Zach Stahl I have been going to this clinic for years. I like it and the staff is friendly. But the number you have listed for the clinic on google doesnt work. I can never get ahold of a real person to schedule an appointment, no matter what number I press with the automated service. Someone please, fix the number listed on google so that I can call and make an appointment.

Kathy, up front, and the ladies drawing blood are all helpful and professional. I moved out by Bay PInes but still go to this clinic due to the people here. Well done.

Barbara Kim I went to this location earlier today and, sure, the wait was a little long. This is understandable at an urgent care though and we should all understand that. More importantly, the quality of care was fantastic. I was seen by Kristin, one of the PAs at this location. She was amazing! She gave me a good checkup, told me what I needed, and did everything very speedily. Thank you to everyone working at this facility!

Nora Bell This team is an amazing. Every time I have been here it has been a great experience. I am saying thing as someone who also ends up there later in the evening. So the fact the team does so great always is iconic. I highly recommend. I just recently went in and remembered it was the same location I was at last year when I was nearly hospitalized. Last year I was living alone and no family and the team let me rest in the room I was in to make sure I didnt need further medical care. I was near my death bed and had no insurance. However the team was awesome and upfront with the costs. More than anything the ladies here are all so genuine and slay.

David Moldauer I needed to get a drug test done for my job and the Walgreens I initially chose was backed up for 4 hours. I looked online and found TGH down the street. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They were very knowledgeable there and didnt make me fill out a ton of paperwork. The nurse, Sandra was fantastic. I had taken my wife to another TGH clinic a few months ago and a great experience there as well. Highly recommend them over any other walk in clinics Ive tried in the past.

Fast efficient treatment and all personnel involved in our care were very friendly, helpful, and patient. Made certain that we understood everything before we left. Blood work, chest x-ray, stress test, echcocardigram, Every single staff member that I came in contact with started with saying there name and explained the procedure I was about to under take. Everyone was always caring, kind and very patient. The nurse assigned to me was awesome, a definite credit to the nursing profession. Kelly Klein From the time my husband and I arrived at triage to holding our newborn baby on my chest, about an hour and a half elapsed. That in mind, things progressed rather quickly for us and at times, it was a challenge to stay present. Luckily, that wasn’t too much of an issue because of how “on top of it” the staff at Baby Place was from start to finish. The triage nurses were efficient and encouraging, the labor and delivery nurses were so kind, professional and supportive and made sure I was able to fulfill my birth plan in its entirety. The mom baby nurses were attentive and engaging and took really good care of us and our baby. The lactation consultants were also so insightful and provided me with so many helpful tips to ensure that my goal of breastfeeding exclusively will be possible and so far, my breastfeeding experience has been awesome. We are home now and I feel nothing but satisfaction and appreciation when I reflect on my birth experience. If / when we decide to have a second child, there is no doubt in my mind that we will choose Baby Place again.

Minnie Tisdale This Hospital is the BEST, with experienced doctors, knowledgeable staff, ALL providing EXTRAORDINARY care, showing love, and empathy with the best bedside manners. In 2010, My daughter was born premature at 2.5lbs, 29weeks. She spent 6weeks in the NICU. I just cant say enough about the care she received and thank God for the Doctors and Nursing staff that cared for her. Shes 14 years old now, smart, strong and thriving!!! Thank you John Hopkins All Childrens Hospital, for the care you provide DAILY to help restore our childrens health ❤️

Amanda Rhea I can not say enough ANAZING things about this hospital. They go out of their way to make every visit comfortable for your children and reassuring for the parents. They are very considerate of all the possible needs of your young child and care deeply about ensuring their safety and making sure that they feel safe and part of the process rather than just making decisions for them without any care or concern for their desires or needs. They try to give options whenever possible to my daughter rather than asking me what I prefer because she is the patient after all not I. Don’t get me wrong I always have the ability to override but it’s wonderful having her be able to make decisions after so much of her life has been taken out of her control. This place is EXCEPTIONAL from the parking staff janitors, and the Doctors themselves. Thank you for going above and beyond always

Kate Gogolen I wish I could leave a 5 star review, as I did several years ago. When my son was five, he was diagnosed with a kidney disease, and we turned to John Hopkins Hospital for treatment. The doctors, nurses and staff were amazing - we loved them all. Thanks to their care, my son went into remission, and we didnt need to return. Fast forward 12 years, and my began experiencing issues again. Naturally, I called to make an appointment, expecting the same quality of care. Unfortunately, my experience was quite different. The receptionist was incredibly rude. She asked if my son was a new patient, and I explained that he had been seen 12 years ago, unsure if that would considered "new". I provided all of our information, yet she insisted that my son had never been to their facility. I know where my son had his biopsy and received treatment - his pediatrician even fax over documentation from their office. Despite this, she continued to argue with me. Wanting the best care for my son, I proceeded with scheduling an appointment anyway. The day of our visit, we were unexpectedly delayed be a funeral procession in front of our local VA hospital. This took some time, as the officer did not immediately direct traffic after the procession had passed. AS a result, we arrive about 10 minutes late. When we checked in, we were once again told my son was a new patient and needed to complete all the paperwork. I began filling it out, only to have a nurse come out and announce that the doctor would not see us and has finished her day. I explained our delay, which was entirely beyond our control, but it didnt matter. their solutions? the next available appointment was two months away. I completely understand policies regarding lateness, but in this case, it was unavoidable. If a doctor lacks the understanding and compassion to accommodate such circumstances, I dont want them treating my child anyway. Combined with the unprofessional and dismissive front office staff, I can confidently say I will return or recommend this facility for nephrology. My sons health is my priority, and i have no problem traveling elsewhere to ensure he gets the care he deserves. If is also very unfortunate that in the same week we also found his has a heart condition. It would have been great to have gone to John Hopkins for both as they are in the same facility.

george wright I recently moved from Colorado to Florida, and I was experiencing a major medical issue. On the advice of my daughter, a nurse who lives in Baltimore, I went into the St. Petersburg General Hospital Emergency Room. I was tremendously impressed with the facility, the professionalism and efficiency of the staff, and the way I was treated with kindness and caring attitudes. This experience exceeded all my expectations, and I very much appreciated everyone involved including Greg, the initial lobby contact, and Casey, the wonderful nurse practitioner. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone seeking immediate medical attention.

From the moment I began my treatment, the entire team made me feel like a priority. Each therapist, whether it was physical, occupational, or speech therapy, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion. The team took the time to understand my unique needs and goals, crafting personalized therapy plans that truly made a difference in my recovery. They were always patient, encouraging, and dedicated, ensuring I felt motivated to push myself further while maintaining a supportive environment. Their positive attitude and commitment to helping me improve were evident in every session. I particularly appreciated how the therapists communicated with me throughout the process, providing clear explanations and offering guidance on exercises to work on outside of the therapy room. It’s evident that they genuinely care about their patients well-being and recovery. Thanks to their expertise and encouragement, I’ve made significant progress and feel more confident in my abilities. Sandy Sego Simply the best. Very intelligent and great personality. Had 2 colonoscopies and 1 endoscopy by him. All went well. He removed my polyps both times. It appears he did his residency at a Yale U hospital which is very impressive. I moved away from Pinellas County and have yet to find another doctor like him that I would trust

Meyre S Doctors like him that make the insurance so high and why some procedures are denied by insurance. Wanted to do 2 procedures that are done together in 2 separate surgeries within a week of each other and gave me a rediculess excuse that he didn’t want my mother under anathesia for that long. Both procedures together take about 40min and my mother has no heart problem or ever had problems with anathesia and is only a routine procedure part of her yearly physical. The only reason he wanted to do it in 2 procedure is so he get a bigger pay out by the insurance. If he does it all in one surgery visit the 2nd procedure gets paid at a discount rate. I know this because this is what I do for a living. Canceled both procedures if he did’t do it tigether and will find another specialist that will do it together like it should be done.

Dwarrenee Hughes This hospital in the small community of Pinellas Park is a hidden gem. No big city overcrowded waiting rooms. No take a number an wait to be called in the ER. I am often wary of new medical environments and stick to places I know. This is conveniently located about 2 miles straight down from my home. I have never felt more comfortable in a hospital environment. The nurses, the techs and all the support staff are welcoming. They work really well together. The place feels familial. I had a health incident after surgery and the response was so on point. Fast, specific and at the same time nurturing. I felt SAFE. I am incredibly grateful to the 3rd floor staff for my care and recovery.

Bob Trumble The entire staff provided excellent service and care. My surgeon, Dr Cohen, did did a great job. The hospital seemed a bit aged and worn, but fully functional. I did my pre-admission interview in the lobby, and the surgical cubicles were squeezed along a narrow hall with barely enough room for stretchers or equipment to pass. All functional but not up to the bar set by St Anthony.

Her office staff was just as pleasant and refreshing. Their commitment to patient care and concern deserves a 5-star rating. Dr. Rao was so kind and willing to hear my concerns without interjecting her medical response, but responded as a human doing (lol) She sat as I explained my condition and what was happening in my body without interruption. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a Dr. that will listen to your concerns 1st, then give wisdom as to whats next.

She then drops me as a patient out of the blue while needing a thyroid prescription refilled because I saw another Physician for weight-loss. I went to this other office for that because she made me feel horrible when I enquired with her about it. She stated that office is also primary care so she will no longer see me since I went there. She literally left me hanging after lab work with no thyroid prescription refill. What kind of Physician does that? Apparently one that doesnt care about my health. Ill gladly switch. Good riddance!

P. Short My entire adult family has been going to Dr Patel for over 20 years. She has taken exceptionally good care of us and we are all very confident in her approach to medical care. She is thoughtful, explores all angles, explains your situation and gives multiple options for treatment, allows the patient to be involved. Dr Patel takes her time to answer all questions, never rushing through. She even helps you with your insurance company, trying to make sure she is not going to break your bank to get proper care. She is also the only doctor I know that will actually call your insurance company and fight for you. In a pinch I like NP Pauline, and other family members see NP Debra Jackson,, but Dr Patel is who I ask for every time.

Elle W I had been a patient with Dr. Patel and her husband who she referred me to for gastroenterology. Needless to say they both have the same bed side manner. They can’t be bothered, lack concern, only see you as a dollar sign. They are mostly concerned with revolving door patients to make the money. Kirti and yes, I used her first name as I have no respect for her as a physician. She was busy trying to make more money and decided to do vein therapy in her office and bought a machine. I was left with 4th degree burns/permanent scars on my lower extremity and hospitalized by her to never received an apology. She needs to retire from practicing medicine as she lost the true focus of caring for patients.

Sandy Smith Dr Patel is my family doctor. What doctors still do hospital visits? She does. I had hip surgery in which she is not my doctor for the procedure but she still made a point to come visit me in the hospital. When Ive shared issues at my appointment, she makes sure she covers all my concerns with thorough testing and/or her knowledge.

Kelly Curtis I was referred to her from my knee surgeon, so today was my first visit. She was personable, professional and appeared genuinely interested in me. She even inquired regarding some questions that were never asked before, so I walked away with a high degree on confidence with her skill. Never did I feel rushed and her staff were equally delightful. I would recommend her to anyone.

Chris Branscum Went in today for a slip and fall at work had to listen to all of the nurses on duty talking about their most morbid cases and which doctors house they were going to party at . I understand we are supposed to have fun but some discussions about sensitive cases. Its easy yall close the door easy fix. And I never usually write reviews on anything but I also overheard the staff talking about leaving themselves good google reviews. Im sorry but if you want good google reviews then maybe you should try doing things the right way and people will leave you good reviews so if you happen to be in an ambulance they will take you anywhere so if they give you a choice avoid Northside emergency if you can.

Jeff Rockwood I arrived via ambulance around 8 pm on a Saturday. I stayed in the ER until about 6:30 pm on Sunday. I did not know my diagnosis and needed to connect the dots of where I was heading. I asked to see someone in charge so they can explain my condition. Christian, the charge nurse came over and spoke to me. He was very informative. I had on an Eagles shirt, and I mentioned that I wanted to watch the Superbowl. Christian promised me that I would be able to do that. Well, just before kickoff, I was moved to a room in 2 West and was able to watch the game. Shoutout to Christian!! Go Eagles!!

Shannon Whitfield At one of the most painful and horrible time in my life I went to the emergency room at HCA North side hospital .where I received the best and most quickest care from the moment i entering the door . The nurses were very professional and knew exactly what I need to feel comfortable and cared for . All I can say is thank you to the nursing staff , care givers , house keeping, and most of all the Drs that grace these floors . You precious people are nothing but walking angels . Stoo S. This was a several years ago, but... Warning, I believe they only want business from easy patients. She insisted Id been drinking or using pain killers. I guess they didnt believe I hadnt, because when my next blood test was better, they implied I drank less or used less painkillers. Ive only ever used ibuprofen and they said it wouldnt cause what they saw in the previous test. One day I wanted to make an appointment and they said I wasnt on file, and they said that could happen if I hadnt been there in a year. I accepted that. Except I checked my last appointment, and it was less than a year. Ill just assume they didnt believe me before, to the point they didnt want me there. Its a shame, because I live nearby. I have a new doctor elsewhere who Im happy with. I told my new doctor that Pudar said I had a fatty liver after getting a test at a hospital, but my new doctor said you cant see that from that test. I guess it was for insurance money. Kind of hard to rate a place that doesnt show up on google maps by default. Even though Im looking directly at the location on the map. Had to remember the name to find it in search results. (and this is why Ive added the same review to where it CAN be seen at the same location, and the same doctor works there)

Larrence Reid WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! They sent me a text reminder of my appointment and the address they include in the reminder sends me to a completely different place. I call the number included in the reminder and the prompts do not allow me to talk to a real person to get directions. If they can’t get this correct, I would NOT trust them with my health care needs and wouldn’t recommend you to do so either!!! Beware!

Alli G I am not one to leave reviews or even bad ones at that, but I am so tired of piss poor healthcare. I had an ultrasound schedule in October through Hurricane Milton, I called to see if they were still open the day before the storm but no one answered and I found out when I drove down they had closed. No biggie, I get it, it’s the day before a hurricane but you could have called. I call to reschedule my ultrasound the day after the storm, they cannot get me in for 1 month . I reschedule, take off work, my fiancé takes off work, we arrive for our 8:30 appointment at 8:15 to find out an employee named Jessica had canceled my appointment. No one can tell me why, no comments in the note box as to why the appointment was canceled. It’s now 9:00 they had the ultrasound technician come out to talk to me. As the receptionist tells me someone called you and left a voicemail to reschedule. I said I spoke with someone and they asked if I could come in at a different day, I said I am schedule to scrub into surgery at work all week I can’t reschedule, I requested this time off. She replied “ no worries, we will move someone else” have a nice day. The ultrasound technician offers me to wait around for the day to see if someone cancels and she can work me in as I am scheduled to be at work at 10:30. As I was sitting there 3 other women had already approached the window annoyed asking if they are running behind. The ultrasound tech was put to talk to me when she should be doing other women’s ultrasound. I found that to be silly, she seemed way overworked. Then she offered to schedule my appointment again. I am already 36 weeks, it had taken me 2 months to get the appointment after showing up twice and appointment was canceled without my knowledge. I am so disappointed and upset. No one was apologetic or remorseful as if my time TWICE DID NOT MATTER. By the time they could schedule me for a third time, I would be pay my due date. So much for checking my baby’s heart to make sure it’s okay. I work in healthcare. I am a X-ray tech, nurse and a office manager. This practice is run so piss poor they should be ashamed. Needless to say I walked out declining a 3rd appointment. What is the point so they can waste my time again..

Deborah Miller Unprofessional. Unpleasant. No empathy. No patients=No job/No income/No money. Patients are customers. Some of these "ladies" need a customer service course!

LA Roos Dr Maloney has been our care giver of choice for the past 3 years. We respect and trust his recommendations. He has always taken time to answer all if our questions during ourvisits and has called us after hours to ensure e everything was covered to our satisfaction. We have seen 2 other Drs within the practice, however he is our favorite.

Bob Moody Baycare was right to part ways with this Dr. I saw him today at the VA at Bay Pines as my new Primary. Wondered why he would leave Baycare and go with the VA. I read his previous reviews after my 4 minute visit after 50 minutes waiting. All the bad reviews described him to a the T. Smug and very dismissive. Was not just me. Will not go back. Too bad the VA did not do a better job vetting this guy.

Daniel Walsh Just got an email that he is leaving 03/03/24!. Dr. Parish is by far the worst doctor you can ever imagine. He has zero bedside manner, and is very condescending. He seems to be on the spectrum or totally detached like a dead-eyed soulless robot.Thank God hes leaving. Ill find a real doctor now. Just because you can make it through medical school doesnt mean you should be a doctor. There should be some kind of a process in place to keep clowns like this out of the profession.

JP Lansdale I recently had an appointment with Dr. Parish instead of my usual doctor and, regrettably, I must share that my experience was far from satisfactory. During our consultation, I expressed concerns about running out of a medication that is critical for my well-being and for me to function in the world around me, particularly because missing doses can lead to severe withdrawal symptoms. Unfortunately, Dr. Parishs response was dismissive, simply stating "you are not going to die" which, while technically true, ignored the seriousness of the potential withdrawal effects and my immediate health concerns. In the end, he definitely did not rush to help me out either and my regular doctor had to step in. Moreover, I found Dr. Parish to lack the empathy and regard I expect from a healthcare professional. This interaction not only made me feel undervalued as a patient but also left me with significant unease about my healthcare management under his care. I believe that all patients deserve to feel heard and supported by their medical providers, and it is crucial for a physician to address patient concerns with understanding and professionalism. Unfortunately, I did not experience this with Dr. Parish, and I am compelled to advise others to consider these factors when choosing a healthcare provider.

Stacey I feel this doctor did not practice compassion during my visit. He did not exam me, listen to my heart or provide an understanding or explanation of my symptoms. I felt rushed during my visit and I felt as I was more of an inconvenience of his time. He can improve by practicing active listening and have knowledge of the symptoms I expressed. I also believe if he does not want to work past 4pm on a Friday he should adjust his schedule so the patient does not feel rushed. I have seen several different doctors while attending other appointments and if he is the only available doctor, I will reschedule. Your other doctors I personally met are excellent, whom practice care and concern. In my professional opinion this doctor may need to practice his personal skills in compassion and time management. Thank you!

Lynn & Paul He arrived 20 minutes late for my appt. With no regard. He spent a total of 6 minutes with me. Did not test for strep, was entirely dismissive of my pain levels and stated “well I’m a doctor I don’t have a magic wand” when asked if he knew approx length of recovery. He was flippant and probably the worst provider I’ve ever encountered.

Bryor Mosley Had an okay experience with the PA when I was here. However, the place was a wreck. All my labs were ordered incorrectly, and when I called twice to follow up, I was hung up on and then transferred to a random voicemail without speaking to anyone. I was trying to set up a new PCP but I will be going elsewhere now.

katrina headley Absolutely horrible office I would not refer them to my worst enemy. They sent my blood work to the wrong provider that my insurance does not take back in April and I have been contacting them since them to advise them of their error. They have not fixed it yet and making excuses and not returning calls Ashley Carlene and Sharicka has all displayed less than poor customer service skill I have even sent messages to Dr G which have gone unanswered. I was just reading other reviews and I am not the only one having bill issues from this office.

Dianne Patton Ive only been a patient for a short period of time, but seems like a lifetime. They welcomed me with open arms. I initially moved to St. Pete in August 2020. I started having problems with my blood sugar. January 2021, I had not completed the paper work for intake as a new patient and Dr. E advised that I stop by the office and they would bring the medical device outside to me to take my blood sugar as I was not feeling well. That was the first of many appointments. They have gone above and beyond. By far Dr. E isn’t perfect, but he sure does push to make sure his patients are well taken cared for.

Adams Susan Nousiainen “Susie” Dr Eckstein and staff were all very welcoming and professional. I was made to feel very comfortable. Time seemed to be of no importance as the doc took a lot of time asking questions and recording my responses. Dr E seemed truly interested in my case, and I felt like I had finally found a physician who cares. It is a full service office, as my blood was taken there, making a trip to a lab unnecessary.

Maggie McKay By far the worst medical facility I have ever been too. Bathroom smells like pee and is filthy, staff is mostly rude and unhelpful. I wanted to like this office so badly but they are extremely unprofessional and can’t keep track of the things they have told me. They never answer the phone or return calls and refuse to send my prescription to the pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews but as someone who doesn’t want anyone to go through what I went through I am leaving this message. Please Improve.
