Jenna Lei This facility is incredibly inviting from the moment you walk in. Very modern, but cozy decor, pleasant holiday music, and quite relaxing overall (think day spa, with mild hospital vibes…). Jason checked us in at the front desk and provided excellent customer service. He was kind, easy to understand and had a good sense of humor. I watched him interact with several customers and he remained professional and courteous while working through the line of customers quickly. Our appointment was at 7:00am, and we walked back at 7:01, which is excellent now-a-days. Overall a great experience, we will be back for future visits.

Nomary Diaz For a longtime I’ve been looking for a center that covers all my basics and I’ve truly found it here at Advent Health Partin Settlement. I love my care team and everyone is very friendly and professional. Something that I personally love is the architectural design of the clinic. I’ll admit, I’m someone who gets very nervous/anxious when it comes to medical things (really no reason to be, but I can’t help it)… every time I sit to wait- I am immediately calmed when I look out the window at the scenery and take in the daylight (no outside noise). This is the thing I always talk about when I mention this clinic. I highly recommend this location.

Silvia Arregui Most of the staff was helpful. I did 2 tests the same day. The ladies at front were very friendly. The first technician was very nice and helpful. The second technician did not acknowledge my presence and skipped my appointment. Lied to me about my appointment time and never apologized for taking the next patient first. I would not recommend them.

Jeffrey Foster Love this location. Jason at check in was so professional and well spoken. Bit of a hiccup and he was able to fix the paperwork. The cat scan tech Joe is amazing. IV for contrast didn’t hurt at all. He also was so skilled and informative. Also well spoken. Love Advent Health.

Bob Stein I had a pre-op x-rays done and had a great experience. Everyone I encountered was not only kind and helpful, but it was clear that they loved their jobs. They have a very slick app that allowed me to do most all of the check-in myself. Upon arrival I only had to show my photo ID so they knew it was really me. The process was smooth and prompt. My only complaint was the temperature was FREEZING! The tech brought me a heated sheet which was WONDERFUL! Thank you all! Great job!

ashley z Dr. Beatrice Aime is probably the worst doctor Ive ever seen. I explained to her that I had allergies and Asthma and I know the reason I have allergies. Which are my pets... So she mentioned "So you know the reason why you have allergies because of your pets?" I said yes but Im not just going to throw my pets outside in the streets. This doctor had the nerve to say "So your pets are more important than your health?" Who even says that to a patient. This lady was out of her mind if she really thought I was just going to put my pets in the streets. NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. The ONLY reason why Im giving three stars is because the lady at the front desk was so nice but other than that I would give ZERO!

Isabel Quinones First time coming to this location in years and they have gotten better. The remodel of the place looks great and the check in process was fast. I also had a Doctor that was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Michelle Barnes Absolutely the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered! Four days before Christmas she told me she would not refill any of my medication until I saw a different doctor entirely. This would’ve been fine except it was five daysfrom medication‘s running out, they’re not medication’s you can just stop, and I was also about to go on vacation. I attempted to make an appointment through the app, by calling in, and then they would call me from the office and tell me someone would call me back to set my appointment after telling me I had yet to make an appointment and then never called back. Thankfully, I found a real doctor at a real practice. This office just tries to force you to do everything they can try to bill for, literally she tried to tell me she was going to be my gynecologist, even though I did not need her to do that. She would repeatedly tell me I had test in the portal that I needed to go get done, but they were never there. Between the doctor and the office staff not returning phone calls I would run far away!

Cindys Adams I visited this ER after passing two others, my daughter was seen immediately and brought to a room. All of the nurses were informative with all that needed to be done. The Dr spoke with me and my daughter with all the next steps the whole time there. We were there about four hours, after the results of the tests were given, daughter was sent home feeling better.

Michelle Sanchez I visited this ER on a weekend and it was a very good experience. The facility was clean, organized and quick! I only sat in the lobby for 5 minutes and was very quickly provided the care that I needed. My attending nurse, Anthony, was so gentle and made me comfortable during my stay. The PA was very easy to talk to and provided me all of the details for my care. I waited about 1 hr for all of my test results and was back on my way home feeling wayyy better. I def recommend this facility!

Leslie Cruz My daughter has a long history of some medical problems, as i was trying to explain this to the doctor i felt she was pushing us away didn’t really care to listen not very compassionate. ER was not busy at all we got called in a matter of 20 minutes. Doctor wasn’t very genuine at all, lacked any compassion. I honestly wouldn’t be back unless absolutely necessary. Seemed like she just wanted to write us a prescription to get us on our way. Wouldn’t recommend this place or better yet Bryan Fox MD.

Junior Medina My first visit to t’your Emergency room and I was so impressed. I reside in NYC and I never experienced such excellence in an emergency room. From the officer who was so courteous when going thrru the scanner for any weapons and the greeting receptionist. To the doctor and nurses who took great care of me. Mind you that they were so fast and efficient. Not that I would love to come back to an emergency room but if I had to I wish it to be an experience that I had in your hospital. Thank you again to all your staff.

The emergency room clerk/doctor saw me immediately while asking minimum questions, once behind closed doors The nurses listened attentively while taking notes, and asking more questions. I liked that they referred to my medical history as to assure me of my on going care.

Denise Otero This is where my dad took his last breath, and where his hope for living, was destroyed by Dr. Giselle Castaneira she has poor bedside manner’s If you love your love ones, don’t go here !!!! They do have excellent loving nurses, and I can actually tell you Dr. Cooper was very compassionate and caring but the rest I’d rather not name after three weeks in that hospital my daddy never came home. He was placed on hospice while he was there and he’s slowly was put to sleep to sleep.

Ivan Evs I am here to show someone who was wrongly accused by Director and supervisor. First they said that he took a break for more than 45 minutes because we always eat together and we always eat 45 to clarify his name. Second, the supervisor went to check on the Work person for less than 30 minutes 10 times in a row, that was harassment, I was so tired that he defended himself. I cant do everything quickly, Im a human and the supervisor argued with him and told him, he has to clean better as a third insult. The day before, the supervisor came into the OR and took a long time. Later, when he finished checking or what he heard, he came out smiling like Frame on employ, and I have a photo that he sent me that is proof that he did a good job the supervisor and the Director is somebody they don’t like they frame him and throw you out like trash they not let you show proof are you innocent like you show your innocent and This photo was the day Before he got fire

Dave Camous Visited UCF Lake Nona Hospital for a nuclear medicine test. Even though the facility is 4 years old, it looks like it could have just opened yesterday. The check-in and waiting area is very comfortable. The registration procedure was quick, as they brought me a tablet to easily answer all their questions and sign on the tablet, where necessary. Moments after I finished, Alonzo (I hope I remember his name right), the nuclear tech, came out to get me prepared for the test by setting me up with the tracer. He was professional and kind, and an easy guy to talk to. After that had run through my system for 30 minutes, Ana came and retrieved me and hooked me up for the EKG. They were so efficient that we were so far ahead of schedule that we needed to await the doctors arrival for the appointed test time. He came on right on queue, and the whole team guided me through the test. My only complaint . . . nothing on the white wall in front of me as I completed the 10 minute stress EKG. Have a heart, guys, put a picture there!! ;-) Overall, an excellent experience with a first-class team.

Jennifer C. Do not use this office for imaging if you value your time. Not once but twice they canceled on me the morning of. The second time canceled, I had already arrived to the office to check in, and they told me I’d have to reschedule because I was only a preventive screening, and their technologist had made an appointment. They said they’d called and left me a voicemail, but they absolutely did not. In fact I’d received two text messages, including one that morning, confirming my appointments. They do not value your time, and it was a terrible experience trying to schedule with them this past year for my standard women’s care.

They make you feel comfortable and not scared of any test.They take most insurance. So Im really satisfied with them.

Jessica Beneche I recently underwent a hysteroscopy with ultrasound at this office, and while the staff was friendly, I had some significant concerns about my experience. I was told the procedure would be slightly uncomfortable, but the pain was much more intense than expected. I was only offered laughing gas for sedation, which was clearly insufficient for the procedure, especially with the added biopsy. The procedure was incredibly painful, and I was not given adequate pain management or aftercare instructions afterward. I was left without guidance on how to manage the pain or any potential complications, which left me feeling unsupported as the Dr. rushed out of the room. Luckily, my boyfriend drove me home, as I was not in a condition to do so. I believe there were missed opportunities to better manage my pain and provide clearer aftercare instructions, which I feel are essential for any patient undergoing this type of procedure. Communication could also have been clearer regarding my ultrasound results—an explanation was promised, but I was not given one. While the staff was kind, I would urge the office to reconsider their approach to patient comfort, sedation options, and aftercare. I hope others have a better experience, but unfortunately, my visit was far from what I had expected.

His knowledge and professionalism are top-notch, and he takes the time to answer all questions with care and detail. The office itself is so welcoming and cozy—it immediately puts you in a calm and comfortable mood. From the friendly staff to the warm atmosphere, everything about this place feels thoughtfully designed to make patients feel at home. I highly recommend Dr. Gearity and his practice!”

Catherine Whitty Arriving into the Health Centre, and being from Ireland, we did not know what to expect. Ana on front desk kindly contacted our health insurance company (as I couldn’t call on my phone) and sorted everything. Both my son and I were sick, and we were seen by Dr Trinh and Amanda. After a thorough examination, we were prescribed antibiotics (which they supplied at the Centre). The service we received was second to none. Very professional (and friendly) and they truly deserve a 5 star review. Thanks again for your help.

Bernice Lajas The best walk in clinic I have ever been too. Came in with sore throat and congestion. They ran all three tests, did the check up right away no waiting, and even filled my prescription here so I don’t have to wait for pharmacy for the antibiotics. I did not wait in the lobby they took me right back after registration which was simple through my phone since I’m already in the Advent Health system. Facility was clean and well maintained. All the employees and doctor were nice and pleasant. I would highly recommend.

jillian nunez I visited AdventHealth in Kissimmee while feeling extremely ill with a high fever of 102°F, and the customer service I received was terrible. Upon arrival, the front desk agent was not very warm or welcoming. She asked if I had received a link to verify my information, and I told her I had not. She said she would resend it and that I needed to complete it before being seen. However, the link would not open. I connected to the WiFi, reset my phone, and tried multiple times, but nothing worked. I went back to the front desk and explained that my phone wasn’t working, even showing her the issue, and asked if there was an iPad I could use. She dismissively told me no and then checked her own phone, stating, “Well, I have WiFi, so it must be your phone.” I reiterated that something was wrong and that I needed help, but instead of assisting me, she sent me outside to try again. Despite standing outside sick with a 102°F fever, the internet still wouldn’t connect to their server, and I couldn’t access the link. I returned inside and showed her that it wasn’t working, but her expression made it clear she didn’t want to help me. She simply told me to sit down. When she finally called me up, her first response was, “I really needed you to go on that link and fill out that info.” At that point, I had no energy left to argue. She then informed me that I had a $230 deductible. I told her that was incorrect because I had been to this location many times with this same insurance, and I was always charged a $40 copay, never a deductible. Her response was, “Well, this is the insurance you picked.” At this point, I felt like she was more frustrated with me interrupting her texting than actually helping a sick patient. I refused to pay the $230 because I knew I did not have a deductible for urgent care. I left and immediately called my insurance, who confirmed that I do not have a deductible and that my copay is indeed $40. I then called to speak to a manager about the situation, but I was informed that the manager was out until Monday. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially when seeking medical care while seriously ill. The lack of empathy and assistance at the front desk made an already difficult situation even worse.

Even with my insurance they tried to charge me $253.00 when my insurance clearly states “zero co-pay” you’re not looking out for the health and well being of your patience. You just want to take advantage of ill people and not treat them unless they can afford you

In the room Shay and Gladys were amazing try to get me feel better and comfortable. I most definitely come any time I feel sick.

Addier santos La Dr Amanda is the doctor that any human being would like to have at their side while they are sick. She is an excellent human being and professionally very well prepared. I recommend this place and these doctors. The service is excellent from the receptionists to the medical assistants. Dr. Johnson is excellent as well. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

J T I was concerned when my husbands insurance sent him here because the doctors are in their residencies and are supervised by attending physicians. However, we have been very impressed by the resident doctors, especially Dr. Saleh. She takes the time to actually listen to what we say and shes obviously very competent. She is always prepared for the appointment and its clear that she has reviewed all of the notes from previous doctors and test results. We have never had any difficulty scheduling prompt appointments, including for the following day and its easy to get the referrals to the specialists he needs to see. If you are frustrated by doctors who dont even know your name and rush through your appointment to get to the next one, you will be very happy with this practice and their doctors and staff.

Heather Bell I do appreciate this facility. They are definitely not the usual Doctors Office. They respect your time and theirs. Your appointment time is when your visit begins. Everyone is welcoming and very professional. The care is exceptional, the place is spotless and you can actually ask a question or a few questions and get an answer that you can understand and feel stupid. I highly recommend HCA Florida Osceola Primary Care. Truly the best!

Jen A.B. I recently moved to Florida and am trying to establish care with a new provider. I am due for an annual check-up, so when I called this facility, I specifically mentioned that I was looking to establish care and that I needed an annual check-up. I also communicated this to the resident doctor during my visit. After waiting an hour for the final health plan and next steps, I completed all the required medical procedures for the routine exams. However, I later received a bill for $180.63. I have PPO insurance, and annual check-ups are considered preventative care, which should be covered at no cost. When I contacted my insurance company, BCBS, I was informed that this facility did not code the visit correctly, which is why I received the bill. This situation seems like insurance fraud, and I have filed a complaint with my insurance to address it. Additionally, there seems to be a disconnect in communication among the staff at the front desk. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking care.

Angie Palacio Labouz I’ve been a patient here for almost 4 years and I really love the service. Everyone is always willing to help me with my issues. They also offer appointments on Sunday, which is amazing for me because of my work schedule. My provider Isabel Cruz was amazing, she was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Her CCA Isabel Del Villar was very caring and helped me with the procedures I had to get done. I am scared of vaccines but she was very patient and I didn’t feel anything. During weekdays you can see Marelbis, she is amazing and will take care of you since the moment you step at the clinic, I missed seeing her on Sunday. Thank you guys for always helping me!

Emely Leonardo This was my first time visiting this location, and I can honestly say that everything was excellent. From the moment that I checked in to the moment I left. I’ve been a patient of Sanitas medical Center since I moved to Florida but the office that I used to go was always full of patients and it was so small, the PCP assigned to me were always changing and they would always take forever to see you or never had appointments available to work with you. I saw Isabel Cruz and she was very informative and straight to the point and her nurse that took care of me was so sweet and caring. I will continue to come to this location 10/10.

Myra Ortiz I love my doctor and the nurse that works with her. But when its time for refills that I need because I dont have any left , they take forever to send them to Walgreens. I go for days with out my medications. Not very efficient.

Cooper Lylia (Avarice Blade) Once again, a new doctor has disappointed and wasted my time. Ive been fighting doctors and hospitals and specialists and pain management for seven years since I got my original diagnosis of osteopenia in 2017 (ow bone density) when I kept cracking my bones. I explained my pains and struggles and all the treatments that havent worked. At the end of the appt she hands me this...I was so stunned I just walked out. The audacity is mind-boggling. I thought since it was majority female lead I might get a doctor that actually listens to their patients but I guess I was wrong.

Michele Mccreary Even though Dr Seela Ramesh is a great doctor and very thorough. The office stuff does not know their jobs. I drove over an hour for my appointment to get there and they say it was canceled and never called me ahead of time. This isn’t the first time I had an appointment shown up and they say it was cancelled. Also whenever I tried to call office they never answer.

Margarita Muriel I’m so happy to have discovered the gastroenterology clinic. Dr. Shora has help me improve my gastrointestinal significantly and provided me with valuable information to improve my health. I must also praise her office assistant Luis for going above and beyond his call of duty in locating a very important document for my annual appointment. Luis prevented from having my appointment being rescheduled for 2nd time in a row & having me wait weeks before seeing my doctor, And this was done on Friday afternoon when the office was about to close. Luis is a very caring office assistant and represents the Gastrointestinal Institute as he’s pro patient health. I wish him all the best as he has a bright future ahead!

Nesli Gursoy I regret not reading the reviews before making the appointment. Unfortunately, all the negative reviews about his behavior are accurate. My husband recently had some concerns due to abnormal test results. This morning, he had a follow-up appointment to discuss them. Unfortunately, his experience was terrible. The doctor was extremely rude and uncaring. He didnt listen, didn’t even mention the abnormal test results and when we asked questions, he became upset. It seemed like he just wanted to write a prescription and get out of the room I believe that professionals like this should not be in practice. I want to make others aware and advise caution before I proceed with filing a formal complaint.

Juliet Suarez Im currently looking for vasectomy options for my boyfriend and this place showed up on my Google search. I was super excited because its actually close from home and the doctor seems to have an excellent feedback. But it has been a nightmare trying to get information. The guy from the call center (I dont remember his name) was very polite and helpful but sadly he couldnt respond to all my questions so he offered to send me directly with the billing department for a better assistance since we dont have insurance and we are trying to figure out the exact cost of everything (itemized bill) so we can be prepared. I have called for 4 days straight and NEVER get to the billing department. I even use the email provided by their website to contact them and nothing. Why provide contact information if you are not going to respond?

Rachel Celia Gavish My dad had a 5mm stone lodged in his ureter causing hydronephrosis- he was mass dosed with strong antibiotics without placing a stent which caused his fever to fluctuate all day- Dr. Tenfoe had ordered a lithotripsy, cysto & stent placement the next morning. I escorted my dad to the preop area where both nurse and doctor verified the plan of procedure. When I asked them if they’d looked at his chart from the day prior and informed them of the culture results w/fever fluctuating doctor yelled at his nurse in fruit everyone then walked out on me as I was questioning him planning to blast a stone in a kidney full of infection. We were told that he’d removed the stone. When we went to the post op appointment… WAITED OVER 2 HOURS TO SEE THE DOCTOR and his “care plan” was for us to find a urologist that took our insurance. My dad’s been in terrible pain with a foley leave in catheter- doc refused to refill his meds then ordered an ultrasound to see where the stone may be located still - SO HE NEVER REMOVED IT! He said “my job is done here” and again walked out while I was asking questions!!! TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER!!! RUDE AS HELL!! Zero empathy and only cares about money!!

Rick Langan I have been seeing Dr Lotenfoe since I moved to the area almost 6 years ago and have had nothing but top treatment from him. His staff is outstanding as well and are always on top of scheduling and answering questions. They are top notch. In fact just within the last week thanks to his quick response and the help of Rebecca I was able to get an emergency appendectomy that was identified during a routine CT Urogram. Doctors at the hospital said I was very lucky to catch it during this exam. I have always felt confident seeing Dr Lotenfoe and his staff are always pleasant and welcoming.

Frank Racioppi Dr Lotenfoe is the absolute best! He always has time for you and is always making sure you are well taken care of. His concern is genuine and he explains all issues you are having completely and professionally. I would recommend Dr Lotenfoe higher than any other doctor.

Cynthia Thompson This place needs to be shut down…... PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!! This was on two separate visits that I had to go to the hospital with my dad for an emergency. Please do not go. This place is disgusting. They have blood on the floor with needle caps and bloody gauze stuck to the blanket they brought my dad. Looks as if the rooms don’t get cleaned just bed made. Nobody sanitize anything, They put us in a room that was very dirty and disgusting and unsanitized with blood on the floor again the same in the emergency room. My dad was there for three days. They never gave him a bath. They never helped him change his diaper or anything. Please do not go here. The staff are very rude which surprised me. She started yelling at my father because he couldn’t understand her because she had an accent. There is no doctor on staff only RN. I believe doctors are there once in the morning that’s it and then they leave for the rest of the day that’s what I was told. You have to speak with the doctor over a computer. We went for possible stroke for my dad we got there at 11:57am. My dad didn’t get any medication to bring his blood pressure down until after 2 o’clock. I was scared I was panicking because I thought my dad was going to die of a heart attack or severe stroke. They took my dad off the monitor because I kept asking them about his blood pressure going up and they got annoyed with me asking about his bp going up so they took him off the monitor and put him on this little box that he could put in the bed with him so I couldn’t see. I guess it was their way of stopping me from asking questions. The monitor kept going off due to how high his blood pressure was. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or they just don’t have enough nurses to cover the patients. If you page a nurse they won’t come in until an hour an 30 minutes later. However they’ll answer the page but never send anyone. Adele his nurse sent out a page to the doctor they did not respond until the next day. The nurse in the picture was very nice and helpful as much as she can because she couldn’t speak fluent English however, she seemed and looked as if she was overworked and extremely tired. The doctor also told me do not bring him in if his blood pressure is over 200. Just give the medication that he told me to give him however I gave him the medication and it would not go down and he seemed upset that I brought him in the hospital.

Brittany Lawson By far the best experience we have had at a hospital. My husband had a procedure and the nurses were hands down amazing!!! Professional, helpful , funny (wonderful sense of humor ) and overall rock stars! The team of doctors also were helpful and so respectful . I couldnt have ask for such a better team. Did I mention they did everything in such a timely manner as well. I hope these amazing health care workers get the acknowledgment they deserve

Deborah Raybuck Every step of my experience at this hospital was a great experience. From going to the ER, the testing and then surgery to discharge was top notch! Nursing staff was great, especially Blair, Jackie, and Armando. The best part was the speed that they attended to me. Ive been to other hospitals and you sit and wait. And nobody can tell you whats going on. Every question I asked was answered. Im so happy that I have found a hospital that treats you like you matter!

Lareina C. Rodriguez Great experience! Everyone was so nice and made my 10 yr old son feel at home when he had to get his tonsils removed! He was really scared and they did everything to make him feel comfortable and ease his anxiety! They did a great job explaining everything to me and my husband and it was all a smooth check in process and no long waiting periods either! The surgery was done in 40 minutes and we were released quickly! Very good experience compared to other hospitals in Florida. I would recommend to anyone!

Valentina was my provider and Julissa was my nurse, I was anxious about my procedure and they worked hard at helping me not be worried and explained everything as they were doing it. Yicelin Janice I attended both of my pregnancies at this office and have had a great experience each time. In 2021, when I was pregnant with my first child, I wasn’t sure where to go. I remember sitting down with my phone, simply searching “Obstetrics near me” on Google, and this office popped up. I called them, and they immediately scheduled me an appointment. For my second pregnancy in 2023, I called them the same day I took my at home pregnancy test, and they saw me just two days later. Both of my deliveries were with Dr. Johnson my first in 2022 and my second in 2024, and she’s been wonderful. I’ve always felt respected and well cared for by the staff. I continue to go here for my annual checkups and have never had any complaints.

C Fidler I have been a patient at this for location in Celebration over 10 plus years awarding services, but now in 2025 service was very poor in January I had to wait 45 minutes to see someone. as of today March 7th, 2025, no follow call, had lab work done, No one reach out to review results. I have left a message about the results from test still no return of call. Yes, I will be looking for another facility because this one has lost it way with customer patient and now is very poor service. The welcome staff is nice but thats mostly common services. This service is not working no more. Very disappointed, new generation, new office change, no responsibility delegated to staff I gather.

Macy P Gotta leave another bad review under my spam account since this was the only thing to get their attention!! Apt was moved without my authorization. I refused to confirm the new date. The office provided no way to cancel this apt other than sit on the phone waiting your turn in line for a representative. No text back option to cancel or reschedule, only a text back 1 to confirm or call if not. Over the holiday weekend when their phone said I had 42 people in the cue ahead of me!!!! Of course I called several times & couldnt reach them. Apt was missed & its 100% their fault. Tried sending an email & the office manager admitted it went into a black hole due to their new system. The office is trying to charge me a no-show fee so thats when I got really mad & made a review in January & got a reply from Kelly the manager trying to make it better. SHE HAS DROPPED THE BALL AGAIN! She asked me how she could make it better. Well common sense would say 1st & foremost take the fee off my account. Regardless, I replied to her nicely with a request to get the fee removed & send me my records. Only to go completely ignored again..... guess Ill never see my records! We have come full circle to me being irritated but not enough to trash their name UNTIL THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR MONEY! So here we are for the second time. I wake up to phone calls from your billing dept? You get another crap review. This can come down when Kelly really handles the issue.

Sylvia Febus We arrived and were the only ones there so we were taken care of immediately. We were informed that health insurance is not accepted. Anthony was very personable and made us feel comfortable. The doctor was also friendly and she made us feel at ease as well. My daughter and I were tested and had flu so we had 2 shots each and prescriptions sent to the pharmacy for next day pick up. All in all good experience even with feeling we were at deaths door. The cost was pretty steep since it was for 2 of us but Id say its worth it. Nevertheless well try to get reimbursed by our health insurance if possible.

Samantha Yennior Horrible place! DO NOT GO HERE. Go to Buena Vista Urgent Care! The very unprofessional doctor there told me he could not tell me if my daughters ear was infected without doing a strep test. You do not need a strep test to confirm an ear infection. After asking the doctor several times if my daughters ear was infected he continued to tell me he couldnt answer that because we refused the strep test. We left with no diagnosis and still had to pay 99 dollars. My daughter was up all night with ear pain! Went to the urgent care I mentioned above and she does have a ear infection and was treated by professionals.

Jeffrey Bykowski I came into Advent Health Celebration with a severe case of pneumonia caused by the flu. The level and quality of care I received was exceptional. Not only did I have a relatively quick recovery but the communication with my primary care provider was excellent! All of my follow up issues were very well communicated to all of my providers. This hospital is amazing! As are all of the staff. They are the very best!

Elizabeth Mendez The overall service was excellent. The medical staff and nurses were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is about the person who transported me to the exit of the hospital. To start, he took me on a route he called "short cut" where he took me through some exterior hallways which were covered with some type of paving stones, causing the vibration of the chair to worsen my pain. Upon reaching the outside of the main entrance, he put the brakes on the chair and left the area immediately without even waiting for my husband to arrive with the car to pick me up.

Elizabeth Julson My ear surgery went very well. Everyone was very nice and friendly and professional. This was my first time with Advent Health Celebration, and one of the nurses gave me some interesting information about how the hospital and Advent Health came to be! The hospital is stunning - like a very upscale hotel. The patient areas are also very modern and new looking. The staff kept my brother informed during my surgery and he said that the surgeon had even spoken to him after the surgery! This was a wonderful experience!

Juan Campos The staff in the Cardilogy Department at Celebration, where I had my catheter ablation were phenomenal. They really went out of their way to explain everything to me but more importantly making me feel comfortable and reassured of the procedure I was going to undergo. My nurses, Arlene Rodriguez and Luis were really phenomenal. Rose made the admission process seamless and u the same time made me feel very comfortable. They are truly a great staff including those whose names I currently forget but also contributed to making my stay comfortable.

Darlene McCall There is a Lady by the name of Loriann, she works in scheduling, I am a Senior citizen who was blessed to have her answer my call, she has the patience of a saint and knowledge of a scholar, she helped this process of getting my appointment done for my MRI , I’m so relaxed and relieved now that I spoke with her, very professional and friendly, so please know that she has my highest respect and 5 stars and more !!!! Thank You AdventHealth for your great employee, she represents you very well.

Rebeca Santana Today I went for a medical appointment that was rescheduled from August to today October 7th 2024 with Doctor Varon, Juan an endocrinologist room 306. I waited for months and they refused to attend me. I paid Copay and they refunded me. They said I would need an ultrasound of my thyroid to be able to treat me. I believe they didnt want to see me because Im a new patient. I lost hours of work to go to the location. I was very mistreated. I dont recommend this place. Terrible and prejudiced doctor. Terrible front office service too. How can I get a ultrassom, if he didnt attend me at the first time? Was a terrible experience. I have a good doctor as primary care from other location, but this place and this doctor are the worst.

Raul Gomez You guys called me once, to schedule an appointment because you had a referral then i was told to hold on for CARMEN call and she never called me. Then i come here face to face with Carmen and she says that she does not have a referral YOU SAID YOURSELF THAT YOU HAD A REFERRAL NOT ME. Now i just wasted time here taking time from my work and she was nothing but not helpful. Poor customer service from Carmen and such disorganization

D Huynh Do the nurses here start their shifts by walking around the hospital and introducing themselves to every patient until their shift ends? Ive only been here for 3 days, but I’ve met about 20 new names and faces that I would never see again. It’s wild how many people come through! Kidding aside, I truly enjoyed my stay here thanks to my nurses and tech. Due to the blood loss caused by my condition, my brain wasn’t functioning properly, and I struggled to process information and communicate, including slurred speech at times. Despite this, the staff responsible for my care were incredibly supportive and understanding. Everyone here was exceptional and friendly. They treated me with respect and kindness, always responding quickly. A special shoutout to my nurses and tech: Alexander, Carlos, and Rowana. This hospital truly has some of the best people in the world, and I’m grateful to have been under their care. Alex went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. He was exceptional, kind, understanding, funny, and incredibly caring. Alex was truly the best of the best, and I’ll always keep him in my heart. May God bless him, wherever he may be.

Heem Ashar Brought my mom here for chest pain through ER , nurses were awesome and staff conducting tests were great admitted us at 10 am on sat and till 530 pm on Sunday still no answer from doctor of what reports look like and what is further course of action. All tests completed by 1000 am on Sunday and since than internal medicine doctor confirmed all looks good but waiting for heart specialist to look at reports and advise further course of action , mother is tired , she is vegetarian and food here for veg is not that tasty and tired with all the wires and need answer so we can go home but no answer yet. How long of a wait for doctor to read report and advise further course to patient is reasonable ? Keep us in blind is terrible. Advent health is one of best hospitals and ER always helps us out but this experience almost made my mom say never going back to hospitals and ER for treatments and better to just leave in pain at home which is not good.

Gladys Rodriguez Totally loved the care they gave my son. He was admitted to the emergency room, then put in the observation area to ensure he received his dialysis. They found a dialysis center near our home that is providing his dialysis now. I had to bring my son from PA to Florida due to his new diagnosis of kidney failure. He had PA Medicaid, and getting my son on Medicaid here in Florida is a long process.

Mario Batista The experience at your hospital was horrendous, from the get go having to wait almost 4 hours for the surgery was bad, then immediately after surgery I was ignore as I ask to go to the restroom although I had a probe nobody took the time to tell me and kept talking to each other like I was none existan. Once in my room as I came out the influence of anesthesia I went to the bathroom finding it was flat out filthy, I will attach pictures. During my stay I also had problems with the way my post surgery was manage in which I wasn’t offer anything to alíviate my abdominal bloating discomfort other than hard drugs and the only alternative that was given to me was quote “tell him walk” as I did and the bloating in my stomach didn’t easy the nurse called again for instructions and the answer was “tell him to keep walking” and I did it to the length of 3.1 miles around the nurses station. Other things that were really bad the bed only good if I weight 50 lbs or less and lastly the food including that served in the cafeteria was nasty. Over all I think the administration of your hospital should be fire and the place should be shot down and clean up removing all the mold and cleaning every nasty spot on sight. And then reopen anything else won’t cut it.

I have my appointment yesterday for first time, but I do not go anymore. My mom was there in August and the front lady was speaking to her in the same way. We are paying a service from an specialist. Nothing is free! I was asking for the manager, but never, never is in the office.

A I was supposed to have a first time appointment here for tomorrow but I received a voicemail stating they had to reschedule because they did not receive my primary care referral info. Which is fine, but when I call back to reschedule the appointment, no one answers the phone. Ive called at least 4 times throughout the course of the day and they are open for business but it just rings and rings. I wanted to reschedule but it looks like this office is hard to reach, so I unfortunately will be looking for another provider.

Wayne Pagan If I can give zero stars I would but I can’t so they get one. I had gotten my tonsillectomy surgery yesterday March 2nd, 2023 by far very painful. I was prescribed pain medication that I could not find in various pharmacies near me that I had to contact the hospital and I was told well you need to contact your doctor tomorrow. So now I am in excruciating pain with no medication, contacted the doctor office the next day in the morning and I was told a message would be sent, called in the afternoon and dealt with a very rude receptionist that was not understanding that I had surgery the day before. The office never even called me before the day was over (when they told me they would stay in contact with me and would call me back) to tell me hey we heard back from the doctor or anything. This is definitely not something anyone would want to go through after that type of procedure. Imagine having this procedure with no pain medication to relieve the pain smh. Good doctor as far as the surgery goes but poor, terrible, rude people working for the office.

Victoria Rodriguez I have had a difficult time trying to see the specialist due to apt issues. It takes them a few months just to be able to be seen because their new patient policy. Unfortunately they are the only place in Orlando that takes my insurance so it’s been frustrating to have to deal with the issues because I have no other choice to put up with their difficult apt schedule. I had rescheduled due to the fact that it shows I’m eligible for the apt coverage even though my insurance is active and I’m an enrolled. I to had to reschedule because their poor system, and I won’t be able to be seen until march ( 2 months from now)

Natasha Mary the surgery scheduler was amazing!! My son was originally scheduled to be seen at this office and she got us both in and scheduled for surgery just 3 days later!! Dr. Mangal did a great job with our surgeries as well. He was very polite and informative.

Bari Stone Dr. Talampas has provided excellent care to me and my husband for a couple decades. His staff is always helpful, professional and responds to our requests in a timely and respectful manner. Even though we have moved over 75 miles away, Dr. Talampas is still our primary physician for our semi-annual medical exams... and for everything that happens in between those visits! His standard of care is superb!

Lisa Hartman Dr. Talampas is an excellent doctor. He is a rare find in these times of insurance companies dictating care. He listens to his patients and doesn’t rush people in and out. He educates his patients about any health conditions they may be dealing with and TRULY works in the interest of what’s best for the patient. As with all clinics around here, his office is very busy and you can expect to wait a little while for your appointment, but the care you receive is top notch. We don’t know of another practitioner with the level of care & compassion that we’ve found here. 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Otis Mobley Dr. Talampas is the best doctor. Youre not just a patient to him; youre a person.

Liyu Dr Talampas has good bedside manner and goes straight to the point. I like doctors who tell patient the simple truth. Some doctors, maybe are afraid of hurting a patient’s feeling. They would beat around the bush a lot. The front desk is always busy. But the staff were always courteous and helpful. I wish they have a patient portal set up so that’s easier to get medication filled or print out my own lab report without calling the busy front desk. It’s a pity that we have to change primary care because dr. Talampas doesn’t take any insurance from marketplace.

Lorraine Laflamme I will always say he is an excellent physician, always looking for the best in you and giving you great tips for the betterment of your health! Had him since they opened 15-16 years, because of our new Insurance- had to change! He is very knowledgeable, observant, and listens to you.his office was very close by. Took care of my husbands whole family too!

B C Yesenia and the Nurse Practitioner, Beth were really nice. The nurse was very thorough and knowledgeable before my surgery. Sarah is also nice and made me feel at ease when I went in to get my cataract taken out.

Welo and Goldo The Doctor and his whole staff are very nice . It’s a nice place to go . They will take care of you well. But here’s the BUT, even when you set up a scheduled appointment you still do not get seen for thirty minutes or more. Obviously he is popular and well liked .

Jesse Heath Great doctor but the wait time is ridiculous. 2 hours in the waiting room to see the doctor then another 30 minutes waiting to sign out after you are done. They are overbooked and under staffed. Not enough parking for the amount of people they book.
