Michael Cirillo Very Knowledgeable but somewhat brusque. Obviously an ER doctor needs less bedside manner than a GP but he was more than a bit off putting. However his diagnosis and explanations were spot on.

sumyyah Jackson Dr. Michael W Forsthoefel has been my families Doctor 18 plus years. He saved my moms life after recovering from a massive stroke (aneurysum). Hes very through and cares about all his patients. He takes his time to go visit his patients bed side as well. I am so glad hes my doctor and wouldnt trade him for anyone else.

Dylan Jackson Dr. Forsthoefel and his nurse team at TMH emergency center will provide you with the best care possible. My dad had to go to the ER yesterday and when I heard the name of the doctor I knew we were in good hands. Dr. Forsthoefel will continue to better the medical community here in Tallahassee.

Concerned Tallahasseean Any doctor that will prescribe an antibiotic over the phone without even seeing a patient is an imbecile! I cannot get over the fact that my mother called and was able to have an over the phone diagnosis and prescribe her, not a light antibiotic mind you, but one of the heaviest antibiotics available! Now she is still sick and has been taking the darn Zpack for 3-4 days. Michael W. Forsthoefel has been my parents doctor for as long as I can remember. I say its time for them to go to someone who will actually put their actual "HEALTH" first. This type of irresponsible health care should not be tolerated. This is just how its been for too long now... the good ol boy choice. Sure lets go with Dr. Forsthoefel because half of Tallahassee is with him. If you are reading this and are looking for a doctor, please do the right thing and look elsewhere. Just because a doctor has a name thats well known isnt always a good thing. On top of that, when is the last time any of his patients have gone in and actually seen him and not one of his assistants? When you get too big that you cannot give adequate care, its time to go back to more personal approaches and start actually providing people with personal health care instead of over the phone diagnosis followed by crazy unnecessary prescriptions!

Mary Kucek Hes one of my favorites and the best PCP in Tallahassee. He cares, orders the tests, and follows up. He never made me feel rushed or stupid with my endless questions. Few are like him, and I appreciate him actually caring about my health and wellness.

(8) Reviews Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare:

Courtesy Review I’m a new patient, as I moved to the area, and liked the new doctor a lot. However, I got an order for “breast ultrasound complete” that was referred to Women’s Imaging Center, whom I called to make an appointment and was told that they don’t do complete, only targeted? I then discussed with TMH Wakulla again, who told me than only after mammogram they’ll let me know if ultrasound order will be issued. I’ve been getting ultrasound every 6 months and actually also got the order here from their doctor, so I don’t understand why the nurse/front desk is blocking it? Looked to me that they are only referring to Women’s Imaging who don’t do this for some strange reason and won’t refer to any other place? Posting here in hopes someone higher up can help with this simple matter, as I’d prefer to stick with this place due to very nice doctor and close proximity to my home. I just want to do an ultrasound that I’m due for and I’m paying for, not sure why isn’t this possible after I got the doctor’s order?

lauren gillespie I just moved to Wakulla, FL and decided to change to a new Primary Dr. located in that area. I also wanted a Family Dr who could see me, and my son. We just had our first visit with Dr. Krakovec she was hands down the most pleasant physician Ive ever had. She listened to all my questions, and concerns for myself, and my child. I highly recommend this Physician for youre healthcare needs. The office staff was also very nice. They got us in on time, no long wait. Very professional atmosphere. The nurse Jesse was amazing!

David Prince I received excellent care from the time that I walked through the door. The nursing staff is highly knowledge and very kind and I appreciated that since my health was so bad when I came in. I cannot thank you enough for all that each and every person between the ER and The nursing staff that carried for me after I was admitted.

Tommy Laurent HCA has a great team of people in the ER. They helped me when I could not help myself and I am very thankful for their skill and professionalism. They ensured that my healing process would work! To all the team; Thank you, Sincerely Tom L.

Michael Blain The service provided was fast and efficient. The seven-hour wait between being told I was being admitted and being transferred to a room sitting in a very small treatment room alone with a broken TV was less than enjoyable.

Judith Floyd The nursing staff is spectacular.especially John and Mandy in ICU but frankly all have been attentive.. Dr. Pandit and Dr. Sampson are on top of things and inspire confidence. There has been a bit of a disconnect between some doctors and the food is truly terrible. That should be an easy fix.

R D We cant get an eye appointment until 8 weeks out. No other optometrist takes CHP in the area, ophthalmologists are all booked, so its pay $120 or wait. Do better CHP.

Julia Collins My review is for the LabCorp at this location. Ive been here several times, its never staffed to meet the demand for the number of the people who come in the morning, and they have been rude at just about every visit. Im sitting here with 15 people in the waiting room, and not one person has been taken back since we all arrived 20 minutes ago. CHP, please consider how this can be improved!

Diane Lynn The Governors Square facility could use a course in customer service/personnel service. The receptionist asked for for my husbands drivers license. He complied. Then I asked "do you need mine?" She replied, "no, I would have asked." We have appointments scheduled for next year, but I dread going to this facility because it isnt patient friendly. The place makes me uncomfortable. Dr. Included. This is the Eye center.

Nicole Lowery Their lab is fantastic. Quick, efficient, awesome. My physician experience wasn’t great. It took me forever to find a primary care provider when I moved to Tallahassee. I finally got in at TPCA and every doctor visit I had, I was there 1-1.5 hrs watching my doctor “google” my symptoms, look up labs, etc. never remembered my chart when I came in for follow-ups. That provider abruptly left the practice and I had to start my physician search all over again. I thought it would be easy to be transferred to another provider but it was a horrific experience. You have to call each individual provider and see if they are accepting new patients. Finally was told I could transfer to another physician, they just needed to review my chart- I was denied because I “wasn’t a good match”. I’m not complicated at all. I needed two maintenance meds refilled, no serious medical issues, healthy weight… no idea what I needed to do to be a “good fit”. Emailed admin to express my frustration and no response. No problem leaving TPCA, although I truly miss their lab folks!

Timothy Johnson Reviews of any medical practice will always be subjective. My experience of American healthcare has been mixed to say the least. Insurance companies can certainly go to hell. I lived in Tallahassee for eight years and was a patient of Dr Wallace the whole time. He is a personable and caring man with a pleasant and competent team of nurse practitioners around him. I was recommended Dr Wallace by a colleague at FSU and never looked back. The lab on the first floor is very convenient and they also do some imagining on site. This was the single best medical industry experience Ive had in my fourteen years in the US. Im now back in NYC with some of the best doctors in the world but that doesnt guarantee a good overall experience. Thank you Dr Wallace and colleagues!

Crystal Porcella I had an outstanding balance because I was a single mom living paycheck to paycheck, something I guess a doctor couldnt relate to. I did pay the balance and AFTER I spent money I didnt really have when I called to make an appt, they notified I was no longer a patient of mine. That was the only notification I received. What a way to take care of patients. Also, if you are interested in going here make sure you dont mind seeing a nurse practitioner all the time. I was a patient for 4 years and maybe seen the actual doctor twice.

my potato I had an exceptional experience at this practice. Dr. Bailey and his team listened attentively and took care of my needs with genuine compassion. Despite my lengthy and complex medical history, they handled everything with professionalism. I am beyond grateful and will be a loyal patient for life.

Mark Hamill It looks like all the bad reviews are either user error and/or over a year old. I went for the first time yesterday and it was great. Short wait. Very personable staff. Never felt rushed. I’d recommend TPCA to anyone in town.

Kristy Clark-Doskocil The PCP that I have has said multiple things incorrectly in regards to my health records, previous surgeries and medicine. I have contacted the VA Advocate about these issues and my concerns and the Advocate forwards them to the clinic instead of sending me to somewhere that can actually help resolve my issues. The next place to contact will be the congressman.
2 /5
Dr. Jerry T. This is the biggest joke in the VA. You wait on hold for over an hour. Then put on hold again. Then get a person that could care less about you or helping. The Administrator of this Zoo needs a week long inspection. Must not know there job or hired under DEI. After hurricane Michael this place became a dump. I am sorry this is all a veteran has to look forward to, for medical care. Good Luck and be honest with your evaluation of this place.

Debbie Price I’ve taken my friend here several times. Today was more critical. The service begins at the front door snd continues to each area. Labs. Mental health Primary care etc. I was totally amazed of the wonderful service at each step we had And every clerk nurse doctor was more than exceptional. I was shocked. And most people remembered him. A ten star review

Eddie Dybalski One of the worst VA facilities you can go to. Everything’s about three to four months out. Or you can wait 8 weeks for the community care referral to go through. That’s about it. CAU is useless too. Don’t want to help, just they want you to leave.

Mikell Furney I evacuated from Tampa under FEMA orders. The Governor had past a of a heritage act which allows veterans to get prescriptions filled at any pharmacy in the heritage foundation for free. I called the call center and they told me to go to the clinic pharmacy and they would take care of it. When I went to the pharmacy at the clinic I was told to sit down they take care of it. I sat for 20 minutes for the same guy to come back and tell me that I had to go to the urgent Care section and be triage by a nurse, then see a doctor so he could write a prescription! I asked to speak to the supervisor of the pharmacy. I waited about 10 minutes to talk to him. Like a parrot he repeated the protocol garbage. I kept repeating that this was a FEMA emergency that I had been ordered to evacuate and my prescription refill was in the mail to my home Tampa. I was trying to refill an antidepressant I only had one pill left. I wasnt going to wait in line to go to see a doctor for a prescription that I already had in my records. I left. After finding out more information about the heritage act online I went to Publix that was more than happy to comply and give me a 30-day supply, however I had to pay $25 out of pocket. Its not the money thats the complaint. Its the VA they kept stating over and over as if it was a rehearse thing between everyone that I talk to saying its"protocol" well as far as Im concerned you know what they can do with their protocol. I could not believe that they treated me with such ignorance, disdain and lack of empathy!!! I plan to get a hold of my Congress person as soon as this emergency has calmed down I am back in Tampa now. Where it is never been a problem if I didnt get my prescriptions on time to go to the pharmacy and get a few days worth of medicine as long as it wasnt a narcotic. I did speak with the person who said he was the supervisor of the pharmacy this was on the 9th of October. I do hope someone is held accountable for their error. I plan on reporting it to the governor also seeing as how he saw fit to pass a law that provided for veterans that were displaced due to his orders! I need to also let you know that Im in chronic pain which Im due to be treated for this coming week. I was also wearing a boot on my foot because of a injury when the supervisor took me to the emergency care he walked as if he was going to a fire with no regard for me! There was no one else in line at the pharmacy I was the last person. ###

Dr. Satish C Mital MD

Address: 1300 Medical Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32308

(10) Reviews Dr. Satish C Mital MD:

No Name The worst doctor I have ever been exposed to. He doesnt listen to the patient and makes remarks that he then wont explain. Thin skinned and gets defensive at the slightest comment that he perceives as criticism. Mr Mital seems to think its OK to try to try to create fear and anxiety in his patients. This man is doing harm and I regret ever meeting him.
2 /5
Karen Roberts I highly recommend Dr. Mital for any patient. He has been my moms doctor for years, she’s near her 96th birthday, and he has always taken excellent care of her. He is very attentive to her needs and complaints, very thorough, professional and even has a sense of humor.I have never been turned away but have been told I should go to ER because they had the equipment needed to quickly get a handle on her problem and they were right. The staff is great. I was recently told by an ems nurse that Dr. Mital in his opinion was the best there was.
5 /5
Steven Morris Dr. Mital is my doctor, my mothers, my wifes and was my late fathers Dr. He is attentive and thorough. He explains things in terms a layman can understand. He detected a blood clot in my leg when a sports medicine doctor told me my swelling was just something i needed to get used to. His staff is very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend him.

lilmrscutie68 Rate them I give them a negitive 10. My mother has been a patient of Dr. Mitals for over 10 years. She had to go to the ER on Saturday with a severe case of plurasy, they told her she needed to follow up with her doctor in 5 days. Monday she called and got an appt for Wed the 19th. Momma rode for over an hour to get there as she lives 50 miles from Tallahassee. Upon arrival she was told she DID NOT have an appt and they refused to see her, told her if she needed to see a doctor to go to the ER. They wouldnt even try to work her in. It was clearly obvious that my 72 yr old Mom was very sick and in a lot of pain and they turned her away.

Janise DeVore Not a very good diagnostician. OK for general health upkeep but not very good with elderly patients. Seems to just cast their concerns aside. Would rather send to the ER then see you.

(30) Reviews Tallahassee Primary Care Associates: Williams Gregory A DO:

Kimberly Maignan July 2022 This is a review of the office staff at Dr. Williams office. I cant review Dr. Williams because the staff made it impossible to even see the Doctor. My review is long but I would recommend that you stay away from this office. I called the office in either April or May 2022 to ask if they were accepting new CHP patients, they were. Here is the Red flag that I didnt notice then but is very apparent now. They wouldnt set up a new patient appointment without you filling out the new patient paperwork. Which wouldnt be so bad if you they could e-mail or fax it to you. No, you have to pick it up and drop it back off. Week went by, no word. Called and left message. No return call. Wait a few more days, called again multiple times, no one answers and no message prompt. Finally get them on the phone, the person who sets the appointments is busy or not available. She will call you, no timeline if when that would be. Waited another two weeks. Went through the whole call, repeat, leave msg cycle. Finally talk to a different person who apologized because they were understaffed but they had the paperwork and would be in touch soon to set up an appointment. Soon never happened. Month later did the call, message cycle again. Got someone else on the phone and was told the Doctor wasnt accepting new patients. More than 2 months wasted due to staff incompetence. While I blame the staff I also blame the doctor because he is in charge of his office and he is allowing his office to be run this way. Update 2/16/23 After being told that they arent accepting new patients my Husband gets a voicemail yesterday telling him he has an appointment on the 24th. It had been so long he had no idea who it was and he hadnt set up anything. He called them and realized who it was. The office explained that they are now accepting new patients and processed his paperwork and set an appointment for him. Wow.

Alix Kalfin Updated 2/22/2021 - We spend days trying to get through to someone in the office but they do not answer their phones, do not call you back, and the pharmacy that received the prescription from Dr. Williams cant get through to them so my son has been unable to get the medicine he needs in order to breathe. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DOCTOR! THEY ARE NOT MANAGED WELL AND DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. We love the doctor, nurse practitioner, and nurses but the office staff are not easy to work with and this has been the case for years. We will continue to see this family doctor because we can all be seen (ages newborn to adult) but have thought about leaving and going to another practice because of the front office staff.

AC Having been a patient of Dr Williams for 10 years, I can confidently say that this office no longer has the capacity nor resources to provide quality patient care. I believe Dr Williams is getting ready to retire and its prolonging his departure from medicine. And so patients are suffering because of it. Look for any other doctor in town.

(17) Reviews Tallahassee Memorial Urgent Care Center on Tennessee Street:

Nemi Bonnie The doctor I saw today provided a terrible experience. She walked into the room standing and never sat down, making the interaction feel rushed and impersonal. She didn’t ask to see what caused my allergic reaction, and when I showed her the product, she stood with her arms crossed, showing no interest in even looking at it. My face was visibly swollen, yet she never asked how I was feeling. I understand she may have read my notes, but her complete lack of bedside manner was unacceptable. Then, without much explanation, she told me she was prescribing 40mg of Dexamethasone, which immediately raised concerns. She even repeated it twice, but I knew that this dose was excessive since the daily recommended amount typically shouldn’t exceed 6mg. I asked why 40mg then she apologize, said it was a mistake. My advice to this doctor is simple: treat all patients with kindness and respect, regardless of any assumptions you may have about them. This isn’t about race, it’s about basic human decency. I will never return to this urgent care.

Lee F Hollingsworth I was seeing there Sunday have glass in my hand the doctor or nurse practitioner looked at it felt around gave me some antibiotics and some generic motrin. He told me to see my primary care if the pain or if the wound doesnt get better. Primary Care is out of the office all week so finally Friday I went back to southwood urgent Care I give southwood four stars cuz they were able to tell that I still had glass in my hand and he didnt feel comfortable removing it because of where it was more than acceptable. He suggested I go to toc actually its just I call them my appointment though is it for a couple of days I go back to them to get some pain management or something else to help with the pain till Monday but they were closed so I go back to the location actually I call them Im put on hold for 19 minutes and 36 seconds I actually arrived at their location while Im still on hold Im told by the nurse on duty they cant do anything for pain they cant give me a script they cant give me an injection they said basically all they can do is put a bandage on it and refer me to er. I thought this was quite inappropriate being at the urgent Care the idea of an urgent Care is to alleviate that need for an ER so the ER doctors can actually take care of things that require an emergency room such as Im gushing blood and or I have a gunshot room where I was in a car accident or something else requiring wound care thats more than what is required in regards to get a little piece of glass out of my thumb

Tasha M I’m very upset about the care my child received today. She is over 18 however she is still my child a long ways away from home and has just had the worst experience of her life with a medical practitioner. Unfortunately this happens to many times where practitioners don’t listen to black women’s complaints. Don’t take signs and symptoms seriously and this one didn’t even care to take her previous experiences known as medical history into consideration. Too many black women have to suffer unnecessarily because they’re not taken seriously. That is why so many die during childbirth due to this type of treatment my child received today. If I was rich I would be in the top lawyers office Monday morning getting my child some justice. I pray no one has to experience the treatment she received and I received from this medical staff. Being unprofessional and hanging up the phone whenever I inquire of the name of the person I’m talking with.

Sheryl Buchanan On Monday 2/19 evening, I tried 3 times to check in on line before leaving the house. All information was provided but kept taking me back to original screen. Called, no one answered phone so left msg and drove there. No return call. When we arrived at building only security guard in waiting room and one girl at registration desk looking at phone. Told her I had tried to register on line but was unable to. She asked what was wrong, showed her hand/arm with swelling saying I was pulled down hitting my head and arm. She said they did not have xray there and I needed to go to the ED. She did not say CT but xray. I repeated you don’t have xray here and she said yes. I specifically looked at what they could treat before deciding to go there, fractures, falls and accidents were listed. Needless to say very disappointed.

Mrs. Lawrance I have been going to this labcorp location for years and they are usually extremely polite, but that was not the case this time. I arrived at 7:30 am and there were only five folks ahead of me, so I thought I could be out of there by 8:30 to make my 9:00 appointment a few minutes away. Once 8:30 rolled around, I made the mistake of asking Alicia where I was in the rotation and this did not sit well with her. Once she called me back she proceeded to talk down to me about “How customers like me are why she loves her job, and she appreciates my patience.” Buzz words for sure, but said with complete condescension and unprofessionalism. It was so disappointing because I usually have great interactions with the staff at this location. I almost filed a complaint with corporate office I was so taken aback. Hopefully she was just having an off day.

Natasha Monique So is great care there. The providers are wonderful but their logic as far as the business services go makes no sense so the name of the place is urgent care but you have to have an appointment so if you’re having an emergency tonight and you want to make an appointment for tomorrow you can’t do that you can only make appointments during the same day as the emergency is that you’re having so you can’t just walk into this urgent care because you have to have a schedule for it but if you try to schedule it before you want to go say the next day or the next morning then you can’t do that I’m not sure who came up with this but this is stupid and I understand how doctors offices work, but this is in a doctors office. This is urgent care, so why we even make an appointment for an emergency?

DeIvory Gray Today I made 15 weeks pregnant and my provider suggested I called Member Services to clarify co pays/out of pocket expenses before going to get lab work. I finally get through and I’m explain everything my provider explained to me and the lady on the other end of the phone belittles me and speaks to me as if I’m a toddler. She had the worse attitude of a woman who claims to been with the company for over 28 years and is the MS Coordinator. I’m not sure what her deal was but she should definitely check her attitude at the door when working in public service.

TMH Physician Partners - Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep

Address: 1607 St James Ct Ste 2, Tallahassee, FL 32308

(23) Reviews TMH Physician Partners - Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep:

S L The TMH Physician Partners managed practice has a patient communication system that relies on a message service-based system with little to no timely follow-up by staff. But billing you promptly is not an issue whatsoever. This place needs a top-to-bottom evaluation of its patient communications management to improve. Excellent physicians are here, but this practice is overly large and poorly managed regarding patient communication; patient care goals are secondary in day-to-day operations. I was an established patient, and yet I struggled to get an appointment (4 calls), leave messages, and even call a”through their “hospital or doctor” line and still received an automated message prompting me to leave a recorded message.

Wesley Wilson The pulmonologist here showed callousness and condescension toward a condition I have had for years, implied that I was making it up, and said that going to a tertiary clinic was hopeless. He said this after running no tests. They wanted to try some spit tests that would have taken three months to get back. Never have I met a more smug doctor who completely deprives their patient of hope. It was a complete waste of time to come here.

R Lew My first visit I spent majority of the time listening to the Dr that nothing was wrong with me. I directed him to a recent CT scan and the Dr returned apologizing. Several appointments later that same doctor still doesn’t believe anything I say and makes remarks like, “I refuse to believe that “. I explained that I’ve been there several times and nothing that was planned as far as tests go where preformed. I mentioned my family was getting concerned and Ben Shiver shrugged his shoulders and said family is just opinions.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, who promptly checked me in and verified my insurance information. Shortly after, the nurse called me in and took my vitals and medical history. The nurses are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their patients. They make you feel at ease and provide excellent care. Dr. Huang came in shortly after, and we had a productive and informative discussion about my health concerns. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He was able to provide me with a clear diagnosis and treatment plan that was tailored to my specific needs. Overall, I felt confident in the care I received and appreciated the high level of professionalism and expertise that Dr. Huang demonstrated. I would highly recommend this medical office to anyone seeking quality healthcare.

Jessica Veloza I have not been here as a patient, but I have been working here as a provider since June, 2024 and I have a lot of positive things to say about this clinic. We have great Medical Assistants who are fast and efficient, kind and caring. We are able to draw your blood in office so you dont have to go to an outside lab and sit in a packed lobby for a long wait. We have an X-ray machine, which can also save visits to outside places when needed. We have 30 min and longer scheduled visits with patients, so we are able to sit down and actually listen and try to get to the bottom of your concerns. We are not rushing in and out in 3 minutes, not listening to the patient. We also have a whole team of people from our front desk staff, to our referral specialist, to our leadership, and more who are dedicated, caring, genuinely kind and hard working members of this team. NO PLACE IS PERFECT. We all know that our medical system in the USA has MANY challenges. But, I can attest to the fact that in this clinic we care and are doing our very best to provide the best possible care to our patients. I think google reviews are interesting in that many people only take the time to write them when they are upset about something. I wish more people would write reviews about their positive experiences so that someone trying to make a decision about what services to choose would have a clearer, and more realistic picture of what MOST peoples experiences with the service are.

Nancy Bass This is a beautiful, contemporary facility, which has graciously allowed meeting space for the Big Bend Mental Health Association for the last six months. We look forward to a continued relationship.

Kathryn Hunter I give 5 stars because its a great facility. However, Ive been a patient/ client of Care point for yrs. As many know they offer many service under the same roof. I lost my PCP due to miscommunication. I feel if the director would have sat down with the doctor and the nurse and I that shed see I only followed the suggestion. I have spoken to the nurse and she says she did tell the doctor and director that she suggested I go and reschedule for follow up. Dr. Weaver is a great medical doctor. Its unfair to me that she isnt my PCP anymore. Im suffering without Dr. Weaver cause Im not receiving the proper care and procedure from other doctor☹️.

Talmadge Flowers I did an appointment on 10/10/2024. The way you take blood pressure is completely wrong! I was failed by my company because if it (avg 142/92) … according to Harvard.edu elbow should be heart level, and as such I needed 3 more blood pressure readings to pass that I done at VA Hospital in Tallahassee and was avg 121/75…. Next time please do it the correct way

Jo Chris Maynor We wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion from Nurse Practitioner, F. Cooper, showed during the assessment with our veteran. Your kindness and genuine concern created an atmosphere of comfort, allowing our veteran to open up and share their experiences without hesitation. Your professionalism and dedication to your work truly shine through, and we are immensely grateful for the positive impact youve had on both our veteran and our family. Thank you for going above and beyond to make a difference. With sincere appreciation, The Coopers

Michael Dyson I read the reviews so I could prepare myself, from what I read it was nothing good. Had my first visit today and the receptionist was pleasant and thoughtful, my nurse did a thorough job and was pleasant, and my doctor did a full exam treated my pain and came up with a solid care plan. All around no complaints.

Niyla Monroe Seeing the most recent reviews of this place I can definitely relate. Had an appointment this week. From the time I arrived in the parking lot I knew I would be there long. Sure enough waiting room full of people and waited over 2 hours which is ridiculous. I was already in pain and left in even more pain. The front desk person was so robotic. The x-ray tech was cold as a iced dead fish. I seriously hope I dont have to return there for no reason in the future.

Alvar Hanso Rude and liars. Just moved here from out of town. Called them and asked if I could see them to get my depression medication refilled. I had an appointment with a shrink but my appointment was not until 30 days after my medication ran out. They said "Sure, come on in!" After waiting 2 hours the brought me into an exam room and this big dude who I thought was the doctor told me that they will not fill my depression medication that I need to go to the doctor who prescribed it. I told them that doctor was out of town and he pretty much strong-armed me into agreeing. After that a nurse comes in and gives me a outdated sheet of paper with primary doctors in Tallahassee. So basically I paid $80 for a 3 year old list of doctors.

Kylie Robinson Florida First Psychiatry Specialist is not good at all. You cannot ever get a hold of someone at the desk and even when you leave 3 messages they still will not call you back. I do not think they care about their patients. I was about to run out of my medication and so my pharmacy sent thing a thing for another refill. The pharmacy called me to tell me they still havent received anything from Florida first. So I called no answer. If you care about your patients call them back, I shouldnt have to worry about that and I should not have to take time out of my day and go to the office. I was highly disappointed in this office. I am shocked that they are still even in business.I dont recommend this place to anyone. Then they had audacity to send me a letter dropping me when I damn sure dropped them. Learn to take care for your patients and needs

Steve Betts Marie is the absolutely the best! She is very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She actually takes time to listen and understand so she can effectively treat her patients. Dr Tatini is great as well. Im so glad we found them! :)

E. Griffin I will never be able to THANK this office enough. I say it over and over again, they helped me save my life. They Allowed the time for me to express my needs, do research, and communicate consistent updates. They found the best medication for me. One I would have never even consider or asked for prior without working so closely with them. I trust their knowledge and the ability to respond to any issues in a timely manner. Iv been to other offices that made me feel bad for needing medication. Tatinis office is groundbreaking in understanding if care and treatment for the mind. And theyve really helped me feel comfortable with being myself, with all the little buff and nerfs I have. ^.^ Thank you

Heather Johnson Dr. Tatini cares about the mental wellbeing of her patients. She listens to your concerns derived from your lived experiences, and based on her professional experience, she will provide options for care. Dr. Tatini has an open and nonjudgmental approach. The front offices response to phone calls, voicemails, and correspondence have greatly improved. Voicemails I have left have been returned within 24 hours and often prior to that. Layla, who is part of the office staff, has been especially responsive and helpful which I have greatly appreciated.

Kristine Locke I have been going here for almost 3 years and have wanted to switch for a while. This office and this practice are horrible. They have so much turnover you are lucky if you have the same provider for a year. I was forced to switch therapist because apparently, she was not allowed to practice under the main doctor which sucked because I liked her a lot. They can only do talk therapy appointments once a month for 30 minutes, which is not how it was when I started. They cancel appointments all the time and then of course cannot reschedule you for a month plus. Anytime you call you have to leave a voicemail because they will not answer, and you are lucky if they call you back. They also bill weird meaning they code the appointments weirdly which basically charges you twice. All that being said, I will be switching offices very soon and do not recommend becoming a patient here. I know some of the reviews on here are fantastic but only one or two of the providers are worth your time and those are not the providers you will see because they have all the patients they can take.

Skittlez been there twice. first time i went, i waited 5 hours in the waiting room, puking every 15-20 minutes like clockwork, just to find out i was pregnant and was just told to drink some water and to buy prenatals then discharged. second time i went was for postpartum pain, got discharged with pain meds but they sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and told me i would just have to get it from that pharmacy even though i explained that my insurance wouldn’t cover it. overall, the staff is nice but they’re really slow and don’t double check their work.

Tyrone Williford The worst hospital every. I have been waiting for 7 hours. No one checked up on me or nothing. The nurse lady, kept telling me they are doing their best. Well, maybe your best is not good enough . I don’t mind waiting for 10 hours but it’s the principle of checking on ppl, good communication, good customer service. And not only that, too top it off I finally got in the back in the nurse lady told me there is nothing they can do for me . So I went to TMH and they help me . Everyone deserves to be fireddd

LaBrea Tucker Worst hospital I have ever encountered. Father passed away of Covid this year 95% of the entire staff was rude and showed no compassion. It was only the last few days of his life when we talked to a couple of nurses and 1 doctor who spoke with concern. You HAVE to show compassion even when you don’t want to when you’re the only lifeline to their love one.

I have to say its been a long time since a doctor took time with me. Most impressive with a great personality and attitude to boot.

Greg Mitchell Ive been in an examination room for almost 1 hour.. It infuriates me when they bring you back to an examination room at the time of your scheduled appointment, then you sit and wait for an hour to see the Doctor. New flash doctors, my time is valuable to me too. Do better at scheduling.

Levi Owens The only doctors office I have ever seen that posts a sign: If you have not been seen in 15 minutes, ask someone. Imagine that, appointment times actually mean something to these doctors. Plus, the physician care Ive always received has been remarkable. Ive been a patient since 2005 and never had one, single problem. Perhaps others have, but my experience has always been top-notch.

J C Dr. Ayala has been our trusted neurologist for many decades. We are truly sad that he is retiring and we greatly appreciate his extensive efforts to help us through the years.

Mckenzie Baker He needs to retire. My friend went to see this doctor for seizures and he tried to call them a “phenomenon.” He also proceeded to say that it was weird that she didn’t seek medical help until the third seizure….I don’t know if he doesn’t believe her or what, but damn he is really stupid for not at least ordering an MRI for SEIZURES and instead is not believing her. Disappointed but not surprised sadly.

Nunya Bizwax I took my grandson in to the office to see Dr Ayala. The office manager would not let him see the Dr. I have a notarized paper from my son giving me permission to take my grandson to the Dr. The office manager said it is not legal. I have used this same paper for 5 years to see Drs and even for grandson to have surgery. The office manager said Im a notary and this paper is not legal. Another Drs office told me how to write the paper out and have it notarized. My son called the office manager and he emailed my son some papers to fill out and email back. My son did this the same day of appt. It has been a month since the appointment time. We have left messages since to find out what is going on, both my son and myself, and they (I even left a message with someone else there, will not return our calls.

L C Took my daughter here this morning and I will never step foot in his office again. Tried to prescribe heavy antidepressant for my 13 yr old daughter who has tension headaches and the occasional migraine, after asking zero questions about her mental health or family mental health. He told her that he would have put her on topamax if she were 50 lbs heavier. Who talks to a 13 yr old girl about using off-label antidepressants to lose weight??? For reference she is of completely healthy weight. We just smiled and nodded and left. Anyway, Ill let her speak for herself about what we experienced. She says: This weird dude commented on my weight multiple times and how my cheeks were big because of me clenching my jaw. He also told me I had to go off of my PRESCRIBED headache medicine for 3 weeks even though I am starting school the day after this happened. He was trying to "get to know me" even though all I needed was a solution to my freaking headaches. He tried to prescribe me 3 other medications that wouldve taken a toll on myself. He made me uncomfortable at times and was saying weird things to me AS A 13 YEAR OLD. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN IF YOU ARE ABLE TO. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR I BEG OF YOU.

Laura Anstead During COVID Dr. Ayala was a life saver! When no one else was seeing patients in person, he made an appointment for me right away and later also fit another family member into his busy schedule. He is super informative. He takes the time to sit down and talk to you and explain the science. He takes the time needed to provide you with options to make an informed decision about your care. I cant thank him enough and highly recommend him.
