Dr. Bello enters the room for each office visit with a warm handshake and he takes as much time as I need to address the issue. He is persistent about working to find a remedy if one approach is not working. He is thoughtful and has a great depth of knowledge. I trust his expertise and I appreciate his sincere care for his patients.

ZOE TATKOW The medical office is very clean with a comfortable spacious seating area. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The wait was not long. Dr. Bello is caring and patiently listens to all the concerns of his patients. Dr. Bello is extremely knowledge and experienced as an otolaryngologist. I would highly recommend making an appointment with Dr. Bello.

JE M Right before Christmas 2024, my Naples GP referred me to Dr. Sharla Patterson after a positive biopsy. Dr. Patterson was also highly recommended by a Naples reconstruction breast surgeon. That very week I was scheduled for an initial appointment and surgery was scheduled within 10 days. It was such a relief to have the treatment and action plan in place so quickly. Dr. Patterson is very warm and personable, and never rushed. She allows you the time to process what you are learning about your diagnosis and treatment and then, more time to form your questions. She tries to make sure your questions are answered fully. Overall I could not be more pleased with the care team at Magnolia Breast Center.

Jennifer Ballinger I cannot say enough about the care I received from Dr. Patterson and her team. They took the time to explain everything to me in a compassionate way that really made me feel at ease. Nedgy Lemaine About 7 months back, I rated this clinic with 5 stars, however, I am now retracting that rating. I strongly advise against visiting this clinic or enrolling in their wellness plan. It is evident that their main priority is money, and their conduct, particularly Aubreys attitude towards me as a client, is highly unprofessional. A while ago, I missed multiple appointments for my dietary supplements due to work-related staffing issues. Despite informing them through text messages, they failed to notify me that I was missing out on supplements I had already paid for. On multiple occasions, I raised concerns with Aubrey regarding these missed supplements, only to be met with evasive responses. It is frustrating considering the substantial amount of money I have invested in their services, only to be treated as though I am inconveniencing them. Furthermore, they are my primary healthcare providers, and I even signed up for their concierge program at Aubreys recommendation, which runs until November 2025. Despite having insurance, I was convinced of the benefits of this program, but I have been let down by their poor treatment. I attempted to recoup a portion of my $2800 investment, but Vanessa forwarded me my contract stipulating that I am not entitled to a refund which is fine because at the end of the day I’m sure if they can do that to me I’m sure I won’t be the last !! If I’m not valued as a client I just can’t see how they would value my health let alone trust them with my health !!!

Andie Gonzalez I am so grateful to have received care from this practice. I saw Dr. Aubrey Fulton 3 weeks ago, and have been pain free ever since. I had previously tried everything to fix my back pain (chiropractic, massage, physical therapy, etc.), but none of these interventions addressed the issue long-term until my visit at the AuVan Clinic. Dr. Fulton is very knowledgeable in his craft and explained how a trigger point injection would help. I had never heard of trigger points before, so I greatly appreciated how he answered any questions I had with understanding and care. He and his wife, Dr. Vanessa Fulton, made me feel extremely comfortable during the procedure. Debra FL Busy place but fairly efficient in getting you checked in and then to whatever test youre having done. I like the option to wait outside too, otherwise indoor is crowded. The last two appointments Ive arrived 15 minutes early, check in, and am typically finished withing15 minutes after appointed time. I would recommend.

Naples Insider What a trash organization to do business with. They spam you with emails to prepay, then when you fill out the form the amount will not fill in. Then when you call, they say they have a five day message queue (no small wonder why) and they keep spamming you with messages about some text you dont want but they wont shut up and let you leave a message. Otherwise great!

Dee Vehar Everyone at the Goodlette Frank Radiology Regional Center were Friendly, very accommodating and helpful. The facility was so busy. But their were a few wonderful places to wait to be called of which two were outdoors. Unfortunately the bathrooms and testing were not clean. Even the vents were dirty. My experience numerous times at the Veteran’s Parkway Center were so much more organized and Very clean.

For the 3 tests I had I encountered approximately 10 individuals who introduced themselves, explained the tests as well as what they were doing, and told me approximately how long it would be. They made sure I was comfortable and provided a blanket for me & several other ladies in the waiting area. Top notch service and outstanding, professional personnel. Brenda Desrocher I walk in and the girl at the front desk is eating chips and seemed upset that I was there. I had a fine experience with the nurse practitioner and was quickly diagnosed and sent on my way. I went to check out and had to wait while the girl at the desk was eating her bagel and had no time for me. I get a call from the pharmacy that the prescription I needed was out of stock. It was my antibiotic and I needed it right away. I called the urgent care center to see if they could help find another pharmacy and they seemed upset that I would bother them with this. She couldn’t keep calling in prescription for me. Hopefully everyone was just having a bad day and they don’t always act this way.

Stephen Elias Normally, I dont answer these requests for a review. All I needed was to provide a urine sample, prior to an upcoming medical procedure. They said I must wait to see the Provider which was a Physicians Assistant. It took 30 minutes to be seen after I peed in the cup. They also had me stand on a scale and checked my blood pressure after the 30 minute wait. Complete waste of time and added expense to be seen by the PA, who did not even ask what type of medical procedure I was having. When I went back to pickup a copy of the report, the person who gave it to me must have seen the review, because she explained some things about the process, saying that I could have gone straight to the lab. After leaving it made me wonder why they didnt just send me to the lab when I initially came in and read my order? Hopefully, my insurance will cover the entire bill.

Carol Laboranti I was taken care of immediately. The nurses and PA were very attentive and understanding. I tested positive for the flu. They gave me very explicit directions on the medications they gave me also gave me directions on what I should do for the next few days I rate them a 10

Andrea Firth My family and I love this place! Everyone from the receptionists, nurses, PA and Drs are great. They have great bedside manner with my small children. The prices are fair as my insurance doesn’t cover this urgent care. There are probably other options out there that are in-network and less expensive but the service, care and compassion we get from the staff at Redi-Med are well worth the price.

Peter N. Dr Chu was used to very nice, however the ladies at the front desk was lack of knowledge and responsibility. I have appointment and when I came, they said they don’t take my insurance. I have called 2-3 times before making appointment and they said they will take it. They wasted my time and they not even apologised about their lack of professional ethics. No one call me prior to the appointment and let me know that they don’t take my insurance so I don’t have to take a day off to come to see them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Kathleen Avalone With 3 appointments never once with the doctor. NP prescribed antibiotic for ear ache over the phone. Went to ENT Dr and was no infection so no antibiotic needed. Had results of xray taken for severe back injury read to be by RECEPTIONIST. Had to request MRI which wrong information sent to my insurance co. Calling for physical therapy! Called several times and given different answers every time. Staff member, maybe assistant hung up on me while I was trying to find my insurance co’s fax number. And I am by no means a rude person but she was. Every experience there was a bad one.

Everything was performed in a timely manner While waiting for test results, people checked in on me. Dr Paisan was so kind, attentive answered all my questions. Made sure I had all of the proper appointments and other specialist moving forward. A plan for me to get better. Highly recommend

Brian Hamlin I was real happy with the service I got at this place, I was visiting from out of town and had serious bronchitis. The nurses were excellent and they had an actual doctor, kind of an old-timer with a good sense of humor, and he was great. Im allergic to amoxicillin so he gave me something else, and it knocked whatever I had out pretty fast. It was Saturday afternoon and very busy, but I thought they moved things along at a very reasonable pace. I got a full chest x-ray, they have all the equipment that you will need at an urgent care thats for sure

catherine knuteson In the ER, I received prompt and competent care. My only complaint was that the treatment room (13) was very cold. I was transported to an inpatient room…again, competent, safe care! The nurses were great, the dietary staff were friendly and helpful (food was good!) and the doctor clearly explained the medical plan. I was very pleased with my care!!!

Richard Bernal-Silva My First experience with collier Physician for high blood pressure was a 1 star . It improved to an 5 star after I was check by Dr. Scola, he very thorough as explained to me by my personal physician in N.J. that being said after i requested my results for my last tests there hasnt been a timely response I am still waiting. So the 3 star is my final evaluation. I am hoping it goes back to a 5 star experience. Please note that they all Doctors just some are better than others. Also having a billing issue for overpayment, will see if that can be reconciled.

Cindy Borowsky I would’ve given a five, but I was very disturbed with registration process. I was told to arrive at 7 AM for what I thought was a 830 procedure. It was Monday morning and registration was really busy, they told somebody they came for a blood draw. It would be at least two hours! However, they were not very friendly or cooperative when I inquired after Waiting at 7:50, Man at the front desk said your next it shouldn’t be long. However, somebody else went ahead of me. Finally around 8 o’clock I was registered but the man at the front desk told me “just so you know your procedure is not scheduled until 11 AM.” That upset me, but I found out he was totally wrong in a few minutes when they called me back!! Once I went back for the procedure, the staff was totally professional and efficient. I have only very positive things to say for them. The procedure went well. The Recovery was great and like I said, the nurses and doctors were pros! Very pleased with this part of the process. So I guess if they have a problem with their process, it’s better that it’s in the front end!

Kristine Lake I recently had surgery at Physician’s Regional. I cannot say enough about the amazing people there and what a positive experience it was. Surgery is never something you look forward to, so having such amazing people around me, caring for me, laughing, and joking with me, made it the best possible experience. The check-in process was easy. My nurse was amazing…kind, professional, smart, personable and thorough. My Anesthesiologist was also kind and professional yet took the time to talk to me and make me laugh. The team removed any sense of fear that I had. My surgeon is also kind and wonderful. It was a very warm environment and I felt totally at ease. I certainly hope that I don’t have to have another surgery, but if I do, I hope it’s at Physician’s Regional. It would be great to see that team again and thank them for all they do. So if you read this, THANK YOU!

JD Peters Reception was fine. I had blood drawn and that as fine. I needed two tests done in radiology and there was no one at the desk in radiology to advise. One test was done which was also fine. However no one was around to ask about the third test or to tell me where to go. I need up leaving and had to try and reschedule. Then while trying to reschedule I was told I had to pay for the test I missed again. That has yet to be resolve. No a good experience at all.

Charlene Moore I had extensive back surgery. After six days in the hospital I was sent to Encompass. There are no words adequate enough to describe the warm welcome, the over-the-top knowledgeable and caring OT and PT staff, the amazing doctors and nurses, the compassionate aids, the professional housekeeping staff, and the restaurant-quality food. I wish there were more stars to give them. After nine days I was discharged. I was excited to go home but scared that the protective cocoon known as Encompass would not be close at hand. But they fully prepared me for everything I was going to face outside of their doors. I will forever be grateful to their expertise. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Claudia Cukla I just finished my second stay at Encompass Health in Naples. To say that Encompass is the finest rehab facility, would be a world class understatement. Their greatest asset is the people who work there. Its obvious that they love what they do, since they greet with a smile, and take care of you like a family would. Each day you receive a schedule of your rehab activities, that is, after a wonderful breakfast. The food at Encompass is way beyond what you would normally expect and it actually is a factor in your recovery. Good, healthy meals that you actually look forward to eating. The Chef even makes the rounds sometime to get your feedback. After two stays at Encompass I can say, from experience, that this facility is first class in every facet of rehab care. I am thankful for having such a caring, friendly, and knowledgeable staff that have put me back on my road to total recovery. A+++++

Ronald Yankey Upon a late evening arrival, I was greeted with a smile and Care. I hadn’t had anything to eat for quite a while and arriving so late I had missed dinner at encompass, I told them that even a sandwich would be appreciated. What I received for dinner, with apologies that it was only something they could whip up, was a magnificent meal. This was the start of a wonderful 10 day stay. The reason I say wonderful was not just because of the meals, the room or the staff. It was because everyone and I truly mean everyone treated me with the utmost care and respect. The main reason I was there reconstructive right knee surgery, I only had a spacer in my knee. The physical therapy and the occupational therapy were top-notch. I went from barely being able to walk 30 feet to over 150 feet before tiring. I got trained on how to Go up steps just like my house is. For me, Not only was there walking But also strength building in my arms since I will be on a walker for several months. There are many people who help me, but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the wonderful work that Rachel and Bridget did in the gym. Even the games were fun for me. I for one enjoy being pushed to excel, but I will say that it was with great kindness that the encouragement came. I observed this and all the staff in the gym. Encompass has hired top notch caregivers.

Patty Polster My therapist, Laura, was very good. She helped me with things that I could do at home after my therapy was over and it was everything that I could do with things I had here at the house. Not. I didnt have to go by anything. She also gave me some stretchy bands after my last appointment to make it easier for me to do a couple of the exercises. The one that put my IV in did it so well I didn’t feel it and never bruised after which is incredibly rare for me. linda walsh klein I arrived via ambulance and was admitted to a room after about 10 minutes. Once there, the triage nurse was present and began an assessment. I felt safe. My nurse was attentive and communicative. He was concerned about my comfort as well as assisting me to BR, etc. Dr R Rodriguez was professional while at the same time, personable and reassuring. He sat and went over all my lab work and test results face to face & made recommendations for follow up care. The discharge instructions were thorough! I must give the ER 5 stars for the care I received!

Susan Sheehan Went to ER with chest pains and palpitations. Blood pressure and heart rate were high. Took me in immediately and started taking vital signs, EKG and blood work. I was very impressed how quickly they were assessing me. Hooked me up to a heart monitor and had me stay overnight to evaluate me. Saw a cardiologist in the hospital and they were very accommodating. Nurses were very helpful in the ER and when I went to my room. My cardiologist is affiliated with this hospital and PA and doctor from his office were in to see me in the morning. V. Rifino I had an extremely frustrating experience at Physicians Regional’s emergency department. The care I received was disappointing, particularly from Scott, a male nurse in the triage room (141). I had injured my foot, and as he was wheeling me to my exam, he didn’t make any effort to avoid hitting the door frame, almost causing injury to my foot. His bedside manner was non-existent—he showed no eye contact, spoke gruffly, and treated me as though I was an inconvenience to him. He didn’t take the time to review my medical history, nor did he seem to care about my comfort. Scott also took an unnecessarily long time to measure my heart rate and oxygen levels, clearly more focused on filling out forms than attending to my needs. I felt completely disregarded during this process. Things didn’t improve when I saw Kevin, the technician who performed my foot X-ray. When I asked how many X-rays would be taken, he told me “two.” After the second X-ray, I assumed we were done, but when I asked, he snapped at me, saying, “I told you I was taking two, which requires a set of five each!” I’ve never been spoken to so rudely in a medical setting. The only positive part of my visit was the physician on call, who was outstanding. He communicated well, explained everything clearly, provided my report, and advised me to follow up. Unfortunately, the chaotic atmosphere in the emergency department, coupled with the rushed attitudes of most staff members, made my experience frustrating. It seems that Physicians Regional doesn’t staff enough employees to properly handle the needs of emergency patients.

Aalissa gray ⭐ 1 Star – Unsafe Discharge & Medical Negligence I am extremely disappointed with the care my sister received at Physicians Regional Hospital in Naples, FL. She was brought to the ER because hospital staff assumed she was under the influence, despite her roommate telling them she has seizures and a sleep disorder that causes extreme drowsiness. Instead of properly evaluating her condition, they forced her to sign discharge papers while she was still impaired and unaware of what was happening. While attempting to collect a urine sample, she was confused and pushed nurses away because she mistakenly believed someone was trying to do something inappropriate to her. Rather than recognizing her disorientation as a medical issue, they allowed her to sign herself out in this impaired state. After signing, she fell into a deep sleep for four hours. When she finally woke up, still drowsy and confused, she asked, “What’s wrong with me?” A nurse responded, “You didn’t want our help; you signed to leave.” When she became more aware and asked for help again, she was told, “We can’t do anything for you,” and was forced to leave while still unwell. No proper reassessment was done, and the only paperwork she received simply said “Panic Attacks” with no explanation or treatment plan. They ignored clear signs of a neurological issue and refused to provide further care. This was not only unprofessional but dangerous. My sister was discharged while still impaired and unable to advocate for herself, despite clear signs that she was in medical distress. I will be filing a formal complaint with state health agencies and The Joint Commission regarding this negligence. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking proper medical care.

Charnelle Ruiz Love the team at the Vava Clinic! From the office to the clinical staff, they are kind and easy to work with. Dr.Lisa Shapiro is engaged, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Secretly, I don’t want to share how much we love Dr.Shapiro and her team for fear that she will be difficult to make appointments with.

Good Dr.s with great bedside manners, who treat you as an individual person and not dollar signs, can be hard to find today. Also, Had to put another chair by the bathroom door, cause that would not stay open. Patient did not have a chair to sit in while in the room had to stay in bed all day

The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen quickly despite the busy environment. My nurses were top notch! The doctors and nurses were incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my treatment. Their kindness and expertise made a stressful situation much more manageable. The entire team worked seamlessly to provide top-notch care, and I truly felt like I was in the best hands. I highly recommend this ER to anyone in need of prompt and compassionate medical attention.

PATRICK DEMKO I was seen immediately upon my arrival to the ER. The nurses and doctors were attentive and very professional regardless of how busy they were. The radiology department as well as the endoscopy department performed services with the same kindness and professionalism. I felt comfortable and safe.

Joseph DAmato I went to the ER for a possible TIA. It was the worst experience I have ever had. After 6 hrs. in the ER, I was told I was to be admitted. However, I was never moved to a room but remained in the ER for 18 hrs. From 11 PM through 6 AM received very little attention. In fact, I was actually ignored the majority of the time. Although I had numerous test performed on me, never did a doctor discuss any of there results. The discharge nurse told me, if I wanted my results, I would have to request my records from the "records dept". Expect for one male nurse, Nathan, the other nurses were too busy to provide me any information or service. If possible, I would avoid this ER at all cost.

Roe Lou “Weezie” Huge thank you to all the rapidly caring staff I encountered in my ER visit. Especially Dr Hunter Brown. He was very attentive, listened to me, very through. I had an excellent nurse as well and Im sorry I dont remember his name but he was a blessing as well. All the other staff from CT techs , to x-rays were great. This is not my first visit to this ER and I highly recommend it to anyone. I am a retired nurse and can be a little.... pushy , but everyone went above and beyond to comfort me. My experience was top notch and I have no complaints.

Rob Popoli I would highly recommend Physicians Regional In Patient Rehab Facility located in North Naples. I required a challenging rehabilitation in order for me to return home safely. The entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. There were so many people that helped me progress through my rehabilitation I wish I could remember everyones name because each and every individual deserves a 5 Star rating. Starting from the nurse who got me settled in and comfortable on my first night. Lucy was my personal care technician and she was there for me several days during my stay. I felt Lucy was sincere and genuinely cared about my comfort level. She was always there when I needed anything. There is something special about her and I hope that she continues to grow within the healthcare industry because we need more people like Lucy. Every single nurse was amazing and had many years of experience. Tina was exceptional, compassionate, and detailed. I appreciate the fact that I spent time with each and every physical and occupational therapist within the organization. Everyone had their own perspective on how to get me to the next level. My primary therapists were Jason (Occupational) and Brandon (Physical). I am grateful and amazed that they chose this line of work for their career because they are both perfectly suited for it. Jason & Brandon were constantly discussing the proper strategy for my recovery and my safety at home. They both were positive, encouraging and professional during my therapy. I cant wait to come back here in a few months to show them how their efforts were successful. Nancy made sure I had all of the proper equipment and kept everything organized. The facility was clean and organized. The housekeeping staff was consistently top-notch. The food was exceptional quality keeping in mind it is not easy to provide this many meals to this many people on a daily basis. I felt like the level of nutrition was where I needed it to be for my recovery. Some of my favorite people were the lovely ladies who delivered my meals each day. And finally all of the doctors were able to answer all of my questions and make sure that my needs were met. Thanks again to the entire staff!

Jerry Rein I was impressed with every thing that happened there. The food selections were good, therapy staff were caring and very in providing the best result possible. The medical care area was the most important to me. My first day in the Rehab center 3 Doctors interviewed me, each one actually listened to to my symptoms and quickly responded by providing the necessary medications necessary to provide pain relief. ---------------------------

JLO My husband was just in this facility for six days after a knee replacement and temporary kidney failure. We cannot give this facility enough credit! The doctors, nurses, It is so refreshing and comforting that an inpatient facility operates so well and cares about their patients. Thank you all soych! therapists, staff are all remarkable

Cliff Anglewicz Physicians Regional Rehabilitation facility was a wonderful experience. Because it is part of the hospital network, they had all my records and could continue with rehabilitation with that knowledge. In my opinion, this was very important for the care I needed. This being coupled to the on staff doctors, played regular changes to the medication I needed. My blood pressure fluctuates when pain meds were taken. They adjusted my blood pressure meds so my blood pressure wouldn’t go too low. I can’t say enough about the staff. All were well trained, polite and professional. I worked hard to be a 5 Star patient and that was my way of appreciation for their efforts. When I needed help I would push the button and they answered within minutes or immediately. The therapist were also just as professional and well trained. If you need these services, you should only consider this facility if it’s available. BECAUSE they are part of the Hospital network PERIOD

Victoria Mink My daughter was diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis at the age of 10. I reached out to this practice in hopes that the can help me get her off the toxic meds that she was on. I reached out to them and they assured me that they had many success cases getting people with UC in remission After numerous tests, purchased supplements, visits and thousands of dollars spent, they helped me get her off of it. But the condition came back this past spring. During appointments, the doctor was never prepared for us. She’d quickly scan my daughter’s records at the time of the visit and do research on the medications my daughter was on at the time of the visit. Before you spend thousands of dollars here, not including the membership fee that they now charge, please be aware that this place may not be equipped to tackle autoimmune conditions like UC. We used the online portal to communicate with the doctor and oftentimes my questions were left unanswered. When I called the office, they always told me to schedule an appointment (more $$$) with the doctor to have my questions answered.

Dr Maristany has a wealth of information about the body’s functional needs on all levels. He has helped me with so many issues that other Doctors I’ve seen, ignored or couldn’t find ways to treat. Each visit with him is an eye opening experience. Having my DNA results has opened many options for treatment of pertinent issues that would not have been known if I had not done the DNA testing. My cognitive issues and other aging problems have been noticeably affected with the Hyperbaric treatments the practice also provides. I have also used the NAD IV’s, that have been amazingly able to decline my gastro issues and so much more! lawrence kain My wife, maybe the sweetest kindest and most respectful person was so excited to find this place. A medical team that although expensive and did not take insurance... would really listen. Turned out to be the exact opposite. My wife is very aware of her conditions, her tests, what the doctor needs to have a productive appointment which costs over $700. But this is what happened to my wife, so sad, this is my wifes words... The Center just called me and said their doctor and center is not a good "fit" for me. No reason given. But I know the reason is that I did not think the doctor had the right data for my upcoming appointment to discuss my bone health properly. I told the office staff that I hope I was wrong but please let me know if the doctor had all the information she would need. Because of my knowledge of my own health I thought the Dr. may be missing a test and maybe we should postpone the appointment so I could be sure the Dr. had all the needed information before coming to the appointment and not wast my time or $700 and need to come back. I kindly let them know that financially this was a challenge and I just wanted to make sure all the information was there so we didnt waste time or money. I was told I was not a good "fit" because I asked questions. So sad that they are truly ONLY in it for the money because they should have been open to a productive pre-appointment conversation. My guess is I dont think they knew enough about bone health and instead of being professional and helping me they told me I was not a good fit....

eric kepka They have a great program and help alot of people out and I appreciate them alot. With that being said I received treatment for a life threatening disease from them, everything was great for the first couple months. Then they lost the ability to do blood work on me due to the loss of an agreement with LabCorp. I should be tested periodically for the disease I have to see my viral load and to monitor me for problems. I called over a dozen times over the span of a month trying to receive answers, all they kept doing was passing the buck and no one ever took responsibility for the problem. It think it is very irresponsible the way they handled the problem. I never received any call backs or any helpful advice from them, meanwhile its been three months since I finished medication and I still dont know if Im cured or not. If you seek treatment through them make sure they follow up...

mireya i I called to make an appt for my son due to a serious health issue that he is going through and unfortunately find myself with the surprise that one of the requirements to be seen at this place is to have the covid vaccine. If not then they refuse to see you. It is sad that this place calls themselves a health facility because it is more important there wants and not the persons well being. I cant believe anyone would fund a place like this. Would not recommend this place as a health facility

Joseph Wilson Nice front desk associate. One person ahead in lobby ahead when arrived on a Wednesday morning. Waiting in lobby 1 hr. Got into assigned room and waited another 1 hr to be seen. Super slow and after checking reviews after arriving several people mentioned 2+ hour wait time. Need to fix gap to have more doctors or PA to service patients sooner as seeing doctor took 5 min or less. Only one doctor working who is super nice working both urgent care for adults side and pediatrics kids side. From street looks like 2 different companies but is the same and connected in back.

Spent quite a bit of time making sure I was well treated and examined, gave me a breathing treatment, listened intently to my ailments, thoroughly examined me and answered all of my questions with concise information. Francesca Neil Was here twice. Misdiagnosis is a heck of a thing. I was given strong antibiotics, ended up in hospital where they took me off everything because I had the flu... and they started treating the flu. Incredible how I got better quickly at hospital. I do believe these urgent care places just give you meds because they dont know what or how to treat you. They hope you follow up with a dr. Sad ..this is becoming the normal for many places. Beware!! advocate for yourself and pay really close attention to whats going on with yourself cuz noone else will. ):

TOM WALKER I made an appointment because the site said x-ray and I most likely needed one. When I saw the OD, he told me they did not have x-ray that day. I received a referral of where to go for an x-ray. Ill be more careful where I go for my medical needs in the future, but it wont be here. UPDATE. The place that I finally got my xray done, sent the results to EPN. I received a call from the D.O. there and he explained the results clearly to me. I upped the review to 3 stars. Best I can do.
