Amy Young Excellent MD. Wish they were all like him. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Great bedside manners. He’s very caring, empathetic, and you can tell he really cares about his patients. He listens, he’s thorough and doesn’t rush through the appointment. If you don’t understand something he takes the time to explain things to you. I only wish I would have found him sooner!!

Stacie Hammoud Dr. Chhindra has been my PCP for around 11yrs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my healthcare. He listens, takes the amount of time needed to care for you and answer your questions. His medical knowledge is superb and I feel my healthcare is in great hands. His staff is always helpful and caring. I have never encountered an issue with anyone. I feel like family when I am there. There are not enough stars or cudos to give Dr. Chhindra and his office staff!!!

Diana Talabert Best doctor ever, great bedside manner, super thorough, actually accesses his patients from top to bottom and uses his stethoscope. He doesn’t rush you, explains everything for understanding and allows you to participate in your care as well. He also has some of the best staff also, they are super kind and helpful as well.

Single Mom I had a pleasant visit at this office. The doctor was super thorough and covered all bases. I felt like his expertise really shined through in the exam. He was honest with me about my health, while maintaining great bedside manner and professionalism. Front desk was great and they’ve been super accommodating with my schedule and having to reschedule last minute. 10/10 will recommend this doctor/office to anyone.

Mary I came here as a patient in November (2 yrs overdue) and the scheduling was easy and you can schedule directly from the website. With primary care there can be a wait for really great doctors! I waited about an hour before being called back and about 10 mins before being seen. Mind you it’s better to schedule in the morning and hubby did just that for his appointment with Dr. P. I did my follow up with lab results and physical a couple weeks later Dec 2024 with his NP in the office. Staff is great and courteous. My husband is really glad I found this office because it’s closer to home and he was able to be seen and get his problems discussed. He is a great doctor with his staff overall and this office truly cares about their patients and I even precepted a student who stated he is best doctor anyone can have caring for their family.

She was very attentive to the both of them during their exams, and even though my parents went for respiratory issues, Tiffany noticed another issue my dad had on his neck and she put some orders in to get that checked out as well. Thank you so much Tiffany for being as caring as you were to my parents for not only their chief complaint, but for my dad’s other problem also. My mother and I will make sure my dad follows through with your care plan regarding his neck, and I will also ensure they keep up with their meds for their respiratory infections. One of the worst days of my life was made so much easier/more tolerable, with the way this office staff treated me and my sweet pup as I had to say goodbye furever. They are also so understanding of my anxiety ridden blue nose pitbull. They take their time with him and never force him to do anything he isnt comfortable with! charlene hernandez This clinic regularly handles a large volume of spays and neuters so I was not worried about getting my dog spayed here. You will not find better prices for services offered. My vet quoted me about $600 more than what I paid here. Their process of checking everyone in and contacting for pick up was very efficient. They ensured I knew what the total was at drop off. The total was the same at pick up. No problems with post surgical infection. Dog was properly medicated for pain. Thank you for making this easy for pet owners. Thank you for the care you offer to all the animals you treat.

Noel Connelly This place is great-the staff is friendly and helpful and they really seem to care about all the animals coming in. Steve at the front desk was especially wonderful. You can tell he loves his patients. As a note-they dont pick up the phone, but they will call you back the same day. Also, it does get busy and I recommend getting there a few minutes early with your paperwork pre-filled (available on their website) if you have somewhere to be. It can be a bit chaotic in the waiting room at 8am, but theyre doing what they can to get everyone seen.

Joseph Perez I had my rescue dog neutered as part of the adoption agreement and this was the only clinic I found with up-front pricing for all their services posted on the internet. All went well and our Benji is recuperating at home. The staff is helpful and friendly, but the place is popular so expect to wait one hour to check in and one hour to check out.

Candace Wiley Dr.Del-Rio is the WORST... He kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain my symptoms. He acted like I was lying and had the nerve to ask me why I was nervous!! First of all I wasnt nervous, I was in shock at the way he conducted himself, very rude.. If you are looking for a caring and considerate Dr... Cheryl Romero First of all making an appointment was very easy. Just picked a time online. When we got there the front desk, Gloria was super nice and helped my 85 year old mother do all her check in paperwork. Everyone was very nice and professional. The PA Tim was very kind and took care of what we needed. We were in and out of there in 45 mins. Awesome!

Unfortunately many urgent care facilities dont have an X-ray department but Im truly grateful this location has it! Something to consider if your loved ones need this additional service.

Sylvia Mease Referred to Dr Valdivia by my primary care physician as my knees were swollen. Dr Valdivia had X-rays done and recommended knee injections, series of 3. His NP gave me the injections over the following 3 weeks. Both Dr Valdivia and Sara were professional and pleasant. I recommend Dr Valdivia for orthopedic care

Lloyd Lowry Dr. Turse immediately made me feel at ease during my appointment. I can’t recall a doctor with such a good “bedside manner” in my over 70 years of life. He also explained all aspects of an upcoming procedure with clarity and answered all my questions. This was my first visit to this office and all of the staff was pleasant and helpful. This Dr has a wonderful sense of humor and you really get the feeling that he cares. His office staff is wonderful along with his physicians assistant, Wendy, who is just as caring and kind.

He explains everything in every day language thats not too technical that is easy to understand. He is experienced, and very good at what he does. I see alot of doctors, and he is the BEST

deanna rush They were running behind for my consultation appointment and I had to wait. But that was forgotten once I met with Dr Turse. I’m not sure I’ve ever met another doctor I like more than Dr Turse. He is an excellent “teacher” of the colonoscopy procedure and why. A gentle and funny person. His office staff is also friendly and precise with explaining their office procedures.

Amanda White UPDATE: Todays experience was wonderful. They were quick and efficient. The doctors are always kind , it was the wait that was frustrating last time. Everyone is nice there. However, the last few times Ive waited 1.5-2 hours between the waiting room and the examining room (with an appointment). This time there were only 2 people ahead of me and I waited 45 minutes without ever being called back. From my previous experiences, I knew once I was called back it would be another 45 minutes at least, so we had to leave. I understand that happens when a place is busy but that wasnt the case. I will try again, when needed and update this post if it is better next time.

Andi Cochran All of the staff was caring and kind. The sign in process was quick and easy even as a walk in panicked parent! It was less than an hour from the time we walked in the door til we walked out the door! The longest part was the wait for them to send the scripts to the pharmacy afterwards!

Catherine the nurses and doctors were great and super good with my kiddos! However, I was very disappointed with the wait time. I had an appointment for 12:45 and didnt get called back to a room until 2:10. I would understand if it was busy but it wasnt even busy, there were only 2 other people there the whole time. This was definitely not an easy wait time when you have a sick and cranky 10 month old. Hopefully they can work on a better process of getting people seen on time for their actual appointment times or atleast within 15-30 mins max of their appointment time. I would also recommend adding some toys in the waiting room, would definitely make it easier for the parents if there was something to distract the kids during the wait time.

This shouldn’t have been over a 2 hour experience for an urgent care. Also super annoying that you have to fill out so much paperwork even as a returning patient. They need a better system.

Sanrio Kitty Just like other reviews mentioned. The doctor seems super rushed. We was waiting in the waiting room for over 2 hours and he came in talked a bit and was done in less than 5 minutes LITERALLY! Didnt even get the point across to him at all. Needles to say we was waiting there for the doctor while the doctor was somewhere else and NOBODY told us anything we was just waiting in the room tirelessly. Highly upset about that.

Zoltan (Zo) Dr is good but as others have said, the staff is awful. I was billed incorrectly for the visit and when I called the office to clear things up they were rude, claimed I needed to call my insurance for them to issue my refund, even though my insurance directed me to call the office since the office billed me and where I paid my copay. I proceeded to tell them it was their office who was responsible for the incorrect billing and they simply hung up on me! As someone who works in customer service, this was a terrible experience and I’ve called them before about this and seems like they want to weasel out of THEIR mistake every time. Not to mention they never pick up and I constantly have to leave a message. Dr is good but the staff needs to be replaced entirely.

Kira H The doctor himself seems good. He was to the point of discussing whatever issues I was having but the staff? Thats a whole different story. It was impossible to get into contact with them. When i was able to get ahold of them, i was greeted w/ passive aggression “we called you so many times”. I only had ONE missed call, that i returned mins later with again, a voicemail. They even gave the hospital the wrong contact information, so they couldn’t even contact me to tell me the time of my procedure. Thankfully i got in touch with them & was able to get that cleared up. But once it was confirmed they indeed were given the wrong contact info for me & my emergency contact/designated driver, i was completely turned off. I no longer wanted the procedure. Why? Because i lost confidence in the whole thing all together. What else is incorrect?? If something IS found, will I be able to contact them about said findings and future concerns? Will i be charged thousands of dollars because incorrect info is sent to my insurance?? After playing chase with the office for a good month now, that was my final reason. My gut feeling told me not to go any further. Thats just something i no longer want to deal with.

Tony Huntimer I had a good experience at Port St John MedFast Urgent Care today. Maybe it was an abnormally slow day, or this is typical of the area (I come from an area with 3.1m residents). There were 5 people in line in front of me. I was out the door in about 90 minutes. The front office staff was respectful and courteous. The physician was knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t feel rushed. She was very thorough. I would definitely return if I needed urgent care in the future.

After a little bit of a wait the practitioner came in and was also pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. This was my third experience there and never had any issues. Would recommend.

Mary Giggetts Im from Virginia visiting my granddaughter in cocoa beach for thanksgiving. I had what I thought was a bug that was progressively making me sicker and sicker. So this clinic being close by is where we chose. After being taken in by staff so professionally I found out I had a sinus infection which I had no idea that it would make me feel so horrible. After talking with the doctor, she gave me two prescriptions. After taking the first dose of each, Im starting to feel better already. With me feeling as bad as I was feeling, this is definitely the type of setting, the type of positive energy, and the type of care and compassion I needed. The is a good part of starting the healing process. Thank you staff so much for making this visit a great experience. Thats a lot to say about having to make a doctors visit.❤️

Ramon Perez Dr Imami seen very friendly and attentive. My reason for visiting the practice was to get an annual physical which he schedule and schedule the labs. Mind you that my employer will pay 100% for this service. Well this practice decided to code the visit as a regular visit and charge me $200 instead of coding it as what it is a physical. After multiple attempts to fix this issue the doctor and his staff refuse to change the coding with the excuse that it was an incomplete physical even though 3 follow up appointments at $90 each. this doctor and practice its very dishonest, save yourself the trouble and drive a little further otherwise they will rip you off out of your hard earned money.

Jeff Turner This was a tough time, and Parrish Hospital stood up to the plate like true champions. After TRIAGE, I was assigned to the third floor and to a very nice room. The staff was nothing short of fantastic. They went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible, while taking care of the business at hand. I could not have asked for a better result. The doctors and staff performed like the true professionals they are. With that said, I offer my strongest recommendation of Parrish Hospitable in Titusville to anyone that finds themselves in need of medical service.

It is a comfortable atmosphere and you can just feel the good vibes unlike so many other doctor offices in the area. karly ketterer Dr. K did not remember why she scheduled my appointment. She lacked compassion and understanding. I expressed pain in my neck and a lump that is in the spot the pain is coming from. She felt with gloves that were way to big and she made me feel like I was making it up and a hypochondriac. She also made me feel as though I was there just to get medications. When I questioned why I was feeling pain if there was nothing wrong she told me to take Tylenol. I said I would like to get to the cause of the pain rather than medicate it. She scheduled an ultra sound but said “I know they won’t find anything”. I am also on weight loss medication which was the reason she had me schedule my appointment. She did not have any idea that was the reason for the visit. I told her I feel as though I have lost enough weight on the medication and do not wish to take it any longer. Her response was”you will gain everything back you lost once you stop taking it”. I have lost between 30-40lbs. It was a lot of work on my part to make a life style change. She is so disconnected to her patients and frankly she truly upset me. I am proud of the weight loss, it is not trivial like she made me feel. She is over weight herself telling me how I should loose weight instead of asking what changes I have made and encouraging me to keep going with them. She does not read her notes or have any idea about her patients. She keeps scheduling me every 3 months and when I get to the apt she doesn’t seem to know why I am there. She must just want the money from the appointments. I previously went to her because an anesthesiologist wanted me to see a cardiologist and she acted as though I did not have a heart issue and made me feel as though I was also making this up also. I went because I needed a referral. Fast forward I had a pace maker implanted at age 44. Instead of believing her patients and being compassionate and understanding she is extremely condescending and has no bed side manner. I will not be returning to her as a patient. I am not sure she should even be practicing medicine at this point.

JoNell Stumpfhauser I’m always able to get an appointment. She takes her time, explains things to me and everything is always written up in the portal so that I can go back and see everything. Whenever prescriptions are sent, I get a text message. I feel like she goes above and beyond to help me, she’s very knowledgeable in her field. She’s also very kind and I feel like I can talk to her about anything that I have a concern about ,which is important to me. She Make sure that I get all of the test done yearly and keeps me on track getting everything done. I can’t always remember all that. I think she’s a wonderful doctor.

Bailey Burke i sat in that office for way too long. no other people were there and all i was there for was to have them fill out a paper. seemed like the ac wasn’t working. very muggy. everytime my child goes in he makes her very uncomfortable. if your thinking about sending your child here especially if she’s a girl. don’t. definitely the last time we will be there.

Natasha Martinez I had the unfortunate experience at another urgent care near by that had left my son and me waiting over 2.5 hours to be seen. After realizing that my son was feeling worst and I wasn’t going to be helped, I called Trucare and Ms. Christina heard my son coughing and how upset he was and told me to bring him in immediately. The moment I walked in it took them 3 mins to get us into the room and checked out. I’m so grateful to her and the staff. Little one is on the road to feeling better.

Jennifer and Chris were amazing with my daughter! great bedside manner!! we were in and out pretty fast

In less than 10mins I was called back, saw Jennifer the nurse practitioner who was also very kind and pleasant! I have never had such a positive experience at a doctors office, let alone urgent care. Emily N Green We had our son a few days before Thanksgiving and needed a newborn appointment on Friday to be discharged. Since it was a holiday weekend a lot of pediatrician offices were closed, but the doctor at the hospital recommended contacting Brevard Health Alliance. When we called, the receptionist was so kind and understanding and basically hunted down an appointment for us which so happened to be in area. The doctor, Dr. Capers, opened up a slot for us early Friday morning so we could be discharged and have our son checked out in a timely manner. Not only did we think highly of this, but Dr. Capers and her staff were absolutely amazing. They made us feel comfortable, informed, and encouraged, as this is our first child and have tons of questions. They took plenty of time with us and made sure we had next steps for our son’s care. Thank you so so much for all you do!

Kayla Cruz I always go to this bha for my son. During COVID we ran here at all hrs of the day and they provide excellent care for children in emergencies. Unfortunately in this day and age ( not that Im blaming these amazing nurses and doctors), the wait time can get pretty long, so please pack up those toys and books to entertain!

Stephanie Lynn Blaney STAY AWAY!!!!! Dr. Neil Kairsingh is very unprofessional and not trained enough to handle complex patient primary care. He prescribed diabetic and blood pressure medication to a 42 year old cancer patient PRIOR to having all of the lab work back. This is 100% neglectful and borderline malpractice. His medical assistants should not by any means be giving diagnosis over the phone ESPECIALLY without any concluded lab work. The doctor judged my husband by his appearance which was a subjective concern but objectively speaking, how is it good patient care to give diagnoses without labs? I’m surprised this guy is still practicing. 100% pill mill & LAZY patient care.

Patricia Redding Dr Kairsingh is the best. He listens to all my complaints and makes sure I’m up to date with all labs n other. He is very informative and pleasant. He is very knowledgeable in his profession as a dr. I recommend him to family and others.

David Mancini This is the first doctor in this area that I’ve been to that listens to all your concerns. His staff is amazing, Linda is always friendly and gets your test results asap. I’ve never had an office call me and follow up like this one does. If I could have given them 6 stars I would. If your not happy with your doctor call these guys.

Mary Heindl Dr. Kairsigh is very attentive , caring and has a great bedside manner. He also listens to his patients. And never gives any problems with getting me a referral to any specialist that I want to see! I highly recommend Dr. Kairsigh to all my friends and family

Steffannia Cleary We are not the type of people to do reviews, but in this case is very necessary. My husband was a patient of Mark Dillon and the doctor decided to discharged him without a proper notice, saying deterioring of relationship?? Just because my husband ask him for a work letter to take to his employer!!! This doctor did not contact us to let us know, he just did an online portal letter and nothing was sent in person or at least a phone call. I found out about the letter when we call to confirm his appointment on April 1st. The letter states I will give you care till April 7th, but the office canceled my husband appointment on April 1st without reason and saying we dont have anything till April 27th. So this was not either a 30 days notice, was really 7 days because we was never advised of the letter before. He didnt want to read my husband test result and left him without any other doctor referral, medicine or answer to his blood work and ultrasounds results, and when you called the front office they are rude and dont give you any answers about this situation. My husband is in critical pain, swelling in his stomach, and not medicine, and we cant find anyone till August. This is not legal or ethical per the Florida Board of Medicine. PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU CAN!!

S H Vanessa answered the phone and was very unhelpful. She refused to provide me the phone number of the surgical center that does the procedures so I can verify my insurance includes that location. She put me on hold for over 15 minutes. I called from another line asked to speak to the manager she refused. I asked for the manager to call me and Im sure that message was never passed to the office manager. I guess if I want to find out if my insurance is accepted I have to pay for an office visit which is ludacris.

James Stoy I do not recommend Dr Dillon. His office is terrible at communicating. I wasted two entire days and $75 on treatment prep and then they cancelled my procedure without ever telling me. Could not even bother to call and leave a message. I did not find out until I got to the procedure center at 6:30AM. Unacceptable. I will not go back.

Deborah Wilde This doctor has been my mother’s doctor for about 10 years or so. Most recently, my mother went into the emergency room for a cardiac event and was admitted Medication’s were prescribed When discussing the medication with this doctor, he was upset that I looked at this possible side effects for the medication He tripled the dose of one of my mother’s medication’s, which was not advisable because when she was on it before with him, it made her catatonic When I wouldn’t allow her to get that dose, he said well being that you’re looking things up online maybe we should part ways Who would like a doctor that doesn’t want their patience or patience caregivers to be educated on the medication’s that the doctor is prescribing. I find that Irresponsible to not fully read the patient’s chart

Lauren Layton He is a straight forward doctor. People think it might be considered rude but he tells it how it is. I have heart failure and it always makes me feel better when doctors give me a direct answer without the fluff. I dont have time for fluff. Not to mention hes considered one of the best cardiologists in the area. Even his co-workers, like nurses, will tell you. If your a frequent flyer in hospitals like me, you hear who is worth it and who isnt. Hes worth it.

Watts Charles “Chuck” As usual, support staff deserves a 5 star, but the "Dr" deserves the 1. Talked down to me from the minute he walked in the door. Belittled my problems and answered his phone twice. Stay away.

John tedesco Perhaps his bedside manner isn’t the greatest, he’s not going to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. What he will do is SAVE your LIFE !! He’s an Excellent Surgeon !
