Mitchy Horrible. Don’t go if you have a bad emergency or anything that needs to be seen ASAP because you will be waiting for hours. I took my 2 year old that would cry in pain, we waited until he got really uncomfortable I asked how much longer, the nurse said “we can’t give a wait time sorry” went and sat down again waited some more until we decided to leave. Once I told them we were going else where the nurse said he was going to be called next.
I was not going to take the chance and wait any longer so I went to PALMS WEST hospital and they took care of us quickly. Definitely do not recommend going St. Mary’s at all.

Briana Robles My mother in law had to get an emergency surgery, and they handled it pretty well up until they moved her to recovery. They were so unorganized, the doctor barely spoke to her, and when they discharged her and she left, they called her wondering where she went… huh? They literally discharged her, and the person goes “well we were supposed to wheel you down, how did you get down there?” Ummm she walked because NO ONE told her that was even an option. Never again, if it weren’t for the fact that the hospital was closest to us, we would’ve never gone there. Next time we’ll listen to our gut and go elsewhere, we’ll be transferring everything somewhere else.

Chelsea Specific to the palm beach Children’s Hospital located in Saint Marys along with the children’s ER is hands-down the best place to take your child with peace of mind of the best care. I can’t speak for the adult ER.
