Ana D Horrible front office, they will upcharge you nearly 100% mark up on compound pharmacy pricing after staying a different price/amount.They will make you pay the office which is not a normal practice. They are not interested in helping anyone that doesnt feel well. Unfortunately had very high hopes as Dr. Rosenberg was recommend.

SBF Esq After 45 years of medical consults across the country, including 10 years of concierge medical care, I met Dr. Rosenberg. Although I have been away from his locale and consultation 5+ years now, there is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Rosenberg is among the top physicians in his fields, period. His professional demeanor, subject matter expertise, office resources, staff, and medical protocols, including his line of supplements, all attest to his personal care and attention for each patient throughout the healing process, right up to the point of complete health and wholeness. You may find a similar, but not better physician. Hands down - he is the best.

Soyona Rafatjah As an Integrative Medical Doctor myself, its very important that I consult exceptionally knowledgable physicians for my care and the care of my family. I consulted with Dr. Rosenberg about my mothers cancer diagnosis. He is one of the most well-researched doctors in the country treating cancer with integrative approaches, and I fully trust his opinion. As for the cost, the treatments that he delivers seem expensive because they are not covered by insurance. If cancer drugs were not covered, they would cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars. Unfortunately, insurance companies only pay for pharmaceutical treatments, so we have to accept that this type of care will cost us more out-of-pocket, although totally worth it in my opinion, until something major changes in our healthcare system.

Nelly Very disappointed. I chose to work with Dr. Rosenberg because of his approach to treating patients with late stage cancer. After paying my $475 to have a phone consultation, he gives me a background in his work as doctor. I then explain my health situation to him. He then begins to tell me how expensive his services are. I didnt expect them to be cheap or fully covered by insurance because of his approach to treating cancer. He prescribed a bunch of blood work which I went to take care of promptly. I patiently waited to be contacted to let me know what my insurance benefits would and would not cover. I finally called the office to find out what was the delay. I was told there was a delay with response from the insurance company. I was ready to start my treatments because I understood that a constant delay is detrimental to my health. I then asked to speak to doctor Rosenberg. I couldnt speak to him that day because he was with a patient. He told the office manager to tell me how expensive it would be to work with him and maybe I should get a regular oncologist. I finally got to speak with him on another phone consultation where he just said that it would be best that I get a regular oncologist and I can work with him after maybe three months. I find this whole situation to be disrespectful. I was dragged along since January 2019 when doctor Rosenberg knew that he did not want to work with me from the beginning. For whatever reason, I guess he concluded that my socioeconomic background didnt fit his clientele. They have a great website that convinces you to come one come all. When it all boils down to it I guess you have to be a part of the chosen elite to solicit the services he has to offer.

Susan M I would advise anyone with a stage three or four cancer to think twice before undergoing treatment with Dr. Rosenberg. He may be knowledgeable and well-meaning, but in my experience his treatments were ineffective. He promised he could give my husband two years to live, but my spouse died less than six months after treatment began. The treatment cost a small fortune and gave us false hope. Three years later, I still feel upset and guilty that we did not take a more traditional route.

Alison Rubin Stay away from MNI unless you have a private, out - of - pocket concierge doctor to manage your disease. There is no coordinated care here if your loved one experiences a medical emergency. Departments do not communicate and if your doctor is away, there is no one to treat you or return a call. Significant lack of experience with Parkinsons patients in the neuro ICU . Haldol was administered for agitation which is a dopamine blocker and worsens symptoms significantly in older patients. My father left the hospital worse than when he went into it.

Boca Buddha Ive been going to Boca Regional most of my life and have had great experiences there. The Marcus institute unfortunately is not run nearly as well. The doctors Ive seen seem inconsistent at best with their recommendations and tests....at one point I was told I needed to have a Brain MRI ( which I agreed was necessary), but since I have pacemaker it needs to be done in a special unit. When it was determined the one at the hospital would be out of commission for an extended period of time I asked for a referral to have it done at UniversityMRI. Suddenly I no longer needed the scan for some reason. The Dr. Constantly reschedules me for 3 month follow ups during which she looks at me we have. nice conversation and thats it, no help, no anything. Lastly, and probably the most annoying is the fact that I have to schedule appointments months in advance, only to have them call me to say Dr. X will be on call that day now or will be on vacation, then have to reschedule for another 3 months out...no apologies, nothing. After discussing this with other friends that felt similarly about Marcus Ive left and found a new Neurologist. Its a shame really, its a great facility. They simply need to become more professional, and higher better Doctors.

Betty LaChaussee Dr. Svetlana Faktorovich MD at Baptist Health Marcus Neuroscience Institute is an amazing doctor! After years of bouncing from doctor to doctor with no clear-cut answers, Dr. Faktorovich found out my problem. She is brilliant, communicates very well, and has a charming bedside manner. For the first time in years, Im on the right path for a better quality of life! The experience at Baptist Health was nothing short of remarkable. Starting at the front desk, the receptionist Amy Averbach did an exceptional job and even though we messed up our appointment day and time, she went above and beyond, spoke with the doctor, and got us in. We were met by the medical assistant Emmanuel Rivera. He took the time to explain what would occur during our visit and put us at ease, as well as later on performing a test. He also was charming and very kind! Minutes later, nurse practitioner Jamie Pare sat us down for a complete exam and took the time to find out our complete history with follow-up questions to get a better understanding of our past and present condition. She truly cared and was exceptional! Its NPs like her that work hand in hand with the doctor to offer you the most efficient and informed visit youll ever have. Thank you Baptist Health for putting together a great team!! And if all this isnt enough, we left to pick up our car where they offer free valet parking!

Gayle Unterweiser Dr. Dakwar is a kind, caring surgeon who never rushes you and explains all aspects of your up coming surgery. The post op care was so professional. Each staff member was thorough and caring

AR Melton This neuroscience institution 5-6 years ago as a new medical facility was exceptional. Fortunately or unfortunately , I had three major operations there. The facilities, neurosurgeons and support staff at all levels are also quite excellent. It did however decrease somewhat in efficiency since Baptist took over. Also, since Boca Regional is a teaching hospital for FAU and you must sign a form limiting FAU liability, I suggest that you refuse to have any staff, residents, medical students in the room where you have an operation.

Rachael Kelly Great medical staff, office is so friendly and professional, great hours. Update: I am unsure of what changes have gone on with this office, but over the last week, I have called 12 times and left 4 messages with no phone call back. When dealing with health, this unacceptable.

Eileen B. I have been seeing Dr. Foster since April 2022 after seeing another (not so great) doctor for years. It was refreshing to see how engaged she was when I first met her and attentively listened to all my concerns. Since then, every visit has been as great as the first. I do not feel rushed like I used to feel with my former primary physician and she seems to genuinely care. My husband also switched to this facility (we used to go to the same doctor) and he sees Dr. Abruña. He is also very pleased with the quality of care.

Jim Argy The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a family practice. I was going here 3 years out of convenience and their customer service keeps getting worse each year... I’ve left 4 voice messages for my doctor in the past month, I have not received 1 call back… absolutely pitiful from a family practice.

James Scott I really like my first visit as a patient, the first impression is always good. The doctor took the time to listen my concerns, she makes sure I understand her suggestions. The nurses are very professional, take the time also to listen and provide all information you need to know about what they doing on you. I was waiting to be in, I am so happy to say now Im officially a patient from FAU Medicine Primary Care. Thank you Team

Erika Anderson Pediatric Partners in Boca has been phenomenal. We recently switched to them due to insurance and I am so glad we did. Their service has been wonderful and they have been so attentive and caring. We have seen Dr Dailey and NP Jason, I cannot describe how wonderful and thorough they are. Same day appointment, taken right back, quick testing and results, prescriptions were ready before I even got home. Thank you guys. I am so impressed with your office.

J Alex I was racially profiled by the nurse practitioner Terri, I’m black and my wife is white. The first visit she didn’t make no eye contact with me the whole time I was there which felt a little awkward, but I didn’t take it to heart. The second visit my wife went alone with my son. My wife told me as soon as she got to the back with my son to get checked for a minor cold Miss Terri started asking her questions about me like are you OK? You didn’t seem comfortable on the last visit is he telling you what to do and putting pressure on you? Is he violent? The visit went totally left! My wife told her she’s OK and she’s here for our son not to get questioned about the man she’s married to. And she still kept talking about me, after my wife said that to her. My wife had to literally walk out the visit and was forced to go to another pediatrician. Considering I work 9 to 5 and I have to come home to my wife in agony and distress. Something needs to be done immediately.

Rubia Cirigliano I am deeply disappointed with Pediatric Partners after 12 years of loyalty as a patient. Weve been bringing our son here since he was born, and I always believe we were in good hands however, we were recently informed that he can no longer be seen here simply because he does not have certain vaccinations. They implied he is a"threat" to their practice. Despite the fact he has never been sick. Or i could be that my son is not a lucrative patient! After over a decade of trust I feel blindsided and frankly shocked that our family could be dismissed so abruptly, a practice that truly value its patients wouldnt disregard the familys long-standing loyalty and individual health choices in this way. I am very saddened by how quickly we were dismissed and will have to find a new pediatrician who actually respects both the well-being of children and the loyalty of the families.

Fiona Pedin Was informed that they require CDC recommended vaccinations from birth or they’ll turn away the patient. With all the research done on vaccines and young children it seems that they’re putting the pay out from vaccines over the health of the child/respect for the parents.

Sarah Jampolsky-Cohen I gave 2 stars because all the MDs I have seen in this practice have been great. I have been INCREDIBLY disappointed with the office staff. They are disorganized and never answer the phone. I was denied the ability to book a well visit for my child because their office made a mistake when filing the insurance claim. I have also been disappointed with the medical assistants. I am a registered nurse and I’ve worked throughout the country and sent my 4 kids to doctors throughout the country and I’ve never experienced such disappointment. The doctors who work in this practice should leave or address the incompetence in their office staff.
