Cait Davis I have seen a lot of doctors in my lifetime, and Dr. Cody is by FAR the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with! He is my entire familys doctor (infant twins, toddler, husband and I) and I can truly say he cares about each person as a whole- you are not just a "number" to him. He never makes you feel silly for asking questions, does not rush you, and is extremely knowledgeable. He has consistently always put my worries at ease, and I am so incredibly thankful to have found him! This also goes for the entire staff and operation of the office-outstanding practice!! Thank you Dr. Cody for making such a difference in our lives!

Svetlana Pevnitskaya I had very good experience with this office/doctor for several years however a later development suggested he (and his office) may not be transparent, fully honest and direct with a patient.
I have left a review with details in the past but it has been removed.
Here is the summary of my impression from that visit. On December 28, 2020, I had an appointment with Dr. C. VanLandingham (CVL), who was my primary at the time, to consult regarding that it appeared a local specialist (in cardiology) left a false damaging record after my extensive complaints about that specialist following a procedure. Moreover, to consult on that it appeared that in violation of HIPPA the full record was withheld from me. The facts since have shown that I was correct in my independent assessment. CVL however was apparently not "working for me." It appears (as indicated in the bottom of this) that he allowed observation by a third party in his office/lobby without disclosing to me. Similarly, without disclosure and based not on mine, his patients, but on third party request, CVL started questioning me without informing me that he was asked to sign a paperwork to be used in legal proceedings. There should be no circumstances in my opinion when the primary care doc hides from the patient that he is doing evaluations, moreover, evaluation requested by someone else, and does it when the patient comes with expectation of full privacy, trust, and confidentiality. I was shocked by what was going on during that December 2020 appointment and was fully aware albeit completely stunned, shocked, and numbed by it. It was surreal to see during that appointment and and also what is was like to be disregarded, treated as if I was not there as a human who has a say, to see my rights being hijacked. It appears CVL might have been mislead as he seemed to backtrack in later communications with me and indicated that the information he was given at the time was incomplete, but it was too late at that point. He may never do it again, to other patients, perhaps particularly due to my story, but it does appear that it was HIS signature that was used by a third party (possibly FSU PD or related authority) to start proceedings to destroy my rights *behind my back* in violation of human rights.
Addition: in my previous review, and also now, I hesitated whether to include the following. During that conversation in 2020, CVL said that if I were to drop looking into it now (getting my full records), then nobody would find what happened except if I get life insurance. He might have thought that I saw the record. But since I was not given my full record, that phrase was stunning and surreal. Not only has it confirmed that I was right regarding false damaging info that was concealed, it indicated things that were severe, and that instead of encouraging me to resolve them and get to the bottom of it, I was told by CVL not to. Wow. Of course I had to find out what happened given all this, and indeed it lead to my loss of rights and its the horrific impacts. Being a very private person, it is unbelievable for me to write this, but I am not given other platform to communicate directly.
Another addition: on January 14, 2019, I had an appointment with CVL. There was a couple sitting directly in front of me on a couch in the lobby, male and pregnant female, and the thing that caught my attention was their lack of talking and of body contact (in fact sitting at some distance), and that they seemed to look at me. I didnt think much of it and continued with my phone without even looking at their faces. They were called and surprisingly left just a few minutes afterwards while I was still waiting. This time I did look at their faces and was surprised to recognize Heather Costa-Barrow of FSU Police who I talked with just about a month prior when I was a witness to an on-campus incident. As I was about to smile and say "hi" she looked directly at me with what seemed like anger or hate and passed by without hello. In hindsight I wonder whether that was part of FSU PD investigation of me

Tara L Dr. Cody VanLandingham is the best physician with whom I have ever worked. He has always believed me and worked tirelessly to find answers, referring me to excellent specialists when they were better equipped to treat my symptoms. Thanks to him, I have a diagnosis and appropriate treatment and feel better today than I have in years.

Kyle Hawkins 1 year update: Still love this physician, his office staff are fantastic as well! Wait time was only bad the first time i went, ever since appointments have gone relatively quickly.
My appointment took longer than I had hoped as I had to wait for the doctor for a bit. Despite that this is the single best appointment I have ever had with any doctor. Dr. Vanlandingham is very good at describing the conditions you have and the treatment he suggests as well as the expected outcome of the treatment. He even goes into detail about how he will proceed if the treatment isnt effective.
He seems to be quite thorough, is very good at instilling a sense of ease and confidence in you, and his entire office seems well run and is filled with pleasant people.
I have never felt as good about a doctors visit as I have with my visit to Dr. Vanlandingham. I am so happy I chose him as my primary care physician.
TLDR: Wait time is a bit long, but the quality of service is superb. Best doctor I have ever been to.
