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Person at registration was efficient and friendly. Imaging tech and ultrasound tech explained what was happening and provided me with great care as well as modesty. Mammograms are not fun but the staff put me at ease. The radiologist, Dr. Lopez was respectful, kind and informative. Overall a great experience.

Julie Kulaga Never going back. I was admitted for a blood clot and while the thrombectomy surgeons were great, lack of communication between staff made this experience even more stressful. I couldve had the procedure done the very next day if they told me not to eat so they couldnt sedate after I received a meal. Also fainted and suffered a head injury in the bathroom on night one when nobody came to help after following their instructions and hitting the call button. It was extremely difficult getting discharged and a consult for an additional surgery needed for a rare condition. The doctor was very abrasive and tried pressuring me into letting them perform it even though I was not comfortable with their lack of experience and preferred a specialist in that field. Im still struggling trying to get that procedure scheduled on my own a week later.

None Let me paint this picture for you. So I was once employed by them and QUIT due to the hostile environment this place once was. When I quit I started seeing Dr. Chan. She is one of the best PCP’s anyone can have unfortunately this is not her practice so rules have to be followed. So when I quit I started seeing Dr.Chan because I needed and wanted a Dr that knew what she was doing due to me having a very complicated health history. I once owed them for a bill which I made it clear to Sherry (billing) that we were living on one income so it was hard for me to make ends meet but when I was able to I would pay it. Prior to the bill being paid a medical records request was sent over in which he refused to send over because I had a balance. Made my attorney aware which then I emailed Dr. Rosen (owner of practice) on what she said and she completely denied telling me “ she wasn’t going to send over my medical request because I had a balance” she then finally sent them over to the requesting agency. I went for my physical and was seeing Dr. Chan for once again severe health issues: boom I get a bill for a balance of $50.00….. YUP $50.00 . Explain again to sherry I will pay it prior to my next appt I had scheduled with Dr. Chan. One day I decide to login to my patient portal because I was going to send Dr. Chan a message and I get transferred to Sherry. “ O hi Joanna did you not receive the letter we sent you?” No, what letter? We dismissed you from our practice . Dr. Chan will no longer be able to see you,. What? Why? Because you haven’t been keeping your appointments, I’m like what my scheduled appt hasn’t even come up yet. “O yea you have a balance of $50” ahhh that’s the real reason why. I told her you know what I’m not going to pay it now forreal send it to collections. Fast forward here we are years later and I am finally getting the proper medical attention again from a PCP I am comfortable with and like after not seeing a Dr for years and here this Sherry is again or whoever is in billing or maybe even Dr. Rosen as Sherry does run things by him from time to time and my new PCP still hasn’t gotten my medical records. Please avoid this place at all costs! They definitely aren’t in the best interest of the patients. Keep it moving I promise there is a pcp with less headaches, and better practice standards.

Jacqueline M I feel extremely blessed to be one of their patients. Dr. Chan is a wonderful addition to their staff and has treated me like a family member. She answers emails in less than 24 hours and even makes calls on her days off. The patient portal makes it very easy to communicate for refills and general questions. Dr. Rosen is the same. I love the ladies up front. A small practice like this makes it feel like a family and thats what you want from your primary care doctor. You want them to know you and this is exactly what you get with Dr.Chan and Dr. Rosen.

Dave Darling I have been going to Dr. Rosen for 17 years and can tell you he is the best doctor I have ever been to in my 60 years. He really knows his stuff, is a great listener, and the customer service is outstanding. His staff is courteous and efficient and in all the years I have been visiting his office I have never waited more than 10 minutes to see him. And whether I call him or send a note on his portal, I always receive a response within 24 hours. . . . Oh, one more thing: his persistence in having a problem in my kidney diagnosed last year probably saved my life.

shay daversa I’ve been seeing Dr. Rosen for 7 years. Both my husband and I are retired health care providers and are very particular about our own providers. Not only does Dr. Rosen have a warm and helpful staff, he also is a very thorough practitioner and good listener. Something that is of import to me is that he includes me in my own care! No “god complex” in this office. On one occasion, in Dr. Rosen’s absence, I was treated by Dr. Chan. She, also, was quite kind and proficient in diagnosing and prescribing. I highly recommend this practice and am grateful to have it in our area.

Mariah Watson Selzer Katherine Chan is the BEST doctor I have ever had here. The other female doctors I had known where there left and I need a female doctor for personal reasons and hadnt seen Dr. Chan before today. I usually research any doctor for anything before seeing one but really needed to get in for something so I made the appointment without knowing anything about her and I got lucky. She is attentive, professional, warm, understanding, down to earth, and doesnt rush you through your appointment. It was very easy to talk to her and she asked questions and answered all of mine best she could. I live 50 minutes away since recently moving away from that area but I will continue to make the drive anytime I need an appointment just to see her because its not often I get a doctor for anything who is as good of a draw as her. The support staff has always been good here as well.

Kristin Segal My mother has been a patient here for years. They have been a nightmare to work with regarding billing insurance. I provided the proof they needed to show she is still covered and now they refuse to see her and won’t return my calls. I’ve been given the runaround for months at the expense of my mother’s health. Do not bring your loved ones here. The office is the most unprofessional I’ve dealt with in my life.

Dr. Visvalingham, aka Dr. V, is very knowledgeable and effective in his field so I am confident in knowing that I am receiving the most recent and innovative approaches to managing my condition....and all totally at my consent and without pressure. His staff are all proficient in their trade as well. Warm, friendly and extremely compassionate, I never leave bruised or disappointed with incompetent staff.

Cameron G. I will tell you right now, you will regret using this office. Dr. Witten is good but the amount of times they cancel your appointments is ridiculous. The staff never seem to care. I have been trying to do a follow up since September of 2021 and it’s not February of 2022 to go over results of test I did almost a year ago. This is beyond unprofessional. They shouldn’t be in operation.

Landon McDonald, IV Highly Recommended! Dont let the disgruntled few influence your decision when selecting a Urologist. I have always found Dr. Witten and his staff to be fantastic. Dr. Witten is honest and compassionate; you can truly see how much he loves what he is doing. I have never had a negative experience with any staff member, they are kind, funny and reassuring. In particular, Paul (billing member), was so considerate and patient when I needed to make payment arrangements on a balance. It is hard enough to ask for a payment plan, but Paul made me feel extremely at ease with the process. I would highly recommend this office to everyone and anyone seeking quality urologic healthcare.

The head doctor does not listen to you and forces his opinion down your throat without considering your view. Do not visit here. The quality of service is awful

She is very thorough and her explanation and you really can tell that she loves the children she is treating. Lee ann Krisciunas Had a great experience with our Primary care pediatrician can not say enough good things about Nemours Primary Care Sanford location we always get top leave of care and attention from Dr. Yoblanca Perez Munoz she is by far the best pediatrician to see if you have a child on the spectrum she take time to make sure your child feels comfortable with her before she starts her exam with the child

Temwa Mzumara I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Wong who is absolutely AMAZING. She has a calm and reassuring presence and just made us feel cared for and that our child was safe. I feel so sad to give this hospital a low rating because Dr. Wong is just so amazing; however, one of the nurses (Shannon Nelson) was so horrible. Shannon had the worst bedside manner I think Ive ever witnessed. She had such an attitude and made us seem like we were an inconvenience to her. She was so short with us and just so rude... even with our newborn she was far from a nurturing presence. I brought it up with her and instead of apologizing she got defensive and argued that she was not being rude, though my husband and I had such a bad taste from her. Her body language, facial expressions, demeanor, and everything was just so rude she should not work pediatrics. Instead of calming and reassuring us as first time parents she had such a sick attitude that I do not want to go back, despite Dr. Wong being a phenomenal doctor. It is such a shame.

Lindsey Absolutely appalling how this dr office runs. Lack of communication, no follow up, never refills scripts thats been getting filled for 17 yrs. Incompetent front office staff. Left my child with a known heart issue and anaphylactic allergy high and dry. All this place is, is a money grab. They dont care about your child. So glad we are officially done with this office come September.

phil vogel The people at this location are kind and gentle and made me feel very comfortable, more comfortable than I have ever felt visiting a dentist or doctor. They will also work with you if you have no insurance or are low income. I was so relieved today after my tooth extraction I almost cried.

Katherine Rosales I had a 9 AM appointment, and after waiting 90 minutes.All they were going to do.Is an x ray mouth that was already done at their sister office. Then I was told that I have to make another scheduled appointment with the hygienist and then another scheduled appointment so that they can take care of the problem. Three appointments just mean they are stealing from the insurance company and the patients. I have been to multiple dentist offices that dont reschedule you to take care of a cavity or do cleanings. Its all do e in the same visit

Leah Pieplow Went there today, I am very low income, I have a hole in one of my teeth and a I’ve been struggling with it for months. When I called they told me that the Sanford location only takes kids appointments and adults have to come in the morning and wait for an appointment spot to open up, and that if I couldn’t pay in full they would send me a bill. Got there today, there was even a sign by the desk that said they would see you even if you couldn’t pay. Gave them my info for the sliding scale they said I qualified for the lowest bracket, but had to have $70 to be seen and they weren’t even sure if they could remove it because it was a wisdom tooth and they only did simple extractions there. I don’t have $70, I asked them about what I was told on the phone, she said they used to only take kid appointments but that has changed and they do not send out bills you have to pay up front then they turned me away. What am I suppose to do??? I have 1 broken tooth and 1 tooth that causes infections and I’m constantly going to the ER to get antibiotics and then having to pay for meds I can’t afford to then go to the dr and realize I can’t pay for that either so now I don’t know what I’m going to do. They need to remove their sign by the window saying they won’t turn away patients who can’t pay because it’s not true!!! I’m devastated!

nataly soto I call them asking for an appointment for my 7 year old daughter that I noticed she had a cavity, the receptionist register her and told me that because I was unemployed the first visit was going to be $70 that included the cleaning and X-rays and checkup and another day they’ll have to do cavities. The appointment was for today, I asked the receptionist if they see adults because I was having problems with one of my teeth and she told me no we do not see adults only kids unless is an emergency is hurting we can take adults I say okay sounds good. The dental assistant welcomed us she was very nice, she try to talk with my daughter and made her feel comfortable because this was my daughter first time in a dentist the dental assistant did the cleaning and after that she did the x-rays which I was not happy because of the radiation on a little girl, later on the dentist came over she seem nice but told me right away without even checking my daughters teeth that she was going to give me a referral for a pediatric dentist I was amazed and ask what are you saying? You don’t see kids here, she told me, no I’m sorry we do not have the supplies and the equipment to treat kids here we only see adults here, I was so upset and told her why they even take my daughter in if they didn’t see kids just to rob me $70 even do I have to go now on a pediatric dentist and they are going to charge me more of course but do the same that this people did. I’m very mad at them, very unprofessional, the workers don’t even know what they’re doing, what information to give. I told the receptionist at the end that we loose the time and money and she told me oh no that’s not right you already know now what she has, so what? You can not fix it I have to go to another place and spend more money. Stay away from this people.

Catherine Szczesny If I could give ZERO stars I would. I called this morning to get an appointment. Their website advises that appointments are advised. I was put on the DentaQuest insurance through Medicaid since I lost my job and I am now 7 months pregnant. The information I received from both the state and Dentaquest was that this was my designated facility to go to if I had any dental issues. I currently have a broken tooth that is very painful. I was advised by the receptionist that their facility does not have any appointments available for new patients that are considered adults. They are only seeing pediatric. I now have no where I can go. Stay away. UPDATE: (August 28, 2024) I see that this facility basically copies and pastes the same response(s) to anyone that is complaining about the service they have or have not received. I had already filed a complaint against this office with the state and the health insurance. I was made aware that this office is now being watched. Since this past Monday through the help of my insurance company I was given a different dental office who made me an appointment right away and the tooth was extracted the following morning. Again stay away from this office - they do not have any empathy for anyone. (It’s not their policy)

K Rogers My first visit to Dr. Jahigirdar and seemed very nice and pleasant, unlike her front office person, Terri. Im not sure why she treats everyone so rudely from the get go but Dr. J needs to get rid of her and find someone that can speak to people in a polite manner. Her office was empty and Im 99% sure its because of Terri.

D. Noble Dr. Jahagirdar was recommended by multiple friends. She is caring, knowledgable, and thorough. Contrary to some of the negative reviews, I found the receptionist to be very friendly. The entire staff was very pleasant. Definitely recommend!

Sandy Skiver I have been a patient of Dr. Jahagirdar since 1985 and she delivered my son in 1986. I absolutely love her and her staff! Terry and Stephanie have always been very attentive to any requests or services. I will continue to recommend Dr. J to anyone looking for a caring and kind gynecologist.

Jayde F. This office was so kind and understanding when we brought my youngest fur baby Nova Lee in for end of life care. The compassionate bed side manner from registration to the techs to the doctor was out of this world and everything me and my boyfriend needed to deal with this process since it was so unexpected. This office even gave me multiple estimates for the process and I didn’t not feel pressured or cheated by the options given to me. info Information Always a scary experience when you have to take your pet to an emergency clinic… But if that happens, and you’ve gotta do it…This is the one you wanna go. A recent situation with a golden retriever that felt it was necessary to eat a ball of yarn had us very worried about Their digestion. As always, everyone from the reception to the check out was so thoughtful and considerate and kind. Bella is very grateful and she promises not to eat any more yarn.

Jessica Hunold Thank you so much for taking care of our cat, Busch Lite, after she got a hold of my dogs carprofen. I called while on the way after contacting poison control, and the staff immediately guided us in and went over the expected procedures and protocols for her once we were there. After admission, I had called every day around 1am and 1pm to check up on her bloodwork and kidney values, and they always took the time to get back to us on her condition. There was one time they werent able to discuss when I called due to a critical patient at the time, but called us back once they were able. All of the information on her bloodwork, checks, medications, feeding, etc., were sent to me after discharge, and the care she received was very thorough. I was happy to see she even got comfortable enough to be affectionate with the staff, even in an environment that can be very stressful at times. Thank you again, I dont know what we would do without her. She means the world to us. Bonus pic of her as a tiny kitten, est. 5-6 weeks of age

Vanesa Collier Our 3 year old male cat had a urinary block and needed emergency vet assistance. He was there for 3 days and I can’t even provide the number of times my husband and I called for status updates. They answered each and every call and never made us feel that we were a bother. Every staff member was professional, compassionate, and caring.

Kristen Saenger The entire team at this location is wonderful! Everyone has been friendly and informative during our journey. They took very good care of our sweet Scout while nursing him back to good health. A special shoutout to Kelly! She is the absolute best! Her kindness, compassion and willingness to take my calls and answer my questions (even send pics) while our poor guy was in the hospital overnight for several nights really helped put my heart at ease. I slept better knowing he was in really good hands. Thanks again to an amazing team!

Justin Powers Absolutely do not come here for an emergency. The two ladies working at the front desk to check in had no clue what an EpiPen was. After my GF, who is a RN, explained she went into anaphylaxis the lady crossed it out and mentioned she wasnt even going to put it so she crossed it out on her sheet. Samantha Bornt If I could have given 0 stars I would have. My husband came in for extreme abdominal pain and vomiting. They gave him medication for the vomiting but nothing for the pain. Over a 2 hours go buy with him in extreme pain and still vomiting they finally decided to give him something for the pain.

V Torres One of the most traumatic experiences Ive gone through. The majority of staff there treat the patients with such disdain, its ridiculous. Providers dont take time to actually listen to issues that brought patients in, everything is rushed. The staff clearly view the patients as less than, due to having to be in such a facility, and display it with the way they talk down on, antagonize, and then punish the patients when they react. This is NOT a place for people to get better, especially with mental health issues. Please do better assessments of who you hire/currently have on your team. Facilities like these should only consist of people who actually care to assist others in their recovery, whatever that may be.

Samia Pizarro The most horrible experience I have ever had in my life was at this place. The person who does the assessment is the most unethical person you will ever meet. She is totally disrespectful, sarcastic, arrogant and her look is pure mockery. She threw comments at me, ridiculed me in front of my son and my son reacted aggressively towards me because of her. She provoked a situation between me and my son who has mental problems. All this happened because of something so simple, I am legally the guardian of my adult son and she could not understand that I am the one who signs my sons medical papers. Unbelievable. Shame on you for not respecting the law.

Heaven Field Was nervous due to the reviews and you never know what you get with a government entity. But my visit was great. I had two appointments (physical and vaccine) that started at 8. Walked in a couple minutes early and was seen right away. All the ladies we encountered directly were super nice to me and my son. Even people we didn’t speak to were saying hi to my son. Was in and out in 1 hours 15 minutes. Even the call to make the appointments was smooth.

Taylor Courtney I rarely post a review, but I had a really good experience here! The building itself is very clean and seems updated. The people and processes were great too. The ladies I interacted with were above kind and helpful and I just appreciated it. Never know what a state funded agency is going to be like and I was pleasantly surprised.

Cynthia Lopez Went in at 8 a.m. as soon as they opened for Vital Statistics for birth certificates. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! As long as you follow the directions on the application. Just need application and ID/drivers license if you are the parent of the child or its for yourself. Easy, quick, service for Certified Copies. Now Im ready for our cruise!

Ik Don’t rely on them to treat your parents. They don’t care about Their patients they will treat you like a garbage. They only are there to make money. For two hours, they made us wait online they literally speak like they own us. They don’t care about somebody else waiting for two hours without the doctor coming I would have never gone to them only if the insurance was only giving us option to go there but now I guess I would change the insurance Many many other issues with this facility and the same in Lake Mary beware of them even their management sucks

Diestler Delores I did not have appointment however I walked in as I needed a letter for me job which needed my doctor to write. The staff was incredibly nice and they fit me in and did not even wait terribly long. Very much appreciated them working with me.

NyAsia Baker Appointment was at 11AM. They asked me to arrive 30 minutes early at 10:30 AM which I did and now theyve informed me that it will be 1:00pm before I even see the doctor. They placed me back in the waiting room. Please have your staff learn to schedule your patients accordingly and not overbook or double book. When I asked the estimated wait time, I was told "shes busy!" I can clearly see that because youve scheduled 5-6 different patients for the same appointment time and only have one provider working. Seems like are double and even triple booking for monetary reasons. I could have scheduled a later appointment and gone to work, now I have to work out extra time off with my job. This is my first time here and I will be changing my PCP after this appointment. I will not be returning. Exam rooms could be cleaner as well.
