Nancy Trani Dr. Charles T Klodell was truly a blessing to me. Dr. Klodell is an excellent cardiac surgeon. There is no doubt he saved and extended my life. It ended up being a great adventure for me, thanks to his experience, knowledge, caring and compassion. His personal staff are very smart and attentive . Felicia, helped me constantly through it all. Her kindness, energy and support were endless. I am indeed very thankful that they were there for me.

Barbara Nicholson I had open heart surgery three weeks ago. The staff were excellent. The nurses couldn’t do enough for me. I had a pacemaker implanted on my birthday. When I got back from surgery the nurses had decorated my room. They gave me a cake and balloons and sang happy birthday to me. Hopefully I won’t need anymore surgery but if I do I definitely would want to go back to North Florida Regional Heart and Lung Hospital.

Kelli Wright I have to give my GYN Oncologist a high five as they are very proficient and get you right in and dynose you and describe what sort of medical issues youre having in a way that you can easily understand. Im grateful for Dr. Daylene Ripley for getting me set up for my recent robotic surgery August 7,2024 I had a full hysterectomy with little or no side effects or complications. Also all the staff at her office are very kind and helpful and call you with upcoming appointments.

Sherri Vaughn Dr. Ripley and her team are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I was referred to Dr. Ripley and I could not be happier. Her bedside manner is the best. She is caring, compassionate and congenial! Her team is delight to be with, too. They all work so well together and the magnitude of their care and concern for my well-being is phenomenal! From my first office visit, through my surgery and diagnosis of Ovarian cancer and now chemo these ladies have been by my side. I cannot thank the Lord enough for directing me to this team of women who are filled with such kindness and gentleness. Cancer is scary, but having Dr. Ripley, Emily, Elaine, Deb and all the rest of the gals beside me has made this journey a little easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Malgorzata Deyrup It has been almost 9 years since I went to this office for the first time. Very professional from the front desk to doctor Ripley and nurse Elaine and nurses assistants. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Providers are attentive and knowledgeable. Emily is the best. I am so glad she is back. Would recommend to any patient with no hesitation.

Laura Hartman This office is wonderful. Dr. Ripley listens to you and the whole staff treats you like a human being, not an insurance number. They work to find to find the best possible treatment plan for YOU and your condition. This office is friendly, and most of all positive! Which is so very needed after you are told those three horrible words, "you have cancer" I highly recommend this office for care. ****Update--- I see this group of Drs every 3 months for check ups. And I will say they are still amazing!! All of them, from the front desk, to the nurses and Drs. You will not find better care!!

Marites Ramos I loved this clinic when Dr Rios was here. Dr Rios and his nurse Ashley are fantastic. Unfortunately, we got passed on when he retired. We haven’t passed the front desk yet and I can say it is the worse experience. Not a friendly clinic at all anymore.

Holt Tribble Dr. Burton and his nurse Kelly are incredible. I have been a Intensive care nurse for 17 years and I have known many, many physicians. Years ago I worked with Dr Button and Dr Jones in the hospital and they were the best. When I needed a primary doctor I called Dr Burton (at the time he was not taking new patients) and asked if he would accept me as a patient. It was the best medical decision Ive made. He and his nurse Kelly are a terrific team. He patiently listens to me about my medical concerns and addresses each and every one. When I call the office Kelly always returns my calls and takes care of whatever I need. Not only is Dr Burton a intelligent and thorough clinician but he works many more hours than he should making sure his patients are taken care of. He arrived at the office around 5 am and doesnt leave until almost 6 pm. He makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. As a health care professional I can not say enough great things about the team he and Kelly are. I will be their patient until they retire. - Holt

Diane Morgan My husband and I recently started seeing Dr. Dell at GIMP and so far have been extremely pleased with everything! Dr. Dell was thorough in my new patient exam and I really appreciate her diligence with my husbands issues. The office runs on time, the staff is friendly and helpful, and its super convenient that they have an in-house lab. I would recommend GIMP and specifically Dr. Dell for sure! Update from 12.2020 visit. Dr Dell was not the same doctor I seen last year. I was there recently for my yearly physical which took no more than 10 minutes and I was informed my ears were "perfect". Looking back at my visit summary there are all kinds of errors and for some reason, although I do not take any medications on an ongoing daily basis, I am to make an appointment to see her again in 3 months. At one point during my visit, she walked out of the door to address her nurse about something/someone else. Now I see she not only charged for my yearly wellness physical, but an additional office visit charge. This is not the care I am willing to accept.

Winifred Cooke Dr. Debra Morris is an exceptional doctor. I have been her patient for many years. She listens carefully, fully explains treatment options, and follows up on your progress. During a recent office visit, she went far beyond what would be expected. I casually mentioned a health issue a member of my family was facing. Even though the family member was not her patient, Dr. Morris immediately offered assistance. When she was unable to reach the person by phone whom she believed could help, she offered to follow up later. Approximately two hours later, I received a call from Dr. Morris. She had paved the way for treatment, and within a week the issue was resolved.

James Cockerham This location has closed for some reason?? Very unexpected - I’d love to hear what’s going on. LCMC Company Care and NFRMC employee health are both still open.

Kirk Sausman Ive never had a DOT physical go so smooth. The staff here know what customer service is all about, very efficient. I was in and out. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, the lady that took my blood pressure, and checked my eyes was very nice. The APRN that met with me was awesome. Educated me on some of DOT requirements even gave me a couple of diet recommendations to help keep my weight down. Good job everyone!!!

I was feeling worried and unprepared for my appointment, but when I was greeted at the front desk with a warm, infectious smile, I immediately felt better. The facility inside is nice too! Its clean, modern, and a really soothing atmosphere. I highly highly recommend!!

Coty Stone Very Professional and Courteous. A "southern home style" atmosphere the second you walk through the door and are greeted by the nurses. It is, by far, the cleanest doctors office Ive been in. Highly recommended! FYI- Those are NOT mints above the toilet!

Michael Daniel Ive had nothing but fantastic experiences with Company Care. All of the staff have been incredibly professional, kind, and helpful during each of my visits. They couldnt have done a better job. Also, Ive never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen for any of my appointments. You cant beat that.

Stephanie Mariee I am extremely disappointed with my experience at McCauley and Associates Medical Group, I really loved going to them at first but due to their negligence and lack of communication, I am now stuck with a bill from Quest Diagnostics for a test that was deemed not medically necessary. The office failed to obtain the required pre-authorization or inform me that I could be held financially responsible. I’ve reported them to the bbb and they passed all blame to me. McCauley requested running more lab work even though it was stated that the concern does not run in my family history. At no point did anyone in the office explain the potential costs or the need for pre-authorization. After receiving the bill, I contacted my insurance company, who explained that the test was denied because McCauley’s office failed to provide sufficient documentation. Despite assurances from their office manager, Michelle, that this would be resolved, it has now been over a year. The practice dodges my calls regarding the situation or has other staff contact me, the last conversation with Brenda was rude and they continue to refuse responsibility. I’ve been informed that the nurse I was working with no longer works there, but that doesn’t absolve the office of their obligations. This failure to communicate, organize, and follow proper procedures has not only caused me financial harm but has also unnecessarily damaged my credit. It’s not even about the cost of this bill, it’s more of not owning up to a mistake. Patients should not have to suffer due to an office’s incompetence. I have been extremely kind and understanding through all of this and to be treated this way is appalling. I strongly advise not going to this practice or you may end up in the same situation as me.

Stacie Bohanon If youre looking for a Doctor that TAKES TIME with you, listens to you, AND hears you, then you need to look into becoming a patient with Dr. Rosario Carlo. He is always kind, shows concern, and is thorough! What is even better than this, is that the office staff is amazing! We have yet to have a less than very pleasant visit or phone call! Just to name a few, Rachel, Brenda, Sam and Michelle are the Nurses we have worked with and all wonderful and the front desk, Chelsea, Jamie, Jane... all wonderful! You can hear them smile through the phone. They take time with you and when you need something, they get it done quickly. Its refreshing! My Husband and I drive an hour and a half to see this Doctor and his team... and these are the reasons. If we could give 10 stars, we would.

Its a shame that we cant keep our current resident doctor for our son, he is amazing and will be very successful because of his attention to detail and his bedside manner!!

Suzanne Hudson The doctors were not only easy to look at, they were very kind and competent. I had managed a headplant on a wood floor which resulted in a very large forehead lump and discolored eyes. I went to have a CT scan to be sure there was no brain bleed. Happily, there was not. I was in and out in just over an hour. Great people, and result. Thank you.

Joan Lomas I was in and out in three hours. Had five test done. The nurses and staff were great. I want to say that two of the nurses, both men were excellent. David was one, but I didnt catch the name of the nurse whom had a disability, they were both excellent with their care for me.. Thank you for your service. It was actually the second time I visited your facility and both times we actually had the same nurses helped us and again...3 hours top.

Waldemar Kissel My visit was very pleasant. The staff is very open with explaining. I have learned to be thankful they are nearby. They seem to have a full set of the most modern medical equipment. Like any other such facility they can become very busy at times. Unless you need major surgery or emergency care I recommend them before a fully equipped hospital.

Bluegrass One of the counselors put me on speaker when I wanted to share something very painful, thereby breaching confidentiality. Obviously I knew it was because I could hear my voice. She straight up denied it with an attitude and said “you are not on speaker MA’AM.” Not reaching out to you all anymore but I guess that’s what you get for free service.

Kara Morrison The two women counselors who came to help my family in a very serious situation yesterday were absolutely incredible. They were truly amazing and I am so grateful for them.

Literally, he has made my life so much better and my meetings with him have and will be the highlight of my week. Anthony Johnson The phone service will not help you. You’ll need to create an appointment to get any real help. They’ll just listen to you but won’t offer advice unless your needing medical attention. The counselors seem fine enough though just note that there is audio and video recording in the rooms. For a free service it’s decent. If you can afford a better service I’d go for that.

Jorge Villaverde The entire ER crew were outstanding! I had a nasty deep gash on my hand that required sutures. I was tended to immediately with no delays. They multi tasked very well as a team and I had the most pleasant and quick visit to an ER in my entire life. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and EFFICIENT! They also called the next day to follow up and see how I was doing. I can go on but I want to keep this short and sweet.

Vickie Dennis Was very impressed with the treatment I received. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Was seen in a timely manner. Nurse Beth was AMAZING. Super caring, helpful, very calming , reassuring, thoughtful person. I am terrified of needles and she has an amazing technique. I truly never even felt the injection, totally amazing as I am so needle sensitive and phobic. Beth is amazing and one incredible, OUTSTANDING, AMAZING nurse. Thank you for your kindness. Dont like the registration and being pressured to pay system at all. All the never ending forms and taking pictures of your insurance cards and having to pay right there while not having any human contact, all done through a machine, DO NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL.

Nora Hoover Staff at the HCA West End Emergency facility are competent, kind and efficient. They made sure my husband and I were comfortable while we waited for test results. Dr. Day, who cared for me, is a superb physician; based on his diagnosis he prescribed for me and urged me to call him if my conditioned worsened; it didnt. I had already seen another doctor who hadnt helped at all. I wouldnt hesitate to return to the HCA West End Emergency in the future should a need arise.

elizabeth mclaurin Incredible experience! All needs for rehab are provided everyday. The case manager, docs, therapists, nurses, assistants, nutritionists, custodians are highly skilled & responsive in a positive team fashion. 3 hrs of therapy is tailored to the patient & scheduled in 45 min sessions thruout the day with rests periods in between. Everyone (no matter their role) notices and is excited & encouraging for your hard work & progress. The meals are good with lots of options to select from every day.The facility is very clean with a great gym, and equipment & all rooms are private. Your health is monitored closely 24/7 -unobtrusively- so you feel safe & well cared for ! If you need a rehab center, you would be fortunate to go here.

Cheryl Sisson The UF Rehab Hospital was excellent. The outstanding staff, nurses, doctors, and therapists all worked together to create an environment for recovery. They are respectful, professional, and supportive in all the activities required to strengthen your body and go home. The hospital offers 3 hours of therapy everyday and they challenged me each time to reach my ability to take care of myself when I left the hospital. The staff was so attentive to my needs. I cant even begin to say how amazing the UF Rehab Hospital was for helping me recover and go home feeling confident and independent.

Jasper ROE The care us definitely 5 stars. The staff us over and above with kindness and understanding. The knowledge of the doctors is superior to the hospital. The therapy has worked me liked I really needed but with great care. The food is very good also. The night shift is on point for any issues. Thank you for taking care of me!

Paul Udry I was a patient in this facility 10 months ago after a heart attack,stroke,having my gall bladder removed,had a colon issue they gave me a 30% chance of survival but all the doctors,nurses entire team at UF Shands hospital and the rehabilitation center saved my life I was here for 12 days and I cant say enough for the outstanding care that I received while I was here from the OT and PT staff to the cleaning people and nutritionists and front desk personnel made my stay very pleasant and Im very grateful to them and very lucky to be alive and I just want to say thank you for everything you did for me in the situation I was in Im still recovering but I highly recommend this facility for their excellent care and compassion to all of their patients GOD bless you all and GO GATORS

Elaine Ortiz Clemons My dad had to be at the UF Rehabilitation Hospital twice, first for 3 weeks and now for 3 weeks also, I have stayed with him everyday and night and all the staff are amazing. Friendly, professionals, and the food is great. I will take the time to say that I would recommend anyone who has to do rehab to do it here. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy all are great. We will miss yall but we gotta move on.

Rae Went in for a blood test. Nice facilities. I was disappointed by the staff who all seemed a little stand off-ish (not helpful for someone who is anxious for treatment). Never was asked if I had any concerns or talked through the procedure. Hoping that if I return things improve as UF health in general is good! One side note: if you prefer to lay down for a blood test/drawing procedure, I am not sure that this place offers that, at least not for me.

KRS 1111 Ive had good experience with my doctor. Only 4 stars because today I went in to make an appointment and the lady who helped me was unfriendly and seems to not like her job. I dont know whats going on there, but if the face of your company is glum and unfriendly, you need to address that!

megan pelley Im only given 2 stars because the Doctors and NP are great!! The staff doesnt care about patients needs. The office manger needs more training when it comes to how she speaks to people or helping them! Its been well over 2 months and I still cant get the medicine I need unless I get samples.

rebeccak Good people when you are there BUT afterwards…. I did my 2 tests outside at hospital and never heard from them again, I’ve called and left many messages., sat on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for the supervisor, to No avail! A NP did call saying the tests have not been reviewed and they would call me, that was over 3 weeks ago! I finally got through to a real person in medical records, and she mailed me the results which I received in 48 hours! Imagine that! I’m not sure what’s going on there but I’ve had enough! Been a patient for almost 17 years! I’m appalled at lack of follow through! No excuses! Going elsewhere!

Savannah Mills Some staff do not call you back after promising they will. Won’t return voicemail messages for days, if ever. Kept calling until I finally got through. Give a million excuses and then try to blame you and call you a liar. Say “oh God” when you try to explain how you are not being untruthful. Atrocious communication, poor professionalism, and have no drive to ensure patients feel heard and treated well. The Dr. I have now is nice, and my prior Dr. and his assistant were good. That’s why it is not a one. Dealing with some of the OTHER members of staff is a headache and a half. Not fair to patients in pain and needing medication to constantly be ignored.

John Hildebrant I had a routine, outpatient procedure done recently. All the staff, including, Dr. Collins, were very friendly and made the experience very comfortable. Also, they called back the two times I called before my procedure to ask questions. Additionally, they called the next day to check on my well-being.

Manee Shrestha I just went here Dec7 last week.The service was very fast and clean with new building. I was taken in very quickly in the bed. The nurses , doctors and staffs were so kind and amazing. I got my results for CT and Urinary infection immediately but I ‘m still waiting for my blood test result now. I hope so I will get it soon . Thank you so much.!!

Rachael Phillips I went into the ER a few days ago after experiencing vision loss and eye swelling. Without examining me, a medical professional who I believe (was named Michelle) walked into the room, took one look at me and told me to simply try hot compresses. At this point, the swelling was so extreme I could hardly keep my eye open. Despite explaining that I had already been trying hot compresses for weeks, despite explaining that I had been through two courses of antibiotics, and despite that I was in severe pain, I was told simply to do more hot compresses. I was also told that my antibiotics were pointless and that this could not be solved with antibiotics. I left, feeling as though I was “wasting their time”, only to go to bed and wake up unable to see in my right eye at all. I had severe swelling, and upon visiting a different ER, they were shocked and frustrated on my behalf. I had an amazing team of three professionals who were very attentive and actually examined me. They rushed me into contrast CT, marked me as a ESI 2, and prescribed me a very high dose of antibiotics. Long story short, based on the swelling I was experiencing, I was at risk for vision loss and much worse, but rather than being examined, I was met with a medical professional who never got closer to 4 feet away from me, and told me that I shouldn’t be on vision saving medication. I am shocked and disappointed to say the least, and the cherry on top was that even though I was rushed out and made to feel as if I was wasting time, I was the only patient (not an expression, LITERALLY) in the entire waiting room. Overall, though I am generally disappointed in the health care system, I was remarkably disappointed in this facility.

I am feeling much better and very thankful for the expert and courteous staff at the HCA Gainesville ER. I highly recommend. couldnt have been a better experience. thanks!

Marlee Cain I was taken in very quickly, and the bed-side manner from all staff that I interacted with was awesome! Dr. Gillette and all of the nurses are wonderful. They all took my concerns seriously and were very thorough in their testing and I appreciated that so much. Now I am set up with a specialist and am on my way to a treatment plan!

alondra pena Here is my story. I came to this emergency room on Saturday January 11 with my roomate. The PA was very helpful, informative, and actually was doing her job. She told me that if my symptoms kept on occurring after taking my medicine twice to report back to the emergency room. So two days later (January 13) my symptoms kept on happening back to back and my parents were like go to the emergency room. So I went with my roomate and this time I didn’t get the PA I got a DO instead. I told the DO what the PA on Saturday told me that if I keep on having my symptoms even when I’m taking the medication to come back to the emergency room and that’s why I’m here. She basically tells me that I shouldn’t have gone to the emergency room, that my symptoms weren’t considered an emergency. That I should have gone to the ENT instead and I was like excuse me. The reason I’m here is because your fellow co-worker told me to come back if my symptoms kept on happening. Then after her ranting on how I shouldn’t be at the emergency room, she proceeded to get lab work done. I clearly told her I didn’t want lab work done and she still got me to do lab work. And that’s funny cause you tell me that I shouldn’t be at the emergency room but proceeds to get lab work done. At the end of the day I wasted nearly 3 hours at that emergency room, when I could’ve not gotten the lab work because “supposedly my health is not worthy of the emergency room”. Also there was literally only three patients in the whole emergency department. I was really disappointed in the emergency room and I will not be going back there. I will be going to Shands from now on. But the PA who attended me on that Saturday will always have my appreciation. So please if you want doctors who is their to actually help you and give you feedback on your health than I recommend going to a different emergency room. It’s not worth your time to be treated that way. Taking for reading my experience.

Michelle McDonough The professionalism and care I received at this clinic was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I’m sick and not feeling well. Had a bad experience at a completely different clinic/company and all of the nurses and providers were beyond nice and caring at this location. They listened to me and had me feeling better and on the mend when I left the clinic. Ladies thank you so much, I was having a really hard week and your compassion along with the amazing care you provided has lifted my spirits and health. Thank you for what you do! I appreciate you and everything you did for me during my visit. I am so thankful for compassion you gave me when I felt so low and also scared.

Valerie Keeney I had a great experience at this location today. First I want to say I was hesitant to go since I was very dissatisfied with previous visits years back. The waiting room was hot, stuffy, dirty and the front staff were inefficient and obviously overworked and stressed. Today was the exact opposite. The waiting room temperature was very pleasant and very tidy. Lots of seating and a nice area for kids. The receptionist, whose name I forgot to get, was delightful! She patiently waited while I fumbled around for my cards and was very efficient. Nurse Tammy was sympathetic to my obvious ill health as she noted my complaints. Allison, the NP, was also top notch. Compassionate, friendly and patient. I had an appointment and only waited around 15 minutes. Thanks for great service.

Paige Mueffelman The only reason why I gave this urgent care 2 stars is because I was in and out in ~35 minutes. Other than that, it was not a very good experience. The receptionist was fine (not super nice/conversational). But the RNs that took me back to be seen were pretty bad. One of them was a sweetie but the other that was being trained was awful. Did not know what she was doing. Thank god the other lady was there to cover for her. When the doctor saw me, she rushed me and tried to get me out of the office as fast as possible, completely dismissing me, saying I “probably” had the condition I was being seen for. When they called me a few days later with lab results, the nurse that called me couldn’t answer any of my basic questions. Literally every question I had she responded with “I don’t know.” Thank god the doctor was there to help answer my questions but it was not reassuring at all. I don’t plan on coming back to this urgent care.

Daniel Quinlan I would give negative stars if I could. This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. Went 1 day as a walk in was told that I was next in line then sat for over an hour before they told me next available was in 3 hours. Made an appointment and when I arrived for that 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, I was made to wait for over an hour before being told that I was still not next in line. This business does not respect its patients nor their own schedule. The receptionists are rude and gossip about personal information while constantly complaining about their miserable lives. The very least you could do is let your patient know the wait time for your URGENT CARE when they arrive, while waiting i witnessed several people arrive and leave because of miserable attitude and treatment they received from your receptionists. Quick tip, dont get miserable humans who hate their lives to run your front desk, its not a good look for anyone but at least they are used to it. I will not be returning and if you care about your health I wouldnt advise a visit to this location either. I would be more than happy to provide any information to management so that they can work to improve this in the future!

Phillip Pinon Even if you are insured, this is an HCA outpost and they will charge you a non-refundable, out-of-pocket "facility fee" for each visit ($120). They give you a form saying that you "may" have to pay this fee, without even giving the amount. Spent an hour on the phone with HCA, no one could confirm whether I would be charged or not. I made the mistake of trusting the last employee I talked to who said that I would not. 2 weeks later I got the bill (FYI, there is an article in the 3-26-24 New York Times about this scam).

Juan Kabu The phone operator (lady) is very rude. Her tone of voice sounded amiable when she picked up the phone. But when she heard me speak (latino accent), her tone totally changed. She made me feel that she is superior and I am a worthless mediocre folk wasting her time. People like her shouldnt be sitting on that desk answering phone calls. She represents the organization. And to act with entitlement over other ethnicity is simply detrimental to Senior Healthcare Center.

Rachael Gaines Called up this office and the receptionist didn’t care about what we had to say. We had a family emergency and was trying to find out what hospital my family member went to and she was talking over us and would not listen to what we had to say saying let me transfer you to a nurse when we didn’t need a nurse she had no clue and wouldn’t listen to find out where we needed to go. Talk about rude and inconsiderate. Grow some manners you rude woman.

Mary Johnson The staff and doctors make you feel comfortable no matter the purpose of your visit. They really care for your health. Great place to bring your love ones.

Peg Futvoye-Sterling One of Our Lords Promises of His Power is to make good out of what the devil intends to destroy. My son contracted infections. That led us on a journey of hospitals to address his severely damaged heart. And "This" hospital and its entire "Staff" has "His Heart" and my son doing miraculously well. One of the most priceless attributes is ... not only do they care ... but by golly if there is a way ... they will find it ... you can bet your life on it ! Thank you so much. Ramona Dillahunty I have had 6+ surgeries along with one upcoming. The doctors are excellent. The facility is great and clean. Nurses are phenomenal. I guess my only negative would be the food

Jessica Frame First time using the hospital here. I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was super clean from the waiting room area to the bathrooms. The staff were very nice and informative. They let you know what was going on every step of the way.

Katelyn Davis I had open heart surgery in Aug of 2024. The ICU staff were AMAZING. I also work in the healthcare field so I kind of know the ends and out. Mrs. T was not even my nurse and she made sure to stop by and tell me bye before I went to the step down unit. I leave in Georgia and yes I am a Georgia Fan but I would recommend UF Health in Gainesville, Florida to anyone.

G Brown Jr Visiting from Wa State: I came in experiencing flu-like symptoms. Not realizing how dehydrated I was. Got checked into the lobby, sat down for a few minutes and felt as though i was going to throw up. I stood up walked towards the door and somehow ended up blacking out and falling to the floor. When I came to, the doctors, staff had already called 911 amd was assisting me off the ground and was keeping me alert and calm. I just want to say thank you all for helping me and I see why your clinic has great reviews!

amber davis One Stop Urgent Care is filled with some of the nicest employees ever! The staff are extremely knowledgeable! The office and rooms are super clean & well kept up with! My husband and I both come here whenever we need our medical needs met!

Chris Fisher This is a tiny, cramped Urgent Care facility thats not conducive to Primary Care. You end up in a crowded waiting room with flu, COVID19, and other infectious patients.

James Stevens THERE IS NO “URGENT CARE HERE! Be prepared to wait at AT LEAST TWO HOURS TO BE SEEN. I could have driven to 50 other urgent care centers for the time I have been waiting in excruciating pain! Overcrowded- not enough providers to take care of the people who need to be seen. Reception said 30 min wait- I have been waiting an hour and a half in a cramped tiny room full of sick people. Reception should be honest and upfront and let people know they wont be seen for hours! Clear out the lobby and let people go to a better more efficient place. There are plenty of other centers around. Im sure no one would be waiting here if they knew the TRUTH ABOUT HAVING TO WAIT HOURS TO BE SEEN!

Nikki Jefferson-Bradley I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team at Select Specialty Hospital for the exceptional care they provided to my mother after her extensive, life-altering surgery. From the moment she arrived, it was clear that she was in the hands of compassionate, skilled professionals who truly put patient care first. My mother required specialized care, including management of a tracheostomy and feeding tube, which can be overwhelming for any family. However all of nurses, CNAs and respiratory therapists were absolutely amazing! Even the dietary and cleaning staff were fantastic. I cant thank Jim enough for the love and attention he provided my mother. He addressed our concerns with patience and empathy, and treated her with the dignity and respect she deserved, just as he would his own family member Thanks to Jim and the and the rest of the staff my mother received the critical care she needed and made significant progress in her recovery. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone needing specialized, long-term acute care. Their dedication and expertise are truly unmatched.

Ora Mikicel The staff is one of the best. I was treated with respect, they took the time to explain things to me. I don’t know the people‘s last names, but one of the nurses named Bernard was amazing. I was always apologizing for calling him or needing him to do something minute and he would say no it’s my pleasure and I appreciated that. There was so many nurses and CNA‘s and They were just very good to me and I’m sorry that I can’t remember them by name. Also two of the people that helped me out the most I could ask them for an answer to something and they would immediately go find it out for me. I can’t even remember what department they work for. But they were Jim and Bianca. They went out of their way to help me with anything I wanted if they didn’t think that something was moving along fast enough Jim would get right on it and I appreciated that very much. I just can’t say how grateful I was to this group of people

Good Fellaz Several words come to mind when I reflect on my experience at Select Specialty Hospital....patience, compassion & encouraging are just a few. The medical team played a vital role in my recovery and offered lots of support along the way even after I transitioned to the next level of care. I am extremely appreciative of Jim Waldrips commitment and investment in my success as I continued making strides throughout my recovery; he is a stand up guy and made me feel like family. I am especially grateful to my nurses, techs, rehab staff and my respiratory therapists-- they were the true MVPs. Select Specialty Hospital, I thank you all!

Nan Leggett The entire staff was amazing, from the ER to the 3rd floor and everyone in between! Thank you nurse Christy and the whole 3rd floor team! I couldn’t have asked for better care. Everyone made a scary event bearable. Everyone was so pleasant, attentive, caring and professional. The facility was clean and well maintained. Even the food was good.

Ashley Gentry I chose this hospital because they really are kind and helpful here. I had a baby here 2 years ago, and had to come back due to complications a week later. They took amazing care of me. I knew it would be similar this time, and I was right! Everyone from intake onward was wonderful. The wait was 3 hours (which felt excruciating since I was sick), but they made it more bearable. If I can help it, Im always coming back here!

Annette Ramey I am/was a patient in room 228 A I have been here since January 17.. my experience has been beyond exceptional, due to caring patient focused employees. The young lady Tasha was not only the tech who goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and comfortable she treats you like family I was great full to have for my entire stay.. I would also like to recognize Dylan my wonderful nurse who was so tentative to your needs and making sure you were pain free and comfortable as well as Ms Mattie to making the room clean and smelling wonderful…I so wish I could give a 10 ….

Loida Bolinao First, after my surgery, I was in the recovery room from 9:30am to close to 5:00p. They decided to kept me due to severe vomiting and nausea. The staff let me sleep the whole day. No water, no food, nor ask me if I need to go to the bathroom. Finally they moved me to my private room, it was clean and nice. The staff who gives food is are nice. The guy who cooks was nice and food is nice too. All staff are nice except the moment I asked someone to go to my room to help me go the the bathroom. The one who answer says they are in the middle of shift change. It took 45 mins before someone came to my room. That is unacceptable to me. Thr is why I rated 3 stars. Thank you

C Rost Entering through the emergency room was fast and everyone in attendance was courteous and helpful. Admission was a bit delayed, but I was made comfortable until transported to a room. Imaging department explained procedure clearly, Doctors and nurses answered every question fully.
