Jackie Joy I was referred here by the hospital as a follow up after I fainted. All the staff, except one person, were very kind to me. Luckily I did not have to deal with the short lady but once. The nurse practitioner and everyone else had exceptional attitudes and patience with me. I was very happy to go back. Clean, too.

Sylvia Cowras Dr Desai is an excellent surgeon; but most important he is a very caring doctor who understands his patient’s needs to have questions answered no matter how trivial they may sound. He is totally focused on you, his patient, during office visits and I’ve never felt rushed. I had a very successful total knee replacement 2 years ago and am currently 5 weeks recovering from total hip replacement surgery. I highly recommend Dr Desai and his great team at the Winter Park office.

Florence Hughes Dr Mahan is the greatest surgeon that I know. He has done a few surgeries on myself, my mother and my sister. Successful surgeries!! I would refer him to anyone who wants to live! Christy Snyder Dr. Mahan is the "real deal." Knowledgeable about his craft and a genuinely nice person. The MDs I work with in another field told me I would be in excellent hands with Dr. Mahan, and they were absolutely correct. His practice partners are also really down to Earth, as well. Michael Arnold From the time I entered the waiting room I was greeted and taken good care of by the ladies behind the desk. Dr. Grow spent almost an hour with me. I found him to extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and kind. He assured me he had enough blood labs to work with and would get back to me by Friday, February 7. I heard from his PA today (Thursday). That have set me up with future procedures. I was totally impressed with the entire practice.

When no other physicians in this area would agree to take me as a primary physician, Dr Rajan Kapoor did He has worked very hard for myself and his other patients to ensure we receive the best care. I personally have never had problems with my Dr only maybe members of his office staff. I have found him to be a loyal and great friend and caregiver. Kenneth Colon Although I am leaving one star this is a mixed and bittersweet review. Reason being because I have nothing but positive things to say about the medical staff, the doctors, nurses or even the front desk girls they were all sweet and amazing. My wife and I loved Kayla and Dr. Joseph and all the other doctors we met as well. We were set on this practice and really comfortable to have our first baby here. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the insurance and billing department. We made them aware that my wife would be leaving work permanently hence she would get a new insurance since her old one was with her job. We informed the lady at billing (I cannot remember her name) that we would be getting United Insurance which she assured us the office took. However what she forgot to mention is that the office doesn’t take all variants of United, not even the website specifies so, we were neither told nor given a list of the specific insurances the office takes. This miscommunication is costing my wife and I the need to find a new doctor 10 days away from the birth since it’s too late to change insurances and they told us we would have to pay $6k out of pocket in less than a year if we wanted to continue care with them. I informed Brittney of this situation whom I believe is in charge of the department and she told me it would be addressed. I do hope so since this is an unnecessary and stressful situation days away from the birth and it is negligent and very disappointing. The website is misleading on the insurances they take and this also happened after we paid almost $3k out of pocket already. I was willing to pay because I felt the quality of care was worth it but the lady at billing was irresponsible and did us dirty costing us to have to find a birthing doctor in a matter of days. This is why I can only give one star.

Diego Lopez Patiently waiting for my girls appointment, I suddenly got kicked out because of “policy.” Of course, she was being rude, raising her voice and causing everyone in that place to feel weirded out. N B Dr Becker & the entire staff have been wonderful! We are new to the area and they have made our transition as smooth as possible. Dr Becker always listens carefully and follows through with good questions and suggestions. The young man at the front desk is friendly (even wished my husband a belated happy birthday). And Dr Becker’s nurse is caring & competent. So glad we found this doctor!

Josh Nelson Having a PCP that cares is critical in todays world. With healthcare being so high demanded, and having short staffed offices since COVID-19, its hard to find someone who actually cares and is interested in ensuring your health is protected, truly and personally. I switched to Dr. Becker because I had heard amazing reviews. I am glad I listened, and it was worth the wait to see her. She took her time with me. She asked me questions, booked my next appointment, and made me feel special. She is extremely organized and I love that about her. I was with her over 40 minutes and I have nothing but great things to say. It was my first visit, and she made me feel more valued than my old PCP I was with for over 5 years.

Paul G I visited Dr. Becker for the first time because she was highly recommended by several people where I work. I have an intense phobia of medical offices, hospitals, and pharmacies, so I was a bit nervous, but the staff here quickly put me at ease. The parking is quick and easy and close to the office. They also have an in-house lab if you need lab work done. The office itself is in a gorgeous building and it doesnt have that scary "medical facility" vibe with the linoleum floors and the overpowering disinfectant smell. The booking, check-in, and check-out processes were easy and seamless. I got there early and didnt have to wait more than a few minutes. COVID protocols are in place and I felt secure because of it. The receptionist was very kind and the male nurse (I cant remember his name) was friendly and likeable. Dr. Becker herself is very attentive and I immediately got the impression that she genuinely cares about her patients. Overall a great experience and Im hoping that this office will help me overcome my medical phobia.

Her staff is just as amazing. I never have any issues when trying to schedule an appointment, or during one. The facility is clean, and I feel safe when coming here. Matt Peters In addition to providing great chiropractic service, Orlando Spine & Joint is a warm, friendly practice. Highly recommended. I visit Orlando Spine & Joint a couple of times a month to treat my neck (for herniated disks) and wrists (for carpal tunnel). The office staff and doctors great me with a warm welcome and seem genuinely interested in relieving my pain. Christine and Michelle at the front desk always work with me to set or adjust appoints around my schedule. I never feel rushed to get in or out. Both doctors Deal and Yeomans interact with me like actual person instead of just another body to put back in alignment. Because Ive been visiting regularly for years now, I appreciate that Dr Yeomans still takes the time to re-evaluate me occasionally and changes up the treatment based on my current needs instead of just doing the same thing every visit.

Carl E Creasman Jr Dr. Durham is a great listener! I’m not a fan of most doctors. Had too many frustrating experiences where either the Doc just brushes aside the issues and you and wants to just move on quickly, or acts like they are guessing, quick answer with some pills as if they plan on you coming back multiple times. Durham listens well. My foot issue is weird and frustrating, but at every moment he’s paying attention. Today we had ordered a new corrective device but when I told him that it wasn’t fitting exactly, still causing discomfort to the foot, he just simply said “well send it back; we need to get this right.”

Theresa Rogers WCF has been my OB-GYN for over 22 years. I was referred to them due to my high risk status with my last pregnancy in 2001. The care I received then and since has been amazing. Any doctor I have ever seen over the years has been absolutely wonderful. I have always felt comfortable with every level of care, especially with having had 3 surgeries. I currently see Dr. Bridge and he is absolutely amazing. He takes his time to connect with his patients. Making appointments is easy peasy and the girls are so sweet.

Anna I do not have any issues with the providers or the staff, but a physical privacy concern. My exam room did not have a privacy curtain. My provider noted that she did not like that exam room because of that issue, which points to this being an issue for more patients. Doctors and assistants can be as accommodating as they want with not opening the door as wide, but if someone were to pass by the room at the same time the door is opened or if care was not taken to not open the door wide, then the patient is exposed and vulnerable. This is something that needs to be rectified immediately, with temporary fixes (such as a room divider) until the problem is permanently resolved.

Katy Abrams Dr. Barker really needs to work on her bedside manner. I had recurring UTI issues and she looked at me with disgust in the appointment and just was not friendly. She took a urine sample and told me she couldn’t give me an antibiotic until she had the culture grow etc…she knew I was anxious to get something to help. A week later I messaged because I hadn’t heard anything back, and the nurse says no culture was ever sent…ummm what?!! Honestly , that’s just crazy and shows a great lack of care to the patient.

I have been a patient there and started of with Dr Deibel Sr, Dr. Carducci and now Dr Bridges that I found from my dad playing tennis with Dr Deibel and I was upset that Dr. Carducci had left. Most ENTs in Orlando are booking 2-3 months out, so I spent a lot of time calling around to find the earliest available appointment. When I called this office, I spoke with Chris, who was extremely helpful. Although we couldnt schedule the appointment on the first call because they didnt have the referral yet, Chris kindly told me he would keep an eye out for it and encouraged me to follow up with him anytime. He truly went above and beyond, and I was incredibly grateful. Out of all the offices I contacted, no one seemed to care as much as Chris, which I appreciated immensely. At that point, I knew that even if the appointment was two months away, this was the office I wanted to take my child to. Thank you again, Chris!

Now, day of surgery, asked to be at the hospital at 7am, arrived at 630am, and have now waited 4.5 hrs in a waiting room with a scared, hungry, and thirsty little girl with no explanation. Now have been in preop for an hour waiting more. Would think they would be more courteous to the children and families knowing this isnt where they want to be.

Sarah Smith Lintemuth If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. I am 7 weeks post op, total thyroidectomy and also a healthy 30 weeks pregnant. When I first met Dr Ho in September of this year he was attentive, compassionate and concerned that whatever action plan to surgically remove the papillary carcinoma would require 2 patients doctors approvals, both me and baby. Dr Hos plan, with the total support and consensus of my OB team, to perform the surgery at 23 weeks instead of waiting until after the baby birth is, I believe, the reason I am not looking at RAI follow-up treatment. The tumor was removed in entirety, no trace of invasion into lymph nodes or anywhere else in the neck. Had I elected to wait another 6+ months, I do not believe I would have had the same outcome. My healing has been steady and without complications. The expectation of feeling rushed and overwhelmed from diagnosis to surgery in less than 90 days were diminished greatly due to the fantastic care I received from Dr Hos entire team and Winter Park Hospital, pre-op, recovery and post op.

Patricia Pontius This beautiful man saved my life. Within 15 minutes of meeting him I was in the ER awaiting a tracheostomy and feeding tube due to throat cancer which was cutting off my breathing. And hes so kind! **Update 11/13/18** It has been almost 2 years since my initial diagnosis. I’m still battling the cancer, now metastasized, and continue to see Dr. Ho every 3 months. He calms me when I get overwhelmed and answers every question with patience. Always takes the time to make sure you understand everything. He is highly thought of by both my oncologist and my radiation oncologist, and works well with them. I couldn’t ask for a better ENT surgeon!

KIRIT MISTRY Dr Ho performed a very difficult and tricky surgey on my wife a month ago.He sucessfully removed a tumor from behind her partiod gland witout causing any damge to any surroundin glands and although the incision was around 6" one can hardly notice it and she is now pain free,Great Job.

Karin S Dr. Enrique Vega of Advent Health is an utter DISGRACE of a doctor. My mother died under his care. He acted without any care, concern, or compassion for her for a problem that was completely TREATABLE and instead she died in the hospital directly under his care. She was robbed of her life and time with me, her husband, her son, her grandchildren, and sisters all because this man didnt do his job properly.

KYLE CONNER My wife is under Dr. Vegas "care" as I write this. He is more concerned with her getting gastric bypass surgery that fixing the gaping hernia that has gotten much worse since the last time he saw her a couple of months ago. His suggestion to fix this emergent situation was that she was brought to the hospital from the ER by ambulance for was to switch insurance companies to one that covers gastric bypass surgery. What a joke! We will be seeking care elsewhere and more than likely contacting an attorney.

P Rodz I need to do some bloodwork for my medicine refills, and I prefer to do it early Saturday morning. Easily made my appointment via the AHs MyChart app, where it presents various locations, dates, and times to pick from. Found an easy spot to park my car, and Im sitting here at the Winter Park Outpatient lab waiting area to be called. Easy to get in and out, wonderful service with ease of making appointments.

brigette adamitis Nervous is an understatement when going into a major surgery to remove cancer but I received great care from the beginning. Dr. Saigal was absolutely amazing as well as all of the nurses, anesthesiologist, and the kind people in imaging. It was a calming experience and I was able to get through it with ease.

S B The staff, nurses, doctors - everyone are on point and provide the most genuine and professional care I have been fortunate to be the recipient of on several visits. I have complete trust in the whole operation. They came highly recommended and now I pass along the same high recommendation. And thats at the risk of not being able to have parking easily found when I visit. I will not deny them their accolades.

John Milillo Dr. Levine was the only Dr that figured out that my low blood platelets was caused by liver disease. Hes a matter of fact type of Dr. No nonsense but not condescending. Hes got a sense of humor and very sharp. He made me feel like he cares about my health and life. He was recommended by my primary physician at South Lake medical center and Im thankful for that. I highly recommend the Center for Digestive Health.

F riendly Like a fine tuned engine, Olympic quality precision. The staff is friendly, patient and competent. The facility as ample parking, clean and comfortable. Cindy did my pre-op and was unbelievable. Excellent personality, very proficient and above and beyond making the experience as easy as possible. For something most do not like to do or go through, this place makes it easy and almost fun.

Saundra Ebben Dr Ramnarain was great! He explained everything he was going to do beforehand. He was engaging while giving me stitches, which helped keep my mind off of it, and seemed to genuinely care about my comfort and treatment. I wish all doctors had such a great bedside manner, it really put me at ease. Id also add that the nurses and front desk staff were also top notch in helpfulness, empathy, and they all smiled while interacting with me. That in itself, made me feel like everything was going to be alright. Ill definitely be recommending Guidewell to others needing quality minor emergency care. Thanks everyone for making a painful situation less stressful :)

Josh Carlson I can honestly say this was the best experience Ive ever had at a medical facility. I walked in without an appointment on a busy Sunday and although there were some issues with Anthem they were kind to help out with it. They got me in rather quickly, were very attentive, and ran tests without issue. Overall a great experience. The only downside, which isnt their fault, is the Trader Joes being in the same parking lot. If its busy it is extremely hard to get around anything, let alone parking, but they do have their own parking spots. However, I saw some people walking with Trader Joes bags to their cars in those spots, so they might not enforce it much.

Reese Rengstl Literally the best - been many times for different things. Never have to wait too long, but I go in with the mindset that I may have to wait since it’s a walk in. I’ve done walk in and I’ve made appointments, and I’m always seen quickly. You have the option to sign in and complete your paperwork online as well I believe so the waiting process is even quicker. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable, always checking in on me while I’m there and giving me everything I need. Everything is kept clean too!

Alba Santiago This is my second time visiting. First time with my husband and now for myself. The best attention since arrive till end. I did not wait a lot all was appropriate. Highly recommend. Staff / front desk / cleaning/ all was good in my both visits.

Jennifer Jimenez The clinical team here was great, which is why it pains me to leave this review. I was overcharged for my visit; I told the front desk that the amount they were charging me was too much, as I had met my deductible for the year and knew the amount ($160) was incorrect. They argued with me and I let it go, figuring I would sort it out later and just get a refund. The visit was 11/25... its 2/17 and I am still arguing with their billing department about the $120 refund they owe me. I spoke with someone in December who had told me it would take 3-4 weeks. It had almost been 4 weeks already but I let it go due to holidays. I contacted them again 2/5, and they informed me that although the dispute had been entered in the system, somehow it fell through the cracks (?????). I demanded my refund be processed on the spot. They said it was impossible but they were putting it back into the system where it would take another two weeks. DO NOT let them overcharge you. I would not pay them at all when you go in for a visit and let them bill you and let it go through insurance first and etc. This company has held onto my money for nearly 3 months and Im having to involve my insurance company now and its so frustrating!

mari m I was not happy with all of the care at Advent Health Apopka. There are too many different people from different shifts guessing and making assumptions. Seems like they are very clinical and not as compassionate. They seem shorthanded. Fairly nice looking and clean but I cant say that I am overwhelmingly pleased.

Ellen Brookstein I needed rabies shots due to a bat in my bedroom at our VRBO rental in Winter Park, FL. All the staff were attentive and efficient.

Keldrick Washington Very good place to be at when you are in need of help. They listen to what you have to say and ask questions to understand. The doctors and nurses were really kind and caring. I was helped with urgency. The nurse made sure to do there job as well as ask me how I’m feeling, with concern. Anytime I feel I need to go to the ER, I will be going here. Thank you all who have helped me, I really appreciate it.

Kiran D The doctor was nice and thorough. Not sure if I am happy with the service. The Dr. mentioned multiple times to give medication every 4 hrs. The prescription had dosage for 6 and 12 hrs. This was for an infant, I called to ask multiple times and never got a response or an answer.

Sarah Cardona I love this office, the staff and my provider as well! they are so understanding and accommodating, my provider listens to my concerns and finds ways to work with me on them without making me feel like he knows me or my body more than myself! Jade helps me out a lot and she is just fabulous and one of the reason Im writing this review because every time we talk its always an amazing conversation and my needs are taken care of thank you, also want to commend Kristy she is SO knowledgeable and never makes me feel like a bother when i have so many questions sometimes thank you so much for making me feel welcomed and being so nice !!!

Renee MacDonald This place is absolutely amazing! Dr V Patel, and Audrey are literally life savers! They are so committed to the health and safety of their patients. Between them and others like Christy in the front office, they bend over backwards to accommodate you and put your wellbeing first. Not to mention they don’t make you wake long at all upon arrival. They know how to manage getting patients in timely according to their appointment. I love this place and the people. If you’re looking for an amazing family doctor, you will be happy here! Gary Griffin This is a great office. Dr Patel and his entire staff have always treated me with the utmost respect and given me the highest level of care. They are very personable and genuinely care about their patients. Their practice is a teaching practice so sometimes you get doctors besides the main ones taking your appointment but that is a good thing. That is them giving back to the medical community. I have been coming here for quite a few years now and will continue into the future. I would not even think of going anywhere else. I would definitly recommend it to anyone.

artchem At “Advance Family Practice”, I have been a patient of Dr. Patel,s Office, for at least 20+ years. This is the BEST Office for Internal Medicine. Dr. Patel, is exceptionally, knowledgeable, very affable, and has a wonderful “ Bedside Manner “. His Staff Maxine( his Office Manager) is the kindest, and ever so helpful, person,one could imagine! She will answer any questions, you may have, and find solutions for your health! Maxine has been working with Dr. Patel ever since he joined, his Father’s Practice, after completing Med School. They make a great team! Kristy, will keep you abreast, of the Front Office & “ Sign In” area, of this magnificent Dr’s Office along with Insurance information, and updating your appointments:) Dr. Patel, is very caring, of his patients, if he feels, that you are not responding, to certain meds, his Office will call upon you, to please come in, and revisit, your treatment:). I highly recommend, this Office, and especially, Dr. Patel, for his medical skills, and up to date; medical procedures, and referrals, to other excellent doctors, if necessary. I am so grateful, to have been referred ( by my Dr. whom retired) and suggested I make an appointment with Dr. Patel. He is brilliant, in the Field of Medicine, especially as an Internist! Please, call his office, and you will view his concern, and care, for each patient; irrespective of the time, you may need for his care. Melissa Lewis Office was friendly at first and I actually saw Dr. Patel. But after a year or so they began to just see me as another monthly check. No regard for anything I told then, I never saw the actual doctor after the first 3 visits , the following 2 years were long waits to see a new practitioner each visit who was unfamiliar with my chart. I finally left their office after the outrageously rude behavior from a situation they had put me in. I had an emergency c section and was in the HOSPITAL, they would not refill me medication unless I came in, I signed myself out of hospital and they then had no empathy when I was upset by the situation and had no apology for putting my health at risk or offering any other choice to get my medicine refilled. Completely rude and unprofessional business, just a pill mill doctor
