judith rogers I love Dr. Gower! The office and staff are so accommodating and nice! I feel that for the first time, my husband and I (as we are both patients of Dr. Gower); have really good comprehensive medical care. We want to spend our final years knowing that we have had the best care, not just for ourselves, but for those who love and rely on us. I like how understanding Dr. Gower is and that if the dose or original instructions on the bottle don’t exactly match the way a medication works for me personally he is willing to consider and change it.

Connie Wills This staff is the best! Dr Berryman has been amazing. He found the exact reasons why I was living in such pain and has pinpointed the areas that needed to be treated. He took me from facet injections, to caudal injections and these findings proved that I was a candidate for RF ablation. He explains each process of the procedures and tells me what he is doing during each procedure and what each step should feel like through each treatment. If you are reading this and suffer as I have, just imagine one single day with 99% relief. I am now experiencing 4-6 MONTHS without debilitating pain. I’ve been through quite a few unfortunate situations with Puppies and a couple of my adults. I breed Pomskies And for the most part, veterinarian hospitals, hate, and despise most Breeders. Understandable because most breeders are not the most loving and caring people that they should be, bringing Puppies into the world. Well, they have never made me feel like that. they have always handled me and everything that I brought to them on a professional level. Jill Graichen If I could give this place a million stars, I would! These Drs and the vet techs are literally life savers! My little girl has been sick for quite a while. Last week, a very sweet lady I know called and got my girl a appointment. They took her in even though they were booked. We took her in and they had to do emergency surgery because she had a squeaker stuck in her stomach. Fast forward, she comes home and on Saturday we noticed something was seriously wrong. My husband calls back up there and they tell him to bring her back in. She had to have another emergency surgery because her intestines were twisted. Dr Karen took my little girl in last minute again and stayed after closing to do the surgery. Also, since they were closed, they went and check on her every three hours and kept us updated on how she was doing. Today, my little girl gets to come home! These people are true angels over there! Renesmee is scared of everyone and everything. She doesnt let anyone pet her or get close to her. She absolutely loves the people who work at this hospital, and they love her. They treat the animals with so much love and care, like they were their own. I absolutely love this place, and I wont be taking her or any of my other animals anywhere else!

Don’t let you know they only have ONE single person taking appts on a Friday. Scheduled an appt for one reason and the appointment reason they had me down for was something totally different. Have been coming here over 13 years and in the last two years this office has completely went down hill. Won’t be coming back which is sad to say because I truly enjoy the physicians in the office.

Diane Burns My experience with the girls in the office is good . Kathy answers the phone ,she is not very nice and is nasty and rude. Dr.Augustine is a joke . I had a colostomy bag at the time ...I was told to see my primary. When I told him why I was there . His words were " Im not touching that !!!" But his doctors for the hospital stay I had didnt have a problem walking around billing me for thousands to do nothing. They had no contact with my primary at all so the doctors office had no idea why i was there .They were useless too . Im thanking God for them kicking me out. Im heading for Tampa where the doctors are actually. Medical doctors - not Horse doctors. I was a fool to stay that long with this doctors office.

Then before my Appointment with PA Brent Rentfro (Who by the way is superb and very thorough...Outstanding is a better word) I was taken to the the Disney VIP Office! What a beautiful Office filled with Disney Artifacts and even two Disney Chairs. The Cast at Dr. Jacobs Office are truly remarkable people. MY Wife Lisa and I are very Happy and Proud to have these fine Doctors & Cast taking care of Us. NP Reggie is also fantastic and got me through a major Cat Bite...oweeeeee. Marissa Smeltz I have been going to this office for over 6 years now and finally got to see Dr. Jacobs. I have never left a doctors office feeling more positive and understood than I did today. I get extremely anxious about doctors offices, hospitals etc and with 1 visit he calmed that anxiety. He listens and truly cares about his patients. The office staff is always so kind I definitely would recommend this office and Dr. Jacobs to anyone looking for a primary care doctor.

Frank Came down with flu on a Monday, called dr on Tuesday and missed his call back. Called him right back and they said he’d get back to me. I got no call back. Called Optum Wednesday morning and finally got to speak with him. He said he would send steroid for my breathing, because of my COPD and antibiotics. My pharmacy got nothing, I called office again and they said he does all scripts at once, at the end of work day. It’s now Thursday morning and pharmacy got nothing from the dr. I called office again and the nurse asked what medications am I looking for? I asked her doesn’t the dr know, he knew when I spoke to him on Wednesday morning. She said, you spoke to him yesterday? I’ve been trying to get relief for days and nurse says today that she’ll get with the dr and try to make this happen. Are all Florida drs incompetent? That’s all I find here. It should not take a 64yo with history of cancer to fight to get prompt medical attention. Sad country we live in!!

J. C. Dr. Hall is the best PCP I have ever had. I am so thankful he was recommended to me. The office staff is also great and have yet to meet someone that wasnt great. Very thankful for the on-site lab too. Super convenient, Caring. Little to no wait time, and painless... All we could ask for. Call your insurance to update your PCP today. You will not regret it!

Andrew Whitley Worst clinic ever. Went in for impacted ear wax,(right ear) was told they can take care of it. Clogged up my left ear, which I didnt have a problem with, then said that I need to go see an ENT because they dont have the equipment to get the wax out. After taking $150. Makes sense now why they took the money before doing the work. Bunch of thieves.

Craig Teller While visiting Brooksville at Croom Motorsports, I suddenly came down with the flu. I headed to Total Care Plus, and they saw me right away. Within 25 minutes of walking in, my prescriptions were already sent to the Publix across the street. I picked up my medicine and was on my way. The staff was fantastic—quick, friendly, and efficient!

Ashlynn Oleary This urgent care is always amazing! Great service from registration till discharge! Every nurse practitioner I have seen has always listened to my concerns! The staff is always very caring and friendly. Definitely recommend this urgent care for your urgently needed medical needs.

P. Rivka (Rivka) Facility charged me an extra $50 for a urinalysis because me telling the Nurse Practitioner what my symptoms are wasnt good enough. The urinalysis was inconclusive, so the Nurse would not prescribe the antibiotic that I need for a common UTI. Instead of treatment, the Nurse suggested I buy more tests. Now Im out $125 for absolutely nothing and I have to go to another doctor. I am hopping mad. Its my fault, actually, because I came here before and had a mediocre experience at best. I wrote it off to the clinic being new, but they are using the same broken equipment from last year. Dont come here.

Kim Whitaker I have been seeing Cheryl Collito for over 18 years and she is wonderful! Patient, kind, caring, you wont get a better mid-wife than her! The entire office staff is loving and caring. The office is clean, well decorated, and the receptionists are well informed and kind. I have never encountered a rude individual in this entire office. I like the fact that they are confidential as well. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Helene Merker I found, as a new patient, Dr. Kero was informative, compassionate, and spent time explaining answers to all my questions. Usually doctors stand at their computers, and never turn around to speak to you, but not this office. Staff very pleasant and thorough, especially Carmen. She put my mind at ease immediately.

Rebecca Dr.Hoche is the best obgyn you could ever see. Shes caring and compassionate, and make sure your health is taken care of with top priority. She will hold your hand in some of the toughest moments and cheer for you during the good. Ive been with her practice for 5 years and drive 50 minutes one way just to see her . She is a great surgeon as well. This doctors office has been great, the nurses and staff are nice. Theres only one down side...a little patience goes a long way with them especially when youll be put on hold for awhile, sometimes they have 20 people waiting in line before you and they go as fast as they can. Im understanding and respectful of that but some people arent! Yeah it can be frustrating as a patient but theres only so many staff to go around and they have to provide the same quality of care they do for you, for the other callers too. They are understaffed and spread so thin and still do a great job balancing it all. Now the mask policy is gone and your spouse can come to obgyn visits which makes it all the better now.

Congeta Armstrong The office staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, uncaring , and shows no respect or gratitude to the patients. (WOW) The Doctor was professional, and gentle. However his medical assistance makes it uncomfortable in the examining room, this took my focus off the Doctor. The medical assistance walk in the room and start giving orders, take this off, do that, sit here, all without an introduction. I asked her for her name and title, and she attempt to ignore me, I had to ask a second time before she answers, and of course she gave me an attitude ( WOW) The Doctor recommend surgery for my problem, and as he was writing me scripts, the office staff was asking me to sign surgery documents standing in a hall way without explanation or accommodation. when I asked for assistance to schedule testing, the office staff told me to pick a card from the wall and call a testing facility they have nothing to do with it. (WOW) I am a register Nurse in Florida/ in Family Nurse Practitioner School, so I am not practicing currently. Therefore, i am fortunate to receive Medicaid health benefits temporarily. I can only assume that they are this way because: (1) I have Medicaid and they are accustom to treating this group of patients with little or no respect. (2) They tend to believe it is acceptable to treat black patients as if they are not welcome (3) They lack the education and caring mentality necessary to work in a medical setting, especially in a OB/GYN office. (4) The Doctors allow them to be rude, and disrespectful to their patients. Either because they are not aware or they themselves do not care much how their patients are being treated in their office. (5) The Office is in need of a MANAGER, a manager who knows how to manage a medical office. A manager who sets the tone for for all staffs to display at all times respect and friendly customer service coupled with professionalism. Based on all the negative reviews , yet no changes have been implemented it is quite clear that the manager is incapable or uneducated in the field of management. I had ask to speak with her, I was told that she was busy, and that she would call me back. ( WOW) I waited a week, still I have NOT receive any communication from her or from the office regarding my surgery to be scheduled. (WOW) I had really like the Doctor , and I wish I had the opportunity to sit with him and ask question about my surgery and what to expect. Instead the Office staff gave me a very bad experience in this office.

JAV JAV Great experience with the team. The girl at the front desk wasn’t very forthcoming she didn’t greet me and when I asked her questions she seemed a little too “busy”. Everybody else was super great, love that everything is digital. The checkin nurse was very nice and seemed caring. The Dr was fantastic she was very nice and explained everything well and she even apologized for having to take an emergency during our session and explained that she would be back. The Dr seemed very caring and showed concern and listened very well.

Joshua Olian Worst medical experience I’ve ever had. I waited over an hour and a half and watched people who came in after me leave before I was even taken into the back. Then, they took my temperature and left me in the check-up room for FORTY minutes without once checking on me or letting me know what was taking so long. I listened as the doctors helped patients that came in after me and finished with them and sent them home without ever talking to me. They literally just forgot I existed and didn’t come to help me until I walked out of my room and asked to see a doctor myself. They prioritized other patients that came in after me and then pretended that’s not what happened. It should not take two and a half hours to take someone’s temperature, feel their throat, and give them a flu prescription. The actual time spent helping me was probably less than 15 minutes, yet it took them over two and a half hours. THEN, I wanted to change the location my prescription was being sent to, because the pharmacy I selected originally had closed… because they took so long. And I was told it would take a long time to change the location, and I said that’s fine I will wait. When I said I’d be willing to wait, the woman I was talking to snapped at me and said it’ll probably be tomorrow. She would rather send a patient home without medication that they need than actually do her job and help patients. And get this, I asked the receptionist to send it to a different pharmacy, and she fixed it within TWO MINUTES. Even as the receptionist was helping me, that other woman was telling her not to and trying to prevent me from getting my prescription. So no, it wasn’t going to take a long time and it wasn’t an issue to change. That woman just wanted me to leave and go home miserable because I didn’t have my medication, despite how easy it was to fix. Working at a medical facility and having such a bad attitude and actively trying not to help patients is atrocious. This is genuinely appalling. At every stage in the process, there is so much disregard for the well-being of the patients and so much disorganization. Forgetting about a patient completely, ignoring them while you help others who came in after them, pretending like that’s not what happened, taking so long that the pharmacy I selected closed, and then trying to prevent me from going to a different pharmacy by LYING to me about how long it would take to change. Honestly, if I were a manager of a medical facility and I employed people who treated patients like this, I would be ashamed of myself. Hiring and supporting staff who not only disregard the needs of patients, but actively work against their needs is just unbelievable.

Catrina Kallmeyer Why have the ability to sign up for an appointment when you get there 10 minutes ahead of time, still going to have to sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes, then another 20 in a smaller waiting room while other people who come in go in ahead of you? And the website says you can be seen within 30 minutes? If there wasn’t a spot at the time I scheduled why did it have the time available? From the other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem. Said I was first in the queue. Unprofessional.

Ralph Feith Hospital was clean, staff was courteous and professional, and kept me informed. As totally shocked as I was the food was actually good. In fact better than some local restaurants. And it was warm. I only have one complaint, the insertion of a port in my arm was done by a well meaning person but my veins are “challenging “ to say the least. I tried to warn the professional but she was very adamant about her expertise and dismissed the fact that I may actually know my body better than she does. As a result the procedure was painful and my arm looks like a hematoma board as an example of what NOT to do. I will be wearing long sleeves for a while. The hospital floor only had one machine to do ultrasound vein searches and NO tech qualified to use it on duty. This is reflective of the lack of competent administration. They need more than one machine and several trained people on each shift per floor. Hello - wake up and realize that you serve a lot of elderly patients with very challenging veins.

Giselle Rodriguez Trinity Hospital is one of the best by far in Pasco County. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a warm and caring smile. The operating room nurses were kind and gentle. All of the nurses that took care of me, Jordan, Stacey, Jose and the others were outstanding. My surgeon, Dr. Keith Chisholm is a hero, and I wouldnt be here if not for his efforts. Even Bianca with housekeeping was so kind and friendly. I highly recommend Trinity Hospital for the best care.

Bama Williams Horrible experience for us. Staff did not take time to understand patients special needs and/ or ignored them. We made every effort to explain what was required. Our requests were clear and simple yet still not followed. I tried reaching out to a supervisor and was treated as if I was stupid. In my opinion, if you are a guardian of a patient in this hospital do not leave their side. They may be transported without a guardian present to speak for and represent the patient properly. I will say, 5 stars to Dr Higgins, his staff and the surgical unit. But when placed on a care floor, it all fell apart. Don’t even get me started on the case manager. Overall experience was disappointing and shows how $$$ money focused they are versus the patients needs.

John Meyers I had testing performed at Oak Hill Hospital. The "sign in" process was seamless, the staff is courteous and professional. My wait time for the procedure was minimal. The medical staff was outstanding. Explained the test process and expedited my test results report, that normally takes two days, was ready the same day for submittal to my referring physician. I highly recommend Oak Hill Hospital testing facility.

Angelita Olavarria Everyone from the front desk when I entered to the person who took me back for my exam was awesome. They were patient. They helped me with the pad to fill out all the required forms and the young lady who took my x-rays was just great she was. Patient gave directions and indicated when she needed me to move and help me to have the best exam with no pain ever.!!!

Judith Mical My husband was greeted at the entrance of the ER and was quickly raced into the ER. He was treated by 3 nurses working as a team and then the doctor. I do believe the nursing care saves patients. Waiting for a bed, being monitored kept him stable. When he received his room and taken there it was the nurse checking him in who witnessed his cardiac arrest and started CPR, he survived to live another day. I wish I knew who the nurse was, she needs to be praised for her care and skilled knowledge. My family and I thank you.

Adalis Huertas We waited 1 hour to be called and when they took us to the room the doctor ask what’s was going on explaining to him she is complaining about her ear and throat he heck her ear and said yeah I can see a little bit of red then he said I already order a COVID test and other test….. I question the doctors asking him why you already order all those test before seeing her??? This can be just be a simple ear and throat infection amoxicillin will do the trick Why are you assuming is something else even before looking at the tonsils. Then he ask me if I wanted to admit her in the hospital I just replied with look at her throat what do you see? He stopped and look at me with no interest of actually checking her I consider this Just a scam all they want to do is squeeze the health insurance with nonsense test. I am no doctor but I do know you always rule out the basics then you start the investigation process.

Pauline and Tony Gerbino I was admitted with heart seizures and a blood count of 30! The nurses and Doctors who aided me were wonderful, especially a Dr, Wright..I am not sure of the spelling of his name..he saw the emergency and quickly mobilized everyone so he could preform a temporary pace maker, he must of had five other doctors in the room plus every nurse on the floor, I know he saved my life. God Bless Him and all the staff for all they do! We are blessed to have such care. Thank you!

Rose Ann Timpa I was taken in immediately and most of the ER staff was excellent. One member severely injured my arm while attempting to draw blood. After several hours the doctor recommended I be admitted. After waiting several more hours (I was in emergency from 2 pm until 10:30 p.m. I was told there were no beds available and i might remain in emergency on the gurney until the early morning hours. I chose to leave.

Carmen Perry Arriving at an Emergency is scary enough. After getting past the front desk, I had an incredible experience. The nurses were comforting, supportive and professional. The Dr’s were knowledgeable, expeditious and incredibly aware of all moving parts of my care. From now on, this is the only hospital I will go to in this area.

J 2 1. You call the number on the website and the recording tells you that they don’t answer the phone and to text. 2. You will get a return text from Lisa who says that she has added you to her list and will call you back. 3. Lisa randomly calls you back and leaves a snarky message about you not answering and tells you to call back the same number that they don’t answer and you can’t leave a message. 4. I message Lisa back 34 hours ago and Lisa still hasn’t responded. 5. I message Lisa asking to escalate to someone that can actually help me as I am disabled and need help. 6. I will no longer deal with Access healthcare and will begin to find a new primary care physician so I get out of access healthcare altogether… 7. Companies shouldn’t let disgruntled employees chase off patients.

Terry Lambert The incompetency of this office/doctor is appalling. Fattah does not work well with his patients or the doctors who sent them for tests. My husband WAS the patient, and we have been trying to get a hold of the office for a week and a half for the results of his tests. His hand surgeon has also tried repeatedly to get a hold of him. Fattahs acts like he is better than everyone else and that his time is more important that everyone elses. Never again. Do NOT recommend! Find someone who cares!

Alyssa Armstrong Dr. Fattah is the best neurologist I’ve had. He listens to me and actually cares about his patients.

Seamus Purcell Dr Fattat is in a league of his own when it comes to treating his patients, he has treated me for nearly two years now, he really cares and shows empathy to his patients medical problems. I always feel better when I leave his office. His front of office staff are also very professional and gives great service, Rachael the office manager always greets you with a smile. I would certainly recommend his services.

Jessica Masterson This review is for the endo team. Every single person I came in contact with today was so nice to me. They were all patient and kind. They helped ease my anxiety before the procedure and I felt very safe with all of them. The anesthesiologist supervisor Mo I believe his name is was also so sweet to me as well as the anesthesiologist that was a woman. I forgot her name but they were all very thorough with what they were going to do and what would happen. It was overall a great experience despite my anxiety. Thank you so much to everyone who cared for me today.

Shawn Havens Where to honestly start. ICU was excellent. Great staff and very helpful. Once my grandma who is to be sent home on hospice was sent to a room all changed. Staff become extremely rude. Very short and no reply to sympathy or us not knowing something and saying the typical Im sorry. Was very quick and zero sympathy that my grandma was hurting to be touched treated her like a football player. Absolutely no quietness. Ghetto responses to our questions that they failed to hear due to noise level. Arguing when the doctor scheduled to release her to when they felt she would leave. If we werent getting rude responses to our simple questions we were being treated like we didnt exist. If u value your familys last moments in life I encourage and beg you do not bring your loved ones to this asylum treated so called health care facility. I wouldnt trust my worst enemy to be seen, treated or cared for here. Please value your loved ones and do not punish them with the hell this place will burden you with

E I would like to thank the staff in the ER for the kindness and grace shown to my grandmother with dementia. She isnt the easiest to manage when she is irritable but they met her with humor and helped guide her mood to happy. And for that I am thankful. Id like to give a big thank you to Ken in radiology for his kind treatment of my grandmother. I havent seen her smile so much in a long time.

Liz Graybiel I was a little disappointed in my PT. I had just completed 2 months of PT in Indiana and it was much more rigorous. I had a licensed PT who was always with me, correcting form, increasing weights, etc. He rarely had another patient that he was working with at the same time. He was always prepared, collecting the weights and props I needed ahead of time, so there was never waiting between exercises. The first 2 weeks at Advent they did not have my records. After numerous calls I finally got that straightened out, with no help from Advent. I told the staff numerous times that I had done more strenuous exercises, but nothing changed. I saw a licensed PT only 3 times, so I was always with an aid and they always were working with 2 people. There was a wait between each exercise when I had an aid. Ty did a good job of keeping the therapy going. These are just my thoughts. If I hadn’t been in such a good program before coming, I most likely would never have known the difference.

Rachale M. Goodell I am a new patient to the practice and I’m seen for medication management. One visit and it completely changed my life! I was with another behavioral health provider for 2 years due to my insurance and limited providers in the area and was ready to give up on finding a new/decent provider. I am beyond thankful I gave this practice a try. Kelly was nothing short of professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. She actually listened to my needs and met them.

Larry Kinsella I turned down an appointment to another walk in clinic to give this walk in clinic my business, as it is 7 miles closer to my home. The young lady at the front desk was polite, however, this clinic is no longer a walk in clinic, only a tele-clinic. Their website says nothing about this. I understand family emergencies are imperative to attend to, but it only takes minutes to update your website. Thank you and have a pleasant morning/day/evening

Kelly Combast My family has been going to All Family Walk-In Clinic for all of our healthcare needs for the past couple of years. We have had nothing short of superb experiences every time we are seen. The office is always very clean and has activities for the little kids in the waiting room which is a plus for my kids. All of the staff goes above and beyond. We usually see Kelly and she is always very honest and straightforward and really takes the time to make sure her patients are cared for. Its been great to have found an office who will take care of the whole family; my husband, myself and our two young children. Its really hard to find a provider who listens to you and takes the time to address all of your concerns, not to mention receiving fantastic care. We got very lucky finding Kelly and we will continue to go to All Family Walk-In Clinic for all of our familys needs.

Just very easy to talk to. I love that they take your blood right there. So convenient. So much easier to go to then trying to find a doctor or even get an appointment with a doctor as a new patient. John Harason Ive been a patient many times here. And all that I can say is that this hospital and especially the staff really go beyond the great service that they provide. Making your stay as comfortable as possible. They will in some cases go beyond their duties to make you feel at home. Their input and output processing is just fantastic. The rooms are kept spotless, the lobby is relaxing to the eye, ( gives you the feeling like a resort ) and the reception process is rather quick. If you have to choose a hospital, choose Bayonet Point.

Chris Werwega Very friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff. I arrived at the emergency room at 10:30 pm on 2/7/25 experiencing a heart attack, I was immediately taken into the ER room where several doctors and staff began my treatment. I coded during my treatment, and fortunately was brought back to life. They then immediately took me into the operating room to insert a stent. I’m alive today thanks to a very experienced staff. There isn’t enough stars I can give this hospital to show my appreciation for the care I received throughout my stay.

Valerie Smith At first when they thought I had a stroke they were excellent. Once they determined it wasnt they totally ignored me. Gave me IV Hctz and gave me no way to urinate. I pushed the call button and waited almost an hour. Im aware that there was an emergency. But other patients are important also There was 1 nurse named Stacy that attended myself and 5 other patients in the ER holding area that was phenomenal. After that the nurse on the 3rd floor was horrible. I will NEVER go back to your hospital and none of my family and friends I felt tortured in the ER. I have worked in hospitals before and this was totally unexceptional.

Roy Gatlin Every patient experience may vary. I have to speak on my own. Due to my severe injuries, I was transported by helicopter to Bayonet Point on 2-2-25. From my first moment of clarity I was treated with nothing but respect, dignity, compassion and kindness!!! Every Nurse, PCT, Dietary Aide, Housekeeper and the list goes on! Everyone of those team members made me feel comfortable and safe!! These staff members are a reflection of YOU Bayonet Point! Please keep doing what you’re doing to create such an amazing team of people!

Jeanette Jordan I went in with Vertigo, the room was spinning and I had nausea. they took me in right away, but the Dr. did everything but check check my ears. I ended up back to my doctor and she found a left ear infection. what is it with Doctors not wanting to examine you? the staff under doctors care were wonderful and sweet, the hospital was clean, I dont like the recliners, but that is only personal likes. The doctor, I have questions about.
