Amanda Always a great experience at this location the staff is friendly and Dr Dai has been my most favorite OB Ive ever had. Shes so knowledgeable and so good at her job. You can tell she loves what she does! Shes been there from small appointments to delivering my baby. Her assistant Diana is great! I highly recommend this office!

Deziray Mosier Dr. Dai is great, it’s the receptionist at the front desk that is extremely rude. Every time I come here I say I’m going to switch OBGYNS because I think well maybe she’s just having a bad day. But how does she have bad years… she doesn’t even acknowledge people when they are at the desk, when you try to politely address her, she just ignores you. She definitely should have a job where she doesn’t have to deal with people since she doesn’t like them so much.

Amber Moreland-Holmes Although most of the time there is a wait, Dr. Dai is super sweet and personable! She’s always open to answering questions as well! Also, we had Cheila as our Medical Assistant for the 1st time at our last visit…Cheila deserves 5 stars by herself! So personable, so kind, great bedside manner, informative, and she makes you feel so welcomed!

A R To be honest I left her office CRYING because the service was so horrible. First of all the front desk lady literally rolled her eyes at me for no reason :( there’s a reason why all the google reviews keep saying the front desk is bad because it literally is horrible. As a person that has done front desk at Drs office before respect is #1 and these people are super rude for no reason. Second red flag was hearing the Dr SCREAM at the medical assistant. I should have known from there it was not going to be good. Third- Dr literally laughed in my face when I asked a question. Like I’m not making it up yall. She laughed AT me. who does that???? At no point did the Dr ever asked me how I felt and how I was doing :( At no point did they even do a review of system or ask me about symptoms Came in and examined me for 30 seconds and told me to just follow up. it was the dumbest excuse for a new patient appointment. Upon checking out while I was crying and accepting the reality that this was a horrible appointment, the only thing I asked is to change the lab work from quest to lab corp. (Which btw provider never even told me she was ordering labs or asked me where I wanted them sent.) Anyways the checkout lady tells me I would have to ask the MA for that( the MA was already with someone else). I have used eCW (same system they use) thousands of times and it only takes few clicks to change the lab facility, AND on top of that she was literally on the phone taking a personal call while assisting me. How are yall training the staff? What ever happened to Drs caring for patients? What ever happened to holistic care? What ever happened to RESPECT? As a fellow healthcare worker who has worked with several providers AND HCA employee I’m heartbroken to have been treated like this. I didn’t deserve this . :(

Pritza Ciceron The lady at the front desk is consistently rude. She handed me the clipboard without saying anything, and when I was called to collect my copayment, she handed me the receipt and instructed me to sign in an abrupt tone. She also returned my credit card without any comment. Each time I visit, I receive the same treatment from her. Its frustrating to see someone with such a negative attitude employed in a customer-facing role. She doesnt greet you when you arrive; instead, she simply asks for your name and hands you the clipboard without speaking.

Margaret Chase I have been using opiates for ten years when I came across an ad for South Florida detox. At this point I had already lost my job, house,friends,family and self worth. I figured I would give them a try;at this point I has nothing left to loose. I was very uncomfortable and embarrassed to make the call. But when I finally did it I was put to ease immediately. The girl who answered the phone told me she was in recovery herself and understands. I made my appointment. From my first visit the staff Mari, Alfredo, Jeanette, and Gracie were very understanding and knowledgeable about Suboxone and detoxing . I met with Dr. Perez who put me on a Suboxone schedule tapering me down weekly I was able to finish the program in five weeks and when I was done I was just a little tired but nothing compared to coming off opiates. They told me in the office I might want to try AA meetings and they had meeting list in the office. I still go to meetings once a week. I have been clean over two years now. I have a full time job friends my relationship with my family are getting better everyday and I am extremely happy and like myself again. I am so glad I called South Florida Detox they literally saved my life.

Kelvin King Hi, This is Kevin King and i would just like to take a few minutes and tell you how much Palm Beach Detox has changed my life. my life was so unmanageable i was homeless with nothing to my name and now i have a wonderful life, money in my pocket and am gaining trust back from the people i need it from the most and that means the world to me to be able to be in my families life sober for once. 16 years i ran the streets and wasted my life and now i thank god so much for PDC. Ryan Rigdon I work in the field of addiction and Have been extremely impressed with the way that this detox center has treated my fiancé, The outcome with the suboxone has been tremendous. His whole life has changed as far as cravings withdrawls, but that is just the physical side. He is not running around hiding and ashamed of his addiction. He has returned to work and is Like a normal person again. The change has been incredible and the staff has been very understanding and compassionate. John Bostrom The office is impossible to reach, I have a billing issue and the billing number called, says its not in service. This office is trying to double bill me I have checked my bill pay and they have deposited the banks check. How can you put a phone number for billing that is not even in service. They should have an option for 0 stars. I have now been calling for 45 minutes and no answer, a recording says that I can leave my name and number but no prompt to do so. You are then transfered and after a few rings you get the same message as the original and a goodbye. Also emergant is not the same as emergency you may want to change that on you recording.

lisa bissell Dr. Nezgoda is a kind and compassionate person. When I brought my Mother to him, the outlook was not good. A true miracle was performed by this extremely talented professional. Your office staff is friendly, and works well together as a team as well, which is a pleasure. Scheduling has been seamless. Doctor, please accept my familys heartfelt thank you. Dr. Nezgoda has been administering monthy injections to heal a venal occlusion in my eye for close to a year with no adverse reactions or affects. My vision is steadily improving. Friendly helpful staff and you can tell Dr. Nezgoda and staff love what they do. I am very happy we found them and thankful for their efforts.

Jesse Martin There is no easy parking and when you call to ask for advice about parking you will get yelled at and have the the phone slammed on you. When you call back to cancel the appointment the receptionist will hang up on you and again after informing you she has no boss there and there is no one else to speak to.

Hailee Sontag Dr. Barish is amazing! She is the best primary care physician I have ever seen. She is compassionate and caring! She takes her time with my appointments and addresses all of my concerns. I drive from Fort Lauderdale to see her, which is 100% worth it. The office is clean, and the office staff is very friendly.

I’ve never met a Doctor or team truly who has taken the time to really listen to me and address all of my concerns to help me create a treatment plan that works for me, with so much passion and emphasis on my wellbeing and care. My calls are always returned the same day or a day later max unless it’s a weekend, and they are very responsive via the portal within a few hours of sending a message. They always are there when I need them the most and have never let me down. I have been seeing doctors for 40+ years and I truly believe that Dr. Volo along with her team are truly angels among us. Thank you healthcare workers for all that you do.

Venus Worst customer service you call west palm and receptionist always answer saying NYU Delray Beach then they get upset saying you called Delray Beach they go on giving you the number that you dial for West Palm and they’re rude about it messages do not get delivered. They say it takes 48 hours. They don’t call you back 48 hours 24 hours. You don’t get a callback. this is terrible when you need to get in contact with your doctor. I have also sent messages on My chart it’s useless. Terrible experience not being able to get a hold of your doctor when you need to.

R Licht I am GRATEFUL AND PRIVILEGED to be a patient of Dr. Barish for 14 months. Dr Efrosini is a very knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated medical doctor who treats her patients with the UTMOST of kindness and attention. Every time I visit the office, there is always another one of Dr Barishs patientss in the waiting room praising her devotion. Dr. Barish is decisive - if one treatment does not seem effective - she is well read in medical literature and presents recently upgraded options for treatment to patients. She is very approachable and always explains conditions and ways to address health concerns based on a patients individual needs. She is very attentive to detail. SHE LISTENS TO HER PATIENTS, She takes her time during exams never rushes. She returns calls within an hour/two. (A rarity in medical offices today) Her medical staff - Giovanny: Outstanding!! As is Enrique!! Dr Barish is a wonderful person and very competent practioner. I have the highest regard and appreciation for her & her medical team at NYU Langone W Palm Beach

Lisa Bondonese Dr Sahadeo is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. A pill mill? I’ve been going to him for almost 20 years. He is very conservative & very thorough. Too bad there are not more Drs. Like him. I remember when he used to leave the Hospital & then go work in his office til 10 pm. ALLYinHD Dr. Sahadeo is a great Dr. But I cant fill his controlled substances prescriptions anywhere that takes my insurance only place that fills them for me is the pharmacy nextdoor and I have to pay a lot of money for them. Ive maxed out my credit cards on meds I have no choice but to find another Dr. I dont understand why the major pharmacies wont accept those prescriptions. Im so upset. Ive been seeing Dr. Sahadeo for almost 30 years. If anyone knows a pharmacy please let me know. I trust Dr. Sahadeo and Im anxious about changing my Dr.. Please help

Hailey Marrero This hospital is phenomenal. Every person Ive met working here feels like they genuinely have a passion for giving veterans the care they deserve. Id like to specifically shout out the dental clinic, which is a top-notch facility with the friendliest people Ive ever met. I love this place so much I drive 50 minutes from Broward instead of visiting any of the closer options. Highly recommend coming here for any and all appointments!

Courtney Beamer I went in for extreme stomach pain and Dr. Sainvil ran every test to try to figure out what it was. She has incredible bedside manner and never made you feel rushed. She explained every possibility and took the time to help me understand what each test was for. I can tell she genuinely wants to figure out what the issue is. If I ever come back to the ER I will always ask if she’s available.

Therefore, I want to set that aside that situation and recognized the outstanding services my father received at VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach, hospice building. The medical staff at hospice were outstanding & professional. I lost my father Feb 9, 2025, but the services he got from the medical staff in hospice was right on point. I definitely want to recognized the outstanding treatment they provided my father. Continue with the good job!

Audrey Canyon Absolutely horrible inexperienced and unprofessional techs. Treated like trash in an environment that’s SHOULD be meant for sensitivity to patients in a behavioral health setting. Overhearing techs in the hall making extremely inappropriate remarks about patients along the line of “just a bunch of drunks” “babysitting lowlifes” and laughing about the job they have to do. Staff listening to music on their phone, one staff member having a color earphone to match their skin so they won’t get caught. Staff harassing each other and bringing up conflict between each other in front of patients. I absolutely abhor the care given by the staff in the behavioral health ER. What a mess and traumatic experience. Absolute trash of a place to get help, a place that needs a deep and thorough investigation of all staff especially the techs. I’d be ashamed to work in a place like this, I should know besides having being given care here I have experience in healthcare and know of all the violations and inappropriate behavior given, most of all lack of care and respect. Disgusting.

I did wait a little longer than ideal to be seen, but Im overlooking that due to kind staff, the doctors attention & quick turnaround of results to my primary doctor.

The physicians at this place should train their front desk staff to not be rude to future clients. Looks like we will have to find someone else to treat my Dad. john powell No idea if the doctor is good , seems from reviews that he’s great but after a week of calling, about 15 calls unable to speak with someone to book an appointment, just get transferred to a VM and they called back twice but unless you have a crystal ball or have nothing to do but stare at your phone no way to make an appointment , good luck with that .,. Robin I called to make an appointment to talk with anyone in the group who deals with Cervical Dystonia symptoms with an associated head tremor. They wouldnt give me an appointment. Apparently none of the neurologists in the group handle this type of movement disorder. Disappointing.

Kai Aronson Showed up for my 10 AM appointment five minutes early. Proceeded to wait an 1.5 hours without seeing a doctor. Check in claimed my appointment was at 10:45 despite my appointment confirmation clearly saying 10 AM. They had me pay ahead of time and refused to process my refund when I told them I’m done waiting and I’m going to find a different primary care doctor. Planning on disputing the charge with my insurance company and credit card. They will definitely not see a penny of the money they think they’re getting. Highly recommend staying away from this place disorganized and bad service.

ynasthia calderon Update: I have been calling for a week to make an appt the voicemail is full and they will not answer. This place gets 1 star because the doctor was amazing i was very happy to find a dr who would listen to patients, but the staff is horrible i had an appt there to de the doctor on 11/21 and yet its December and my medication has not been sent over to the pharmacy. I have called left messages numerous times and no answer not even to apologize. Do not go here if you want to waste your time waiting for hours and at the end not even getting your issues fixed. Find better staff so your patients feel appreciated.

Jorge Sigler Honestly, the experience I have had with this place has been VERY BAD! Which is shocking because my partner is a patient and has great experiences with them. I started to try to get help managing my ADHD which is affecting my work. I was put on some off-label medication which did NOT help my ADHD a lot but it gave me nauseas and made my suicidal ideation worse. I could not reach out to my provider so I called the office and left multiple messages, EXPRESSING the issue with my suicidal ideation and they did not even cared to reach back. Honestly, that is outrageous.

Kimberlyn Iles Dr Jason Cohen is an EXCEPTIONAL Psychiatrist. I have seen him for 5+ years. He is very professional, non-judgmental, compassionate and truly takes the time to make sure you feel validated and heard. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!!

secret secret Booked an appointment for the sole purpose of getting a refill only for them not to refill it. Their phones dont work. Every time I call, it either drops or transfers to a new line that isnt owned by the practice. The one time I did get through, the receptionist said they couldnt make a note to the doctor, and that I would have to go through medical records. After they transferred me to the medical records department, the line dropped, and I havent been able to contact them again. Dont waste your time or money here.

Heather Emerson Please dont go or take your loved ones to this hospital. They refuse to give authorized medical care even though there are doctors waiting on standby to give it. Their lawyers stall and say they dont have time to go to court. They refuse thir lived ones to come on the property. They would rather let someone die then to admit a cheap dollar med could save a life.

Jose Torres I can’t say enough great things about this office… There is hardly any wait time, I’m usually seen within a minutes of arriving. I see Erick Perez and he has incredible bedside manners. Mike Bishop Ive had no bad experiences. Wait times can be challenging but I know this so I plan accordingly. Dr gives me as much time as I need and is very understanding. Only thing that I wish would change would be him opening on Fridays.

Andrew G This is essentially a very disorganized pill mill. If you don’t have insurance and need meds it is one of the only places around that will see you without waiting a few months, but that being said, you will not get seen until hours after you appointment. Also, I have shown up to a sign on the door saying sorry were closed multiple times while I’ve had a scheduled appointment. Unorganized pill mill, but ok as a last resort due to the awful healthcare provided to us.

Jason Rodriguez Best Doctor in Palm Beach County, Dr. Sahadeo is very understanding with his patients. His office is well ran thanks to his Amazing and Professional staff especially their front reception team Including Lisa who has an amazing personality and is amazing with patients, Rosa who is very helpful and smart and Sophie who goes above and beyond for everyone and goes out of her way to make sure you are well taken care of. Alfredo Giulfo Extremely unprofessional staff. Receptionist will look at you while you ask a question, and look back to her monitor without saying a word. Appointments are a joke, because they don’t go by appointment time, they go by the time the patient arrived, yet even after came an hour prior to the appointment of my husband we were not attended on time. ALSO and this is very important, in this COVID world we are living on. If you wait outside (in an attempt to not stay in an over-crowded waiting area) and they call your name, they wont bother to go outside to see if you are there, so I guess you must wait inside despite the fact the space is small, there’s easily 20 people in at any given time. So there goes Social Distancing out the window. We are requesting my husband be changed to another psychiatrist because this place is dangerous, and the staff clearly don’t care for anything or anyone. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

Caitlin Lastinger I’m so thankful for such an amazing birth experience at Good Sam! I really wanted to have my first baby in the Lilly Pulitzer suite, but I had no real expectations of the staff or overall experience beyond that (that’s how you can tell it was my first pregnancy). The labor and birth did not go at all according to plan, but my nurses just rolled with it and made me feel safe and taken care of. Special shout out to Denisha who LITERALLY held my hand through contractions, vomiting, bathroom trips, and getting my epidural. She answered every question with a smile and enough detail to make sure I felt informed and at ease. When it came time for my baby boy to meet the world, things took a bad turn and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate the way the whole room went into action without missing a beat. You could feel the urgency as NICU and respiratory ran into the room, but no one showed any signs of stress or panic which kept me calm during a mother’s worst nightmare. My recovery time was equally as pleasant. Thank you Nurse Taylor for taking the time to teach us how to properly swaddle and bathe our boy, and the LC Kathy for her tips and unending patience while teaching me how to breastfeed. I have only great things to say about every nurse, doctor, and tech I met during my stay.They took excellent care of me and made sure I went home with a healthy baby boy!

Iana Makhnovskaya I have amazing experience with dr. Howard Goodman, I was so lucky to find this doctor, wonderful specialist, feel safe in his hands. Surgery was very good. Hospital stuff like nurses Eve, Lovely, Sonia, Tatiana, Annakey was great, helpful, kindest person. Feel very comfortable and they really take care about me. Thank you again!

Julie Hardman I had an overnight stay at Good Samaritan Hospital recently & had an outstanding visit. I had female surgery, shout out to Dr Tanya Hoke, who is a skilled surgeon, indeed! I had Megan as my Anesthesiologist Assistant & she was warm & reassuring...I had the best nurses on 4 South, including Danielle, Addison & the effervescent, Tanisha. I was well taken care of & all my needs were met & then some. I highly recommend this hospital & team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!♥️

Monica Hernandez I bring my mom all the time to her appointments at the breast center and anywhere or anyone we run into is such a pleasure! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone love this hospital! My mother had her biopsy today and she said it was painless and loved seeing her relief of knowing it wasn’t painful for her! Front desk receptionist Nikki is absolutely loving and amazing! And the young lady who does the registration process is very pleasant as well!

Lisa Schulman I only give the extra star to make it a two for the very few staff members that actually care and do their job. If I did not fly down to be here all day each day with my mother I am sure these people would have killed her! This has been a fairly horrendous 5 days. Thank God she is turning a corner, not with the hospitals effort, and will be able to get out of this death trap. I do not understand why nurses are not longer compassionate and skilled. Our Healthcare system has gone down the tubes.tubes. The room was filthy and took until I made a stink to get it cleaned! The angels we have loved are Antionette, Dorly, Kadian and Geneva. They made a difference for saving my moms life.

Laura Ortiz Dr. Agnes Supala Berger is an amazing amazing doctor. Everything about her as a physician and a person. The whole staff is very attentive and professional. I couldn’t recommend her enough as a neurologist.

Marks Fernandez Bad organization and worst experience Ive had with Uhealth. I had an appointment with the Urologist. I clearly said that I couldnt be there at 3:30 but at 4 because of work and the distance. They cancelled my appointment because the doctor went to the emergency room. Then they rescheduled the appointment at 3:30 and I couldnt get there. I arrived at 3:54 pm and they simply told me that they couldnt see me. Here the patient is NOT IMPORTANT, if not them and the doctor, I hope they do well. I will never go back to that office. And Im doing a lot by writing because 1 star is too much.

Jen O ZERO STARS!!!!! ZERO! Worst place and worst experience Ive ever had with a Dr. or staff, hands down! I went in stating I was unhappy that I was sent by my Drs office to them to see a Cardiologist since they were an hour from my home and an hour from my work and that I had to pay $17 to park 3-4 blocks from their office!!!!!!!! They were supposed to do (who only knows what my doctor referred them to do, and also do an EKG), well I only got an EKG w/a recommendation for an Echogram. Thats it!!! I could have done that at my Drs office. So they never even did what I was referred to them for, unless it was to do nothing. It gets better from there, I guess staff had mentioned it to Dr. Wagner (that I was less than thrilled about the appt.) who was immediately defensive from the moment she walked in the room. Saying in every other sentence "since your angry", or "since your aggravated, or "since youre in a hurry". I told her I was upset w/the circumstances not them, so to please get on w/her examination when the staff (Amanda) says "Jesus, thats what shes doing!" (she was actually acting hostile). I said "excuse me?" Dont use the Lords name in vein to me, His name obviously means nothing to her, but it certainly does to me! So if you are a practicing Christian, this is definitely not where you want to make your appointments! I listened to her, I never once yelled at anyone, swore at anyone, raised my voice to anyone. So they had no reason to be defensive. I guess because I didnt care to be there, they took it personally and wanted to make sure my appt was as uncomfortable as possible. Oh and the whole "have a nice day" from Amanda as I was leaving was just the topping on the cake lol! I will definitely be placing a complaint against Amanda for her uncalled behavior and response to me. It was completely unprofessional and Im sure her response is against protocol. Think twice before getting an appt here, from the looks of the place, they have a huge overhead, their rent must be astronomical overlooking the intracoastal and Im sure their Drs dont come cheap either. Cant wait to see what they are going to bill me for, considering they didnt even do anything. But, thats a whole nother review. Oh & btw.... she snidely remarked, "Didnt your Dr. tell you about our valet parking that is free?" "Why didnt you call and ask?" Umm... because no Dr Ive ever seen in my years has valet parking much less for free, and if I had known I had to valet park or pay for parking before I got there I would have immediately cancelled my appt! So pompous!

Sammy Reyes Horrible experience today with the neurologist. She was in a hurry, didnt take the time to listen to my symptoms, she was careless and felt offended that I brought up a condition called PPPD that she has never heard before, telling me "nowadays anyone can come up with new conditions." BTW the condition is well known nowadays and it has been even added to the ICD10 because of the amount of people suffering from it after COVID. I waited a month and a half for this appointment to achieve nothing. Please save your time and $ and stay away from this place, PLEASE.

Saily Rg I just spoke with a lady ANGELINA GARCIA from the call center service, and she has helped me like no one ever did. She was very patient, kind, professional, she answered all my questions. I have been calling to different places for more than 2 hours until she picked up the phone and solved all my problems. THANK YOU!

Angel Gonzales I took my wife there today as a new patient. There was a note to check in at opposite end of office which was another doctor. After knocking on door multiple times and even opening window. Someone finally came to door and had the worst attitude Ive ever come across in any doctors office..What a disgrace. We drove 45 minutes to this location because I had a positive experience previously. NOT THIS TIME...Ido not recommend this office at all.Its ashame because the doctor is great...After yelling at the receptionist I Admit we just walked out...What horrible staff.

D S I never even made it in the door here. The staff I spoke with on the phone was really nice, however they send you your new patient paperwork through the mail so you have to wait till you get it before scheduling an appointment. A few weeks after initially contacting the office my appointment was today and they called me and told me it has to be rescheduled and the only openings they had were at the end of the month. Difficult to make appointments.

William Haines Terrible service all around. Looking for a replacement. The administration section is useless and in my opinion, the medical staff including my doctor is very sub par. I’ve been with them for 20+ years and I’ll never know why. My bad. I’m just lucky that I’m healthy. Steer clear. I’m looking for a replacement. Can’t be that difficult. Can’t do worse. Good luck

Chelsea Garber I absolutely love this Dr’s office. I’m battling some pretty major health issues and everyone at this office has been amazing!!! From the moment I walk into the office I am First greeted by the receptionist Who always has a smile on her face and is so accommodating (Especially for my horrible time management and Barely following through with my appointments) I NEVER feel like I’m judged or spoken to like as if I’m an inconvenience. Next I meet with the medical assistant And she always has a smile on her face. She is so thoughtful and caring. Her words of encouragement, do not go unnoticed. Then I either meet with Dr. Olsen or Joanna and both of them have been absolutely AMAZING!!! They actually care and show it by spending time With me, explaining everything to me, and Learning about me. Each time I have met with each of them it has been approximately 45 minutes to an hour that they sit in the room and talk with me. Now a Days physicians give you five minutes of their time before they’re running out of the room, but not them. They genuinely care and I want this office to know that there, kindness, dedication, and concern for my health and well-being Do not go unnoticed. Thank you all so much

johnny johnson The staff is so unprofessional and very rude. We were told to be there by 8:10 for our appointment at 8:15. Did the pre checkin on line. Got there at 8:03 was not greeted and girl behind desk points to the kiosk to check in and I did complete that. For next twenty three minutes at least four more employees came to work I spoke good morning as they came in no response. Another patient came around 8:30 gave his name at desk and was seen in less than 5 minutes. Ten minutes later another patient walks in and gives his name and sits down. Then two females behind desk says who are you I said we checked in on the kiosk. They said no you didnt and I assured them I had. Then instead of them calling us over they start across the reception area saying we didnt do kiosk what was our name for third time. He got so upset cause by then it was going on 9 oclock. And we never saw the Dr just the nurse practitioner. No one should be ignored for an hour and then treated like that. The office never called to find out the problem so I called the next day for results and when they finally called me back they did not want to hear about the problem. Need better staff that actually cares about the patient

Susan Kandell I have my appointments in the Palm Beach Garden office with Dr Garelick. Everybody in this office is friendly and professional. But most important,is the doctor ,and I have had nothing but great care from Dr. Garelick. Hes knowledgeable,patient,and a good listener. Reach out to Dr. Garelick ,with no hesitancy, if you have a gastro issue.

Hector Piedra Lugo I chose Gastrogroup West Palm Beach mainly because of its convenient location near my home, but I deeply regret not checking the reviews first. The level of unprofessionalism here is disappointing. The staff seldom returns my calls, and the doctor is perpetually missing in action, leaving entry-level staff to handle complex customer issues. It’s been three weeks, and I’m still waiting on biopsy results. This place has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking dependable medical care.

Lamark Blair Terrible, I scheduled a procedure months ahead of time based on what was available around Drs vacation. I did my end taking off work and making sure I prepped the days before. I thought it was weird that I hadnt heard anything from what Ive experienced. Most of these places call or remind you ahead of time by a day or 2. I called the morning of the scheduled procedure for them to tell me that I was rescheduled for a week out because the person is out of town and they cant do anything about it. I asked why I hadnt been notified because its a huge inconvenience to lose a day off for work for nothing. The staff member tells me that we must have spoken otherwise she wouldnt have changed it. She says she can tell because it is done in her handwriting.....what? I ask about other Doctors that can do the procedure, and if they have availability, she tells me their policy is not to change patients with doctors....you had no problem changing my date, though? Im going to find another providers office that can be considerate of my time.
