Elizabeth Rachelle Dr. Moore, his staff, and WFH were fantastic! Once I got the referral from my primary doctor I was seen at Dr Moores office a week later and scheduled for surgery 4 days later. The morning of surgery I was super nervous! It may have been a small procedure but it was my first so my nerves were on edge! The staff were fantastic. They answered all of my questions and took a couple minutes to calm me down. Everyone genuinely treated me like they cared I was their patient. Dr. Moore came in the morning of surgery to go over everything one last time. He was very friendly yet confident it was going to be a good morning. He even laughed at some of my corny jokes which made me feel a lot better about the procedure. I am 4 days post-op now and healing well. The scars look great and the pain is manageable! I would highly recommend doctor more, his staff, and West Florida Hospital to anyone looking to have a surgical procedure done!!!

Billy G Howard Jr I met with Dr. Dial and his staff on a referral ti have my gallbladder removed. I was treated great from the time I arrived and felt very informed and confident with my choice. Dr. Dial took the time to explain the steps if the surgery as well as the risks. My fears were erased after his explanation and I trusted his expertise. 4 days later I had my gallbladder removed and again Dr. Dial thoroughly explained beforehand the procedure as well as afterwards when he talked to me and my family. I hope I dont ever have to use him again but if the need to have another surgery arises I will surely be contacting his office. His nursing staff and all who assisted him in this ordeal were top notch professionals...

Debra Bernatovich Dr. Dial and his staff are the most courteous and they are sincere about what the patient has to say. They listen to there patients and accommodate to them if they are able to. Dr. Dial has a wonderful bedside manner and a great sense of humor. He makes you feel safe and lets you know exactly what he will be doing and after a procedure he lets you know exactly what went on in the operating room. He actually lets you know when he will not be there and who will be taking his rounds and both of the surgeons that cover for him are excellent and know what they are doing. I would go to Dr. Dial for all my procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Dial to be your surgeon and his staff is just a great pleasure to communicate with and they know what they are doing.

Before this hospital, Doctors would send patients with serious cases as far away as New Orleans for complicated procedures not available in Pensacola I found some info Tower East Group Inc. purchased the property to preserve the historic hospital for the future and has been restoring and renovating this Late Gothic Revival landmark since March 1980.

Sarah Willhelm Would give zero stars if I could. I pre booked my next appointment when leaving my last one, today 1/20/2025 at 10:40 A.M was supposed to be my appointment. I am a small business owner and keep a tight schedule, I have had this appointment booked for 6 months. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to a full parking lot, walk upstairs and they are closed. I check my patient portal and my appointment has been changed to 2/4/2025 at 3:15. No call to say “we apologize for scheduling you on a day we are closed, can we reschedule your appointment?” They just did it with no notice whatsoever. To make matters worse. I had messaged Dr.Wilson with a medical question 10 days ago, also mentioning my appointment scheduled for today 1/20, so I’m assuming she saw that and realized it was a holiday and had someone reschedule my appointment, ultimately without confirming with me. Extremely unprofessional and I will not be back.

Tressia Harman Dr Wilson is a very happy and great doctor. I went for my yearly check up. As soon as she came in she was very welcoming and wanted to know I was doing. Then she asked what kind of music I liked, when I told her she had Alexis and asked it to play 70s country music ( it was low so we could hear each talk). She then uploaded my chart, then she discussed ever6. She proceeded to look at all the the Mri, ct scans and blood work. She looked at me and told me she wanted me to have everything done again. She is a great doctor, very courteous and very caring. I highly recommend her.

After seeing numerous specialists since the year 2015 for my consistent knee pain and elevated labs with no answers this doctor actually took the time to review all my records and was able to diagnosed me on the first visit! I can finally say after being on the right medication for a year now I have normal labs and I am pain free! Jackie Ogren One receptionist, who I’ve had check me in before is not friendly. Dr. Dabezies was nice, but with my previous experience, it takes weeks to get an authorization request to Touchstone for imaging. In the meantime I am home with hip pain waiting.

Daxx Helton I’m having a total hip replacement with Dr Morrison next week. I finally got to talk with him during my pre op appointment. My pain management Dr told me that I was in good hands, that Dr Morrison was one of the best. I’m 44 , and I’m not going to lie the anticipation of this surgery, had me feeling some type of way, but after speaking with him, I was sold. Very professional, but down to earth. I asked him how long did he think the surgery would last, and he responded “usually an hour to an hour and a half”. And in so many words that he didn’t like to rush things that he was a perfectionist. Those weren’t his, but I knew what he meant.

Stephen Bell This the most professional medical office I have ever been in, top to bottom! Dr Morrison did a full knee replacement surgery six years ago. Now I am having a hip replacement. There is nobody else I would choose.

Michelle Pearson I’ve been a patient here since 2013 and have never waited an hour for a routine checkup. Poor time management but could hear all the nurse’s having a good time laughing and cutting up. You tell us to be on time or a little early but I guess our time is not valuable and can be seated in a room for an hour past our appointment time. DO BETTER

Then the doctor comes in and listens to your concerns followed by just the right questions. Now you know things are going to get better. You feel like you are in good hands. Trust me you are. Jessica Shaw Update 9/2022: I will say that I was seen by the physician the last few appointments and he has been excellent! He has listened to all my concerns and was very through with my testing to find out what was wrong and the appropriate treatment plan. I am very happy with my cardiologist there and the staff. Original: I feel like because I am a younger woman than they are used to seeing, I was completely disregarded and basically told Im young without hearing my concerns. My test were ordered after I repeated that this isnt normal for me. I cannot switch doctors right now due to nowhere else having openings, but I will definitely not recommend anyone under the age of 50 to go there wanting to be listened to about their concerns of their own well being.

Randy McGilberry Checked in and waited about 10-15 minutes. Tech came and got me and weighed me. Walked me to a room. She then checked my blood pressure and then ran an electrocardiography on me. Asked me to sit in my chair. She told me my heart rate was 59 and then told me the doctor would be in momentarily. That was about 11:45. At 12:20 I opened my door and asked a nurse if Doctor Sen forgot me. She called him a a couple of minutes later he came in. We discussed how I felt and if I had any soreness in my chest or felt any additional palpating. I responded no. He said I was having some minor extra beat every now and again as indicated on the printout. I took a photo of it. He the told me he might run a stress test on and then mentioned a me having an ultrasound and I told him I had that done. He went to his office to verify it and came back to confirm that I did. He then suggested he set up an echocardiogram (surgical procedure) to check for blockage. I again reminded him that I had already done that. He went to his office to verify it and came back to confirm I was right. We talked a couple of minutes and he scheduled me for a six month checkup. He was not prepared to see me, did not review my records and was having to be told by me of the events of my case. This is not what I expect to happen with my doctor in my visit. I was not very impressed with his current knowledge which led me to believe I was forgotten about. I cannot rate this visit well at all

Donna Mogle I was not impressed with Dr. Dial. He was very cold and distant. He came in the room with two people following him. No introductions are explanation as to why they were there. Proceeded to tell me my tumor was not where I had been told. No explanation, again. Just “trust me, I’m know better” attitude. As I had not had a Pet scan, which I had no idea I would need, he wouldn’t go any farther discussing treatment. I went to another doctor for a second opinion and it was like night and day. This doctor came in and explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered. That did not happen with Dr. Dial.

Mark Boughton I liked Dr Dial . He seemed like a down to earth kinda guy . Explained a lot about the port placement procedure along with the canned warnings that come with any surgical procedure . All in all I liked him

Abigail Legear My Doctor was great but office communication has been a NIGHTMARE! I was sick for my annual in Dec 2023 so I scheduled it for February. When I got to the morning appointment I was told that the time had been changed to the afternoon without my knowledge and I would have to reschedule. When I called to reschedule I was told I had to take an appointment date that I could not attend (July 2024) JUST until they found me a different one or my medication would be stopped. I reminded the office closer to time that I would not be at this appointment and we would have to reschedule once again if we could not get a different day. The day of the “appointment” I received a ugly phone call stating that I was being “dropped as a patient, my medication had been stopped and my medical wellness was no longer my Doctors concern” due to my 2 “no call no show” appointments!!!! I reacted as expected, reminded them of the situation and stated how uncalled for it was for be to be lectured. They apologized and rescheduled me for February 2025. I received a notice the WEEK before that my doctor was retiring and I would have to stop my medication until I see a new doctor in June of 2025.

Patrick Dwyer The doctors are good at their job but terrible about talking to us patients as an equal. I dont need fear tactics, telling me Im going to die if I dont do x. The billing is criminal. They did not notify me at my last appointment this year that I had missed a previous payment and immediately sent that to collections, negatively affecting my credit score because they cant be bothered to talk to me about a billing error, whether it was my fault or theirs.

Steven McCormick Although I believe Dr Tan is a great surgeon and did well resolving my issue some of her staff are atrocious. I’ve never felt so belittled and minimized by a surgeon’s office staff. I felt like Dr Tan was caring and compassionate but her gatekeeper PA Candy, on the other hand, was quite the opposite. Each interaction I had with her was strange to say the least. Even the recovery staff at the hospital agreed with me and couldn’t understand what was going on with her attitude. Almost as if she had some sort of chip on her shoulder or personal issue with me. I’ve had several surgeries in my lifetime and have never been treated this way before. It’s pretty bad when you have to get the office manger involved multiple times to get help with resolving issues that some of the other staff won’t help you with for whatever reason. I truly hope I never require the services of this office or facility again and will be sure to go elsewhere at all costs. They seriously need to look at their staff to figure out why they can’t be a little more compassionate and understanding. Rather than jump to some sort of preconceived conclusions and be so dismissive of how someone feels. The patient should have the say when it comes to whether or not they are fully healed versus being told flat out that you are completely and totally at 100 percent. This is by far the strangest interaction I’ve ever had with medical professionals.

Cynthia Ellis I was there for outpatient, partial Mastectomy surgery with Dr. Dial. Patient registration was a tad slow with only one poor lady to check you in. In the end, not a big deal as I’m sure there were a lot of late/non-on time arrivals. All the staff were so friendly (even though I was not as friendly as I was starving, had a headache and very anxious for my surgery). The staff, nurses and doctors were all kind and understanding. My anesthesiologist nurse ’Vic’ was so kind and tried very hard to make us laugh in an non-laughable situation. He was very comforting to have by my side as he whisked me off to sleep for my procedure. A very pleasant experience over all considering my circumstances. They all kept my husband informed at all times throughout my surgery. I was very pleased with the service I received from West Florida Hospital. I have had 3 surgeries, this was my 4th and I’ve never had a good experience such as the one at West Florida. Mochabarbie1977 I have been seeing my doctor at this location for over 10 years- with no major issues. However The horrible and insensitive treatment by the temporary office manager- Avia Thomas, and medical assistant “Dominique” was absolutely atrocious- before meeting with my doctor. Individuals who have no decency, tact, or professionalism will turn patients and customers away. I am so grateful that I have a wonderful doctor, and after voicing my concern’s directly with him- I did feel much better. I hope that these so called employees received discipline and better yet- they need to be terminated from their positions. Unprofessional demeanor and ghetto attitudes have no place in a respectable Business. I will be back- because these people were temporarily working in the office.

I feel heard and her answers to all of my concerns while properly diagnosing my issues have turned my life around. In addition, she has recommended other proper physicians for issues which need attention. In the course of conversations with others, I’ve also discovered she is held in high regard with others who she has seen as a patient. Dr. DeCampo is absolutely amazing and I can recommend her to anyone.

Shauna Lehigh The entire staff is amazing. Always polite, helpful and put my health first. Dr. D is always amazing and never treats you as a bother. Asks about your life and doesn’t see you as just a patient. I will always entrust her with my care.

Denise Hayes She and her staff make you feel welcomed. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, brutally honest and doesn’t have the infamous “God complex” a lot of doctors have. I highly recommend her.

James Hampton I am told that Dr De Campos is a great surgeon but hitting an hour and fifteen minutes wait time for a scheduled appointment is ridiculous. She was pretty thorough in initial appointment and thats great, but if I showed up an hour plus late to an appointment they would cancel it and bill me for the wasted time. If she takes an hour per patient that fine but dont schedule in 15 minutes windows.

Dawn Woerner Awesome job Dr. Decampos did on my daughters knee!! Prior to this she had a lateral release done by a different dr that didn’t need to be done that caused her joints to be very loose. She was in such bad pain and couldn’t do everyday normal kid things. After her surgery on May 1st she has been doing great!!! Physical therapy is going great and you can tell my daughter is a completely different person since she had been out of pain!! I can’t thank Dr. Decampos enough for giving me my child back!!!!

Susan Holmes Ive been a patient with this practice for quite awhile and I appreciate the care, and honesty, I receive from Ms Angle and the care team! They know their patients and they care about their health! I continue going because I need honest accountability, and encouragement, so I dont return to my 354 lbs! I didnt have the surgery; I wanted to try and do it myself with GODS GRACE and this practice and help! After 8 major operations since "2024" I have been encouraged and directed when I need to rest! Ms. Angle actually discovered I had health issues I wasnt aware of; thanks to my morbid obesity! A thorough exam and a scan and MRI detected cervical and lumbar issues that required attention! You never know whats going on with your own body and if you have concerns then come here! You get care and respect...now...send me questionnaires about other practices in my medical records... I could give you some interesting information..BTW...let Neurosurgery know, after 3 contacts with them, I never got that referral! Send me a questionnaire about them... Id love to explain why Baptist Hospital will be the hospital I choose to have my next cervical/lumbar surgery!

Mary Ann Ranck Our experience has been filled with disorganization and carelessness in handling my spouses referrals and medication management. The incompetence coupled with the lack of communication had made getting quality care relatively difficult. Staff needs to be better trained and the physicians should be staying on top of their case management. I should not have to chase the referral team and be told inaccurate or differing information each time we call. You’re doing patients a disservice and it is neglectful to cause lapses in care because staff cannot properly fill out paperwork or do so in a timely fashion.

Rene Abel My mom felll while visiting my sister and had two compression fractures and while they were dealing with this we found out she has cancer . It took us 6 months to get her well enough with her immune therapy to get home. Just enough time to get reestablished with Sam Tracy so we can hurry and get her immune therapy restarted again here as well as treating acute bed sores and establishing her home health for rehab as well...I begged them for 6 days to please fax over the paper so home health could help her . The staff continued to tell me that everybody was always on lunch break who I needed to speak to . Even at 2:00pm management on lunch break.when that was said I asked for her name and then she said that the managers light is o. So she will get her .Then they said the orders were on Sam’s desk just waiting for her to send . Finally I messaged management in the main hospital and at that point I help. Don’t ever take your elderly to this facility. I was told prior by a home health facility that specific facility will delay everything and they were right. I had to make my own doctor appointment for my mom to see a counselor doctor. And they never message back for that appointment and my mom has cancer.

Departmentofdefense Michael Kasiban is one of the best Doctors Ive ever been to. He listens, he cares, and hes compassionate. He has the best beside manner Ive ever seen. Thank you Dr for your old school caring. They sure dont make Drs like you anymore. The staff is great as well. Thank you all!!

Dawn Greenberg We didn’t wait long in the waiting room at all and we also didn’t wait long to see the NP. She was fantastic and really listened to my son and was thorough with her treatment. She also was able to get me paperwork that was desperately needed so fast when the other Dr we saw almost a month ago has failed to do. I also appreciate that they have good appointment availability so if there is an issue with my sons health, the ER or urgent care isn’t the only option. I’m so glad we found this office and level of care!

Sara Dean Dr. Kasabian, as well as any other staff I have dealt with at this location, are quick and efficient. I would not say personable but nice enough. I did not appreciate waiting nearly an hour for an appointment made a year ago but once I got to a room, I spent 5 minutes, tops, with the assistant and Dr. I was there for an annual exam but felt so rushed that I didnt mention any questions or concerns I wanted to talk about. I only go here for a job related annual exam so I probably wont go through the effort to locate another primary care doctor but I hope to have a better experience next year.

Annette Hanes One of my boys had a cut that would not stop bleeding. The receptionist was quick to alert the Dr/Nurse to the situation. They had him bandaged up properly and quickly. Thankful for their quick response time as it calmed us all down. Definitely would go there again.

A Page I had a great experience at the urgent care center. The staff was professional, calm, and efficient, making the visit smooth and stress-free. I was seen quickly, and the care I received was thorough and helpful. Highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of urgent medical attention!

KD Bug I went on Monday for a potential UTI. My office test came back negative. They still prescribed antibiotics and said the culture would come back from the lab in 3 days. I said I wanted to wait to take antibiotics until they confirm I had an infection. I called three days later to see if my results were in. The guy who answered said they were and said he could send them to my email. I asked if he could share the results, he said he wasnt allowed to discuss over the phone. Weird. Then I read the results, and it wasnt clear based on my chart. I did notice however they said I had symptoms I specifically said I did not have, and they stated very specific things appeared normal on physical exam. I did not get a physical exam. The doctor was in and out in 30 seconds to tell me it was normal, and I could pick up my prescription at pharmacy for an infection where the test came back normal. lol. I called back and asked if someone could help me interpret the results so I know if I should take the antibiotics. They then said that my sample had never been sent off to the lab. I am just sharing my experience so the management can fix these issues. I will not be returning or recommending the clinic to anyone. It seems like an insurance racquet with no health "care" involved. I had to make another appointment with a new clinic today to see if they can actually confirm if I have the infection or not. They did say I could drop off a sample today and they would send it off but at this point I dont trust they will actually do it.
