N L Dr. Raymond Duong is about money, money, money! I would go to his office and pay the fee, then he would have his front office staff call me repeatedly to put me on the schedule again so he can give me the results of the blood test instead of having his nurse do that. I would pay twice for the same issue. This doctor is greedy and just wants to make money!
The office staff were terrible! He used to have a great receptionist named China. She was the best ever! One day, I arrived there to find out that she was replaced by 2 pushy and nasty girls!
Furthermore, his staff would keep on harassing me by calling and insisting that I make an appointment so he can tell me the lab results when his nurse is supposed to do that at no charge.
I was fed up with his greed and stopped going there with another family member.
Beware of his sneaky and unethical ways to make money!

Latavius C I was 20 at the time when i went to Doctor Raymond Duong, 21 now. Raymond Duong, and yes i agree, it’s about money. He made a slight comment one time when i was trying to talk to him about my health issues, cut me off and said “you’re here for this today and that’s below my pay grade.” Not evidential of course, but i would say if you’re young, do not go to this doctor, he acts like he knows what he’s talking about but googles things in front of you. He isn’t passionate about his job neither, you can see it easily, it’s about money, and he doesn’t tell you what you have to pay before listing out blood work, i’ve had this happened and unknowingly i get a bill for blood work i’ve done that i had no idea i was being charged for, or was going to be, most of the bloodwork i did was covered, but he couldn’t tell me i was going to be charged for it, sounds like it’s just about money money from my experience. After that incident, i didn’t come for a future appointment. Why? This doctor does not try to work with you at all, just like majority of doctors, prescribe you something without proper diagnosing. Why go to school for so many years? For the money, not the passion, and to follow after his father, i bet his father was passionate. My mom, and my girlfriend can back me up with this. I’ve visited him only a couple times, but he wasn’t sincere on what i was trying to accomplish and tries to get you in and out, i get that, but theirs no sincerity or empathy when it comes to being passionate coming from Dr Raymond Duong. I’m a very educated aware young man, i understand the world as it is now than majority, most people don’t want to work nowadays, but they will for money money money, and i guarantee he’s one of those people especially from other clients he’s had. I could go on and on about this, but that’s all. Yes it varies from client to client, and i’m victim as of those. From Dr Duong, “you’re young”, that does NOT matter, it’s absurd, do your job. This is not the 70s-90s. Starting to think i need Doctors in my generation because old heads will forever be “old heads”. Again, money money money. Yes my health has been prolonged because of these absurd doctors. Good luck, and find a better doctor! Dr Raymond Duong, I know you’re going to see this, but god bless you, do right for everyone, thank you. By the way, you are still suppose to tell what people owe before the labs, also my mom called before the appointment started so it wasn’t a “No show” you have no choice but to waive the fee, because we called to reschedule. I would have never got a Vitamin D or B12 test if that was the case, both tests are cheaper through quest themselves, again money. The whole issue is you not doing your job accordingly. This is 2024. Please tell people what they owe before doing any lab work, just do your job right and you won’t have any complaints. No one would want to pay anything to you for the reasons stated, i stand on righteousness and by god, again Raymond Duong, do your job right. If you was a good doctor, Who would want to pay you anything with your unethical ways, you’re not worth $15! If you want the $15 still send the bill, via email. Account is inactive. Shouldn’t have to have people to tell you to do your job right.

Melissa Slaton Dr. Duong is a thorough going professional who is dedicated to his patients. I am fortunate to only need to see him for wellness exams at this stage in my life. Dr. Duong is also relaxed and very understanding. This helps me, and all of his patients, I am sure, to relax for a session that can otherwise be approached with a bit of anxiety. He is very likable while being a good doctor which helps a lot. I highly recommend him.

Evelyn Sochor Updated 2023, my husband and I are still lucky to have him and his staff caring for us through the years. They all have only gotten even better over the years, Dr Duong was selected from a list of great Internists provided by my great oncologist (Dr. Merchant). I moved back to Vero Beach and found it very difficult to find an Internist. Dr Duong is so professional and thorough. Dr Duong is a GENIUS among Internists, he also compassionate and truly spends quality time with you, and CARES about you as if you are family. His staff is also very special, as they follow the same core values as Dr. Duong.
