Emily Karcher I couldnt have a better doctor! Dr. Healey is incredible, throughout and had one of the best bedside manners Ive ever had in a doctor. All the staff is amazing! The front end check-in needs some help. The person who checked me in was not happy, friendly or personal- able. Only downside to my appointment today. My xray gal wish I knew her name was beyond amazing made you feel comfortable and Debbie was a gem and Lisa checking me out after my appointments was the best! Highly recommended this office!

Amy Lee First they denied I had an appointment but I had the appointment card- after a little back and forth they got me in- great front desk ladies. Xray lady was awesome as well as the nurses. Dr. Healy was amazing as always. I had to call back later about a test and insurance and Keisha was an amazing help to me in getting me set up to get some answers.

Renee C I was very impressed when I walked in the door.. The receptionists were very kind and professional…. The waiting area was very clean. I was referred to Dr. Dec for pain management. He was very professional and kind. He took time and explained everything to me. When I went back for the epidural he explained as he was performing the procedure I got a little anxious and he calmed me down. I highly recommend him to everyone in need of pain management. His nurse is really Awesome as well! She is very kind and understanding. They are both Great and Awesome people! They both get. 5 stars from me! Thank you both so much for what you do!

ROLINA BEAN TOC is hands down the best orthopedic clinic I have ever treated with. Dr. Jared Patterson and his staff have gone above and beyond the level of service. They are extremely to get ahold of, through the portal, and quick to respond to my issues/concerns. Should I need any additional orthopedic treatment, TOC is the only place I will go. And here I thought TOC, in Tally, was good. They are, but I much prefer TOC in Panama City and Dr. Patterson and his staff!!

David Fowler My first office visit was impressive. The staff quickly called me back to a patient room and Dr. Shores came into the room within a few minutes after my arrival. He evaluated my concerns and gave options for treatment, each of which he outlined in detail. I greatly appreciated the fact that he was direct and to the point in diagnosing and offering suggestions on options to pursue.

Amelia Deen You are always greeted with a genuine smile and are in a friendly atmosphere. I had carpal tunnel release on both of my wrists...FANTASTIC! Minimal discomfort overall and easy! Dr. Islam and Lauren are awesome! The entire staff and processes are super efficient and each step is well-explained. You feel very comfortable and valued as a patient. They are respectful of your time, extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with. 10 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! Any surgeries I may need in te future, I will definitely look to Dr. Islam first! Michael Howard The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Took my grandmother there and the receptionist who was training someone didnt ask any questions and ended up scheduling us as a walk in appointment instead of scheduling us an appointment. Then she was slightly rude to us and even made a sly comment about having to train someone and seemed mad about it. They eventually got it done thought.

Sundos Danun I was sick, vomiting and having severe abdominal pain. I came in to see Dr Islam and he fixed me even though he’s not a primary care physician. Forever grateful.

Eleta Fiveash Very professional and very kind!!! From Casey all the way up to Dr Islam. Casey was very thoughtful and understanding of my care. Dr. Islam is very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He explained, everything to me in terms I could understand about my hip. What procedure he could do to give me some relief immediately and even long term. He even took the time to provide me with relief this appointment and didn’t have me return for this procedure. He is a five star and above Dr. I highly recommend him and his staff.

David Smith The office staff is very efficient and helpful. It is great to see them smile and treat you like they actually want to be there! The nurses were kind and caring. I think Dr. England is very knowledgeable and well versed on each issue that arises. However, he breaks the visit down so that the patient understands the treatment option. I never get the sense that he is rushing through the visit. He takes time to explain the details as he reviews the materials and tests. Dr. England is a great asset to the Bay County community!!

Lisa Claus Dr. Eubanks and All the other doctors were just great. The concern and care that Dr. Eubanks shows towards his patients is above and beyond. He will answer all your questions and make you feel confident about your surgical procedure.

Gary Ashton Medical care was excellent. Staff caring and attentive. As a vegan my main difficulty was nutrition. Vegetables were limited- carrots, broccoli or mashed potato with dairy so most meals were inedible either overcooked or cooked with oil. Staff did their best but clearly vegan was difficult to accommodate.

Patrick Perno the level of care my Wife and I recieved from Check in to Discharge was beyond amazing . Everyone took great care of me with such genuine Care and sincerity, it makes me emotional at the thought. my check in Nurse Jenny, was awesome . I will never forget the Nurse who guided me through my intubation she was a guardian Angel and I will never forget her face ,she will forever be in my heart . Everyone In ICU were so caring and professional, as was Respiratory, nurse Techs and house keeping and food service . Prior to my Surgery i had more than a few people react Surprised why I would choose to stay here for my Aortic Valve Replacement. My Cardiologist Dr.Haggihat,who is as amazing as he is caring told me of Dr England and that he would be my Thoracic Surgeon, and all we had to do was meet Dr.England once to know he was the best choice for me . Dr England laid out all my options and we agreed on the Valve and set the date for Surgery . I never expected my sourgeon to be so phenomenal. He stayed with me through all steps of after care well into the night after my surgey and was right there first thing inthe moring checking on me and again and again . My wife and I had to Ask others if this was normal and we were told that is what Dr England does. to know that our Town has a man of Dr Englands prowess and level of compassion makes me feel most fortunate and blessed to have had my Surgery at Ascension Sacred Heart . Sarah Morales The front desk was very friendly but the technicians in back were very short and not very welcoming. I sat in the exam room for a while and the lights even went out. I was prepped for an exam and while lying on the table with my bottom exposed the door swung open and I was lying there yelling for someone. I thought the doctor was very informative and helpful with my issues.

This office got me in the very next day for my kidney issue. They might take a little time to answer the phone but it’s well worth the wait. This practice is amazing. Richard Black Dr. Ramos is fantastic. I was referred to him for an elevated PSA and was ultimately diagnosed with grade 9 (Gleason scale) prostate cancer. He was very thorough in explaining all the details about what I would be going through and all the treatment options. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a urologist.

gimger Bennergingerbenner Dr Ramos used to be a very kind a doctor who got on the ball and got things done. My mother n law has had 2 ct scans one that he ordered and another at the emergency room. She has been in such terrible pain…that was the reason for the emergency room visit. When then the results came back the doctor informed my husband that she had a growth that was blocking her right side of her tube going into her kidney and that her kidney was severely enlarged which was causing her to hold urine in her right kidney. He explained that this was extremely painful. When my husband takes her the next day to see Ramos he tells my husband well you know Thanksgiving is coming up so I’ll wait to do the surgery in December. Now mind you this is only the 10th of November. I know my mother n law is 93 years old but that shouldn’t matter…..I don’t know what has happened to his wanting the well being of his patients they think in fact 99% positive it’s cancer. ….so your going to let her be in terrible pain for another whole month?? This is absolutely unforgiving. What would he have done if it was his mother? Maybe its time for him to retire.

Marilyn Johnson Awesome doctor and staff. Have had Dr Reams as my doctor several years and he has always been thorough, and really cares about the patient and what they are experiencing. Most of all, he never rushes through his time with you and always has much compassion for his patients. Very knowledgeable doctor, so his assessment and opinion are always can be relied upon, giving the opportunity to his patients that they are receiving the best care possible. His staff is equally as competent, friendly, kind, and professional. I never leave his office without all of my questions and concerns answered and managed.

Susie McRae I have been a patient of Dr St Cere for years. She listens, she cares and understands. The office is relaxed and the wait is usually not that long. I will continue to drive 2 hours each way to keep her as my doctor. She was also my mothers doctor and she was well cared for too!

Ashley Nicole I traveled from Texas and my son so happen to get sick on our vacation. Setting the appointment was a breeze. I came to the office, they were very quick to check us in and was called back less than 5 mins. My son was seen immediately and knew exactly what he suffers from and treated him appropriately. Davis dos Anjos Very communicative, kind, didn’t waste our time or make us feel trapped like you might at a hospital. I was able to get x-rays of my arm, talk to the doctor about results, receive a sling, and leave the urgent care within an hour and 15 minutes.

Kimberly Jackson It was worth the wait to get him established as my primary doctor. On my first visit he sat down and spoke to me about my history, my needs and possible avenues for care in the future. It was such a relief to have a doctor actually listen and not rush to the next pt. His staff was also very pleasant! The nurse who took my vitals made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Another great thing.. I didn’t have to wait! They took me back when scheduled which I appreciate so much! I’m so happy to have found a good doctor’s office in this city.

Average Joe I was supposed to get surgery on Monday but my original referral from Dr Karaman was expired. After calling 7 times over 2 weeks, everytime being answered by someone who sounded irritated to have to do their job and every time being told they’d get it done in time for the surgery, they didn’t do it and I couldn’t get the surgery. This is not meant to be positive feedback.

Jon Hart I called their office with a simple question following some routine bloodwork. Nothing that I felt was immediate, but just wanted some insight from Dr. Woodham to check if we needed to act on anything in the future. Their response was “She won’t call you back, and you’ll have to make another appointment if you have any questions”. I was shocked. I had just seen her 2 weeks prior. Do not visit this office if you expect them to take your health questions seriously. Do not expect any communication beyond paying $50 for an office visit every time you may have a question. Very unfortunate and concerning experience.

Callie Swartz As a new patient, I felt like I was "herded" through this appointment like a cow in a cattle shute. I was in and out in 15 minutes or would have been had I not insisted on time to finish filling out my "paperwork" while sitting in the checkout room after my evaluation by the MD! Staff snd MD were pleasant enough although if I had not had enough calmness to be able to ask questions, Im pretty sure I would have left very confused. Makes me wonder what the almighty hurry was all about and definitely like a customer and not a patient!

Barbara Hughes Staff did not know my history and didnt understand my need for urinalysis ASAP would not let me come and void a specimen at office. Also going to offer an appointment on March 25. I HAVE CANCER!!. I had a fit. I had reached my emotional and physical end I was on my way to office in a Uber when.I called to let them know I was on my way. Told if I was over 15min late, he would not be seen had to see him to get urinalysis. I told them I would wait They told me no. Thats when I lost it told them my hx and need for clearance from Dr C.Finally told I could come the next day. I explained to Dr C and he took me out to nurses desk. He introduced me and told them my situation. He reminded them to remember me. Next I have no problems with Dr C He saved me twice with sepsis due to kidney stones. I trust him and believe he will give me the best care. I try to be the southern lady but the older you get and you collect more problems some of the nice behavior is gone. I can apologize for my rant but at 80yrs old and taking of of myself I will speak up for myself. My ugly side will come out. Thats not how I want to behave. I only want to be heard and some understanding. I would go see Dr C if his office was a tent in a parking lot. I do believe the staff tries to follow his rules It was a bad day and and I was the worst..

Holly Corne My sons eye was swollen shut on a Sunday, so I looked online for a clinic opened. Emerald Coast Walk-in Clinic was open and had very good reviews, so I decided to make the 40 minute trip there. Their online registration is easy and fast tracks having to wait in office. I was in the waiting room no more than 20 minutes, and we were seen as soon as we were put in a room. The doctor was super nice and professional and was able to diagnose my son quickly. We were in and put and on our way home within 50 minutes which is heaven sent when you have a 6 month old that doesnt feel well. If we have a weekend sickness again, I will definitely be returning here.

Yvette Carbajal It was my first time visiting this office. It was clean and the front office staff was friendly. Yesterday was a very busy day and they seemed to be working with only one NP. Other than the long wait everything else was fine and my issue was taken care of. I didn’t catch the girl up fronts name but she had red hair and she was very upfront and let everyone in the lobby know how sorry they were about the wait times which was appreciated! Theresa Jones Every time I go to this office I have had great service. The front desk people are pleasant and the nurse who took me to the back for triage. It was very busy yesterday, but my wait time from the time I waited to go to the back was less than an hour. The doctor treated me for my illness and sent in my medications. I really like this clinic. I’ve seen a few of their drs and always been treated well. They are about 5 minutes from my house and with them open on the weekends it is great. I’ve gone here several times and now my son goes there also.

Shanna Sullivan I am a patient at EC Rheumatology. Today was the first time Ive been to their walk in clinic and I was thoroughly impressed! The check in ladies were very kind and professional. My wait time was short. All in, I was there maybe an hour. The nurse and PA Elizabeth, were very kind, helpful, informative and showed care for my illness. Best walk in experience Ive ever had!

Denny Campbell Rachael Arnett is the Nurse Practitioner and is very very good. She is very thorough and develops excellent treatment plans. Donna is the receptionist and also excellent at keeping all the scheduling and paperwork straight and we never have an issue. They have moved to a brand new office on Back Beach Road (Highway 98). My wife and I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.

MEGAN MURRAY I work very close to Gulf View Medical and I needed a new PCP. Honestly, I did not know what to expect, I have had many different PCPs in my life and just had one who cant even see me when I am sick so I am used to being treated like a number. However, at Gulf View Medical, I was immediately treated like a good friend or family member! After I completed my paperwork, I saw Rachel Arnett and I could not be happier! She is the most caring, outgoing and thorough primary care physician I have ever met! They even did a follow up call with me! Thank you so much Rachel, I have never been more pleasantly surprised!

Roseanna Grimsley We have been seeing doctors Derek and Jessica for a few years and they are just absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about them. So thankful we found them after trying a few other pediatricians in town. The nurses here are kind, patient, and gentle with my kids every time. I know my children are in good hands and are receiving top notch care at every visit. The office uses an app (Healow) which makes communication and scheduling appointments a breeze, be sure to ask about it at your next visit if you are not a fan of the call-center.

This office not only accepts our healthcare (when a lot do not) but they are amazing! All the staff are friendly and accommodating. The nurses and doctors go above and beyond what is expected of them! They are patient and kind. For my son, who has always feared doctor visits, this is a huge deal. A very special nurse has helped him get through his fear of shots and gone out of her way to make him comfortable and her patience is truly unmatched! Kayla Denise We see the P.A McKenna Devlin and love her ! She’s always very attentive during office visits. She listens to your concerns and takes any and all actions to ensure the wellbeing of our baby girl. This gives us a comforting sense that she takes everything into consideration. Lastly, she’s very warm and loving to our baby. She will snuggle her when our baby is upset and calm her down when we as parents may feel overwhelmed. I will always appreciate how she treated me postpartum as if she was my physician. Can’t say enough great things !!!

Devonna Mullis I have been with this office for a few years now. I have had zero issues until this year. Our primary care doctor Susan left and now we see a different doctor every time we go in. I absolutely loved Susan and McKenna is super sweet, however, you can no longer call the office. There is a call center who ask a ton of questions before making an appointment. I asked for medical records to change my sons school and its been 3 weeks and nothing. I got a call from a call center rep in regards to something completely unrelated. Its absolutely impossible dealing with them. You have to leave messages with a call center rep and expect a response and get nothing. I hate this is the route they chose to take because baldwin pediatrics was so much better before pediatric associates. The staff is absolutely wonderful when you actually get to speak with them and there is never much of a wait time. They did after hour appointments for a few months and discontinued which was beneficial for working parents. I give the staff 5 stars, but the call center would be 0. They are no help at all and as others have stated most of them do not speak English.

David Bodee My experience has been just fine with all the people theyre working there except for one she is the assistant to the doctor her name is takeisha shes very angry talks down to patience has a bad attitude She should be retrained or eliminated from the job fire that is nobody with cancer needs to be treated like she treats her patients we have enough problems with issues with all involved I dont know if she doesnt like white men but she sure comes off that way otherwise its a great place to go to everybody else has been great to me except for the one takisha

Heather Wright Feeling a little under the weather today I went and got some fluids in IV Therapy from Nations Best Family Health Care. They made it so super easy to go and get checked out and hooked me right up to an IV that gave me lots of vitamins and immunity boost! I so needed that. Headache is completely gone and I’m feeling super hydrated. Thank you to all the staff and the providers that were so sweet and caring. They made me super comfortable and it was actually quite relaxing. Go see them for some IV Therapy!

Ron Grattan I recently found myself in a bad situation where I needed a new primary care physician. If you havent tried to do that here in Panama City, its really difficult to find someone taking on new patients. The beautiful people at Nations Best have been most accommodating and welcoming. It took me 4 years to find a primary care doctor to stick with, and now that I have, I won’t be changing again. Jonah Walker My recent visit to this doctors office was a nightmare from start to finish. Not only did they fail to implement basic Covid safety measures, but the nurses were also incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the doctor I saw was shockingly rude and insulting. Whats even more concerning is that I later learned that all of their staff were home with Covid, yet they continued to operate without informing patients of the risks. This level of negligence and disrespect for patient safety is utterly unacceptable. Avoid this place like the plague—literally.

John Gorman I have the highest respect and admiration for Dr. Caspary. I have been Dr Casparys patient for many years now and he has always treated me with respect and concern. I have rare conditions besides E.N.T. and it amazes me how Dr Caspary knows about all of them. I have been to many Dr.s over the years from Mayo, Oschner, Penn University, UAB and USF and i rank Dr. Caspary as one of the most friendly and knowledgeable of them all. It is very difficult to find a Dr like him and i feel very blessed . I cannot say this of other Dr.s in this area and I have been to most. Thank you Dr. Caspary

Caitlin Niquet I couldn’t say better things about this practice. The receptionists Leah & Amanda go ABOVE & beyond for patients. Dr. Patel is an amazing psychiatrist, he ensures that you feel acknowledged. BUT, Dr. Patel is EXTREMELY LUCKY to have such an amazing receptionist. Ms. Leah was an angel sent directly from the good lord himself. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. If you’re reading this Dr. Patel, Leah & Amanda truly deserves a raise. I pray that you reward her for how much of a positive impact she contributes to your practice.

Alana Tiller I saw Dr. Patel for probably around 10 years and loved him. He was always very sweet...and understanding if my child had to come with me. After some staff changes I was treated pretty poorly--not by him. My prescriptions took 3 trips to fix and my job nearly fired me for having to make the trips, among fixing other issues. When I left an upset voice-mail his wife ended up getting on the phone and basically told me not to return. I cant even get past them to let him know what happened.

Kara Bradley I wasted four days attempting to make an appointment with Dr. Patels office before finding out he was not accepting new patients. First, as a Blue Cross/Blue Shield provider, Dr. Patel is listed on the BCBS website as accepting new patients. Several calls were made to his office Monday morning before finally getting through to voicemail, which indicated a 48-72 delay to return phone calls. I left a message but never got a call back. After waiting 72 hours I called back Thursday morning only to be informed they were not accepting new patients. It is very inconsiderate to not include this information on voicemail when informing callers to expect a 2-3 day delay in a callback. They should also notify any affiliated insurance providers they are not accepting new patients, especially since this office is unable to return phone calls from patients needing care in a timely manner.

Alyssa Bryden Just had surgery on 03/07/2024 and let me just say how amazing the experience was. The two girls working with me in Pre-op were so sweet and caring! Definitely made the scary surgery I was having an easy breeze. The recovery nurses (though I don’t remember that much) were also amazing and caring (from what I do remember from them and what my spouse told me). Medsurg nurses were amazing too! One of the cleanest hospitals I have ever been to. The staff was amazing all across departments. The hospital food was amazing (considering it was hospital I give it a 8.5/10) never in my life have I ever been treated with this much respect at a hospital. I 100% recommend this hospital if you are having a surgery.

Paul Barker On 11/2/24 a medical emergency caused me to be taken to Doctors Memorial Hospital (DMH) in Bonifay to be stabilized before being transferred to a larger hospital. The ER PA and staff took great care of me, properly diagnosed the cause of the emergency, and got me on my way to recovery. Jimmy and the nurses, the CT technician, and everyone else involved: THANK YOU for your outstanding care.

Mrs JoAnn Baker I just wanted to brag on Christina at the front desk, the nurses Charlie, Amy, and Alisa, Bobby in radiology, and James Sellers DNP- hands down the best care and service we have ever seen! They took a scary situation and made it a walk in the park for our daughter Isabelle! Best hospital out there yall! Hands down! 5 stars!

Ronald Jamison Went to the ED after my Achilles tendon popped. James Sellers, PA, was very thorough, quick to diagnosis and effectively recommended my best next steps. All the ED and radiology staff were friendly, caring and compassionate. I could not have asked for better treatment and would highly recommend DMH.

Stephen Goodson The ER doc at the time Mcready is a joke to the medical community. This man is lazy and he’s extremely rude and this is the only medical facility I’ve seen where the doc is escorted by two “police officers” which means they are really cautious or he’s that rude to the point of conflict with patients or patients families all the other personnel were exceptional.

Tom Britton Today 3/10/25. Was an amazing day for me. I had oral surgery that has been many years in the making after this experience I truly believe these people were put in front of me by God himself. The entire staff is made up of a group that is second to none. Very professional, very compassionate and a pleasure to be in their hands. I had 9 teeth left in my mouth that were affecting my health and needed to be removed. Needless to say I raised 3 children and their dental needs were much more important than mine so when I had problems I would just go get and extraction and get back to work. Well the kids are all grown now and Im finally able to make the journey to a better smile. So to make a long story short, Dr Claussen and his staff are the best Ive ever encountered and Ive been thru the ringer with this never being able to get the job done unfortunately. Im writing this post surgery. After the novacaine has worn off and the anesthesia Im completely coherent. I have no swelling, no pain and i feel better than I have in years! Thank you Dr.Claussen! To me, you and your staff are truly a gift from God. ❤️

Stephanie Vannoy My 8 year old had her first surgery and was super nervous. Every single person we came in contact with from Check-In to the surgeon to post-op recovery was amazing with her. I especially liked that they didnt speak to her as if her fear was just being dramatic. They took it seriously and talked her through the process. The nurses were also very attentive to our needs in Post-Op. All I did on 2 occasions was stand up or move around and a nurse would be there to check on her within minutes.
