Ke Cheng Contrarary to the bad reviews, I find him very knowledgeable and experienced. He is kind, straight to the point and honest, not trying to make money with unnecessary procedures. It was very fast to get an appointment with him and his whole team was efficient with the visit (x-ray only took 5 min to image and interpret). His advice is invaluable. Thank you Dr. Hyde!

Ingrid Sanchez The worse Dr ever. He doesn’t care about patients he is arrogant and he doesn’t have empathy for the human being. He doesn’t even care about your feelings. I was seeing him because of back pain because of condition I have and he was very arrogant and unprofessional. He didn’t care about the pain I had. The first visit he didn’t see me he was with some students playing the roll of I know everything and didn’t pay attention to my medical condition and to try to help me he just told the Medical assistant to send me to physical therapy and that’s set. I just thought that he will be better next time but it was worse. The nice medical assistant Issac was really nice and he did the Doctors job.But Dr Hyde’s was worry about my insurance coverage and asked me if I have a lawyer. HE CARE ABOUT MONEY ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. HE DOESNT DESERVES TO BE CALLED DR. MR JONATHAN HYDES PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PROFESSION. AS A DOCTOR YOU SHOLD BE MORE CAREFUL THE WAY YOU TREAT PATIENTS, ONE DAY YOU WILL BE A PATIENT AND YOU WOULD ESPECT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT and ,CARE. YOU ARE THE WORSE PERSON I EVER KNOW. jan chavez The most amazing service I have ever experienced from a Dr. and his staff. First rate, thoughtful, helpful timely and EVERYONE in Dr. Hydes practice is exceptional!! Not to mention that Dr. Hyde is a most excellent surgeon!!! I would never dream of going anywhere else and I wish they could bottle and sell "How to run a health practice" I obviously highly recommend!! A+A+A+

Debbie Perez Grimsland I had surgery with Dr Hyde over 10 years ago , the range of motion I got back is at 100%. He is a true professional, with years of experience in his field and I would go back to him if I need anything else.

tayli ramos Worse doctor ever !!! My pain and limitations have worsened drastically after Dr. Hyde surgery and now he does not want to take responsibility. He doesnt care about his patients and their well-being, he only cares about money . Dr. Hyde will work 100 percent in favor of worker compensation. DONT PUT YOUR SPINE IN THE HANDS OF DOCTOR HYDE, his consultations dont even last two minutes, he thinks hes a superstar but hes not.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Joey Leslie Buyer beware! I went in for a flu test and received an insane bill for $600+ AFTER insurance was applied. Called Baptist and they said "Oh, you have to tell us to apply your Urgent Care Benefit...now your total is only $200." Definitely scrutinize your bill and give them a call to avoid overpaying. Because they seem to assume that you WANT to overpay if you dont call and tell them NOT to overcharge you.

Medi Infinity They are a complete scam. Avoid at all cost. When you are admitted to the urgent care, you are given a few “packages” for the cost of service. You are told this is the only thing that they would charge you (all fees included). A few months later and you’ll start getting suspicious thousand-dollar bills that come from unheard hospitals and medical centers. Completely confused, you call them and they inform you the doctors at the hospital charge extra. What?!!! After many attempts and wanting to bring law suit against them, they stop sending you those bills. - the good reviews are quite baffling

Juan Hernandez I do not have a problem with the medical attention they offer, nor I have a complaint about the stuff. My problem is that every time I go there, I try to make it very clear, that I have an insurance that requires no co-pay. I have Medicaid and Medicare. I always get billed co-pays that I cannot afford. Dealing with the billing department is frustrating, because they keep billing me. From now on, I’m just gonna go straight to Mount Sinai, I have never gotten a bill from them, even though my insurance pay a greater deal of money for using emergency room.

Neil Neuwirth This urgent care is great! Right when I arrived the team was quick to assist me. Not to mention - Dr. Mario Lopez is amazing hes knowledgeable, friendly, and really cares for his patients. More importantly he was detail oriented and diagnosed / treated me well.

J. EBELING This place is very nice it looks brand new. Has a surgery center there that i went to with a friend. While he wasbin surgery i looked around. There is an urgent care there , but didnt go. And they have a huge radiology suite, were you can get all kinds of imaging done if you need it. The parking was free. The staff is very nice. And I asked my friend how his procedure went. He said it was the easiest experience hes ever had with a surgery center. So Im taking it as that was pretty good. Because between me and you my friend complains alot. lol So I thought, they must be pretty good there!!

brian cahill This review is specifically for doctor Bolivar Perez-Diaz. This person takes disrespect and patient disregard to a level I find beyond belief. Beyond the fact that he did not even acknowledge my girlfriends presence is his office while going over results with her, he completely failed to disclose vital and sensitive details regarding previous bloodwork, yet had the audacity to attempt charging her for this service. Upon requesting a full refund the office manager was at first reluctant, but after shedding light on the staggering level of miscommunication experienced all day despite telling the front desk, manager and doctor all separately of time constraints regarding results of that visit, they did issue a full refund. My girlfriend was told she didnt need an appointment, yet had to wait 5 hours to see this doctor. She was told that it would be no problem to get results the day she came, as she needed them for her school and admission to her school program depended on the results, but after waiting 5 hrs she was seen and then told it would be a week until the results came back. I have never heard of such a blatant disregard of a patients needs, and tricking someone to use your facility when you know that you cannot provide the services requested, then attempting to bill the patient for said services is a form of fraud. This doctor completely ignored the wishes of his patient and failed to update her chart regarding those wishes, and failed to go over bloodwork done a week before despite out of pocket payment for that bloodwork. Had they not issued a full refund legal action would have been taken. For those of you who work at this facility you call a doctors office consider yourselves extremely lucky. Thank your office manager for she is the only reason you are not reading this message off a subpoena and instead a google review.
