Victoria Willis Very easy to schedule. Quick to get in and get the process done. Had no reviews, and I took a chance. Office was pleasant, (Pam?) at the front was wonderful. The building set up is separated by type of procedure, so the MRI was in its own suite, so there wasnt anyone waiting with us. Overall, great simple experience in a nice location.

Raymond Duong MD

(15) Reviews Raymond Duong MD:

Wilma Connell Dr. Duong embodies an extraordinary blend of compassion, expertise, and humility, making him a standout in his field. His professionalism and attention to detail are impeccable, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive approach to healthcare. He devotes genuine quality time to each patient. I cannot overstate my appreciation for having Dr. Duong as my internist; he truly is a remarkable physician. Moreover, his office exudes warmth and comfort, complemented by the kindness and efficiency of the nurses and front office staff. In every aspect, Dr. Duong and his team create an environment where patients feel valued and well-cared for.
5 /5
N L Dr. Raymond Duong is about money, money, money! I would go to his office and pay the fee, then he would have his front office staff call me repeatedly to put me on the schedule again so he can give me the results of the blood test instead of having his nurse do that. I would pay twice for the same issue. This doctor is greedy and just wants to make money! The office staff were terrible! He used to have a great receptionist named China. She was the best ever! One day, I arrived there to find out that she was replaced by 2 pushy and nasty girls! Furthermore, his staff would keep on harassing me by calling and insisting that I make an appointment so he can tell me the lab results when his nurse is supposed to do that at no charge. I was fed up with his greed and stopped going there with another family member. Beware of his sneaky and unethical ways to make money!
1 /5
Latavius C I was 20 at the time when i went to Doctor Raymond Duong, 21 now. Raymond Duong, and yes i agree, it’s about money. He made a slight comment one time when i was trying to talk to him about my health issues, cut me off and said “you’re here for this today and that’s below my pay grade.” Not evidential of course, but i would say if you’re young, do not go to this doctor, he acts like he knows what he’s talking about but googles things in front of you. He isn’t passionate about his job neither, you can see it easily, it’s about money, and he doesn’t tell you what you have to pay before listing out blood work, i’ve had this happened and unknowingly i get a bill for blood work i’ve done that i had no idea i was being charged for, or was going to be, most of the bloodwork i did was covered, but he couldn’t tell me i was going to be charged for it, sounds like it’s just about money money from my experience. After that incident, i didn’t come for a future appointment. Why? This doctor does not try to work with you at all, just like majority of doctors, prescribe you something without proper diagnosing. Why go to school for so many years? For the money, not the passion, and to follow after his father, i bet his father was passionate. My mom, and my girlfriend can back me up with this. I’ve visited him only a couple times, but he wasn’t sincere on what i was trying to accomplish and tries to get you in and out, i get that, but theirs no sincerity or empathy when it comes to being passionate coming from Dr Raymond Duong. I’m a very educated aware young man, i understand the world as it is now than majority, most people don’t want to work nowadays, but they will for money money money, and i guarantee he’s one of those people especially from other clients he’s had. I could go on and on about this, but that’s all. Yes it varies from client to client, and i’m victim as of those. From Dr Duong, “you’re young”, that does NOT matter, it’s absurd, do your job. This is not the 70s-90s. Starting to think i need Doctors in my generation because old heads will forever be “old heads”. Again, money money money. Yes my health has been prolonged because of these absurd doctors. Good luck, and find a better doctor! Dr Raymond Duong, I know you’re going to see this, but god bless you, do right for everyone, thank you. By the way, you are still suppose to tell what people owe before the labs, also my mom called before the appointment started so it wasn’t a “No show” you have no choice but to waive the fee, because we called to reschedule. I would have never got a Vitamin D or B12 test if that was the case, both tests are cheaper through quest themselves, again money. The whole issue is you not doing your job accordingly. This is 2024. Please tell people what they owe before doing any lab work, just do your job right and you won’t have any complaints. No one would want to pay anything to you for the reasons stated, i stand on righteousness and by god, again Raymond Duong, do your job right. If you was a good doctor, Who would want to pay you anything with your unethical ways, you’re not worth $15! If you want the $15 still send the bill, via email. Account is inactive. Shouldn’t have to have people to tell you to do your job right.

Melissa Slaton Dr. Duong is a thorough going professional who is dedicated to his patients. I am fortunate to only need to see him for wellness exams at this stage in my life. Dr. Duong is also relaxed and very understanding. This helps me, and all of his patients, I am sure, to relax for a session that can otherwise be approached with a bit of anxiety. He is very likable while being a good doctor which helps a lot. I highly recommend him.

Evelyn Sochor Updated 2023, my husband and I are still lucky to have him and his staff caring for us through the years. They all have only gotten even better over the years, Dr Duong was selected from a list of great Internists provided by my great oncologist (Dr. Merchant). I moved back to Vero Beach and found it very difficult to find an Internist. Dr Duong is so professional and thorough. Dr Duong is a GENIUS among Internists, he also compassionate and truly spends quality time with you, and CARES about you as if you are family. His staff is also very special, as they follow the same core values as Dr. Duong.

Brenda Garcia My twin babies have been going to this office since they were 5 days old. I couldn’t be more grateful to the whole staff of Nemours! We love from the girls of the front desk to all the doctors and nurse practitioners in the office. They always try to fit us in when there is an emergency. Our doctor , Monica Barajas, knows my babies so well and has always been really helpful. I won’t go anywhere else because that is the only place I trust my daughters

Cristen Smidi As a first time mom, I love this office! Dr. Barajas and the staff are amazing. Dr. Barajas always answered every question and concern I had. They work with you and are always so nice. Unfortunately our insurance is now out of network, and I can’t afford to pay out of pocket to stay with this office. However, if I could I would! If I ever get an in network insurance, I will definitely be back. Thank you Nemours and Dr.Barajas for being amazing.

Marie Greneer Call to make my daughter a sick appointment and I was told to change her doctor information from her insurance, which I did then they still Gave me a hard time. They denied appointment because of this and said it was too expensive to pay out-of-pocket did not even give me the option and they decided what was expensive for me. Will never bring my children back Shows me how unethical and all they care about is money not to help your sick child! I tried making another appointment and it was booked. Nothing available.

Teri Micochero They schedule you an appointment 6 months out but, dont call the day prior to your appointment to confirm. When you miss the appointment they call immediately asking why you didnt show then bill you 50.00 for being a no-show. Bad business, if you can call me to ask why I didnt show you could have called me the day before to confirm the appointment. I work in a medical facility, we confirm all of our appointments.

Kelsey Bui /5 stars Im extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received at Whole Care Family Office. As a long-time patient, I expected better. My issues began when I tried to obtain my medical records after deciding to leave their practice. Despite signing a release form, they refused to provide my records, citing unclear reasons. To make matters worse, they deleted my familys records from their system, allegedly due to my decision to leave. This not only caused inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about patient data handling. When I tried to schedule an appointment for my sick child, they canceled at the last minute without adequate notice. The final straw was when they involved the police and issued a trespassing order, which was unnecessary and intimidating. As a patient, I expect respect, professionalism, and transparency. Whole Care Family Office fell short on all counts. I would advise others to exercise caution when choosing a healthcare provider. Update: I hope that in the future, Whole Care Family Office will take steps to address these issues and provide better service to their patients.

Yesenia Schofield Absolutely awful experience at Whole Family Health. I rushed there after work with a throbbing finger in pain, just needing a simple round of antibiotics, and they denied me care for being 10 minutes late. Meanwhile, every single time I’ve had an appointment, they’ve left me waiting for hours in the lobby with no explanation or apology. The hypocrisy is unbelievable—if a patient is even a few minutes late, they refuse to see them, but they have no issue wasting our time. This is not how a healthcare facility should operate. They clearly don’t care about their patients, just their policies. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually prioritizes your health.

Tammy Oneal My experience was amazing. The staff, nurses and doctor are very kind and caring. I have a very bad phobea of hospitals and clinics due to horrible experiences in the past. I was so nervous and my anxiety was through the roof knowing I had no other choice but to go to my appointment there and the moment I walked in the clinic, I felt so welcomed with great energy from everyone there. Im glad I faced my Fear head on there and will continue my visits. Im very Blessed and Thankful for them and recommend them 100%....

Hail Bui # 1/5 Stars - Terrible Service, Unacceptable Experience Im extremely disappointed with the service I received at Whole Care Family Doctor Office. As a diabetic patient, I need timely medical care and prescription refills. However, this office consistently failed to provide me with the necessary attention and support. Scheduling appointments with my doctor was a nightmare. The office was always "busy," and I had to make a new appointment (and pay the copay) just to get a refill on my medication. This resulted in me going without essential medication for 23 days - TWICE! The front desk staff and management were unhelpful and unconcerned with patient satisfaction. Despite changes in personnel, the service remained subpar. The manager was unresponsive to my concerns, becoming confrontational and dismissive instead. Whats even more disturbing is that my family of 7 had to switch healthcare providers due to the poor service we received. Whole Care Family Doctor Office lost 7 patients due to their incompetence. Unless they drastically improve their service, I would not recommend Whole Care Family Doctor Office to anyone. # Update: I hope the management takes my review seriously and makes necessary changes to improve patient satisfaction.

Benjamin Robles Ive been going to the behavior health side for a couple of months .Twice that I go over a couple of details with Dr list and we both agree on a referral as well as looking into other programs for me to then have the doctors assistant call me twice now and very rudely tell me that I was told to do something completly different. This receptionists or whoever talks down and at the patients .I was told I am not getting any referrals from the doctor that was told to go to my primary doctor and get the referal after I agree with the doctor and she told me she would give it to me. I thought it was my insurance paying for the visit and that I was the patient here seeking help. I guess not Ill be moving on ! Very rude and demanding .

Judy Heller I have been an oncology patient at CC Weston since 2020. Last year my oncologist in Boston referred me to Scully Welch for radiation treatment. When I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2024, I Had 6 months of treatment at Dana Farber in Boston. Excellent doctor and staff. My care team sent an order to S-W for follow up bloodwork and a port flush. I am a seasonal resident of Vero Beach and despite the order from my Boston oncologist ( who is licensed in FL) I Was told I could not receive this service at Scully Welch because I had no local oncologist! I am making a 2 hour drive to Weston for bloodwork and a port flush! Very disappointed in the IR Cleveland Clinic. Will reconsider donations in the future.

Dr Neal Wieder, DC, DCBCN My wife had a unilateral nipple sparing, lymph node sparing mastectomy. Her doctors were brilliant, caring and thought outside the box and did things MOFFETT and private practicing oncologist refused to do. Mary Mott In early 2019, Scully Welsh was a godsend to me. I was terrified with the new cancer diagnosis and confused and really lost. At that time, after each visit someone would take you by the hand to the scheduling staff to make your next appointment. You were almost treated like a child which sounds ridiculous but is so appropriate when you have cancer, you feel like a child you feel so lost. Ever since Cleveland Clinic has come to Vero, things have changed and unfortunately not in a good way. I have read so many reviews and heard so many positive things about Cleveland Clinic elsewhere but somehow, they are just not finding their footing here. I have just been transferred to my 6th oncologist because they keep leaving. I had one who had come to try it out tell me he hated it at Cleveland Clinic. I also have had one tell me he didnt have time for me, literally the first words out of his mouth to me. It is very obvious it is now being run like a treadmill, patient in patient out quick quick quick. It is just such a shame because the staff there work so hard to try to make things better for those of us in such a terrible situation, and they are clearly not being rewarded as cherished staff. I am still so grateful for the care that I have received but I feel forced to write this review because of a situation I am currently experiencing. The chemo had stopped working for me and my oncologist came up with a plan to begin in two weeks, but in the meantime my tumors are growing and I havent had any treatments for 6 weeks. Patients are starting to fall through the cracks and it just isnt right. Things are finally back on track but these situations continue to happen. We have a beautiful facility here with the best and most modern treatments and it is being completely sullied by Mismanagement. Currently, there is one person reading the results of radiology tests, so we are all delayed in finding out where we stand. Patients are coming in to find out the results only to learn the results arent in yet. Does that make any sense at all? Well, apparently it does to management. I will continue to fight for my life and am so grateful to all who have helped me.

abUSMC0311 Update about SWCC on 2/25/2025.I did get great treatment from the doctors i had here thankfully but 2 out of my 3 doctors left and then when I went back I saw a serious decline in the SWCC building and certain things going on there that made me feel very anxious.I had to meet new chemo and radiation doctors and they seemed good but Like almost every other cancer survivor theres a high risk for it to come beck so I have to get scans and see my NEW doctors every 3 months and I was Suppossed to have 3 scans On Monday but today SWCC tells me that they have to move EVERYTHING cuz another one of my doctors is going "part time" at SWCC (hes pretty young)so they wanted to give me a new DR but that one is leaving SWCC in 4 months so why would I want to meet ANOTHER new one just to have them leave in 4 months (Im already on my4th & 5th doctors at SWCC).Theres obvoiusly something wrong with SWCC for ALL these doctors to be jumping ship like their on the titanic!!! I make a joke but its true...My scans were this coming monday that I have to mentally prepare for cuz its CANCER are now for april and 2 different DR appts got pushed back even further so not only is it ALOT to deal with getting all these scans every3 months cuz we are talking about cancer but now Ive lost ALL faith I had in SWCC so I felt obligated to update this review cuz I did get excellent treatment back (May-Sept 2023) but I dont feel safe with my life in their hands anymore so I will go somewhere else and if you have unfortunately been diagnosed recently or a loved one has then TRUST me and go somewhere else cuz its LITERALLY your life we are talking about and you want to go somewhere that you will keep the same doctors and feel like theyve got you and everything will be ok. I did feel that way but I dont anymore and thats scary so trust me and go somewhere else an dont choose covienience over your cancer care cuz I wont.ALL the staff in lab and chemo are AMAZING and I feel bad they have to work here cuz THEY are great.I wouldnt say Im happy I got cancer and had to go through it and I was beyond scared when I was diagnosed but once I went to SWCC and met with all 3 of my doctors I felt optimistic about the road ahead for me and my wife cuz of how amazing not only my doctors were but everyone there the infusion center staff, radiation staff and everyone there cuz they really do care about you and they were all SO amazing, caring, compassionate and positive that it made us more optimistic about the long road ahead and with anything tough you go through alot of it is about your attitude and everyone there was really there for us through all of it and not cuz its their job but because they all are amazing people who are also amazing at their job and I knew from day 1 that I was in good hands and SWCC and staff were gonna give me the best chance I had at beating it and I honestly believe Id because of everyone there that I am still here and able to write this review and Im not sure I would be of I went anywhere else so I really owe my life to SWCC and everyone there and theyll always have a special place in my heart and I wont be "cancer free"for 5 years and I gotta get several tests every 4 months for the next 5 years but I know theyve got me and God forbid it does come back Ill be in great hands and be taken care of by amazing people and thats what gets me through this cuz the years of tests waiting to see if it comes back is absolutely brutal and takes its toll on you but knowing I have all of them and SWCC is what will get me through this. Thank you SWCC doctors, staff and volunteers you all are amazing ❤

janet sand From someone who spent 46 years in health care: Run from any attempts to make an appointment with Clevland Clinic. It is a nightmare. Made one as a new patient for a PCP which earliest was 9/11/2024. Was advised of a new physician who joined the group and could see me earlier and made an appointment for 2/19/2024. Received a call 2/13/2024 that I was cancelled with the new physician as he could not have that many "new patients" in the same day and could take a 3/16/2024 appointment with him. In the meantime, due to taking the 2/19/2024 appointment, I lost the option to receive cancellation notices and get in earlier with the physician I really wanted to see. Now looking for a non-Cleveland Clinic PCP with hopes to avoid this nightmare of an organization, if anyone has any suggestions!

I was told the doctor would listen to me an he was compassionate. That wasnt the case with me. I was in an out of the office in 15min not feeling I had been helped at all nor did I know anything about the meds they gave me which seem to flare my anger even more after taking them. I came in there cause I honestly needed help, An I wasnt given it. Doctor even said to me I wont be prescribing any Xanax etc. Im like I didnt even come in for any of that I just wanna feel normal. Kay Buckley I have always respected Cleveland Clinic but my experience with physical therapy at the Indian River Hospital location in Vero Beach was not acceptable. Three times I carefully explained to Marika that after my Ulnar nerve transposition surgery I was instructed by my orthopedic surgeon to never use my arm in a bent position to support weight. Each time she insisted that I do the exercise that she requested saying "its only for a minute, it wont hurt anything". Each time I reluctantly performed the exercise. On the 3rd time I felt a sharp pain and have experienced pain in the elbow and middle finger ever since. It has been almost 2 months. After that experience I refused to complete my scheduled visits with Marika. Samantha Penny took over and did an excellent job. Samantha was caring and professional. It is a shame that one therapist (Marika) can ruin the reputation of an entire facility.

At the time of my insulin pump falling off there was not an open pharmacy in a 20 mile radius . I thought the hospital would be able to help. Instead, I was treated like a drug addict. I was told that this is not a dispensary . Insulin is not a drug but is needed for me to survive. I would not recommend this hospital.

When they saw that we were leaving they stopped us and said they were getting a room ready for us, we waited 2 more hours and left. I will never take my family to this hospital ever again. This is more like a Parking room than an emergency.

Kelly K Well for some reason all the TV remotes are missing in the ER rooms. I thought they used to have them attached to the bed with a wire. This is odd. Other than that they seem to be pretty thorough with lab testing and trying to find out whats wrong.

Kathleen Y I was at the emergency room the night before last around midnight due to a work injury/fall. I was so lucky they were not very busy and no one else was in waiting room. I got in & out quickly. Very efficient and I was treated with respect. I highly recommend this E.R. I saw Dr Murray.

Gambolputty Mike My family and I have been patients at this practice for several years. We have been happy with the care given until lately. It has become untenable. The office will not return calls, respond to requests for a referral to a specialist, or answer written correspondence. I cannot blame the staff personally because I think the Cleveland Clinic ruins everything they become involved in. I have seen it not just here but at Vero Radiology also. Its bad enough that I am exploring all of us moving to a primary care outside the Cleveland Clinic dysfunctional system.

Judy S My husband and I have had appointments with Brielle Buckley, PA, who works with David Hurst, MD. We are impressed with Ms Buckleys knowledge, efficiency, and pleasant patient care; and plan to continue with this office to obtain our primary care.

Christopher Lyons After seeing several specialists within the Cleveland Clinic community in and near IRMC, I made an appointment with Dr. David Hurst at this location, and have been very pleased with his competency. He now serves as my primary care physician. I like the convenient location and the service provided by the office staff, and having all my providers within the same system.

Howie Alli Place is still a mess. Doctors come and go. The most frustrating it is hard to get an appointment and receptionists not the most helpful or friendly. I would look elsewhere.

Alexis Vormittag I was previously a patient at another facility and my doctor recently opened a concierge practice. I can’t afford her prices, so I was searching for a new doctor. The office was able to get me in in a timely fashion, and was pleasant when I called. Shannon (the nurse practitioner) took her time with me and educated me prior to doing my exam. I didn’t feel rushed and she made sure to answer any questions that I had. Everyone in the office was very kind and made me feel welcome. While it stinks having to find a new doctor, I’m glad a friend recommended this office to me!

daisy may I went in for my annual visit. Ive always chosen to be seen by ARNPs as in my experience they listen and are more personable than most doctors Ive seen. I chose to be seen by Shannon Brown. She listened and helped address my concerns. Best decision ever! As someone who didnt know where to start, she and Vanessa pointed me to the right direction.

laura hoosier I went here when Dr. Zoffer was still around and felt like it was a more welcoming environment. I tried to come back and just dont feel comfortable and everything seems very outdated and not clean. I was concerned because I was spotting and didnt want the vaginal ultrasound but was met with pressure about it and told "they wouldnt see anything without it because theyre not trained to do an abdominal ultrasound and theyd have to send me somewhere else" I was almost 8 weeks and my last doctor had no issues seeing everything abdominally. After feeling like I had to beg, she finally did the abdominal ultrasound and low and behold, very obvious baby with a heartbeat. How would a nurse practitioner be able to use a vaginal ultrasound but not an abdominal one? I also had a rude experience on the phone when asked how many pregnancies Ive had, I hate the question because Ive had miscarriages as well and when I said a number and she said a different one then laughed and said "oh I can see how youd be confused with so many." Rude!!!!! I just sat in silence and she must have known and tried to say something dumb like "oh well thats good" The sink in the bathroom sprayed my whole shirt when I turned it on, rust stains everywhere, it just did not feel clean. Not to mention the vaginal wand out in the open already with a condom on it, for how long? Anyone could have come in and coughed or sneezed into the air and I highly doubt they changed it before the next poor soul came in after me! The same couches and everything that were there falling apart when I first went there 13 years ago. The trash cans were overflowing. I can see why the reviews are poor and hate to add to them but people should be warned. This place looks at you like a number and doesnt want to listen to your concerns or treat you with respect.

Curneasha Neighbors I’ve been attending this office for over a year now. I am more than grateful to have found this office and most importantly, Shannon Brown APRN. Shannon is an amazing provider and her MA’s are amazing too! I have always felt comfortable, not rushed, and understood. I have even recommended multiple family members (who also now attend this office as well). Thank you guys truly for all you do.

John Knudsen Dr Yun saw my daughter today and he is very rude. He never introduced himself when he walked into the room but first started out with she is fat and needs to lose some weight. My daughter went to see him for bladder infection and sinus infection. It would almost think she was going there for a weight-loss clinic. Having the Doctor stay on task was a little difficult as he was only focused on commenting on her weight. He should be ashamed to call himself a physician. We now have removed our family from TCCH.

Wes Kraft Reviews are accurate. Dont waste your time. Overpriced, rude, and unqualified. They wanted us to pay $550 for a basic xray when our out of pocket maximum has already been met for the year. This on top of the fact they couldnt even read the order correctly and I had to get mayo clinic on the phone to correct them. Was good once, but now that theyre under Cleveland clinic, not so much. I would drive 45 minutes to go elsewhere. Good luck if you go here, youll need it along with some serious patience.

Charles Winder Lets face it, most patient complaints have been about Cleveland Clinic and not Vero Radiology. I am also in that state of mind. Im giving five stars for the staffs professionalism and fantastic bedside manner. Special shout out to Will for his gift of being able to sooth and comfort every patient in a very uncomfortable environment.

GB Rico Have been going here for 20+ years. Since Cleveland clinic took over management there is a problem. I had to get two procedures in one day. It was understood that I would pay for one. They sent me estimates for 1300 plus dollars, then 150 dollars then 1300 again. If they cant tell me what Ill be paying before I go, I wont be going. No one can afford a shock bill. Happily having my work done in Ft Pierce. I know the bottom line there.

Elizabeth This is a place where my family and I use to receive any radiology services needed for many years until now. Unfortunately, now that they are affiliated with Clevland Clinic Hospital they are charging Hospital Outpatient Prices. I canceled my current appointment because my estimated charges were over $900 with Insurance. I have never in all the years I went there prior to hospital affiliation EVER paid that much out of pocket. I immediately called my insurance company who strongly advised me to not receive my basic services there as now that they are affiliated with the hospital now and are charging prices as if it is outpatient hospital services. I was able to schedule an appointment at a private neighboring facility for a much lower price with my co-pays only totaling $100. It is a shame that I can no longer use Vero Beach Radiology.

Donald Pollie I made close to 9 calls to schedule an appointment. 1st referral no longer takes patients, 2nd appointment they made with a Dr who had poor reviews & I canceled appointment & scheduled a 2nd colonoscopy. 2 weeks before I called to find out where and discovered my appointment was not on the books, no explaination why. So I made a third appointment only to have a nurse call and say I was not due until Nov even though my PCP referred me and my insurance company assured me timing was not an issue. So I called back twice with no results. 2nd representative didn’t no why and I was told a nurse would call back the same day, no return call. Brings me to today with a call of over 30 minutes waiting for an answer. I have never been given a concrete answer why I need to wait until Nov contrary to all evidence otherwise. I canceled my appointment, this system is broken.

Michael Mikita Soonest appt 7 weeks out. These are not the types of medical problems you can wait on for seven weeks. Impossible to even talk to someone who might expedite an appt. More like a triage system. Setting up for er visit. Nightmare

Robyn Stork Cleveland Clinic Gastroenterology are incompetent and lack in the ability to give patient care. They canceled an appointment that I had to wait almost 7 weeks to get (September) and then called to reschedule the appointment in 8 more weeks (December). This appointment was made from a referral from my primary. The receptionist said it would be too much work to reschedule in a way that would accommodate my canceled appointment. This is what Vero gets when we get big hospitals to take over. Its not about patient care; Its about their bottom dollar.

Diane Vadala I ended up in the ER because I was bleeding internally. The ER did a CT scan and blood work. They sent me home with antibiotics and told me I needed a colonoscopy. There is a problem with the colon. I already had an appointment with this office and when I met with the gastroenterologist, it really was not a very helpful conversation. Instead of talking about the bleeding issue because he did not review these records, he started asking me all these questions about my prescriptions. When I suggested to him that it might be helpful to call my previous G.I. , he said he didn’t have time for that. Last week I started bleeding again. I sent a message to his office. Six days later his assistant called me and told me that Dr. Bird wanted me to use preparation H to stop the bleeding. He assumed I was bleeding from hemorrhoids. I told his assistant he needs to review my chart, preparation H will not stop the bleeding.

karin fagner Poor scheduling at Scully Endoscopy Center. I had a colonoscopy scheduled, appointment time was 11:15am. I was told at 1120 the doctor was running behind. At 1:20pm I asked for an estimated time. Doctor appeared magically about 5” later and lectured me. I was taken for my procedure at 145 pm. His note reads ‘patient was quite displeased that I was 90 minutes behind schedule’. He was 2 1/2 hours behind schedule. My procedure had limited success and took 35 minutes. Stop double booking. Give adequate time for exam. Schedule patients every 45 minutes not every 30 minutes. Make sure physicians start on time. Stop treating patients like second class citizens. In this case I had not eaten for over 24 hours and of course husband hadn’t eaten lunch and was waiting as well bcz patient is not allowed to drive themself home.

Yve The Goddess I promise you I wish I could give this health department no stars. I went to this health department to receive a sample container so I can take samples of my water to get it tested for lead. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman named Travis, whom I spoke to on the phone prior to me arriving about my current situation with my son testing positive for lead. In mid conversation, Travis brought this older fossil like caucasian male over to speak to me I can’t quite remember his name because he was so incompetent and very condescending towards me I was flabbergasted and disgusted, For example, he kept referring to my two-year-old toddler who is black has a little rascal. Also he tried to tell me that my toddler whom he’s never met before goes outside and picks up dirt and eats it. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. Also, he kept asking me if I’m understanding what he’s saying repeatedly as if he was speaking another language Which, by the way I speak FOUR languages. I just don’t understand who is hiring these professionals! there are no forms of professionalism in this department!

Ashley Seller AVOID at all costs!!!! This place has the most rude incompetent employees I’ve ever seen at a health department. The building is old and run down. Everyone that works there looks so unhappy and miserable and treats you like you’re bothering them. The only nice person that was happy and nice to me was a young lady named Jenny who helped me find where I needed to go to get my vaccine and explained the vaccine process to me well. Everyone else was just plain rude and unhappy. Definitely will get my second vaccine someplace else. Avoid if you can!

Nicole Pulcini Continuity of care and customer service is not a priority of this group. After my physician, Dr. Bloom, left. I wasnt called, sent a letter or notified. Instead, I found out when my medication refill was ignored. I called the office and tried to schedule an appointment. Thats when I was notified that Dr. Bloom wasnt there. I scheduled with the new doctor, Dr. Ziegler. Before hanging up, I let the lady know that I was out of my medication and needed a refill to cover me until my appointment. I asked if Dr. Ziegler would approve that or not. The woman responed, "Maybe she would and maybe she wouldnt." Nice! After no refill was called in, I left a message for Dr. Ziegler nurse making it clear I was in desperate need of my medication. I also sent a message through the MyChart. No response. Do not go here. I used Galileo Health to chat with a doctor who promptly refilled my medication.

Amy Gertz This address is actually the Indian River Health and Wellness center, a clinic associated with the Indian River Hospital, which is a highly regarded facility in Vero Beach FL. It was all recently taken over by the Cleveland Clinic and has benefitted greatly by a new influx of skilled medical practitioners from other CC locations across the country, and excellent local practitioners drawn by the CC name. The reviews under Indian River Health and Wellness are excellent, I suggest people check those. My own experience as a new patient at this clinic has been exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about the clinic itself, or about my doctor at this location, Dr. Wyderski. Transitions are hard, but everyone there seems very invested in grasping the new systems and technologies as quickly as possible and providing excellent patient service. Their efforts have been successful IMO.
