Tessa Archie My gallbladder surgery went well except that I did not see the doctor at all after the surgery and he used traditional sutures which I had asked him not to use. Then they failed to completely remove the sutures. I have had appendix surgery prior and the surgeon used a different method which did not leave any scars, and this surgeon actually saw me after the surgery. 1. Dr Parra-Davila did not explain to me why he had to use external sutures. 2. When I discovered that they did not remove all the sutures 1 year later, they wanted me to pay them again to do it and an argument ensued. I walked out because I don’t trust them to take care of me. I prefer to pay someone else to handle the issue that they caused.

Nicholas Utton This is just a glorified upscale emergency room with a high annual cost. You still have to have a regular general practitioner to do annual reviews and prescribe medication. The cost for in house X-rays or MRI is excessive and much higher than hospitals etc. Net net my wife and signed up for a year and quickly left.

Tali Tadmor Dr. Shustik is hands-down the best medical doctor I have seen in my 45 years of life! His demeanor and bed-side manner is calm, positive, thorough, attentive, flexible, and personal. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed and asked me questions about my recreational life (which no doctor has ever done before!). We also discussed vitamin supplements to address some life phase events and he made recommendations as to what I need. I find that doctors usually are distracted or rushed when visiting their patients, but not with Dr. Shustik. I had the sense that this doctor REALLY cared about my whole being and not just the fact that I just needed a physical exam and some other work done. Additionally, I could tell that Dr. Shustik is fully dedicated to his patients and he becomes so involved that he makes home visits as well! I never have to wait for appointments because he will take you that day if you need it. In addition, the fact that his staff is very friendly and welcoming shows his dedication to his patient satisfaction. It’s actually more like having medical attention in the comfort of a home and not a typical foctor’s office ! I definitely recommend this practice to anyone that values their health and wants a doctor that’s holistic, empowering, and a true team player!

Briggs Coleman Dr. Shushtik has to be one of the most caring human beings I have come across. My husband and I were out of town, when my youngest daughter broke her arm. Our pediatrician never called us back, with being out of town and trying to get home to her, my nerves were shot and I was extremely annoyed to say the least ,when I never heard back from who was our pediatrician at the time ... my husband and I decided to call our doctor, and see what he recommended till we got home. Our doctor recommended calling Dr. Shushtik. Within an hour or so; he meet my daughter ( and nanny) at the nearest hospital to represent us as a pediatric doctor and as a parent. He went to help my daughter without hesitantion, without us being his clients, and without us knowing anything about each other. He acted as a caring human being and as a parent himself. The thing that also drew us to him ; was that he wasn’t aggressive with prescribing mediation or combing all the vaccinations that growing children need.He believes in looking at the whole picture, prescribing what is needed and when as opposed to; a protocol to what is needed just because your child has reached a certain age. My husband and I also appreciate that he is a Father, with older children he himself has been were we are with our younger children. His nurse Danielle is soft spoken, gentle, patient and extremely kind as well... she is also a Mother to growing children... they are an inspirational, inpeciable and highly intelligent team. It is priceless as a parent to have complete confidence and one hundred percent trust in your pediatrician and his team. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our new Doctor!!!

Aiyana Sugerman Review is 100% for the office manager and staff. Never got to see the doctor. I’ve never been treated with such unprofessionalism and rudeness at a doctors office in my life. I had researched Dr. Renanit Barron and was super excited to see her. I even cancelled other appointments and waited longer just to see her in hopes of getting some major issues addressed. I moved my entire work day around and delayed leaving town this weekend just to see her. The office called me to confirm my appointment with her not once but several times this past week which I thought was weird. Each time I said yes and reiterated my question that I was confirming Dr. Renanit at the West Palm Beach office to which I was told yes. Upon arriving today, I was told that I’d now be seeing a Dr. Cindy. I was super confused and asked where Dr. Renanit was and was told she was not at the office today. I expressed to the gentleman at the front office that I had specifically requested Dr. Renate and was confirmed that I would see her and asked why nobody called to tell me if she wasn’t in today and he said he doesn’t know and that all new patients go to see this other doctor. That’s not OK with me. If I schedule an appointment specifically with a doctor that I researched, then that’s the doctor I expect to see. I don’t know any other office where you go and they confirm you’re gonna see a specific doctor and they give you a different doctor of the day of and tell you tough that’s how it is. The front office person then told me let me see if I can get you into the Jupiter office today to see Dr. Renee and walked out of the room to speak on his cell phone privately. Then he came into the waiting room with his cell phone and handed it over to me saying this is the office manager. When she got on the phone she was like what can I do for you? And I was like “what do you mean what can you do for me? I was just told you were trying to fit me into the Jupiter office today”. She then proceeds to tell me that she’s not gonna talk until I’m done talking which I thought was a weird comment. She then tells me that the office policy is that they absolutely do not promise you get to see a doctor if you show up to the office when you schedule an appointment. I asked her for clarification on what she was saying… Was she saying that people can schedule appointments show up and no doctors there and they are not liable for notifying you? Or she saying that the specific doctor you request to see is not guaranteed to be there? I was in disbelief at her rude response. She literally had the nerve to say “I don’t know why you’re not understanding this. I can’t control how your brain works but listen to me. I’m gonna tell you one more time. I don’t think this office is for you and we don’t promise people get to see doctors.” I told her I thought it was very rude. I’ve never been spoken to you this way and she reiterated once again that this office wasn’t for me. I was then given my money back. No apology for anything. No apology that I wasn’t notified. My doctor wouldn’t be there or that they had another doctor. I could potentially see and explain who this new doctor is to see if I’d even be interested in seeing the other doctor. I’m so utterly upset with this situation right now. This is my health that I’m dealing with. And to finally find a doctor you think can help you find answers to heal and get better and only to have their office manager in office. Staff be so rude and prevent that from happening is disgusting and unacceptable. And as I am writing this from my car, the front office gentleman, who was part of this, is pacing between my car and the other cars in the parking lot smoking a cigarette with his pants sagging. Not a good professional behavior or look. He’s not even paying attention to who’s watching or near him.

Joann Mattessich I recently had the opportunity to visit HSS Florida in West Palm Beach for orthopedic care and physical therapy, and I cannot say enough good things about this facility. I had great experiences with physicians, Dr. Summers and Dr. Davenport. From my initial consultation to follow-up visits, the doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options as I have an extensive medical history. Their expertise and bedside manner are unmatched. I felt confident and well-cared for throughout the entire process. They were attentive to all my questions, making the experience stress-free. I was prescribed physical therapy and the team on the 2ndfloor is very welcoming and warm. Toni at the front desk, always greets me with a smile and is helpful in scheduling my future appointments. All the therapists are knowledgeable, encouraging and genuinely invested in my recovery. The equipment is state-of-the-art and the environment is very open and clean. Michael Theodore Well, with over 40 years of off and on lower back issues, I realize that there are many good Orthopedic Doctors out there; however, there has to be a best one, and with that thought in mind, I would have to say, I feel Dr. Davenport at HSS Florida, may well be the best, or, at the least, among the best! Dr. Davenport was recommended to me by a couple of friends, both former professional athletes in different fields, who were among Dr. Davenport’s patients, and they, both, told me how excellent she was in administering their care. I am just glad that they did. I was impressed with her professionalism, demeanor, expertise, and patient centered attitude during my first visit to one of her patients’ rooms. After examining my x-ray, and doing some manipulations, she diagnosed my problem, and to my relief, said with pretty much certainty that after several weeks of rehab, at one of her recommended physical rehab treatment clinics, I should be fine. And, my only regret is that I did not see her four or five months earlier, and I, then, could have slept at without be awakened by the pain, almost every night. It has been several weeks now in rehab, and the pain is gone and I am golfing, once again. In my follow up exam, she was pleased over my progress, and gave me advice to be proactive and keep up with my newly learned exercises. I feel real good and fortunate that I can call Dr. Davenport, my Orthopedic Doctor!

Wood Jami They charge you for everything. They made me pay 3 copays this week to be seen, then get labs done, then again to get the results. They did not tell me the labs would be another copay. For something that is for low income/uninsured people, it’s ridiculous to expect 3 copays in 1 week.

Starri Orelue This office is horrible. I went for birth control at my initial visit and left with a request for an ENT, a throat X-ray request at another place and a full lab blood work up at a third place all to waste my time coming back to tell me my health is fine. So I had to go back and get the birth control. Then I set up the portal to access my tests and see they falsified documentation. Saying we discussed things that were never talked about like eating healthy and weight control? This is crazy. Then my third attempt to call this place a doctors office I called informing them I’ve been I’ll for a week and wanted to see if I can be fit in the schedule today and the operator didn’t understand English, didn’t speak English well, and told me he found me a spot a week out!!! This place is horrible from operators, doctors, and front desk. I just want what I asked for Jesus. And they keep screwing it up.

J. Bayliss LONG STORY SHORT: Terrible bedside manner. To find a doctor that cares go elsewhere. My personal reasons are below. 1.Waited in the exam room, nude in a smock for 55 mins waiting on the doctor 2. Was not able to do the blood work I originally scheduled the appointment for because the lab closed during my wait the exam room. 3. In between mammogram and ulta sound I waited in a hallway, in a smock, with everyone and their husbands walking by. 4. The follow up screening results for breast cancer were posted on a portal. The summary reports used terms like “abnormal”“discuss with your physician as soon as possible”, “category 4, serious.” I’ve been calling since the posting on 3/07, today is 3/12… almost a week later and still no response or ability to talk to someone that knows what to do next.

Jessica Garcia They use to be great at helping with your child health and quality about there health. But know they are slowing down. I use to get quick referrals and everything ready for my children to see who they need to see if a deferent doctor. But lately I have to do all the calling to the Insurance and to them to get them seen. Not mentioning that they take more then 15min to answer and sometimes the person that answer you to get your referral ready act like they dont know what they doing. I was very unpleased with this time my child took 2 weeks to have a referral done with a broken wrist,because the first referral the doctor they gave me didnt take his insurance. Witch I didnt know! I am just glad it wasnt a risky situation with my child hand. Besides they delay, I love there doctors they do take there time in the rooms with the children.

Daniella De Jesus I recently moved back into Palm beach county, I needed my daughter to get seen asap as a new patient due to needing physical and immunizations record in order for her to be able to start school here. I was able to get an appointment as soon as the next day of calling. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk, was super nice and professional. She collected the needed information from me and guided me as to what room I needed to go to. Once in the room, the nurse along with the Dr and honestly everyone I encountered with, was such a positive experience. My daughter is 8 years old so she has had previous doctors but I must say none like the doctor that my daughter was seen by. I am grateful they were able to get me in as quick as they did and so thankful for the professionalism and care showed.

Scott Stevens Dr. Dedo is a miracle worker when it comes to ENT diagnosis and surgery. He came highly recommended by my dentist of 20 years whom is like family to me. My throat was swelling up and I was having lots of trouble swallowing and breathing (sleep apnea). After a thorough exam he scheduled me for a tonsillectomy and uvulectomy. I am now almost 100% recovered within 2 weeks and feel like I have a new throat. I will continue to see Dr. Dedo for all of my ears, nose and throat needs. I cant say thank you enough to Dr. Dedo and his Jupiter office staff for making me feel like family. 10/6/22 Update: I just had a septoplasty (deviated septum surgery) on 9/27/2022. A walk in the park regarding any pain, and the recovery process was smooth. Just had my follow up on Wed Oct 5, 2022 and everything is healing as expected, still a little swelling, but that is to be expected and is getting better everyday. Thank you Dr Dedo and staff

Veronica Calderon Dr. Michael Lipan is the best doctor!! I had septorhinoplasty a few days ago and my recovery is going really well. He is professional, caring, takes time listens to his patients and really cares about doing a perfect job! He took time with me and perfected what I wanted to achieve I can tell that my nose looks great because I can see the tip. So thankful I found this Doctor and I recommend him to anyone wanting to go for surgery for any treatment. Hands down all around he is an amazing Doctor.

Lisa Archer Had to get a tonsillectomy at age 41. I had heard numerous horror stories about the pain of recovery - but thanks for Dr. Dedo, my surgery was flawless, and my recovery was not bad at all! No complications, and I havent been sick since. He worked with me to make the decision for the surgery, and didnt go into it lightly and without a full explanation of the discomfort that should be expected in recovery. Always made time during our appointments, never rushed, and full explanations about any details I wanted. Always accessible to me after surgery for any questions or concerns. GREAT doctor!!! I cant recommend him highly enough.

Anais Castillo It has been an experience here.... at first it was a little rocky with the care here in the icu. But after speaking with the supervisor everything afterwards has been much better.. the respiratory lady Mrs. Gail is amazing. Most of the nurses here are nice and care for my dads needs as best as they can... the reason I give 3 stars is because the doctors Come in and look at my dad and leave.. not saying a word. I wouldnt recommend leaving your loved ones here unless someone can stay with them or you get Mrs. Sandra number she is such a sweetheart and will make sure every concern you have is resolved she treats you and your loved one as her own.. I really appreciate her.

Dena Kennedy Kindred has given my husband excellent care throughout his 30 day stay. The respiratory care unit as well as the other departments have been professional and caring. Kindred’s Movement Therapist Grace is amazing and a real humanitarian. I highly recommend Kindred for your loved ones acute care provider.

Adrianna Castillo The Respiratory team is full of unicorns that are nothing less than amazing at getting patients off of ventilators. Physical therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speach Therapy, and the team of Dr. and Nurses truly work well together caring and communicating with their patients and families. I am just thankful that such an amazing place exists for patients that need just a few more weeks of Hospital level care to recover and strengthen prior to going to a Rehab or Skilled Nursing facility.

Heather Lozano If I could give Kindred 10 stars I would. My father was admitted here in the ARU after being in ICU for over a month. All of the doctors, nurses and CNAs were absolutely incredible. PT, OT and Speech worked miracles with my Dad. When he was admitted he couldnt walk or even speak clear sentences. When he left after a month, he was walking on his own and speaking just like he did before the surgery. The staff at Kindred treated him like family. Do not hesitate to take your loved one here! They will be receiving excellent care!

Keyana Williams This review is for the cafeteria it has gone down tremendously during the years young kids don’t want to work don’t have adequate customer service and just plain lazy! The cashier girl doesn’t want to move past the cashier you ask her for simple things and she is a deer in headlights. The food is a hit or miss mostly a miss the cook, a big Jamaican lady with a gap and head wrap is very entitled one day she’s nice and making your plate the next day she’s mean mugging you from the kitchen if you complain about the food. The price has went up some days it’s $3 the next day it’s $7 the quality and overall service has went down a great deal. Tables aren’t wiped down. The skinny black boy serving the food does not want to be bothered and never has a smile. I will gladly take my money and my coworkers money somewhere else that appreciates the service.

Melissa Kirkland My daughter was admitted Sunday here and we had Jason as our nurse. He was just the sweetest ever! He is in the perfect job because he made us feel so comfortable and just so attentive. There’s just a great group of nurses there and if you have a sick kid that’s the place to be. Also Annalise, Theresa and Quinn were a blessing as well with Jason. My daughter loved the music therapy with Ms.Bailey she is just the cutest. She had the best energy ever and brought such joy to my daughter. Thank you everyone at the picu and trauma unit for making a scary time a little earlier for us. You all are gifts from God ♥️ thank you so much.

HvacTrevv My four year old son was in the hospital. He was on the Peds 3 floor and Kaitlyn, RN was his nurse. She took excellent care of my boy! If you’re ever on that floor just know if you get Kaitlyn she will take great care of your child. She was very quick to respond to any thing we asked for. My son is autistic and she was so calming and made being in the hospital a smooth transition. Nate was the charge nurse and he was great as well. Thank you for your services!

They made sure me and my daughter were comfortable and there to answer any questions I had. Ashok Kulkarni Dr. Angel R. Mesa, MD is extremely talented and very caring Doctor. His assistants including Julio, Xiomara, and Yadira Napoles are extremely helpful to take good care of patients. Each and everyone here makes BIG difference compared to other medical centers and clinics. Please also note, Parking is NO problem here too.

Saidah Morisseau DONT GO, WASTE OF TIMES!!!!!! I made an appointment a month ago for an annual consultation . When i got to the place , my name was not in schedule. According to the front desk ladies, they have a new system, they have to reschedule patients. I understand that but why did not call me to let me know to reschedule or do not come that day? who has times to waste? I took a day off from work for no reason. Adding to that, the DOCTOR was not in the office for consultation? Thats unprofessional and unorganized .

Also if you just arrive 1 minute late because you were at the old office they said doctor left already and done no appointment for you. Very unprofessional staff and doctor. Not recommended at all. You can’t find a doctor anymore who takes time to listen to their patients, and I feel like most doctors just want to pass you off to a nurse practitioner. Erica Dean The girls at the front are very friendly and fast. As soon as I entered the office, Im greeted by name and checked in. Mins later Im being seen by the doctor. Doctor Kavuri is the best doctor, her expertise on the issue you are there for is very much on point.

In one instance when DrKavuri was out of the office, DrMia stepped in admirably and the hand over between the physicians was seamless.
