Linda W This is the second HCA facility that I have gone to and a double patients up in the ER rooms. This would not bother me if you had 2 Non-respiratory infected patients. I have horrible back pain, to go in the ER and pick up some kind of respiratory infection, flu or Covid, the coughing would just add to my back pain. I would say youre safest just to grab a mask because these people that come in coughing and hacking are not courteous enough to put a mask on themselves. this was from personal experience, in fact, the patient went for x-ray and they gave him a mask, as soon as they got back into the room, they took it off. since they have slacked off the Covid epidemic, places have become less sterile once again.

Audrey Keeler The entire staff was attentive, knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate. The care I received was the very best. The staff was very professional and included Christine,my nurse, Dr Fuller, Jamie, Clayton and Angie, My CT Tech was wonderful. Brian made me feel comfortable and kept me informed of all that was going on!

Em I went in for an infected cut and a rash that was actively red and irritated, oozing pus and the cut was open for more than a week and wasn’t getting better at all. I expressed my worries and the nurse just seemed to brush it off and claimed it was “healing” even though it obviously wasn’t or I would not have come in. She prescribed me with antibiotics and gave me ointment. I’ve been using them every day like I was told, I’ve kept the area clean and put the ointment on as directed but the rash only seems to keep spreading and itches even more. I did not feel as if she took me seriously and was just telling me whatever it took to get me out of there faster. Don’t bother coming here it is a waste of time and money.

Lu Wilson The handicapped parking spots are too far away from the building. I had a set appointment (& it had been confirmed prior to my going there) but the receptionist still seemed to struggle unnecessarily to get me checked in whereby I had to stand at the desk somewhat longer than was comfortable for me. After that, the diagnostic imaging process itself that I was there for went fine. I was there for 1 hour total.

Liam Wrenn Unfortunately Ive had to come here twice in the last three months since I loved here from Fort Lauderdale and I have to say that the staff here has been the most compassionate and kind staff Ive experienced in a hospital in my entire life. Down south youll be treated more like an inconvenience than a patient. HCA is absolutely wonderful. I hope I dont have to come back here in the future, but if I do, I know Ill be treated exceptionally.

Amber Deaton Made an appointment for wic for 10 am to get height and weight only, everything else was done over phone. Still sitting here over an hour later with people coming in after us being seen first. Will be going back to Mayo for Wic appointments.

Cookie Patterson We were pleasantly surprised at how well organized they were for administering the vaccine for covid. The staff were professional, efficient, and respectful.

Allison Dangerfield Dr.A--Absolutely the worst Dr. I have been to in my life! He does not listen to any concerns nor cares. Its so convenient that hes always away on vacation instead of taking care of his patients. Hes more concerned about making money than caring at all. Will be spreading the word to not go here! Its a waste of time and money because he would rather refer you to another doctor than provide for you.

Dr. Malik M. Naqi, MD

Tiffany Topping I love this office! The front desk ladies are so helpful and theyve been so great working with my wonky insurance company. The LPN who does my weight/BP is incredible - she is funny, sweet and makes you feel so comfortable. I see Missy and she is the kindest, most down-to-earth person Ive ever met - Im so grateful for this office!

Sean Cassaday This doctor has been nothing but a pain for the entire time Ive gone there. I have Autism and ADHD and take Adderall to focus and perform everyday tasks. They have consistently been late in sending my medications (sometimes upwards of a week) and they get mad at me when I send a complaint. This latest and last time they even only sent in 1 months instead of my usual 3 months and referred me to another doctor. Im paying a lot of money to do this one thing and you get mad and ditch me when I complain

Paul Cooper I have been going there for 2 years, I have never seen or met Dr. Naqi. Ascension billing department is terrible there bills are wrong and will send you bills 18 months after the office visit! Missy and the NPs you see are good, but the front window people and the phone answering are less than than stellar. It is terrible and the front desk is the worst experience I have ever had.

Becky Young This place is very different from the average doctors office Ive been to. I feel the staff here really care about me. I usually see Missy. She is very caring and competent. She even remembers details about my personal life that wouldnt be in my medical file. Ive never had to wait long. I have also seen April a few times and am impressed with her bedside manner and competency as well.

Arjay Alkire Dr. Naqi saved my mothers life more than once with his precise decisions!!. He is now my & my families Doctor. He is genuine in diagnosing YOU. Whatever he recommends, do it. He knows what he is doing. My mother and fathers doctor, Doctor Zigfreed Scmidt In Gainesville was the professor in class with Doctor Naqi. I will not go to anyone else!. 10 stars if they were here.

Cindi Owens NEGATIVE 100 - Dr Thanawala is one of the WORST drs you can ever see if you want to be treated like a human! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! She treated my mother terribly. She told my mother to “only speak when spoken to. I ask the questions and you answer!!” I am warning anyone that wants to have their symptoms / issues resolved, Dr Thanawala is not the Dr to see. Be warned!! I will be reporting her to the medical board as well.

Susan Thomas When I was recovering from anesthesia after a colonoscopy, Dr. Thanawala told me that she found a large tumor in my colon and would go over my biopsy results in 40 days. I called the office several times telling them that this was unacceptable. A week after they had the biopsy results in hand an office person called me and told me I should come in for a consult. This was only after I had canceled the consult that was scheduled 40 days after they had received the biopsy results! When I tried to explain why I canceled, the office person said that she didn’t want to hear why I was upset, and hung up!

SteveFlorida1 The staff was nice but, the facilities are not sanitary. I was in a waiting room and went to turn the water on and it wouldnt even work. Medical staff are required to clean their hands before putting their hands on patients and the NP that treated me had just left a flu patient in the next room over. She did not wash her hands in my presence. Needless to say, I brought sickness home to my whole family. I wont be going back and finding another facility.

Jaimie Melka WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! OBSCENE WAIT TIMES! When calling the office for the first time, a lady answered the phone and said she would call me back in a few minutes but never returned my call. The second time, Dr. Rana answered the phone and asked me to come in the next day. I showed up early for my appointment, and should have taken the hint when another patient said they waited almost TWO HOURS TO BE SEEN. I asked the staff if the doctor typically ran behind and was told the wait was so long because I was a new patient, and they had to put all my info into the system. I was not happy about it but was willing to wait at that point. An hour and a half in, however, they brought back a walk-in patient, and that was the last straw for me. Never have I waited that long to be seen outside of an emergency room. I asked for them to cancel my appt and left without being seen, and they werent even slightly apologetic.

Scott Whisnant Had my first and last visit there. The only thing that they was concerned about is if I was there for a COVID test or if Ive had my covid shot. Everything she wrote a prescription for I can literally buy without a prescription. Allegra-D behind the pharmacy counter Benadryl over the counter ibuprofen over the counter. Then wanted me to have lab work done? What for? A waste and a joke Id be better off going to an unlicensed Dr in Mexico. Had me put a mask on because of a slight cough covid is 3 years old now and thats still immediately the first thing some people jump to.

Tosha Barry This is a horrible place to go. All the DR Rana cared about was that I was over weight. She didn’t do any proper Diagnosis or treatment to help me. She had blood work done and my blood levels were alarmingly low and instead of actually helping and caring all she could focus on was that I had gained 2 pounds from one appointment to the next. She was snarky and rude when I explained I had lost over 40 lbs the previous year and was still working to lose more however the lack of energy plus a new addition of ice craving had me worried and she didn’t even know what my symptoms meant even though I told her what I was feeling because anemia is a family illness. If I could give zero stars I would!

Karla R-B This was from a couple years back, both my husband & I had gone in to the walk in clinic at two different times that day. We already have Primary Care Providers in Mayo that we have been with over 10+ years. At that current time, they were book solid. So we decided to go into a walk in clinic. They were very pushy about us to choose them as our new PCP. Never going to happen, they were that incompetent, that unprofessional, that pushy, that rude, that annoying. We had both DESCRIBED why we were coming into the walk in clinic. They wanted to instead discuss our other health issues that our PCPS handle. I was there due to sore & very painful throat, fever, pain in my ears. I dont need to discuss much else unless they prescribed something that might interfere. After a higher cost than a co-pay they did next to nothing. Obviously we had LET it RUN the course. Which is why we chose to pay a higher cost to be seen & get relief. I dont need over the counter, I already tried that. They finally did prescribe something. Then CVS pharmacy where we have been going to since 2009 was like this wont help you with your issue when we checked with the pharmacist. They got it called up to ask them. Oh that wasnt what they meant to prescribe. For real the prescription they wrote out & handed me wasnt the one they meant to prescribe. I was so sick I was ready to cry I was still very sick & they wanted me to come back just to get a prescription. I ran & I ended up getting into my ENT at Accent in Gainesville which was only $45. They got me the medication for my tonsillitis, double ear infections like I thought it was. This doctor was like no no, so they misdiagnosed it. I got some relief but I ended up having my tonsils removed at 45 a month and a half later. I then got a call about them becoming being our PCP, some months later. I laughed, like really. I was still sick & had to get another doctor to figure what was actually going on. NOPE, NEVER, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN
