Jamie Fields Dr Levy is fabulous. I’ve lived in many cities and states, and she is the most attentive and patient. I’ve never had a doctor spend so much time to listen and help provide solutions or provide suggestions to help than I have with her. She is very genuine and thoughtful. I’d highly recommend her and her staff to anyone. I’m very grateful to have found her.

Sandra Vick This was my first visit with Dr. Levy. She had a very kind approach and was a very good listener. She reminded me of one of my favorite doctors from years ago. I am glad I chose Dr. Levy.

Sarah Newton I cannot say enough good things about this office! Dr. Diamaggiano, Bobby, Morgan and the front office staff are all amazing. I’ve been getting helpful shockwave therapy treatment and chiro on my back, neck and knee after an auto accident. Staff is friendly, professional, and they are always flexible with my needs. I also love their massage beds. Thank you!

Heather Harris Even though COVID restrictions have gotten laxer, I really appreciate that they continue to mask up. I also like that they take the time to hold conversations beyond the reason you’re at the office. My physical therapist always takes the time to ask about the little things that have come up in conversation. For me, that takes them from good to fantastic They provide great service and I would highly recommend them.

Walter Earl My doctor at Physicians Group worked with me to develop a treatment plan that would fit my schedule and promote healing. He was also super honest and compassionate with me. Super thankful to have him on my side as I recover from the accident!

Meghan Hale Dr. Trevino and his incredible team are the reason I can continue to fight for my health. I’m surprised that I haven’t reviewed the office sooner. For the last 6 years, Dr. Trevino has helped me navigate my complex heath and I am forever grateful for the care I have received. I was referred to Dr. T by another healthcare provider in the area — though I have moved further away multiple times, I have stayed with Dr. T. From when he took insurance to his semiretirement, I’m thankful he stays practicing and advocating for his patients. And when he stops practicing, I will go wherever he tells me to go. I have multiple progressive conditions that need to be managed elsewhere (like endometriosis) — Tonia & the team are always there to help coordinate care. When I moved to a part of FL where medical care comes less easily, the team has been there to help me advocate for myself. These people are incredible and they have changed my life for the better ❤️

Jen E Dr Trevino diagnosed the mysterious health issues that had been plaguing me my whole life in just one visit. To say I’m grateful to have answers and to have a healthcare advocate would be an understatement. Tonia in his office is wonderful, too. Thank you to you both!
5 /5
Merilyn Guerra I have been to over 100 different doctors in the past 5 years due to my many health issues. Dr. Trevino and his team are a delight to work with. It is such a relief to be listened to and to have someone who can provide compassionate care and solutions. I know that paying the fees for seeing him might not be feasible for everyone. However after wasting lots of time and money at dozens of other places only to be dismissed and gaslit for legitimate medical issues; I feel that paying the money to see a gem of a provider like him is well worth it. If you are disabled his office is also extremely accommodating for virtual appointments. I was even able to have my PT Wheelchair Consultation virtually while they sent someone from the DME company to measure me. All those things make a huge difference when your fatigue is strong and access to transportation is more limited in comparison to more able-bodied individuals. I highly recommend him to any friends suffering the effects of Long COVID and any other "mystery illnesses" that have yet to be diagnosed. Also shout out to Tonia for being a wonderful person to coordinate care with!

Miller If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Made an appointment and did all paperwork online, and just as one would expect, there was nothing more for me to do when we arrived. After doing the online preparation, we checked in, saw the doctor, had Imaging and was given copies of everything- walked out just inside of an hour with everything took care of (my daughter broke her arm in 2 places). Phenomenal staff and Phenomenal experience, if urgent care is needed again we will definitely return here! Thank you guys!!!

(168) Reviews Brian McDaniel, MD:

Michelle Christine My husband and I started seeing Dr. McDaniel after our doctor retired. At first everything was good, and remained good for a little while. But the moment you go in with a problem or are sick, he’s a sarcastic guy who thinks he knows more than most specialists do in their own fields. At one point both my husband and I were sent to see a neurosurgeon, and he told us that it would be a waste of time that most people were walking around with what we had. And even if that were true, it wasn’t his place to say that. My husband went to see him for a lump he had in his breast. He sent him for the proper testing and then just sent a script to the pharmacy without talking to him about what it was, what it was going to do, any side effects, and then we find out he’s going to be on it for over a year. Then today I go in cause I’ve been sick for over a week. I call and see if I can get in today, now keep in mind, I’m sick, and not in the greatest mood. The reception lady had me on hold forever, I thought she was trying to find me an appointment, but that wasn’t the case. We get thru the process and she asks me what the problem is, which is quite normal, but I literally sound like a teenage boy, how can you not hear what’s wrong. So I get to my appointment a few minutes after 1, but it takes her forever to check me in and now I’m late, which she doesn’t mention, she just says she’ll be back. She comes back and says it’s ok, okay?? Okay what?? He’ll see you, I’m confused at this point then she explaining everything me. So I said thank you and went on. Finally after 2 strep tests, he finally comes in and starts giving me a hard time. I said I was sorry and that was that. After he was done, and I was still speaking he continued to walk away from me, and I literally said, are you literally walking away from me and he said we were done. I just screamed, no wonder why Brian, my husband, wants a new doctor. You’re a joke Please if you’re reading this, stay far away from this doctor, this office, they are only there for a check

billy brower Dr McDaniel Has been my Doctor for many years . I will not be seeing him anymore .He may become a great Doctor as he gets older. I dont think he understands older truly sick people. If you are older find a older Doctor. Dr McDaniel his a 8 to 5 Doctors and no weekends He will not care for you. if you are not scheduled.. and if you run a few min Late he will send you away I was send away from his office 2 times . He is a Salary Dr and gets paid by Bay care .and he acts like it .I ran late because of parking . Parking is a real problem. Its ok to wait for him . But if you are late only a few min under 10 min.He will not see you Reschedule 2 weeks later when you are sick is a life time . So if you a truly sick and older please find a older Doctor . That cares more about you then working a few min. Over his schedule . William 4 Degree knight Head Minister Key to Empowerment Church . Minister Largo Homeless ministries .

Rhonda Koch Everything went smoothly at my appointment. The front desk was friendly and efficient as was the nurse that took me back. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. McDaniel is thorough, kind and made himself available for any and all questions. It was nice to not feel rushed. I usually tend to see female doctors but Dr. McDaniel was my husband’s doctor so I decided to go to him when my doctor retired. I’m really happy I did. He’s awesome.

Kelly Fraley I had the same primary care doctor for 14 years. He retired and I switched to Dr. Brian McDaniel. I had an initial visit to get established. He made me set up a separate visit for my physical. He canceled that visit. I did not reschedule. Months later I needed my blood pressure medication refilled. I called but he said I needed the physical and then a follow up visit afterwards to get my refill. I left work early for this appointment that was a 4 pm.i arrived at 4:05. I waited 15 min then his office manager told me I had to reschedule because the patient before me was a 40 min appointment and they close at 5:00. I wasnt having any issues and said my visit would be quick and I would wait. She said hes not seeing you today. I asked for him to refill my prescription at least. She said a note in my file said I had to be seen first. I said Im here. She said its the doctors perogative. I left upset without rescheduling. I called the office while driving and told them I only had 5 blood pressure pills and needed him to refill it. I cant get into any dr office that quick. He did refill it but I have never had a doctor treat me this way.

Bry BEES Creative Co I have a chronic issue that brings me to the ER about once a year and this hospital is always so accommodating and kind. I’ve seen them be so busy that there aren’t any beds and I’ve seen them nearly empty; every single time all of the staff, technicians, nurses, and doctors take all the time they need to answer all of my questions, explain my results, consult with my surgeons, and make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. This hospital is wonderful. Sometimes there is a long wait and that is just how it goes, remember to give these professionals patience because they really are doing their absolute best and I’m a consistent witness to that.

Christina Crawford Lisa was with me in labor and delivery and she was amazing!! I will forever remember her grace and kindness. She was patient and understanding and I felt like she really cared about me and the safe delivery of my baby boy. I truly believe without her my experience would have been completely different. She is truly a godsend.

Aemilia Raymond I came in for delivery. My nurse (Narjess) was AMAZING! She was my cheerleader the whole time and created an environment that I felt confident in following my bodies cues and knew my needs would be taken care of. For my postpartum care I had Angie next who was so kind and helpful. She was a ray of sunshine every time she entered the room. Ashley, for overnight, was efficient and gentle which was very helpful in keeping a sleepy atmosphere. My husband and I were able to each get rest because of her help. Sofia was fantastic as well and made sure I was truly ready to go home when the time came. She was so compassionate and knowledgeable. If I had this set of nurses for all my future deliveries I would be thrilled. Tech Anna was also great! She made sure my water was always full and simply to check on our needs. We barely had to call for help because between her and the nurses we were always being checked on. Dorothy who did the Hearing Test was so sweet and gentle with our son. She was a pleasure to interact with and Im glad she was the one doing the test.

Maribel Fortner Awesome experience the best hospital ever. Dr. Very informative and the Dr. Staff, they ask 8f you have any questions. They text you to up date you on everything and they are extremely organized. The waiting room has a board that tells you in surgery, then recovery etc. After the surgery the Dr. Comes to you to up date you on everything and shows you pictures of the surgery. Overall I am very impressed. I am comfortable to recommend thus hospital to anyone. Everyone is extremely friendly!!!

Linda Armstrong I came in to your ER via Sunstar on 2/9 and felt pampered the whole time I was there including overnight in a regular room. You have some very talented and caring people working at your hospital. Everyone that came into my room asked me if I needed anything or wanted anything...even the lady taking the trash out. I really dont see any need to improve on anything unless it would be get the meal tray quicker but that is really not fair a suggestion/request since Im sure you have a few hundred patients calling for a meal at the same time. By the way, I thought your meal choices are excellent and the food was very tasty.

We discussed some known and unknown causes that gave me more info to take to the specialists to discuss. I love that.

Gillian Canty I swear, the slowest things in this hospital are the computers. I walk in and Im immediately taken back and talking to a doctor as to whats going on. The nurse who was taking care of me was super friendly and unbelievably found a vein in 2 sticks (this happens less than 5% of blood draws with me). I felt like I was in good hands there. And the best part of all is that they took care of me as quickly as the computers let them (some of the test results were a little slow coming through). I will go out of my way to go to this hospital again.

Michael B I was admitted through the ER on Thanksgiving and had a 4 day admission. This hospital is incredible. From the moment I arrived till I was discharged I was treated like I was the only patient there. The entire staff is totally dedicated to their jobs. I can not believe what an asset to the community this hospital is. I would like to thank them for the amazing care they gave me. I would 100% recommend this hospital to everyone.

Michael Carroll If I could get the name of the CMO or DON or even the ER director, I would send a letter to this effect.... The entire staff was outstanding! From the nurses and PCTs, to the intake folks, to the transport, imaging and the PA. They were thoughtful, attentive, and very thorough. My nurse was Roy, and he did a great job with the care and keeping me informed of all that was happening. The PA, Alyssa, was also great. She did a great job analyzing my situation, explained everything clearly, and was very pleasant. She even took the time to explain all that was going on with me, over the phone, to my daughter who is a physician. Even though I spent a long time there on a stretcher, the quality of care was top notch. Please thank everyone for me.

michael cornelius I had a 9:30am appointment. I made a point of asking how long an appointment to see a new patient might take, and explained that I had to work at 11:30am. I was told that it would be rare if it took as long as an hour. I showed up before 9:30am, and walked out at 11:20am having not seen a doctor. What a joke. I mean, I came there because I have a medical issue, but this clearly couldn’t matter any less to the people in this office. Save yourself hours of your life and try a doctor that cares.

Josh. norsworthy I would not recommend going here. I went looking for real help and what i got was an absolute joke. The Dr. Saw me for about one minute, asked a couple questions, laughed at me for telling him what had helped me before, then without explaining the qty. Or dose of what he was actually going to give me, Sent the equivalent of a childs Rx to a local pharmacy. A rx that wouldnt help me one bit. Paid $160 cash. I promptly returned to cancel my future appointment and let them know i hoped the dr. Enjoyed a nice dinner with the $160. Dont go here if you expect to be treated as an adult. I get it. Under prescribe, then on the next visit make an adjustment ensuring more money. What a joke.

Paul J THIS is what medicine should be all about! My wife found Dr. Shapiro when Googling hemorrhoid docs in the area, read his reviews, checked out his background and we scheduled an appointment. Charlotte (PA) was very pleasant and Dr. Shapiro is a what you see is what you get kind of man. Had an in-office procedure that now less than 24 hours on and Im like a new man. If you find yourself with any kind of hemorrhoid issues I implore you to visit Doctor Shapiro!

John Stone A brief review cannot describe what a brilliant, effective and caring doctor David Shapiro is. As a hemorrhoid sufferer for many years, I feared and put off the procedure needed to clear my problem. Once introduced to surgeon Shapiro my troubles were over. Both in his office and in the surgery center he managed and performed the most professional, fast and successful medical procedure I have experienced. In following his instructions to the letter, including pain management and post-op medications, it took only a ew weeks for me to feel my best health in years. I cannot recommend Dr. Shapiro, with my sincere thanks, more highly.
5 /5
Danny Bianchi My first experience with Dr Shapiro was while I waited in the patient room, I overheard his voice, sounding very annoyed about "customer service". I couldnt tell if he was mad about getting bad service or mad about getting a bad review on his service. Sorry to say, but I cant say great things about his personality, only that yes, he got the job done. Dr. Shapiro is not a friendly person by nature. From the first time I met him and through all 3 appointments, he has had a demeanor almost like a disappointed father. He will ask you about your diet and other things. If you dont give a perfect answer, he will sigh and respond like youre a child who should know better. If you describe anything with phrases like "kind of" or "mostly" or "for the most part" he will call you on it and ask for you to clarify or just act disappointed in your answer. During the operation I was asked what I do for work and when I said it was in the web field, he asked if Id seen his website. When I said no, he seemed surprised/annoyed. If you ask a question, he will answer it. If you ask again or have any follow up questions, he will take a deep sigh(as if you should already know this and youre wasting his time) and explain it again, but with an obvious annoyance and condescension in his voice. He gives the impression that youre wasting his time with a silly question. I had this experience all 3 of my visits over the span of a few weeks so it wasnt like he was having a bad day or bad week. On the other hand, his front office admin/nurse/etc Charlotte, she is amazing. Extremely helpful and friendly, understanding and empathetic to the pain that the patients go through during recovery, obviously a hard worker, she will explain it over and over in a very friendly manner. Go to her for follow-up questions, not Shapiro. Hes been in the field for TOO long and it is clear with his business-like attitude. I dont need him to be cheery/smiley/happy(even Charlotte isnt but shes still amazing) but rather just speak to me like Im an adult and not a child and not make me feel stupid for asking for clarification on a procedure Ive never gotten before.

Jayne Dowdy Dr. Sharma and Dr. Moondra as well as his PA Rebetti are all awesome! First meeting with Dr. Moondra, he came in and went over history without looking at notes. Read it once and rememered all of it! Have had some trouble with office staff getting the proper information to insurance in a timely manner which caused a procedure to be denied and delayed 2 weeks, but did ultimately get great care from the providers.

Stephanie Knapp Dr. Quick is a wonderful doctor. She is very kind and knowledgeable. She spent as much time as was needed to discuss concerns and the appointment was not rushed at all. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for a cardiologist.

Claire Phillips Mixed reviews - the doctors are excellent, but the staff is amazingly awful. My surgeon faxed a form for pre-surgery clearance, and the staff advised that once they receive the fax, it takes 48-72 hours before it’s filed in the patient’s file, at which time I could schedule an appointment. I was finally able to see the doctor (excellent and recommend Dr. Khalil), who gave me a form for his staff to fax back to my surgeon. Fast forward 4 days and the surgeon still doesn’t have the form. No words to describe the frustration dealing with the administrative staff.

Aimela I met with a cardiologist who referred me to another team member. The administrative staff was supposed to schedule the appointment, but never did, so I had to call to remind them. I was not able to get in for over two months - and a few days before my appointment, I received message that the doctor would be out of the office that day, and I needed to call to reschedule. I did, and was told that the next appointment was again over two months away. Even though it the doctor who canceled on me, there was no effort whatsoever to get in sooner. I am now going to be researching other cardiologists in the area.

KiKi B I was watching a video online recently and saw that a woman Melissa Perkins who works for this business, called a family trash after stating she “worked with her son.” I just wanted to share this is extremely disheartening and concerning. I understand the internet is a place that welcomes diversity, equity, and inclusion but Neighborhoods are different. Melissa responded this was because a young lady informed the public about a neighborhood that is accepting section 8 and encouraged families to apply. I am curious if this behavior or opinion is one shared or condoned by other staff. I want to be sure that when it comes to patient care, anyone who has worked with me or a family member would not say something so distasteful simply because I welcome people of a different background to a neighborhood I feel is beautiful. Please see to it that patients are protected and behavior like this is not condoned. If you do support or share these beliefs, state so publicly so people stay out of your neighborhood and business.

Megan Ross My daughter has been seeing Dr. Sriram for a few months. Recently her medication was due for a refill and the pharmacy has been trying to contact the doctor to get approval and the doctor has not responded. Its been several days. I have also contacted them and left multiple voicemails with no response. She is now on an emergency supply that walgreens provided for 3 days with no clear resolution of how to get a refill. I have also emailed the baycare customer service address as well as lodged a complaint on their online survey platform. All they did was redirect me back to the same phone number where nobody is answering the phone. I replied to them as such and I have not gotten a response. Apparently this has been happening quite often at this facility as I went on Google reviews and found multiple similar complaints to mine - no response to refill requests. And some people having to visit an emergency room to get a refill on their mental health drug because of no response. Its extremely concerning not only to me as a parent but for the community at large. Somebody needs to look into this and correct these practices. This doctor should be reprimanded for not overseeing an adequate treatment regimen.

Monica Woodbury Im going to say this is a great hospital, Ive been to a few. My top places are this one and Kendall regional. These two places have really helped me. When others didnt. Most hospitals when you go in they treat you like your seeking. Ive almost died, due to dental. Kendall saved my life. I had bottom Dental, and Bayside helped me by actually taking care of me. They gave me great fluid antibiotics and got me through 3 weeks till I could get teeth pulled. My surgeon ended up being kind of a butcher with no bed side mater. Didnt look into the antibiotics I was taking before hand. I had a infection starting to rage. I went back to Bayside. They kicked it with strong Antibiotics, and gave me stronger pills to get me through the major pain and healed up. . I truly want to say thank you for being caring and actually knowledgeable, and not treating everyone like they are seekers. Great job. But probably you guys should know pharmacies are being compete aholes, they apparently dont believe in pain meds anymore. Dental pain can make you put a gun to your Head. Thank you for saving my life. ..

Karen Mowers My issue is not with a specific facility or the medical treatment provided. My issue is with their billing department. This is the 2nd time in the last few months where I have received a bill for a DOS that happened almost 3 years ago. I had to spend hours of my time validating that I didn’t already pay the amount which I’m still not confident because I was on a different HSA account at that time. I will avoid using Baycare facilities because your billing is awful. Billing out of nowhere for a 3 year old DOS is ridiculous.

Kenia Polston Please dont bother signing up for Baycare Plus Medical Advantage Plan unless you want to go to a doctor who has to see patients every few minutes, like a factory setting. I arrived five minutes late to my 9:00 am appointment with Dr. William Haas, family practice at Van Dyke St Josephs Medical Center, Tampa, Florida. The receptionist spent approximately five minutes to check me in and to change my address from "homeless," {which this was the third time I had brought it to their attention}, to my correct home address. Then, at 9:10 am, a nurse from the back came out and informed me that the doctor could not see me today because, "I only had five minutes left of my appointment to see the doctor." During the years I have been going to this doctor I had never been late. I am a senior citizen and had to drive over 15 miles to his practice. Dr. William Hass from Baycare is not worthy of my healthcare. Baycare Plan is not worthy of my healthcare. If they are going to treat patients like cattle, I dont want to be part of this organization. I am glad it is open season on healthcare because I am actively looking for a doctor and system that will have a little more compassion with its patients.

Robert D This office is crazy busy. Can be difficult to get a hold of the front desk. Goes to Voice mail most of the time. Its an older facility, most of the staff is friendly. Dr. Saifi is genuinely kind and is the reason Ive stayed. He is very easy to talk to and tells me like it is. I have been a patient for 10+ years. With the renovations done in late 2017, the waiting room now more comfortable. Ive switched offices and so much happier with another Dr.

Stacey Maurer Staff is HORRIBLE! THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Always blaming other offices for their incompetence, and never following through with their duties. No manners, no professionalism and very little brain cells. I said what I said. I have spent countless hours and days wasted on rescheduling visits with specialists due to lack of records being forwarded and also 11 attempts filed incorrectly for medication approval due to incorrect paperwork being sent. 11! ELEVEN!!!! NO HELP FROM SENIOR STAFF. OFFICE IS A PLAYGROUND EXPERIENCE FOR STAFF AND NOTHING MORE THAN A HANG OUT AND A PAYCHECK. THEYRE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL WHEN CONFRONTED. I chose this office a year ago after moving here from out of state and its been a nightmare ever since. The doctors are wonderful, the staff needs complete replacement. THE END.

Helena Kletch Dr. Moss is such a caring and compassionate doctor. Her staff is amazing as well! I know her rates went up a bit this past year but in all honesty, you pay for what you get. She’s locked in, smart as heck and really makes you feel seen and heard. There are a few jerks giving her business a one star review because of the price increase but believe me when I say it is worth every penny to have such a personalized experience.

djeanfoley Dr. Moss is an excellent Dr. She has been seeing my son for well over a year and has provided excellent comprehensive care. I see several negative reviews penalizing her for not taking insurance. All of this is accurately explained on her website. I pay 50$ a month. That (in my opinion) is a steal. She will see you as often as needed and only charges the 50$ per month for 18 and under. It is worth it to have a Dr who doesn’t rush you out or make you wait and hour to be seen. Her office staff are pretty great as well.

S T Ive been a patient of Dr Moss since 2018 and have had a great experience overall. However after this latest experience I had I feel the need to share it so others dont go through what I went through. We received an email that starting in 2025 the monthly price would go up from $100 to $150. At my last appointment in November, I told Dr Moss that due to me no longer being employed I would not be coming back as a patient in January. Her response was to let them know if I changed my mind and wanted to keep coming back. We also discussed if she had any recommendations of other doctors closer to my area that I live that did walk in visits. She even sent me a recommendation in the portal. Well January rolls around and I noticed my bank account is over drawn, I had been charged for another month of service. I spoke with the office staff and asked for a refund, they told me I had to send a text stating I was not coming back which I did. Then they texted back that Dr Moss "remembers me thinking about not continuing" and that they werent able to refund me because they need a 30 day notice. This is the first time Im hearing of this, not once was that information given to me when I spoke with Dr Moss at my last appointment and now theyre saying theyre "sorry for the miscommunication." Its unfortunate because I had great experience with Dr Moss for years, but I find this response shady to the situation shady and unprofessional. If its a policy that you have to give a written notice then when the patient states they are not coming back you should make sure they know to give it in writing.

Valerie Cooper-Miller There was always so much non related noise in the corridor outside the patient room it was very disturbing and disrespectful. The doctors were great; some of the nurses seem to have a problem helping patients that were not assign to them which caused unnecessary delays; the call lights would stay on forever before anyone responded all of them were pleasant and friendly. The cleaning staff were not very good the floor was always cluttered with stuff dropped on the floor even after wet mopping; when you asked them things or throws to show them something they didn’t understand English so there was a language bearer. The technical experience was great they were timely and thorough.

Anna Lopez Sharing a post about the office staff as Dr Pantaleon is a great doctor. Just as another post mentioned the office staff are rude and uncouth. The nurse never calls back, (I’ve tried on multiple occasions to reach out to them) and when I called to ask for support the staff that answered didn’t even listen to what I was trying to ask for. They just argued with me then dumped me back into the nurse line. It’s sad but the other location the Dr. P works from also has rude staff there as well.

Elaine Campoli I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr Pantaleon and her nurse assistant Tracy. They are thorough and follow up with me as needed. I see them every 3 months and they are always on top of every question and medication changes and issues. I have been with them maybe 4 years and often recommend them to friends.I feel blessed to be under their care and also to have had fine care from Dr. Ed Tan also of Florida Med Center. They are excellent!

Paige Parent This is not for Dr. Pantaleon, she is a great doctor and very kind. Her office staff is rude and lacking compassion. I have had several incidents where I needed scripts filled and was told “I had an attitude” when she refused to speak to the doctor about a medication I needed to survive. She told me she didn’t know if the doctor would even look at it today, knowing the urgency of the medication. She was extremely unkind and that is not the first incident I’ve had with unkind and unknowledgeable office staff there. I also made a telehealth appointment today for 5:15pm. I called at 9am. They told me the doctor, who was a male doctor at the practice, would FaceTime me when he was ready. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL, I even checked in online. I have asthma and needed steroid medication for my breathing machine as I am extremely sick. I called the office at 5:20 and the office was closed, after hours lady couldn’t help me, which I understand. I am extremely frustrated with the patient care here and will absolutely not be returning.

Glenn B. I was with "Dr." Madan for over 7 years. The first few years Madan seemed to practice medicine however, the past several years he lost the drive to be a professional medical doctor. I lost all trust and confidence in his ability to treat me with the highest of standards. He failed to diagnose or treat my high blood presser, didnt diagnose or treat my apparent kidney disease until I was at Stage 3b and he didnt diagnose or treat my high cholesterol. My advice to anyone that is looking for a PCP PLEASE be careful be careful choosing Madan. Your life and wellbeing could depend on it!

Kailee Chiko The most disturbing ER I’ve ever been too. Went with my friend to keep her company and it wasn’t our visit that made my stomach turn it was this poor lady that was crying her eyes out and shaking back and forth in her wheelchair begging for god to help her and when she Johnathon the nurse was taking her blood pressure he couldn’t give a care that she was in excruciating pain and just strapped on they blood pressure band and then proceeded to tell her and her partner to go “wait in the waiting room” so this poor women was exposed and had to suffer in pain alone and surrounded by strangers watching her beg for her life in concern. The nurses would walk by taking patient after patient and not give a single care this women needed help immediately. Instead of giving her some privacy and at least rolling her back to a corner Jonathon parked her wheel chair right in the middle of the waiting room so everyone could watch this poor women cry and shake in pain just begging for the pain to stop. It was the most heartless, coldest and sadness feeling that I couldn’t do anything but tell the nurse she needs help and then responded to me with “ I’m just taking your friend back I can’t help her” and didn’t even bother to grab someone. The lack of privacy and exposing this women was disgusting. The best way to explain how her pain looked and sounded was a pregnant women having contractions. Right before my friend got called in she made eye contact with me and mouthed “are you okay” and she looked at me in agony and just cried and shook her head no over and over again.

Mar Ann The emergency room staff at this hospital is absolutely horrendous. Jen triaged my son in the waiting room in front of other patients. I dont know who Frank the security guard thinks he is, but that man is out of control has no respect for Patients and their families. They would not let me in the room with my disabled adult son, who I have medical power of attorney over. When I pulled out his disability form from social security and told them then the I am allowed to go back with him because he is disabled, they called Frank out who decided to berate and embarrass me and tell me that if I didnt go sit down and shut my mouth he was going to have me trespassef from the hospital. I am filing a HIPPA violation, an ADA violation as well as a 504 civil rights violation which states "every patient is entitled to have a support person with them". DO NOT go to this hospital its absolutely ATROCIOUS!! All these health care workers and security really think they can do whatever they want since they went out of control with all the COVID-19 2 years ago. Thank God now we have an administration coming into office who dont play all that but and play all that covid b.s.
