marty Mcfl I have been with this primary doctor for a few months, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. One of my biggest concerns is that he doesnt listen to and dismiss my concerns without proper attention. As someone who takes multiple medications, I must have a doctor who is attentive and understanding. Furthermore, an excellent doctor-patient relationship should be built on mutual respect and open communication, but unfortunately, that wasnt the case with this doctor. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this primary doctor to others. Its essential for patients to feel heard, respected, and supported; unfortunately, that was not my experience with this doctor.

Fred Bina Dr. Anil Verma is a detail physician and an excellent interventional cardiologist. He talks loud and act roughly, but that is his appearance first, after you interact, you feel good and comfortable with him . He is a person of walk and not talk. I recommend him strongly. He is an experienced cardiologist and will resolve problems .

Steve Miller It was my first visit to her as my insurance changed and I needed to find a new Primary Care Physician. I gave her a few pages of notes on my past medical history and she went through each point asking me questions and inputing it into her database. She was very smart, compassionate and had me set up for yearly labs, X Rays and referral to a specialist by the end of our visit. I was very impressed, as I have been a nurse for several decades and appreciate good physicians. PS- The office staff was efficient and helpful as well.

Frank Rainner I went to Delray and had a wonderful experience with MA peaches she cleaned my ears and did such a wonderful job. Tori Williams Been coming to see Dr dagher for over 7 years. He’s is the BEST doctor in south Florida. Finding him was a miracle. I was in a very bad car accident and was unable to manage my pain after two back surgeries back to back. I’ve also seen the nurse practitioner there multiple times and she’s just as great as Dr dagher. So sweet & thorough. Great bedside manner ! Marsha at the front desk is always so helpful and sweet. All in all this is best doctor’s office around.

brian chickloski Outstanding, is the only word that I can come up with to describe not only Dr. Dahger who’s the most qualified doctor in the pain management specialty, of anyone I’ve ever seen, but he’s also very approachable. He speaks to you as if you are family. That combined with a wonderful staff around him, simply made him my favorite doctor very quickly and over the past few years I never gave it a thought that I would never have another pain management doctor. Unfortunately, I found out that they don’t subscribe to Oscar Health at this time so I have to move on, but if they ever start carrying Oscar, I’ll be back without a moment of hesitation. They have been truly wonderful the past few years whether it has been an epidural shot, fitting me with the best back brace, or simply an office visit. Julio Cordero I had chronic back pain for almost 2 years and Dr. Dagher was able to relieve me of my pain in two visits. It was not easy, but he did a great job of diagnosing and pinpointing the exact problem with my back and now I can function like normal again. They don’t rush you through your appointment. They listen to their patients and have conversations that help them determine what their patients need. Shannon Seamon Went to this dermatologist to figure out a situation that was happening to my boyfriends skin all throughout his body and let me say they have been very helpful in doing what they can without either of us having insurance. maria is a wonderful employee who in which has been entirely kind & concerned throughout this entire process. she deserves recognition as a long term employee for the company and honestly see her as very sincere which is important in a job like this. there is nothing i hate more in the medical industry (after being a 27 year old ovarian cancer survivor with no ovaries / going through menopause ) than when a person in an office that has terrible bedside manners but she makes it her obligation in proving a point that she cares. Joetta I’ve been diabetic for a long time and in the past 3-4 years my primary doctor was treating me for my type 2 diabetes and thyroid. I wish I found this place sooner. I was always told because I had an HMO I needed my primary to treat me but that’s not true. My new primary sent me out and most places were booked out 3 months in advance. I got an appointment in 3 weeks time and when I was getting worse, this place got me in a week sooner. The front end staff were very friendly and the nurse who took my vitals and weight were very attentive to my concerns. Then my new doctor spent a good hour discussing my condition with my boyfriend and I. I finally was at ease that someone was going to help me and now I even have insulin pens and a Dexcom G7 compared to vials and syringes and sticking my fingers. I currently stick my arms and belly up to 5 times a day but we are working on getting an insulin pump for me. I was also started on new medication and will see the dietician in the coming weeks. I couldn’t praise this place enough. Another great thing is the patient portal. You can communicate directly with the office in real time and get a response within the hour. I want people to know that if you come here, you will be seen and heard. Nobody will dismiss you and you will receive top notch and modern technology kind of care. I really wish I came here sooner but now I have hope that I can better manage my health and honestly get better.

Gary Hancock In June 2023 I went to get an appraisal of getting my nose corrected for breathing issues. Mr. Vengerovich did not give me an x-ray but made a decision on my problem by scoping my nose. Over a year later my PCP sent me to Rayus to get an x-ray. Diagnosis was Nasal Deformity. I went to another ENT and his diagnosis was a Deviated septum and Chronic sinusitis. He suggested I see a specialist to get plastic surgery to correct the problems. Maybe get an x--ray machine.

Nikki Are we hiring preschoolers to drain our ears now?? I went to this man and he tore holes in my ear. Like oh my god, is it so hard to drain a person’s ear that you have to end up with significant damage?? Super unprofessional and didn’t listen to any of my concerns either. Just go to ER or urgent care. They’ll take care of you way better.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Jacobs took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my condition. His expertise and compassionate demeanor were truly remarkable. I felt confident in his treatment plan and am already looking forward to seeing the positive results. Louis Ferraro Could not have had a worst first impression with this office. First I called to set up an appointment as a new patient at 4pm during a weekday and found that everyone already left. I decided to leave a message and was told they would call me back, which of course they didnt do. Then I called back again and finally after a long wait I was greeted with "Hello?". Not "Hello, thank you for calling X office..." After asking if Dr Jacob is accepting new patients, I got hung up on while reading my insurance member ID number and did not get a call back. I would highly recommend improving this process with your receptionists, as this was one of the worst experiences Ive had with a doctor.

Jeffrey Schnur I had visits to Dr. Jacobs, and then to the P.A., Lisa, a few times a year for more than two years. A potential stone -- gall or kidney, I think -- had them monitoring my bloods every several months. But in all that time, Dr. Jacobs didnt so much as put a finger on me, or even a stethoscope. Eventually, I started seeing the PA instead, who did use a stethoscope, but again, no other touching. At one appointment, I related to Dr. Jacobs a strange, undiagnosed neurological symptom I have whenever I run a (rare) high fever. He told me that any problem would show up in my blood results. Really?! You dont need to be a medical professional to know how absurd his response was. All that said, both the doctor and the PA did monitor my bloods closely, and detected and kept an eye on the aforementioned gall stone issue, as well as a drop in my ferritin level. But no checking my eyes, my throat, my ears, my prostate (except for PSA levels) -- I was 66 with a family history of prostate cancer -- no urinalysis, and certainly no old fashioned palpation. Also, no "turn and cough" to detect a hernia. (A urologist just detected one and Ill be getting surgery.) Just another example of the failure of corporatized primary care. Several months ago I moved to Broward County and found a doctor in a private solo practice, a rare bird these days, for sure. This doctor and his staff are wonderful and very hands on -- literally. Decent primary care still exists, apparently.

Roland Morin Once again, a very pleasant experience. Reception was prepared for my appointment and the nurse who took my vitals was gracious. Dr. Jacob took the time to my lab results explain my lab results and answered all my questions completely. Chosing Dr. Marty Jacob is one of the best decisions Ive made since relocating to Palm Beach County.

Debra Wyche All staff is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and they all have so much patience. Dr E is a great doctor. He answer all my questions and he explains everything to me. He have patience with his patients which is so awesome. I would and will recommend Dr. E to any and everyone whos in need of a good doctor. He dont try to rush you out of his office because he really, really cares about his patients health and well being. Ill give 10 stars if I could.

Qantas Pita Ive been seeing Doctor Etienne Jn Richard for over 4 months .its been chaos,people at the desk are terrible not professional, the office dont pick up the phone if they pick up they cant answer your questions.they will arguing yell at you, hang up the phone on your face. All of it.. I bring the situation to the Doctor nothing has changed. I dont suggest anyone or recommend that Doctor office to anyone for any reason .they will forgot to put your name in the system for your appointment. And disrespect you how they want .I will definitely leave

Margo The doctor is great. But waiting time is horrible. Whats the point of putting an appointment just to wait an hour to be seen for 10-15 minutes by the doctor? Also the staffs are terrible, unprofessional, and rude. Never had a good experience with the front desk. They get a snappy attitude for doing their job.

Justin Grandic I recently visited Bethesda’s Emergency Room after a car accident, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and efficient. Especially Nurse Nicolette at triage, Nurse Selene and the PA Heather. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen quickly despite the busy ER. The nurses were kind, reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable. They were thorough, explaining every step of my treatment and ensuring I understood my care plan. They took the time to answer all my questions, which really helped ease my anxiety. Imaging and tests were done promptly, and I was kept informed throughout my visit. The level of professionalism and kindness I received from the entire team made a stressful situation much more manageable. I truly appreciate the dedication of the medical staff and would highly recommend Bethesda to anyone in need of emergency care. Thank you to the amazing ER team for taking such great care!!

Linda Rose I received excellent care today. The check in process was quick and was taken back to a room in a short time. Everyone that was involved with my care was very friendly and reassuring. I received a CT scan in a timely manner. I think this is a great ER.

Worst experience ever, called on three separate days to make an appointment, no one ever picks up, so I left a voice mail and my phone number, no one ever called me back. So I ended up just dial straight onto their operator, she had to hang up on three times and said she would call back in 5 minutes but never called back.

Daniel Cohen Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a primary care medical group. I had a nasty ingrown toe nail that infected my big toe. Their PA, Colton, was fantastic. He was able to remove the ingrown, drain the infection, and got me back in business in under 5 minutes. Everyone I interacted with seemed really happy to be there and provided a very positive experience. The front desk was very efficient and actually called me for my appointment ON TIME!! Christine, the Medical Assistant who did intake was an absolute joy, and Julie, who took my blood sample, was a great stick. I’m excited I finally found a medical group that I feel like treats me like family. Highly recommend!

Mel Dubovick Dr Speizman speaks clearly, fully describing any medical issue requiring dupiscussion. Rather than spending every moment of my visit with his computer, he takes the time to listen. So many doctors hear the first few words and immediately try to develop a solution so they can see the next patient. Dr Speizman cares about his patients. If a presceiption is very costly, he will look for a similar drug that provides more value.

Steven Marino My wife has been experiencing all sorts of ailments to which her doctor said seems to point to an autoimmune disease. Unfortunately she was referred to “Dr” Brett Hutton. She scheduled an appointment to which I could not join and after waiting 30 minutes to be seen, Mr Hutton enters the room and in 5 minutes tells her that she does not have autoimmune disease. All without providing any reasoning other than “he’s good at his job”… then proceeded to tell her that all the tests in the world would not be of any benefit because her problem is “above her shoulders” NICELY insinuating that she should be treated for mental health issues, completely disregarding her symptoms. He came to this conclusion after talking to her for 5 minutes, in which he praised himself and his life experiences for making him such a great doctor. I highly recommend that anyone who books an appointment with this man reconsiders or at the very least is accompanied by a loved one, friend or husband. I am deeply offended by his bedside manner and the way in which my wife was treated and talked down to. I don’t usually leave reviews but I promise you this one is warranted. I’d leave a 0 star rating if i could.

Judy Shore Beautiful office and wonderful, kind and caring office staff. Both my husband and I have been treated by Dr. Hutton for various issues... injured shoulder, foot fracture, knee pain. Melissa took my x-rays and was gentle, knowledgeable and sweet! Dr Hutton always takes his time to explain exactly what’s going on and the best treatment options. I also saw the PA, Jason Hanby for wrist pain and his treatment plan worked wonders. I have been very pleased with the care my husband and I have received here and I highly recommend this office.

It’s really hard to get great service and everybody on the whole staff to be nice and friendly.
