Kimberly Camargo Dr DaSilva was outstanding! Had my first pregnancy checkup at 8 weeks, she was very thorough, explained everything so well, was so smooth and made me feel so comfortable! Definitely recommend her!

Kerry Orpinuk This was my first visit with Dr. DaSilva and her staff. I had read good reviews about her and figured I would give it a try. She was awesome. She makes you feel so comfortable like she has known you forever. The staff was just as polite, friendly, and professional. This was definitely a great choice. Would recommend her highly.

Rachel Ramsey I’m beyond needing an OB doctor but it is still important to visit your GYN! It did take persistence getting new patient appointment set up but Dr DaSilva was worth waiting for! Office staff from front desk to check out very professional from dress code to working efficiently.

susanne marsidi I had some difficulty in obtaining an appointment for lack of call back response. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and assessed efficiently by the Health assistant prior to being seen by Dr. DaSilva. Dr DaSilva was thorough with her examination and the explanation of my diagnosis and treatment. I am pleased with the visit.

Juliana Gilberti Dr. DaSilva is an exceptional OB, known for her caring nature and extensive knowledge. I had the pleasure of delivering my two sons under her care, during which she proved to be incredibly supportive and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Her office is conveniently located, maintains high cleanliness standards, and has a very attentive staff. I highly recommend her to everyone!

Joan Knight Dr Carpenter is great. Always upbeat and willing to answer your questions. I feel fortunate that he is my doctor. I really like that you can have labs done at their office. Their walk in Clinic is very convenient. They have all your medical information at the touch of a computer; therefore, they are better able to take care of you.

L. Kline Dr. Patrick Han performed surgery on me for a rare cavernous carotid fistula. He is a gifted surgeon with a calm, caring, compassionate demeanor that made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about my condition. He took the time to answer all my questions and talk to me at length about the surgery and possible outcomes. All of my symptoms are gone since Dr. Han did my surgery- a total success! Thank you Dr. Han! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing surgery in his areas of expertise.

Kathy Lichtenstein I had a benign tumor in my spinal cord in the thoracic area. I was concerned about having major surgery because of my age (79) and my heart history. Dr. Han and his team got me through the six hour surgery. That was three months ago. I would highly recommend neurosurgeon Dr. Patrick Han. He’s a very kind personable man. He takes the time to answer your questions in layman terms. The office staff is also very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. Hardly any wait time.

Kira McCarty Very excited to finally find a doctor who really cares! Had a great visit with Dr. Tafel, both about a current injury, and a past injury that has been difficult to find care for. Also pleased to find a nice clean facility with kind staff. Thank yall so much!!!
5 /5
Scott Spradlin Dr Tafel is a caring physician and did a excellent job of fusing my L1and L2 lumbar. After surgery I was given great care by Him and his staff. This was not my first fusion and previous Doctor had retired. So Dr Tafel was recommended by my family doctor and turned out it was a excellent experience and choice. Thank you Dr Tafel much gratitude to you.

Barbara S Dr. Paul Krafft did a 2 level ACDF C5-7 May 2024. I had my 12 wk post/op visit today. The Xray showed the fusion was successful. I had severe pain for years and finally addressed it. Pre-surgery Dr. Krafft showed me scan/mri results. That area didnt look too good so I decided to have the fusion done. Post op surgery I woke up feeling great and the cervical pain/radiculopathy that was previously there for years was gone. I was able to go home next day. I still feel great. Cant tell you how grateful I am for Dr. Krafft, Dimitri, the supportive staff at their clinic and the OR staff. I will gladly recommend Dr. Krafft to anyone with spinal issues. Thank you again. Dr. Rayos is one of my favorite doctors as he is kind and compassionate and very professional. He encourages me to keep up my walking and always is a pleasant appointment to go to. I appreciate Dr. Rayos!

A C Dr. Rayos is always excellent. This visit there was not even 5 minutes wait but thats unusual. I had researched and wanted a medication change thinking I would have to argue my case but Dr. Rayos immediately agreed the change was appropriate. He is highly professional but its unfortunate, not his fault, that he is always a bit hurried. They are just so busy. I dont believe one could do better than Dr. Rayos.

Paul LaFiosca Excellent care from an Excellent Dr. and just as Excellent staff. Dr.James Brown has been my primary Dr. for more years than I can recall, 20+years? He, and his staff, are the very best that I’ve ever experienced & I am Old. Dr. Brown is exceptionally smart and easy to talk to, I’ve never been rushed through my appointment and he always, with his fantastic staff, make sure that I am well taken care of. They all, as a team, make sure my scripts are filled, referrals taken care of, etc. Dr.Brown & Staff are the reason I drive over 35 miles each way for my appointments. I wouldn’t be doing that if I had any negative experiences. The BEST Dr. and BEST Staff anywhere, I am surely grateful to cared for by them, 100%!!! ~~~~~ I posted the above a while ago, not sure of the exact date. I just saw Dr.Brown Friday 3/14/2025 and my thoughts are still the same, what I wrote previously is what I would write about my most recent visit to Dr.Brown & his staff. They are all excellent! I spent about 45 minutes with Dr. Brown as he went over every lab result where, I think, some Dr.s might try to save time by just saying ‘got your lab results, they’re fine’ and that would be that. Dr.Brown doesn’t rush you, explains everything, asks if I have anything new that needs his attention. He is, in my many many years of seeing many Dr.s in my lifetime, he is still the absolute best, without a doubt. The same with the staff, all of them from front office to nurses & etc., are all very nice, know what they are doing, set up future appointments ——- they are all excellent healthcare people. Dr. Brown & his staff just can’t be beat, there are none better!!!!!
5 /5
Francis Melody Dr. Brown is one of the best doctors I’ve been to. He takes time to listen and go over everything. You never feel rushed. His staff is also friendly and professional. When it’s busy be prepared to wait a bit (this is probably because he takes time with each of his patients giving them the time deserved while one on one with him)

Vanessa Miller I love Dr. James Brown. Very caring and understanding. He listen to his Patient. I been a patient of his for over 30 years. When my insurance changed I made sure Dr. Brown took that insurance too.

Morey Jeffrey Dr. Bianchi is an amazing surgeon, perhaps the best in the country at laparoscopic surgery! He is also a very compassionate human being with great bedside manners, a rare combination. My hernia was in terrible shape when I went in for surgery with unbearable pain. I woke up after surgery feeling much better, walking the next day pain free and resuming my normal activities within a few short weeks. To me it was a miracle and to him another day at the office. I applaud him and his STAFF and want to say "Thank You" from the bottom of my heart!

Beth Schaefer This is my 4th surgery with Dr Bianchi! I can not say enough about his professionalism, but most of all his abilities and his compassion. I have zero stress knowing he is my surgeon and has saved my life! Ashley his assistant, well, she is amazing as well. Everyone in that office from the smiles at front desk to scheduling are extremely helpful and professional. From one patient to another, Dr. B IS the surgeon, PERIOD!!

Grace Colletti Doctor Bianchi is AMAZING!! When I first went there, I was so nervous and had no idea what to expect. As soon as I started talking to him, I felt so comfortable and more at ease. He answered all my questions, and I never felt rushed. He performed a lumpectomy on me, and scar is so minimal that you can hardly see it. I would give him 10 stars if that was a choice. On another note.. the office and staff are great!! If you have to have a surgeon, he and his staff are the best!!!

Elizabeth Price I booked an appointment online at 1am for 9am. I was early and made sure to do the check in. I was taken back early, tested, and spoken to in a timely and professional manner. I was on my way to pick up my prescription by 9:17. This is the quickest urgent care I have ever been to. Ive been with advent health since Oct of last year and havent had a bad experience with them at all. The urgent care visit was fast, the nurse made sure to ask about the tests I wanted to run, and the NP made sure to communicate with me, made sure to switch a prescription because of an allergy, and both told me and gave me written instructions for my prescription. All around just a pleasant experience which was wonderful to not be stressed out when I was feeling so ill. Thank you all so much!

Renee Aranda I had a bad sinus infection brewing went to the closest urgent care and they had an hour and 40 minute wait. I called Advent. They said 30 minute wait so I ran over there. So glad I did got in & out fast ! They listened to what I was saying Didnt do the unnecessary Covid test I know when I have a sin Its my go to for the past 50 years. What a great experience thank you ALL !!!

James Herrin We were able to get an appointment that day. I know it was not busy there but they were so quick. Every person I came in contact with on the way out told me to get better. We will definitely use their services if ever needed again.

Karen Cox I made an appointment earlier in the afternoon to be at the Advent center care on Granada Boulevard by 6 PM. I was able to get there a little bit early and I didn’t sit in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes. If that. I went to the room in the back and spoke with the nurse And went through all my vitals, and I had already explained online. The reason I was coming. The nurse practitioner saw me and very short order and told me what I had and that my Covid and flu test were negative so I was happy with that. The staff was really wonderful and welcoming. Great job!

Juri GVO It was our first experience in this location last night. We waited a little big longer to be seen since they were delayed in their appointments, perhaps for 30ish minutes. Understand they only had one provider working. The place is wonderful. The front desk staff ladies were wonderful and EXTREMELY helpful with us. We may have been there a total of 2 hr, maybe! That is a better time than going to ER, which is no less than 5 hours. You need to go here if its not a critical situation. If there’s a competition among the AH clinics, these gals deserve a raise or recognition. They treat us with respect and compassion and provide the best medical treatment. Very knowledgeable his NP, since my fiance has underlined medical conditions and didnt need to go to ER.

Angie “Angie baby” I just spoke with a staff member by the name of Lakeland. To be honest, that conversation made me feel terribly uncomfortable. I have never experienced someone being dismissive of me wanting to discuss a follow plan for a heart procedure. My other cardiologist went over the notes in the system and provided an overview of what to expect and I was enthused and confused at the same time because no one at any of my appointments with this staff went over any of that. For me to be told yall would only do the surgery and have 1 follow up appointments and go to my other cardiologist (who indicated I should be following up with the surgeon/office I do the pfo closure with) is concerning. Then to be conveyed in a way, that I dont need to have a pre-op appointment, by which you and your assistant told me I had to, was even more concerning. I dont want my health dismissed and or my concerns brushed to the side.

Autumn Hale Julian Johnson is probably the most caring and thorough doctor I had found in South Daytona for my husband. Sad that he left the area but after searching online, it looks like he has moved to New Smyrna at 101 Causeway. I saw prior reviews for him and people wondering where he went and after searching that is the location as of Sept 2024. Its very sad that doctors nowadays are rude and are scheduling so many appts in one day that they cant take the time their patients need to discuss their issues. Dr Johnson was very nice, empathetic, and took the time to address all issues.
5 /5
Louie Darienzo I wish there was a zero star I could leave Julian. Arrive there at 3 o’clock 20 minutes early from my appointment they got me right in took a urine sample told them my symptoms Danielle the receptionist was very kind she brought me back into the room as I sat there for over an hour Finally Julian comes in he’s talking to me for about five minutes then he says “Brian right”? I said no my name is Louie as he looks at his laptop and says oh there you are. He diagnosed me with a UTI and sent me on my way I pulled out of the parking lot at 5 o’clock after being there for two hours. Long story short still have an all the same symptoms and today Sunday I went to the ER they took the same urine sample and swabbed my nose and come to find out I have the flu a also known as influenza a. They also advised me to stop taking the UTI medication I don’t have a UTI. On top of that AdventHealth just to be safe did bloodwork chest x-ray cat scan with contrast and went above and beyond. But they let me know about the flu just with the swab sample and they wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything else because I had additional symptoms but it all seem to be flu related. Advent health has always had this down treated me very well when I had insurance and when I didn’t have insurance I never received any different service. Dr. Andrews and Dr. Sessoms in the Deland office 850 N. Stone St. is where I’ve been going and getting quality service unfortunately they were closed on Friday so I decided to check out the Daytona office which I will never ever be back to. Hope this helps someone because nobody needs to be treated this way.

Zachary Cash Dr. Jamidar is an awesome doctor, His staff is wonderful. The only problem is Halifax Hospital security. It’s not right that you should have to go through security search and pat down to see your doctor. Things are not that bad right now for this to be necessary seal off the exit from Halifax Hospital. Let us see our doctors, like I said Dr. Jamidar it’s fantastic. This post has nothing to do with him, his knowledge, his professional services.

Nancy Tully My husband has been under the care of Dr. Jamidar for approximately 8 years. The Doctor has performed a few successful procedures on my husband. The Doctor is extremely knowledgeable and talented. As a bonus, he is the type of person you would look for in a friend; kind and caring with an excellent sense of humor. His entire staff, from reception, to technicians and nurses, to check out, is friendly and helpful. His PA, April, is excellent. She, too, is knowledgeable, thorough, explains everything clearly, and puts you completely at ease, answering every question without hesitation. We just returned from the office. When we walked in, we saw happy birthday banners in the reception. The entire staff entered the room with a cart of cookies and pastries. They explained a patient was there who turned 99 today. Everyone sang happy birthday. They do this for their patients turning 99. Amazing. We have never been in an office like this, and doubt we could even find one. Are we happy we found Dr. Jamidar? You bet.

andrew Harrison I just had x 5 cardiac stents placed as a result of Dr. Jamidars insistence that I take my condition seriously. Here is my story: I am a 70-year-old competitive tennis player who is so in love with tennis (and my wife as well). I am guilty, on occasion, of not listening to Drs advice. I have been having some "episodes" on the tennis court; dizziness and fainting in the heat. Dehydration? Heart Condition? Well, because of Dr. Jamidars expertise and recommended tests, results indicated a serious problem that required cancelling an imminent, 60-day trip to the country of Panama. What a bummer! As a result, I had 2 cardiac catherizations in the last week resulting in x5 cardiac stents. (Dr. Valin did the procedure at Dr. Jamidars referral). I am alive today, without a cardiac bypass, with stent placements and recovering at home. While Drs Jamidar and Valin are extremely busy (too many sick people in Florida and not enough Drs) they are competent and caring. I am a stubborn person, who loves his tennis, and sometimes to the exclusion of following sage advice. Thank you, Dr. Jamidar for your expertise with directing me to get fixed! I owe my life to your advice and insistence, even though I and my wife had to cancel our trip to Panama. Because of you, we will be able to visit Panama in the future and I will be back playing tennis again, sometime soon (but not before I am cleared to do so). Please, also give my thanks to your team members as well. And perhaps your practice is so busy because you are so frequently recommended? Andy in Ormond

richard becker I normally do not write reviews but I feel so compelled to do so regarding Dr. Jamidar and his staff. I have had a heart condition for many years and have gone through several cardiologists and I am here to tell you that Dr Jamidar and his staff are perhaps the finest team I have ever had the honor of being a patient. From the moment you are greeted at the check-in desk in the office there is noting but a proactive attitude and environment. This is what I have been looking for so many years in a doctors office. THEY CARE!!. Dr Jamidar listens and explains everything in detail. Dr Jamidar will challenge you to get healthy and tells you exactly why his recommendations will improve your overall state of health. No doom and gloom here. Every professional in his office has been exemplary assisting me during my visits. I cannot praise and thank Dr Jamidar and his staff enough. Thank you!!

John Sassano I’m a Surgeon, Anesthesiologist and trained critical care physician for over 40 years. I came to this hospital about 12:30 pm and was taken to the cardiac floor by around 3pm. The medical director introduced himself to me and asked me to photograph his ID badge so that I would remember his name. On the floor multiple blood samples were taken and multiple EKGs were taken. No one told me what the results of any of these were. When I asked, I was told that I could get it off the iPad that was never supplied to me, when I got on the floor. I am in a room that has a light switch that I cannot reach and the room has no bathroom in it. The hospital is filthy, disorganized, and definitely Third World. When I asked to speak to the nursing supervisor, I asked for her name and then asked if I could take a picture of her ID, as I had the doctor in the ER and she willingly placed her hospital issued ID on the bed and I took a picture of it. Within 30 minutes two armed officers were up in my room and demanded that I delete the picture from my phone. I hope everyone reads this and comments. I have still not received any of my regular medication’s, including heart medication, blood thinners, and painkillers since I’ve been here which is now 12 hours. What a mistake. Halifax is a far superior hospital. I

Tim Johnson Most of the staff were extremely professional. I had a couple of great nurses (Rheena and Jordan) who were amazing. I also had a Physician’s Assistant (Marcus) that worked with Dr. Grove who went above and beyond to ensure that I was doing well. He was very thorough and will make and an amazing doctor! From the medical care received from the doctors and nurses, I would have rated the experience as 5 based on medical support. The only major issue I had with the hospital was the cleanliness of the room/bathroom. The nurses took out the trash daily but the room wasn’t wiped down for several days. This is why I only rated it as a 4.

Alice McWilliams The ICU unit at this hospital went above and beyond to ensure my husband was cared for and comforted from the day he was admitted to the day I lost him in hospice care. From the doctors, nurses, the training nurses, the sitters, the chaplains, the unit manager, they are all truly amazing people and helped me through this difficult time of losing my husband. I’ve included some pictures of the daily board because I didn’t want to forget names. The little fish by Gregs name that Nicole drew was so special. Thanks to the entire team! June Phillips I was inpatient for a total of 8 days. Although nobody wants to be in the hospital, the exceptional care and friendliness of everyone made it bearable. The ER was super busy but they seemed to keep that moving along and taking care of everyone as best as possible. Everyone on the 10th floor was exceptional, the cleaning staff, nurse techs, nurses, and docs… Thank you for the care and kindness!

Deme Deme Recently went in for lower back pain. The staff was very patient with me while I explained my symptoms. Some could even relate to the pain I was having. The facility is nice and clean, check-in was stress less, I didnt even wait five minutes for a room. This was the day after Milton had passed and the staff was not only concerned about me at that moment, but also concerned about my family and how we made out during the storm. I highly recommend this facility. I will not get emergency care anywhere else. 10/10 I DO RECOMMEND!

Cheryl Sorrill I was recently at Ormond Memorial after going into Afib. I was admitted to the 3rd floor and under went several heart tests. I was so impressed with my nursing and lab staff. Their kindness and empathy was phenomenal!! I have been in numerous hospitals over my 62 years and must say that this team was by far the best. It wasn’t just one particular nurse, the whole team were professional and kind! Their willingness to help in any way was so appreciated! A big shout out to Kat, Sindu, Alyssa, Shelly, Joy, Wilma, Alexis (lab) and I’m sorry I didn’t get some of the others names, but you know who you are. All of you need to be recognized for a job well done. And a big Thank you to Dr. Kazie and the charge nurse who stood up for me in a difficult and upsetting situation. These are front line warriors who always have a smile and a willingness to do the job and do it with a smile and empathy! God Bless and many Thanks! Cheryl and Marina

P S Recently at the emergency room with my mother who had fallen. I had to wait outside because there was only one person allowed to go in. I was watching the security guards working the door and was impressed by their professional and friendly attitudes toward everyone who came in. One was named Cary, did not catch the name of the other. They were both very cool in a very chaotic situation.

TourGuy101 If I could give no stars I would.it is very hard coming to a hospital each time I come no matter what I always notice if you are African American( Black) your life doesnt matter to the little nurses in the E.R. its really sad that during my study of this to document this behavior every time I think about going to the E.R. so then to make it better you stick a black girl to check people in and lie to them about when you will be seen I bet if you just pull the camera in the e.r. your eyes will see .its really sad and sickening at the same time only whites being treated first no matter if its a little paper cut people notice and if this activity keeps up u guys will have alot of lawsuits coming from the African American community.itd

Sal Gentile Dr Bianchi is just so experienced and patient supportive. He listens, then gives you his professional response. He is an over the top dedicated surgeon. He took time to introduce me to an orthopedic surgeon who just joined the group I will be remarking about shortly as he deserves his own appreciation. Lets never forget the staff as they are the finest who are smiling, helpful and understanding. They deserve two paychecks for working twice as hard to support the patients.

Alberto Da Silva Mello I suffer with multiple lipomas. Dr. Bianchi removed 20 of my fat lipomas in four sessions, five each time. He is a fantastic surgeon. I highly recommend NFS and Dr. Bianchi. Chrisanne Page, the clinical coordinator, was in the room all the time with the Dr. for my lipoma removals. She was always available during the surgery and before/after for any question I could have.

Deanna Lynne To begin with, the scheduling/communication staff member Tracy is someone every surgeons office should have. She is a very important part of the team that is crucial for both the office and patients. She even provided her cell phone number. Dr. Lars Nelson with another attending surgeon performed two surgeries and a biopsy in one setting. Although all surgeries come with risk, one of them was very involved. I feel certain the reason I am recovering so quickly is because of his precise surgical skills. I am very grateful of course for the post-op guidance from Tracy that I am following to a T. Probably because Tracy is very engaged with the patients, my communication with other team members was limited, but I am thankful for everyone on the team for being there for me. One more thing. Dont be fooled by Dr. Nelsons very youthful appearance. Hes been at this for a very long, respectable time.

Lechelle Maguire My mom started seeing Dr. Domingues over 4 years ago. He was not informative and lacked bedside manner. He dismissed all my moms systems and previous medical history. By the end of the appointment, he pretty much made her think it was all in her head. She never went back for a second appointment. She switched doctors offices to FL Arthritis and met on of the most amazing NP, she really helped her and listened to everything she had to say. They came up with an accommodating treatment plan and she was feeling better than she had in years. The NP also discovered that her body didnt absorb vitamins and nutrients the way it should. Although my moms blood work wouldnt always say It was having that issue, she figured it out and changed all her vitamin intake to injections. I couldnt believe the difference in how she felt. My mom even started losing drastic amounts of weight. Unfortunately, the NP left the practices and then the practice closed for good. The family was devastated but mostly my mom. Due to insurance reasons, she had no choice but to go back to Dr. Domingues. I prayed that with a few more years of experience he would have changed but unfortunately that wasnt the case. With all my moms new records and treatment plans he stilled dismissed her as if she was crazy and treated her like she was a liar. Mind you shes dealt with this issue for over 20 years and has never taken pain killers and just anti-inflammatories, as she is against narcotics. So, according to him, my moms pain must not be that bad and her skin flareups are due to environmental causes. I am a licensed Esthetician, so I am constantly doing research trying to find skin care that will help calm her flare ups. Her butterfly rash will get so dry to the point where her skin will crack and bleed. I cannot legally diagnose anything like this, as it is not in my scope of practice, but a butterfly rash is one of the many painful side effects of lupus. I dont understand how he is still in practice. I will never return to take my mom to him again as she would leave in tears. I wish her insurance would provide more options. She for now will live her life in pain and deal with her Lupus and RA on her own. This is so unfortunate and breaks my heart. We have been trying more of a holistic approach to try and get her to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Danielle Mason I was truly looking forward to my appointment with this provider as I had heard such positive things from his patients, and I was desperate for relief of the severe joint pain I had been experiencing. My initial appointment was brief, but OK. It did feel rushed, but I assumed it was a typical busy day. My second visit to see this provider, I was SO very disappointed. He was very rude and dismissive. He was very short with me and gave the impression that I was wasting his time. When I became tearful, he insulted and ridiculed me. He told me I did not have autoimmune disease, and that he could not help me….. Although he gave me an injection while I was in his office ( for a disease he claims I didn’t have) and ordered more labs that were extremely pricey, even though he had already done these same labs on me a less than a year prior. I was so frustrated and upset after my last appointment with him that I essentially gave up hope that I would ever have relief of this constant severe joint pain. After moving to a new area 3 years later, my symptoms continued and I reluctantly scheduled an appointment with a new rheumatologist. I was so relieved to be treated with respect and given an extremely thorough evaluation by my new provider. I went to my first appointment Wednesday, the doctor herself called me with my lab results on the following Monday. She confirmed I not only had autoimmune disease, I had actually tested positive for three autoimmune diseases. Less than a week after my initial appointment, my new rheumatologist had a comprehensive treatment plan in the works and had already contacted my insurance to authorize specific medications. She informed me I had classic symptoms of these autoimmune diseases and was surprised that no other physicians had considered treatment for me. It’s unfortunate when a patient who is suffering has to endure extremely poor treatment from a physician, the very professional who is paid -and took an oath- to help alleviate that suffering.

Laura Garand This place is amazing with an amazing staff! For the past 15 years I’ve taken care of people in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, ALFs, and memory care. Select Specialty is not like any of these. The patient gets the best care possible meaning constant attention from staff. My gratitude goes to Ismael and Mary (PT/OT). They treated my loved one with with smiles, encouragement and good pep talks. The Dietician Anne stops in every day and is so accommodating. She always had a smile and and is a good listener. The Respiratory Tech John comes in daily and has such a great attitude. He loves his job and his patients. I also want to give special mention and thanks to James the Charge Nurse and CNAs: Chito, Betzy and Nurses:Alexis, Jamie,Juan, and Jimuel. Of course I want to thank Chuck(Director) and Rob (CEO) both of these men are always available and walk the halls with smiles.

Today 5/6 our nurse Chris Brand has been extremely helpful and supportive and has went the extra mile to help us in this transition to Select. He has been very informative and really caring 5/12/24 We have been at Select for just over a week and I cant say enough about the staff. The night staff is wonderful, Havergale, Charlene and Charge nurse Jeanette are absolutely fantastic. When you are leaving your love one overnight it is a wonderful feeling to know that she is being well taken care of by such wonderful people. They are kind and considerate of all her needs and make her feel so special. And again our nurse Chris Brand is fantastic and its great to have consistent wonderful care from him.

Christina B I’d leave this facility negative stars if I could. My father in law passed away in November of 2023 in the hands of the nurses/staff at this facility. He arrived to this facility in stable shape from a previous hospital. We were told he just needed a little more care and needed to be transferred to this facility as his insurance would no longer pay to keep him at the original hospital. He passed away within a month and a half of being here. The staff in this facility is quick to call security on you if you attempt to voice any concern about the care being provided to your family member, basically leaving you scared to speak and unable to properly make sure your family is taken care of. You can tell that some of the nurses cared less to be there, basically just working to collect a paycheck and go home when their shift was over. Now I do want to say that there were some staff members that cared (I am greatly appreciative of those staff members) but that was far few in between. Within a week of my father in law being there you could see the difference in his health. There was a steady decline and it didn’t matter what we said, nothing changed or improved. My father in law could not move/walk without assistance. When we would walk into his room, his call bell would be hanging up far from reach. What if my father in law needed help? No call bell to contact the staff, what did he have to scream every time? My father in laws cardiac meds were changed multiple times which left him with extremely high heart rates constantly, which ultimately led to multiple other health issues in which he developed at this facility and did not experience prior to being here. When he arrived his heart rate was stable with the meds he was originally on. My father in law went into cardiac arrest and passed away in this hospital, when reading the final note entered by the respiratory therapist it stated “found patient during my rounds.” My father in law went into cardiac arrest and you’re telling me no monitor went off, no alarms went off and my father in law was found unresponsive and with no heart rate for who knows how long by the respiratory therapist doing her rounds. These weren’t the only issues that occurred while he was there, these are just some of them. If you value your family members, save yourself some trouble by not sending them here. You’ll regret it like my husband and I do daily.

Sarah Green Tapia was an amazing dr who took her time through my pregnancy to make sure all my questions were answered. It was hard finding a dr that I felt really cared about the well being of you and your baby. I had anxiety at the end and her and her team really made me feel better about the delivery of my son. I highly recommend her to anyone that has the opportunity to have her !

Alyssa Bayliff Absolutely LOVED our experience. They got us in quick for an appointment and as a first time mom with a 1 month old, outings can be overwhelming. The nurses and front desk staff were SO beyond kind and helpful and overall I left their stress free. The pediatrician (Dr Shields *AMAZING*) and nurses really take the time to get to know you and your baby and I felt so cared for during our first visit. Would recommend them to absolutely anyone looking for a pediatrician office in Ormond Beach area.

olivbyrd The moment you close the doors and not let patients in is the moment you lose them. We have an appointment at 1:30 pm, we came 10 mins early because why not? The doors are locked, a lady in front desk said something about the sign on the door, its freaking hot outside and they couldnt open the door and let us in and have us wait in the lounge area? I have NEVER been to a doctors office where they close the premises for lunch. Do you all go to lunch altogether? What happened to the receptionist? I see one in there just sitting but couldnt accommodate your patients? Are you serious? Do you expect me and my baby to stay outside in the heat and wait until you guys open? If this is a new thing your clinic does, let your patients know you will be closed at those times and dont ever schedule someone right at 1:30 pm then.
