Donald Dziatkiewicz At 68 years of age, I have been to more doctors over the years, and I have to say the team at SaludVIP is the most caring and attentive than any of the others. Too many times I have felt like my doctor wasnt even listening to me, or they were just going through the motions, wanting to move me along and get to their next appointment as quickly as possible. Here I have had conversations with Dr Luis who is willing to listen and even debate me about my understanding of my health, eventually knowing how to explain what he sees and how his prescribed treatment is the best path forward. I have already tried to convince my wife to switch, and if you are looking for a new primary care physician, I hope you will consider SaludVIP!

Maria Roque Dr Almaguer is a caring, knowledgeable, and brilliant physician. The staff at VIP Ft. Pierce is attentive to patient needs, quick to respond to calls, and supportive in helping patients schedule clinic appointments and appointments for prescribed tests. MA Mariah is delicate and painless when taking blood out for labwork. My husband and I are very pleased with the overall care received here. We will continue as patients!

michelle hamilton I can’t tell you how much we adore Dr. Almaguer and his staff! I took my Mom in for her first visit and the girls at the front desk were prompt, kind and very helpful. Dr Almaguer was warm, thorough and had a wonderful demeanor. If you want an incredible experience, from making an appointment, to going into a friendly office with amazing service, I would highly recommend selecting this healthcare provider for all of your medical needs. D. H. I had written a very favorable review before I got a bill for $985 from Quest for blood work which both the doctor and staff had assured me (I had asked) would be paid for by Medicare. It wasnt. After repeated attempts to get this resolved by contacting both Medicare and Saludvip I gave up and paid this exorbitant charge for blood work which is usually part of a yearly exam needed to determine treatment. I am no longer a patient there. I cant afford, or trust them.

This continues throughout the experience of needing surgery that takes more than a little expertise. Being an RN, I know exactly how much expertise it does take. Maurizia Meyer Dr. Putney is great when you actually get to see her. I’ve had several appointments and saw her once. I like her PA but unfortunately what they recommended for my back pain did not work and came up with no real solutions.

Wj Kane Dr. Putney gets a "5" for "Orthopedics," her judgement and clinical decsion-making were sound. She gets a "1" for "And Sports Medicine." She seemed uncomfortable and out of her element when I asked sport-specific questions, and responded by being dismissive. Near the end of the visit I said I had another question and she responded "OK, one." Yes, she explicitly limited me to one. In the digital 21st century getting medical records should be as easy as visiting a digital portal, but this office has a cumbersome request/mail process. Lastly, I was supposed to get a phone call to schedule a follow-up procedure. Two weeks later, still no call. I called them twice, was on robo-hold for 8 minutes both times, then robo-routed to a voice mail system. Still no call back. Would any of this have been different if they knew I was an HCA colleague? It shouldnt.

Steve Russell Dr.Bower and his staff are outstanding. I have had 3 different Urologists in 3 different states over many years and have never received better care. He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have experienced several times issues where I needed immediate care. He fits me in the same day and always has resolved the issue. Getting hard to find good doctors, I like his office, the girls are great, friendly and have knowledge of what is going on. I am a Navy Veteran and Dr. Bower was not only a medical school graduate but also a Naval Officer in the Military Medical field which says a lot to me. Ray Chladny Constructing a backyard memorial structure, my ladder collapse and I fell with my foot hitting a concrete slab. My heel and inside my ankle was fractured. Dr. Besier and his team met me at Lawnwood Hospital and stayed with me through every step of my pain management, surgery and towards recover. All the staff at Fort Pierce Orthopedics were personable, professional and very caring. In a few weeks Ill be back on my feet. I am very happy this team of professionals was by my side. Karin van der Valk I’m trying to process this as I said every day how thankful I was to still have Ellie. We knew she was living on borrowed time. Last night we thought her breathing spell would end. More and more medication had no effect. We let our rationality be compromised by emotion. Three hours, and her heart couldn’t take it. She was struggling to breathe. She kissed me on the mouth and eyes as she always did during an episode. At the ER she was in an oxygen chamber for approximately 30 minutes and given heart medication. The vet said she might not make it through the night. I hope she forgives me for being selfish before putting her needs first. Dad and I kept thinking she would improve. The vet brought her in to us in a blanket for us to say goodbye. He then administered the medication as I held her little soul slipping away from me. I felt like part of me was slipping away with her. I miss my endless shadow. The house seems empty. She was with me from morning to night. I’m on my pillow she slept on. She would sleep with her head against my cheek. I would hear her heartbeat and breath on my face. Sometimes in the middle of the night, she would kiss me and then reposition herself next to me. She looked at me during her spell and as she always did, she kissed my mouth and eyes. I’ve lost so many fur babies but she was unlike any other. I knew she needed me but I needed her more. She was unconditional love and support. I have a hole in my heart. I pray with time I can fill it with all our beautiful shared times. The doctor and assistants were deeply caring. They surprised us with a beautiful card and clay paw imprint. They were compassionate and said to take as much time with her. She went peacefully in their blanket as I held her. Thank you so much ❤️

Ashley Steckman I had to write a short review of our experience at VMC. We rushed our beloved golden retriever there after he had several seizures back to back. As we were rushing in the door with our boy in our arms there were already calling for the nurse to bring a stretcher out asap. Within a matter of seconds they rushed him back and within two minutes but feeling like an eternity we were placed in a private waiting room. Upon waiting no later than 5 minutes the doctor came in and gave us the gut wrenching news about our baby. I cried like I never cried before but they were all very sympathetic as we had to make the decision to put our sweet boy to rest. They allowed us as much time with him before and after putting him sleep. They did not rush us but allowed space for the loss of our baby. I kindly asked the nurse who took him away if she could get me a stamp of his nose and paws and some clippings from his hair. It is all that I have to hold onto to him. They wrapped him in a blanket before we took him home and gave their condolences. And today marks a week of having to say goodbye to my best friend and first thing this morning I opened a sweet card that they sent after his passing which means so much to me. Thank you to the doctor and staff who allowed us the time and space to be with our sweet boy. And was sympathetic as they watched us cry the loud and ugly tears. Your card means so much to me as I remember my sweet golden boy.

Mames The Veterinary Medical Center of St. Lucie County has been an incredible source of support for our family. When our beloved 14-year-old lab mix, Peyton, reached the end of her life, they were not only straightforward and clear about her prognosis but also incredibly compassionate. They guided us through her palliative care, providing medication and education so we could give her the best care possible in her final days. When the time came to say goodbye, the entire team showed immense empathy, from the front desk staff to the techs and the doctor. They allowed us all the time we needed to be with Peyton, never rushing the process and giving us space to say goodbye both before and after. Their compassion truly helped ease such a difficult moment. Since then, weve adopted a new pet from Peggy Adams with known health issues, and the Veterinary Medical Center of St. Lucie continues to show the same care and love for him as they did for our princess Peyton. Their consistency in compassionate care is remarkable. If I could give them six stars, I absolutely would!

bobhoe 1960 I brought my beloved dog (Bauer) , who suddenly became very sick, in the evening. They took xrays that revealed cancer of his lung and around his beautiful heart. I dont remember the doctors name that showed me the xrays but when she came in to tell me how sick he was I could tell in her eyes how much she personally cared about my precious family member and his condition. I couldnt let my boy suffer and had to let him be free from any suffering. They treated my family with total respect and understanding that wasnt fake or forced. I decided to have him cremated. I received the ashes and several days later they sent me a beautiful card with all the staff expressing their heartfelt condolences. In the card they had a nose print of my boy. That nose that was always was in my face along with a big wet kiss. Its only been a couple weeks but I miss him so much and am tearing trying to write this. It had to be done and I am grateful to the entire staff and I say thank you for your kindness and compassion.

Monica Mauldin I brought my baby in late Friday 10/18. He needed surgery to remove a large mass in his abdomen. My nerves were shot. Dr. Nick admitted him. Dr. Rivera did his surgery. My baby pulled through and was back home with me on Tuesday, October 22. I have to say Im so thankful for all who helped take care of my Angelo. The staff were very helpful. Drs called me every morning to give me an update. I was able to visit Angelo in a private room and cuddle him, feed him, brush him, and walk him. I would recommend VMC to anyone who needs care for their babies. Thank you again everyone at VMC. My heart is whole again. Angelo is resting peacefully in his bed tonight thanks to you.

Carmen Henriquez I have been using Pediatric Associates for almost 6 years now and I have never had any issues with them. They accept most insurance and their doctors are amazing. Specifically Dr.Maria Tobon, she goes above and beyond for her patients. We adore her. The only negative I would say is the wait time. People have been moving to Port St Lucie like crazy and it’s getting super crowded to the point that it’s making the wait times get horrendously high. Other than that, I definitely recommend them.

Yelky Urtiaga We waited over two hours with no explanation, while others who arrived after us were seen first. My child was the last one seen, only to receive a quick prescription. Throughout the wait, the staff kept looking at us with an obvious I dont care attitude and repeatedly said, Im sorry for the wait, without actually doing anything to help. The lack of communication, respect for our time, and overall dismissiveness made this a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this office to other parents.I would give less than one star if I could.

Sabrina McClover The wait time is always extremely long. If we go in the morning or afternoon, you’re always in the room for AT LEAST an hour before seeing the doctor. After the appt, at checkout, I found the doctor hadn’t written a script for the issue we came in for; only a referral for a specialist. I asked to speak with the doctor and was told they would note his file and she would contact us and/or write a script. Neither happened. I called later that day and was told they would push a notification for the doctor to call us… a full 24 hours passed and nothing I have been to the other locations and have had a totally different experience. So as a whole, PA isn’t terrible, but I do NOT recommend this office. We are switching to a new practice.

Maria I Boehme The front desk ladies at the SLW, FL office are nice, the waiting time is bad, minimum one hour, BUT the billing department and the customer service are the worst. I have been trying to contact them since December 16, 2024 trying to fix a DOUBLE charge on the vision and hearing exam of my kids. I have been on hold for 2+ HOURS (i have a couple of pictures) and they dont answer, they dont call back and when they do, finally today, they said its something I need to fix with the local office when the local office says its with the billing department. What kind of service is that? If the office forgot to post a charge in my account, its NOT my problem, its a Pediatric Associate problem and needs to be fixed now by a Pediatric Associate employee, NOT the patient. And please dont reply saying how sorry you are to know about my bad experience and to call your customer service #, because as I said your customer service is absolutely the worst I had ever experienced.

Jennifer McGuire Neglectful practice. Never experienced having to call in order to get explanations of test and treatment. Never get a call back after communicating that I’m experiencing symptoms. Avoid this practice. Better safe than sorry.

Troy Freeman Dr. Gottfried had a suspicion and sent me for a calcium score test which came back high. I had a stress test which I didn’t show any issues. Dr Gottfried then sent me for a calcium scan at the hospital which also came back high. This resulted in a heart catheterization which showed four blocked arteries. The surgery took place before a heart attack happened, avoiding any damage to my heart. Dr Gottfried’s persistence help me avoid what could’ve been a fatal heart attack. I would like to thank him for his dedication to my health.

kennedy granato I have been a patient of Dr. Gottfried for over 10 years. He is the most kind, caring, and thorough doctor I have ever dealt with. His compassion towards patients makes him an incredibly personal and approachable physician. He is the best of the best.

Novlette Haughton My mother, Neslyn, has been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Gottfried for over 20 years, and he is wonderful. Dr. Gottfried has taken great care of my mother. He is patient and kind and I would recommend anyone who has an older adult loved one to him for his honest and supportive care. His employees are kind and nice. This is a great level of customer service which is truly appreciated by our family.

S Richer Dr Todd, freed, and his staff are incredibly friendly and kind and more importantly knowledgeable. Now that I’m on the right medicines, I feel better and I’ve lost weight as well. If you want a doctor that takes the time to review your history, Dr. Godfrey‘s office at HCA is the one for you. However I rate a lower number when it comes to follow up care. The medical assistant always calls within a half an hour of the office closing to give me any results. I’m just out of the hospital for about 3 weeks or less I saw Dr. Godfried immediately and was told call if I needed anything a few days later my infection looked really bad and instead of him or his office having me come in they sent me back to the ER or to choose an urgent care. I had an appointment scheduled for my cardiologist and was able to see him and he said the leg looked infected that I was to go to urgent care or hospital immediately. I did and got additional antibiotics. Unfortunately the medical assistant Stein called me again this evening within a few minutes of closing the office and told me my UTI infection was still there, but didn’t have a prescription ready for me to pick up nor any instruction from the doctor so here I am again just waiting. Not sure how to proceed doesn’t feel so good and I don’t feel so good.

Tracy I saw all the comments on how clean this place is. Well that’s about it. I have stepped in for my 78 yr old mother’s care. And I’m appalled. She sits and waits for extended time. Her legs are swollen. Feet hurt but yet there are always 20 and upwards more waiting. She has never been seen on actual appt time and while I understand being bust these are our most vulnerable. They’re hungry and waiting for labs. Tests. See nurse. No doctor have I even met there. Yesterday I went with my mother to see cardiologist. His exact words were “her diabetes is out of control”. Yet American care told my mothers she was doing great. Her labs says different. And only now after years being a patient here are we realizing how serious this is. Never have American care nurse which is who you see, said that to her or me. Just because my mother is poor and on Medicaid does mean she should be brushed aside because she’s old. God willing she has many years left. I will now oversee my mother’s care or lack thereof. The cardiologist said he was putting all his notes I. Her file. I was grateful. Her feet are swollen and have been for years , yet only 2 weeks after pressure did she get to see podiatrist. So the care is minimal. And not urgent or immediate at this facility. My mom has clearly been affected by this out of control diabetes. She takes 12 medicines that she has know idea what for. Nothing is clearly stated. I sat in America care with her. For two hours! And I’m in shape yet my back was sore and it’s uncomfortable It appears everyone sees the two nurses. Once again no doctor. And while they do offer a muffin, and have updated the facility with the money they make , the care is lacking. Quality of care should have been updated. Maybe hire an actual doctor It’s set for certain timers during the month to see a dr in person. Instead they do telecare. Explain that to the elderly. It’s disgraceful. So now my mother has swollen legs, feet that hurt all the time and hates going there because they have 20 patients all with the same appt time. I go with her. What a disgrace. The cardiologist listened to me and said he would out everything in notes. She needs test. And you better believe I am going to be there every step. I am ashamed as a daughter I trusted her care to them. A nice office with the money they make off these patients means nothing to me. My mother does. The patients should come first. Not new coffee machines and new chairs. How about treating them the way the others who have private insurance could have. Being poor isn’t a crime. She deserves the same. No more. No less. I will be taking my concerns higher. I will be her voice and since I was one of only a handful with these vulnerable elderly patients maybe their care will improve. The care is what matters. Not the atmosphere. They are making tons of money off our parents being unwell. And sadly it seems they don’t care. The majority of the reviews are on the place being updated How nice for them. The staff are pleasant. But there are NO doctors there and two nurses. Don’t be fooled by nice muffins and nice office. My mom now has to have several test and she thought office was nice too. It’s all business But my mother wants care. Not a new chair to sit for hours on end and a muffin. It’s called care

Michael Rousseau Went in with some abdominal pain. Got in quick and well, was admitted into the hospital. ER staff was great. Very professional and helpful. The hospital itself needs to grow. Bi and quite a few others were waiting. I waited close to 5 hours to get a room. Huge shout out to nurse Renee on the 4th floor who took such amazing care of all her patients.

With Cleveland Clinic hospital at Tradition being down the road from my location I traveled over a half hour to reach your facility and have never been happier. Keep up the excellent work!

Valerie Picard Staff were very good on the most part, especially the cleaning staff, life vest rep and case manager. My family found it hard to find food options in the cafeteria for me since I was on a low sodium diet. Nursing staff were not very knowledgeable in regards to extreme bleeding. I was appalled that they tried to put a dirty bandage back on me after it sat on the window sill for a few hours

Deborah Romano I had to go to have two procedures today. I have never been there. Check-in young lady was polite. The pre-op nurses were so awesome. The two nurses who led me to the procedure room were fabulous. The Dr who put me to sleep was very clever, I didn’t even know or payed attention, very caring. Dr Katta, who is new to me, was very reassuring that all was going to be ok. Bonus: met up with a friend I worked with many yrs ago!

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done here and the staff were so nice, once I got out of my procedure I woke up I didnt feel any pain or discomfort, I felt really comfortable. Very accommodating people and if youre getting any of those procedures done I highly recommend this place. The prices are very reasonable too even for self-pay if you compare it to any other places.

Jano 5 stars are not enough. From appointment to discharge this center and their staff were caring, personable, friendly and kind. The Center is very CLEAN and reception area is large and open. As you know, having a colonoscopy is a very "personal" procedure and Dr. Katta is6tj made me feel safe and as comfortable as possible. The nursing staff went beyond to inform me on all the details of my procedure. The worst part is the prep, but done right, the rest is easy thanks to the Treasure Coast Surgical Center and their amazing team. 5 STARS

Erica U Had my first colonoscopy here and was a bit apprehensive. The entire staff at the facility was welcoming, professional, funny and overall very engaging. Dr. Epstein also spent a few minutes with me and was also very kind. My nerves subsided in no time. The facility itself is also very clean and professional (kinda like a small hospital). While I can’t say I look forward to my next colonoscopy, I will say I will be going back to this facility to have it done! PS. For those who have not gone through this yet, the prep the day before is the worst part. The procedure itself is nothing but incredibly important to have done!

The Wildcat Had a decent year of appts here and was fairly happy with the care. In past 4 visits, I was treated for diabetes, hypertension, sinus infection, chronic shingles, suspected a bacterial skin infection like MRSA and after shingles that can develop into a rash with pussy boils. No one in past 4 visits seemed to have any answers or ideas to try to clear up my sinuses or face rash. So I went twice to walkin clinic. He referred me to Ear, nose, and throat. The damage from 8 months untreated sinus infection has created 90 percent scar tissue in my nose, hypertrophy, septum perforation. And still sinuses are not done with treatment, but most lilely will need a surgery or daily nebulizer treatments for long term. At no point were my complaints during these visits met ith any urgency. I had an MRI and head xray. Tons of bloodwork. Meanwhile migrainez, swelling, and nearly sleep 12-15 hours a day trying to recover. Today was the final appt for me. I saw DR Ionnedes. Derm. Treated me once before for shingles. Basically retold my symptoms over and over every visit. Today as well. You will always get a different person. You will always get met with disbelief. As if Im loving the attention and want to be at the doctors every week. This is not psychological and Im not a doctor. This is why I come to you. Please tell me what auto immune disease I have and why at 43 years old I wake up nearly crippled in pain everyday ? I left in tears today. Was treated as if my cigarettes and 20 lbs of belly fat and diabetes is why I deserve to be ill. I was told Im in denial, that I needed to "Stop picking" at my rash, and get my diabetes under control. In addition to many things I have lost 50 lbs in past 2 years and my A1C was 7.0 and worked very hard to get these things in control. I cant explain all of it in one review but no patient should leave feeling like they deserve whatever illness they have for being negligent. We are here because we need care. We have no insurance. We have been denied by medicaid. Most of us are working fulltime and have no other way to survive except our health. Be careful how you address anyone and ask questions before you assume I even knew I had diabetes a year ago. I did not know. I just found put 7 mths or so ago. Thank you to the clinic, please retrain your staff on poverty and why they are there volunteering.

Katie Ehcor If you need to see a doctor and have no insurance then its great, but if you need to see a dentist youre forced to go to a doctor first. I have anxiety disorder so Im annoying and I ask tons of questions. In fact I felt I was brushed off or rushed. I dont believe I was treated kindly. I went somewhere else to get an extraction and the bedside manner and treatment was way better. Please address concerns without attitude even if you have to repeat yourself.

Simone Thomas If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff is absolutely Insane. The dental coordinator Stephanie is rude & unprofessional she came in the exam room with a ridiculously stupid smirk on her face and doesn’t know how to properly schedule appointments she set up an appointment date and time without even confirming with me if that date or time worked prior to scheduling it. They can careless about your dental issues as I’ve been complaining about my teeth for months and Stephanie did everything in her power to push & cancel my appointments. She will schedule your appointments months or weeks out knowing you need immediate assistance. Worst volunteer for the job I advise the hands clinic to find someone new to assist in that department. Actually get rid of the entire staff atp. The dentist that examined my teeth purposely yanked at my broken tooth very careless, after examining my teeth he never mentioned the cavities or potential cleanings I needed. Also stated I needed several extractions after already confirming with a reputable dental office that my tooth could be saved. This staff is inexperienced careless & complete foolish if you ask me. I would definitely not recommend receiving any assistance from this facility what so ever. Never seen a group of individuals who openly volunteer treat there clients as such. I would run drive skip fly whatever you have to do to get as fast and far away from this place as possible not worth the time or headache.

Lyric Roberts You just dont find providers like this anymore. I got very sick on the MLK holiday and the office was closed. I was able to speak to Myriam on the phone and hearing how sick I was, she allowed me to come in anyway. The level of care she gave me on her day off was unparalleled. I am not an easy patient but she was so kind and gracious. She even told me I could come in the next day if I needed to for more medicine. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude and appreciation for her and her office. They truly do see you as a whole person and treat you accordingly. I highly recommend them for all of you PCP needs.

Holiood Florexil I am not one to leave a review because I am extremely busy and value my time. However, I needed to take a moment from my busy day to write this review. I just left Caring Ling Medical located at 671 SE Port Saint Lucie Blvd, Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34984 and was extremely pleased with the service provided to me by the staffs and doctor. The staffs were pleasant and respectful. Dr. Pinchinat-Vassor was extremely knowledgeable and made my visit very pleasant. So much so, I plan on switching my primary physician to them. I highly recommend their office as primary. Also the waiting time was extremely short and the place was very clean. One can tell they take pride in their workplace.

Brandon DeSantis Was ensured coverage by my health care plan only to get a bill in the mail 10 months later stating I owed them money and they were still working on a contract with my provider. Lied to my face and their only response was "sorry about that".

anonymous review How do they stay in business?? They do not care about their patients, I have been dealing with them since the August! I had some blood work done by Dr. Promad and never heard back, the fact that I had to call them 3 weeks later and suggested I see Dr. Ramgopal because my results indicated some issues. I have been going back and forth for 4 months because BOTH offices can not communicate, Dr Pramod office is saying that they sent the referral and the other office is saying they never received it, 4 MONTHS of this nonsense. What if something is determinable to my health and these people cant do their job correctly. I even offered myself to physically take the referral to them! I requested that they send my referral to another Dr. and they said there is no other specialist around. All this time they just keep telling me lies and giving me misleading information, my frustration is at its highest with them, my last call with them was remarked as "well you can just go somewhere else if you like", when clearly I cant since I MUST be referred out. The most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. I pray and hope my health is ok because if not my lawyers will be hearing from them for pure negligence and refusal for treatment.

T T When I got the text message to “begin checking”, I click the link and nothing would happen (I have an iPhone 11). Since I couldn’t go any further, I thought it was a face to face appointment. As I was on my way around9:50AM I called to inform I was going to be about 5 minutes late for my10AM appointment. I spoke to Mindy/Mandy(?) (who was very nice) and she explained I had a tele appointment which actually was a relief. She stated the office was backed up, and I should be getting a call by 11AM. At about 11:20AM I called the office back and spoke to a gentleman who did not introduce himself. He said because I did not answer the two phone calls I missed (because of my own job) and did not “click on the link to check in”, I had to be rescheduled (Mind you what I was being “seen” for would honestly take less than5 minutes on the video). After explaining to the gentleman I was physically going, then my conversation with the you lady prior, I really should be called by end of day as I was going out of town the next day. Not only was he brief, rude,condescending and kept cutting me off, he “could try to fit you in if I see the doctor, but most likely it won’t happen”, I didn’t even get a phone call back today for a reschedule! Complete disrespect and condescending energy that works here.

Michael John I have been going to Doctor Aldana from last five months. Right from first day I was very satisfied with Doctor Aldan because he is very patient to deal with his patients and very thorough in his profession. He goes in details to find the problem or the reason of sickness. I am very pleased that I was highly recommended by the doctors in the hospital to see Doctor Ardana. I appreciate his assistant who is very kind and helpful at the same time. First time when I walked in the office I was greeted and treated with respect and kindness by the people who work in his office. I highly recommend anyone who needs his help. Brian C Dr. Shah is one of the best doctors I have come across in my life and I have dealt with many doctors due to my condition of paraplegia. He is extremely compassionate and caring, he goes above and beyond to help care for me as a patient. Nazreen Irizarry From my first appointment it was good. Then it went down hill from there. Had a test done from shelly and was supposed to get test redone called her 3 times she never responded. Went in again Dr shah sent me for Ct and ultrasound. I saw the results but didnt understand it called him and told him my results are in if he can tell me what it means. He said he wasnt in the office and hung up on me. While I was there that day had a test done and his nurse told me the results through a open window where others in the office can hear. Iam very disappointed with this doctor and his staff. I will not recommend I will not go there again. I wanted my medical records and they want to charge me for it. It has to be over a thousand pages. I just had 3 appointments with shah. I dont trust him and his staff. I should not have to pay for my own medical records.

Rose Soricelli I have been seeing dr. Shah for about a year. I have had 2 knee replacement surgeries and his office has got to be the worst office I have ever had to deal with. It is their responsibility to get authorizations for my CT scan, my appointment with my surgeorn, my appointment with PT and have failed on every level. Charlotte in their office handles the authorizations and she is so lax in her duties and I dont know how she could still be working there. I had my left knee replaced 2 weeks ago and she hasnt submitted the authorization for physical therapy until today and my insurance says it will probably take up to 14 days to get it approved. The home physical therapy has ended on Saturday so it is important to begin outpatient PT. In order to completely recover from this surgery my surgeon wants me to start immediately and it doesnt look like thats going to happen. She should be fired!

Luna Rose Dr. Shah is the best doctor that I have ever had! He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to ensure that all issues and concerns have been addressed, while still being on time with his appointments. He is so kind, gentle, and supportive. His office staff is also wonderful and a pleasure to work with. It really is a joy to go to the doctor!

Jessica Schiffer All of the trauma surgeons at Lawnwood are amazing. I was not a trauma patient, but I feel truly blessed to have ended up in Trauma ICU. I was in TICU for a month so I got to know the whole team. After getting discharged, my main doctor has been Dr. Sebastian. I have had a couple surgeries done by her since my discharge back in September 2021. My last one was 10hr’s and finally after that surgery, I am feeling great.
