Trish Zenczak It was the end of time for our sweet Jazzie. We realized this late one evening. I went on Facebook and asked for recommendations. Many times over, this was the vet that people recommended that was the best in town. It was after hours, but I still reached out anyway on Facebook. Someone was sweet enough to go above and beyond after hours and respond to my message. We showed up the next morning and were handled with lots of care, grace, and compassion. My daughter received a momento box with a paw print and two weeks later we received a card in the mail signed by the whole staff. As hard as this experience it was, they made it easier than expected.

Nibor Carr Really nice staff. Reasonably priced, short wait time for appointments. I had one cat with tape worms. I have more than one. They allowed me to come in and get treatment for all my cats without all of them having to be seen by the doctor. I am on a budget so this was important. They sent me home with detailed instructions, and were patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend this place. I felt as though they prioritize the animals health over making money.

Sarah I cant say enough wonderful things about this place and the people that work there!! This is the 1st place that has actually been able, and willing to do my (very dramatic) pugs nails without using a sedative ( like other places wanted to do) Every Vet at this hospital weve encountered has been great!! The rest of the staff as well! Paul was amazing and so full of helpful information. Recently we had to bring our Pug in for a very serious situation and Dr. Davis, Paul, and the rest of the staff worked so efficiently to save my dogs life and create a complete turn around in his condition!! He spent 2 nights in the animal hospital and we were updated on his condition often, and were able to visit anytime we wanted. And on top of all of this, the bill was very, very reasonable compared to many other animal hospitals. Id recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you all for the amazing care you gave Gizmo!!

Dr Alejo and his team were great. He is one of the kindest most understanding Dr l have ever had. My primary care Dr is also one of the best Dr .Chaudray was my Dr but also my friend He, Jessie, and his nure E. I say all this with a sadness because a week after my surgery I had to move away from Okeechobee to another part of the state because of reasons beyond my control. Patti OMalley Dr Moyer is very kind, compassionate, professional and friendly. His explanations are thorough and easy to understand. He patiently listens to and answers all questions to my satisfaction. Technically, he is an outstanding surgeon and I could not be more pleased with the results of my bilateral mastectomy and the two other minor surgeries he performed. The office staff is phenomenal! Appointments run so smoothly with very negligible wait times. Referrals are promptly coordinated, insurance billing is totally handled and everyone knows me by name! I couldn’t recommend Dr Moyer and Raulerson Surgical Specialists more highly!!

Lisa White Worst Ive ever been treated. I was promised a BIOPSY, when I came in the nurse even said it was a good thing I was ready for a BIOPSY, they have the equipment there to do the procedure... When the doctor finally came in, he decided I didnt need a Biopsy, he wouldnt do it in the office like I was promised... He would "make her feel better, set her up at the hospital for a Biopsy". He told his staff (loud enough the entire waiting room could hear). Very unprofessional. Im wearing a MASK, (this was August 2020); he didnt even put on gloves to examine me! Seems like this particular doctor just wanted the extra money for the hospital visit, even though they had the equipment for the biopsy in the office, and that was what I was told would be happening that day, he only gave me a CONSULTATION, very unprofessional of the staff, wouldnt even tell me how much it would cost beforehand! Very disappointed in this office, I really wish I could have seen Dr Alejo instead of this doctor. Do not recommend. EVER.

Barbara Green Great place. Greeting from receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Quick response…I was in and out within an hour. Doctor explained my condition well and prescribed necessary medications. They were very helpful in assisting Canadians with necessary papers and explaining how you can get a discount on medications. Note: They only accept Global out of country insurance. Otherwise you will have to pay upfront.

Maria João Fajardo-Gearhart I went to this place to be treated and I ended up having to sit on the floor outside because the awful entitled recepcionist wanted me to wear a mask. Just for her. She then came up with a bunch of excuses which absolutely did not make any sense. Plus the place was practically empty and I sat far away from people. There was absolutely no reason for this except her own fear and entitlement. I have a sore throat - had it for a few days - and the doctor I had visited before confirmed I was not contagious. I asked to see the written mandate, they never showed me. The awful, rude and disrespectful African American recepcionist was just afraid and imposing her fear. She is not working in the right place. And she should wear a mask herself. She is no authority to make anyone wear a mask, especially the way she does. I was left outside in a chilly wind. This is pure discrimination. A nice lady who works inside came outside and said I would have to wear a mask just to pay my bill to the entitled recepcionist. So this was definitely about her! This lady offered me to go inside to a room which I did. Until I gave up and left. I decided to go to the other MD Now in US1 where and no one made me wear a mask. The recepcionist is wearing one though. Fair enough. That’s what I would do if I worked in a clinic. No mask terrorism. If I get worse due to this episode, there will be consequences. There were no masks before Covid and we survived. I had been here before with my husband and had the same bad experience with this very arrogant girl. You should make her wear a mask. Problem solved.

Jenny B. This location provided me with excellent care when I was unable to get an appointment with my primary doctor. Melissa the NP was very personable and welcoming which really helped me as I get anxious going to a new doctor. She asked questions to find a way to connect with me. Dr A was quick and professional and after discussion she determined the best course of action. I was able to get the help that I needed with the least possible stress. Both ladies seemed genuinely concerned about me, and I would not hesitate to return to see them again.

Brent & Tina W. I brought my wife in who is a disabled veteran and Kayla was phenomenal. She was one of the most patient people I have encountered in this line of work. I could not be more pleased with her customer service.

Virginia Peterson Nurse and PA were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Process was lengthy. To be fair to all I was a new patient. The wait in the room was long. When I was seen I did not feel rushed, they were very attentive. Thank you! 24 hrs after being seen and receiving prescriptions I feel so much better. Today you receive a 5.

Dawn Landers These women are amazing every single one of them. Thanks to the doctor and her team, My Kletus got an extra year and a 1/2 with us. We put him down yesterday and as hard as that is, for us, we had plenty of time and they were very patient and even leading up to it. You know, the staff always told me if I needed to talk or vent they would listen. They are all so thoughtful kind compassionate warm. I cannot thank this office enough for what theyve done for us and Kletus

Nibor Carr I recently had to put my soul cat monster down, he had cancer and was old. These girls are the kindest, most compassionate human beings I have ever met. I asked them to make a nose print , paw print and give me some of his fur. I could not do it myself, I was to grief stricken. I received monsters ashes and they included everything. I am on a limited budget, the cost was affordable. They did not rush me and gave me the time I needed to say goodbye. Thank you ladies, I know your job is not easy. I am forever grateful. Ruth Zartman Had to take my dog there. They were really thorough about checking for everything. Sadly I had to let her go. Their staff was extremely welcoming and friendly.

Mal Molt If I could give no stars I would! I brought my elderly 15 year old cattle dog there to be euthanized on an emergency visit. She had been suffering from Cushing disease for 2 years. They told me they had to examine her beforehand. She could barely walk and her eyes were going back and forth rapidly. The young vet came in and looked at her and told me that she will NOT put her down and refuses! She told me that my elderly dog has vertigo, and it was treatable with medication. She knew nothing about what was going on and assumed my elderly dog who was extremely sick, only had vertigo. It was obvious my dog had a stroke which goes in hand with having Cushing disease. Cushing disease comes with high blood pressure which makes them at high risk for strokes. My dog had to suffer for 2 days with a major stroke until I got back home to take her to my vet and let her go and be at peace. I found it extremely unprofessional that the vet had the right to turn down an extremely sick and dying dog to suffer for days that they could supposably treat and fix. They condole pain and suffering. I do not recommend anyone taking their beloved pets there for you do not have the say in your animals decision at the of their end of life.

Lzr2 Dr Sousa and her staff provide excellent care on all levels from common cold to stage 4. As a patient she provides physician care like old times, she always sees each patient not a T.A. like is so common today . Dr Sousa a decision you your health.

S Z I had a fantastic experience at Tri county this morning with my Shark Finn! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The office was spotless and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. What really stood out to me was their honesty and integrity—they didn’t push unnecessary tests or treatments just to rack up the bill. Instead, they provided thorough care, answered all my questions, and made sure Finn was comfortable the entire time. To top it all off, he even left with a thoughtful goodie bag! I highly recommend Tri county to any pet owner looking for compassionate, trustworthy care. We’ll definitely be back!

Pamela Drake Horrible first impression! I went to VCA on the recommendation from a friend. What a mistake! My cat had an appointment this morning at 10:30 a.m. We got there on time. We were put into an exam room right away and told the vet we were supposed to see (Dr. Wallace) had something come up this morning and so we would see one of the other veterinarians who were both excellent veterinarians. We continue to sit in the freezing cold exam room for over 40 minutes! My cat is a very anxious cat so this was not good. I also noticed the place looks very outdated and needs updating. The floors looked dirty in the exam room and there was hair and fur all over the chairs in the waiting area and in the exam room. After 40 minutes of waiting to see a veterinarian, I had had enough and walked out. On the way out, I told the receptionist we cant wait any longer and she just said, "Oh Im sorry. Would you like to reschedule?" I said no and walked out! They should have rescheduled my appointment if the doctor we were supposed to meet with had something come up this morning but instead they tried to squeeze us in with these another veterinarian who was obviously running behind. This was an unfortunate waste of my time to drive over 25 minutes from Port St Lucie. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this place.

Peggy Eads I boarded my reactive lab mix there. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They treated my Dorie with kindness and the utmost care. What a relief to know that she is in such good hands. A special shout out to Ciara and Joyce, both so conscientious and professional. I look forward to using their boarding services again.

Kelly Coleman This place is AWFUL!!!!!! Every time I am there I have to wait. OK things happen. Today I go in for a rabies shot for my puppy and 36 minutes later the nurse finally comes in (yes I timed it because I always have to wait). The same nurse that walked past me with a plate of food in her hand when I first got there. I guess it was lunch time and I could wait till they were finished! Then after the nurse finishes she tells me she will be back with the doctor. Fifteen minutes later some young girl(I guess a new doctor) comes walking into the room. When I questioned who she was, she informed me she was the doctor to give the shot. OK where is Dr. J? The doctor who always sees my babies. The response was "he is in surgery and its just a shot no big deal" Now I have been holding a trembling puppy for 45 minutes because he is scared (he didnt have the best beginning) and this girl is no big deal! When I said I was leaving, she said "Have a good day". Really? You know Im upset and you tell me have a good day? What is wrong with this place?????? I wish more people would write reviews. I know many people that have left this Vet. I am now another!!! They DO NOT treat you animals like family! This Vet was amazing at one time, NOT any more be careful!!!!!!!

No one wants a colonosapy or enosapy but they make you feel so welcome and know how to calm you down!! All procedures are done RIGHT THERE! Within 2 hrs. Youre in and out!! Love the all!♥️♥️

Gary Kehoe Arrived with a kidney stone. No waiting. Assigned to a fantastic nurse whose name I wish I could remember. She was wonderful. Dr. Jimenez was great also. Comparably, I waited11 hours to be seen by staff at a Canadian hospital for the same issue. Couldnt be happier with my visit!

Lady Bug If I could give this a zero rating I would have!! This is the absolute worst experience of my life in this hospital! I went in to the ER several times and was treated so poorly it was horrible they treated me like I was just there looking for pain medicine and I was not at all-I was desperately needing help! Unfortunately I ended up having surgery there (twice in a months timeframe) which I was told was supposed to be fairly routine... and they butchered me completely! And the nursing staff their leaves more than what I can describe to be desired, most of them are mean, showing no compassion or empathy for what a patient is feeling or going through physically, they would walk away and leave the room while you were still talking to them or trying to, they would not help advocate information to the doctors for the patients, and a lot of them would even complain about their job- complain about having too many patients so they couldnt care for any of us, one nurse even lost my pain meds in the hallway on the way to my room and when she finally found them she came back and said "good thing I found them because I would have been in big trouble" - she had no concern for the fact that what if someone else found the medicine and perhaps it could have been a child visiting a patient they could have thought it was candy and ate it which could have cost them their life she had no concern of that part at all only that she might get in trouble! Also, they wouldnt even answer the "rapid response Bell" when you would ring it sometimes taken up to 20 minutes just to find out why you even rang the bell, when they finally would come in the room I remember saying to one of them "you know someone could die in that amount of time- I believe it is called rapid response for a reason" (they lacked on both words rapid and response!). (The only good news I had while I was there was Velva). I also dont know how this hospital has the rating of the "cleanest hospital" because it was absolutely not!. I found garbage left all under the reclining chair beverage bottles, candy, etc...they (housekeeping) did not move things when they came in to clean they just did a quick damp mop up and actually the floor was dirtier when they left then when they got in there. I would never recommend anyone I love to come to this hospital at all and I would not even recommend this hospital to someone I didnt love!! Even the food was horrible, I mean absolutely horrible! Please do yourself a favor and avoid coming here at all costs, it is definitely worth the trip to go to fort Pierce- Lawnwood hospital!!

Margaret Szymanosky From the very beginning everyone was polite. The process of checking in both in the front and registering was a breeze. Getting my blood drawn was quick and painless got back to radiology did not have to wait very long to get my CT done. Everyone was very very pleasant

Lifes Great Triage nurse was wonderful, not much of a wait, I was in ER for over 3 hours, my nurse did not offer anything to drink nor did she check on me in a timely manner, she sat playing on her phone right in front of my room , husband was very upset about that, the doctor did not listen to me at all tried to tell me I had gas or stomach issues when I knew what it was being that Ive had them before smh. When a heart patient tells a doctor something they should really listen also doctors that speak plainly and actually take time with the patients, have to say this is my worst trip ever to raulerson !

The wait was minimal and the care was immediate. Im am sold on this facility and their team. Of course, Im only one person reviewing but my experience was worth posting.

LAura Ricks I actually enjoyed my evaluation visit. The staff members were kind and pleasant. Dr. Epstein was straight forward with explaining the reason for the range of motion exam and even apologized for the pain it caused. He showed the images from the MRI and pointed out where and extent of the tendon tear. Being in my shoulder, Dr. Epstein has referred me to a surgeon he feels confident in to repair the injury.

C L I have said this numerous times, that we are very fortunate to have Dr. Epstein in our small town. Over the years he did two two arthroscopic surgeries on my knees to repair torn meniscus. I also had a badly torn rotator cuff for which he did surgery. Then to top it off he did a total knee replacement. Its as if he has rebuilt me. I am now 68 years old and have four part time jobs which I do effortlessly with no pain. In my book Dr. Epstein is one awesome surgeon.

So Im very SCARE of needles and before coming here I been going to Florida community health center and I got poked by 4 times and the 4th time I got poked my arm was getting red and bruised. I went to schedule a blood work at the office and there was a very nice looking young man that draw my blood and did a wonderful job and what made me more comfortable is the fact that I didnt even feel the needle and got the vein in one try and also a couple days later no bruise or nothing :)

Larry Wolfe I was treated better than good. The nurses, assistance, food servers and housekeeping treated me excellent. The food I must say was very good and on a Sunday when I was there, the spaghetti was over the top good.

Jennifer Robertson Number one I was brought in from a major car wreck I was tolded by the ER doctor that because of my airbag not deploying I should not be injured I was sent out of there stating that I had no serious injuries when reality is that I do have serious injuries that are going to require a spinal surgery also number two would be because they brought another lady in an ambulance for having a seizure and then they accused her of faking the seizures but however went on and gave her the meds for seizures after the nurse had to call for someone to unlock the med cabinet or verify the med cabinet for 5 whole minutes!!! I would not come back to this hospital for nothing in this world!!! Thanks to my primary care doctor and my lawyer I am finally getting the proper care and it is not nowhere close to Raulerson hospital!!!

I came in and got not so great news and was set to be operated but my team of nurses advocated for me and helped me physically and mentally overcome the temporary slip of my health. I had a stay of almost 2 weeks and want to quickly shout out the staff that made my stay so welcoming. * Magdala, Loretta,Junide, Sarah, Carol, Luis, Sharmaine and Christine * Last but not least the surgical team Dr. Subramanian and Dr. Astephan who delivered the fantastic news that my surgery would be done and did an amazing job. It was almost sad to leave even though I was ready. Bitter sweet, but it’s their job to get me ready to go back home to my family.

Keil Tiernan I was cared for in the ER last week after breaking up a dog fight. The nurses and staff were great and treated my wounds with priority and expedited care. Thank you so much! I am so happy that we have a top notch hospital in Fort Pierce with amazing nurses, doctors and support staff!

Rudon Howard I really enjoyed my stay, my physical therapist kylee and occupational therapist Sarah. They were very respectful, kind, and thoughtful and they helped motivate me physically and mentally to get better as a patient and a person. And nursing staff was great as well, helpful In my recovery.

The nurses were very thoral in answering any questions I had considering I was in N.Y. the whole time. Donna Brown the patient care coordinator was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process of getting my brother back to N.Y. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of care.

deb poelstra My father has been a patient there a few times this year. I would love to give them an excellent review, but this time around I didnt see that. I do want to give a certain Nurse a 5 star review because she is absolutely amazing. She works on the 3rd floor Tower 3. My father was in room 5. Susan is her name and she absolutely went above and beyond for my father knowing that he was deteriorating. She still tried to brighten his spirits. I just want to thank her for never giving up on him. Nurses do not get the recognition they deserve. Also the people that come in to clean the rooms are also extremely kind, and caring!! I just wish everyone was like these extraordinary people!!

Sharon Barulli My neighbor had just come out of the hospital. Dr. Arains staff was rude to her and DEMANDED her to go in for a procedure, - AFTER her primary physician advised her NOT to have the procedure. She HAD to go in IMMEDIATELY to sign papers.

Victoria Williams I went to her as a child and now having 4 children I am still amazed at how great she is! I love the staff there, they are always so fast to help and are very caring. We never wait long and she gets right to the point. She is a great dr!

Alaine Jaynes I have heard all good things about Dr.Hussain so I was very disappointed when she refused to see my daughter. We strive for a more holistic approach to medicine and have our doubts about vaccines so she would not see us. If that doesnt bother you, then I think she would be a good choice. I am personally looking for someone who respects the parents decisions a little more.

Patrick Butler really incompetent and rude doctor. She doesnt know how to treat or diagnose children. She is short and rude with people. She also has a bad attitude problem. I would never take my children to this piece of filth. Try a real doctor or one who isnt a rude idiot like her. She even sort of scolded my child and said it was a joke. Keep your kids away from her

Kristie Simon Doctor seemed ok, but she was very short with us. She told me what to do with my daughter & what to give her but never wrote anything down. Some of the staff were rude, & just had no good people skills.

Marion Drayton I made a appointment to see Dr. White. The following day, I arrived and saw him at his office. We sat together and exalted my concerns and he immediately came up with a plan of care. I really appreciate his professionalism about being a patient advocate

Maribel Gonzalez I went into the ER with abdominal pain and ended up being admitted due to my gallbladder. My surgeon Dr. Davis and the anesthesiologist Dr. Jordan were amazing and I don’t have the words to express the great care I received from both of them. Not only them but the whole staff. The nurses were all very attentive and provided great care. Very pleased with my experience at Hendry Regional.

Katrina Williams Went there with my 4 year old daughter for throwing up over 8x in this morning, this was her 3rd day going through this. My daughter threw up 3 more times while I was there They gave my daughter Zofran she threw up and then gave it to her again. 8 wanted them to give a fluid iv because I know that she was dehydrated. They told me that they would have to transfer her to another hospital to do so. A children’s hospital is 2 hrs away from here. Ended up getting discharged with a zofran proscription. Now come to find out children are not given zofran. The nurse was great the dr was not. Terrible.

Beth S. I have been here a few times, mainly for chest x-rays. This place is always clean and the staff is quick and efficient. My doctor gets the results very quick. The ladies have been sweet and caring as well. I like that there isnt to much of a wait time and they pre-register everything over the phone before your appt.

William Panacek I went to the HRC Raulerson ER 2 times last week because I was in horrible pain from Hemmeroids. the 1st visit I felt I was treated OK, the 2nd visit was because none of the meds prescribed from the 1st visit helped. The 2nd time I was given a pain killer and a bladder ultrasound then the DR came over and pretty much told me there was nothing they can do and I need to see a specialist. Of course he never thought to check why my Hemmeroids were there to begin with. I told them I hadnt been able to go to the bathroom for days. Anyway, This is between holidays and the chances of getting an appt ASAP is impossible. I went in because of horrible pain, I hadnt been able to have a Bowel movement in days. They didnt do any further testing and told me to get some miralax or something similar and take Tylenol for pain. I went home and as soon as the pain killer wore off the pain was back and I wasnt able to get an appt for the specialist they referred me to untill 2 more weeks. The following day I went to the Cleveland Clinic ER in Stuart since the Raulerson Hospital was unable to help me. Cleveland Clinic ER took me in, listened to my complaints and started on some tests to see why I hadnt had a BM in almost a week and why I had such bad Hemmeroids. They found I was severely blocked up and prescribed a medication to unblock me quickly. I used the medication as described and feel much better today. Thanks to their concern for my health I feel better and Hemmeroids are quickly shrinking. Cleveland Clinic Hospital took care of me without making me feel like I was wasting their time. Thanks Cleveland Clinic ER staff.

Alicia O I have ha 3 different residents in the last year. My Primary Doctor left, he was great. He is still on their website with a video, Doctor Hamal Patel left over a year ago. I have not had a REAL DOCTOR since he left. This practice is a joke. No one knows the patient because they keep changing. I was told if I don’t like the way they practice, I can find someone else, I DID! I will never return to this revolving door

Tiffany Vann The staff I met were nice enough, but in general the atmosphere is very old and depressing. Still Im there for medical care not to sit in a 5 star resort. The issue I had was I was taken back and waited over an hour before the doctor came in. He was very kind and looked tired as he was covering 2 other doctors shifts. This concerns me only because I feel by this time, mentally, I may not be getting the best of his care. The staff not ONCE came in to say he was running behind or anything, no clue what so ever. I missed getting back to work because my appt., which shouldve only taken an hour at most, took over 2 1/2 hours. I think the doctor was nice but the staff needs to pick it up a bit in the customer care dept. I mean people are there because of all reasons, some make you nervous, sometimes anxious and you sit and wait forever with no word, that isnt right. Its unfair to the doctor also that had no clue you didnt receive any word they were running behind. Makes me not want to continue to establish care there.

He is the most kind, caring, and thorough doctor I have ever dealt with. His compassion towards patients makes him an incredibly personal and approachable physician. Dr, Tirado and his medical assistant Milvia Collado are very professional and obviously compassionately competent with their knowledge. This team are the best of the best.
