Dee I was referred to Dr Gonzalez and Fort Myers DPC several months ago for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and chose to try BioTe treatments. I had tried BioTe in the past with a different doctor and stopped treatment for several months because I knew my hormone levels were not correct and when I brought it up I felt I was being dismissed by the doctor. Dr Gonzalez spent over an hour with me discussing different HRT options and encouraged me to give BioTe another go and I am so glad she did. I was experiencing headaches, moodiness, lack of energy and constant hot flashes. A few months later and my misery is gone! I have so much more energy, sleeping thru the night, easier to live with I’m sure and those miserable hot flashes are a thing of the past! Donna Hanson Having experienced severe issues recently, I was very fortunate that Dr. Brian Rajca was able to see me rather quickly. He is very patient and listened intently to my description of the problems I’ve been having. In addition to some diet and current medication changes, he has prescribed an additional medication to alleviate my discomfort. My initial meeting with Dr. Frank confirmed that my efforts were worth my time. I was very pleased with the office personnel, the young lady who checked me in, and most of all Dr. Frank himself. I am grateful that he has accepted me as his patient and I will be his patient for the rest of my days.

Harris Segel Went in for my annual heart exam and was checked in promptly. I had hardly sat down in the waiting room when my name was called and i was escorted into the exam room. The nurse was extremely polite, efficient and friendly and got my vitals and updated my list of medicines quickly. After she left, Dr Bailey came in just a few minutes later and as always was very pleasant and reassuring. I continue to be extremely pleased with the care I receive from Florida Heart Associates.

Paul Beebe Check in was quick, so was waiting to be seen the Technician I met was very nice an understanding of my hearing problems. She explained everything she was doing an with no fuss. My Doctor was the same way. She went over my records an explained how good everything was. But she also scheduled a test to make sure we stayed on top of everything. I left knowing I was in good hands.

Ashley Carvalho Went to an appointment, payed my copay and was told insurance covered the rest by the front staff. I later received a bill from a 3rd party vendor and was never told at the time of my appointment that there was any additional fees associated with the appointment. The response I received by the billing supervisor was that this is something that happens sometimes. The front staff forgets to tell people about that and we can’t do anything for you. Had I been made aware I would have not continued forward with the appointment. This was one of many issues I have had with this office. I would recommend Lee health over Florida heart associates.

She allowed another patient, who arrived after me, to go in first, while I had to wait a long time to see the doctor with my sick daughter. Plus she doesn’t know how to treat patients!!! Don Miller My wife was brought here from Promise Hospital, Ft Myers, FL for rehab after a 75 day hospitalization. The staff at the Rehabilitation Hospital has taken a bed ridden 68 year old confined to a bed to a walker in 4 days. Her progress in such a short time span is truly remarkable! We find the staff here (especially our PT "Daniel" and OT "Ashley") to be very attentive, compitent and compassionate. You can expect four (4) 45 minute rehab sessions every weekday. These sessions arent optional as they expect the patients to have a no excuses attitude regarding their rehabilitation. Dr Vuong who heads up this place meets with us daily and keeps us up to date on my wifes progress. He, like the staff here, is a top notch Doctor. Although we would prefer a private room which are not available; having a roommate is a small price to pay for the top notch Rehabilitation my wife is receiving here. If you looking for a top notch Rehabilitation Hospital in Ft Myers, FL, this is the place!!!!

S wad Husband was there for 6 weeks with GBS, came in on a stretcher unable to walk or move arms. He walked out with a walker then 4 days later with a cane. They were fantastic with him. Amazing results. Staff was very nice, informed and enjoyable to be around. He could of been flown to Tampa, but we are happy he went to this location. Highly trained individuals in this disease.

Mayerling Choute Dr. Bass is the best. I had a gastric bypass in 2014 and never had an issue. On March 3, 2025 I needed emergency surgery and once again he came through for me accordingly. I am so grateful.

Katie Dr Bass has the experience I prefer, hes done 2 of my surgeries, one was an emergency surgery and he was thurough, checked in on me often through my recovery in the hospital, and Ill continue to keep him as my surgeon. I have some unfortunate genetic situations with hernias and other things and I absolutely require his knowledge, and abilities as a bariatric surgeon.

Marlene Gardner Dr Bass is a wonderful surgeon. I felt at ease with him immediately and I didn’t feel rushed. He took the time to explain exactly what my procedure would involve. It’s 3 days after surgery and I am recovering as expected. It’s rare to find such a caring surgeon and I highly recommend him.

Crushing the Vector I am 100% Disabled Vet. With their help, Ive managed to get some of my life back. Jonathon Magill I write this with disappointment. Dr. Lee is a wonderful physician, one of few that cares about the patients and not the money. The lady who runs the front desk, on the other hand; is rude, dispassionate, and has to be right above all else. Several times I have heard her say “I made that call myself” and “I personally left a message” not once indicating she actually spoke with a patient or listen to their needs. I am in financial hardship, unable to work, with no income. Hearing I am not eligible for assistance, and then being denied even the opportunity to speak with anyone about my options was disheartening. I was told on the phone, by another receptionist, that I could cancel my doctors appointment, and schedule a financial assistance appointment, with the understanding they would at least listen to my case. I wasted borrowed money to show up to my appointment, only to be turned away at front desk, with an argumentative attitude. I guess that’s Lee Health Care; They care only if you have the money to buy their time.

We all know the game of over treatment and overbilling, I was paying cash with no out-of-state insurance and a visitor from out of town. It was nice to be treated completely not being treated simply to rack up a large bill. I received was thorough and considerate. Then when you call to say that time is completely inconvenient - tell you that you can get an appointment in three months!!! Last time I was sick - couldnt get me in for a month- I had to go to another Dr. So stay away from this disorganized unprofessional office.

Anne-Marie A My mother is at Select now. This is an amazing facility! They are a 60 bed hospital with just about every specialty (no orthopedic or obstetric departments). The doctors are kind, compassionate and honest. The nurses are very caring. The social workers are on top of everything, communicating with everyone. Food service does an excellent job of meeting the patients needs. Everyone takes the time to answer all of our questions. They have included me in their rounds ( on my mothers care). I cant say enough good things about this hospital. Please open a Select in Sarasota!

FORT MYERS GROUP LLC My dad went to the facility due to strong leg and back pain to this specific facility and was seen by BRITTANEE DONOVAN, PA-C – NPI #1740658368 Physician Assistant who was rude and discriminated against my father for being Hispanic and an elderly man. She didnt even let him tell her how he was filling, she interrupted him, screamed at him and even left the room without seeing him and without provided him medical attention, the person that was translating the conversation felt so bad that she even stayed there and apologized for the so called "doctor" behavior. Medical staff sometimes forget that they ought to be professional and provide attention to those in need, nobody wants to get sick and thats why we pay for insurance, the medical attention is not free and they charge a lots of money for it. This incident could have happened to any other human being in the same facility, we all have bad days but patients dont have to put up with Medical staff personal issues. I will report this discriminatory incident to the County Health Department and the Florida Department of Health as well.

MaryJo Soska Ive had two recent experiences at Lee Health Convenient Care. From the staff in registration to the discharge staff and everyone in between, all were kind, caring and supportive. The wait time to get in the back was only 15 minutes each time. Both times we were seen quickly by nurse practioner, tests ordered and completed timely. They are open 7 days from 7 to 7, which accommodates most schedules. Thank you for your professionalism and support for your patients. You rock!

It was a complicated situation and Brittany Donovan P.A. was terrific. She sought out a colleague for a second opinion on the best way to proceed, and then did a flawless job removing the stitches without opening the wound (which she was concerned about). Holly Donahue I cannot believe I’m giving a five star review to an urgent care facility. I have never been treated so well or so quickly. Yes, I was there a a little over two hours, but they were very forthright with how long the wait was, and gave an honest timeline. The last urgent care facility I went to had me waiting for five hours. The staff were amazing and empathetic. I still can’t believe how well I was treated.

Gin Nixon The infusion nurses at RCC are superheroes every single day! Kind, compassionate, personalized and professional care is always provided by these angels on earth with grace, humor and humility. I remain forever in awe of these life saving, cape-less superheroes!

Sharon Musterman Extremely unorganized to the point that getting started on cancer treatment and chemotherapy were compromised. Lost referrals, lost medical records when they were sent, pushing needed chemo out by weeks. Went to Florida Cancer instead. Florida Cancer was extremely professional and I had an appointment within a week.

Angela Crider I have been coming here every week since 2010. I have no idea where I would be right now if it had not been for the caring and professional staff that is here. From the Director, Valeria Campbell, down to the volunteers running the trams this place is top notch. The staff here truly wants to do what is best for each patient. Whether you come in to have something as simple as a port flush, or you are here receiving something as difficult as chemo you are always taken care of like you are the only patient in the room. I would not want any other group of people taking care of me!

flaw duhh Okay, I am ONLY leaving a review for Franks Deli, inside building B. That dude makes some seriously good food. Specifically, his bowls and his soups. You GOTTA try his daily soup. Today was Turkey Lasagna and it was absolutely amazing.

Mary Ann Salamone I waited 2.5 months for an appointment with Dr. Mila Kmezic. Her office phoned, with less than 24 hours of my appointment, to tell me that Dr. Kmezic was going to a meeting instead and that I needed to reschedule. Dr. Kmezic wasted 2.5 months of my time for an appointment with her to end up being a no show. Im glad that this happened up front. Now I know not to waste any more of my time with this office and with this physician.

svetlana clarke The worst place ever. First they couldn’t receive the referral via fax so I brought it in. Then I called 4 times they wouldn’t call me back to schedule an appointment finally someone said it’s because of Covid situation. So disorganized they couldn’t let me know when I called the first time?! Ok then I called again the lady said they started booking and within 72 hours scheduling group will reach out to you, it’s been almost 2 weeks and nothing. Don’t waste your time with this place.
