Jackie Hardison I was a patient here & throughout my whole time there, the staff are all so nice & welcoming. Everyday I went in for rad therapy there was nothing but smiles and I love that. Made my time there a little better. Thanks. Oh, also Kelvin, this gentleman shows nothing BUT compassion for patients here. Thanks so much Kelvin for being so kind to me and my family. #cheers

Patricia Pontius This place has kept me alive for over 3 years now. I had stage 4 head and neck cancer and near death when I first became a patient here. The cancer was inoperable due to the way it had invaded my nasal cavities and wrapped around my throat. I was unable to eat and was slowly being strangled. I came out of the hospital with a tracheotomy so I could breathe, a PEG feeding tube so I could eat and a chemo port. A great thing about this center... one side is for radiation and the other side is for chemo. You don’t have to go anywhere else. And each time the cancer came back, or metastasized, my two doctors came up with a new plan to battle it - more radiation, a different cancer drug - until they beat it into submission!! I’m in remission now but still receive immunotherapy every two weeks. I could probably switch to a closer center, but I love every single doctor, nurse and staff member there. The caring and dedication they exhibit is phenomenal. No, I’m going to stay right here.

Takia Mcintosh They didnt tell my mama she was that sick. Everything start shutting down. She went to another hospital and they told her she was about to die and she died in a week. They had no regard for my Queen. Yes , were a black family. Black women are 3 times as likely to die in hospitals in the US. & Im not angry, its just sad.

Dr. Roberto G. Posada, MD

Address: 1181 N Orange Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789

(32) Reviews Dr. Roberto G. Posada, MD:

Margarita Diez Dr Posada is an excellent surgeon, an excellent physician. I was 2 weeks in the hospital for a partial small bowel obstruction. He was visiting me every day, making sure I was taken care of. He was on top of everything. He was the only physician that was putting me in IV, liquid diet, then all liquids and eventually advancing my diet to make sure I was going home tolerating regular food. He’s compassionate, listens, knowledgeable, kind, great bed side manners. He doesn’t do surgery if he doesn’t think it’s safe for you. He performed my son’s surgery in 2018 and it was a success. My son was having severe pain in the middle of the night and I called him. He was very helpful, understanding and kind. I really recommend Dr Posada. He’s excellent!

Cathy H What a great doctor.. Got a referral to Dr. Posada for a incisional hernia from a past surgery. He was so thorough, so nice, kind, and had such patience explaining everything every step of the way. After my surgery (12-20-23) he called me on Christmas Eve to check on me. When it came time to take the staples out, I was SO SCARED, he was so gentle I literally didnt feel a thing. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Posada.

Megan Hopkins Dr. Posada is amazing! He did my gallbladder removal surgery. He is an absolutely amazing Doctor! Everything went well. I can’t thank him enough! His office staff is great. The surgery was good and all the nurses and doctors there were great. I was so nervous to get this done and everyone made me feel so good that I wasn’t nervous anymore. 1000% recommend him!

Linda Steele Thank you again Dr Posada. My husband recently had a tumor removed from his colon and the procedure went amazingly well. This is a truly God gifted surgeon. He is feeling better than he has felt for years. His health is restored to normal. How fortunate we are to have great doctors like this in Orlando.

Lindsey Headley Recently had my gallbladder removed by Dr. Posada. From the moment I had my first appointment with him, I felt confident that I had chosen the right surgeon. (Because lets be honest, you don’t just want anyone to operate on you!) He explained everything to me in a manner that I was able to understand and was very kind and answered any questions I had. On the day of surgery I was very nervous, but my anxieties quickly went away after talking with him before going in the operating room. Following surgery, it has been the same experience. He has been extremely helpful, caring, and thorough during my recovery process. He continues to show compassion and professionalism. If anyone I know ever needs surgery, i will 100% refer them to Dr. Posada (His nurse Jocelyn is the best too!) Thank You, Dr. Posada for taking good care of your patients. We need more Dr’s like you! (*Also had to call the after hours, on call Dr as well, who ended up being Dr. Chillders and he was also very kind and took his time listening to me and answering all my questions!)

AngieB IsOddlySatisying I LOVE Dr. Patel’s office, I have been a patient there for 10 plus years. I like seeing Dr Patel (Sr or Jr) however Kate, Melissa and Matt are the ones who always try to go above and beyond for me. I struggle with a horrible autoimmune disease which should be treated my a specialist. I didn’t have the $ at the time in between insurance. They went out of their realm of experience with my Illness to try their very best to help me. Matt actually got my wounds healed, Kate and Melissa also are so wonderful they are great listeners and seem to actually care. I’m never felt to be rushed even when I cry in frustration of my illness and anxiety of what’s going on with me. I always dread going to any doctors but this office I don’t. They make me feel so much better when I leave. The front desk staff Christy and Maxine are so accommodating and super sweet! I have recommended several of my friends and family looking for a great PCP.

Stacey McCombs I was having a very difficult time finding a new doctor in the area. I just moved on August 1st and needed to get into see a doctor in order to stay on some very important medications. Unfortunately, I couldnt find anyone who could even be bothered to listen to my situation and as a result had to spend three days in the hospital. The hospital finally found a doctor (Dr. Petals office) I was released that day and went to my appointment just a hour later. Amazing! ! When I got there I was relieved, finally amazing people who listen and understand! The young woman who treated me was as kind and knowledgeable as could be. Way above my expectations... Finally somebody listened. Again way above and beyond. I felt understood by a doctor for the first time since arriving here in Orlando. This office not only squeezed me in last minute but found me a great pharmacy as well. She put my mind at ease. I wont mention the doctors I wasted time ( Resulting in 3 days inpatient emergency care) and money on, I will however tell anyone who asks if I know of an amazing doctors office that Dr Patels should be their first and only call. ***Thank you so much from reception to check out. I am so grateful for the graciousness I received in your office. I was losing hope going from doctor to doctor as my health declined. I walked in almost hopeless and walked out just the opposite, at peace and full of hope*** Again, Thank You & God Bless Stacey M.

Fadia As-Saidi I was looking for PCP that is I could connect with holisticly and not feel like another number. When I did my due diligence his credentials and those of his practice exceeded my expectations and that gave me the push to schedule my first visit. I left out a small detail of my fear of doctors. However the moment I walked in, from the person at the reception area onwords they were all amazing in making me feel at ease and cared about me. Dr. Varesh Patel took his time in getting to know me as a person not just a case or a problem to fix. On another visit by error I was scheduled to see him however he was not in that day and I was pleasently surprise to meet one of the PAs there her name is Amanda. All I can say is her care and attention to details and to getting to know me again as a person was no less than my first experience. I highly recommend this practice for people that want this personalized and holistic feel to their health care. Thank you for all you do and the care you do it with ❤

Nickesha Carrol I recently had a colonoscopy at your facility, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, making the experience as comfortable as possible. The medical team was knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step, alleviating any anxiety I had. The procedure itself was efficient and thorough, and I appreciated the follow-up care and clear instructions provided post-procedure. Its evident that patient comfort and care are top priorities here. Thank you for making a typically daunting experience so positive! I highly recommend your services to anyone in need of a colonoscopy.

Brian Remington Easy check in, friendly staff made me comfortable and overall good experience for my outpatient surgery, however I was asked to arrive at 6:00am for a 7:30am procedure and found myself prepped and ready to go by 6:45 then I was left staring at the ceiling for over an hour. I got enough anxiety already folks, I don’t need to sit and wait that long. Thanks. Nice people tho.

Thelma Moesker I went to the Advent Health walk in clinic in Clermont then sent to Advent Emergency and from there transferred to Advent Health Hospital. Excellent care was given, always communicating next steps. The staff from Nutrition to the specialists were kind and always ready to help. No one wants to be sick but if it happens you are in excellent hands here.

Beth Maybo The staff in the ICU is extremely compassionate. My brother was in for a month before he passed away. The care he received was top-notch. The palliative care team was incredible as well. I cannot say enough positive things about our familys experience here..

VJ Mazza The check in process was quick and easy. We were seen within minutes of arriving. Everyone was friendly and professional. I wound up having to spend the night unexpectedly after an outpatient procedure and everyone I dealt with from the doctors, nurses and techs were attentive and caring. I was even able to get a decent nights’ sleep. If I ever need to be in the hospital again, I would have no hesitation to choose AdventHealth in Winter Garden.

Michael B I made an appointment with Dr. Geer 3 months ago. I specifically requested a female PCP. While I never met Dr. Geer, I was not treated with respect by her staff. When I arrived, I followed the directions of the office and checked in via their mobile website. The checkin was successful at 10:30AM (15 minutes before my appointment). I waited in my car, in the parking lot. At 10:50AM I received a phone call from the office asking where I was. I told them I was in the parking lot. The woman told me that I didnt check in online. I told her that I did. She told me to head on up. When I arrived at the desk, the lady felt the need to inform me that she was going to call "to the back" to inform them Im here, since I was late. I told her that, again, I checked in through the mobile app. I also showed her the screenshot with the confirmation She simply shrugged. She was obviously confused with whatever she was doing on the computer. She stated that she couldnt find my insurance information. I told her "Some folks need to put in the AQT prefix or else it wont go show up". She replied "No no, I have your member ID". I said "Okay cool". A couple of minutes passed and she called over another staff member to help her. The staff member told her that she was missing the "AQT" prefix. She said "Ohhh! Thank you, that was so helpful!". Im rolling my eyes writing this.. because.. duh. A moment later I was called back to the doctors office to have my vitals checked. The nurse mentioned "Im going to check your vitals and then HELL be right in". I asked "He? Im supposed to meet with Dr. Geer". She said "Yeah" and proceeded to check my BP (which I might add was above normal by this point since I was pretty annoyed) She finished up, and I had to ask again "So wait. I specifically made an appointment with a female doctor.". The nurse nodded and replied "Well she was super busy because our systems were down this morning" (online checkin I bet) "so hes helping her out." I told the nurse, again, that I specifically requested a female doctor 3 months ago. She looked at Dr. Geers schedule and told me that there were a few patients ahead of me. At this point it is 11:15 and I was not planning to wait for however long that might take. I asked the nurse for a ballpark estimate and she replied honestly "I dont know". So I left. On my "visit summary" in the AdventHealth portal it mentions "Patient left before being seen" - which is true. But the context isnt and wasnt clear. Thats why Im leaving this review.

KYLE CONNER My wife was told by another surgeon that she would have to loose 100 pounds before she could have her hernia repaired. He suggested that she have weight loss surgery first that my insurance did not cover. We got a second opinion from Dr. Koller who immediately told us he could preform the surgery without a problem. He did an excellent job in repairing her hernia. We are so lucky to have found him. He is very confident and skillful. If you are looking for a qualified and capable surgeon, look no farther. My wife and I are both very grateful to have him as her doctor.

Elizabeth Brown Thank you, Dr. Koller and team! I feel so much better! Finally, I can eat a full meal or drink a large drink without pain and discomfort. Xiomara Norvelis I am a 29 year old female who has had an umbilical hernia after my pregnancy 4 years ago. I’ve been struggling with pain and Dr.Koller has made this processes so seamless for me and my family. I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes and it was worth it. My fear was how long it would be to get started and he was able to get me in fast for surgery and on day 5 I was up and moving. It was my very first surgery so I had a lot of nerves. I am left with very minimal scarring on day eight, I couldn’t have gone to a better surgeon. I am so grateful to have found him and his team. Because of his confidence, I am confident to start working out again, and not living in fear that it will come undone. I will recommend him over and over again.

CF Grant I used to see Dr. Gerkovich at this office 19 years ago and when he retired I stayed with the practice and saw Dr. Danna. The staff was always the same and I felt great about the practice. In the last 4 years things have changed and Ive seen many new faces. Hey things change, but quality of care has gone down. There was an instance where they actually lost my urine sample that I left. I had a concern about a visit I had just this week, I left a voicemail and also went into mychart to send a message and no reply. I called just now, a Friday at 3 pm and they are closed. They dont seem to make the concern of a patient a priority any longer and for someone that is now paying out of pocket for medical care I am very disappointed in how badly the office has changed.

Alene Baptiste Dr Chudgar is an amazing Doctor. He is very informative and listens to his patients wants and needs. He is very family oriented and always strives to provide the best care possible. While being treated at the office I have also watched his interactions with his team and he seems to value them as well. I literally travel from the other side of Orlando to see him. He is a wonderful doctor! Dont go anywhere else!

Janeen G. If you were to ask me 6 years ago to review this place, I would of given them a five stars, but with my encounter with one of the ultrasound tech Today, I am giving them a two star. The front staff is super nice but my ultrasound tech was extremely hostile and unprofessional. She had an issue with me coming in for my early appointment and wanted me to come in for my 11:30 but I couldn’t answer her call or responded back but both my appointment were important and I was high risk but the tech didn’t want to keep the earlier appointment…the way she went about speaking to me and my husband was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. If I have to do another ultrasound appointment, Im asking my doctor to schedule me somewhere else.

Kimberly Fann Highly recommend Dr. Chudgar. He is a wonderful, caring, thorough OBGYN. His bedside manner is second to none. I’ve never had another physician spend the time he does answering questions, filling me in, making sure I’m comfortable, etc. He truly cares about his patients and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new OBGYN. His office staff is always polite and efficient. Thank you for all you do!

Tisheema J B I had been going to this office for well over 10 years and have seen a few of the different doctors there. Currently I had been seeing Dr. Danna and have been very pleased with her. She is caring, thoughtful and obviously very good at her job. However today I’ve decided to seek care elsewhere because of some of the staff. I had an 11:30 appointment and I arrived early at 11:10. I hadn’t been in some time so I had to fill out new paperwork and give my ID and insurance information which I had no problem with. The woman at the front desk was pretty pleasant and told me she had to verify my insurance since it hadn’t been verified for a long time. Again I had no problem with that. A few minutes later she explained that the insurance company is taking a long time to verify and if I didn’t want to wait I could sign a form that says I would be responsible for paying if they couldn’t verify my insurance. I told her I didn’t mind waiting and I didn’t want to sign such a form. She said no problem and I sat back down. A few minutes later some other lady came out from the back trying to tell me to just sign the form because the doctor has to leave. (Which in my opinion wasn’t the truth) When I told her I wouldn’t sign it and I didn’t mind waiting, she was very rude in her tone and body language and told me I could also reschedule. I didn’t think that was fair because I was already there and waiting. Why should I have to leave and come back another time? Especially since I already waited a few weeks for the appointment in the first place. She then rudely rolled her eyes and said “fine, it’s alright!” and walked off. I sat back down to wait but decided to just cancel the appointment and leave because at that point the whole experience would be unpleasant. I told them I’d call back to reschedule and left. About 20 minutes later someone else called me from the office to apologize and said they should have verified my insurance before I got there. She said the doctor was upset that I left and wanted her to call and apologize and reschedule. While I appreciate they called to apologize, I don’t want to go back because the whole thing was unnecessary and now I am uncomfortable. I feel like they were trying to rush me out because it’s friday and they close early on Fridays or they were trying to leave for lunch on time. Either way it wasn’t my fault they didn’t verify my insurance before I got there and I don’t appreciate being force to sign a document I don’t want to sign. Some of them should really work on how they talk to their patients. Again Dr. Danna is great and I have nothing negative to say about her and her services. I do think they should re-evaluate some of their staff or train them on what good service looks like.

Christina Williams I have been coming to this ER for years because they have always gone above and beyond for me. Everyone has always had an amazing phenomenal attitude however today was my worst experience ever to the extent that I would never want to come here ever again nor recommend anyone. My HIPPA rights were completely violated over four times in less than an hour. Due to frustration with the treatment (never raising my voice) just verbally said that I am extremely frustrated and furious; security was called. I had a surgery done and no one explained anything to me after. In fact, I was told that the doctor was explaining the procedure to me while I was completely incoherent due to the anesthesia. Please make it make sense. Nurses came into my room to view my body without drawing a curtain or even closing the door. Extremely unprofessional. I was charged for medication that no one explained. Overall, this was the worst experience Ive ever had.

No one notified me about this. I even called in to ask if there would be any issues with my prescription before I canceled and was told everything would be fine. Save your money.

Don G My family and I have been going here for years. The doctors are top notch and are very caring and wonderful. They are the only reason why Im rating 3 stars and not 1. The office, however, is a different story. It seems over the past year the support from the office staff has changed. The doctor referred us to a specialist and then, after multiple calls, still hasnt sent the information the specialist asked for. I had a question about billing and their agent actually yelled me down and didnt even listen to what the issue was. He wouldnt even let me explain. Calls go unanswered, problems not reolved and in general have been horrible. I hope they can turn it around.

I highly recommend Dr. Childers for his professional advice, surgery and overall medical care.

SK McCall I have been a patient of Dr. Childers for over 15 years, after being diagnosed with Fibrocystic breasts. He and his team have provided excellent care through the years, along with managing other issues requiring general surgery. He is an amazing doctor and has always taken the time to understand my concerns and thoroughly explain my care.

Jennifer King Dr. Childers saved my life 2 years ago and also did a subsequent surgery for me. I will NEVER go to another surgeon. He has an excellent bedside manner and explained things in a way that you understand. He really is the best. Because my hospital stay was almost 2 weeks after my surgery I also saw all of the other surgeons in the practice, except 1, during my stay and they were all kind and caring as well. I recommend him to anyone needing a surgeon.

Kim Perez Dr. Timothy Childers was very compassionate and thorough with me for my visit... His positivity and concern and helpfulness was on point and assured me about my procedure and recovery time. I dont have a doubt about his professionalism and compassion about his patients. His staff was very friendly and showed compassion as well. My first visit made me very relaxed and felt very comfortable talking to the nurse and Dr. Childers.

C Smith My 22 year old son and I have found Dr. Shah to be very caring, very thorough, and very invested. Her kindness and friendly nature made us feel very comfortable, and the time she spent with us made us feel confident in her recommendations. Her staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I rarely write reviews but wanted to share these thoughts.

Emily Miller I highly recommend Dr. Shaw inpatient at Advent Health and outpatient at her practice. I met Dr. Shaw inpatient, and she is very kind and compassionate yet somehow super thorough. Being inpatient is hard and doctors can be very dismissive, but Dr. Shaw made sure I was okay an helped me through some challenging times. She has become part of my care team outpatient for treatment of recurrent infections due to being immunocompromised. Not only is she a fantastic doctor, but her staff is amazing. My home health nurses, and agency loves working with her office as they always respond with respect, compassion, and in a timely fashion. Anytime I mention Dr. Shaw’s name in the Orlando medical community, people immediately start talking about how amazing she is. It’s no coincidence that physicians, nurses, pharmacies, and patients have great experiences with her. I am disappointed to see some of these reviews. Please keep in mind that specialists round at hospitals during the day, they are on call all night, and have a practice to run. Just because she may be in a hurry or be handling a couple patients at one time doesn’t mean she is not paying attention to you. At the end of the day, if you have some kind of infectious disease, Dr. Shaw is the best she will advocate for you and follow up to make sure you are okay. I have had some close calls with the man upstairs and Dr. Shaw is always there to help.

Catherine St Onge I have been seeing Dr. Archana Shah over the past few years as needed for stubborn infections that I get from time to time that need the attention of an infectious disease MD. She and her staff have been very kind & helpful; always there for me when I need them as well as working with my health issues to find the type of bacteria and the right antibiotic that I can take to get well. I very much appreciate the care and attention she and her staff provide to me as their patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone who need the services of an infectious disease doctor. Calls to make an appointment have been easy. Any questions I may have while under their care have been answered with a return call in a timely manner. When I needed a referral to a specialist to assist in getting further co-care her staff has also been very helpful in finding one who can see me sooner than later. I am thankful to Dr. Shah & her staff for the care they always provide to me as their patient

Joy Brewer I first met Dr. Shah when she treated me in Winter Park Hospital for a massive infection that had caused me to have my knee replacement removed and a block put in until the infection was gone and I could have another replacement knee put in. Its been 4 months so far and hopefully I can have replacement surgery within the next month or so. Dr. Shah has been very nice to me, worked very hard to discover what kind of infection it was and to find the exact medication to treat it. Wait time in office was short and all office staff Ive met have been very nice and professional. Can not talk about billing as it was handled by my insurance company and I have received no bills. All other patients Ive met in office seem to like her too.

Kee Ai My daughter and I was referred to this place in hopes that we receive the services needed, but what we experienced was not what the previous reviews state. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD, I do NOT recommend anyone to use this place. What I experienced on today I couldn’t believe the Dr even tried my intelligence. As always I am a firm believer that you should always read anything before signing. Well I noticed before signing off for the treatment that my daughter and I was there to receive One of the ladies (I know her when I see her) checked off/ billed us for treatment that we never received and when i brought it to the Doctor’s attention and she “Acted” as if she was really concern but really knew what was going on (just to cover herself) this made my daughter and I very upset as well as uncomfortable that I didn’t continue with the service today. Also what I found weird was today The doctor saw us first before treatment was done when usually it’s the other way around. (Treatment first and see the doctor last) I was asked by the Doctor to sign off before treatment was given for us which I refused due to No treatment checked /billed. This place is a FRAUD, imagine how many other people are being affected by this situation without knowledge. SAD!!!

Gary Gandia The staff at CMC are hands down the nicest staff I have ever had the privilege to interact with. They are helpful, extremely kind and considerate. Just an all around pleasure to have been taken care of by them. They are just awesome people. I absolutely recommend this Medical Center to anyone who reads this review.

Brian Tangredi Just recently finished up treatment there for a car accident I was in and all the ladies there were all so nice and professional. Joyce and karen up at the front desk were always so nice and Jessica did an amazing job with the massages and showing me different stretches to help my back. I would recommend to anyone!!

Joceline Cotto If i was able to give them 0 stars I would! Therapy is a waste of time because they dont help! They are slow and always going around in circles. No organization! Accommodation for the patients NONE! They are so concerned about the money that they insist for you to attend 20+ Sections! In order to “release” you. You attend all 20 sections and still cant give you proper documentation indicating you are released! If job needs documentation they can’t provide you with it either! In other words your just a money sign! Doctor Saunders is not Approachable at all! Not a people person! Asks you the same question day after day! Its like a routine. Nothing different And with a doctor like that patients are not comfortable! And niether is the staff! The staff would perfer to try and answer all concerns with a simple NO than approaching the Doctor and thats the main problem! Very unsatisfied! I recommend looking for a different place!

Patti P Dr.Haber and her staff at the new AdventHealth 65+ is my husband’s new PCP and we are thrilled. Both DrHaber and her staff are so responsive, sharp and quickly helped us navigate a health care challenge. She is kind, caring, responsible and has a great team behind her. Our health coach Stephanie and her nurse Jessica all helped us move forward. I love how the Adventhealth patient portal helps everyone work together and as quickly as possible. The office is new, beautiful and no waiting. Sadly you have to be 65 plus so many of us will miss out until we are old enough. Lol

Kathleen Gaudiano Dr Haber is a fabulous doctor. She is on top of every patient’s condition. She is always looking out for her patients. I feel very safe under her care. Her staff is incredible as well they are caring, skilled and reflect the attention to detail to compliment Dr Haber’s practice. It’s a great practice.

Jody Rogers I stand behind my review that Dr. Haber is an excellent doctor, but please note that she is no longer at this location and is doing elder care only (65 and older). Exceptional doctor! Ive never had a doctor that spent so much time with me asking questions and answering my questions. She even notices little things year to year at my physical (weight loss, new hair style). I feel "heard" when I have a concern. Again, absolutely exceptional!

Linda Merbler My experience with Dr. Habers office was not a good one. After the appointment, I pulled up my portal and read my Appointment Details. False information had been entered into my record and I immediately called Dr. Habers office. The next day I received a message back that the fact they had entered I was a heavy drinker and a binge drinker into my records would not affect nothing on my insurance. I have at the most 1-2 drinks per week and mainly drink non alcoholic beer. I was again in contact with the office and indicated this was unacceptable. I was also told Dr. Haber was aware of this situation. No one at the office called me so after a week, I contacted Advent Health Corporate Patient Care. My portal was changed but under screening for alcohol abuse performed it states that results were discussed with me and the appropriate plan was developed as needed. This is still unacceptable.

Nicole I I cannot recommend Dr Haber more. I choose my insurance policies based on her being a provider. One of the rare health care providers who demonstrate how much they truly care about their patients. The doctors she has provided referrals to have also been come of the best i have encountered.

Sarah Lewis Loved this office, location and the friendliness. Dr. S was very easy to talk to and I felt like listened to my concerns and was genuinely interested in making my life as comfortable and quality effective as possible. I didnt feel rushed or blown off. I loved my nurse-very cheerful. My only wish is that they had an "out for lunch" sign. I went there for my first appointment and panicked because it was locked an no one was in office or answering the phones. Its a small office. I like that-just a sign for anxious people like me showing up there first time wouldve helped me breathe easier :)

Charles Rodriguez Every single time we have come here, the office has been 30-45+ minutes behind schedule. This is a serious organizational issue and is completely unacceptable with the amount of scheduling and efficiency tools available to the medical industry in 2024. It’s really not that difficult to be on-time. This is a total failure of facility operations management, and management staff should be embarrassed that they are seemingly incapable of holding their own organization to the scheduling that they set forth.

Ginger Clark I have been seeing Gretchen Smith for approximately 2 years and have always been impressed by her deep knowledge and genuine care. This past week she proved how unique she really is as a medical provider. After becoming ill, I called for an appointment and they immediately worked me in that day. She also provided a thorough exam and then followed up with me the next day. The entire office staff are professional and courteous making the practice a real gem in today’s healthcare environment.

Olivia Friedley My experience has been extremely disappointing and far less than helpful. Doctor Jason used Google right in front of me to prescribe me (more than once), and completely forgot the purpose of my visits/follow-up when he was the only doctor I had seen just a week or so before. He just read my chart and said “I’ll see you in a year” when I was visiting for very specific reasons/problems/questions other than just a general physical, as we had discussed previously. When I brought up/reminded him of the purpose of the follow-up, he just asked what medication I had taken before and decided to just go with that same one (What if I have changed and that one isn’t good for me anymore? What if that is not the best fit for me currently? What if there are other options for my specific problem?) Lastly, when he sent a separate prescription off, he didn’t explain any other options, possible side effects, dosage, or realize the fact that people with a history of heart problems in their family (as indicated in my chart) should probably not be on this medication!!! It’s very unsettling that he appears THAT uninterested and is prescribing things without discussion. Extremely lazy and really disappointing. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

Angélica Moya This office staff is so unfriendly, and the doctor doesn’t even check on anything in your body before send medication! We supposed to get some lab done, but the staff NEVER sent the paperwork to Quest, we called them and NOTHING! Is a coincidence they do their own lab work with an extra fee in the doctor’s office? Seriously isn’t enough the money you get from the insurance company? Go somewhere else, do not waste your time and money on this office please!

Caitlyn Campbell Leaving this review on behalf of my family member. I saw another reviewer mention below, bloodwork was not sent to Quest as requested. My family member waited at Quest for over 3 hours while having to call the office multiple times, only to be told they had faxed the orders over (the orders never arrived and the blood had to be disposed of). On top of that the receptionist attempted to send her calls to voicemail and then when she did answer the phone sighed, huffed, and was extremely rude.
