Linda Furse Wow! I agree with most of these reviews. I have called twice to make an appointment as a new patient and they do NOT call me back. They state within 24 hrs. Haha! This is the office on Yamato road in Boca Raton. This is unacceptable! The kicker is that I work for Tenet and I thought if I mentioned that on my message I would get a callback. Nope. I will call the Director of that Division to make him/her aware. What a shame! Tenet is in financial chaos so you would think good service would be a must. Unbelievable!

Priscilla B. I have been a patient for many years. Recently, my provider left the practice. I really liked this provider but do understand that doctors transfer or may leave. Her assistant also left the practice months ago, who was equally as nice. Since this has taken place, the staff has been awful. There has been alot of turn around throughout the years. I called the office several times for image results and the staff hung up on me twice and I had to speak to Sarah Wells and didnt care for her demeanor either. I asked for the manager to call me back; no response. This place has gone down hill. My recommendation is to hire more competent staff that care about their patients!

Ginger Brown A Tenant Cardiologist in Jupiter does not have time to see a patient until June, 2020, the problem started in December 2019. Tenet, your services has ruined the medical industry. Seven months to see a doctor, over blood pressure exceeding the limits even while on blood pressure medication, is totally unreasonalble.

Paul Y This location is 1 of the few hospitals and medical centers in the region, so all the doctors and staff have inflated senses of importance as patients are hard pressed to find care anywhere else. My mother had a standing appointment to see her endocrinologist for her diabetes, & the nurse who schedules it has kept her waiting to reschedule for months. Horrible experience. These people do not care about their patients. Only go to this location if you want to die.

Jay Cobbs A bad experience from beginning to end. I checked the box on the form that I didnt want to receive text messages. They ignored me. The bills arent timely or itemized, and do not even say which doctor you saw. I remember how convenient (and small) copays once were, collected before you left the office. This is the opposite of that.

Mitchy Horrible. Don’t go if you have a bad emergency or anything that needs to be seen ASAP because you will be waiting for hours. I took my 2 year old that would cry in pain, we waited until he got really uncomfortable I asked how much longer, the nurse said “we can’t give a wait time sorry” went and sat down again waited some more until we decided to leave. Once I told them we were going else where the nurse said he was going to be called next. I was not going to take the chance and wait any longer so I went to PALMS WEST hospital and they took care of us quickly. Definitely do not recommend going St. Mary’s at all.

Briana Robles My mother in law had to get an emergency surgery, and they handled it pretty well up until they moved her to recovery. They were so unorganized, the doctor barely spoke to her, and when they discharged her and she left, they called her wondering where she went… huh? They literally discharged her, and the person goes “well we were supposed to wheel you down, how did you get down there?” Ummm she walked because NO ONE told her that was even an option. Never again, if it weren’t for the fact that the hospital was closest to us, we would’ve never gone there. Next time we’ll listen to our gut and go elsewhere, we’ll be transferring everything somewhere else.

Chelsea Specific to the palm beach Children’s Hospital located in Saint Marys along with the children’s ER is hands-down the best place to take your child with peace of mind of the best care. I can’t speak for the adult ER.

AJ Maurice My mom was admitted to St Mary’s on 45th St in WPB and stayed for 7 nights. The condition of the hospital was poor and the hospital is in lack of supplies and equipment - ran out of body cleansing wipes and limited walkers and more. Though my mom had a single use room, the rooms was in poor condition and the cleanliness was below average. My mom believes to have seen rodents on one of her overnights. RYAN G and Daniel / CASE MANAGER on Terner North were angels and took great care of my mom. They must be singled out for their compassion, care, follow up and kindness. It is unfortunate that not all on the floor were alike. The Doctors that cared for my mom were great including Dr. Anna (last name is quite complex) and Dr. Hassan from neurology. Many thanks again to RYAN G and DANIEL- I am most grateful to you!

Tracy Maybee I wanted to share the positive experience we had at St. Mary’s this week. We had to take our daughter, who has autism to the ER and she was subsequently admitted for surgery the following day. From the moment we walked into the ER until she was discharged the next day our experience was fabulous. The staff ALL took their time with her( she is non verbal) to explain everything and what touched me as her mother, they spoke to her not about her. The care we received was top notch and the eventual outcome was positive. I want to give a special shout out to a young man named Reach, he was always so compassionate with her when he came into do her vitals, again explaining everything to her. He was just so kind and caring! An overall 5 star experience.

Sally Roderick I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my stay at St. Marys Hospital in September 2024, following a stroke. The entire staff was fantastic, making me feel comfortable and well cared for during a time when I was unable to care for myself. I would also like to commend the outpatient therapy unit at St. Marys. Everyone, from the scheduling team and front desk to the therapists, provided excellent care. They were flexible in accommodating my schedule and always ensured I was scheduled at my preferred time of the day. I am particularly grateful for Maddie, Heather, Laura and Kelsey, who worked directly with me and were all incredibly kind and supportive. Thank you all for your dedication and professionalism!

Shan Sal We Stephen Salas‘s children and family members want to give a special thank you too RN Rico and RN Lou for the exceptional care and treatment. They have given him during his stay here at St. Mary’s rehab center. We feel they have gone above and beyond our expectations with their care for him. We also want to give an extra special thank you to occupational therapist Celia for the extra special care and work that she has done with him getting him prepared to return home. Without their help understanding, compassion and care, he would not have progressed as quickly as he has. Thank you RN Rico, RN Lou and OT Celia for doing an exceptional job and caring for our dad Stephen Salas. Thank you, Shandi, Shane, Jessie Salas and family
